I could not be more satisfied with my experience at Zimmerman Honda this evening. After discovering a nail in one of my tires and realizing that most places were closed as I noticed this just after 7pm, I didn't think I'd be able to get my tire fixed. Even though my vehicle is not a Honda and I have never bought a vehicle from this place, they treated me like royalty! I came right over and they fixed my tire within 5 minutes. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. As I said, although I've never bought a Honda, this experience makes me reconsider as service like that is hard to find at a dealership nowadays. I highly recommend Zimmerman Honda! Thank you for the great experience!

This was by FAR the BEST experience I have ever had with a dealership. Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE! WOW! I called 20 minutes before stopping and Mallory was so friendly and helpful in assisting set up a test drive. Every time we came in along the next week during the sale, Mallory always stopped to say hello! From there, Tony Carroll (our salesman) was an absolute ANGEL. He walked us through every option and was NEVER pushy or pressuring. He answered every question and was incredibly patient with me, my sister, and my mom. He worked with us to make sure we felt confident and comfortable with EVERY aspect of the car and the sale. He was so personable and really helped strip away the anxiety of such a big purchase with his friendliness and willingness to help. When I had some concerns with the mechanical functionality of car (after the 3rd test drive), Tony took it into the service department to have it re-inspected and worked on, free of charge. Tony really helped me make sure I felt confident in all aspects of the purchase. Kyle in the finance department was great as well!! He ran different financing options to get me the best rate and even though we didn't finance through them! He was very transparent and explained everything in ways we could understand. Overall, VERY satisfied with the customer service and my vehicle. If it's your first time buying a car, I HIGHLY recommend Zimmerman Honda as they made me feel informed & relaxed. Great salesman. Their finance guy is the best ever. Their parts department is horrible and the service department doesn't want to help you very much. Stay away from here if you need parts or work done. UPDATE: They did reach out to me right away, I called back the following day. AJ was very receptive and a great listener. I will update when he gets back to me. Upped 1 star for a quick response!!! UPDATE 2: Upgraded 1 more star.. The vehicle is fixed and they we're very quick with the service this time. Looking at a possible trade for the vehicle to a new one, we will see how this experience goes.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing our vehicle. Ben is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy at all and was patient with us and all of our questions. Everyone at this dealership that we interacted with were very friendly, from the ladies at the front desk to the gentleman in the business office. Highly recommend these guys and will definitely be back!
