My fiance and I went to 5 star Indy Auto in October 2015 looking for a used car. We bought Toyota Corolla there and we just love it. It was very clean and well maintained and we got it for a good price. The customer service is excellent. The owners are experienced and listened to our needs and recommended the right cars to us and also offered us drinks while we were in the dealership, which I thought was very nice. All in all, they helped us a lot and we are very glad to have bought our car from them. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a clean, well maintained car; they have a very good collection of cars.

Long Story Short: ask questions, I'm not great with numbers, and I thought I was getting a deal until after I signed the paperwork and realized that they did not explain the pricing at all; I wold not recommend this dealership to anyone and I will NEVER buy another car from this dealership again.

Hakan and the 5-Star Indy Auto crew were extremely helpful during my car-buying process. This was the first car I bought on my own and I was nervous to make a commitment to anything, but they were very patient with me and great at making suggestions. I had been looking at SUVs so without Hakan's suggestion I wouldn't have even test driven the Honda Fit I drove away in. They were diligent about keeping in contact with me throughout the buying process to see if there was any way they could help. The 5-Star Indy crew is a pleasant group to work with but also just to talk to and very knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot. You can tell they really care about their customers. They definitely went above and beyond in the customer service department and allowed me to find a vehicle that suited my needs and my budget.

Hakan was great to work with. Drove 5 hours from Tennessee to look at and test drive a car. Well worth the drive, I couldn't be happier with it. I had spent a lot of time researching and this was the most competitively priced model I found with comparative miles and year...virtually nationwide. I would likely buy from here again. Hakan and his family know what to look for and what cars to put on their lot. Reading some of the other reviews can attest to that.

Hakan was our salesman and he was great to work with. He was very low-pressure, which is always a relief when car-shopping. We test-drove a used Mazda, and he made us a GREAT deal on it!! We are very satisfied with this transaction, and will likely try 5-Star Indy Auto again the next time we are looking for a car. It was worth the drive to Noblesville.

Called about a truck advertised on cars.com. I live 2 hours away and they made sure to have the truck ready upon arrival. After a test drive, we decided to purchase the truck. They offered us a can of soda while the paperwork was being done. Overall a pleasant buying experience.

Super nice people here. Had a problem with a car we purchased, had problems immediately off the lot. (the mechanic here is questionable) Ended up taking the car back and purchasing a different car that was more expensive. This was first time to a buy here, pay here and I am pretty sure it is my last. Definitely feel more comfortable going to a well known, reputable dealership where their cars are inspected and repaired by certified mechanics with a service dept. Had problems getting the title to the car- a delay because it was purchased out of state at an auction. I assumed dealers had the titles before they put the cars out for sale. I guess not. Like I said they are super nice so that made up for some of the problems and stress, but lesson learned.

Hakan and his family really help me get into my car. I drove by and saw they had a beautiful Mercedes. I fell in love with it from the street, but didn't think I would have a chance to get it. I had been laid off my job for over a year, and my credit hey get pretty bad. I had just gotten hired into my new job only there for six months They were able to get me into my Mercedes, and I am still enjoyong it today. I have only had to put limited money into it and my mechanic says it's a really good car. Thanks five star auto.

I went in there and told him straight up what car I wanted. I told him the current situation I was in and how I didn't have good credit and had been turned down recently by a ton of dealers. He told me he could help me but that I may not get the car that I wanted, but with his help I would get a car. About 10 hours ago I drove off the lot with the exact car that I wanted and I could not be happier. I could not believe that not only was he able to get me approved for a car but he also put me behind the wheel of the car that I wanted more than anything. Hakan, thank you for everything you did for me today, you seriously made me one happy customer!

I cant think of a more appropriate name for this dealership than 5 Star. Where do I begin to tell the story of how fun my car buying experience with 5 Star Indy Auto was. I had been arduously searching for a car for my son, who is in his last year of residency. After months of driving by 5 Star Indy Auto in Noblesville, Indiana, I decided to look at their inventory. Immediately I was greeted by one of the owners, Hakan Cekirge. There was a strange air of honesty with him. He seemed to genuinely enjoy his job and was very eager to assist me. After explaining my needs and my price range he showed me two vehicles, both of which I felt would be a great vehicle for my son. After researching the vehicles and reading all of the excellent reviews 5 Star Indy Auto had I purchased a Volvo S 60. Upon my return of delivering the car to my son in another state, Hakan Cekirge called me to see how my son liked his car. Unbelievable! Now three months later I have no regrets and my son still loves his car. 5 Star Indy Auto is a true representation of what a quality dealership should be. Hakan Cekirge and Umit Eldem are honest, straight forward, committed to customer service and tenacious in making sure their customers have an excellent experience, not only during the buying process but the weeks and months following the transaction. 5 Star Indy Auto is an honest, professional dealership and they go the extra mile. Very happy with my Passat purchase! Hakan worked very hard to get me a great car within my budget and put extra time into finding the financing I was comfortable with. I got a way nicer car than I thought I would be able to afford at a larger dealership, and the guys there also made sure to fix up a couple minor issues we requested. Really glad we decided to stop by this smaller, local dealership. The buying process was very personal and the service there is exceptional! We will be sure to visit them for any future car needs we might have.

Immediately comfortable with my interaction on the lot. Could not find what I was looking for and Umit asked what I wanted. He said he'd find it for me. I was pretty skeptical of that but he seemed so sincere that I said okay. I was very detailed in what I was looking for and explained this to Umit. 36 hours later, I received a call to come down and look at my requested vehicle. I was flat-out impressed. The unit was exactly what I had requested and Umit and Hakan made it fit my budget. It was the easiest and best vehicle purchase experience I've had during the course of my 45+ years buying vehicles. I highly recommend these two friendly, competent, and professional gentleman.

In my search for a high quality used Prius, I made a trip to the Indianapolis area to check out several cars I found online. My first visit was to a large dealership, where my experience with the sales manager felt adversarial and uncomfortable. Instead of negotiating with me, I was asked about my credit score and income and the focus was on getting me financed for more money than I wanted to spend. Then I made my way to 5 Star Indy Auto. My first impression was similar to other reviewersit is smaller and not a brand new, shiny facility. However, once I went inside and met the sales manager, Hakan, and the owner, Umit, I instantly felt at ease. They were genuine, friendly and customer-focused. Hakan was a true professional and very knowledgeable. They worked with me, not against me, and gave me a great deal that I could not have got at a large dealership. Many dealerships profess a customer-oriented approach but do not truly practice it. If your online vehicle search leads you here, I highly recommend making a visit for a no-pressure car buying experience.

I was very very impressed with this small town dealership! Hakan was extremely professional and friendly! I took my 5 year old daughter and 7 year old niece with me and they catered to them as if they were their own children! Even gave them each an American flag to take home with us! I would completely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car!

I was a little apprehensive about purchasing a car here as it was for my daughter and the dealership is small but I could not be happier with not only my daughters new car but the friendly professional salespeople and owners ! Completely different experience than buying from a large dealership . I would recommend these guys to anyone and will come back to them when my son needs a car !

To start off with this is a family run business and I was surprised not to run into someone who worked there that was not related in one way or another. I believe this is one of the reasons that the process was very relaxed. I purchase a vehicle from them about 3 weeks ago. I was searching for a vehicle and they had what I was looking for. The description of the vehicle was very accurate and priced right. I called them and spoke with UMIT and he said the car would be ready for me to look at the next day and when I got there the car was spotless and ready for me. UMIT was a pleasure to work with and there was absolutely no pressure so whatever. He knew everything about the car and her history. The building itself is filled with all varieties of cars from high ends to budget cars. This was the best car buying experience i ever had.

Let's start with WOW!! My Husband & I were in need of a reliable car when our car went down & needed major repairs unexpectedly. Nejat was great he went that extra mile for us to get us the car we needed to fit our needs & our BUDGET!! The process went pretty smooth he was flexible with his schedule since we both work full time jobs & we didn't live real close. Nejat really showed his customer service skills you don't really find that to much today................ Not only did we buy a car we have recommended him to a few people. For having to buy a car under direst our buying experience turned out very well & we got a great deal on a wonderful car with low miles...........

This place is awesome , the variety of different vehicles make my selection process very easy , these guys are very knowladgable about their cars and give all kind of information about the cars which makes me very comfortable. They provide carfax report on every unit they have. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend them. Had a great car buying experience! Nejat was very friendly and extremely helpful! I bought a truck, and I got a very fair price. I love my truck and haven't had any issues with it, but I know if I ever do they will help me out to get it fixed. Great business; I highly recommend it to anybody looking for a good vehicle!
