I can say very courteous and professionalism service I have always got at Abernethy Chevrolet. From the phone call to make the appointment to the check in counter to the final checkout. The brochure that was brought to me while waiting in one of two very nice and clean waiting rooms and I must say all the free coffee is great during the wait that is always there and explaining my 30,000 mike maintenance was due which I did not know. All the employes will say hi and always with a big smile. As a disable Vet I have went there and the mechanics helped me put parts on my car windows and charged me nothing. Very personable and knowledgeable sales associate who was also local. Vehicle was in stock and the sales experience was quick without feeling pressured or pushy. I feel like I was offered the best deal up front. The sales associate also took time after the sale to meet with my wife to go over every detail of the vehicle and make sure all services and functions (OnStar, bluetooth, etc.) were working properly.

The customer care representative who first called, Sarah, was very courteous and helpful in setting an appointment with a salesman. My salesman, Danny Webb, was a true professional in all aspects necessary in buying the car. He was very attentive to what I was looking for in an auto, able to find exactly what I wanted, and then worked tirelessly so I was able to complete the purchase that day. (The financial officer, Jose Jiminez, was excellent in reviewing and assisting with the necessary paperwork and financial obligations. The next day, my vehicle was delivered to Abernethy, fully cleaned and serviced and Mr. Webb completely reviewed all the instrumentation and operations of the auto before I was on my way. My 2012 Buick needed some work so I took it to our new Buick dealer, Abernethy Chevrolet Buick Gmc. Once there, I was greeted by Service Advisor Lori Wallace. They were fine to deal with during the sale of the car but everything went down hill after the paperwork was signed, and the finance manager is a liar. Told me the gap insurance was a requirement for financing then when I canceled the gap insurance took almost three months to refund the money, they would not respond to email or return phone calls, they ordered the wrong owners manual for the car but insisted it was the correct one.
