He's very friendly respectful and willing to work with the customer to help them out to the best of his ability. Had my Mazda 4 days after the initial sit down to talk about it. In March, I bought a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee for my daughter's first vehicle from the West Bridgewater location. We had the pleasure of dealing with Joe Ely throughout our purchase. Joe was very helpful in answering questions and putting the whole deal together. There was no pressure whatsoever, which was awesome! Several things needed to be done to the Jeep for it to pass inspection, so I had the opportunity to deal with the people at the Brockton location. They were wonderful as well - fixed everything (of course at no cost to us) immediately and my daughter has been smiling ever since!! I bought a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am from Absolute back in December. In January a hose to the transmission went. They were great about getting my car in and fixed as fast as possible. I had my car back in 1 day ! I haven't had any problems with my car since then. I would definetly recommend Absolute to everyone I know !! Great job guys, vey caring and compassionate !!

Purchased an older Subaru with over 110,000 miles. Car ran well, but about two months after purchase had an issue with rattling heat shield, tire pressure and radio malfunction. Folks at Absolute took care of the issues at no charge. When the radio issue re-surfaced, they completely replaced the radio at no charge. A used car is often "as is", but they stood by the quality of what they sold - even though the items were not critical to safety or driving.

My daughter recently totaled her car. We are not from the Brockton area but accidently fell upon this dealership. Employee Mark Collins prepared a MOUND of paperwork, including RMV and Loan forms, in record time so that we were able to drive the car off the lot, for which we were most grateful. The vehicle we purchased was clean, reasonably priced and ran very well. Our experience here was very positive and though we live a ways away we will return the next time we need a new car. Great employees and dealership!

The salesman and every employee I had the pleasure of dealing with had very friendly attitudes. They took great care of my car when it broke down a month after I bought it. The hose that goes to the transmission went, but thanks to the guys at Absolute, I had my car back the next day ! I would recommend Absolute to anyone that I know who is car shopping. When I'm ready to buy a new car, Ill definetly be back here ! Staff is very friendly, compassionate and genuinely concerned. Keep up the great work guys !!

I bought a 2010 Chevy Equinox from Absolute auto and within a month several problems occured.Even though these problems occured after the milage warranty (I put a lot on miles on my cars dues to my business nessesities) Absolute auto not only fixed the problems but essentially made the car better than when I bought it!!Great job.

In March of 2015, I had to trade in my convertible, for a more comfortable car, due to side effects from Cancer treatment. I looked at alot of dealerships online and saw Absolute Auto had the best prices for decent cars. So, when I stopped by & Rob greeted me & I told him my situation he assured me I would find the best car for my needs.He let me drive 3-4 cars and I new the 2013 Nissan Altima S was the one for me. It was easy to get in, great on gas, & perfect size.I then met with Mark to trade in my car and get final balance for my Altima, with a no haggle experience. He even told me to go to my own credit union for better financing rates. I stopped by a few times to ask Rob how to use a few things in my car, and he always helped me with a smile. I can't say enough good things about Absolute Auto & I would tell everyone looking for a car to go there! I sent my friend Donna there and she was so happy with her buying experience & I even got my 100.00 for referring her. I had my Altima alost a year with no problems at all. I only had my oil change & tire rotation done.It's nice to buy a car & not feel like u got screwed over, like a few different dealerships made me feel in the past. ABSOLUTELY the best car buying experience ever at ABSOLUTE AUTO####??

The last car I bought, a 2004 Malibu, in 2007 from a Chevrolet Dealership was the worst experience I ever had! 8 hours of constant pressure, deals made in back rooms, they hit me with all kind of add ons, lied to me about the car and I paid well over $10,000 more than the book value!When my Malibu was totaled in an accident I SWORE THAT I WOULD NEVER LET THAT HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN!. I figured out what kind of car I wanted and researched it thoroughly. Then I asked my friend, Cheryl, who always got great car deals to help me. The first words out of her mouth were " Absolute Auto Sales in Brockton!!! The only place you should ever go to buy a car!" They had the highest rating from the Better Business Bureau and so after looking at their website, I picked out a couple of cars I thought I would be interested in. The sales manager, Mark, got out the cars I was interested in and gave me the complete info on each and then let me take them out on a test drive by myself!After the 2 test drives Mark asked me which one I thought was the better ride, but I told him the roads were in such bad shape that I couldn't tell. He told me he had another car that I might like if I was interested. I was and so I took a test drive in a 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited Edition and what a difference - the ride was so smooth even with the bumpy roads. It had a roomier interior and I didn't feel cramped. I had found the car for me and there was no pressure. He immediately brought out the CarFax Report on the vehicle: One owner, no accidents, no recalls. The car's stated retail value was $16,850. The only problem was that the owner had not produced a complete service record. They said this reduced the retail value by $300 leaving an adjusted retail value of $16,550. Absolute's price was $12,999 and Mark immediately dropped the price to $12,699 without my even asking! I told him I was using my own credit union for the financing and Mark said that was fine. (WHAT? no trying to get me financing through them??!! - unheard of!) I suggested the amount of the deposit and told him I would be putting a total of $4,000 down. Mark thought that was just right and I signed the Purchase and Sale Agreement. I asked about those add ons you are always pressured to buy. Mark simply said, "We don't do that here." He proceeded to tell me that they would take care of the Title, Registration and the Sales Tax so my insurance co. wouldn't have to. Mark informed me that I would be dealing with a Chrysler Dealership for maintenance, repair or problems for quite a while. However, after the warranty expired Mark told me it was Absolute Auto Sales policy to do all future maintenance and repairs for as long as I owned the car for 1/2 price, providing I kept their yellow decal on the back of my car. What a great deal! AND there was more: If I referred anyone to Absolute Auto Sales and they ended up purchasing a car from them I would receive $100 for each car sold! I was only there for less than 2 hours. I was so overjoyed I just had to give Mark a big hug...and then I had Rob take a picture of Mark and me in front of my beautiful new car. I recommend Absolute Auto Sales to everyone! I picked up my car which was perfectly detailed and Mark had Rob the service manager go over the way all the buttons, dials, etc.worked until he was sure I understood them. He set my clock for me and then had Derrick, from Service, add my cell phone through Bluetooth to the cars audio system. All the controls for the phone and the radio are right on the steering wheel so I never have to take my eyes off the road! They told me to come by anytime if I had any questions. I may stop by and surprise them some day with some home-baked goodies for the wonderful experience they gave me! Oh and last, but not least, my friend, Cheryl got her Finder's Fee check for $100!

OMG....two vehicles in one month!! What can I say. I told Mark & Rob , back last August, we would probably be buying a couple of cars...and sure enough ...it came to fruition. We bought a Ford Escape the beginning of January, and after test driving various sedans we ended up buying another one we felt met our needs. Thanks again to Mark & Rob & Derrick for being so cooperative in our quest for replacement vehicles. They always go above and beyond at Absolute, and there was never any pressure to buy, as at some dealerships. Thanks to all at Absolute, we appreciate the service you gave to my wife and I.

Cannot say enough about how my wife and I were treated at Absolute. Mark, Rob and Derrick were always professional. Started our search back in the summer of 2015. Test drove many vehicles, never a problem. Rob is very knowledgeable on cars, explained to us the pros and cons on different makes and models, in his opinion.Was set on one car, not an SUV, put down a deposit, then decided wanted to look further. No Problems at Absolute. Mark always said give us a chance to earn your business. In the end they did. Drove by last weekend, and there was the SUV we were looking for, Went in the next day, the rest is history. They handled all the paperwork, connected with my insurance guy, and had that Ford Escape looking mint. The icing on the deal was when they were putting my plates on , it took a bit longer, than I thought. Then someone said...."They are just putting and extra buff on the Escape for you folks. Hey I didn't spend a lot, it is not a brand new car. BUT they treated us like were buying a high end vehicle. Thanks Mark Rob and your team for a great car buying experience. Funny....this morning my wife said...maybe we should replace our other older car with one from Absolute....Here we go AGAIN !!!! haha

When you go to Absolute you get professional work done plus everyone there, including Rob, Mark and Derrick is awesome! They are very personable and go above and beyond! Even the guys in the back! My husband and I take our vehicles there for repair and my husband bought his truck there. When my mom's van was totalled and she didnt have the money to buy a new car, they put the van back in the street working great! We have no complaints and only great experience!

I am writing the review about 3 months I had the final version of my car but just as well . I thought I got a pretty good deal for the Lexus RX300 (2002) Mark was very courteous and respectful during negotiations ( My experience with Bosch Honda was terrible I didnt want to go any big dealers anymore : Out of Spite! ) . The SUV was well kept and very clean . Lisa and Derrik at the office were very professional too . A week later an engine light came up ( O2 sensor) which was promptly fixed free of charge on a weekend . But the real problem started when a few weeks later the car started to give off heavy black ( or was it white ?) smoke on starting every day or every other day . It was kind of scary . Eventually when I took it back they had a good look at it and Mark agreed to change the engine . It was done and I was charged 150 : which i thought was reasonable . But the real drama started after that . The car broke down with in half an hour on the highway ( my wife was driving and it was a bit shocking to her ) . It had to be towed . Seemed like the replacement engine was a lemon and blew a gasket . At this time I was seriously thinking of asking for another vehicle but thought that you coudlnt get 2 bad engines in a row . They replaced the engine again and the new engine has been running great for the last 3 months or so . If anything it feels and sounds better than the original one . Hopefully I havent jinxed it by writing this review : Its ironic as Toyota is renowned for good engines

I found this dealer by searching various websites for a GMC Envoy. I came a long way but it was worth the trip. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and the people were friendly and helpful. I was allowed to test drive the car and bring the car to a trusted mechanic with no reservations. The general manager Mark Collins and I reached a reasonable deal. The mechanical people who prepare the cars were friendly and knowledgeable. I know that no used car is guaranteed to be perfect but I am very satisfied with the sales experience.

After looking around at various dealers to no prevail i stopped into Absolute's New West Bridgewater location. All the other dealers that i visited wanted way too much money for their cars and a crazy down payment due to my financial situation. Joe sold me a beautiful 2005 Toyota Corolla!!! Joe was very courteous and never pushed me into anything, The Dealers went above and beyond by bringing the car to their Brockton location, In which Mark Registered the Car for me!! I would Recommenced this place to all my family and friends. Thank you so much Joe and Mark!! I got a great car and a great deal!!!

Found a great first car, much better than my first car, and I know I can trust the dealer, because their motto is 'they want you back.' Not to mention, she now has a great mechanic to go to as well. I recently purchased a 2003 Honda Accord from Absolute Auto Sales in Brockton Ma. Mark, Derrick and Robert could not have been more helpful or accommodating. They excepted my offer for the car and I know I received the best deal because I did my research.I looked at hundreds of cars on the web and drove half a dozen before discovering Absolute. I pointed out some minor problems with the car and the took care of all of them. I was so impressed with the service and deal that I actually purchased a second car from the a week later. I bought a 2005 Ford Ranger, it had a starter problem early on and they fixed it, other than that very pleased. Mark who sold me the truck was friendly and helpful getting me a good rate on my loan. Everyone there was pleasant and accommodating. Would recommend anyone to give them a chance.

I'm 80 years old and was very concerned about dealers. My son came with me. The Dealer was friendly and patient. He even waited after closing time for us because we were coming a long distance. We examined the whole car and took it for a drive. It was a good car for a good price. We would highly recommend Absolute Auto Sales to anyone who wants to buy a car.

Not only was my used Subaru Outback simply a lucky find, Robert took excellent mechanic measures to make sure it was completely ready for the road. He also took the extra mile to explain to me all the mechanics and workings of the car and to answer all of my first car questions. Mark was also such a pleasure to work with and was extremely patient with me, going over the entire process, even though it was after hours. Both are wonderful people who build trustworthy relationships with their customers. My daughter bought a used car there back in October and recently had a major problem with her car and we were afraid it would be very expensive to fix. We were very happy to learn that they are fixing it as if it is under warranty, although the warranty had expired, and she is only going to have to pay a $100.00 deductible for repairs! Quite a relief for a full time college student who only works part time! Everyone there is so nice and courteous. It is a pleasure doing business with them and I recommend Absolute Auto to anyone looking for a car!

It was a no hassle purchase, the prices are excellent and the product was exactly what we were looking for. The paperwork for the vehicle (a 2003 Honda Civic) was in perfect order and I was introduced to the service manager who pleasantly went through all the work done at Absolute Auto Sales before it was offered. My only complaint is that this dealership is 75 miles away from my home, but I was so pleased with my purchase and so impressed with both Mark and Robert that I plan to consult them when the time comes for a vehicle for my grandson. It was well worth the extra miles.

One thing that I hate about looking at cars is dealing with pushy car salesmen. This was not a problem at all at Absolute Auto Sales. The salespeople were not pushy, incredibly friendly, and helpful from start to finish. The car that I bought, a 2003 Dodge Neon, was in excellent condition, and went for a reasonable price. I was looking for a used Explorer for my son, and went to Absolute to look at one that I found online. Mark and staff were friendly and straightforward, helpful but with no pressure or nonsense. A very refreshing experience! When an issue came up with the front tires after I bought the car, Mark and his staff resolved it quickly and at a very fair price. Even though it's not in my neighborhood, I will consider going to Absolute for service work in the future, and definitely recommend the dealership.

When I went to pick it up they said that when they were giving it a final checkover they noticed the motor was running hot. So they put in a new water pump and changed the timing belt. Just went through the tedious process of trying to find a good quality used car from my daughter who is just getting her license. Obviously, being a new drive, she/I didnt want to spend a lot, but I wanted her to have something to drive that was safe & reliable. Ended up at Absolute. Found something there and worked out a good price with Mark. He didn't ham it up, wasn't pushy, just nice. He answered our questions, and we felt he would be reliable to work with both now in buying the car, as well as later if work is needed down the road. Also Bobby (not positive of the name) in the service department was great. They actually repaired a couple of things for us that were really just part of the wear and tear of a car with 105,000 miles, - but were great about going above and beyond anyway. Very helpful and responsive, I have already recommended them to a friend who also needs to shop for a car for his daughter.

This was my first time buying a car on my own and I have to say they Mark, Derrick and Robert make it a very pleasant experience. They answered all my questions, gave me some advice and on the whole were very helpful. I would do business with them again but hopefully I won't have to for a long time. The car I bought has gotten high marks from my own mechanic and also the garage where I took it for inspection. My granddaughter is going to be needing a car soon and I recommended this dealership to my children, I don't know if they would have anything in her price range but if they did I'm sure it would be good, reliable car.

I can't say enough about Absolute Auto Sales. First, they are all very friendly and willing to help you in any way they can. Mark was able to work with me to achieve a fair price with which I could not be happier. Now, understand this was a 2004 Dodge Stratus with over 100K miles. Even though they had done quite a bit of work on it before I picked it up (they showed me the invoice for all those repairs and maintenance), I had to bring it back a few times for more minor repairs to get it in tiptop shape for my daughter. Well, from Derek being patient and accommodating on the phone and in the office to Robert doing all repairs at no cost to me, they far exceeded my expectations. They never made me feel like I was being a pain and understood that I just wanted to get the car in the best shape possible for my daughter. Rob would even go into detail on what he did for each repair, which I like. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used vehicle at a fair price. I wish all dealerships and service departments were like those at Absolute Auto Sales. Thanks everyone for a great experience.

My son found a 2010 Mazda 3 online at Absolute Car and Truck in Brockton, Ma. When we went there to look at the car we met, Mark Collins, the salesman and he showed us the car. It looked just as good as the photos on their website. We took it for drive and returned, had a brief negotiation on the price, and got a few hundred dollars off the asking price. We gave them a $100 refundable deposit to hold the car till the next day. We were running late and when we called and told them they met us at the Brockton RMV on a Friday afternoon to make sure we could register the car that day. A few weeks later we had a problem with trunk latch. When we bought it in they fixed right away for no charge. These guys are great and I would recommend them to anyone. Purchased 3/21/2014.

This was the first time using Absolute Car and Truck. My son found a 2010 Mazda 3 listed online for a great price and drove to their Brockton location. The car looked as good as the photos on their internet sight and after talking with Mark Collins we took it for a test drive. Mark down at absolute was great. He made me feel like I was the only client he had to deal with. I saw the car on a website and decided to check it out. I was able to test drive it right away. It was a no-pressure sales zone. I was free to leave and come back, put down a deposit then take back that deposit if I changed my mind. When the bank was taking a ridiculous amount of time to process my loan, Mark called and helped to speed up the process by faxing paperwork over to the bank for me. He lowed the price of the Elantra by a couple hundred dollars right off the bat and the car came with a 60 day warranty. Any service or repair needed on it within 60 days would be taken care of for free. A day after I bought the car something went wrong with the gear shift. I brought the car back and it was fixed that same day, and was free of charge as promised. Overall, everyone is friendly and helpful there without being overbearing. The prices on the used cars are quite down to Earth, especially for the quality the customer is getting.

I have had the car serviced there since and found that these people were professional, reliable, friendly, and always there to help you with any concerns or questions that I had. Also their service staff is knowledgable, friendly, and reliable. The prices they offer for used cars are also hard to beat. Therefore, if you are in need of a car, that is the place to go. i pulled into the wrong driveway and saw the car i wanted to own as i was in the market for a used vehicle. I took it for a test drive and fell in love!! I went in and talked to Mark Collins, who immediately started the paperwork. He was extremely helpful, not pushy or overbearing as some sales people can be and he had me in my vehicle THE NEXT DAY!!! He and the entire staff couldn't have been more professional or helpful for everything I needed. Two days before my 30 day warranty expired, there was a leak of some kind under my car and I was so worried. There was no need, I called Mark, he told me to bring it in and they'd take care of it and thats exactly what they did. 24 hours later I was back in the drivers seat, good as new, without spending another penny!!! My son was looking for a car to replace a well used Nissan Altima and found a 2002 Infiniti I35. He sent me the link from cars.com and I went to their website to check out other cars plus the dealership. After reading several reviews we decided to go check out two cars they had on the lot. When we got there one had just a deposit on it so we looked and test drove an Infiniti. The car was a 2002 in great shape and we put a deposit on it. They held our deposit for a week with some bank issues and we called them on a Friday to say all was taken care of and was it possible to get the car that day. They had it ready when we arrived in great shape. It has been a week since the purchase and have no complaints. I will update the review when we need service to the car. So far a very good experience and would recommend them.

I had a great experience at Absolute Auto Sales-Mark was extremely knowledgeable, patient, answered all my questions, and did not pressure me at all. I had emailed him the day before about a car that had sold, but he assured me he could show me something in my price range. I must preface this review with the fact that before I found the fabulous Absolute Car & Truck and met Mark Collins, I had the WORST car purchasing experience at a different dealership. This other dealership sold me a lemon and gave me a very hard time in regards to returning my money. Long story short, I was VERY WARY when I approached Absolute Car & Truck, as I had just gone through a nightmarish ordeal and did NOT want a repeat. (Not only did I research the car I wanted to buy, I also researched the DEALERSHIP.) I have to say, Mark Collins was the exact opposite of what I had experienced with my "lemon" car at the previous dealership. First, he was very down to earth and exerted absolutely NO PRESSURE when I was asking questions about the car I was interested in. (One of the things I hate about buying a car is the immense amount of pressure many salesmen put on you. Clearly, Mark is unlike the stereotypical "used car salesman.") When the day came to actually purchase the car, Mark, Derek, and Robert were very friendly, greeting me by name when I entered the office. All the paperwork was in order and the car was ready to go. (My mechanic had found a small problem with the exhaust system, which Mark and his team fixed right away.) Buying a car couldn't have been easier. I wish I had found Mark from the get go, but I'm just glad I found him at all. I will definitely be returning to take advantage of the discounted servicing/repair program Mark offers to customers who purchase cars from him. Our experience at Absolute Car and Truck in Brockton MA was very pleasant and easy. I helped my senior citizen parents pick out a car there. the lot was easy to locate and the staff was friendly and helpful. our transaction went very smoothly and quickly, we didn't have to spend much time there at all. we were allowed to inspect the car and of course test drive it, alone without any staff in the car with us. the vehicles there are in terrific condition, ours had very low miles for it's age, and was in perfect condition. it passed state inspection with no problem. I was a mechanic for 20 years, if it did not pass, this review would look quite different I assure you. they also give you a warranty and financial incentives to return for service and general repairs for as long as you own the car. their service deal is a very good one indeed, in fact, I have never seen such a generous service deal from a pre-owned car dealer. their shop also does auto repairs for the general public, not just purchase customers, so check them out.We were very happy with the price, service and overall experience at Absolute. I will be recommending them to folks that I know.-Dave

I purchased a Lincoln continental from absolute car and truck and I have to say the salesman ( MARK) is among the best of the besthe should get an (attaboy) for the way he treats customers its almost to good to be true.I pick up the car and when I was on my way home a transmission lite came on I called absolute right away and they said bring it right back or at my earliest convenience.I did bring the car back the following week and was told the trans. need a new solenoid and needed to be ordered and I was told the car would be tied up for 2 days I dropped the car off and early on the second day they called me saying the car was all set to goWhen I picked up the car the service manager explained that they found some metal particles in the fluid so instead of just cleaning it up (like a lot of other dealers would have done) they replaced the transmission and told me it had a six month warrenty on it to be perfectly honest I never expected them to do this cost free to me but that is what happened.I cannot say enough about how well I was treated the whole staff from the salesman to the office personal to the shop crew and right down to the wash staff these folks are among the BEST OF THE BEST Bruce H. They even told me for that as long as I own the car they will give me half off on labor whenever I bring it back for repairs. Talk about commitment! Back in 2006, I was looking for my first car to buy. I went to Absolute and looked at some cars there. Mark and Rob were there and my father and I were sharing that we were looking for a car that is reliable, good in gas mileage, and affordable. They explained that they were going to a car auction and would do their best to get me a car that would fit that description. A few days later, we got a call from them and one of the cars they got was a '96 Toyota Corolla. They did a great job finding me a car which was what I was looking for and within my price range. They were very friendly and sociable. Ever since then, whenever I need work done on my car, I always go to them and they are always friendly, honest, and charge much less than other mechanics. I am so thankful that I have a mechanic who is very knowledgable about cars and whom I can trust. In addition, when I drive my car away I can be sure that it is in tip-top condition and that I got more than a fair price. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is wanting to buy a car or just needs some repairs.

I went there on a saturday to test drive a caravan. The guy working the front desk gave us the keys, we went to the vehicle and the keys did not belong to that vehicle, we went back inside and got a second set, once again same problem. finally the third set opened the vehicle, but it would not start because the battery was dead. they jumped the battery and we took it for a brief ride. I liked it, so we asked if we paid cash how they were with price negoation and taking discounts off of it. The employee responded anytime you pay cash we can always give you a good deal that it was easier to take more money off that way than if you were to get a loan or trade a car in. I put $100 on the vehicle to hold it so nobody else could buy it. I returned a few days later and picked it up to bring to my mechanic. After i was driving it for 5 min i realized the gas tank was completly empty and about to run out of gas, so i pulled over and used my own money to put gas in it. My mechanic found two problems that would keep the vehicle from passing mass inspection and one other problem with the trunk hatch. upon returning to absolute car and truck i was introduced to mark (owner) I showed him the report my mechanic wrote up. he was not willing to fix the trunk hatch. he said he would take $200 off the the ASKING price, or fix the trunk. one or the other not both, nor would he take another penny off. I then made a phone call to my father to ask his advice. Mark was speaking with my father on the phine when he (mark) started getting very loud and talking quite rudley to my father. Mark then hung up on him in mid sentence and slid my phone across the counter (very rudly because i handed the phone to him and didn't slide it) At that point i asked for my deposit back and the money for the gas. I told him that maybe he should talk to his employees about what they tell potential customers about how they can give you more of a discount if you pay cash, because all i got was more of a headache. as i turned and exited the office Mark (owner) then told me i could go fuck myself. I walked back in and said excuse me, i can go what myself... he stated he told me to buy a car somewhere else. mind you the other guys standing around were all smiling and a few laughing under their breath. I believe he treated me this way and spoke t me the way he did because i am a female. I may be a female, but i know i have rights, and i also know that the BBB and the attorney gernerals office doesn't take lightly to things like this. So with all this being said. I would never step foot in or near absolute car and truck. nor would i do business with anyone affiliated with them. absolute car and truck is an ABSOLUTE JOKE.
