Action auto helped me buy my very first car! I am so satisfied with the professionalism and kindness that they showed me! They made every effort to help me understand the process and help me get the price that I needed! Austin stuck with me while I test drove every car I wanted and Dave helped me finance it the best possible way.

I would definitely recommend buying a car from these guys! Austin was the salesperson who helped me. Not once did I feel any pressure from him, which was awesome! I had previously been to a few car dealerships and the salespeople were very pushy. Austin even came in to work an hour early so that I could take the car to my mechanic.

This was a last minute rush for a car, and the pressure was on as a first time buyer. I had a junker in tow and needed a new car on an extremely tight budget. My salesperson worked extremely hard to put me into an amazing car perfectly in my budget. Will definitely recommend.

We were in a tricky weird situation with our car and I came here in a desperate attempt to see what we could do. I didn't have a lot of hope but the next day I was in a good reliable car. Car buying gives me anxiety and although I was still stressed out they made it a lot easier and helped out when no one else would. So great.

Jake was awesome. Called from out of town when I saw the car I had been looking for. He ran me through the pictures and answered every question promptly and professionally. I came and bought the car unseen and was really impressed. Highly recommend using them as a car dealer.

Went in, found a car we fell in love with. Took it to our mechanic and told us we had a little over $1500 in things that needed to be fixed. Some pretty major. We still wanted it, and decided we would fix it if they came down on price a little bit. They wouldn't even budge on price. I even talked with the owner. The owner has a very big head, with an ego bigger than he is. I went home to get a check. And when I got back the car was stuck in a different city. The owner blamed us for it. Saying the battery died. The radiator would have kept the car going. Once the car is in motion, the battery doesn't effect it just shutting off. Unless the car was fully stopped. The kid that drove it, ceased the motor after they said the car was perfect, after the fact that we proved them wrong. He treated us like he didn't want the business. Starting out a business is all word of mouth. And quite frankly, we wouldn't recommend them to anyone we care about.

I called one day before going to check out a a Subaru Forester, they had it clean and ready for me to check out. Super friendly people great service, we negotiated a price right for me. Would I reccomend, yes defiantly!

We had a great experience. They were really good to work with and accommodate with. They helped find the perfect vehicle that I was looking for, for me and my family. Came here to get an Impala, was in and out in less than an hour. The staff here was super friendly, and worked with me on price, they met my needs and wants with ease. First of all they are number 1 in my eyes. I have been looking for a truck for three month, And all the other dealers thought because I was a women they could talk me into some thing I didn't want. These guys over at Action Auto were the best in getting me into a truck that I wanted and worked with me on the price. If you are thing of buying an auto I strongly suggest that you check them out first. MY daughter is thinking of buying a car and she is going to them first.
