Courteous staff throughout. Upon arrival to the dealership, I was warmly and promptly greeted and I didn’t have to wait to meet with Paul my Service Advisor. I had a great experience buying an Acura car from the Acura Honolulu dealership. Milton, a sales rep, exceeded all my expectations. He was kind, friendly, and experienced in helping me pick the right car for me. I bought a car with a great warranty, oil change plan and he even referred me to an awesome insurance company, so it was a one-stop-shop for me. Milton was absolutely an amazing sales rep and person. He didn't pressure me to buy a car or a warranty. He was able to answer all my questions and was kind and patient letting me make my own decision without any pressure. I greatly appreciate Milton's help and very happy with my car.

Richard Ballesteros was friendly, clear and concise in his explanations about the service...he even solved a problem I had with the beep when locking the car (the beep was missing, he went out to the car with me and showed me how to fix the problem, then he fixed it). I appreciate the extra concern, effort and help, as well as teaching me how to do it. Car was delivered promptly, with all the required service, and the washing and cleaning, felt like a new car...good job

I was pleased with the service given to me by your staff. Paul Furtado, my service advisor, is excellent. The dealership is undergoing construction so it was quite congested and confined. The waiting area was satisfactory. The only issue or negative was the waiting time for my car to be serviced. I was a "waiter" and it took almost two hours for my car to be serviced.

I dropped off my car for service, received free shuttle service to work, car was serviced and completed at the time I had requested, and the shuttle driver picked me up and brought me back to dealership at the specific time I had requested. I was greeted, made my payment and given my keys, and off I went. Everything was running smoothly and I would definitely return again.

We have been buying cars and receiving service from your dealership for the last 40+ years. Obviously, we are pleased with everything from the Sales to the Service...and we are hooked on ACURAs. The ones we traded in were 15 years old and still in excellent shape! Paul handed us over to Thomas for the sales and we ultimately decided to buy two new cars. Rick dealt with the paperwork and voila---new cars. There was a bit of understandable confusion about the color of the interior of one car, but hat was resolved to our satisfaction...BIG time.

Overall facilities - 4 stars. Need some morning snacks (i.e. donuts). Don't have to provide snacks all day but for those who wake at 5:30AM to make the 6:30AM drop-off.Overall rating - 4 stars. Although Quality of repair was good, a covering was not put back correctly (missing screws). Service manager already contacted but I now have to schedule time to take it down again.

Came in early but was accommodated as soon as possible. We waited for the car, but wish there was free snack available like they do in Crown Acura or Hall's Acura in the state of VA. Coffee was OK. The car was vacuumed but not washed because they said that the hose was broke, so I hope the next time I get it serviced, it can be washed. Mahalo

Due to an emergency situation I did't have an appointment but the staff greeted me warmly and arranged a meeting with my usual service manager, Paul Furtado. He had the shuttle take me to work and called to follow up on my situation, my driver window would not go up. The problem was quickly diagnose and rectified. Paul has never let me down and is always professional and quick to respond to my questions or needs. I highly recommend Acura not only for the quality of the car but also due to the great service/maintenance.

I had a not so pleasant experience at this dealership, my wife and I are new to the island and we had given up on trying to buy a car from a private seller.We saw a couple of potential cars on Acura's website so we figured we would go check them out.When we pulled up we were greeted by the salesman Scott, we told him we wanted to see the TL they had advertised and immediately started with the salesman tricks......"oh are you the one that called about it this morning" OH NO is someone else interested I better jump on it NOW HAHA. So he took us over to a TL that looked like crap, Headlights were foggy, car was filthy, and when we looked inside it was filthy as well. The cup holder cover was broken and when we asked if that's something they would be fixing his answer was if we paid for it they would fix it. So you take in a car that has broken items and you want the next person to pay to have them fixed. What a joke. Needless to say we walked away from that winner. The next car we wanted to see was a used 09 4dr civic EX. Scott did his best to find this car as it was not on their lot, or their used lot. He did however find a 06 2dr ex. This car was nice, it was buried and hard to get into and there really was no attempt to even get it it so it can be viewed fully. A nice car but again not any attempt to have the car spotless on the inside for the future owner. I understand the outside is gonna get dirty sitting in the lot but the inside should sparkle. Its like they take these cars on trade and do nothing with them. We went back to the desk and waited to see if the 4dr civic would materialize and no luck, so he took our number and would let us know when it was found. So later that night I did get a phone call about the missing civic, turns out the sales manager was touring the Island in it and it would be at the dealership to view the next day.We went back first thing expecting to see this gem and low and behold it was filthy inside and out. Granted filth doesn't make it a bad car but certainly doesn't help. SO we took the car for a ride and it went pretty well and now its time to deal.
