Ken at the service department always goes above and beyond! He gets me in with short notice, gives me a rental car and even delivered my keys that I forgot in the rental! I will continue to purchase future cars with Acura in order to utilize their service department. Super happy customer! Highly recommend

I recently had my brakes repaired at ACURA OF MAUI by KEN JOHNSON and crew. I have never given a review before, but this experience was exceptional, and I felt people should know. KEN was the most professional and efficient person I've seen in the repair business. I was blown away with the new car Ken let me borrow until the next day knowing I didn't have any other way to get to work as my toyota tacoma truck was being repaired. The price quoted was very fair and the work was excellent. Truck was washed and looking great when I arrived the next day to pick it up. I have never seen this level if service in my 60 years. And no, I'm not being paid to post this. People need to be treated fairly these days and ACURA OF MAUI was definitely a 5 star experience!

Went in to purchase a used 944 s2 Porsche and had the most pleasant, no pressure, hassle free car purchase of my life! All members of the sales team were great especially Steve and his boss Michael. mahalo Acura of Maui!

I just went to buy this vehicle for the price listed $25,995 and I was told that the price was $28,995.... bait and switch??? Then I was told it was an error and the page was removed but it is still listed at that price??? I would never buy a car here nor would I recommend this untrustworthy establishment to anyone.

My family was in the market of purchasing a new car. After searching Acura Maui online from Lana'i, Patrick contacted us about the vehicle, picked us up at the harbor and welcomed us like family. He was very professional in the process and made us feel comfortable. So far, we've bought two cars and plan to buy more in the future.

The lead sales manager Linda is difficult, disrespectful, and paranoid. Her entire demeanor gives off a horrible vibe. Because of Linda my recommondation is choose a different dealership, even if that means you can't get an Acura. She held the spare key to my car even after I signed finance papers and arranged for a wire transfer for the full amount of my car. So either way the dealership was paid even if my wire transfer failed. I guess she enjoys holding power over others and will do anything to keep it the power. Even if it's as simple not giving you the spare key. Now that's a true powertrip/mind game. Buying a car is painful enough add a Sales Manager that plays mind games equals my recommendation to avoid this dealership.
