Brought my brand new Acura RDX in fornthe airbag recall. They scratched 4 different panels, installed the airbag uneven, and broke plastic trim on thensteering wheel. Craig Kupiec said to send pics then he would order the parts as needed. He then emailed me days later to tell me to make an appointment so he can see it himself. I live an hour away and do not need to deal with someone who is going to hassle me about the shotty work his guys did. Still has not been rectified and Acura has been notified. These guys are hacks do not bring to them for service.

I was specifically looking for a certified RDX (in white) I know I am very specific LOL... I had emailed to inquire about a specific one in stock and Thomas T. emailed me back almost immediately. Luckily I was able to go and see the car within a day or so. I was happy that he was the one who helped me. He was actually much more personable and a bit more friendlier than some of the others I saw there. I was able to trade in my Honda, I got a very fair to great deal with what I wanted and I was happy with the overall process (it was a fairly painless and quick process at that). Thomas T. was even able to Fedex my registration to me since I live a little further away. I would highly recommend this dealership! I would definitely buy from them again.

I was on a market to lease new MDX 2017, and I contacted several dealerships in the area. Thomas Tzimoulis, Internet Sales Manager, called me on my phone, and right off the bat, in a very friendly and courteous manner, gave me the best price, and a promise of a quick, seamless delivery. No hugging, no gimmicks. Just 8 minutes on a phone.. that's it! I also needed several options to be installed. And two days later, I was already taking a delivery of my second MDX (and my third Acura overall). Great, simply great experience, I highly recommend Thomas T. if you looking for an Acura!

I highly recommend Stu Fogler at Acura of Ramsey. He works so hard to find the car you want in the color you want with the best deal possible. Immediately upon entering the dealership, I was warmly welcomed, escorting to a lounging area, and offered beverages (coffee, tea, water). The car I wished to purchase had already been pulled up to the front lot so that it would the first thing I saw when I pulled in. Not even two mins after having been seated in the lounging area, I was greeted by the gentleman who I had spoken to on the phone and the rest from there is history. A process, which usually takes 5-6 hours, was accomplished in 2 and I was able to drive out of there with a new car and an amazing deal. The customer service was pure quality and I would do business there again if I ever needed.

Several weeks ago I was driving to Maine for a weeks vacation with my wife. Stu Fogler from Acura of Ramsey called my cell phone to tell me he had a 2016 TLX in the color I liked etc. We discussed price, mileage etc. and I made the purchase on the road. I returned from vacation and picked up my new TLX which I love. Handles great and gas mileage has improved dramatically. I have been purchasing cars from Ramsey Acura for past 20+ years. Stu Fogler has always been very professional and knowledgeable about any of the new cars. I highly recommend working with him when purchasing a car.And lets not forget the service department. I call Tom Sabiel, make a appointment, he explains what he is doing to car, if any changes he calls me etc. Always a loaner car available early in the AM.Bottom line is they have a great group of people, all well trained, professional and sell great cars.

I just bought a used 2009 scion tC and they could not be nicer sales team. I dealt directly with Kevin, the sales manager, who was professional, honest and made me feel that I got a good deal. They price their cars competitively and sell quality cars that aren't purchased at auction. If you want a pleasant buying experience go see the staff at Acura of Ramsey. they couldn't be nicer. Just stay away from alan, he was pushy, unprofessional and would not negotiate the price at all. I believe his exact words were " Not a penny less than the asking price". His boss over heard him and immediately corrected him. Needless to say, I did not deal with Alan again. Other than that small snag, my buying experience was wonderful. Thanks Acura of Ramsey. I will be buying from you again in the future!

Everything about my purchasing experience was wonderful. Everyone we encountered was professional and courteous. I went to purchase a used vehicle with my son and first spoke to Shealynn on the phone. When we arrived she was extremely helpful and accommodating from test driving and through signing paperwork. Kevin, the sales manager was outstanding. Helpful and knowledgable, he led us into the financing process with David who was also very helpful. Both understood our goals and after a minor hiccup, Kevin helped us get the financing to finish the deal. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle and I expect to return in the future for vehicles for my family.

This is our third MDX from this dealership. Stu Fogler has always managed to present the vehicle and options that fit our needs and budget. each vehicle was immaculate on delivery and the set up and features well explained. It is a pleasure to work with him.Regarding servicing, there has been very little experience (that's a good thing!). A loaner has always been offered on routine maintenance but they usually are able to get it done in under an hour making it unnecessary. Service costs are very reasonable, unlike other makes we had in the past.

If Acura of Ramsey ever becomes tired of selling luxury cars, they should turn the business into a training academy for car sales and customer service. If you are like me, you have hesitated buying a new car because your previous experiences have been very off-putting-- holding on the phone or waiting for a long time in the show room; spending hours filling out paperwork; feeling like you are not the most important person in the car-buying equation... that the next person through the door will buy the car if you don't. I experienced none of these feelings working with Stu Fogler at Acura of Ramsey. In fact, my feelings were the exact opposite. Stu provided all the information I needed in one phone call. He filled out all the paperwork and kept in touch with me about any documentation he needed. He sent pictures of all the cars on the lot so I wouldn't have to make two trips to take ownership of the car. And, he gave me the best price-- one that could not be matched by any other offer I researched. Your investment in a new luxury car and your time "matter" to Stu. Why spend money and time shopping at any other dealer?

I'm not one to write a review but in this case I feel it's warranted. First and foremost Stu Fogler, is as good as it gets, he just makes things work, he eliminates all of the anxieties associated with getting a new car, Second , Everybody in Service and I mean everyone could not be more informative or nicer, they explain everything All the time from the littlest to more pressing issues, nothing Ever comes as a suprise! Even the guys who bring back your car make sure it's clean and ask if your satisfied, amazing! And last which is the hardest because you have to go to them and pay, are the absolute nicest always smiling always willing to help and will move things around if you have a schedule issues.It must start from the very top on down cause the have it Right! Our experience with Alan Zhu was fabulous on all counts. He is kind, smart, funny and got our very difficult deal done. Alan showed confidence and character from the second we sat down. Jack took care of finding a car for me. Aldo took care of the financial application. Danny has been taking care of my cars in the service department since 2006 when I bought my first Acura. Jack was attentive and went over and beyond to help me finalize my purchase within a couple of days. Even on his day off, he was in touch with me. I didn't realize it at the initial moment I walked in the door, but I got a GREAT DEAL!! My friends and family member are jealous (hehe), but I am also taking more business to Jack, Aldo, and Danny soon enough. I've only ever purchased brand new cars, but this was my first used car experience, and although there were a few cosmetic concerns, Jack and Aldo really worked with me till I was smiling from ear to ear! This dealer provided us test driving twice in two days and the car was our ideal model with all options and packages including safety package, though other luxury car dealers couldn't. We could selected the course of test driving as we liked and tested safety features in accordance with his guidance and explanations. Thomas quickly understood what we focused and prioritized during the test driving, and he provided all information and demonstrated during the test driving. He was always timely and responsible since the first email & text till end of paper works. Other staff including the receptionist were all pleasant and friendly.

This dealership is very professional, friendly and courteous to do business with. The staff are pleasant and accomadating. It was an extreme pleasure working with Stuart Fogler. The only reason I continue to give Acura of Ramsey my business because of Stuart Fogler. This is my third vehicle Acura of Ramsey. Stu is the man!! Great Personality! The service department is outstanding as well. If Stu ever retires or leaves Acura of Ramsey .. I will get another SUV form another company if Stu goes to another company I will follow him. Couldn't of asked for an easier transaction. Saw the vehicle online, spoke with Manuel and in minutes he sent more photos and specs on the car. Applied for financing online and by that evening I had the car in hand, with stellar warranty coverage and a great price. This was impulsive, but the best impulsive decision I could have made! I have been obsessed with the ILX model. I called Stu over at Ramsey at 7 on a Tuesday night and he was beyond helpful. He even had the paperwork and car ready to go the next morning when the dealership had just opened. The entire process was less than an hour (even switching car insurance over) and before I knew it, I was driving off in my brand new car! Thank you for the quick (and painless) help that you provided Stu, and everyone at Acura of Ramsey. I recommend their services to anyone who is looking to drive an Acura.

So my wife and I started shopping the market in hopes to find a SUV that would fit our soon to be growing family. Our daughter will be born in March and we wanted her to be able to ride comfortably and be safe in a newer and bigger vehicle. So with me being a auto tech and being part of the Honda team, we started shopping. After a long enough search we found the best price and lowest miles when we discovered Acura Of Ramsey. We gave them a call to get some info on a 2013 MDX they had in stock. We put a deposit down the same day and headed to New Jersey from Maryland the very next. Our salesman, Manny was the greatest! Before departing to come to dealer he pretty much had the process started and ready to a point that our time at the dealership was less than 2 hours and if you've ever purchased a car from a dealer, you could be there all day. Not inky was the process quick but we made a comedy fest outta the whole ordeal. The staff was so relaxed and accommodating! We exchanged stories about past cars and just life experiences. My wife and I have never had such a better sakes experience spending so much money. I wanna thank Manny and David for selling us our first Acura and selling us the greatest experience we will probably ever have at a car dealership.

My wife and I contacted the Dealership and the Manny our salesmen was very helpful with us. We didn't seem pressured to by a vehicle. My wife and I appreciate that Manny had a good sense of humor, and his willingness to help us. EXPERIENCE, PROFESSIONALISM and MANNERISM, was all on point with Manny. I had the privilege of dealing with Stu Fogler at Acura of Ramsey! This is the second time dealing with Stu and I will tell you, it will not be the last! I first leased a TSX Wagon and from the time I leased that car in 2012 to this past December when the lease was up a lot had happened in my life. I called Stu up on a Thursday afternoon and immediately he remembered who I was, what I was driving and what he could do for me. I told him my story as to what had happened since I saw him last and that I was interested in the RDX. He took care of EVERYTHING, I mean everything, and on Saturday (it would have been Friday but he is off on Fridays and I wanted to wait for him ONLY) I walked in at 9am and 15 minutes later walked out driving my new RDX. Stu made sure every aspect of the deal was done so all I had to do was sign my name. He treated me like royalty and I know he would do the same for anyone else. He is there for you for what you need, not what he has to sell and I love that about him.I moved to Tennessee a week later and I told Stu, no matter where I am, I will always be back to deal with him and him alone for as long as I'm driving and need a car. He is most definitely worth the 10 hour trip back to NJ!!! Most car salespeople I want to run from but Stu, he makes you feel more like a friend, "family", and not the sale. I am truly blessed to have met Stu!!

I went into the dealership to test drive a used Audi Q5. My salesman, Eli Ospina was well acquainted with the Q5, and had valuable insight regarding the car. We went for a test drive on a rainy night and was able to get a feel for how the car handles in less than ideal conditions. Eli was forthright while answering my questions and made the process of buying a car a positive one. Further Dave, the finance manager, was interested in winning my business and went the extra mile to get financing numbers within the range specified. Overall, a great experience.

We recently bought a CPO vehicle from Acura Ramsey. Eli was our salesperson and was very hospitable and friendly throughout the process. I had test drove the vehicle a few weeks prior but they didn't have the color combination I was looking for. A couple weeks later, I found they had one in inventory, called him up, agreed on a number and drove the car home later that evening. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I had recently given my car for service here and they had kept the car for the weekend due to couple of issues. When I went to pick up the car, I noticed that the driver leather seat was ripped and had slashes on it. So I raised the concern to the service adviser and initially the guy just came back saying that the seat was like that when they got it. I asked to speak with the Manager (Craig) and the manager asked the service guy who worked on the car. The service guy admitted to the damage (caused by him) and so the manager said he will speak to the director about this issue. After a week of no calls back from the manager or the director, I called to follow up and the manager says that they will not take the responsibility since the damage was already there (but service guy had admitted that the damage wasn't there when car came). Now, the manager claimed that the service man never said that that (when he admitted to it in front of me). This was very unprofessional, the manager was yelling at me and telling me that the damage was caused by me and the dealership will not take the responsibility of the damage.

My 3rd leased car but my first Acura. I leased a '16 MDX and was very happy with the sale process. I had researched 2months, test drove at dealer in Central Jersey, and negotiated at 4 other Acura dealers in NJ. I ended up driving an 1hr 20mins for the deal, I learned about Ramsey Acura from comments on an Edmunds. I had thought there'd be a catch or some b.s. but Barry Lavorgna delivered on everything he said he would before and after the sale. My experience was very straightforward and would absolutely do business with Barry again. JB Navarro was the Finance Rep who handled the final financing numbers, docs and signing (did a good job and recommend him). I would absolutely recommend these guys and this dealership to my friends and family.

My wife and I went in over a year ago and looked at SUVs. We shopped around and landed on the MDX. Talked to Art and he was very helpful. We told him we would be back in a month or so. Assumed he would call us weekly trying to get us back in, but he only called once a couple months after to check-in. After we finally decided to pull the trigger we went back and worked with Art and he was once again very helpful. Despite the normal haggling over price it was a great experience. I hate buying cars and in the end you never know what is the lowest price which is nothing the dealer can mitigate unless they eliminate the negotiation. That aside it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend to a friend.

I have purchased/leased 4 cars in the past so I would consider myself somewhat experienced. They try to "get" you. They tack on more fees. Interest rate went up etc. The typical bait and switch ( we don't have the color or trim you want but for $1,500 more you can have this). So not trust worthy. Never shop here.

I have recently purchased my second Acura MDX after a horrible accident where this car saved my life! I would not have purchased any other car or have gone to any other dealership to do so. Sales department, in particular Stuart Fogler, has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. My previous Acura MDX has never been serviced by anyone but their service department (I live upstate NY) and every time I was there I was treated by a professional, knowledgeable staff; received a loaner auto requested when mine needed to be serviced. I would recommend this particular dealership to anyone looking into purchasing an Acura automobile.

I unexpectedly found myself in the market for a new car after my son totaled my previous one (thankfully, no one was injured). I don't normally enjoy the car shopping experience and becoming a "motivated buyer" against my will I went into this experience with low expectations. After visiting a number of dealerships, I was lucky enough to land at Acura of Ramsey. The team there was great! They answered all my questions and, even though they knew I was a "motivated buyer" I felt no pressure to make a hasty decision. Stu was a "rockstar" and made me feel like I had been a customer of his for years. He walked me through the process from beginning to end and made sure I was completely satisfied with my choice of model, features, and then Dave explained all my financing options. Stu even arranged for my wife and I to see the actual car I was buying on the off site lot (near the dealership) prior to committing. Joe, the GM, even popped in to make sure we were pleased with our purchase. He also made us feel like we had been customers for years. The team certainly won my loyalty by turning a potentially stressful experience into a pleasant one. I recommend this dealership highly.

We worked with Manny who went the extra mile to get the deal done on a CPO MDX. At his suggestion, he went out and took new custom photographs of the car and worked with the techs to get us a full service history even though none was reflected on the carfax. They were also thorough and fair with our trade-in. Not only were we pleased with the deal and the car (and their pricing was excellent), but when a scheduling conflict made it difficult to pick up the car, Manny drove it out to us and did the deal in our living room. Car buying does not need to be a painful experience and the folks at Acura of Ramsey have earned loyal customers for life from us by going the extra mile!

Ha a great experience with Manny Cordero in Sales and Dave Schnapper from Finance. Found what I thought was a deal too good to be true online and when I got to the dealership it was exactly what it was listed as and then they made it even better. They worked with me on my trade-in and we got the whole deal done in an afternoon with no fast talk or double speak often found at other dealers. A very pleasant buying experience.

From start to finish Rafael was a pleasure to deal with. He was honest, straightforward, prompt and efficient. He was head and shoulders above the rest of the sales reps at other dealerships I was in communication with. I live in NYC and was in contact with all the major dealerships in the Tri-State area and had narrowed down my negotiations down to two dealerships- Ramsey and Park Ave. The dealer at Park Ave was ambiguous and deflective with my questions regarding certain costs and money down and took his time answering my emails. I could tell (and figured out where) I was getting squeezed by him. Rafael, was the exact opposite. Transparent and straightforward. I had done a TON of research and I am an educated consumer. Rafael treated me as such and made my experience hassle free and pleasurable! I could not ask for more from him! He was also incredibly patient (as I know I can be overly thorough) and my 10 year son liked him a lot. I would recommend Rafael and Ramsey without reservation to friends and family and look forward to working with him for my next lease!RG

Our experience at this dealership was simply outstanding. Never before have I seen such attention to detail, professionalism, integrity and friendliness from a dealership. We wanted to crawl out of our lease and drive away in a newly leased Acura MDX. Bob and Chuck made the whole experience a breeze and we were glad that we visited this dealership. We got the Best customer experience ever. This dealership is amazing and the employees here are extremely courteous. I always assumed Lexus dealerships had the best customer service, boy was I wrong! My first pleasant experience with Ramsey Acura is in 2006 when I purchase my Acura MDX. October 2015 decided to upgrade my MDX and visit Ramsey Acura. After entering Ramsey main entrance and notice the dealership distinction awards, I immediately felt relax. The environment just feels professional and stress free.The sales associate Manuel Cordero is very polite and knowledgeable, the finance manager, David Schnapper makes the paperwork stress free and especially Stuart Forger,what I love about Stuart is how he takes the time to communicate in a very warm none intimidating manner. Stuart is a well season person with over 10years experience with Ramsey Acura he know how to treat customers. I return after 9 years and once again a very happy customer , my wife is coming soon . This is the 5 th Acura I've leased from Ramsey Acura and Stewart Fogler. The deal is low key ,no pressure, a friendly ,exciting experience. I've never had a problem, and Stewart is always there whenever I need him .what I love about Stewart is he contacts me throughout the year to make sure everything is okay or just to wish me well. It was time for a new vehicle and I went looking for my first SUV. We visited other dealers before Ramsey Acura, but found this dealer to be the best. Our salesman (Bob Anzalone) was outstanding and very helpful, even after the deal was made. The finance man was also very helpful and easy to deal with. We arrived early Saturday morning to look at a MDX 2016. The moment we entered the facility there was someone to greet us and answer our questions. Our Sales Rep Rafael Figuereo was very informative and helpful. We did not feel rushed or pressured to buy. It was a very long day however, we left with the car we wanted and a positive feeling that we got a great deal. The following day, we received a follow up call from our Sales Rep Rafael, making sure we were content with the car and to answer any questions we might have had. That was the icing to the cake. We would recommend this dealership and Sales Rep to all our friends and family.

I would not have thought it possible to be jerked around the way I was today. They have a great website, and it showed the exact car(trim level, color etc) that I want to buy. Rather than wait for the reply via email(which still has not come), I went to the showroom. The receptionist took my name, and told me that I had an assigned salesman. So I waited. He was nowhere to be found. So I waited. When I had another gentleman offer to help me in the interim, the receptionist walked across the floor, interrupted and said she told the salesman that I was there. So I waited some more. When the salesman showed up, he had another customer. A normal reaction might be to get someone else to help, but no. Not at Ramsey Acura. That did not happen. After overhearing the salesman talk trade to his customer, I got a chance to ask him if his trade in appraiser would look at my trade. He told me point blank that that would have to wait until after talking about car I wanted to buy. He then returned to the customer he has sitting at his desk. Valuing my trade could have bought him a bit of time, but no. Not at Ramsey Acura. So I waited some more. When I had tired of waiting, I interrupted the salesman to tell him that I would be touring the parking lot. This gave him plenty of time to either finish up, or get someone else to help me. But no, not at Ramsey Acura. When I ran out of things to see in the parking lot, I figured I would try again. I returned to the showroom. The other customer was still sitting at the salesman's desk, and there was no salesman in sight. I stopped at the receptionist desk again to say that I had run out of time. I got a very pleasant apology. The normal thing to do would have been to get someone else to help me. But NO, not at Ramsey Acura.Thank God, there are other places to shop that value the customers, and don't jerk them around.

I've been driving Acuras for a long time (starting with a two-door sports car out of school and then graduating to an SUV when the kids came along). On my multi-year journey with Acura, I've never come across anyone like assistant sales manager Stu Fogler in Ramsey. Stu just got me into my latest lease with ease, the best recommendations (he definitely knows his stuff when it comes to colors) and exceptional service. I initially started my car search with Park Ave. Acura. I went to a guy who was referred to me by a friend so I figured he would help me out and give me some sort of help. Well the salesperson there literally got my cat appraised and told me the numbers I was dealing with and when I told him the numbers weren't writhing my price point he basically told me to settle for something else and that they didn't have what I wanted anyways. I am fairly young and he definitely gave me the you're wasting my time feeling. I so then proceeded to attempt Acura of Ramsey on which I asked for Manny which I had previously known of and knew he sold cars at Ramsey. He greated me at the door, very professional and welcoming deminer. I brought my daughter and she wasn't being the most cooperative but Manny did everything in his power to make her feel comfortable and even went to the extent of going to buy her cookies she kept asking me for. He answered all my questions and concerns and not once did he make me feel like I was asking too much or wasting his time. This was the fastest I had ever purchased a car usually takes me months to settle. This time it took me two days and I went home with my new car the second day. Thank you Manny

We purchased a CPO 2012 Acura MDX. They had a wide selection. We went to another dealership closer to home first, but waited for 30 minutes and no one came out to greet us. Plus the cars were all dirty and not well presented. So we took the 45 minute drive to go to Acura of Ramsey. Cars were clean and well presented. Within 5 minutes, Manny Cordero approached us and helped us in a personable, soft sales way. He was a pleasure to deal with and I will deal with him again in the future.We found our car and went for a test drive. Liked it and sat down to do the the financing for $32,500. After the paperwork had gone to the finance guy, Dave Schnapper, I realized I did not check the online price. It was $1,500 less! I asked Manny about this as during negotiations, there was no wiggle room. He went to his manager and they honored the web price. I've read where some dealerships will change the web price while they are "checking with the manager." I went so far as to take a snapshot of the $31,000 price, in case I needed it. I did not, no games, no gimmicks, ethical folks.Dave Schnapper the finance guy was also a pleasure to deal with. The paperwork, etc. was seamless. During negotiations, they agreed to repair the leather in the back seat, which was done last week. My only complaint would be to have the service people oversee this process rather than the sales person. The process was a little frustrating for my wife, but Dave took it upon himself to get it done and gave my wife a loaner for the day. Manny was out, and quite frankly, I'd imagine this is not one of Dave's responsibilities. Now that is service!Car runs great, looks great and we couldn't be happier.Thanks Manny and Dave for making this a great experience. I hope your manager buys you lunch today!

Went to get pricing on a new MDX using Edmunds new car pricing. This was one of the dealerships I targeted and I wasn't disappointed. Rafael provided a prompt response, with no pressure to come down for a test drive as he knew i was also considering an Infiniti QX 60. Finally was able to get to the delaer over a week later, was promptly greeted, and assigned to another salesman as Rafael was out. Test drive went well, price provided was quite good, and returned a few days later to buy. Vinicio and Rafael were pleasant to work with when completing the paperwork for the sale, As Rafael was off, and Vinicio busy when i returned to pick yup the car, another salesman, Maher, showed me the intriccaies of the car. Overall, a very well done experience.

We looked in our area to lease an Acura RDX. The prices we got seemed too high for a 2015 when the 2016 was already available. A friend who had purchased Acuras told us to call Stu Folger at Ramsey Acura. We did and he made leasing a car an easy experience. He told us what he had available over the phone since we lived almost 25 miles away. We liked what he said so we took the drive up to Ramsey. Everything Stu said was true. He went out of his way to work within my budget and I would encourage anyone in the market for an Acura to drive a couple extra miles to work with Dwayne and Acura of Ramsey. If you are trading in, I would strongly suggest you bring a print out of your KBB used car value to the negotiation. That way you know going in what it is worth and nothing will get lost when the dealer does their analysis. the best experience I have EVER had in car shopping!! Much more than being competitive with the price of the vehicle and my trade, Rafael, my salesperson spent SO much time with us, explaining the options, getting us over to, showing us the service area (Which Ill be at for all my service needs. Rafael wasnt pushy, he was informative, nice, and NO was not in his vocabulary. The entire experience with Ramsey Acura has been absolutely amazing, smooth, and basically perfect thanks to Rafael and the professionals on their team.Rafael Figuereo was courteous, efficient, patient, and his prompt email replies made the buying process straightforward. Like most people, I find buying a car a bit tedious. Acura of Ramsey completely changed that. Elijah and Elio worked together to get me a very fair deal on my trade and the car that I purchased. The shear knowledge and attention to detail was subpurb, which is hard to do considering I am very detail oriented and am one of those that ask every question down to the fine print. But low and behold, they were all patient, friendly and always reached out to me via email or phone each step of the way when I could not be present at the dealrership. If you are in the market to buy an Acura, I would highly reccomend to go straight to Rafael at Acura of Ramsey (do not pass go, do not collect $200) haha. I am serious though, you will not only be happy with your results, but wont be stressed with the process. Happy car shopping!!!

I bought an Acura MDX on Dec. 6, 2014. After paying for car, dealer tacked on additional charge 10 days later. This was done despite no paperwork mentioning additional charge when I bought the car. The original salesman (Robert Zimmer) was good. But the salesman/account person (David Schnapper) was impersonl and officious, hurrying me through the signing/closing process without giving me any paperwork about the additional, later charge. The general manager (Joe Rauch) was very unhelpful, even refusing my first two requests to email me the Acura USA Customer Service address so I could lodge a complaint. He finally gave me this info but, like Mr. Schnapper, left a very impression with me. Overall, a bad experience. Their haughty attitude is probably from treating many other customers the same way.

I went in to have routine service done in the morning and had great service from Tommy. As I was leaving I inquired about another vehicle that I saw on the lot. I went in by Stuart, was greeted by my name and introduced to Manny for a test drive. He was so accomodating and amazing!!! He explained everything with no pressure at all. He was so courteous and knowledgeable that. I left with another car! Best deal around, gorgeous car, great staff!!!! Best dealership in NJ, I live an hour away and would drive 2 for such great customer service. This is our 6th car from Ramsey Acura. GREAT TEAM!

This was an amazing first time car leasing experience. As my salesperson, Rafael Figuereo was not only professional right from the initial telephone contact, but throughout the end. I have had experiences from other dealers that were actually pushy to the extent of turning my buying a car to the point we had to just walkout of the dealership. I had a disappointing and sad experience during my purchase of a 2015 TLX Advance 4 Wheel Drive . This is not my first time purchasing a car from Acura , this is actually my third vehicle from Acura and you would think Acura as a whole values their customer but honestly maybe they did in the past but NOT ANYMORE . The quality and moral of Acura has declined and is very low . I would like everyone to beware of this , first of all my brand new vehicle is 2 weeks old and is perfect now because I fixed the issue with great expense but it was all worth it . I would however like to write this post so everyone knows that when purchasing any 2015 Acura please be careful of these items I am going to mention . Inspect it yourself or question your sales and service consultant . Last Monday 17th November 2014 , I experienced a flat tire in Manhattan New York where I reside and to my amazement ......... the first thing anyone would do which is normal is fix it on your own so you take it to a tire shop or dealership to be fixed however this was not the case at all . The vehicle had NO SPARE TIRE and I was not told this at my initial sale / purchase which is HORRIBLE for any customer . The customer has to RIGHT TO KNOW and given the choice what to do but as a whole Acura making vehicles like this is NO GOOD because it is a HAZARD AND DANGER TO THE CUSTOMER . I understand TECHNOLOGY is changing but ACURA NEEDS TO PUT THIS OUT THERE TO ANY CUSTOMER as usual this a money making issue for Acura now because if they tell you the vehicle has no spare tire you have to purchase one on your own or purchase one with them . More expense for you . Coming back to me Current issue which is still going on as I have now picked this issue up with ACURA CLIENT RELATIONS , I have a case number so this is not a light issue especially for anyone with a new vehicle or old vehicle . While encountering my flat tire on Monday since there was no spare tire within the vehicle was angry and I began to use their " SO CALLED TIRE SEALANT KIT FOR A FLAT TIRE " in nutshell ACURA version of a tire pump which is horrible . THIS TIRE SEALANT PUMP SEALED NOTHING ............... NOTHING I TELL YOU . The pump NEVER WORKED ONE BIT . This was my second disappointment and not the wheel that had the flat had WHEEL LOCKS to my horror the SO CALLED KEY FOR THE WHEEL LOCK did not work at all and the vehicle comes with NO WRENCH to remove the wheel lock despite everything going on . As a whole all three items are very vital and dangerous to your life and everyone on this site should be aware of it . This is a big disappointment on Acura as a whole and they need to remodel and recheck their design of this vehicle next time or any other vehicle they would like to design . This vehicle is truly the best and very powerful however it lacks vital simple items which are important . The flat tire sealant pump does not work at all as I mentioned above please be aware and there is no spare tire for the customer unless you purchase one on your own or from the company . Therefore if you get a flat the pump ONLY works if your tire has a hole JUST THE RIGHT SIZE FOR THE PUMP TO WORK ............ so everyone out there please pay attention to this . The third thing on your tires as mentioned by me before , the wheel locks are placed on all four tires however the vehicle has a key which may or may not work and there is no wrench within the car to open the locks . This is a great risk and a definitely NO on Acura as a whole . I took my pump and wheel to be inspected and the service person never updated with the outcome and forgot me completely hence no help from him . POOR SERVICE . I don't recommend this place and please be aware of your purchase of any 2015 Acura models it is a SAFETY ISSUE FOR YOU AS A WHOLE . My situation is ongoing at the moment , as I am currently holding Acura Client Relation responsible to giving me a NEW BRAND TIRE SEALANT PUMP AND A NEW SPARE TIRE IN PLACE OF THIS ONE THAT REQUIRES FIXING , FREE OF CHARGE . RAMSEY OF ACURA WAS OF NO HELP IN ASSISTING ME , they are horrible and did not have the courtesy and professionalism to let me know that this vehicle comes with no spare tire and no wrench to change a tire as well as the sealant tire pump is useless to begin with for anyone . I have reported this to Acura client relation . At this time , I have fixed my tires with every penny I paid for which was all worth it , I purchased 4 BRAND NEW MICHELIN RUN FLAT TIRES THE BEST INDEED FROM TIRE/TIRERACK . NOW THIS IS fabulous service from them , my car runs amazing now . This expensive vehicle also came standard with GOODYEAR EAGLE TIRES not a good thing to begin with as well . Anyway I wish to say in my closing please guys out there be careful and be safe . Take care of your own vehicle as you can see I am fighting currently to get acknowledged for their mistake but I will fight to the end until this matter is solved . Thanks to my great efforts my vehicle is perfect now .

This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. My salesman, Rafael was very friendly and so accommodating. Elio, the used car manager, gave me a good price for the Tahoe I was trading in and we were able to negotiate a comfortable price for the MDX. Rafael was able to get me the MDX I wanted with all of my "wish list" accessories. I drove the car off the lot the same night. After signing all the finance papers Rafael showed me the computer system and features and helped me get my Bluetooth synced with my iPhone. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I was looking for a particular car, a 2008 Acura TSX black on black to be exact. I did research online and saw Acura of Ramsey had the exact vehicle I was looking for. Before making the trip up there since I live by the jersey shore I visited Acura of Ocean to see if they may have the car I was interested in buying. I was very disappointed with their service. To be brief they basically tried talking me into getting different cars that I didn't even want. So I made the 1hr 45mins drive up to Acura of Ramsey and it ended up being well worth the trip. I worked with Elijah Ospina who was very friendly, honest, and real. He was very upfront with me and a very trustworthy salesman. He even pulled some strings for me and very helpful everything worked out perfect. Their prices are very affordable compared to other dealers. They provided me with excellent service and It was the best experience I had purchasing a car thus far. I highly recommend buying a car from them and I'm sure I will go to them for future car buying. I was in the market just to look around at the cars That I had an interest in when my lease was up with my current vehicle. I truly had no intentions of leaving with a new car just yet, since I was uneducated on what my options were. When I walked into this dealership, I was greeted by a woman with a smile that made me feel like I knew her for years. Her name was Ann and she wanted me to connect with Stu Fogler, since, she knew he could answer any and all questions that I had. Not only was he extremely knowledgable about the car I was interested in, he was patient and sincere. Those are qualities that I look for in my personal life, nevermind a car representative. Stu worked his magic! He got me out of my old lease and before I knew it, I was part of the Acura family. We even had some laughs along the way. The gentleman in the finance department, David was also very thorough in explaining all the details once you sign for a new car. The car is delivered cleaner than any dealership I have ever been to and delivery experience is top notch. I always feel like I made a smart purchase with no pressure but real advice. My 85 year old mom wanted a car, I found several suitable models online, but after review and some time shopping and test-driving, it became obvious that the choice was Acura of Ramsey. Mom is still sharp, but I try and do everything possible to help her, extra-especially when it comes to buying or servicing her cars. Elio and his pre-owned team were gentlemen, they were patient and the car was EXACTLY as they described it. We bought it from them and they treated us fairly and made the entire process a pleasure.... they treated us like family. I would very highly recommend this dealer to anyone. Can't say enough great things about them. Very very trustworthy and professional is probably the best way to express all of this in summary.

I came across a 2012 vw gli on cars.com and it led me to Acura of Ramsey. The price was definitely unbeatable. The first time I stopped by Jay helped me. After test driving the car, I was 75% sure I was going to buy it. Then the next day came and Dwayne and Elio assisted me in finalizing the price. Came out of the dealership a poor but happy man. While searching up for Lexus ISF, I came across Ramsey Acura to have the exact one that I was looking for, Ultrasonic Blue Lexus ISF with Alpine/White Leather Seats (rare, special edition), beautiful fast machine and they had it for a fantastic price. Came in, great young man named (Manual Cordero AKA Manny) took care of me, I took the machine for a quick ride and I loved it !!! Manny and the financial guy in the back (JB Navarro) treated me with respect, manner, completely honest and reliable with me. They both was able to work with me, no "hidden fees" like other dealers out there, basically they did a fantastic job and I'm pretty sure, they treat all customers the same way I got treated. He was such a pleasure to deal with so when I decided to purchase an MDX, I asked him if he knows anyone just like him who sells Acura. He introduced me to Stuart (Stu) Fogler at Acura of Ramsey which is under the same owner as Mahwah Honda. I had the exact same experience with Stu which was a straight up negotiation without any BS where I was extremely happy with both the car and the deal. I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had with a car dealer. I walked in was greeted promptly at the front desk. Jay was my salesperson, there was no sales pressure asked what I wanted to see showed me 3-4 cars test drove one, fell in love with it. Then there was the dreaded credit check, pre application politics. I have to say this was the smoothest process I have ever been through there was no politics, there was no haggling, there was no giving up your first born. The morning after my web search for a used Acura TSX I got a call from a guy named Manny Cordero at Acura of Ramsey saying they just got a 2009 Acura TSX in and it probably wouldn't be there for long. They hadn't even had time to photograph it. I came in and Manny took me through the various features offered on this TSX, including the tech package which was new to me. He was well aware that this was a year of the TSX that is considered one of the best for this model. Well, the folks there then gave me a fair rate on my trade-in and brought the TSX to a price I was happy to pay. They detailed the car beautifully for me and when I picked it up a few days later I was thrilled. It really looks brand new. Dealing with these folks couldn't have been more pleasant and they couldn't have been more helpful even later when I came in to get my plates and registration. This is the easiest car purchase I've made I'm my life. So thanks to Manny Cordero and the crew at Acura of Ramsey. I couldn't be happier.

From the moment I walked in I felt totally at ease. I was greeted promptly by the assistant sales manager, Stu, who seemed genuine in asking what I was interested in. I told him which car I wanted to see, he handed me the keys, showed me the car's basic features, and sent me on a test drive telling me to return in a little while. I loved that! There was no pressure, and I was not confined to the vehicle with a sales person when test driving the vehicle. Upon my return, I met with the Stu, and again, I felt so comfortable. Aside from absolutely falling in love with the RDX, the fact that Stu was so friendly, courteous and honest really sealed the deal. It was nice not having to broker a deal, bargain, haggle or negotiate. Everything was very clear and concise; it was truly refreshing! Also, working with Juan, the finance manager, was equally as enjoyable. I was so exceptionally happy with the entire experience, from start to finish, and absolutely love my new car!

We just purchased our first Acura and we could not be more pleased with our decision. Our sales associate Rafael Figuereo was the best and that is no exaggeration! Rafael's customer focused sales nature and no pressure sales tactics is what we valued most from the whole experience. I just leased my third Acura from Acura of Ramsey and each time it has been a great experience. Working with Stu Fogler really made what can be a very frustrating process into an easy and most of all quick process. I just leased my second new Acura in as many years from Acura of Ramsey. The first was a TL (in January 2013); this time it was a 2015 MDX. I worked with Rafael on both occasions. He is knowledgable about the vehicles, very responsive to calls and e-mails, and very easy to work with. He is a consummate professional and a class act. Negotiating the price of a new car can be stressful and irritating - but with Rafael we both had all our cards on the table within a few days. I have visited a lot of dealerships and worked with a lot of salesmen and often leave the experience frustrated and annoyed by the gamesmanship and the constant back and forth. Rafael eschews this non-sensical approach to selling cars and instead is honest and straightforward about what he can and can't do. There's always going to be some negotiation regarding the price of a new car, but Rafael makes it less adversarial than any other salesman I have ever encountered. I cannot imagine ever buying an Acura from any other dealership or any other salesman.

The service here is excellent. My sales person Stu (Stuart Fogler) knows all the ins and outs of acura vehicles which help to make my buying experience pleasant. The General Manager Joe Rauch and his staff are one of the best supporting teams to work with, they all help to make my wife and I car buying experience last week great. I enjoyed my buying experience at Acura of Ramsey because there were no high pressure sales tactics. Rafael listened to my needs and my budget and got me the exact car I wanted. Rafael went out of his way to find me the color and trim I wanted even though stock was limited. I had such a horrible experience dealing with the service department at Paragon Acura in Queens that I was seriously contemplating leaving the Acura brand. I was introduced to the guys in the service department and they were very professional and knowledgeable. The guys at Ramsey restored my faith. I love my new MDX. Artie did a great job of letting the car speak for itself. Not a high pressure sale, just facts and informative. He was great, friendly, experienced, knew the car.The downside was the finance person, JB. He continuously took phone calls while I was trying to go over paperwork with him. Extremely rude by doing that. He also did not return the multiple phone calls we put out to him, in addition to an email concerning warranties. Not a good representation of your dealership.Any rating less than 5 star is completely about the finance section and dissatisfaction I felt with JB

From the moment I walked in, Barry Lavorgna was friendly, but not overbearing or high pressure. He and Chuck Lomolino were very straightforward, no nonsense and very accommodating. No games with pricing. No hassles. I traded in my nine year old Acura TL and received an excellent trade-in price. The RDX I wanted was not in any local inventory, so they ordered one for me, and wanted to make sure I was okay with waiting. The car arrived in two weeks (very timely), and when we went to pick up the vehicle, the financial person had all the paperwork ready to go and the process went quickly and efficiently. Barry and the dealership followed up to make sure everything was to my liking. Very friendly. Very helpful. This was not my first certified pre-owned Acura, but definitely one of the most professional transactions I've had at any certified Acura used car sales centers. No pressure, and also a courteous with a diligent staff especially during a busy Saturday afternoon. Would recommend and would also return for future business. The dealers were excellent, and very friendly. They helped me with looking at my new car, helping with the price and accommodated me with anything I needed. I wasn't very excited about purchasing a new car after i had been in a car accident but the boys at the dealership helped me and made me feel safe. Manny helped me a lot and we test drove the car, kept in touch until i made the decision to purchase the car. Elio the used car manager made sure my car was in perfect shape before I left the dealership, and David the business manager helped me get a lower interest rate. Shopping for a car is not easy, and some of us dread the day we step foot in a car dealer. The only way to make yourself feel like you have the upper hand is to walk into a dealer and study the sales man. If they approach you, just say youre servicing your car- Thats it. This will give you a chance to pick the right salesman.I faced 3 dealerships before ending my search in this one, and boy was it hard- I heard it all. If I give it to you at this price will you take it RIGHT NOW? ummm no. I walked into Acura and right away I felt a sense of relief. A gentleman greeted, I asked to speak to a sales man about options. No problem, he said. Along came another gentleman Named Rafael. Now right off the back I knew this salesman was perfect- this person was not out to get me, he looked sincere, caring the type of person that will help you change a tire, or give you advise if youre down on your luck.Right away I explained my situation- I was in a bad one so i didnt expect to walk out with a car. But rafa broke down my options. We all know sales man get commission and some believe there in battle or some weird fight to win$$$$. Rafael was not like this AT ALL. I could have left the dealer gone to other place to compare this gentleman and I would have returned right back. After breaking everything down he then asked for a test drive. To me thats perfect because I dont want to test drive a car I cant buy, so he did not waste my time at all. Curious about my future- with Acura. A very, very detailed sales man, very impressive.So at the end I bought him lunch (I felt like I needed to) prepped my car, filled up my tank and off I went.This is my third lease, but have gone to more than a dozen dealers with friends so I know if a sales man is either tricking you or helping you, and Rafael was here to help me and I thank him for that. If you decide to get an Acura please stop by this dealership and ask for Rafael, I guarantee you wont have doubts walking out the door. See you in 36 months.

Car dealerships are not generally very plesant places. However this one and the corresponding experience were a bit different...1) the sales staff seem to enjoy their jobs, seem to actually enjoy their co-workers and place equal importance on the sale AND a satisfied customer2) the negotiation process lacked the typical double-talk and disrespect ('you need to understand x about the car business, blah, blah). Instead we had healthy debate and landed on a price for both the car and the trade that didn't thrill either side but satisfied bothThe financing and remainder of the deal portion were really positive as well. My only small frustration was that my car had a small but visible scratch on the door when I went to pick it up. They had 10 cars for delivery that day and the detailing of the car (streaks on the seats, smudges on dash, doors etc.) may have been a bit rushed. That said, they are ordering me some touch up paint (on them) and I was easily able to buff out the streaks and smudges myself the next day), Again, so far the broader experience with the dealership (my sales rep, Elio the Sales Manager, Stu and the GM (who I met briefly) was quite positive and better than my experience at the other dealerships I've worked with over the last 20 years.

I could write a novel about how happy I am with my car and that is due to Stu Fogler's really working with me and not giving up on getting me in a car I would be happy with for years. Originally I was looking at the ILX and while it had everything it just lacked in power. I went back and forth to the dealership 3 days in a row and each time Stu had something else for me to try or look at. On the third day he completely sold me on the 2014 TL SE and I truthfully could not be happier. It had everything I was looking for in a new car and I cant tell you how much I appreciate Stu for not giving up on finding me a deal.He was great to work with, very personable, and paper work was a breeze....I have been in line at fast food restaurants longer than it took to handle the paper work. I know this is a little late for a review but I bought my Acura TL 2011 in April 2014. I had a seen the TL on the Acura Ramsey Website and only came in to just test drive it. I looked around the used car lot for a couple of minutes and New Car salesman came up and I let him know that I was looking only at used. He laughed and referred me to Jay Vargas a new used car salesman. I test drove the Acura with Jay and the car was just great. I had fallen in love with the TL. We got back to the dealership and sat down with the sales manager and worked out a great deal for the TL and the trade in for my mazda. This had to be one of the best car purchases in my life. The terms were spelled out clearly and Acura was able to get me a better rate on finance then the credit union I was going to use. The finance guy, sales manager, and of course Jay were great. The icing on the cake for me was that I was Jay's first sale. To celebrate Jay's first sale, his fellow salesmen got me to cut his tie before he took me out to my cleaned Acura. It was all in good fun and thankfully it wasn't his most expensive ties lol. It's funny to me because when I bought my first Acura back in 2004 I was that car's salesman first sale too, and that purchase was in Virginia (Chantilly). The entire experience from start to finish at Acura of Ramsey was very smooth. They had great inventory on hand, Michael Kurtz was very responsive to a quote request over the net, with a very fair initial quote. A few emails later we had an agreed final price. Very different from other internet sales managers who won't even provide a quote until they speak with you over the phone. Seriously, what is the point of having an internet sales manager who won't deal over email? The test drive was really well thought out. Not some boring loop around 25 mph roads near the dealer, but a real drive through winding streets, etc, the way it should be. Michael was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and his personal approach was just right -- not typical salesman stuff. He was low-key, honest and respectful. Ramsey was a bit a drive for us. But well worth it. Dealers closer by did not have the inventory and/or were not as responsive. Highly recommend this dealership, and contacting them via email through Michael Kurtz.

I went without an appointment for an issue with a tire on my 2011 RDX. I was treated great while my car was serviced in a prompt fashion. I went upstairs and enjoyed a cup of hot chocolate while I was waiting. I was in and out in about an hour in my RDX that was also cleaned inside and out. Heron was great.

Stopped by Acura of Ramsey to check out the RDX after looking at the Audi Q5 and BMW X3, Greeted by the friendly and low key Elijah Ospina,, who showed me the Certified Pre-owned RDX vehicles on their lot. After chatting about features and options for 30 minutes, I was taking the SUV for test drive. Elijah worked with me to get a good price for my trade in and to close the deal. Then worked with David Schnapper on the paperwork to finalize the transaction. These folks are friendly, accommodating, and considerate; and they work well together.

Stu made the experience of buying our new MDX fast easy and fun. We had contacted a few other dealers closer to our home when my husband's colleague recommended we call Stu. From the first minute I spoke with him he was honest, attentive and great to deal with. My wife and I saw our new car on a Friday night at 8:45pm. Not thinking they were still open, Elijah came out to help us, instead of avoiding us do to closing time. He was very helpful and answered all our questions that night. My wife and felt so comfortable with him and the car, we made an appointment to go back Saturday morning to buy it. I contacted the dealership via the web. Mr. Rafael Figuero was the person who responded to my request. He was very prompt in responding, and once we made contact, quickly come to a verbal agreement on the lease. He then sent me the offer via email to confirm our agreement. Mr. Figuero dealt with me in an honest and fair manner. We worked out the timing for the lease to close to match my needs. He kept his word and had the paperwork ready working with David in Finance. So as I landed a new job I knew it was time for a new car. I was looking for an Acura RDX in particular and looked at a few places that had them in stock. I was looking to buy a used car in particular so I went to Subaru of Ramsey first and let me tell you, that place was horrible. I met with Alex and he was very discouraging. Its like he didnt want my business or to even help. I had called prior and even told him I was interested, and all he did when I got there was give me 5 mins and throw numbers at me. He had NO ENTHUSIASM at all, so we picked up and left. My mother said lets stop by Acura right down the road because thats where she got her car. So we did, and thats where we met Stu. From the beginning Stu was so enthusiastic, and he got right to business. He didnt try to ball park things he didnt just throw numbers at me, he sat me down we talked the car and how many miles, and made the best decision for me. He got on the paper work and did his best to fall between my range. Stu actually wanted to help me. He even tried to get me a new car within my budget, but we couldnt. It ended up being that I got a 2012 TSX Wagon with very low mileage and I was very happy. Stu literally gave me his full attention and did everything to help me so that I would be comfortable and happy with my car. We spent about 4 or 5 hours working on a car for me and the whole time he was all smiles. He was very energetic and friendly and just down to earth. He laid it out there for me and didnt try to beat around the bush. Usually you meet sales people who can rip you off but Stu was so trustworthy that I never had to worry about that. If youre looking for a car whether its an Acura or not, I would go see Stu before heading anywhere. He will do his best to get you what you want and make sure youre happy. Im never going anywhere else when it comes to cars because I dont think I will ever feel as comfortable with another location or sales person than how I felt dealing with Stu. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Stu and let him take care of you!

We've leased with Stu Fogler at Acura of Ramsey 9 years ago, and now decided to come back to Acura again. Amazingly Stu remembered us by name as soon as we walked in and was very friendly and genuine. He made the whole process very easy without any pressure at any point. We had a good test drive of both models we were interested in, after which we called him back few weeks later once we were ready and arranged everything over the phone within 10 minutes. Few days later we picked up the car exactly as agreed. I've done extensive price research and he was able to quickly give me the best deal. I met Stu Fogler when looking for a car for a friend about a year ago. I got out of my car and headed towards the showroom when I noticed someone putting plates on a new car. He turned around and with a big smile, started talking. I thought he had such a good personality that a few days later I brought my friend in who lives out of the area to purchase a car. Recently, I was looking to purchase a car for my son so decided to pay Stu a visit. He was able to put together a deal which worked for both of us. I am a tough negotiator but this guy makes you want to do business with him. I have dealt with luxury car dealers in the past but none measure up to Stu in terms of customer service - simply the best!

My purchase experience of a new MDX with Acura of Ramsey was overall a positive one. My only hesitation in labeling 'friendliness' as great rather than good is due only to my experience with those associates who I interacted with that were not directly involved in my purchase, as they seemed less than friendly when they realized that I was working with another salesperson. I expect that to be par for the course though in the sales business. Price negotiation was a fair and equitable process, as was the continual professionalism, helpfulness, and lack of pressure by the sales team that I dealt directly with, namely Rafael and Chuck. I am unable to rate my service experience as of yet, though their installation of additional vehicle options prior to my vehicle's delivery was both prompt and satisfactory.

I originally came into the dealership with the attitude that I was not going to be able to afford an Acura AWD MDX/tech pkg. Rafael Figuereo was the internet manager who called me to come in. He worked out the numbers with me, with the approval of the sales manager Chuck proved me wrong. They gave me a great price for the car. I also traded in my car, and got the best value from this dealership, compared to others that I went to for pricing.The overall experience was great, they were not pushy with me at all to get the deal done and gave me time to think it through.I have had about 10 cars overall between all the members of my family (bought or leased). I have to say, this is by far the best car leasing/buying experience ever. Rafael and Chuck are a pleasure to do business with. If you are considering in buying/leasing an acura, I highly recommend you give Rafael a try and make sure Chuck is the sales manager that day as well. I am sure you will not be dissapointed.

I have to say that I didn't even consider Acura of Ramsey at 1st thinking their prices would be a little higher because of the area and location. Man, was I wrong!!!!! They had more of a selection and a range of vehicles that I wasn't even looking for but would consider because of price.It all started with an online inquiry and Elijah had called me to tell me that the vehicle I was looking at was no longer available. He then told me about the other pre-owned RDX that were still available. We went immediately the following morning and we had a time limit because we had to be somewhere at a certain time. He took the time to listen to my criteria of "wants" in my vehicle. We went for a test drive on 3 different RDX and then went inside to talk numbers. We literally left there to get where I had to be with my "new" vehicle. Elijah was an attentive salesman that really listened to my wants and needs. He wasn't pushy at all. I loved his personality and how great he got along with my six year old son. The whole experience from start to finish was less than 3 hours. I am extremely happy with my purchase!

Rafael was a professional from the start. He did everything in his power to meet my needs and he succeeded. I am not an easy customer, but Rafael and the Acura of Ramsey team took care of us. The car buying experience is often long and difficult, even annoying at times, but Rafael and the team had us in and out within about an hour! I do my homework and figure out what the best price is that I can buy for, dealers often say things like "this car is rare" or my numbers are wrong. This is our fourth Acura RDX. We have purchased from other dealerships and there's simply no comparison. Not only did we find our best price here, but it seems that everyone in the place is friendly, whether or not they are your particular salesman. We have purchased twice from this dealership, with two different salesmen--Maher Marhoumy and Mitch Gruick. They are fantastic salesmen who have no hard-sell quality about them. Our son also bought a car from Maher Marhoumy, so we now consider him to be our "family dealer". I just can't recommend him highly enough.Parenthetically, this dealership is a considerable distance from our home. We have another dealership right nearby but left them right on the verge of a sale when they reneged on the promised price. We then went to Acura Ramsey, who not only gave us that price but even lower! It's worth the trip. Their service department is excellent as well.

I have been in love with the Acura RDX for sometime, so when when my old Accord started going bad I shared my thoughts with my Honda Service Advisor, Paul. Stu is phenomenal. My family has now purchased 3 Acuras from him. He is the reason they keep going back to Acura of Ramsey and this time brought me in to purchase my first Acura. He was able to put me into my dream car at a price I could not pass up! I walked in on a Saturday to test drive an ILX and was able to drive it off the lot the following Thursday. He surprised me with all weather mats in my car that are the perfect way to keep it nice and clean during our harsh winter months. He even came back out to Windex my driver side window after I put it down because he felt they were a bit streaky and wanted me to leave the dealer with it in pristine condition! We researched the cars that we were considering and first visited your showroom to see the Acura RDX. Barry was the first person to ask us if we needed any information. He directed us to visit the Acura website for specs on the vehicle. After careful research, we came back to test drive the RDX and Barry had given us his business card with his hours listed so we contacted him to set up a test drive. Upon arrival, Barry met us and had the car already to go. I was pleasantly surprised that we were allowed to take the test drive by ourselves without any influence from a sales person. I really appreciated that opportunity to test drive without sales pressure. Once, we returned, we had decided to crunch the numbers and Barry did a good job of including a trade-in on my Ford Escape. The pricing was good and there was no sales pressure which made the purchasing experience easier than previously. We visited the financial manager to complete the sale and we were not over pressured into buying the "typical extras." They were mentioned and left up to our discretion. Upon pick up of the vehicle, everything was in order and Barry helped to get my phone paired with the Bluetooth system and went over the basics. I also like the idea that if I need help with the computerized navigation system,etc they are available to help us.

I'm So Happy I Could Cry...That is exactly how I felt upon leaving Acura of Ramsey with my new (well new to me) 2009 Honda CRV AWD EX-L. My list of things I hate to do is short, but buying a car is up there in the top three. When my Audi hit over 100k miles, I felt it was time to begrudgingly start looking. October 2013, I visited Acura of Ramsey and met with Rafael Figuereo. He was very courteous and professional. I test drove an Acura. For me, at that time, I was not interested in the car. I had Mercedes on the brain, so I left. Rafael was excellent with follow-up. In the meantime I was still looking. I cannot begin to describe the level of unprofessionalism I encountered at other dealerships. I did find a Mercedes from a very reputable MB dealer, but guess what? I did not get approved. At the same time even Kohl's turned me down. Talk about embarrassing. Meanwhile Rafael is still checking in on me to see my status for buying a car. At this point, I was looking at chop-shop lots where they hit you over the head with bogus fees and just plain rude. I'm not giving my hard-earned money to some idiot. I was ready to give up and feared not getting approved. But Rafael still kept calling to check in. I would periodically look on the Acura of Ramsey website for pre-owned. Everybody and their mother told me Honda is an excellent choice. At this time is when I started to consider the CRV. I talked to Rafael and told him my concerns. This is after five months since my first visit. Rafael via email or phone kept in contact with me over five months for purchasing a car! I did not encounter that anywhere else. Well, persistence pays because I came back March 13th, 2014 and left with my new car. The whole process went so smoothly. Elio gave me a very fair price for my trade-in. I was very satisfied with the price they offered. Then I sat in with David Schnapper for the financing. He is a miracle worker because I got approved! Do you know he is a Top 50 Sales Excellence Gold Master in the U.S.? What does that mean? It means he can get you approved! You can leave with a beautiful new vehicle and big smile like I did! Did I mention I LOVE my new car? It's so cute... white, leather interior, immaculate & drives so nice. Afterwards, Rafael did the courteous follow-up email and phone call which was appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Acura of Ramsey for purchasing your car. From the moment you walk in and the very nice receptionist greets you, you feel comfortable. For a female consumer looking to buy a car, this is so important! So ask for Rafael FiGuereo when you want to be treated with respect and get that new car.

I made my way to this dealership upon the recommendation of a friend that was beyond satisfied with her purchase last year. I drove in with my 2011 tsx which was well over my allotted lease miles and was a few months early for a return and drove out with my brand new 2014 tsx ! Stuart was awesome and everything went so smooth and so fast and he took care of every one of my concerns like it wasn't a problem at all (like it obviously was at the other acura deslership I originally purchased the car from and wanted to return the business to that wasn't too helpful). I went to Acura of Ramsey and purchased my pre-owned Acura TL. I hate buying cars, it's tedious and time consuming. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by Acura of Ramsey. They had the car I came to see and it was ready when I got there. Our salesman, Manny Cordero, was very nice,enthusiastic, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took his time to show us everything about the car. I was a bit intimidated by the technology package, and Manny set the entire system up for me; put in my phone numbers, addresses, even set up my blue tooth.I got a very fair price on the car and was very impressed by the dealership and in particular our salesman. My last RDX was leased at Park Avenue and I was satisfied. As my lease was expiring I did receive a call from Park Avenue about continuing to lease. I gave them my allowance and that I was ready to sign up as soon as possible. Several weeks went by without a word. My company Craig Scott Entertainment called Ramsey Acura and we moved into a car rather quickly. I know Stuart even searched for the color vehicle I was interested in and found it. When I arrived to pick up the car the paperwork was prepared and the vehicle was ready and waiting. I have leased and purchased many cars in the past but I do have to thank Stuart for making this most recent transaction one of the most pleasant experiences. This is my second experience dealing with the staff at Acura of Ramsey and the second time was just as good as the first. The salesman I dealt with directly this go around, Maher, was a true professional and was very helpful in answering any questions I had regarding the lease return process with my old leased TL and securing the best possible deal I could for a brand new ILX. Between working with Mahar, and David Schnapper in my first go around, I don't envision myself looking at another dealership when my current lease runs out 3 years from now. I went in the dealership in need of a new car. I visited with the intention of just browsing but walked out with a car picked out and all. I dealt with Mitch Gruick who was very attentive and answered every and any possible questions I had. Rafael Figuereo was very friendly and even helped us to pair our cell phones with the Bluetooth hands-free system and explained to us the main system settings. Recently purchased my first car (an Acura MDX) at the Acura of Ramsey and had such a great experience! Rafael was very helpful in explaining the process of what I needed to purchase a car (insurance, registration, etc...) and how to get everything in order. He always replied immediately to any of my silly/annoying questions and was very thorough in showing me all the different payment options and all the benefits I get by being part of the Acura family. He took care of any concerns I had even though it wasn't in his department since i didnt know who i was supposed to talk to for car issues or financing issues. Rafael also spent some time teaching me all the features of the car and was available at all times of the day to contact whenever I had any first time buyer questions. Buying my first car at the Acura of Ramsey was the best decision I made! So far so good! They really know how to take care of their buyers and how to take care of my car. I really appreciate their service. Definitely recommend getting an Acura and having Rafael as your salesperson!

When I walked into the dealership, I anticipated that I would have to endure a persistent sales pitch and consequently, my guard was way up. Barry did a terrific job of making me feel at ease and he did not once give me the impression that he was trying to sell me something I did not want. When I decided that the Acura TL was the right car for me provided I could swing the monthly payments, Barry worked with me on the price, and he never seemed to get agitated throughout the negotiation period. When I picked up the car, Barry spent a great deal of time making sure I knew everything about the car. As the deal had already been completed, Barry had nothing to gain by spending all of that time with me (some other dealerships I have dealt with in the past have merely done a cursory walk through). I appreciate the courtesy and kindness he extended to me throughout the entire process.

went in to look at Acura MDX and we drove off in a new one 3 hours later ( managed to get all done including trade in and get the title for the old car from home). It helps I guess the process if you pay cash ( credit card to be exact).Very nice and friendly reps, highly professional and accommodating.Rafael seems to love his job and gets it well done.Left some CD and key chain with some store cards on it - it was FedEx'ed to my home in 24 hours - also a very nice touch to the entire experience.Highly recommend this dealership. Buying experience was excellent - negotiated via text and came in and purchased a used MDX. Love the car. Amazing ride.However, once they got our money and our commitment to purchase, all the promises re: the maintenance of the car, the fixes they still planned to make, the little ancillaries promised all were not satisfied. Emailed and texted many times and Used Car Sales Rep just stopped replying - even though I insisted that this treatment was unacceptable. Our other car is a Lincoln MKZ and I have to say they treat us like a kind and a queen any time we come in. Acura of Ramsey, you have a lot to learn.

Experience was very good. Called first and they were willing to give me a ballpark over the phone. I came in the next day and we worked out a deal in 30 minutes. The staff at this place is top notch. Drove 30 miles to buy my 2011 MDX after being treated like a nobody at Montclair DCH acura where I had already bought 2 vehicles, one old and one new. I have 2 MDX' s and I'm thinking it's time to upgrade the 06 MDX!!

I was looking for a used dependable vehicle for my sons 18th birthday. We went to a few dealerships before going to this one, but hadn't found the right car for him. When we came here, there were 2 vehicles we looked at. A gray TL and a black TL-S. The TL was nice had low miles and was in great condition, but when we spotted the TL-S, that was the one we were more interested in because it was so sporty looking. It's perfect for a teenage boy. It is so sporty and has all the bells and whistles one could ask for in a car. I couldn't believe how much the car came with. It had a few minor issues with it cosmetically, which the dealership took car of before we picked it up. We dealt with Manny Cordero, JB Navarro and Elio Perito. Real nice guys. I highly recommend them if you are shopping for a vehicle. Manny who we dealt with the most went above and beyond for us. He made sure my sons 1st car buying experience was a memorable one and I am truly grateful for everything that he did for us. I would highly recommend this dealership and ask for Manny when you go.

Went in late on Monday night after visiting two other dealerships. Emmanuel was very attentive and easy to work with. We got the price we wanted for the TL that we were looking at and put down a deposit to pick up the car the next day. Picking up the car was a pleasant experience and even signing the documents with JB was quick. Very happy with the car so far and it is much better than our 2012 CR-V. Definitely recommend this dealership if you're in the North Jersey/NYC area.

Acura of Ramsey was the BEST car purchase experience I ever had. Living in NC I went to a local dealer in VA. I received "Internet Pricing" in an email. Found out the small print on the email was an error in pricing??? What!!!!!!!! Upped my Purchase Price $1,629!Originally from NJ, emailed Acura of Ramsey. The price quote was right (saved $1500) and the ease of doing business over the phone was simple. No pressure or double talk as received from the VA Dealer. I highly recommend Stu Fogler and Acura of Ramsey. Not only is Stu knowledgeable and professional, but you can sense that he really cares about his customers. My experience at Acura of Ramsey was ABSOLUTELY EXTRAORDINARY! After going to a couple of dealers in my area, I was glad to find the perfect one for me here. Emmanuel Cesar and Stuart Fogler were very professional, offered great costumer service, provided a friendly environment, and most importantly, accommodated my every need. Prior to my visit, I talked to Emmanuel on the phone and gave him details of what I wanted and what my budget was. When I got to the dealer, Emmanuel and Stuart catered to exactly what I had mentioned on the phone call and helped with immediately finding what I asked for.....including the exact monthly payment! The finance department was just as resourceful and just as efficient. A few days later when I went to pick up my beautiful RDX, Emmanuel proved to be even more helpful by giving me a tutorial of all of the car features. After visiting different car dealerships all day, we visited Acura to look at the ILX. Mitch immediately greeted us and showed us the car we were interested in. We took it for a test drive and he explained all of its great features. Everyone we spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. - much different than the other dealerships we visited. Mitch and David were excellent and made the entire lease process very smooth. We were able to take advantage of the college graduate program and scored a great deal! Manny was the most helpful person I have ever worked with. I came into the dealership just wanting to talk about future car deals, and I left with an Acura TSX. He helped me in finding the perfect deal for me, and wouldn't stop till he got it. He is a very good car salesman and doesn't feed around the bull***, he tells you straight up how its going to be and I loved that about him. I had been using Honda from 2005-2011, then I leased with Acura of Ramsey in 2011 with the TL. I just recently turned in my TL for the newly modeled 2014 RDX, which I am leasing now. We are happy with the SUV, it rides great. The sales at Acura has always been top notch, taking care of our needs without any pressure. We were very satisfied with Emmanuel Cesar. He took the time to tend to our needs and wants, explaining any details we wanted to know about each model as well as made sure we test drove all vehicles to get a feel for what we wanted and the features we needed. After going from dealership to dealership, trying to lease a car with no luck, I finally came to Manuel Cordero at Acura of Ramsey. While other dealerships advertised certain prices and deals, when I sat down with others either the price wasn't right or the vehicle they offered wasn't what I was interested in. I refused to jump into a car I didn't want for a price I couldn't afford. It wasn't until I had decided to give up, when my sister informed me Manny had been working for Acura and was putting lots of people we knew in cars for great prices. He was willing to go above and beyond to help get me in a car that I wanted for a price that was in my range. The process was unlike other dealerships, sitting there for hours, with someone who was only interested in making a sale, trying to come to a conclusion, instead I went to the dealership in Ramsey on Thursday and although the car was available to be picked up on Friday, I drove away in my new 2014 Acura ILX on Saturday. Not only did Manny get me in the car I had been wanting for over six months, but he was able to give me the car for less than I had budgeted myself for which was great. He was very helpful, very attentive and extremely patient with me, as I am not the easiest person to explain things to. I felt as though he was not solely focused on making a sale but helping me get what I wanted and being mindful of the amount that I'd be paying monthly. They worked as a team, it was a group effort, Manny got me in the door and sold me the car but he had help from David Schnapper which was also very helpful and patient with the financial part of the deal. Everyone was extremely polite and willing to help. After receiving notice my plates were in, I went to the dealership and my sales rep, Manny, was off but Elijah Ospina, a new employee Manny had been training during my leasing process, was available and even installed my plates for me, I thought that was very amiable. Overall, I would give the dealership a 10 out of 10 if I could from being helpful, patient, and pleasant to informative and caring. Manny was exceptional during the entire process. I love my car and am glad nothing worked out for me in the past because it led me to a great sales rep, a pleasant dealership and last but definitely not least an amazing deal.

After leasing MDX's since they first came out, I entered the Ramsey dealership to price a lease on the RDX, as I no longer need third row seating. Seems foolish not to research the pricing on line beforehand so I asked Artie to match a decent price that was being touted on Kelly's Blue Book, Consumer Reports and Edmond's.com. He gave me a quote that didn't even come close. When I let him know that the competition down the road was willing to give me the price (but I was willing to give the dealership I had worked with for 15 years have first crack at it) he badmouthed the other dealership and told me they would bait and switch with the leasing bank.... WRONG. I got the deal I was looking for down the road and it was, indeed, Honda Finance Corp.. no smoke and mirrors. The deal took exactly 5 minutes.So much for trying to be a loyal lesee!

This was our third car purchase from Acura of Ramsey. I've purchased 2011 Acura TL and the lastest purchase was 2014 Acura TSX for my wife. The closest dealership from where I reside is Park Ave Acura, however I prefer to business with Ramsey because they treat you like a family. My sales person was Arthur Nevruzian (Artie). He is a pleasant to work with, doesn't pressure you into purchasing or leasing on the spot, and doesn't not give you the run around with the price. Another thing that impressed me with this dealership was that, my wife was considering other models (Lexus, Infiniti, Nissan, etc), and when Ramsey asked us what other models were were considering, we told them that she test drove Lexus IS250, Nissan Altima, etc, and Ramsey told us they were good and dependable cars and had nothing negative to say about other manufactures, whereas other dealers which I won't mentioned had nothing good to say about their competitors. I know it's all business but I felt more connection with Ramsey, and I would definitely recommend Acura of Ramsey to those who are considering Acura.

This was the most pleasant car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. The courtesy and professionalism displayed by our salesman, Mr Maher Marhoumy was second to none. He was very knowledgeable about the products he represents. Most importantly he was very patient and thoroughly explained the financial obligations with us as we were trying to decide if we should lease or finance the car, in our case the TSX. We just leased a 2014 RDX from Stu Fogler at Acura of Ramsey. This is our fourth Acura but it's the first time we have used this dealership. We were unhappy with the local dealership where we had gotten our previous three Acuras, so a friend recommended Stu at Acura of Ramsey. If you need to buy a new or certified pre-owned Acura, this is the place to go. Rafael was diligent in providing great opportunities until he met what I wanted in color, style, model and finally allowed me to purchase a new Acura TL at a great price. I recommend him to deal with for honesty and the ability to do research into their inventory. He always made me feel like family at Acura of Ramsey. Worth the visit to see a terrific display of outstanding vehicles and a great service department(Tom) service adviser as well.

My husband and I had been searching for a used Honda Pilot where we live in CT. After not having much luck we expanded our search. Through an online search, I found a vehicle at Acura of Ramsey in NJ. I sent an email inquiring about the vehicle on a Sunday afternoon and received a response first thing Monday morning from Manny Cordero. I explained what I was looking for and what I wanted to trade in. He was upfront and honest with me and assured me that even though they were out of state, they would handle the entire process. Manny was always very prompt in answering any of our questions.I had applied for the loan on my own and sent my preapproval to the dealership. David reviewed our application and took it upon himself to find us an even better rate.My husband and I nervously took the 1.5 hour trip to see the car. We were very warmly greeted by all of the staff. We were also very pleased with the condition of the vehicle and knew we were making the right choice. During the 2 hours it took to check out the vehicle and sign all of the papers we were treated graciously by all. It was a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.Manny, Kudos to you. This was by far the best experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.I would recommend Manny to all!

My salesman, Maher Marhoumy, was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient in explaining the features of my 2014 Acura TL. He gave me an excellent overview of the mechanical features of the vehicle. Although the deal is done, he was just as agreeable and helpful when I came back to ask a few more questions about the navigation system. It was not stressful negotiating the purchase. Maher's sales manager came out to greet me after my initial visit assuring me that he would work hard to make the deal happen if I returned. I get the feeling that it gave Maher the support he needed to close the deal.David Schnapper handled the paper work well. Since this was my first experience with leasing, I had many questions. He was knowledgeable and patient in answering them all. I had a very good experience with my 2005 TL which I also purchased at Ramsey Acura so I'm glad that I was able to do that again. I look forward to continuing to deal with Tom Sabiel who has been my service representative. He was friendly and helpful in keeping my 2005 Acura going relatively problem free for the last 8 years. I look forward to continuing to work with him.

They work a good deal of time to explain the available cars and then they look at the information on my IPAD for comparison and then presented me with a good working offer.The attitude and good personality along with good customer service was the selling point that seal the deal.Also after sale they have been very helpful for any question or issues.

Lease on 2011 Tiquan was up and was looking for a replacement vehicle. Narrowed it down to Honda Accord, Volvo S60, BMW 328i, Subaru Legacy and Acura. Went to White Plains Honda and could not test drive the Honda Accord V6 because there were none available. Tried Subaru but the wife thought it was too vanilla. Drove BMWs at Wide World and loved the cars. Went to Ramsey and drove the Volvo and then to Acura, dealt with David Schamberg (no longer there now at Nanuet Mercedes).David was very friendly and low key. He gave us the keys to the car and told us to take it on a test drive. We immediately loved the ride and handling. Dave gave us a good deal on a lease. However, when we went came back several days later to finalize the deal and pickup the car, Dave,the original Finance Manager was out that day and JB handled the paperwork. JB offhandedly informed us that Acura Finance couldn't give us the tier one financing and the price increased over $22 more a month. Needless to say we were quite shocked at this turn of events. JB thought Dave had called us to discuss the matter prior to coming in to pickup the car at the original deal price. Dave did not want to deal with the situation so he left it to JB to handle without letting JB know he had not contacted us. The sales manager then got involved and we ended paying a few dollars more per month but no where near the additional $22 a month they claimed was the new deal. One of the sales managers claimed it was no big deal and he figured he could handle the matter when we came in. We got everything straightened out. But they knew we were not happy and Dave Schamberg was equally surprised when we told him what had happened in the Finance office.A word of caution, before you shop for a car know the parameters of your credit score since this can effect the amount of the per month lease payments. Pleasurable doing business with Schamberg but the finance part brought us back to car buying reality.

This is the 3rd Acura TL I have leased from Acura of Ramsey and my salesperson for all three was Stu Fogler. Stu is very personable, warm and helpful always taking the time to answer any questions. He never pressures or haggles and keeps the transaction on track and going smoothly. I NEVER feel rushed...no matter how busy he is. I would highly recommend Stu and Acura of Ramsey.

This was my third Acura TSX from this dealership and each visit is more pleasant than the last! Mitch and Stuart partnered to get me exactly the car I wanted within my budget. In a short time frame, through storm delays and holidays, my car was there shiny and brand new as promised on my pick up day. My elderly parents accompanied me and both Stuart and Barry went out of their way to make them feel comfortable during our visit. I also know from over 6 years experience that the service staff is equally as nice and accommodating and I look forward to seeing them for my first oil change. Knock on wood shouldn't be much more than thatit's a great car from a great dealership!

My husband and I came here on Monday to purchase an Acura RDX. Manny Cordero was incredibly attentive and patient. I was very honest with him & told him that I had been seriously considering other options (Volvo). What I liked him about him was rather than slamming the competition, he was honest about the attributes of the car. He was very patient about the mental process that we struggled with and with little prompting, he worked very hard towards reaching an agreeement that was palatable to both parties. Sales skills aside, Manny is just an all-around nice guy, relatable & easy to talk to - - a true asset to any sales organization. I would highly recommend Manny and the rest of Acura's sales staff (David, Elio, etc). Plus points as well on Ramsey Acura's very clean office and wonderful staff.

The only issue with the vehicle was the exterior and price but with the low miles warranty etc could not complain. Employees are very friendly and find ways to help you no matter what.

It's our second purchase here with the same salesperson--Artie. It would have been much easier to purchase the car at a dealership closer to our home but we had such a great experience the first time we just had to go back. Quick, easy and most of all fair. Price out the car anywhere you want or via internet--but save Ramsey Acura for last as they are sure to beat it all.

I have been leasing with this dealership for my last 3 vehicles, all of which were Acuras. I must admit I rarely ever am impressed with how a car dealer works never mind feeling comfortable and not pressured by the men who work there. I have dealt with only, Stu, David and Mark every time and they ALL make the process of purchasing a new vehicle exciting and SIMPLE! There are no hassles with this professional dealership. If you are looking for a great price and a very enjoyable car process this is by far a dealership for you. Make sure you ask for either Stu or David because Mark is in the parts department. Mark is still a huge part of my experience because he schedules my oil changes on my schedule and always arranges a loaner car that's ready for me before I even arrive. I am relieved I have found honest salesmen who don't pressure me so that I am confident my deal is the best out there. Make sure you visit this dealership before stressing about finding a car some where else.

The employees are always attentive and go the extra mile -- including checking my tires (as an emergency) when a warning light had gone on before I was going on a long trip. All my service has been at this dealership. My first Acura will now go to one of my children -- it is a 2004 and is still going strong with 105,000 mile. Last week, I bought my second Acura MDX from this dealership. The car was delivered without any problems and Mitch went through all the "stuff" on the car. This is an excellent place to buy a car!

This dealership had a good price to offer.But staff was in incompetent on dealing with out of state purchaser, they set-up pick of the car with my driver, but when driver showed up, they realized that they don't have enough paper work Form purchaser.So it caused me a head ache and extra fees for pick up delay. Fred said that they will reimburse me for extra fees from delivery company, but after the car left the dealership of course no one even bothered to reimburse this. They even sent me a feed back request, that I reply to, and got no respond.

I found a pre-owned MDX at Acura of Ramsey that I was very interested in purchasing. Over the course of several days I worked with Syed Rizvi through email to put a deal together. Syed was excellent to work with, responded to all my questions quickly and completely without any games.Few car sales reps are able (or dedicated enough) to work a deal remotely, Syed is one of these few, highly recommended.

It was such a pleasure working with Acura of Ramsey. We had visited another Acura dealer looking for a previously owned MDX and were displeased with the service and quality of cars. After finding what we were looking for online at Acura of Ramsey we went in to look at the cars. We were more than pleased with the service and quality of cars. The sales and finance people were very professional and welcoming. They answered all our questions and were extremely helpful through the entire process. This was our first time buying a used car and also trading in our old one. The cars we test drove were clean and ready to go - unlike the other dealer we had visited. This is our first Acura and in the future if we decide to purchase another one we will definitely return to Ramsey.

We were greeted by numerous employees in the showroom and not jumped upon. David Shamberg is the salesman who helped. After taking a test drive we returned to the showroom and said we had a doctors appointment but would be back afterwards. David was polite, said he'd be there until 6:00pm and never had an attitude that he didn't believe us. We returned at 6:05pm and luckily David was still there.We proceeded to discuss the car, whether to lease or finance and what packages I'd want to add. Since we were still considering another car we said we'd get back to him. Once again David thanked us for coming back and looked forward to seeing us again. Since he was going to be on vacation for the next two weeks and I was due to have minor surgery we exchanged email addresses and phone numbers.The day David returned to work, we called and met with him in the afternoon. We picked up my new car the following day. We chose Ramsey Acura as we already have the largest sedan from them but also wanted a smaller for me. Since our experience in the past with the sale and service has been so great, we wouldn't think of using any other Acura dealership.

Great pickup/buying experience despite it being "only" a fleet program purchase (they negotiate with the fleet admin). They were just as courteous and attentive at my pick up as any customer. My last 2 cars have been leased Acura MDX's from Stuart Fogler at Acura of Ramsey. I can't envision myself going anywhere else. I went to several other dealerships in the area (BMW, Audi, Infiniti) and if any of them showed half of the enthusiasm and professionalism that I experienced with Stuart at Acura, they may have had a shot at selling me a car. Stuart is incredibly knowledgeable and handles everything you need him to with the utmost urgency. The customer truly comes first with him. He works to get to know you and understand what your needs and limitations are and then does his best to find the best fit for you. The sales person, Barry LaVorgna, kept me apprised of any inventory that met my requirements. He made more than several telephone calls to me, to discuss my needs. When the Mercury Mariner came in to Ramsey's inventory, he notified me at once. It was the perfect car for me and Barry worked hard, along with Fred, to compile a financing package that met my budget concerns. So I was in the market for a used Honda. Definitely Civic and with some low miles. I had gone to another local dealer ready to buy, it was given at a great price but at the very end, the classic bait and switch was administered. At this point, I was hectic to go to any dealer but I saw a car at Ramsey Acura, a used Honda, and saw it had great reviews at another site. It was a bit far from where I live but I figured if I have to make the extra trip for amazing service, I wouldn't mind it. I did not regret the trip one bit! From the moment we got there (we were pretty decided on the car based on the online ad save for the way we were to get treated) Elio and Greg came out to greet my parents and I. Elio had previously spoken with my Father on the phone and he along with Greg were great people to deal with. We agreed on a price on the phone, Elio confirmed that when we got there, Greg took my information and granted we got there late so the banks had closed, Frank the loan manager came out to greet us, told us that they only charge dealer fees and the required DMV fees and nothing else. He was very upfront about that and the deposit which he let us know was refundable. Cut to the next trip, the loan process wasn't too bad at all. We were in and out in quickly enough and it was painless. I love the way they all were up front about everything and they were kind enough to chat with us just like normal people, not desperate to get the sale and get us out the door. Needless to say, for my first car, I'm incredibly happy and appreciative. Don't be surprised if I see an Acura for myself on the horizon and end up back there.

I've used Acura of Ramsey for service since I got my 05 MDX new (from them). It's not the closest dealer to me, but after getting a headlight fixed somewhere else, I appreciate the low-key professionalism of Ramsey. They've always been excellentSaturday appointments, loaners when I need them, high-quality work and fair prices. Tom Sabiel in service has always been very friendly and professional (the rest of the staff too). I've been able to keep that car in great condition for 9 yearsnow I bought a 14 MDX Advance from them, so I may not see the service department for awhile!

This is the 2nd Acura MDX I have bought from Acura of Ramsey. Everyone one was very helpful and friendly. From sales to finance to the service dept. It was stress free the whole time.My salesman both times was David Schnapper. He was a pleasure to do business with from start to finish. David was a non pressure salesman who actually knew his product. He gave my a wonderful price that was easy for both parties to agree on. It was not the usual long drawn out process with 10 trips from us back so the sales manger. One trip was all it took and the deal was done.David got me rolling out the door in my new 2014 Acura MDX in a few hrs. This included him taking a trade, doing all the paper work and having my accessories installed by the service dept. Who did a wonderful job. When it was time for delivery David took the time to explain all the functions of the new car. I never felt rushed or he just wanted me gone because the deal was done.In fact he could tell I was not comfortable with the new touch screen. He refused to let me leave until I had a better grasp on how it worked.Whats more to say. Great salesman, great price,great dealership. 100% satisfied.

While shopping and test driving a new Acura RDX, I visited a few dealerships in the Northern NJ area, including one in my town. The one dealership that I found to be the most friendly and straightforward, was at Ramsey Acura. I had the pleasure of working with Mitch Gruick. He managed to make the entire process completely pain free and at no time did I feel that I was being given a run-around or confusing information. Mr. Gruick treated me with respect and helped me create the best package for the best price. Overall, the atmosphere is very friendly and consumer friendly- they treat you like family. Rafael Figuereo and his team at Acura of Ramsey made our first vehicle purchase a very good experience. Rafael was very courteous, totally not pushy, very responsive, and served as a great liaison between us and the Finance team. JB Navarro went above and beyond to secure us the best financing deal possible, and for that we are very grateful.Finally, it's nice to see a dealership that truly stands behind its product. I purchased my 2010 certified pre-owned mdx from Rafael he was so pleasant to work with also I have to say the sales manager Elio Perito was also so pleasant to work with as well he came out and was not aggressive like some managers that I ran into at other dealerships he answered all my questions and was able to make the deal happen. Easy negotiation, very friendly, quick delivery, clean and new sales center, accessible location. David was wonderful to work with and was able to take care of a special request. Don't be afraid to travel to this dealership if you're out of state - I was from CT and had a much better experience here than the local dealers. Fantastic mall nearby as well that is one of the best in the country.

The shopping and purchasing process at Ramsey Acura was professional from start to finish. Artie was patient and respectful and never used a "hard sell" approach. I negotiated a price that beat Edmunds' "True Market Value" price with no drama. For financing I scoured local and on-line banks for the best rate. I expected JB would match it. I was delighted when he beat it by 20 basis points. There is a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction at this dealership. Case in point:Two days after I took delivery of my MDX I noticed the traffic monitoring function in the Nav system was not active. I went back to the dealer. Rather than simply shuffle me down to Service, Artie struggled to trouble shoot the problem. He couldn't. Soon the Service department was involved. There were calls to AcuraLink in California. Tom from Service offered me a car to take while they kept mine to hopefully fix the problem. I was very impressed with the sense of urgency everyone had to fix this problem! (The problem turned out to be a computer server glitch in California and had nothing to do with my car. It was fixed a couple days later.)

I was recommended to Acura of Ramsey by my Uncle who has been leasing 2 cars at a time with this dealership for the last 8+ years. He told me how great the service would be and I am happy I didn't go anywhere else. When I leased my Acura TSX back in 2010 Stu worked with me on my deal. He broke down all the numbers and explained everything. He worked hard to get me every incentive Acura offered in order to get me the best price which I very much appreciated since I was in college at the time. I loved my car so much, even after I said I would NEVER buy out a lease, I actually bought my TSX. I would never shop at any other Acura dealer, even though Ramsey is a great distance from my home in Kearny. Whenever anyone mentions buying an Acura to me I ALWAYS refer them to Acura of Ramsey!

When first researching an Acura for my son in 2004, I am glad I happened upon Stuart Fogler who gave me the best price around and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I myself had a 2003 TL from another dealership but decided to stick with Acura of Ramsey and Stuart ever since. I have leased 2 TLs, bought one 2012 TSX; my husband has leased 3 MDXs (and will be leasing another one soon); my son owned his RSX (the one that brought me to Stuart) and leased a TL; and my daughter owns an RSX. Needless to say, we are an Acura of Ramsey family with Stuart helping all of us with our purchases. Unfortunately, last week, I was rear-ended and my 2012 TSX was totaled. I called Stuart up and we are in the process of getting me "another" new car. Stuart is being very helpful and I am confident that he will do right by me. Just picked up my 2014 MDX, and the experience was great. This is my second car with Acura of Ramsey and cannot say enough about the dealership and staff. To be more specific, Stuart Fogler was wonderful in helping me select my next vehicle. I found Stu to be helpful, friendly, as well as, very knowledgeable about the Acura brand. My wife and I visited Acura of Ramsey with the idea of possibly getting a new car to replace my 2004 TSX. We immediately saw a beautiful blue 2010 TSX. Maher came out right away and was friendly and encouraging without being pushy. We test-drove the TSX, and then for comparison, drove a TL. When I said I preferred the TSX, Maher made no effort to try to change my mind, which I appreciated. Within three hours I drove home with a newer model TSX. This newer model gets better mileage than my previous one and the technology is far superior. I might have wished a better deal on my trade in, but overall Maher and everyone at Acura of Ramsey was gracious and hospitable and I love my new car.

In 2004 i purchased my first Acura from this dealership after having visited most of the dealerships in the try state area. They proved to be the most friendly, very professional and most willing to do huskiness. Fast forwarding 9 years later it was great to see that they hasnt changed. This time a friend recommended me to Stu Fogler who was a pleasure to work with. He was very supportive through out the process (eg. quickly resolving a mixed up with the DMV documentation). Rafael was patient, considerate and attentive to every detail that we discussed. Even if I believed that a comparable automobile could have been purchased elsewhere for a few dollars less or a little closer to home, I still would have purchased the vehicle from Rafael because I found him to be utterly believable - which, I think, is critically important when purchasing a pre-owned automobile. We recently purchased a certified used mdx from Ramsey Acura. Helping us were Mitch, Barry, Rafaeland Elio. We were looking for a used mdx for several months and went to many dealers. No dealer in north jersey offered us as good a deal as Ramsey and no dealer was as accommodating and trustworthy and friendly as Ramsey Acura. They did not over sell and were real. Their used sales manager Elio Perito was exceptional. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He was honest, trustworthy and even offered to let me take the car for the weekend and to my mechanic. His sincerity was so refreshing for a "car dealer". All of them were, including the business manager Fred. I have had the car for two weeks and I love it and feel that I got an honest fair deal. I also feel if there is any problem in the future they will support my purchase and do right by me. I have been purchasing cars for many years. I always hated the "battle" with sales representatives.Mitch breaks that mold. Mitch did not try to sell me anything. He allowed my wife and I to buy thecar we wanted. Worked with Dave via email and phone to check stock and get a price on a 2014 mdx with tech pkg. Dave was very responsive and was able to give me an exact price over the phone and in writing over email, which was very important to me. I also traded in a 2006 mdx and Dave gave me an accurate price over the phone (which turned out to be the exact price that my car was valued out in trade). I wanted a blue one and Dave told me one would be coming in shortly., but that there was a tech with entertainment on the lot. I came to the dealership on the only day I was available, which happened to be Dave's day off. Stu helped me directly and was awesome - very knowledgeable and gave me the entertainment one in blue for just a little bit more than the other one, so I didn't have to wait and was able to drive off in the new car in about 2 hours. Stu was also a great guy and happened to be someone that made the whole thing very enjoyable - with straight forward pricing without wasting a lot if my time. JBin finance was great too - didn't try to sell me useless things, but was informative and straightforward about items that made sense for me. I bought a car here aBout 10 years ago and was very happy I decided to return. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this team to my friends. I feel I was treated very fairly and the whole process was very pleasant. Compared to some of the other acura salespeople I spoke to over the phone, it was night and day and hands down the best to work with the guys here. Keep up the good work Dave, stu and Jamie, see u I. This is my 4th Acura with Stu Fogler. He has ALWAYS been fabulous. He has taken the time over the years to really get to know my family and always looks out for our crazy particular needs. Everyone was very friendly, considerate, and fair. Literally everyone; even the receptionist. The dealership was very clean and family oriented. We were offered drinks right away and the kids were able to sit and watch television. Rafael, our sales rep, was very personable and I would definitely work with him again if we needed any assistance. Fred, in finance, was excellent; Great guy! We were able to work together to come up with a deal that made everyone happy. It was obvious that our business and happiness was priority. To be frank we were treated like human beings and not like " a commission. " I've worked in sales and customer service, many years ago, so I completely understand the need to seal the deal. I also know that you want repeat business and a good reputation. Rafael and Fred earned both. I give them both rave reviews and if we ever needed to make another purchase in the future this dealership will be our first stop. We came to this dealership after a very negative experience at another local dealership. The sales rep that attempted to help us had the personality of a rock and we were spoken down to, which I truly resented. My husband is a mechanic, he used to work for Ford, and has been with UPS for eighteen years as a package truck and tractor mechanic. I have two BA's in social work and social services and I work within the West Milford school district substitute teaching while I wait for an opening on the child study team. One of my biggest pet peeves is being patronized. We were treated like we were idiots, so they lost the sale and our respect. When I found the Honda Pilot on-line and Rafael contacted me he came across as being really outgoing and seemed like someone I would like to work with. He even offered to come in on his day off to meet with us. I had foot surgery, a week & a half ago, so unfortunately I have no choice but to depend on my husband and work around his work schedule. Rafael was extremely understanding and supportive of our situation. That was impressive! He was willing to work around our schedule due to my foot and the fact that we have two kids. That alone, in my opinion, is going above and beyond. I sincerely mean everyone word. If I didn't I wouldn't say it. I told the gentlemen at the other dealership that they lost our business because of how poorly we were treated. I'm honest and I have no issue speaking my mind. My comments are genuine and I appreciate everything Rafael and Fred did for us. I have already stated on my Facebook page what a great experience we had at Acura of Ramsey. Thank you for treating people like people. In this world today nine times out of ten its darn near impossible to get a person on the phone, let alone find someone who actually cares. From the start of the process it was very smooth and no pressure. Mitch Gruick was great let me test drive both the TSX and TL on my own and then we sat down and about the differences and what I liked best. Mitch is a very good salesperson and does not pressure you for a decision. The finance team works great together when one is busy trying to assist a customer the other one jumps in and helps you finish to take the car that night. Even though the dealership closes at 6PM on Saturday nobody rushed you until everything was complete. I left at 7:30 and the Manager came over to follow and make sure everything was okay and we will stay al late as we have to to make you happy.

I was looking to buy a new 2014 MDX to replace my 152,000 + 2006 MDX. My old dealer was unwilling to move on the price so I decided to look elsewhere. I tried several local Westchester dealers and got a little movement on the price, but no where near what I thought was a reasonable deal. I live in New York and several of my friends said to try New Jersey. I Goggled several dealership in New Jersey with Acura of Ramsey being the closest. I showed up cold at the dealership and met Artie Nevruzian, who I found to be very friendly and knowledgeable. I told him that I knew what I wanted and was only interested in the price. I told him that if he beat the best price I had received thus far by $100.00 the deal was his. He had someone look at my car and then gave me an offer that beat my best offer by several hundred dollars. Before getting the car there was a problem with Carfax which said that my car had be Totaled in 2009, when in reality it had only be in an accident. Artie worked diligently for the next five days with my insurance company and Carfax to remedy the false report. He kept me in the loop by reporting to me how things where moving along with Carfax. I appreciate Artie's hard work and diligence in remedying the Carfax problem.

Two years ago, Stu Fogler was highly recommended to me by a friend. I went to Acura of Ramsey and purchased an RDX from him on the spot. Stu listened to my wants and needs for the vehicle and discussed with me my different options. A few days later I drove out of the dealership with my new car. Each person I met was helpful in the purchasing process.A week ago, I received an email from Stu letting me know that I would be able to purchase an RDX 2014 and pay similar payments. I called him on the phone to find out when he would be there because I only wanted to work with him and I showed up later that day. After spending time with me, showing me the vehicle, looking at my options, I purchased a 2014 Acura RDX. Once again he took the time with me to discuss everything that I wanted to. He listened to what I had to say and worked on the purchase price with me in order to meeting my financial capabilities. In addition, I had the opportunity to work with JB Navarro. JB took the time to explain all of the aspects of the financial obligations. He searched for a better interest rate for me as well as went through each warranty, my credit score (even gave me a print out of all of my information) as well as additional warranties that I may have wanted to purchase. At no time, was a pressured into buying anything or speed up my long questioning process. Both Stu and JB were friendly, patient and understanding of my needs. Did internet surfing originally for a price quote and David contacted me within minutes of request. He and I only went back and forth on the price they were looking for vs. what I was willing to pay 2x's. Of course a buyer would always like to buy a car for next to nothing, but the price he wound up giving me was very fair (well under what any other Acura dealer was offering). He held the car I was interested in until I drove up to meet him later that afternoon. No surprises when I got there and extremely pleasant person to work with. Signed the deal and went back a few days later to pick up the car. Everything went smoothly and they also gave me a great deal on an extended warranty. This is the second time I purchased from them (got a brand new TL back in 2005) and I would never deal with anyone else in the future except them for an Acura.

Great experience. Would buy again from Ramsey and I am from out of state. Only Acura website in NYC area where the new car inventory matched what they actually had. I called 10 dealers after reviewing their websites and none were accurate. I was looking for a specific color... I had all discussions on the phone too, I did not experience the "you come in person and talk to us". Acura of Ramsey and manager Stu Fogler came highly recommended from friends who purchased an MDX there, so I went for a test drive. Stu was great. He was very helpful throughout the process and we always catch up when I come into the shop for routine check ups on my MDX. I recently leased an Acura TL from Stuart Fogler, this is my 4th lease with him. I previously leased an RSX when Stuart was working at Heart Acura, in Wappingers Falls, NY and then followed him to Acura of Ramsey, NJ, to lease my 2nd RSX and a then TSX before the TL. I feel that he is more of a friend than a salesman. He makes the process extremely easy and painless, I feel very comfortable with Stuart and look forward to working with him in another three years.

This is my third purchase of an Acura product with Ramsey Acura. I would never consider going anywhere else. I love, love, love this dealership. Stuart Fogler makes you feel at home like you're old friends. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable of the cars. He was also very patient when explaining all of the tech stuff on the new 2014 MDX that I recently purchased. This dealership is clean, the people are all friendly and really go out of their way. If Stu can't get you the color car you want, nobody can! The whole transaction from beginning to end was seamless. Dave Schannper is so knowledgable when it comes to the tech stuff in the vehicle. He also has the patience of a saint when trying to explain the different functions, etc. Both Stuart and Dave are the absolute best! Top notch!

I leased my first Acura MDX from Stu Fogler back in 2007, and between me and my wife, am on my 4th MDX that we leased each time from Acura of Ramsey. Stu is very knowledgeable of the product, but more importantly, talks with you as a friend and makes you feel right at home there. I live approx. 50 miles away from Ramsey, so the fact the I'm willing to go out of my way to buy from Stu and Ramsey Acura only speaks volumes to the level of service they provide at a price that's always been better than other dealers. I like the Acura brand very much, and he's the only one I call when I'm in the market.

I purchased my first Acura MDX in 2004 with Stu Fogler and the experience was excellent. When I started my new car search again on may 31, 2013 Acura was th 4th dealer I went to that day. I walked into the showroom tired and not really interested in looking at cars anymore. I walked out a few hours later and now owned a 2013 Acura TL. Stu once again with his friendly and knowlegable ways, had me back in an Acura again. I love it and so happy that Stu was still there to help me and make my new car purchase so easy! Back in 2006 I had leased a RSX with Stu Fogler, and 8 years later returned to Acura of Ramsey to lease another Acura. The overall experience and friendliness was exceptional. As soon as you walk in you are greated and helped with service. The salesman work with you and provide overall quality service to make sure you leave satisfied and happy with your purchase. Stu Fogler went above and beyond for me working with me to make sure i was able to get everything i wanted in my car for what i was able to afford. He made the whole process so easy and in less than 2 days i was driving in my new car. When i arrived to pick up my car he made sure to take the time to show me all the features and specs the car has to offer and made sure i was 100% satisfied. I would recomment Acura of Ramsey because they are professional and very accomodating. I guarantee you wont leave dissapointed!

They prayed on me from what they saw on the credit report unfortunately I got a bad deal in the past at a high rate ( upside down but car still has its value)they were trying to come with the same numbers and rate for a used car 18.5 %and the same monthly payment they seen on the credit score~~ seriously~~ with a 650 credit score shifty individuals no eye contact ..

My lease was up on my Acura RDX and because of the fantastic process that Stuart provided when I leased the RDX, I returned to see what he could do to put me in the Acura MDX. As usual he was friendly, professional, listened to everything I wanted in the car, wasn't pushy, and I ended up leasing the MDX and am so happy with my choice. Art was very upfront in the negotiations of the lease price. I initially contacted the dealer through the internet. David handled the inquiry and was very responsive from the start. He answered my questions and set an appointment for me to test drive the car. When I visited the dealership two days later to test drive the car (RDX) we had a informative discussion about the model and what to expect. I indicated that I was also considering a sedan but the RDX may provide more flexibility. We have owned two Honda CRV's previously so we know the basic small SUV market and benefits pretty well. After taking a test ride I realized quickly the RDX was not the right car for me. We then discussed the sedan options and based on our needs looked at the 2010 TSX. After a test drive it was clear this may be the right fit for me. We looked at the inventory and the actual car I was interested in was available. I took it for a ride to make sure my prior test drive was not a fluke and also be sure this car had no obvious issues. I was pleased. After that we spent some time getting to the right price and financing needs. David was able to get dealership financing to match my credit union special offer and set me4 up with the finance group to complete the deal. I was away on business travel for the next 4 days but when I returned David worked with me to arrange for pick-up. He actually met me at the local train station to shuttle me to the dealership to pick up the car. Once we arrived I met with Fred from the Finance Department. He informed me he was actually able to get me an additional .25% off of my interest rate. All the paperwork was in order and within 30 minutes I was out the door in my new TSX. Thanks David and Fred for a job well done. Acura of Ramsey is on my list of places to go back to!!!

As Im sure you have been informed, I had experienced a number of ongoing problems with the purchase of my 2012 Acura TL SH-AWD purchased from your dealership.Tom, Miguel and Ralph were been outstanding troubleshooting and resolving most of the issues. However up until recently I have run into some additional concerns that were very, very challenging to diagnose - Honda Motor Corp in Torrance was notified and needless to say after 15 months of ownership and on and off again issues and repair, the best course of action was to sell the current car and purchase another.Admittedly, I was about to begin the process an seek alternative brands, but in a moment of optimism and genuine concern, Joe Rauch, Acura Ramsey General Manager, contacted me, discussed the issues with obvious real concern, then asked me to come back in to the dealership and lets see what we could do with either further diagnose and repair to the existing TL or possible alternatives including another new car. After a number of discussions I decided the best option was to trade-in the current car for a new one. Joe along with your Assistant Service Manager, Stuart Fogler did an awesome job finding another SH-AWD TL of my desire and with for a very fair trade-in deal. Most importantly they were attentive to ensure my satisfaction with zero pressure - This was evident through-out the entire process without wavering. As an executive in a service organization I am very familiar with satisfying the needs of you clientele. Your team is tremendous with prompt support, guidance, knowledge and resolution when needed. - True professionals and a one- of- a- kind dealership ! When it is time to replace my better halfs car I am coming back to Acura Ramsey.

Stuart made purchasing my new Acura RDX a pleasure! Without a doubt, it's the best new car purchasing experience I've ever had in 25 years of purchasing cars!!! Initially, I went to Ramsey Acura to try to comparison shop. I wanted to get a competitive price and use it as leverage to get another dealer I was working with to give me a better deal. I never had the intention of buying a car Ramsey Acura, but the price they gave me was so good, the other dealer couldn't compete. After getting Ramsey Acura's price on a TSX, I called a number of other Acura dealers. I was told by other dealers that there was "no way" Ramsey Acura could honor the quote -- but they did.I'm pretty pessimistic when it comes to car buying, so I kept waiting for Ramsey to try to hit me with "hidden fees" at the last minute to bump up the quoted price (closing costs, document fees, etc.). Rafael assured me that all fees were included in the price he quoted me and he was right -- they didn't try to trick me or play any games. Rafael was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I kept changing my mind about the color and he was more than happy to work with me. My last minute changes required him to re-draft all the closing documents, but he was happy to do it and never complained. All in all, I couldn't be happier with the experience at Ramsey Acura. I would recommend Ramsey Acura and Rafael to anyone in the market for a new or used Acura.

I have known stuart Folger for about 10 years and have always been completely satisfied with his knowledge of all the Acura models. Stuart has always provided me with a very competitive quote and in many instances, if I had a better deal, he would at least match it.
