Acura of the Desert is now our dealership for life. Robert Naffier and the entire staff from mark the sales manager to the ladies in the title and finance offices are first class in their fields. Exceptional customer service, knowledge and overall making us feel like family was a delightful surprise. It's obvious since the change in management and/or ownership this dealership is the best of the best now! Absolutely no pressure sales tactics and Robert has been so helpful with our calls with how-to questions.

Best car buying experience EVER!! Mark Zinn and his crew made it super easy to buy a new car. I was so sick and tired of the cheesy car guy games. Straight shooter. No gimmicks or games. A must visit if you are in the market for either new or used. I am not an easy consumer to please and these guys/gals exceeded my expectations 100%.

I had a great all around experience with this team. I dealt mostly with Robert Naffier; sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Acura products. The General Manager met me with a smile; it was an overall very pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend this dealership AND Robert. I has been a long time since I purchased a car and was not thrilled to venture out. However, I will come back here again. They have a customer for life.

All set to buy a new TSL until they offered $11,000 for a TSX that sells for five to seven thousand dollars more at CarMax. Really left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't go back.

I went to Acura of the Desert to look at trading in my Acura MDX for a newer model. I left the dealership, got 2 blocks away and ran out of gas. Since my car is still under warranty and I have Acura roadside Assistance I called the dealership to see if I could get a gallon of gas. They said no. Even though I have recently used my Roadside Assistance they told me it had expired 4 years ago. My previous Acura dealer would do anything for me, This dealership could care less about its customers. I will never buy an expensive luxury car from a dealership like this and I don't recommend them.

BUYER BEWARE!! Last month I turned in my leased Honda a few months early for an Acura. The lease payoff amount Acura of the Desert gave me was incorrect. Now Honda states I owe an extra payment! I have gone back and forth between Honda lease maturity and Acura of the Desert of over 1 month now. Honda's lease maturity has shared that I need to talk to the dealership regarding the inaccurate information I was provided. The dealership consistently asks me to call Honda. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer! They have not even provided an apology for their mistake or offered a service waiver equivalent to the payment amount. I know that Acura sells itself but what happed to simple decency and accountability?

I drove over to acura of the desert the other day just for fun and ended up meeting a few of the guys who worked there. Every salesmen was a class act, all very friendly and professional. made me feel good about being there. i appreciate it.

I stopped by Acura of the desert after work the other day and took a look around. The gentlemen who helped me was much more professional and knowledgeable than what I was used to before, dealing with Toyota and Honda across the way. Can't remember his name, a shorter fellow. But it was great. Thanks, I'll let my frineds know about you guys too.

I came into Acura right after visiting a few surrounding dealerships and the sales staff was much better than that of Lexus across the street, and mostly all the others I visited. It really made my day. I've heard a few negative things about this Acura dealer before but I'm here to tell you that none of those rumors or remarks were true at all. Head down and see for yourself. I'll be back, don't worry.

I thought I had some issues, and became upset with good reason......however, it is also fair to say that the dealer stepped up to the plate and fixed everything. It is my duty as a consumer advocate to praise and give credit when it is due also. I don't believe people should just file the complaints when they aren't willing to print the good stuff too. Kudos to Acura for making a happy customer out of me.

I was pre approved through RoadLoans the official car loan specialist with Cars.com I have never purchased a car this way and I can say I will never purchase a car any other way from now on. It was so easy. This was Acura of the deserts first time using RaodLoans also. There sales rep, Gene O was amazing, patient and very through in all aspects of our transaction. I bought my new 2015 MDX from Acura of the Desert. I found out they are no longer owned by Garff Auto group, thank goodness. I would like to thank the General Sales Manager Jesse Escamilla for helping me with my new car purchase. I can't thank him enough. I would also like to thank my sales person Brian. You guys Rock!!!!

After sale/lease tactics tried to rise the payment amount illegally. Forged docs and backdated contracts. I am surprised this entity remains open for business with the public. Never seen anything like this.

They tried to backdate docs and forge dates on contracts as well as change lease payment amounts after the sale because of a mysterious "error" on their part.Turns out I have found others who had that same mysterious "error" after the sale on their contract too. Totally amazing this place remains in business.

I was looking for a car for my Mother. I saw a used Camry on line. Called dealership .We got a great price and the sales guy Gene, took the car to my Moms house for her to see it. Did the deal out in our driveway and took her for a test drive too! Thanks Gene and Acura!

I live in Nevada, was looking for a new 2015 RDX, my local dealer was not fallowing thru with answering my question's, so I inquired with Acura of the Desert, They answered all my question's gave me a price thousand's below my local dealer, Did everything over the phone and internet, and there going to deliver my car to me!!.it was so easy. i was looking for a smaller SUV found this dealer on line asked for a price quote. they contacted me right away and did most of the deal over the internet and phone. They do "straight to the point " price thing and sold me the RDX at dealer invoice. car was ready for me when i got there . It was too easy !!! Thanks Acura

Terrible experience at this dealership. Unethical salesmen and finance department. They are willing to make a deal but beware of the tactics they use after the Lease Agreement is signed. One day later the finance department calls urgently requesting that another document be signed because they "forgot". There is no bona fide error. Do not be a victim to their tactics and deceitful ways. Registration papers were also not given upon request. Strongly do not recommend!

A friend works for Acura. He knows nothing about the mechanics of a car. His general manager assured him and me the car was checked out. I had nothing to worry about. Well I am slowly finding out the things wrong.. The general manager knew hat I paid for the car was all the money I had after not working for 2 years. The front rears shocks need replacing. Price quote $900.00 oh but with a discount $850.00. I took it in due to the rear brakes scraping. Service manager said. It's the rotors. Thry are rusted. But it's ok. I going out rotors rusted cuz no fluid going into the cylinders. The srs light was in. My first question before I bought the car. After reading the manual. It has to do with faulty seatbelts. I took it back. I drive my grand kids in this car. Service dept told me. It's your airbag fuse. That's $850.00 to replace. Seatbelts are ok but airbags won't work.. Now the transmission makes an awful loud jerking noise.. After all this I'm sacred to drive out of the desert. I don't want to break down ,. The dealer did not check anything. They heard of a deflagrate woman with cash that needs a car ASAP...

Took vehicle in for a recall and a warranty repair on my srs system the service advisor parker call me trying to sell me work that was already done by another facility. Be very carefull with their service department they will recommend work not needed

Bought a new 2014 MDX. Staff spend great amount of time to show each vehicle patiently, helping with comparison, focus on customer's needs and satisfaction.. Teaching how to use each tech function as much as possible after sale. Promise the great future service. In short, great staff and service. Looking forward to future purchase with them.

I came in with my 2002 MDX with 189k and a bad transmission from Portland, Oregon. The entire team, Parker, Gene, Greg and Dan all worked together to find my a vehicle in my price range and that fit my needs easily. This dealer sold me a used vehicle. It had problems they claimed to have fixed. Over, & over again. I had to take it back MULTIPLE times FOR THE SAME PROBLEM! It became clear to me, that the salesman, JOHN HARRIS, sold me a vehicle that was only worth what the scrap metal recycler would pay, & the service guys are completely incompetent, or they just did not want to fix what it needed. They eventually told me "your on your own now, don't bring it back anymore." Without correcting the problem. My attorney told me to have a solid case I would have to have it fixed by a reputable mechanic, then go to court to show costs, in this case $5000 worth of repairs needed. My mechanic just offered me $1000 for it which I gladly accepted to be done with the problem. But for me, this dealer at the very least deserves to have this experience made public. I should have looked at their rating on http://DealerRater.com first, as it shows how terrible this dealer is.

I definitely would not recommend this dealership for sales. I did bring my TL in a few times for service and the experience was great...but the sales staff unfortunately have alot to be desired. After discussing my experience with friends I discovered that others were disappointed as well with the way their sale was handled...so most of them took their business outside the valley and had much better luck. I will never buy from there again.
