I have brought my Acura to Acura of Thousand Oaks twice now and both times the staff has been prompt, professional and finished everything necessary in a fast manner. Also, the car wash at the end was amazing. I even got compliments from friends wondering where it was washed. They have Lexus's and were EXTREMELY JEALOUS!!!

The service department of Acura of Thousand Oaks is excellent. Leo is a wonderful service advisor. This was my first service at Acura of Thousand Oaks. Leo was great in informing me about the service and explaining about the procedures at this Acura dealer ( we moved to the area recently and there were different procedures at our former dealer). I will now use this Acura dealer for future service and I will ask for Leo!

Excellent. Always a pleasure to work with someone that exemplifies the luxury and practicality of Acura even though service. I greatly appreciate his respect for my schedule and transparency in addressing which services are necessary at the time. Leo consistently meets and exceeds my expectations without my having to make a request so I always know things will go smoothly. He also handles multiple customers in a way that doesn’t delay my customer experience and his efficiency and effort are clear. The loaner cars provided are also always well suited to meet my needs, albeit sometimes I’ll admit to wishing the service took just a little longer with them! There are very few professional services and people that I choose to recommend, but with his genuine effort over the years, Leo Ibanez has earned a place on that list.

Thanks you Acura Thousand Oaks California, I don’t have a great credit score, but I was able to get a lease taking home a Beautiful Acura XLT 2021 with a price in my budget. Great service, Mr Martin Wilhelm my sales representative is very knowledgeable about the car and he teach me everything about the car. I have a great experience. Steve Chung Acura manager he dis his best and got me qualify, no hassle no round and around. Easy deal.

Best car shopping experience ever. I've purchased BMWs and Mercedes before and this was my 1st time at an Acura dealership and let me tell you, I was impressed with the service. My sister traded in her car for a 2015 TLX, and everything went smoothly. Sebastien, James, and the sales manager Steven were great! We drove all the way from the San Fernando Valley because I had read all the other great reviews, and everyone was right. Thumbs up!

We just purchased a 2014 Acura MDX from Acura of Thousand Oaks. This was the best experience we have ever had buying a car. We contacted various dealerships and Sam responded right away with the best price and he had the car that we wanted. We arrived at the dealership and Sam greeted us outside. We took the car for a test-drive and were blown away! He was very knowledgable about Acuras and the MDX. The finance department was easy going and the whole process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend Acura of Thousand Oaks and in particular Sam!! If you want to buy a top-rated car without haggling, and get the best price around, go to Acura of Thousand Oaks and ask for Sam.

I recently just purchases a 2014 Acura TSX from Acura of Thousand Oaks from Daniel Hyam and I must say this was by far the easiest car buying experience I have encountered. He was extremely patient with me as I tend to be very picky when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. He answered all my questions and made this experience so smooth and easy. I recently helped my brother buy a used Volkswagen. Daniel Hyam seemed sincerely interested in helping him find the car that would make him happiest - a contrast from the nearby Volkswagen dealership. It was my brother's first time buying a car and it seems like we spent two days at this dealership while Daniel answered all of his questions. My brother took the car on multiple long test drives as well as driving all the way to his mechanic in North Hollywood. He loves the car, and I'm glad he had such a non-adversarial experience.

This is our 3rd Acura we have purchased here. I do not think we will ever go to another dealer. They make everything so easy. This was our first time to work with Sam and he was fabulous. Had a great experience. Sam made buying my new MDX easy. He was able to beat the price of the other Acura dealers in area and worked with Brett the get me a finance rate that was lower than I expected.

Purchased a new Acura 2014 MDX with Sam this past weekend. He was great to work with. Called multiple Acura dealerships, but Sam was the most professional and easiest to work with. Acura of Thousand Oaks is as good as it gets.I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and from the beginning everyone treated me with the utmost respect. My salesperson was Dean McSweeny and he is a true pro. There was absolutely no pressure into making any decisions until I was fully comfortable. In fact everyone at the dealership that day made my experience extra special.Later on I worked with the Kam Javid, the General Sales Manager. Kam greatly impressed me with his focus on customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure that my experience with my new Acura and his dealership exceeded my expectations. I have never experienced this high level of customer service from any other dealership or any other retail business, for that matter. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family... the high quality of service, genuine concern for the customer, and (rare-to-find) honesty, makes Acura of Thousand Oaks a rare find in a dealership. Kam and his team have made me a loyal customer for life!

Your workers bust their rear ends. They move quickly to get everyone in and out. It was very busy and it seemed like they were short staffed. I was happy at how they were able to juggle so many different jobs at one time. Great job!

I bought a NEW Acura TSX this week and cannot say enough about the car, and my first car-buying experience! Before purchasing, I contacted every Acura dealership in the LA area and visited two. At the first dealership I visited (not Thousand Oaks, but one closer to my home), the salesman I worked with was enough to make me NOT want the car. I started researching other cars, but quickly came back to the TSX. After contacting all the dealerships in LA, Thousand Oaks offered the best price on the vehicle -- and they had the exact color combination I wanted. I communicated with Sam all day, and after work, I made the trip out to T.O. to buy the car. The drive was more than worth it -- everyone at the dealership was especially friendly. The car was out front waiting. Everything was organized, and efficient. Within a couple hours, I was driving away in my dream car :) They offered a very fair price for the car I was trading in. AND!!! They were able to get me a lower interest rate than ANY dealership I've visited so far. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. Anyone looking to buy an Acura... I'd recommend taking the trip out to Thousand Oaks, or before making the trip, consider contacting their Online sales dept to see how they can help you get the car you want. My family is an Acura family... we've had excellent luck with all 6 Acuras purchased over the years. This was my first experience buying one on my own, and it was fantastic. I'm definitely sticking with Acura from this point forward. :)))

Nick was great to work with. I came by a couple weekends ago to look at four Acura models (TSX, TSX wagon, RDX, and TL), and Nick was there to help. He wasn't pushy, and helped me test drive a couple different cars to get a feel for how they handled. I went to other dealerships to look at prices (about 5 dealerships total), but Acura of Thousand Oaks was able to beat all of them in price. After about a week and a half of looking at other options and dealers, I ended up coming back here and purchasing a new 2012 TSX Sport Wagon.Nick was able to answer all my questions about the car, technology, and options. He was helpful, friendly, and not at all pushy. He worked with my schedule and got me a great deal.When I came by to finalize the numbers and paperwork, it was relatively quick and painless. They didn't try to trick me or give me bad financing options; in fact, I got better financing than I expected and I was very happy with the purchase. (Note that the final number was slightly higher than we agreed on verbally, but the financing was better so I still ended up with a better deal). Both Nick and John (sales manager) seemed to be honest, and were very patient when I asked questions. I think it took around 2 hours total, but a lot of that time was spent chatting and asking questions. The paperwork portion was less than an hour. Since many dealers take 4+ hours, this was very welcome.I will definitely recommend friends and family to Acura of Thousand Oaks.

I've worked with Elias as my service advisor for over five years. He's friendly, knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer all my questions. My car comes back serviced properly without my having to return for any sort of follow-up work. I highly recommend Acura of Thousand Oaks.

From the moment I arrived, until I left I was we'll taken care of. The knowledge, patience, and friendliness of the entire group of employees exceeded my expectation. I was given all the time I needed to feel comfortable with my decisions. Honesty isn't a word most people think of when they talk about car dealers and yet, it is the very word I would use. I have never bought an Acura before. I am now a fan. Bought a new car. I was able to deal with sales via email and review the complete deal by fax before I picked up the car. When I went to pick up the car, they had it waiting, I signed a few papers, and was on the road very quickly. Excellent price and great service from my salesman Sam M.

The key to our satisfaction is the personal and professional characteristics of the employes with whom we interacted. It is very important to us to know that the sales staff are HONEST and that they have INTEGRITY. At other dealerships we worked with before purchasing our car we uncomfortable with demeaning and deceptive practices. Although we had options, we chose to purchase our new TL at Acura of Thousand Oaks primarily because for the way we were treated by the staff. The second reason was that the dealership was willing to make a the deal at a reasonable price.

Great overall experience in returning a TL and leasing a new one. I worked with Sam Motamedi by phone and and e few emails, and was in and out of the delaership in about 2 hours from drop off of old car to driving home my new TL. In addition to an extremely efficient and professional process, I got a great deal for my new lease and was treated extremely well throughout the entire process.Sam did an outstanding job. I have been leasing cars for a while now and this experience, by far, was the best for me. Elias and Chuck always go out of there way to be helpful no matter how hectic their schedule. Yesterday I arrived after 4:30 PM after just having had Accra service start my car with a dead battery. My concern was that there might be a short in the battery and it would be dead again the next time I tried to start it. I was prepared to leave the car if necessary but Elias phoned service and there was a free hand who could check things out. Bingo, the car was checked and needed a new battery and I was out of there before 5:30 PM.

Great people to work with! Love love love my new MDX!!! Kam found me my perfect car, one of the last white with tan interiors left in Southern California. He went to great lengths to make sure I got what I wanted. Brett was very thorough showing me all of the features on the MDX. Last, John in finance had all of my paperwork all printed and ready for me. Very detailed and patient with us. They were all a pleasure to work with. Great internet sales department and Manager Dean McSweeney. Got back to me fast, set deal over the phone and delivered my car as promised 80 miles away the next day. Car delivered as promised with no surprises! I'm only writing this review because I am extremely satisfied with service and car. Their cars were advertised on internet lower than most dealers.

I have been to this dealership numerous times and I have always been very impressed. After test driving many cars in Honda and Acura of thousand oaks I finally decided on getting a Volkswagen Passat. They gave me a great deal and I love the car. The car had 38k miles but it looked brand new! After over 10k miles driven in this car is has given me no problems and has been a great car. They really make you feel comfortable and at home. If you want your car buying to be easy and stress free I definitely recommend buying a new or used car from them. From the sales people to the General Manager these guys are easily the best!

Exceptional customer service is hard to come across these days, and this is only the second review I have ever felt so compelled to write about the outstanding customer service I received.The bad part is first (not Acura of Thousand Oaks), so that there is a point of reference: I live about 5 minutes from Acura 101 West in Calabasas, who I initially visited to take a look at a 2012 RDX since my 2009 TSX lease was coming to an end. I've had a relatively good experience most of the times I've visited them, but this past time was different. There is an apparent high turn-over in the sales department. The sales techniques they tried to pull on me (bait and switch on pricing/offer) are not what I've learned to expect from Acura (Ive serviced my cars in at least 6 different Acura locations, all over Los Angeles and Orange County). Long story short, I was disturbed with the experience and gimmicks, and after a dead-end 4 hour discussion I walked out. And now the good (actually great) part: the next day I contacted Elias, the Service Manager at Acura of Thousand Oaks service department, who has taken great care of both of my Acuras repeatedly. Since hes a very honest person and has repeatedly provided exceptional service, I wanted to see if he had a referral for the Sales Department, or if should just call the 1-800 department and talk to whoever is available. Elias referred me to Dean, the Internet Sales Manager, and let me tell you, you have not experienced customer service until you work with these two guys. I exchanged about half a dozen emails with Dean, and next thing you know, we have come to an unbelievable deal, incomparably better than the best offer I received from 101 West after 4 hours of haggling!!! I also want to give credit to John, the Finance Manager, who gave us a thorough overview of the lease terms, and had us done with the paperwork in under 30 minutes!!! Dean had already started the paperwork process before we even arrived at the dealership, we were in and out the door in about an hour! Thousand Oaks Acura may be 20 miles from where I live, and is definitely out of my way, but the exceptional customer service I received from this dealership at so many different levels has earned my life-long loyalty for my service and purchasing needs. Im telling all my family and friends about it, and I strongly recommend giving Acura of Thousand Oaks an opportunity to earn your business, even if you live 60 miles away! If only all transactions were as smooth and hassle-free

Acura of Thousand Oaks was such a gratifying change from the rudest and most deceitful treatment from Acura 101 West in Calabasas (review posted there as well). Our salesman (at Acura of Thousand Oaks), Richard Childress, was knowledgeable, experienced, and easy to work with. He did not try to play games, nor did he try to slip hidden extras into the deal. Simply, he showed us everything we asked about and everything pertaining to the car and the deal - in writing. So, of course, we made a great deal quickly and painlessly (for an RDX w/technology package). After signing paperwork, he proceeded to walk us through the main points of the manual and quick-start guide, assisted with pairing our cell phone to the car, physically showed us where important components were located in the vehicle, and introduced us to the service department. As we drove off, we felt very pleased with the deal we made, the respect and treatment we received, and our overall experience. Oh, and we received a lovely, handwritten thank-you note a few days later.
