We just bought our Traverse here and it was a Great car buying experience! Staff was knowledgeable, and the place had a great family atmosphere! The manager Charles was the most warm, kind and consultative manager I've ever spoken to. Denise was a great sales person. Brent went out of his way to research every option on our traverse that we had questions about. Dennis' in the finance office explained everything in detail and made sure we were taken care of. By far the best car buying experience I have had and would recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Very minor complaint. When I have purchased cars before at other dealership I have always been given a courtesy fill up! I did not receive this from advantage. Still stellar service and I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Advantage. I will recommend this team to everyone I know. Keep up the great work!

Based on the questions that this survey asked I have to say that my vehicle purchase experience is not what I expected. I felt pressured to buy a car and sign papers that weren’t thoroughly explained to me because we were the last ones there even after I told them that my kids were tired and sick after being there for quite awhile. I said I would come back but they wanted me to finalize the paperwork after they were already closed. I felt that my sales consultant and the dealership was only concerned about closing the sale. One of my relatives was telling me they were able to meet the sales manager to see what best fits their financial needs along with the car that they were interested in and that wasn’t the case. They even got to test drive both cars they were infested red in buying. I felt like they were just looking to close the sale and get us out. Everything felt so rushed and there was no one to explain what the features to the vehicle that I purchased came with and we didn’t get to test drive it. Til this day I don’t know some of the features. Overall, I felt taken advantage of and not satisfied based on my experience. I didn’t feel that a relationship was established between the customer and the rep or dealership. It should be a welcoming environment and not feel pressured to buy. Your dealership should work on what makes the customer feel the best about their purchase in all aspects car and price. That way the customer leaves satisfied

My experience with Advantage Chevrolet is always amazing! Going to car dealerships is like going to the dentist for me. I’m always scared there’s going to be more work done than expected. I went in for an oil change and a part to be replaced. I assumed the old piece was just fine, but my advisor and the GM took the time to show me I was incorrect. He searched for the perfect vehicle with everything I wanted, and made sure when I came to pick up the car that the paperwork was all ready in finance. He was extremely warm, personable, and great to work with. This was my second time working with Dennis Reilly on the paperwork, he remembered me right away although it had been nearly three years, and was his same cheerful, very friendly self. I purchased a. 2009 Ford Focus in late July. After driving it for several weeks iI realized the ac was not working properly. After having it checksed out I was told the e evaporator core was leaking and needed to be replaced at a cost of $1500. I was told that coolant had recently been added to the ac system. I contacted Advantage for help with the repair. Their answer was they would repair it for $1500, offering no help Idefraying the cost. I would not recommend you purchase a used car from Advantage.

Buyer beware at Advantage Hodgkins! There is no loyalty and they are just there to sell you what they can and get you out the door. You will not get calls back and they do not take care of their customers. There are many dealerships out there, go to one that will take care of you. The service department is the worst, they could care less if you are happy or not. They will not work with you at all.

Since purchasing my vehicle at the end of March, I have been into the dealership for service a handful of times for multiple different issues. First a rotter, next the tire, another issue was a dead battery all within a week of purchase. I have since been in for issues with the transmission (which were only taken seriously when I explained that I had codes from a transmission specialist) as well as sensor issues that have not been found with your 90+ point inspections. My continued disappointment with this dealership and the service provided on all occasions has inundated my life thoroughly.

My wife & I went looking for a car we found on the Advantage website. Looked around at a few first. Then Shawn Bell who introduced himself before we started looking helped us to see if they had the 2013 Chevy Cruze that was on the website. It was there and was just put on the new list. The staff at Advantage Chevrolet are polite, friendly, and accommodating. I am physically impaired and Tom went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. He made sure that my car was brought around so I didn't have to go look for it. I also had to reschedule my appointment a few times and your staff were very quick to respond and were very accommodating.

I never did this before but i really need to get this out. The repair department totally corrected a issue that Chevy them self didnt even try. A recall issue that was so called corrected in 2014 came back. Chevy said they wouldn't cover it becuase it was fixed in 2014. If the recall was fixed why did it come back and? Chevy wanted to charge me for this repair but Advantage rapair department understud that it should not be a consumers problem if Chevy fixes it in 2014. This is my second car from Advantage and it will not be my last. I love this dealer and repair department. By the far the best in the buissness . Keep up the great work.;

I bought a 2013 Camaro a year ago I used bad gas from speedway my car was stubbleing all over the place so I took it in to Chevy in Hogkins they took my car right away and instead of charging me an arm and a leg to get my fuel injectors replaced they did it on the house car running like a champ

We leased a car from a this company and the experience was horrible. The salesman was dishonest about what we were getting, and completely unknowledgeable about the product he was selling. Made multiple promises that were not received or fulfilled. Sales company promised us some rectification and we have still not received it 9 business days later. We also have not received the check they owe us for the difference on our trade in. We have made repeated phone calls only to receive empty promises and then silence. This company has taken advantage of my husband and I. The customer service we have received is slimy at best. Very shady...

When I visited Advantage Chevrolet in Hodgkins on Christmas Eve I was immediately greeted by Ernie Jiminez. He was extremely helpful in the process of me purchasing my 2015 Chevy Impala LTZ. I thought I would be there for a long time, which i dreaded because I had to go in to work later that day, but Ernie assured the process would be quick and painless. he kept his promise and I was literally leaving in my new car before I knew it! Also, the business manager Dennis Reilly helped seal the deal while keeping me laughing. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend anyone looking to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle to visit these guys! They're professional and they take customer service very serious! After confirming the price on the exact vehicle I made plans to drive to Advantage Chevy to really pursue a particular vehicle. It is definitely a plus to have lots of Latino employees. Someone that we can relate and ask question in our native language makes us feel very comfortable. If you could increase that presence in your service area it would definitely be a plus for me. I have not head the opportunity to meet any of your sales representatives but I hope you have someone as humble as Nick Chavez! Will truly miss him!

It is a good clean and friendly place. The waiting time is a long, so to accommodate, I think they should offer the customer a option of a rental to do other errands. Even if its not an overnight-er.

Earlier this year,I had misplaced my keys and had to have my auto towed plus purchase a replacement key. I found both original keys and brought them in to have them re-programmed to match the replacement key. It took less than 10 minutes.

After online researching numerous dealerships looking for a Chevrolet Cruze, I decided upon Advantage Chevrolet Hodgkins because they had many options at their location. I am very happy I made that decision. Upon arriving I was greeted at the door by a salesman named Omar. He asked me what I was looking for and then began to show us the Chevy Cruze's he had available. As we went from car to car, he asked me questions about what I was looking for in a car and what was important to me. He was polite and not pushy (as most sales people are.) I found my dream Cruze in their parking lot and right away Omar got the keys and we test drove it. Great car! Once the numbers were crunched Omar explained the options I had as far as buying or leasing a car, as well as my options into getting into a brand new car. He seemed very genuine. Once I decided on the car, Omar went over and beyond to help me. He took off my license plate (that my son gave to me) and helped me set up the bluetooth and OnStar. The process of buying a car can be long but Omar was very friendly and fun to hang out with. Overall this was a great experience!

Your service department has got their act together. Very organized & helpful. Unfortunately we still talk about the awful experience we had when buying our 2014 cruze. We picked out the car, test drove, etc on one day. Came back next day to sign all paperwork & pick up car. We waited almost 6 hours. We paid cash but had a credit screen on both. Was pressured to take protective coating-we didn't. We waited & waited. Usually, as a GM retiree was treated with such respect - not this time. Boy, did we miss dealing with Ken. It was needless to say, a very disappointing experience.

Service technician relied solely on computer diagnostics to determine if a valid service issue existed. No test drive or other evaluation method was used. Customer had several issues that were not resolved to the customers satisfaction because the computer diagnostics apparently showed that all reported issues were within specifications. The customer contends that either the GM specifications are outside an acceptable tolerance band or that vehicle design flaws exist that are not revealed by the computer diagnostics.

Service dept did not inspect sensors on tires after rotation. While 527 miles from home the right rear tire light came on. Called OnStar & they contacted the dealership. Technician apologized & said to bring my car back in the following Monday when I return. To have that sensor go off like that while driving 500 miles away from home was a very terrifying experience. I was traveling by myself.

Your service representative Jim was friendly, courteous and kept me up to date on what was being done with my vehicle and checked to see if my extended warranty would cover the repairs, for which it did with a $100 deductible. The other 50,000 mile check-up and fluid changes, etc. were also done.While repairs and updates were being made I also met with Steve Garcia who gave me a few test drives on newer vehicles, but I wasn't able to commit at this time. A combination of the vehicles would have been great, but all of them did not meet my expectations as well as my 2008 Impala.

The only issue I had is that I couldn't find my car. Normally it's parked in front of the building, but it wasn't anywhere to be found and there were some open spots in front of the building. Jim Srp graciously helped me find my car which was parked by the new car inventory. I don't want to have to be hunting for my car every time I need service.

This visit was for a repair from an extended warranty and was done as discussed and promptly. The reason I am neutral about referring anyone is because, although we have bought 3 vehicles from you in the past three years, when we wanted to make a deal on a van that was used and had not even been cleaned yet, the floor manager and sales person would not come down an additional $200.00. We vowed we would never buy a vehicle from your showroom again.

My car was towed to your facility and Jose was welcoming and helpful. Not only did he write up my presenting crisis, but added the 2 recall issues to the service write up. I felt like a priority and not an inconvenience, since my arrival was not on the service department agenda. Jose offered to have me driven somewhere if I needed, and offered a courtesy car if the repairs took more than a day. I elected to walk around a nearby shopping center and when then porter saw me walking back he told me that I didn't have to walk, which I thought was so sweet and thoughtful. My car was returned fully functioning, with my overheating issue and the recalls fixed, and washed within a few hours-far exceeding my expectations. Jose reviewed the work done with me. On a different note, the facility was clean and appeared organized. The wait area was also clean and comfortable. Everyone I saw or worked with presented in a very professional and courteous manner.

Juan Martinez was the sales consultant I dealt with during my visit to purchase a Chevy Malibu. I could not have asked for greater service than the one he provided my dad, my brother, and I. He was the first to approach us as soon as we stepped foot on the lot and I can honestly say we got lucky that he did. I had been on the hunt for a car for a couple months now since I sold my old Volkswagen and it has been hell. We have been in and out of car dealerships every weekend with absolutely no luck. I attend Northern Illinois University out in DeKalb but I am originally from Chicago so I needed a car ASAP. My dad is a very tough man to please. He gives every salesman a hard time to the point where we have had a couple walk away from us. Juan Martinez on the other hand was very patient. Not once did he give my dad any attitude regardless of how hard he was being. Juan answered every one of his questions and if he didnt know the answer he made sure to find someone that did. We were all EXTREMLY satisfied with his service. Now, I am the proud owner of a 2012 Chevy Malibu thanks to Juan! All our needs were met and again all of our questions were answer. I would not think twice to return to this dealership to purchase my Chevy Silverado once I graduate from NIU. I will definitely recommend this dealership and hand out Juans phone number to any friends or family in need of a car. Thank you for all your help!

This visit to Advantage Hodgkins was a lot better than my past service visits. I had several recalls, an oil change and needed the tail light repaired on a 2015 Tahoe. First I was met by Deena who made sure that I was well taken care of. I needed a loaner vehicle for the day to get to work and back, and although the loaner was full of Advantage advertising, I was set up promptly with a decent one. I received a call a few hours after I dropped my Tahoe off telling me that all of the work was completed. This was indeed my best service visit to Advantage thus far. Keep up the good work and thanks again to Deena for being on top of things.

Your Service Consultant Katie Hannon is an exceptional employee and person. Originally she said the part for my car would not be in until Monday evening, and the repair possibly not finished until the next day. I explained to her that I was having surgery the next day and the car had to be repaired that day, or I would have to take it elsewhere. She came up with a resolution to the problem and the repair was completed and I had my car back before 4pm. I will always remember the hard work she put in and it has raised my opinion of Advantage Chevrolet even higher.

Generally, your service staff is very accommodating. However, I think that on one occasion, when I had to get tires for my car, they charged me me rental fee for a loaner and an additional $10.00 for gas. I only had the car for 6 or 7 hours and drove it to work in Tinley Park Il and back. I thought that was unfair due to the fact that I needed a car only for them to put 4 new tires on, that was purchased there. The service guy was not very friendly.

My wife and I purchased a 2004 Chevy Avalanche with 77k miles. In closing with finance manager he mentioned it had a 3 month 3,000 miles warranty even though I signed an as is buyers guide figuring it was just a blanket warranty that many dealership give on pre owned vehicles. We have had the truck for not even three months and have been having major problems with the four wheel drive. My mechanic looked at it and told me it was going to need a transfer case which would be approx. $2,200 . When I went to the dealership they told me I had bought the truck as is no warranty and that they do give a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty but the vehicle had to be less than 10 years old and under 100,000 miles. Then why would the finance manager tell me that it did. I wouldn't have went there to talk to them if I wasn't told I had that warranty. They totally blew me off and I told the manager to make sure his employees know there policies so they don't tell people things that are not true!!

I went to get my oil changed on my 2012 Malibu and started a conversation with Katie. She told me she had a Cruze and since that was the car I originally wanted to buy, I started asking her questions about it. I asked her if she knew any of the salespeople and she introduced me to Chris. I told Chris that I was looking for a cheaper loan and didn't want to do anything serious until I knew I could get a lower payment. Right now my credit is not good due to my debts and I didn't want to dig myself deeper into debt. He brought back numbers that were more manageable for me and now I am the owner of a Cruze. I appreciate that Chris didn't try to sell me something more than I could afford and hope he is still there in 4 years when it's time to turn in my car! Thanks Katie and Chris!

I am a manager of a Credit Union that was set to provide financing for one of our members purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They sent me the purchase order with the vehicle information and the member made an appointment with the credit union AND the dealership to purchase the car. When she arrived to sign her documents and pick up her check from the credit union she made a call to make sure everything was still good to go since I had not yet received a dealer agreement back from them (to ensure proper titling/lienholder info on the titlework). She was informed that someone else was signing paperwork to purchase her vehicle. They had pressured her the night before to take their financing and she declined because she is loyal to her credit union and our lower rates and then they sold the car out from under her. When I asked to speak to a manager about the situation he said, and I quote, "Are you a moron?? She could've signed our financing last night and had the car. You just cost us a sale and her a car." Yes, you read that right, the manager of the dealership, speaking to a manager of a finance company, called me a moron for asking what happened with this vehicle after my member AND her friend/ride took off work early to purchase from their dealership. She said they harassed her all day through text to "hurry up and get the check and get over here." I will be steering my membership away from this dealer in the future.

Last Friday I found myself in the predicament of needing a new car by the end of the day. I called your SALES department twice asking if someone could listen to my requirements (low miles, 2011 or newer, $240/mo payments, with a back seat big enough to fit a child seat) and then mention a couple options that you had on the lot for me to come take a look at. BOTH of the sales associates that I spoke with were dismissive and argumentative at my request. I actually resorted to saying "I am an easy sell, I just don't want to waste time coming in there if you don't having anything that would meet my needs, can you just give me a couple of options of cars that I could look at!?" to this, I was met with a tempered response that cut me off mid sentence -- "I won't sell you a car over the phone, you have to come in here if you want to know what we have." Anyway, maybe those sales reps don't like selling cars. I only bring this to your attention now as a common courtesy, and to say thank you. I ended up staying with the offer that I was made across the street at the VW dealer. I couldn't be happier with my new car and I am pretty sure that I wouldn't have ended up buying it if it weren't for the way I was treated by Advantage when I called. So, sincerely, thank you! I found a car from this dealership on the Cars.com website. I called Advantage Chevrolet and they told me it was there. I drove 25 miles out there thinking that I was coming to see said car, come to find out it wasn't there. Then I sat for 5 hours negotiating. My note would be $420/ mo. I could not go any higher. Then finally signed a bunch of papers. Left the lot thinking that the car was mines. I drove the car for the weekend and got a call saying that a bank would not finance me. Why did they get my hopes up like that??? They called me 45 minutes (at 3:15 in the evening) before I had to start work, to tell me to bring the car back. I was not upset. They then offered me a car that was 600/mo. Why would you offer me this if, at first, my final offer was $420/mo. I decided to leave but since I had filled their car with gas before bringing it back, I asked for reimbursement. They gave me a gas card with $10 on it. AND THAT'S WHEN I GOT ANGRY. I tried to explain to the manager why this was not right but he said he would not give me my money back and that $10 would have to do. I was even promised a free gift for coming out there to test drive and I didn't even receive that.

I recently ended up at Advantage Chevrolet while taking my daughter back to college in Indiana. The voltage on my 2012 Avalanche had dropped significantly. It had done this the day before too and the truck had begun running rough. I thought it might be my high output alternator acting up, so I had my original factory alternator put back in. That was when it acted up near Advantage. I told them what was going on. They told me it would be about 5 hours before someone could look at it, but they were going to put one of their good electrical techs on it. I ended up leaving the truck there and continued onto Indiana in another one of my vehicles. After 24 hours of my vehicle being in their shop I was told that it was my alternator. They put in a high output GM alternator into my truck at the cost of $720.91. I picked up my truck the next day and took it home. Within a couple of days I was once again losing voltage. I took it and had the battery checked. It tested at 65%. I replaced the battery, and I have had no issues since. It appears based on their paperwork that the battery was never tested. Based on the status of the battery it also seems that my alternator was not the issue which was confirmed when they told me that my factory alternator tested fine. I contacted their Service Manager Len Paluch to discuss my service. Two days later I received a call from a gentleman named Jim. I am assuming he was from service. He apologized about the issues with my truck and was happy to hear that I got "the Gremlins out of my truck." He also said that they should have checked my battery and speculated that maybe there was something wrong with their testing equipment, but that is as far as he went. At no point in time did he offer to refund all or even a portion of this unneeded part. I have been informed that there are systems in place for situations like this where GM can cover things like this under some warranty when their dealerships drop the ball. I mentioned this to Jim and pretty much got no response. I am annoyed that they aren't stepping up to take care of this repair. I am also angry that their Service Manager, Len Paluch, didn't think my complaint was important enough for him to call me back. I will continue to pursue this complaint with GM. Very disappointed in this dealership as a long time Chevrolet owner.

I researched the Equinox for several weeks and was waiting for the right moment to buy one. But then my Malibu finally broke down and I had no choice but to get one. I went to several dealers and didn't have any luck. I finally went to Advantage Chev in Hodgkins and Shawn Bell showed me several cars that met my needs. This was my 5th dealer I visited within a 2 week period, so I can easily say I saw many salesperson. Shawn was very friendly and always smiling, nothing like what I had experienced at the other dealers. I never felt pressured to buy the car from him. After negotiating, we were sent to the finance dept to close the deal. The Business Manager, Dennis Reilly, was so HELPFUL. He got to work and did his magic and helped me stay at my budget. I am very satisfied with both Shawn and Dennis with their friendly and professional work. I will visit soon for their "Clinics" and learn more about my car.

I went into the dealership wanting to look at a car I had found online. The salesman told me they had the car and went to pull the car up for a test drive. During the test drive the car drove fine, Two weeks after buying the car I started to hear this rubbing noise and squeaking when I turned the wheel a certain way. I called and told them about this and they told me to bring the car, which I did about a week later. After having the car for almost two hours the service dept FINALLY came and told what was wrong. They stated that it needed new rotors and pad on the front and back and another part. This was something that should have been looked at before the car was sold. They said they would fix the problems, but I had to pay for part of the repair, which i agreed to do. Now three months after my purchase I am still hearing the rubbing noise and was told by my mechanic that it was a wheel bearing. I am still hearing the squeaking noise after they said it was fixed and I am hearing a clicking noise when I turn the air conditioning on. I got an estimate for these repairs and all this will cost me almost 2k to fix. I called the salesman twice(the first time no return call) to ask if there was something they could and he basically said "no they couldn't do anything to help me". I feel like I was taken advantage of being that I was a single lady walking in to purchase a car. Everyone that has bought a car from them did not have a pleasant experience and I was warned, I should've listened

We hadn't planned on buying a car that day, but when we saw the car on the lot and then looked online and realized it was going to be advertised on the internet, we knew we needed to go in and talk. Low price and low mileage, it would be gone in a minute. When we got to the dealership, Steve greeted us at the door. He was the friendliest salesman I have ever met. Steve did his very best to get us the lowest price and still get us the necessary work that was needed on the vehicle. The Finance Department was understaffed that evening, so we were there a lot longer than anticipated, but we left that evening with our new vehicle. I had to schedule and return for some "we owe" work, and my appointment was scheduled for me and the work was done swiftly and efficiently. I received several calls about my car being done, and I have received several texts and emails asking me for follow-up information. All in all, a good experience.

The car care clinic was a good thing also. More people should attend those. Scott Cortwright gave us his card for any future questions we might have and I actually learned that I should read the manual because there were some things I didn't know about the car. I've already gotten compliments on the Spark and told that same someone where I bought the car and thought I'd gotten a good deal. Looking back, this was a pretty pleasant experience and everyone knows buying something major, like a car, can be nerve racking.

Looked at their inventory online, and chatted with Gail from Internet sales before making the trip in from the suburbs. Once at the dealership, I worked with Omar Shakhwar in sales, who patiently stood out in the sun and went back and forth finding keys for a few model types before we took some SUV's for a spin. Omar showed my wife how to work the Traverse Infotainmant System. As well, he setup her phone on bluetooth. He also talked Blackhawks hockey with my son, before loading him up on sugary donuts before his hockey game. The sales manager gave us a reasonable trade in for our minivan. Nice clean building, friendly staff, and comparable pricing.

We needed a car; bad. It was either pour more money into the car we had or try & buy another car. We werent even sure if we were going to be able to trade in our car because we couldnt get it started. Even though we went through the lot of cars Sunday when the dealership was closed, it seemed like the cars we picked out were a little above our price range. Cyril was very patient with us and guided us to some options that seemed to be a good compromise, in both price and style. We settled for what seemed too good to be true, Dodge Avenger. When talking finances, Cyril understood that although my fiancee was the bread winner, I was the one who knew about the household budget & what we could spend monthly. I appreciated that he included me in the car buyiung process without exluding my fiancee. On other car purchases most sales people ignore my input because I'm 'just a homemaker'. Cyril made me feel as if my fiancee and I were both making the purchase, not just my fiancee. When talking to the finance manager, Dennis was terrific at explaining all of our warranty options. We were glad that the dealership was able to let us trade in our old car, even if it wasnt for very much. It was wonderful getting the 'headache' off of our hands & being able to breath confidently that we made the right decision as to where and what we purchased. Even after the return period was over we are still very happy with our purchase. Everyone there that we can in contact with great. No one made us feel uneasy or awkward for having our kids (5yrs & almost 1yrs) at the dealership during the buying process. Service was great. There were so many little perks during the process that we couldnt understand why we were ONLY first time customers instead of life long returning customers. We will DEFINATELY make Advantage Chevrolet our first (and hopefully only) place for new or used cars in the future. We would (and will) recommend this dealership to any of our family/friends/aquintances. Thank you for making the car buying process so easy and hassel free during such a financially hard month.

As a consumer I hate the process of buying a car. Most dealerships take hours and always try to sell you something you don't want. Not with this dealership!!! I was very pleased from the moment I walked through the door. The atmosphere was very inviting and everyone I walked pass greeted me. I told the saleswoman Brandy Brooks exactly what I was looking for and she found it within my budget. 20 minutes later I was signing the paperwork to my new car. Once the process was done they had a very nice gentleman Chris come and explain all the features of my new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the car and what it has to offer. I have brought several cars from different dealership but none of them were quite like this. I enjoyed every aspect of this experience and I have already refereed 3 friends.

It's only fair to point out the distinguished hospitality and patience this 5 star dealer extended to me. I recently purchased a used Ford truck and up until this point I am completely satisfied. The manager and staff saw me through my first car purchase in 30 years and not one acted like a commissioned vulture. Furthermore, the reassurance the manager Jason gave me that I would be taken care off if anything went wrong holds true to this date. The baton of excellence was passed on to their service department who serviced my vehicle in a timely manner and even lend me one of theirs for the wait. I was in Advantage a few months ago completely undecided on what car to purchase. I knew I wasn't looking for anything bigger than a sedan, but even that left me several choices. Honestly, the only thing I was sure of was color! First impressions are priceless, and Advantage didn't disappoint! Their dealership was a least twice the size of the last I had visited and what stood out to me was how open it was. One of the first things I noticed was I was not "attacked" by several salesmen (typical at the other dealerships I had visited) but rather greeted and set up with my salesman, Michael Fawell. After explaining my indecision to him, he followed up with several questions and recommendations based on what I wanted and needed. After looking at several models, I decided on a Malibu, which after test driving, was completely in love with. Their selection was fantastic-my model had everything I could have asked for-and price was exactly where I wanted to be for a monthly payment. Thank you Advantage! I have bought several new cars in the past, but this was definitely the most enjoyable experience. Make this your new dealership and definitely ask for Michael Fawell!

I bought my black impala 2012 from there 7-2-2013 ...I drive the car for a couple days. Washed it and waxed it. And to my suprise its loaded with a million little tiny peeble or rock salt marks on my front bumper and hood had a small cracked windshield I was rushed to buy it..I call I get the run around not once but twice. Ive called to also set up my appointment so my car could be sprayed with some protection. No answer . Left a voice mail no call back.. not happy at all..so now I have to repaint my hood and front bumper and left fender..bad business ..and the better business Bureau should know about this dealership.

Chris Krajniak is our favorite Advantage salesman, he always makes sure we get a good deal. He's very helpful and informed and answers all our questions. He doesn't treat us like "old people" (which is what we are!). Also, the Service Dept. people are friendly and helpful too. Again, you are treated with respect. Found a car I liked on cars.com, made the 45minute trek out there to test drive it. Steve (?) took me for a test drive. For a salesperson, he did an awful job of selling. I had to ask all of the questions--which, yes, an informed buyer should ask questions, but shouldn't the salesperson, you know, sell?--and otherwise the drive was silent, and only about five minutes long. We get back to the dealership and, as this is the first car in my shopping process I test drove, I needed more time to think about it (first-time buyer anxiety, I guess). Now I understand that they don't want to let you out of the store without signing something. But I made it very clear that I needed more time and was not comfortable signing anything yet. The ONLY time during my experience where the salesperson was at all chatty was when he was trying to coerce me into buying right that second. For the fifth or sixth time, I made it clear--no. I need more time. So he tells me to wait a second and grabs his manager, who also tries to coerce me into buying. And again, another five times, I say no, I'm not ready. I KNOW that salespeople are supposed to do this, but they felt overly pushy and made me feel uncomfortable. Not to mention, since I left the dealership, they have been blowing up my phone with calls and texts. Please take a hint. Leave me alone. Is this the way corporate car dealerships are supposed to be run? I'm glad I found a different and better used car at an independent dealership.

Drove 4.5 hours to pick up a car that I was assured was in great condition after asking all of the right questions. Arrived at the dealership only to find significant body damage that was never disclosed during many, many calls with the salesperson. When I confronted the salesperson she only blamed someone else and indicated that it wasn't her job to know the condition of the vehicles. Apparently she just sits in an office and makes things up to make customers buy cars. Ask lots of questions and get very detailed pictures before traveling from out of state. Total waste of time and money!

I worked with a fellow Angel who was a nice guy. The rest was down hill started with a low offer saying our 2005 Mustang was in fare the offer 6,100 condition when it was in mint condition did end up getting 8,500 on the test drive noted that the air didn't work they said not to worry we will fix it. I asked why aren't they taking it in the shop. I was told I had 30 days to take it to any Chevy dealer I thought well OK. Finished up the paper, then said they weren't fixing it.
