I have now own my Ford Focus a little over seven months! it has been everything that I was hoping for. Ray Bramlett was was my sales person and he made the hold buying process so easy. He ex[lain everything about my new car to me & even call me to see how everything was going after the sale. The service department is one of the best I have ever seen & have did a great job servicing my car. The customer waiting area is the best I have ever seen. It has free wi-fi, even computers you can use while you wait. TV, and they provide free coffee and drinks also!! (They have Starbucks Coffee free also!! I have a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 EcoDiesel that I purchased from Akins Ford/Dodge in Winder. Carlos did an excellent job at not pressuring me at all in my purchase. The service department has gone above and beyond to make sure everything with my vehicle has been taken care of. Just bought our new Ford Edge Titanium on 1/22/16. Our salesman, Matthew McWhorter, was new to the business but he was AWESOME! He was very professional and courteous. Many times salesmen can be pushy, but Matthew never was. He bent over backwards to make sure that our purchase experience at Akins was actually a pleasure and easy. I was in the market for a new Ford Explorer with the Platinum trim package. I have purchased several vehicles from Akins Ford over the years and Akins was the first place I checked. I was disappointed that they did not have any in stock but Joe Alewine insisted that he could find one for me. Within a few hours, Joe and Todd Durham found the exact Explorer I wanted (including color and accessories) at an incredible price and along super deal on my trade in. They brought the vehicle to me to test out and took my vehicle back to the dealership which just made the process so easy. When I got to the dealership, Todd and Joe had everything ready for me to sign. It was such an pleasant transaction, I really can't think of anything that could have been done to make it any better. I had transmission issues. My car would down shift so hard it felt like someone had rear-ended me. I took it to another dealer multiple times and they kept telling me they couldn't get the transmission to do it. When I took it to Akins' Gerry Carrol in service rode with me and he told me to keep driving until the transmission acted up. They were able to diagnose and fix my car under warranty where the other dealership wouldn't even take the time to figure out what was wrong with it. I've had it back a week now and it rides perfectly. I really appreciate the time they took to diagnose my problem and fix it while it is still under warranty. Perfect first car buying experience. I am 23 years old, I have owned a couple used truck since I have been driving. I decided it was time to purchase a new vehicle, I went to a couple different dealerships, and they all gave me the run around and tried to play games with pricing. I got to Akins, told the salesman exactly what I was looking for, within 10 minutes we were looking at the exact truck I asked to see. We talked some numbers, did a little negotiating, and within about 2.5 hours, I was driving back to Athens in my new truck. It went so smoothly and the staff was very friendly. I saw a mustang on the website. Put in an inquiry. Salesman called me. Worked the entire deal on phone. When agreement was reached I went to the facility test drove the car and signed papers. Easiest buying experience I have ever had. I live an hour from Akins and work two hours from Akins so having everything done before I drove to the facility was very important. I was impressed with the size and cleanliness of the facility. The customer waiting area is large and inviting. The best part was the people. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My salesman and finance person were friendly and knowledgeable. The entire experience was great and I would definitely buy from akin again.

I have had many bad experiences with car dealerships in the past and haven't dealt with one since. Last week I decided to stop by and look. Woody Sowder was super nice to me. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to sell me what I didn't want/need. He told me about different cars to see all of my options but he let me look and test drive and ask questions, now he did his job of trying to sell it to me but without the pressure that always has pushed me away. I came back on Saturday, drove it again and then went through the buying process. It was very smooth, the figures were what he said they would be and we were in and out. He walked through everything with me and made sure that I understood everything. I will recommend Woody Sowder to my friends and family, for sure. Thank you Woody! I want to also mention how the clean the inside was, and how comfortable they try to make it while you wait. The entire experience was great.

I spent a good month or so trying to find the best deal on a Ford Fusion. Why buy used when I can get new for cheaper. We are not a huge fan of car dealerships and the whole process. Akins truly changed that experience. Not only was the customer service great but they were fast. They beat MOG Ford and got me in a better Fusion. We were in and out in under 1 hour with all the paper work done. Woody was fast and honest. They gave me more for my trade and gave me a great deal. We would definitely go back.

I bought a 2011 Focus new with an extended warranty. Twice I have brought it back to get repairs, and twice was told items were not covered by warranty. A faulty battery and hub berrings ought to be covered. When I asked Terry which side the bad berring was on, her reply was, "we would change both." Really, did they even look? I will NEVER buy a vehicle from here again, and my next vehicle will NOT be a Ford.

This was my first time dealing with Akins.The experience was far better than I could have expected. I had to be at a funeral in Macon on Saturday and my 15 year old Nissan Frontier cracked a cylinder head on Thursday. I loved that old truck but repairs would be too costly and I limped into Akins with my sob story. I came away with a new 2014 F150 and a deal that was better than I ever expected. As a rule, I always try to spend time researching before I make any decisions on major purchases and I had been casually looking at new trucks but only casually. I'm retired and have to be careful and conscious of the cost of everything but my salesman, Todd, was helpful, courteous and made no attempt to pressure me in any way. He offered me a great truck at a great price and much better than any comparable vehicle I have found. Every employee I encountered at the dealership from the sales people to the parts department was smiling and treated me with respect. I would recommend anyone considering a new car or truck visit Akins.If there was a down side I would say it was in waiting for the paperwork to be processed. It took far too long after I agreed to purchase. They were very busy the day I was there and the finance manager was swamped. I imagine if other customers were afforded the same level of service as I was that day than I can understand why it took so long.

Your service representatives are very friendly and responsive and the repairs I have had done are excellent. Unfortunately, your repair shop is severely understaffed. Every time I have had my Jeep in for repairs, it has taken no less than two weeks and up to a month for the repair to be completed. I really enjoy the service representatives at Akins, but I my have to consider another alternative in the future as I cannot be without my vehicle for that length of time.

We purchased a new 2015 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid last week. We were not planning to purchase a new car, but our Ford Explorer SportTrac was totaled by another driver. While settling with the insurance company we had a rental car which was a 2014 Fusion with EcoBoost. After having the rental for a week we really enjoyed driving that car so had done some research to find one. Then, because we tend to keep our cars for a long time and because Ford had some really good incentives going,we looked into the Hybrid version. We fell in love with the car immediately. We never really considered a hybrid because we never thought we could have a more luxurious car AND a hybrid. On my local errands today I averaged 77 mpg because I was able to stay mostly in EV mode. Wow!We first looked at a dealer in Atlanta but did not really appreciate their sales approach which was aggressive and pushing us to get features we really did not want. We knew what we were looking for so we chose to contact Akins and get an internet price on the car we wanted. We were immediately contacted by Ron Marsh of Akins and he was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We were also very impressed with the larger selection of Hybrids on the lot. The other dealer only had 3 and none were exactly equipped the way we wanted. Ron was quick to respond with an internet price on the exact vehicle we wanted. He provided more education about driving a hybrid and we were hooked. Ron is not only educated about the product he sells, he was extremely professional as was all the staff we encountered at Akins. We will definitely recommend this dealership for friends and neighbors in the future. Normally I would not drive back out for service, but Ron assured me that we will receive the same quality service from the service department, so we'll make the trip. Thanks to everyone at Akins. I brought my wife's Lincoln in for an oil change, tire rotation, and seat and cabin filter change along with warranty work - tilt steering wheel was not tilting when setting up for my memory seat setting and a console sun-glass door on the ceiling kept opening on it's own. The service and reprogramming of the tilt steering wheel was done. The console had to be ordered from the manufacturer so I picked up the car and will take it back when the part comes in. The vehicle was at your facility from Jan. 20 to Jan. 23. I am disappointed the I can't get a loaner vehicle because I didn't buy the car at Akins. I know I can get a loaner at Jacky Jones Lincoln in Gainesville even though I didn't buy the car there.

Going into your dealership service department is NOT the dreaded experience often associated with getting your car repaired. Your facility is welcoming, comfortable, and the coffee and wi-fi connection help make any wait seem shorter. One thing you might consider ... if a customer is waiting on premises for the work to be completed, rather than needing to continually check back at the desk to see if car is ready, you might use the pager system used by restaurants to alert customer when service is complete. Not your dealership'so fault, but the manufacturer Chrysler, it was disappointing that it took right a one year for the necessary part to be available to correct the recall on the rear quarter vent window control switch. Purchased the T/C Van on 10/31/13, notified within a month of the recall and just completed this month.Satisfied with the Town and Country and with your service department and have recomended you to others.

Although I wish my payment could have been lower as requested (gotten more for my trade) I was satisfied with my experience. I would have been more satisfied by getting what seems to be a trending industry standard, 1, 2, or 3 maintenance free offer (oil changes, tire rotation, etc...), but that was not a deal breaker. I am satified with the service. There were two things I didn't understand. Before I have always gotten an inspection sheet showing what you checked. Secondly, there was a note on my invoice that stated I needed new front brake pads. I only know this because I read the invoice. No one told me about this. I brought my 2014 Durango into the service department for the first oil and service. I purchased this vehicle there new just a few months ago. The service department was very busy on my arrival but was very quick to get all the vehicles checked in and in a timely manner... hat's off to them on a cold morning too! I mentioned I was having air pressure issues in all four tires, that since delivery of Durango I've had to add air to all four tires at least five times and I thought that was odd since I've never had to add air to any Dodge I've owned in between services. Spoke with the service manager I believe, super nice man, and he was telling me about hot and cold which we came to an understanding. I asked about the theory for nitrogen and after a few minutes of talking with him and the service writer I decided to spend the extra money and do this. We'll see how it works out for us and we've got 5k miles for the experiment. Love the ability to sit in comfort in the waiting room and that the service writer comes and finds me at completion and doesn't just leave it up to me to keep checking in. This is my first vehicle with Akins and my first service with this vehicle, we're getting to know one another well. I have had my 2008 Charger (traded for Durango) and my 2008 2500 4X4 serviced there at least once each and I've had some disappointments that have already been addressed. I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Focus fro Akins. I had been to a different dealership looking at a similar car by a different manufacturer, but the price they were quoting didn't suit my budget and they weren't very forthcoming with how the number was derived. Completely opposite experience at Akins. Not only was my salesman more educated about the vehicle, when it came time to run the numbers he literally showed me the computer monitor as he typed in the figures. Totally transparent experience. These guys are family oriented and respectful. When it comes time to buy another vehicle for my family, I won't go anywhere else.

Just before Christmas Day I unexpectedly had trouble with my 2005 F150. My spark plugs were worn out and I came for help. I was very nervous because my truck was skipping, cutting out and I was not sure I would be able to make it to Winder, I live in Watkinsville and had bought my truck at Akins in Winder. Ricky signed me in and told me everything I needed to know. As I waited he came to me several times to let me know how much longer it would take and the charge. He was very helpful. I have always come to Winder Akins for regular maintenance and other problems with my truck. Everyone is helpful and I can count on getting in and out of the service area with no problems. Bought a new 2014 Ford F 150. This was probably the quickest, easiest, most stress free car purchase I've ever made! I pretty much new what I wanted when I walked in and was very pleased I didn't receive any pressure or greedy salesmen trying to up sell me. When I walked out I had exactly what I wanted and was very pleased with the staff. The salesman actually stayed with me well past closing time to finish up the deal and answered every question about the truck I had. He even took the time to help me sink my phone to the trucks media system and went over every detail about how all the gadgets work. Akins Ford of Winder is now my new home for all future vehicle purchases. And I must say the have quite a selection! Plus their website is top notch. No gimmicks or tricks like hiding prices and making you call in.

Had new tires put on my 2011 Ford Fusion. Dropped off car late morning and picked it up before 5:00 PM. also had vehicle recall (computer adjustment/reprogram) done while the car was there. Interface with the Service Department was quick and easy. Final price for the tires was a few dollars less than quoted.

After having been greeted by a service representative and telling him what I needed (oil change and tire rotation), I went to the waiting area. I had brought my Kindle so I could read but a neighbor came in and sat with me and we had a really nice visit. The experience was actually enjoyable. I had dreaded this because my husband always did the car service but he passed away in September so I knew this was something I had to do. The time seemed to fly by as my neighbor and I "caught up" on things. Thank you for providing such a nice waiting area.

My Ford Explorer, purchased from Akins, is 12 years old. It has never failed me. I attribute that to always following the guidelines for maintenance and quality people who perform that maintenance. I can't say enough good about Akins and their entire staff - all of them. They are friendly, professional, personable, and above all, honest. There is one, however, that stands out, and that is Tom Cronin. The service writers at Akins are all quality people, but Tom has been my primary contact, and I wouldn't have it any other way. We live in a world where trust and respect simply don't exist any longer, but over the 12 years that I've owned this car, Tom has more than earned my respect and trust. He has never tried to deceive me and has always stood by his word. To be able to pick up your phone and call the same individual year after year about your car, and know that individual is someone you can trust, is absolutely comforting. Tom has integrity, another quality we don't see often enough. In 2015, I hope to purchase a new car, and it will come from Akins.

I found out about the F250 that I purchased on the internet late on a Friday and got to Winder after dark near closing time. I was working with Woody over the phone and Larry after dark. It worked really well as they are a good team. Larry stayed late as did one of the other guys (can't remember his name). And we did the deal. Had to take my trade-in truck home to unload all my hunting stuff so the truck was brought to me on Tuesday in Fayetteville,GA by a really nice gentleman. Left a very important item in the truck by accident. Was able to call Woody and he and a manger took care of securing the item (thanks very much for that!) until my brother could retrieve it. Because it was on the 22nd that I went I missed the date of the 12th. They charged me $29. 95 for the oil chqnge. I agree after they explained to me that it was 10 days out of date. Any way it doesn't make me want to go back for service of oil change since I could have got it done at another place for $19.95.Akins Ford is a good place to do business. Had updates performed on the engine computer. After a few days I took a day trip to NC. On the return the engine check light came on. I cannot help but believe that the updates did not cause this. As a result I spent nearly half a day of my vacation waiting for the p229f code to be read and another update made. I hope this does not result in another trip. I purchased the truck with the idea of having reliable vehicle on trips. This is the 2nd engine check I have had while taking a trip. I have had the truck only 18 month! Not very happy right now.

On of your employees was behind her on the road. He followed her into the Y parking lot to let her know that her tire was low and she needed to be checked out. I was able to drive over, take the car to Aiken, where they checked the tire out, and had in ready by the time she was through with here class. We appreciated the extra effort he made to let her know she had a problem.

I have a 2012 Boss 302 Laguna I bought from Mac. It's a collector's car and I took it in for an annual oil change. It is garage kept and rarely driven. Scott, in the service department, always greets me with a smile and treats the car with exceptional care. He continues to outshine himself. Kudos to Joe for operating such a professional crew. Service was good and fast. Recommend that your service tech return the dashboard displays to what was displayed when vehicle was brought in. If they're making some entries into the auto's computer regarding the service , return the display to the owners preference. It bugs me to have to get the service manual to to see how to return to my preferred display. Leave it like YOU FOUND IT.

I looked at a couple of different vehicles with him and was very impressed that his level of service didn't change based on the price of the vehicle he was helping me with. I drive the two hours to get there and somehow the price was going to be 2000 dollars more than what he dishonestly quoted me. What is kind of funny is the dude got mad when I left without buying. Woody Sowder answered the phone, took my information as well as answered my questions. In the last two years my wife and I have combined to purchase 6 new or used vehicles. Every deal before working with Rick at Akin has been disheartening to say the least. I've always considered myself a good judge of character which makes dealing with your typical car salesman not fun at all. From the very first phone call to when the deal was done and the papers were being signed I felt important. I could tell Rick was more interested in what I expected than making the sale. As a business owner I understand they are there to make money but it's nice when two people can meet in the middle and everybody walk away happy. Jim, the gentlemen who helped me with my up fitting was just as nice and caring. To top it off, even the finance guy Mike was pro customer and not pro $. I was searching for a 5 to 8 year old Ford Ranger with low mileage but in great condition. I found the one I bought on the Akins website. When I called about the Ranger, everyone was in a sales meeting so I asked them to please have someone call me about it. Just a few short minutes later I got a call from Woody Sowder. Woody checked to make sure they still had the Ranger and went ahead and pulled it aside for me to make sure that I got a chance to look at it before anyone else. When I arrived at Akins dealership, Woody greeted me, showed me the Ranger and handed me the keys. One thing I liked about Akins is that he wasn't worried about having to ride with me on the test drive. I brought my father along with me so he and I jumped in and took the Ranger for a good thorough test drive. We negotiated the price and my trade-in and reached what I believed to be was a fair price out the door for both of us. They also financed me the same day within about 30 minutes. That was really nice because I didn't really want to have to wait around for hours. This is my second purchase from Akins. (My first was back in 1993). I have been very pleased with their level of authenticity and honesty. I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family.

I let him know what I was looking for in the way of gas-mileage, price, dependability, etc. Richard was very knowledgeable about the product and thorough while looking through a few vehicles. We found a 2012 Ford Explorer on the Akins Web Site that had everything we were looking for. We called and spoke to Jeff Little and tod him he wanted to come look at it but that we lived 65 miles away. Jeff said he would hold the vehicle until we arrived and sure enough when we arrived he was waiting on us and had it parked by the front door. Jeff was very informative about the vehicle and was eager for us to test drive it, which we did. Upon arriving back at the Dealership we told Jeff that loved the vehicle but we needed one with a Tow Package, which this vehicle didn't have at which time he said their shop could install a factory hitch and wiring if we wanted. Jeff gave us a price, including the hitch, which was very good but was still more than we had budgeted for so we made a counter offer. Jeff said he would have to talk to the Sales Manager about our offer at which time he left and returned a short time later. Jeff told us that Akins was in the business of selling cars and making customers happy over making a lot of money and said that our offer was acceptable. We did the paperwork and now own a beautiful Explorer. I will definitely return to Akins Ford in the future when I decide to purchase my next vehicle and I will hopefully have the pleasure of dealing with Jeff Little again. Jeff is a fair and honest gentleman and he is an asset to Akins Ford. We visited over a dozen dealerships prior to Akins and we wish we had gone there first.

Stan went out his way to work with us and explain everything to my daughter. This was her first car purchase. He made sure she understood how to work everything inside the vehicle. I was referred to Akins through a friend. I dealt with Todd Durham and Scott Dickey primarily. After speaking with Todd several times I made a decision that I would drive from South Florida just to purchase a new F150 from their dealership. This was by the far the easiest, most hassle free experience I have ever had in buying a car/truck. The website is very comprehensive and gives a great visual into their inventory. The rebates they offer are for real. There were absolutely no other hidden fees or costs that were not discussed when working out the finances. Everyone that I came across was very helpful and they had terrific follow up on any questions. I was also able to use their custom accessories department and in doing so was able to put on some upgrades that were completely warrantied along with the rest of the truck, and paid less than anywhere else that I researched on-line for the same aftermarket parts. I give them a 10+ rating and have absolutely no complaints. I was treated like family the day I actually drove up and picked up my new truck. I am thrilled with it and it was worth the 10 hour haul because nobody between could even touch the deal. I would easily recommend them to anyone, and actually already have to a couple family members. I have bought from this dealer before. I have shopped around and they are consistently the cheapest for the vehicle I am interested in. They have quality personnel that actually care about your business. I would definitely buy from Akins Ford again.

We called ahead to get some information on vehicles that we were thinking about purchasing. Keith was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We set up a time to visit the dealership, and we were very pleased with the entire experience. Keith gave us professional information about each of our choices, he allowed us to test drive the car we picked, and then walked us through the whole financing process. I would highly recommend working with Keith, and would definitely do so again.

I went in to Atkins Ford on a slight chance that I could get into a new vehicle, seeing that i have been carless for well over a year. Upon entering the dealership I was introduced to Alan O'Maly... That was the beginning of my wonderful experience in getting a new car at Atkins Ford! I was not pressured and was able to view and test drive a variety of cars. After deciding on the 2013 Ford Focus SE Hatchback we started the paperwork. It was a very easy process. Being that I have had a lot of medical issues over the years, my credit was far from the best. I had been to other dealerships over the past year and was told that it would be IMPOSSIBLE for me to get a car, used or new without thousands down and a huge payment, if i was lucky. Alan went above and beyond to find me financing. I was truly amazed!!! Last Monday I went and picked up my brand new car!!! And the fact that he worked hard for me to get me the very best price and interest rate, I will be forever grateful. I give Alan two enthusiastic thumbs up! He's a miracle worker in my eyes!

Eric was so helpful in getting details as the car was being built and shipped to us - ordered in Dec 2012 but knew it would not begin to be built util Feb 2013. Then the recall for the headlights postponed it again. Eric kept us informed all along the way. Woody was waiting for us when we arrived at the dealership and had everything ready to proceed - very professional and yet made us feel like family! Bill was also very professional in closing out the financial side and even shopped the best rates and gave us options before signing. I was in the market for a pick-up truck and was referred to Akins Ford by a mutual acquaintance. This acquaintance noted that the Akins Team will work with you to meet your requirements in the vehicle you are looking for and with the price. This referral was dead on the mark. Woody Sowder provided excellent customer service, was easy to work with and demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the vehicles I was interested in. Most important, he was not pushy and allowed me the time to review the vehicles I was considering. In my case Woody and I worked together to define what I was looking for in a vehicle to meet my requirements and desires. With this in mind, Woody was attuned to my specific requirements. And, deliver he did--- working with Jason McDaniel the two of them delivered the F150 I was looking for in accessories and price. The follow-on support of paperwork and readying the vehicle was well done. Really my most painless experience of many car purchases over the years. Well done!

I was in search of a very specific truck. I contacted Woody Sowder and he found one in particular that met all of the criteria that I sought. Over a 2 week period i continued to shop around, but did not find any other vehicle that was more suited for my business. During this time, Woody was very professional and at no time did I ever feel pressured or angled into making a decision. We did continue negotiations during these two weeks and Woody was fair in complying with my requests for additional information and discussing any concerns I had about the vehicle. I did a great deal of research regarding this specific truck and in the end determined that the price we agreed upon was a good value and met my needs. This vehicle is the second I have purchased through Woody and in fact will replace the vehicle he sold me in 2005. I recommend Woody Sowder and Aiken Ford of Winder as fair and honest in their dealings, and would refer anyone I know to them without hesitation.

Jim Sullivan was very helpful prior to us visiting the dealer by sending me materials I requested. I felt no preasure in any way throughout the whole process, and feel I got a great price. Just a totally great car buying experience. Pricing was on target ( multiple research engines). They worked hard to find the exact car with our options. Ask for Ron. He is consumed with making the car buying experience the best. Took time to introduce everyone from sales, service and body shop. Explain every detail of the car and ensured the car was clean and fueled on delivery. Awesome guy. He either answers every call or promptly returns the call. Pricing and finacing never changed. We both drove away saying "WOW, that was a great way to buy a car";. No pressure at all. Finance dept - no pressure to up-sale and the number we walked out with was the same number we agree on from the start. Never had that happen before. The finance rate was the lowest I could find anywhere.

I located a F250 truck that fit my needs online at Akins of Winder. After a quick call and speaking with Woody Sowder, I decided to drive an hour to check the truck out. Within 3 hours of arriving at the dealership, I was the happy owner of my 2006 F250. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. The negotiating process was reasonable. After driving my new truck for 500 miles, I am very happy with the quality of my truck and it's performance. Larry Prunchak was wonderful! Buying a vehicle out of state made me very nervous but Larry made sure everything went smoothly. I had been looking for this particular Jeep in this exact color for sometime now. When my husband found it he called right away and spoke to Larry. Larry was quick to respond and grab the vehicle. He then had me approved for the financing within just a couple of hours. It is hard to believe how easy this has been and Larry was there to answer any of my questions every step of the way. What a great team. Our TWO salesmans WOODY SOWDER and TINO CARDIGES worked with us over the phone to get the deal done. We lived over 100 miles away and they were so easy to work with. They actually called us back when they said they would and worked to get us a great deal. We were able to be in and out thanks to Scott Dickey our finance guy also. All three gentlemen made a great team and worked so well together to make our experience great. We dont hate buying a vehicle anymore and would purchase from Akins again!

Ron made my buying a great feeling from the start. He was honest and did not try any sales tricks to lure me in, I was so impressed, I had my wife go to him to buy her new jeep. Alan was very friendly and spent a great deal of time with me, my husband, and our daughter over a three day period. He was personable and made my daughter's first car-buying experience a pleasant one. He even volunteered to take our picture with our new cars (yes, I got one, too!!)Bill took the time to explain the financial end of getting the car twice --- once for my husband and myself and then two days later for our daughter. He was thorough and professional both times. Bill took extra time to explain to our daughter in great detail the meaning all of the papers she was signing. She left the dealership in her new car relaxed, happy, and smiling!!

Buying a car can be a stressful experience. When I decided to go back to Ford and buy a 2013 Ford Explorer, I knew that I would go to Akin Ford in Winder. In the 90's I had purchased several Explorers from them and always had a great experience! It was wonderful this time as well. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and helpful that it was very easy to find the car that I wanted. I am glad to be back with them and plan on being a customer of theirs for years to come!

Larry Prunchak sold us our Ford Edge three years ago. We had some electrical problems with the car, and Larry was with us all the way. He has been very helpful every time we brought the car in for work, and he remains a good friend. We know we can count on Larry for help and advice and as an added bonus, he sends me recipes to try. This week we brought our Edge in for service and new tires as part of the sale going on when we bought our car. They provided the service and the tire change in excellent time and we are very pleased. We have not experienced the electrical problem in 6 months and we are hopeful that it has been fixed. We are very appreciative of the way Akins Ford has worked to resolve our problem and the quick, courteous service we have gotten from this dealership.

Larry did everything my wife and i asked for that other dealers wouldn't do. Never did they lie about anything. Larry went out to the lot and took photos of the vehicle we were interested in to make sure they had it before i made an 8 hour drive for pick up. He never tried to sell me something other than what i wanted.

They were so rude to me when i was looking to buy a new or used Ram I walked out. they also tried to offer me 3000 for a truck the other Dodge dealer immediately offered me 10,000 on just stay away from this place its a circus
