Although my car was fixed after the second time leaving it with the same problem, it was returned differently than I left it. The first time, the air condititioner did not blow cool air; although, I left it with the air conditioner on and cooling with no problems. When I asked about it, I was told that it was never touched; although the settings were set to Lo. After picking up the second time, I left my car with more than a half tank of gas. The car was returned to me after 5-6 days with the gas light on and having to pray to make it to the nearest gas station. I have been taking my car here for 9 years and have never experienced anything like this. Like I said, my car was fixed after the second visit and I appreciate that, it's just the dishonesty that I can do without.

I like your facility. Its clean. Staff is very friendly. The ones I encountered held a conversation to make me feel at home. Your technicians do a very good job. I have never returned for a service that was to performed well. I love the car wash after service. I will definitely buy my next M.Benz from Albany Motors. I have had my Mercedes serviced here at Albany Motorcars every 10,000 miles since I have had it. They always cheerfully pick it up and leave me a loaner. The staff is always very helpful even when I have had warranty work done, I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with their overall service.

I worked with Steve Johnston and purchased a Mercedes sight un seen. He was more than helpful getting me all the info and helping get the car set up for shipping. They are honest fair and awesome to deal with. I have never me them but it went very smoothly in a less than ordinary transaction.

The service on my Mercedes-Benz was completed in a timely manner. I was very pleased. The attitude of the staff was one I personally considered exceptional. They were very accommodating and pleasant to me. I was informed in advanced on the expected cost of the work to be completed, and I received a follow-up call from them to assure I was completely satisfied with their work.

From the minute I contacted this dealership online about a 2014 pre-owned BMW, to the final purchase, everyone was super. Josh Evans handled every online question I had professionally and timely. He was very helpful with getting the car held until we could get from Birmingham to Albany to test drive it. David and Lawrence were waiting for us when we arrived and arranged everything from test drive to purchase without a hitch. Daniel was great with getting all of the paperwork completed for our out-of-state purchase. They all worked very hard to get us on our way within a couple of hours. After looking online for the "right" vehicle and dealing with many dealerships, this one was by far the most responsive, helpful and pleasant. Great customer service and we would definitely consider driving back for our next purchase. Thanks, Josh, Lawrence, David and Daniel!

Both of the ladies in the service department where professional, knowledgeable and friendly. While on vacation my new to me/ used Mercedes needed checked. The service department did a great job. They where honest and fair with their evaluation of the vehicle.

I found the car online and was in contact with a staff member several times to schedule when I would come in and even gave me more information on the car. When I arrived there I got to test drive it right away and I loved it. I was excited!! The staff was great while I was waiting to sign paperwork, they were friendly and made me feel welcome. They were not pushy which is great. I was impressed by the service they provided.

Every visit here is a smooth and pleasant visit. From the sale to service staff all are extremely friendly and very helpful. One of the great things I like about the service department is the detailed communication about what is taking place with my repair and additional services that may or may not be needed.Will be visiting again in the near future.

Took my vehicle in for service and was treated with respect from the time I entered the service drive. All repairs needed were explained in detail prior to any work beginning and repairs were performed in a timely manner. All employees that I came in contact with were very friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel like the valued customer that I am. Great work!

This place is one of the best when it comes to customer service. Appointment was kept in a timely manner and everyone I met within the dealership was extremely helpful. Service advisors explained in detail what repairs where needed and why and a timeline for getting repairs accomplished. I liked the fact they did not try to push to get the repairs done immediately but instead advised me on when they should be accomplished.

I always took my BMW to Albany BMW for repairs but never again. I was overcharged for my last service work and I am very disappointed with the service department. In the last year they have changed service managers at least twice and they are not very professional. My car was only serviced by Albany BMW for the last three years and I will no longer get service work there. Be careful when taking your vehicle there.

Albany Motorcars has nothing but great people and that is probably why it is hands down, the greatest Mercedes dealership around. Every service visit I make, the people here go above and beyond to ensure that my visit is the best it can be. If you need a Mercedes or have one that needs servicing this is the place to go, you will not be disappointed.

Everyone from the repairman to front office was exceptional as to making me comfortable while waiting. They made me feel very special. Service advisor explained everything in detail and was extremely courteous, will not hesitate on returning for future services.

Service at the Albany Motorcars was outstanding. Service advisor was courteous and explained in detail the repair work that would be required for my visit. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and the waiting area was clean and quite.

Purchased a new 2008 E-350 from Albany Motors with an extended warranty and the prepaid service. Two months after the purchase Albany motors tells me it was a Demo (had only 600 miles) and that Mercedes would not honor the extended warranty. In addition we also found out that the warranty start date was the date they put the car in service, didn't find that out until the first service after the purchase. Additionally, the prepaid service also started from that date....which meant I paid for four years and had a little less that 2 years remaining. I did get my money back for both.....but the bottom line is I purchased a vehicle with a Mercedes Extended Warranty and the Mercedes Service Plan. I now have a vehicle without either. The quote sheet and the invoice both have the New Car box checked and not the Used or Demo that are both present. Tried the Mercedes Customer Service....they told me it was between me and the Dealership because they are independently owned and operated.This also took me over 3 months to resolve. I attempted numerous times to contact the General Manager.....he never once returned my calls. He always had the Finance guy call me. Buyer Beware when dealing with this group. NEVER AGAIN!
