All Motor Cars is great. We recently went to look for a Subaru and saw All Motor Cars on the internet. We spoke with Andrew and told him we were expecting our first child and needed a family car. He was very accommodating. We had gone up during a snow storm and he had many of his recommended cars brushed off and ready to test drive. His no pressure laid back attitude made us very comfortable and we felt as if we were buying a vehicle from a friend. We were in somewhat of a rush and Andrew gave us the car quickly. As murphy's law would have it, we had issues with the car on they way home (beyond anyone's control). We called Andrew immediately and he sent a tow truck and even offered us a loaner car for our troubles. The mechanic went through the whole car fixing not only the original problem but everything that was about to go as well. The service was above and beyond for a used car. I am very happy with Andrew and his crew and would recommend them to anyone in search for a good used car. They really did us right.

I can say this was the best experience I have had buying a car. Andrew is a true professional and it shows. There are no hidden agendas, if you want a subaru these are the people to go to, they help you every step of the way. I will buy all of my subaru's from them. And needless to say there mechanics are top notch, they fix it right the first time.

Cam here looking for a in a specific price range and they helped me to the fullest. Walked out the same day with a new car and has worked great. Payments for the cars are great and affordable. Would highly recommend coming to this dealership!!!

Came here because of their vast choice in Subarus. Had help from Andrew... he asked what my price range and specifications were and showed me three cars (all of which were great) and knew from the start which I would choose. He was great about answering all of my questions and helping out figuring out my payment process. The car itself is amazing, I've already taken it on a couple after-purchase test drives up the Gunks and I love it. If their mechanics and repairs are as good as the sales and customer service side are (which I bet they are), I'll be using them for whenever my Subie.

I drove over a hundred miles each way to look at a vehicle after speaking to Andrew. I was ensured the vehicle was "Mint" and had no exterior blemishes and that all repairs had been completed. I told Andrew what my out the door price was and was told it would not be a problem and that he would work with me. I arrived at his facility to find the car dirty inside and out, with a broken passenger side mirror that he said "he got it like that" and didnt realize it. Andrew then proceeded to tell me that a new cat converter was being installed which hadnt been dont yet. I didnt see a check engine light on and questioned the repair. The vehicle was scanned while i was standing there and no codes came up. I was told the $800 part was still going to be installed. Upon further inspection of the vehicle i found a pretty serious oil leak from what seemed to possibly be from the oil pan and was told that the drain plug was left loose. So with all this i asked what the best he could do on the vehicle would be and was pretty stunned that he gave me a price a few hundred dollars over the price we discussed but was not willing to budge at all. Needless to say i would never recommend nor buy from this establishment.

After doing much research, I found All Motor Cars LTD in Tillson. They had the exact vehicle that I had been searching for at a fair price. My being a web based customer proved not to be an obstacle for this company. With all of my questions and emails, their display of professionalism and patience was outstanding and greatly appreciated. I traveled 100 miles each direction to purchase my 2007 Audi from them. Totally worth it, I highly recommend All Motor Cars Ltd!

Awesome experience! After used car shopping for 2 months this place was a breath of fresh air. Bought a great used Subaru from them. It consistently felt like a I was an important customer and what was important to me was important to them.They stayed within my price range, and I never felt pressured to make a decision I didn't want to make. I left with a car that I LOVE! Definitely recommend All Motor Cars Ltd! Thanks for your help Andrew!

The car dealer was great. Patchin, the owner, was great to work with. I wanted to buy a Porsche again, and I knew them for other cars and for service. So I went and asked. They helped me find this beautiful used turbo. I love the car and service and help was wonderful. Even if you don't see a car listed there that you want, go ask. I am positive they can find what you want.

I want to thank the guys at All Motor cars. This was my first time purchasing a Used Subaru and my experience was excellent. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Always willing to answer my questions. Andrew was super to work with and I really appreciate his low key and no pressure style. He had me talk to there on site Subaru mechanic. Would definitely recommend all motor cars to others. They allowed me to take the car to my mechanic to be check out.

I bought a subaru from them in March 2013. drove the car home , 50 miles, and next day you could here the hole in the muffler, called them, they said they would order the parts. After checking for 3 weeks they tell us parts finally came in , so we drive 50 miles back to them but they don't have the parts, instead they weld the muffler. Less than 1 week later, check engine lights on and tire pressure light. I make another appt bring it down, we take time off from work, now it's out of warranty and they don't want to do anything about the check engine light. They look at the car, do nothing and tell us they can't fix it. My mechanic checked the code and told us it was the Catylitic converter. All motor cars tells me to take to dealership get all the codes and if it is the converter they would order part at discount and labor for nothing. So the dealership tells us both cat's are bad. Make an appt, take down again and they put on the Cat's. Job is complete, I get car home, check engine light on again. The codes tell me now, bad oxygen sensor so I bring down again to have them replace. It is now July, this is the 1st time I have the car with no check engine light. I hope it stays that way. You may think you're getting a good deal, but will you really? Buyer beware!!!!!

I bought a used Subaru from Andrew and the staff there and am extremely happy with both the car and the subsequent service from this company. Andrew is incredibly helpful and informative. They are truly professionals and they stand by their products. I cannot reccomend them enough. They are wonderful.

I bought a 2006 Forester from All Motor Cars in April of this year. The purchase experience was among the best I've ever had buying a used car. My salesman Andrew, was knowledgeable, helpful and very low pressure. We worked out a fair deal after conversing via email for two days. The purchase went quickly and easily. The owner who i never met also followed up after the sale to make sure we were happy. I will likely buy my next car from these guys. My wife and I give this dealership our blessings and wish them record sales in 2013. Cheers

Our experience at All motor cars was great. We knew that we wanted a Subaru to replace one of our current clunker. I was impressed with there Subaru inventory. it was in integral part in helping us decide which Subaru that we wanted to purchase that day. I was surprised with there operation and the knowledge of their products . all their cars with over 80k miles gets a whole new timing belt package and has to pass New York state Inspection. Great Job!! The financing department was excellent, friendly, efficient, and they worked hard to get us the best deal possible. All there cars comes with a warranty too. Great Job!! When the time comes to replace another automobile we will most likely return to all motor cars to purchase another subaru. they have a guy there his name is Andrew, ask for him, i think he is the manager or the owner. i am not sure. but i highly recommend this guys

These guys are great. They helped me and my son out when I didn't think it was possible for us to get a good used car. we only drive Subaru's and we will always go back to all motor cars for a used and fully serviced subaru. The only down part was that it took them longer for us to actually get the car. we were supposed to take it in two days, it took four days for them to get done with servicing of the car. They seemed trust worthy tho.

My girlfriend bought a car from this company less than one month ago, with a 30 day warranty. I went with her, and everything seemed to check out. Andrew was amicable and seemingly accommodating. He made me feel comfortable about her decision, that if anything went wrong - as might happen with used cars - they would fix it. So, I think a day or two into the purchase, the check engine light turned on. Great. I took it to Lacy's in Catskill for a used car check (they do this for about $100). They found quite a bit wrong with it: the oil pan is seeping at the gasket, a tie rod in need of repair, coolant lines rusted, and the two most costly according to the mechanic - the rear subframe is very rusty and the catalytic converter needs to be replaced. They had replaced a sensor which alleviated the check engine light temporarily. The cat was causing the check engine code. These are very expensive to replace on most Subarus. We get in contact with Andrew. This is coming on the third week of ownership. He says they are very busy, call back next week. We call him next week, and drop off the car. He looks at the printout from Lacys, says "No problem, we can fix all this." Great feeling, he'll do some repairs. We leave, and call him later to see what's up with the car. Says he's waiting on a part from Subaru, call back Friday. It's Friday. We call and apparently there's no part. He starts refuting the fact that the CEL was on, the car is fine. No way! He's not repairing the cat like he said? It took some arguing, and he finally replaces the cat for us. Now, today, we picked the car up. We had dropped it off a week ago with a full tank of gas, at least, minus what we drove there. The trip odometer was at 63 miles. We got it back with 1/4 tank of gas and the odometer at 240 miles. He replaced the cat. Apologized for the "misunderstanding." Told us, "This car drives great. . . you probably didn't realize, but the check engine light wasn't on when you dropped if off." Really? He shows me the rear subframe and how it's solid (even though he flicked a piece of rust the size of a half-dollar off of it while saying that). Says the car isn't leaking oil from the oil pan. Right. My girlfriend gets home from work tonight, and the CEL came on again. Come on! Realistically, we didn't expect them to replace everything on the list. It's a used car; there will be deteriorating parts. The only issue here was the cat, as according to Lacys, was what was causing the CEL (thus making the NYS inspection void). Something's not right about this company.

I have been working with the good people at All Motor Cars for many years now. I have always been satisfied with the quality of vehicles, price and service. Just bought a used Toyota Tundra. All Motor Cars went beyond the call of duty (for example, my mechanic suggested that brakes be adjusted, but All Motor Cars put in new brakes). Thanks All Motor Cars!!!

I drove 40 miles to this dealership to test drive a used car. I had responded via e-mail, and dealer was aware that I wanted to trade in my current vehicle as well as the year, make, model, miles, condition etc.. When I got there, for my APPOINTMENT, the vehicle I was interested in was gridlocked in the back of the lot and covered in leaves. Several cars had to be moved in order to see the car I was interested in. I did like the car, and was extremely interested. The person who "helped" me, took down my information on a scrap paper, and said he would call me to let me know about trading in my car and purchasing the one I went to see. I did not get a call back. I called 3 days later, and he said his boss wasn't interested in my trade-in. I asked him what could be worked out in order for me to purchase the car, and he said he would have his boss call me back. No one EVER called. I don't know how they stay in business.

I found the car of my dreams through cars.com at All Motor Cars. The sales folks and owner were nice people - the opposite of the stereotype of used car dealers. They were thoughtful about the initial concerns I raised about the car, had the car checked out by a local BMW dealer, and then were patient as we worked through the multi-state purchase process. We were so please that, when we picked up the BMW, my wife took the time to test drive another of their cars and we are considering another purchase from them.
