Such crap service. I bought a brand new car that just shuts off in the middle of the road and I've waited all day to get a rental car or to hear something about my cat, and have yet to hear anything. Saying they are can't tell me anything. Awful. Awful I wouldn't recommend this place at all... to anyone!!!!

I found my used 2011 Camaro on the their internet site. I live in Houston,Texas and the dealership is in Palestine, Texas. This is about a 2hour drive. As you can imagine, I wanted to be sure this was the car for me, before I made that drive. My sales lady LYNN, made me feel as comfortable as possible. I asked for some pictures of the car before I made the trip. She was kind enough to send me a dozen or so pictures of my car. This eased my mine a lot. I knew exactly what I was getting before I made that 2 hour drive. When I arrived my service was speedy and professional. I arrived there at 3pm and I left with my car at 530pm. That is fast!! My used car was in great shape, and I am loving it so far. I would recommend All Star Ford Palestine,TX. I had a painless car buying experience and would recommend them to anyone who Is looking for a great car for a good deal. Chris
