After having a HORRIBLE experience at another dealership I was so relieved that All Star Nissan were so helpful with my purchase. I first talked to Mike on the phone who was very polite and honest about the price of the vehicle. When I arrived I met Jacob and he went over some things about the vehicle with me. He was very helpful. I met Jennifer in finance and she was awesome. She was very informative and helpful with any questions I had. James went above and beyond helping me with explaining all the bells and whistles on the vehicle and getting the vehicle all cleaned up and ready to go for me!!! Everyone here was so nice and helpful I will DEFINENTLY recommended them to everyone.

The customer service I received at all Star Nissan was impeccable great personality very friendly and very helpful. Dan Hall was my sales consultant and he was wonderful the car I got is the best vehicle I've ever owned and I never thought that I would have such a wonderful car and pristine condition. All Star Nissan off of juban road is very clean and Jeremy and financing help me to get the payment I wanted and worked with me to make sure it was on point. Don't waste your time they'll lie take my advice bring your business elsewhere. They told me that my battery was bad and that the piece of metal holding the battery in was missing. The items were over $400 for parts and labor. See pics below. I stopped at auto zone on the way home and had my battery checked and it was 100% good and as you can see from the pictures the metal holding it in is fine and battery is good.

I arrived at All Star Nissan at 7:00 am without a scheduled appointment and the service manager immediately had his staff to look at my car. They diagnosed by issue and had my car repaired by 3:00 pm that same day. Instead of waiting at the dealership while the repairs were being done, All-Star courteous van brought me to work and picked up me up after the repairs were completed.

My experience here was great. I was replacing my vehicle that was lost due to the flood. Everyone I came into contact with, knew my situation and was very kind and ready to help me. I explained my needs and was fitted with a vehicle right away and I was able to finish everything and drive off in my new car the same day! There was no pressure at all.

After losing my Honda Cr-V to the recent flood, I was less than enthusiastic about car shopping. It wasn't in my plans. But, once I started shopping and comparing vehicles, I narrowed my choices down to another Cr-V or a Nissan Rogue. When I went to All Star Nissan, Chris Moody answered all of questions about the Rogue. After a test drive, I was convinced this was the vehicle I wanted. Chris made this the most comfortable car buying experience I've ever had. He located my car at another dealer and got it to me quickly. I will recommend All Start Nissan to others.

I had an absolute overall great experience. E trying was friendly. I had no pushy sales personnel to push me away. As a matter of fact salesman Christopher Moody did some prior research above and beyond his regular duty to insure that a particular vehicle that I was looking for was available. That alone made me want to go back to All Star. The sales experience was better then most others. It did however keep me on the edge of my seat to see what was going to happen next. Much to my great surprise it turned out better than expected. I greatly appreciate everyone and the attention I got.

I moved here from Arizona where I bought my car and received great service there. I needed my 30 thousand mile check up and read reviews of Nissan Dealers in the area and decided to select your dealership as it was rated better than the one on Airline Hwy and equal to Price LeBlanc which is farther from Zachary where I live. I was greeted very nicely at the service area and really liked my service manager. He has a bright smile and a terrific way of dealing with customers. I was in Human Resources for the majority of my working life and can tell you that this young man represents your business very well and will go places in his career because he knows how to interact with the public and provides good service to your customers. I hate to have to drive further when you move but I will follow up with your dealership because of the service I received from him and the young lady at the desk.

I went into All Star Nissan for an oil change.My service rep (Chad) came back and told me I had a few other issues. He than took control of the sitituation. There were parts to be ordered so I was put in a rental and he advised me of the time Fram and I drove off. Everything went as discussed and after repairs was complete I was 100% satisfied. His service was great and it made a stressful sitituation pleasent. I will definitely continue to come to All Star and I want him to handle my needs.

Bought a 2016 Nissan Versa note. Salesperson was courteous and somewhat knowledgable about the car. They did not discount the car any and low balled me on the trade so I had to bargain with them on the price. I like the car but probably should have shop around for a better deal. Showroom floor was cramped with cars and a little outdated on a showroom floor.

I my city obtaining road hazard for my tires was a must. I caught a nail and my tire pressure kept going down. When it turned cold, the tire deflated. I called All Star Nissan because one of my headlights went out in my 370Z. Brandi helped me through the buying process and then with installing the headlight. She was very helpful! I always take my car to All Star Nissan for service - they are the best! (The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the cost of the headlight, but I must say I did call around to two other dealerships and All Star had the best price!)

My experience at All Star Nissan was outstanding... I went to All Star Nissan to look at a 2004 Nissan Van I saw on the website. So when I get there I met the best salesman Jarvis Williams. I tested drive the van with my kids whom fell in love with it. We went in Jarvis's office to discuss the van however he told me" I know you looked at the van but let me show you something." To make a long story short Jarvis worked his magic, did his thing and I left All Star Nissan not in the van I was looking at but in a 2015 Nissan Versa. Thank you God!! I brought my car less then a year ago. My air compressor went out. So of course I called the place I brought my car from. I wasn't looking for a free ride,but what I got was not expected. I called and scheduled an appointment. After I received my appointment. All Start sent me an email. The email stated. That they would perform a visual inspection. That was all!!! When I got there. They told me it would be a fee of 124.00 to do a visual inspection!!! The lady was rude as well. I just wanted her to understand I had no problem paying the fee. Just at least respect my time and let me know that there is a fee.

I am very happy to say I am glad to see they have brought back the WONDERFUL and OUTSTANDING Mr. Chad back who is a great service guy. He always has a smile on is face from beginning to end and always makes you feel welcome and puts you mind at ease even if you have to spend a little money to get your car repair. I came to the dealership for an oil change and to get my tires rotated. After the services my tire pressure was low. I brought the car back to the dealership. The technician told me it was because of the weather. I leave the dealership and have a flat. I have to bring it back to the dealership and they are trying to charge me to buy a new tire. I will never come back.

I asked the rep to make sure that the tire pressure would be checked after the tires were rotated. As soon as my wife got three blocks away the tire pressure light came on. Obviously they never bothered to check. Not the counter persons fault. lazy technician not doing 100 % of the job correctly. It's the little things that matter. Ill definitely be going to another shop.

The service was Outstanding. The saleswoman, Tammy was great and the financial advisor was absolutely fantatisic. I bought a 2015 Versa. I orignially went in to have an oil change on my 2012 Versa (whose lease was up in March 2015) and ended up OWNING my new VERSA which I love. We had a great experience buying all three of our Nissans from Allstar Nissan! Each of the times my family and I have gone in to look at cars we have been given such great deals that we have bought cars that same day. They are very knowledgeable about their inventory, which is extremely helpful when trying to make a tough decision between two cars. Even though we have walked out with cars overtime we've gone, they do not put any pressure to buy like some places do, making the overall experience relaxed and enjoyable. Josh Downs was the salesman who helped us. He was GREAT!! He was very easy to talk, very helpful in explaining all of the features of the cars during test drives, and extremely personable, making the whole buying process easy and enjoyable.

I had not seen the new Altima's but had an accident and was in the market for new vehicle. I had driven lots of other makes and models but my husband suggested to look at the Altimas. Our sales lady was very nice and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and concerns. She gave good information on the vehicle and we could tell she knew her stuff. We left to go look at another car I was about to buy and there was no pressure from this lady. She hoped we would be back and said to call if we had any questions. We went back next day and bought our beautiful car. The finance department was helpful and not pushy. Lots of papers to sign but we were comfortable with our deal, our saleslady, and the dealership. This is our second car to buy from this dealership. Very pleased with car, just love it.

I came to All Star Nissan, highly recommended by an already VERY satisfied customer and let me say that what I was told about her experiences, over the years, with the sales team and the service department was not a tale. I was truly BLOWN AWAY....and her words to me later was..."I told you so!". I have purchased new and used vehicles before but my experience was not remotely close to being as "enjoyably" successful as this one. i was given the name and phone numbers of Mr. Jarvis Williams and Mr. Chauncey Robinson on a Tuesday, Made a brief contact with one of them on Thursday but couldn't get by the dealership before the weekend. On Saturday afternoon, WITHOUT an appointment nor any other contact, walked into the dealership and asked for Mr. Robinson, who greeted my husband and I professionally and with a welcoming smile. He formally introduced Mr. Jarvis Williams to us who came with the same level of professionalism and friendliness. It was if we were meeting long lost friends. From the first "hello, what may I assist you with today" to the final "be safe and Congratulations on your new vehicle", we felt completely comfortable and at ease. NO PRESSURE, NO HASSLE, NO GIMMICKS...NO LET ME SEE WHAT I CAN DO.....NO COME BACK TOMORROW! We expressed our desires to Mr. Jarvis and his response was no lie......"we will take care of you TODAY!" He did just that! This was salesmanship at its BEST and I have NEVER been treated BETTER purchasing ANYTHING, ANYWHERE! Confident, Polite, Professional, Knowledgeable, Well Dressed and very well spoken. This team know what they are doing and it shows! Needless to say before the store closed that night, my husband and I drove home in a brand new car! WOOOOWWWW!! I was and still am completely OVERJOYED! Not one of my questions went unanswered nor am I uncertain about anything from the paperwork, the process or about any of these new found gadgets and icons of today's new car and its technology. Wow.....my/our experience was AWESOME and we have been sharing it with everyone and will continue to do so. I will be directing everybody I think that may be in need of a vehicle to Mr. Jarvis and Mr. Chauncey without a shadow of a doubt. I could go on and on.....just know that we are VERY well pleased!! TGBTG!!!!

Went in to for an oil change and low tire pressure. The staff kept me informed about my service status and even brought me a complimentary bottled water. My tire was patched and oil was changed in a timely manner. I always get excellent service here!

Jarvis Williams gets a two-thumb up from me. The fact that he sat down and had a real live one-on-one discussion about what I want gave me great comfort. I even told him that I was looking, and seeing what my options were, then I would like to talk it over with my brother. Well let me say, Jarvis showed great skills and presented himself very professionally, I left All Star with just what I wanted in every aspect and did not talk to my brother.. There was not hurry up and make your decision, or trying to convince me to look at something different. Jarvis, keep up the good work that you do and remember "what's for you is for you." I don't want to leave Chauncey Robinson out. This dynamic team really treated me like I was part of their family. This is the first time me purchasing a Nissan, and after this great experience, I will be back. Oh did I mentioned how I found All Star and Jarvis? He came highly recommended by another satisfied customer. And I've been ask where did I get my new car from. I'm singing All Star Nissan with Jarvis Williams.

I came in to the Service Dept to get a oil Change and check the check engine light. After having a 8:00 am appointment on a Saturday I left the the dealership at 11:30am. Upon receiving the information about the light being on the service tech made arrangements for me to bring the car in next week. I called the Service tech and made a appointment for the following Monday and said I needed a rental for the day to go to work, because it was gong to take about 4 hrs to replace the part. When I went in early that morning before work it took about 20 to 25 minutes to complete the paperwork for the rental, which I thought should have or was done on my intial visit. The 4 hour repair turned into two days. I picked my car up and the next day when I arrived at work I saw my car was smoking. and there was oil leaking from it. after calling the dealership I was told they replaced the part and transmission oil. was added. Because I was afraid to drive it, it was towed back to the dealership. I had to make another trip to the dealership to get another rental. I then asked the tech what was the problem and was told the wrong part was put in. The next day I went in to pick up my car up the original tech was not there so i asked again what was the problem and the Teck helping me said he was not sure but after looking at the paper work said he thought the part was put in backwards. Disgusted and amazed I got my paperwork and walked out. How was that going to effect my car in the future. POOR SERVICE!!

I would definitely recommend All Star Nissan to everyone. Jarvis Williams was very helpful and friendly to me and my kids. He made sure I was satisfied and that all of my needs were met. The customer service from everyone was awesome. I came into the dealership with doubt that I would even be able to get a car because my credit is horrible. I will never bring my car to Allstar Nissan again! I dropped my car off on a Tuesday night for the repair dept to look at it on Wednesday. By Thursday after I had not heard a word from my service rep Chad. So I called that afternoon to check the status. I was told parts had to be ordered & they would not be in until 4-5 business days. I asked if I could pick up my car & was told "No" b/c the dash was torn apart. I then called my extended warranty company about getting a rental, I also left my rep a message about a rental. He did not call me back on Thursday so I called again on Friday morning & had to leave another message. When he finally called me back I was told I could pick up my car & they would call me when the parts came in. When I picked up my car there was a receipt left in my car from a local Bed, Bath, & Beyond from one of the days they had my car. There was NO REASON why my car should have been driven. On Tuesday of the next week the parts came in so I brought my car back in. On Thursday afternoon I called to check on my car I was then informed they had to order additional parts & I would need to come get my car again (for the second time) & that the parts would be in Tuesday or Wednesday of the next week. When I picked up my car they forgot to program my auto express up on the drivers window. On Thursday afternoon the service rep called to let me know the parts where in so I brought my car back up there for the third time. Thankfully my car was fixed & ready to be picked up on Friday. I will NEVER use this dealership again!!

This dealership was wonderful! The experience we had from start to finish was great. Our salesman, Allen, was so helpful and really worked so hard to make the experience and breeze. He knew all about the vehicles unlike other dealerships where the sales person doesn't know the difference in certain models. He demonstrated every specific in our test drive. The entire team was so friendly. We walked away with a brand new car and very happy! Would definitely recommend to anyone! Once our deal was made Allen made sure we had all we needed. Even made sure we set up the blue tooth correctly. Although it was 30 min after closing!

I am a female student in college and find this dealership to be extremely helpful whenever I go in for service. The people are extremely friendly and they explained everything very well to me when I had questions. They get me in and out quickly. I bought a HHR here on wednesday. On friday it was in the shop with the ac not working temperature on dash board not working and check engine light on. They put me in a rental car /demo car. Finally got my car back on monday afternoon. On wednesday my car was back in the shop with the same problem just the check engine light wasnt on this time. I was dropped off at Nissan because my car was at all star Chevrolet and was suppose to get a rental/ demo car. When I got there a manager told me to go outside with him. He started accusing me of trashing his last demo car and smoking in it which I did neither. I said " i feel offended that you are accusing me of this." He said " I felt offended when I got my car back." I said " I will never buy a car from here again." He said I dont have to give you a loaner car." I said " okay thats fine." Went to the service department and asked to use their phone where I processed to call my mom and ask her for a ride. I was an hour away from home at this point with a dead cell phone. I went outside to wait on her I was waiting an hour. My kids had to be picked up by her from school since they were refusing to give me a car. He which was the manager that I was dealing with the whole time came outside and he said " are you ready for your rental now?" I was crying because Im not a trashy person and thats what he accused me of. I said" im late getting my kids and my cell phone is dead yes I want a car." He said " okay." He brings a car around and tells me " dont worry about trashing this one its already trashed." I then started crying again. I told him " ive never been treated like this before." They did not care about anything at that point. They sale you a car and could care less about you after that. Please take your business elsewhere!!!!!!

I called and a Sales Manager gave my information to Martin, who I spoke with twice. I asked for more photos of the vehicle, and he never sent me any. I later found the company website where there were 30+ photos.
