My experience with Ancira was great, because my dealer William R. was great about providing me as much information as he could. He was very polite and professional and was not pushy or made me feel pressured to purchase the 1st time I visited the dealership. I told him what I was generally looking for and he was able to show me some of the vehicles they had in stock. He was able to answer to my questions as best he could and if there was something he didn’t know, he made it a point to find out for me in a timely manner. He made sure to follow up with me and ensure that I was satisfied with his assistance. William was awesome and made my experience at Ancira a good one. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a Jeep to get with William. I know he will do his best to provide the best service most customers are expecting.

Top-notch customer service. Josh from service took the time to explain everything in detail. In addition, he went out of his to find a technician to take care of one of the recommended items while my vehicle was still there. This was awesome, because of the workload I would have had to bring my vehicle back in 5-10 days but Josh made it happen. Thank you for the hospitality and once again Josh for the outstanding customer service.

Our experience at Ancira was by far one of the best car purchasing experience we had so far. We purchased a Dodge super-bee wide body. We drove 5hrs to purchase this car from them. The manager Rudy Solis was awesome. Our sales rep Fred was awesome. Will not hesitate to drive again 5 hrs to buy a car from them again. Thanks guys.

Ancira did an outstanding job with helping me with my trade in and purchasing of a new vehicle. I had a bad experience with another dealership and they recognized that. There were bumps in the road but Ancira helped me get through them and provided the most professional and comfortable service. The salesman, Fred, was honest and sincere and made me feel like a priority. Ancira had that good buying vibe that you want from your dealer. Plus, I believe I received the best warranty and service package there is out there. Go check them out and you’ll be happy you did.

Came in today for a problem with my 1500 Ram. Ed from service took good care of me. Every time I come in in here it is professional and all my needs are taken care of. They treat you as family which I like most about this establishment. No one ignores you like other places do as you walk in. I was broke down far away and ED walked me threw getting in touch with roadside assistance. Great service from beginning to end. Very professional and friendly people. I was not worried about my 1500 Ram because they have great mechanics and it would be taken care of as usual. Over all this is a great place to bring your vehicle and get great service. I recommend it.

About this time last year, I was looking for a truck to buy. My credit was in bad shape at the time and should have been car shopping. Overall I want to say this it is my fault that I was talked into buying a truck I could not afford and once again should have never been car shopping. Saying that, the salesmen and sales managers at Ancira are dubious at best; they want you to think that they are on your side but in reality, they are just there to get you into a car or truck no matter if you can afford it or not. I was talked into a car payment I could not afford after they assured me that I could refinance after six months with any bank. What they failed to tell me, was that I would be so upside down on the truck that there is no way to refinance without a substantial down payment on my part. My recommendation would be, is to make sure that you can afford the payment and never buy on impulse. Because once you sign the contract, the dealership is off the hook.

We have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership within the last few years and we have always been taken care of. Our salesman Reggie Miller is the best. We recently took in one of our vehicles for service and Reggie went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. We did not have to worry about anything while our vehicle was being checked. We truely appreciate Reggie for all his hard work from the time we purchased our first vehicle from him to anytime we go in for service. We will definitely continue to purchase our vehicles from Reggie. (We have 3 more kids that will be driving someday)
