My Wife and I was looking for a used Toyota 4Runner with Cloth Interior, preferably a V8 engine and it had to be Maroon. We searched preowned inventory in our area and there wasn't any of these vehicles anywhere close to our home so we searched within 500 Miles and Approved Motors 320 Miles away had the perfect vehicle. Right color, Right Mileage, Right Condition and Right Price! But.... 320 Miles is a long way to travel for a vehicle, even if it is the perfect vehicle. Pictures online are sometimes deceptive, and we was scared that the vehicle wouldn't be as nice in person as the pictures and description online portrayed so I called the dealership and the Owner of Approved Motors answered the phone. He was very understanding that we were scared to waste a full day of travel to find a vehicle that wasn't as it seemed. We had a 30 minute phone conversation about the condition of the vehicle and he took and emailed me 20-25 more photos of the vehicle showing more detail and any blemishes. The vehicle seemed very nice so we decided to take a road trip. When we arrived, Jeff had the 4Runner all shined up and it was exactly as he described over the phone. We made the deal and everything went perfect. The Price was even better than we had planned. We are very pleased with the Service Jeff gave us and we are very happy with the entire experience!
