I bought a Ford Contour here in 1989 and had such a great experience I've never gone anywhere else. Neal Snyder has sold me my last several cars. He's been so helpful and HONEST. I check out prices on the Internet as most of us do now before visiting and he's always matched or even beaten the prices I've found. The service department is great also. If you're interested in a Ford, no reason to go elsewhere.

My buying experience could not have been worse. If I had not done research on the car I would not have purchased it. The salesman was not knowledgeable at all and would not return emails or calls. I asked to speak with the General Manager and have still not been contacted. During the process the salesman interrupted me while I was on the phone to have my bank send everything over to the dealership to try and introduce me to the Aftermarket manager. I explained I was on the phone and he continued to interrupt me. After we finalized the paperwork I waited an hour and a half for my vehicle that he said they were cleaning up and filling up with gas. When I got in the vehicle he put enough gas in it to get me out of the parking lot. By the time I got home the gas light was on. Working with the finance manager he told me everything my bank said was incorrect. I called the bank to confirm and they told me they work with the dealership all the time and they would take care of it. The finance manager again tried to tell me that I needed to bring him everything because he didn't have time to work with the bank. I again asked to speak to the General Manager, have yet to hear from him. The salesman was not aware of what the warranty covered on the car and would not get any paperwork to outline it. The dealership skipped corners on several things. Sales Manager was very high pressure and more interested in arguing than selling a car. Growing up in a dealership I couldn't help but be disgusted by the customer service that was exhibited. Was not a good experience at all. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I will not be back.

Recently went in to look at a car they had on their lot. As I pulled up 5 or 6 salesmen were standing out front, they took a few minutes as I stood there to get an answer if the car I had came to see was still available. They talked amongst each other and they said it was not available. A week later it was still marked as for sale online as well as it was still in the lot when driving by. I've never been in to buy a car and been turned down like that. They were incredibly rude and lied right off the bat. Horrible salesmen. If you are going to seek help on buying a car there, do not have high expectations.

My 1997 Ford Explorer had lasted me 20 years and was it willing to give me 2 more years by passing the Emissions test in JUNE2015, but I was curious about its trade in value. Justin was an awesome salesman; he listened and didn't try to push things I didn't want. He wasn't in a hurry and patiently explained every detail about the car I chose to other models. Once the purchase was made, he linked my phone to the truck via Bluetooth and showed me how all the buttons in the vehicle worked. I bought an F150 XL Super Cab 4x4 and think it's just great.

I talked to someone online and told them I was driving 4 1/2 hours to look at a vehicle. I received 4 emails from them confirming I was coming to test drive vehicle. When I arrived I was informed that the vehicle had been on hold for a different customer for the last 2 days. They didn't offer anything besides " I'm sorry there's nothing I can do" horrible guest service. Would never deal with. If I could give less then 1 star I would.

I had bring my car in for service. They worked to find out what was the matter and where very good about telling me that they didn't want to charge me if they couldn't find anything. They tighten up a couple of screws and told me to come back if that didn't do it . The car has been running find since.

The service was done fine,but there were a couple of issues which i would like to address. My car was not washed as expected from service appointments before, there was no rain to stop this. I ask the Porter and he told me to talk to the manager. a Service advisor asked if I requested a wash which I did not have to do in the past. Did not have the car washed since I didn't have time to wait.Also I thought the Brake service was quite high in price. So I checked the Internet and found a coupon for a large difference in price. The Service Consultant (Steve) who I spoke to on the phone was good enough to accept the coupon on the phone after the fact. He saved your rating for this job.

I brought my C-Max in for an oil change and to address some recalls I received in the mail. I was able to schedule an immediate appointment that was convenient for me, and the service department handled those issues quickly. When a replacement part was not in stock and needed to be ordered, I received a phone call to let me know how long the delay would be and exactly when I could pick up my vehicle. Nice to be kept informed so I could better plan out my day! The car was ready early, and had been washed inside and out before it was pulled up front. Nice! Love the staff at Arlington Heights Ford - they are professional, friendly, and eager to please. And they treat my car like it was their own...

I came in on a Saturday and you stated that you could not guarantee that the vehicle could be looked at on that day. As this was a more than a basic maintenance concern I understood the need to for you to take your time and do it right. Spiro arranged for a loaner and contacted me when one was available. Mike was extremely helpful first in going on a diagnostic ride so he could hear my concern and then in keeping me informed and following up with me. He also made sure that any recalls that had not be done on my vehicle were completed. When I picked up the vehicle he let me know that he was "leaving the ticket open" and if I had any concern I should not hesitate to bring the vehicle back. This was not necessary as the car was fixed right. Your service managers and staff are first rate!

I bought a 2015 Ford Escape. The salesman, Mike, was very helpful and helped me to find the exact car I was looking for, down to the color and the interior. He was very knowledgeable about the car, explained all the financing options available and I was able to get a deal I was comfortable with. I had an air duct hanging underneath my front bumper and wasn't sure how serious this was. I went in without an appointment and was hoping AH Ford could fix it in a few hours so I wouldn't miss too much work. I bought my car at AH Ford. So I brought it in for an oil change to their Quick Lane. Spiro, who helped me realized that my car was due for a recall, that I had no idea about! Since it would take some time to perform the recall, they immediately ordered me a rental car from Enterprise. It was a 2016 Explorer Limited. It was so nice, that after living with it for a day, I've decided to buy one for myself. They finished my car and got it back to me the next day. These guys are really great for service. Not so much for purchase though. I was told by my salesperson to go somewhere else to buy my Explorer. And so I shall! Service is great. Sales...not so much.

According to the Today show, September is the best time to buy a car. The current cars will come with many deals because the dealers want to get rid of them before the new cars arrive. There are some nice people at this dealership. Alas, I did not purchase a new car.

Quick Lane service was fantastic. I came in at 3 pm on a Saturday afternoon to see if I could get an oil change. I was told it would be about 50 minutes. I hesitated and said I had to be somewhere at 4 pm but could get there if the car was ready in 50 minutes. Imagine my surprise when he called my name at 3:35 and told me my car was ready...just down at the end of the building finishing up a car wash. Oil change, tires rotated, brake pads checked, AND CAR WASHED in 35 minutes. Super service!

We purchased a Ford Escape, including an after market add on that required us to drive back to the dealership, drop it off, and return the next day. Even though the drive is rather long, our experience at Arlington Heights Ford has been exceptional, and we prefer this newly discovered dealership to a more convenient local dealership. The people we have interacted with at Arlington Heights Ford has been very helpful, professional, and friendly. Our interactions have included the service department, the sales department, and the administrative office.

Kevin was very nice and helpful, however, the service dept said I needed new front brakes. Pads and Rotars. My son is a mechanic and said no way did I need Rotars. They quoted me $455.00 my son said no way.. I will have pads put on before winter.

I had taken my 2014 Taurus to another dealer in Niles, IL. The service writer was adament about not taking my car in for service for 3 days and also indicating a 3 hour test would need to be performed in order to determine if my battery was bad...my battery was leaking fluid out the seems of the battery which I explained to the service writer, but again, he was adament about not taking my car in. I asked him several times what is there to test when the battery is literally leaking fluids? He said regardless we still have to test the battery to see if it's bad... All of this and my car is still under warranty by the way. When I called up Arlington Heights Ford and explained the situation they told me to bring the car in and they immediately resolved the situation by installing a brand-new battery under warranty? It was obvious to them that the battery was defective because it was leaking fluid. Thank you Arlington Heights Ford!

I stopped in late on a Wednesday to drop my car off for recall service and new tires. An AH Ford associate who was on a short break guided me to the service desk where Tony discussed tire options. I let him know I was leaving for the weekend and there was no rush to do the work, but was impressed that I got a call early Friday saying that my car was ready to be picked up. When I went back early Monday morning, the car was ready and all was as expected. All in all, no complaints, perfect service. Thank you!

I initially went to Arlington Heights Ford b/c I heard they were the largest Ford Dealer in the area, so I assumed good prices and an efficient buying experience. My wife was having issues with her 2014 Ford Focus and was informed that there was a backlog on the part and it would take some time to repair under warranty. She always wanted a Ford Escape and voiced her opinion to the sales manager. We received a call from our salesman Lonnie Catanese the next day informing us that he needed to make my wife happy and we should stop in and discuss our options. We just bought the Focus last year and we knew we might owe too much on it and therefore would not really want to trade in at this time. Lonnie assured us that would be no problem and along with John Jr. "worked their magic."The next day my wife was driving her new Escape and she couldn't be happier! Everyone from the service department to John Jr. were awesome.

I wanted to acknowledge the great service I received from Brian Gerhardt, Neal Snyder and Arnie Kosovski at Arlington Heights Ford. I had a great experience when I purchased a new Explorer from the store in 2011. So when it was time to get into a new vehicle I reached back out to get the ball rolling. Initially, I spoke to Brian who quoted a fair value on my trade and Neal showed me the available inventory. Once we found a new 2015 Explorer Sport they worked up a few scenarios and we struck a deal. Arnie walked me through the paperwork, the whole process could not have gone any smoother. Purchased a used 2011 Ford Flex from AH Ford 3/7/15. We found the exact car my wife was looking for and inquired about the car online. We scheduled an appointment with Luis to go look at the car the next day. Before we left I called and Mayra verified the car was still on the lot for us since we were going to be making over an hour drive to see it. When we got there we were met by Victor right away. The car was already pulled up to the front of the lot waiting for our test drive. After a quick negotiation they matched the best trade quote I had and we signed the agreement.

My son and I had been looking for a car for the past week and on this particular day almost 7 hours! We walked into Arlington Heights Ford exactly 5 minutes before they closed and, although I'm sure Justin and the manager really wanted to go home, they were extremely nice! We actually found a car, and a car that both my son and I both loved, in about 10 minutes time! I put a small deposit down and we went back the next day, financed and drove off with the car that was truly meant to be ours! And then last week my son lost his keys in the snow and Justin got ahold of the previous owner of the car, who happened to have an extra key, and drove it to our home! How about THAT for service?!!!

Excellent buying experience again. Nicholas went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. Spent time going over everything in the truck, especially setting up my Bluetooth and going through the features in the My Ford Touch.I had been looking at another Ford dealer a few days prior and kept getting a run around on vehicle availability and being pressured to pretty much sign on the dotted line before they would even bring in a vehicle for me to look at. I got bounced back and forth between the Internet sales group and different salesmen. Im glad I walked away and remembered my previous buying experience with AH Ford. Youll see me again on my next purchase as well.

Jeff was very friendly and informed. He did not seem pushy like some other sales people are. We had offers from other dealers, but Jeff's personality convinced us to work with him. Jeff made us feel like he has our best interest in mind; it didn't feel like he was trying to force us to buy the car. Overall the atmosphere in the dealership was great; everybody was very friendly and not too pushy.

Buying my Fusion from Jesus Sanchez was great experience. He was knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I was at another dealership but found Jesus a breath of fresh air. He was able to answer all of my questions immediately. My experience was very simple. Answers to all my questions were promptly provided, and at no point did I feel I was under any pressure. Kristy took excellent care of me while I was making a very important investment. John Guido, Jr, was also great to work with. While working with the two of them, I sincerely felt they were there for me as I searched for the correct solution. They really asked the right questions to get the answer to what I really needed. I would gladly buy another car from them.

When my husband first came in to look at what was available with a trade in of our 2012 Ford F150, he was unsure of what way to go - whether used or new. We knew we wanted something that was way more economical on gas and mileage. Steve Ambrose was able to move from one type of vehicle to the next, seamlessly, and provide my husband with the knowledge he needed to make a decision. He is very knowledgable of the product and so very easy to work with.When I arrived to test drive the car, Steve Ambrose and Sam Vasco gave me a warm welcome. Steve proceeded to walk me through the Ford Fusion Hybrid and give me a test drive. The purchase was seemless. Financing was very smooth. This is not the first time we dealt with Arlington Heights Ford. We purchased our Ford F150 in 2012 and had as nice of an experience then as well, which is why we were returning customers.

My new ford focus hatchback is the 4th car I've purchased from Arlington Hts. Ford. The reason I keep coming back is the professionalism of the sales staff which includes management. From the time my wife and I walked in to the time we walked out we were never rushed or pressured. My Salesman Justin was extremely knowledgeable about any aspects of the Focus. He took his time and answered all of our questions during our 2 test drives. After the sale was finalized he once again took his time to go over everything once again.The second reason I keep coming back is the excellent service department. My wife and I have never had any problem regarding any repairs or have had any unnecessary work suggested.My overall experience has been excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arlington Hts. I was very pleased with the purchase of my new Fusion. Steve really made my wife & I feel at home. He was very attentive to all of our needs and questions. Sam was great also with helping us find our car. This dealership treats you like family, and does not try to oversell you on anything. Our experience with Dave in finance was excellent! He did a great job of explaining the entire transaction. We opted to buy the extended warranty. Dave was upfront, and did not oversell us beyond what we needed. All in all, my experience at this dealership was the best I have had in buying a car, and I have bought quite a few over the years!

Choosing Arlington Heights Ford was the easiest decision in my new car buying process. It came highly recommended by numerous people, so this was my first choice in a dealership, even though I live closer to a different Ford dealer. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by numerous people. As a customer, this immediately put me in a good mood and made me feel comfortable. My sales associate was Jesus Sanchez. He introduced himself and asked questions to get to know me as not only a customer, but also a friend. With this being my first experience buying a brand new car, and being all on my own, I was immediately at ease and comfortable with Jesus. I came over-prepared with a lot of questions; Jesus answered every one to his best ability. When he didn't have an answer, he directed me to the person who did. Not once was he pushy or persistent; I was allowed to lead the deal and proceed at my own rate. To be honest, I didn't have intentions to buy that same day. However, the comfort and knowledge of not only Jesus but the whole AH Ford team made me eager to purchase that same day. Upon leaving the dealership, Jesus told me to contact him with any questions, and he even gave me his cell phone number. I had to return to the dealer in a week for a package I purchased, so I made a point to keep a list of all the questions I was accumulating during my first week with my new car. After a week, I had a list of about a dozen questions. When Jesus saw the list, he was excited! He was happy that I had questions for him to answer. To others, my list may have seemed redundant or too much, but not to Jesus. In my opinion, this is one of his best features. He truly wanted to make sure that all (and I mean all) my questions were answered. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new (or used) car to visit Arlington Heights Ford. With their excellent customer service, great attention to detail, and comfortable relationships, I promise you will not be disappointed. I think it's safe to say I will return when it's time to purchase another car. But for now, I will enjoy my top-of-the-line 2014 Ford Escape!

I just bought a used car there and my experience was great! I researched the car I wanted and made an appointment to test drive it and I went in, test drove it, and bought it. The sales person was very friendly and made my wife and I feel at ease. The financing went through relatively quickly and painlessly and we were able to drive the car home in just a few hours.

hello. My husband and I had a nice experience with Used Car Manager Martin. We finished all the paperwork. My husband works nights so he was very tired. We went home to get our 2000 Ford Windstar. I came alone as my husband needed sleep. As i was traveling I lost total power in the Windstar heading to the dealership. I was on Rt, 53 and it was snowing hard. I called Marty and asked him what should i do. He told me stay in my vehicle and he will get a tow truck there as soon as possible. The tow truck arrived 1 1/2 hours later. boy was I relieved. The truck driver told me to get into the cab and warm up as he loaded the Windstar. We got to the dealership, and Steven Halac asked me to sit and asked if I would like a cup of coffee, soup. Anything to warm up. Martin came over and asked me if there was anything he could do and also Ar. Hts. Ford was picking up the towing bill. (He was my guardian angel that day.) I finished up the paperwork and headed in the heavy snow driving my new Ford Focus Wagon. I thank Marty and Steve for keeping up on everything and being my angels. I was looking for a 4WD vehicle. I found a car on the internet that I was interested in seeing. I called ahead and they had the car warmed up and pulled into the service station for me to look at it as it was very cold out that night. I received very good service that night. I would go as far as to say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend anyone to this dealership.

After bringing my 2012 Ford Focus in for its first , complementary oil change, it was pointed out to me that there was a problem with the transmission system. Parts were ordered, and the car has been repaired. Mike Waddle worked with me every step of the way. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and was a real pleasure to work with. I came into AH Ford on a whim. My office is near there. I just stopped by to look at a Ford Escape and see if it would fit my life. What happened was that Bob Jakubowski and many other members of AH Ford team pulled out all of the stops to help me. My wife and I ran these poor folks through the ringer. We wanted a car that was basically unobtainable. We wanted it for cheap money. We had two trades. We wanted the cheap financing. We changed colors on them. You name it! My wife and I did whatever we could to make their lives miserable. It didn't work.Within a few days ALL of our over reaching, ridiculous demands were met by these guys. They actually sent someone to Michigan to get our car! Nothing about our deal was easy! But.........Arlington Heights Ford made it all happen. THANK YOU!

This review is probably going to sound like it was written by an AH Ford employee, but let me assure you it was not. While my current vehicle was across the street being serviced, I decided to walk over to AH Ford to check out their selection of F-150's since I was contemplating replacing my current vehicle. I was only on the lot a few minutes when I greeted by Ford Sales Pro Manuel Guerrero who was very friendly and I did not get the "pushy salesperson" vibe from him.Manny was immediately helpful and within 20 minutes of describing what I was looking for, we were test driving a vehicle that fit my needs. After spending a couple hours looking at vehicles with Manny, I told him I wanted to take some time to think about the truck before deciding to purchase it or not. Manny respected that I wanted to think about it and did not try any hard sales tactics to keep me in the store. He made sure I had his contact information and I left. Within a few hours I did ultimately decide to buy the truck I had been looking at and returned to AH Ford where we worked out a fair trade for my current vehicle and a fair price for the vehicle I purchased. I had an overall excellent experience dealing with Manny, Martin Bloomberg and John Guido, Jr. Finalizing my purchase with Dave McElroy was also a good experience, as he did not push a bunch of post sales warranties on me and only sold me extras I was actually looking for. Everyone remained friendly and patient working with on the purchase. I took the time to write this review because I wanted to let others in the market for a new vehicle know that if they go to AH Ford to get a vehicle, at least based on my experience, they will be treated fairly and have a great car buying experience. I will recommend AH Ford to my family and friends.

I drove 30 miles to the dealership to test drive a car they had on the lot. I was greeted by the used car manager and he was a very nice guy but then he handed me off to another salesman that looked like he didnt want to be there. Was not very receptive or interested in us.He handed me the keys and we drove around the block and he directed me right back to the dealership. We get back to the office and he wants us to full price for the used car with no discount. I ask for a discount and he brings out his manager to t ell me the same thing. Very cold dealership with no personality. I would never go back no matter how much they take off their price.

My dad and I drove two hours to go and buy this car that I had found on cars.com. I was very excited about it. One thing that I specifically asked the people over the phone was if there was any road rash on the rims or minor scratches on the body of the car. They had answered no that there was none. when we got down there there was rash on almost all of the rims and minor scratches around the entire body. There was also a snag or rip in the backseat leather of the car. I asked him what they could do about this and they took it to the back and either fixed it really well or completely replaced the seat. I really wanted the car and actually really loved it and had a really good deal on it so I decided to go for it. When we were signing the papers, I was really excited about it but also very nervous. The closer on the deal was very quiet throughout the whole process and when I asked how is going he was skeptical at why was asking him that question. I would have appreciated a little more spunk or excitement from him as well. Finally the last straw was when the manager of the car dealership came over and introduced himself. He told me that I was getting the best deal out there and that I should feel lucky that I was getting this kind of deal. He also went on to tell me that this dealership was the best for dealership I was going to come around and that I can't buy from a better place. Well I would have to disagree with them because I have friends that own a Ford dealership where I live, but I wasn't about to go into that detail with him. What bothered me the most about this conversation was that this man felt that he needed to sell his dealership to me and sell this car to me. I was already going to buy the car and I feel like a dealership and customer service should sell itself, not by someone telling me that I should like them. Either way I bought the car because I truly do love it and it was a good deal but I was not happy with the service that I got from this dealership. Be careful with them if you're dealing with them over the phone, and good luck!

I am very happy with my car but I was not happy with the service I received one at the Ford dealership in Arlington Heights. He shouldn't have to sell me his dealership, the service and the product should speak for itself. We were ready to turn away from this car just because of him and he almost lost a sale. He should be aware of how he approaches people and what he sounds like when he tells people these things. All in all I am happy with my car although I have done some more interior cleaning on it and plan to get more work done on the rims and scratches. When dealing with this dealership please be careful with what they tell you over the phone. I do have to put a sidenote in this, that Harold is the one that made the sale for us and was the most friendly salesman in the entire dealership.

I called the dealership to replace an existing SUV, they helped me clarify the vehicle I wanted and the options I wanted, then I stopped in the dealership to confirm I wanted this type of vehicle. Next they pursued finding me the exact color and options. This took a few weeks but they located the vehicle and called me to confirm I was still interested and when the vehicle would arrive at the dealership. I was impressed with their follow up and persistence to help me. The team work at Arlington Heights Ford is amazing! From car selection, financing, delivery to service. This organization has a "Do it Right" attitude from top to bottom. They treat you like a friend, a smile and is there anything else we can do. They really make things easy and quick too! Let see, I went to the dealership on March 26 2013 to look at Taurus's. I brought my 2011 Edge Sport with 21000 miles to trade. The Taurus that they showed me was a Ruby red with black int. They said that it was a demo and there might be some minor scratches but nothing major. So I test drive and liked it. They only gave me 1000 dollars off MSRP for being a demo and they gave me a low ball on my trade. they showed me the new car in the service department after being detailed. When you look at a car in the service department you can't see the scratches or if their is major scratches. In my case their where major scratches on the front bumper so bad that they had to repaint the hole bumper. Then when I told them I didn't want this car because of it being a new car and the bumper being repainted. They said will just give you a rust and sound shield package to make me satisfied. When I told them that wasn't good enough and just wanted to be switched to a new car. Well to much time had past and know I have to trade and my payment will go up 100 or more a month. The only thing they care about is getting good survey's for there dealership and sales people. I've bought a new 2007 Mustang and 2011 Edge Sport from them. You never know till something happens how they really care about repeat customer's. I will never buy from them again. It's sorry the car business has lost the ability to take care of there repeat customer's.

I recently purchased a 2009 Ford Mustang at Arlington Heights Ford and my experience was "white collar" as I like to put it. Throw away the rough blue collar stereotypes associated with going to buy a new or used vehicle from a car dealership. At Arlington Heights Ford I was treated with respect from start to finish, told the truth with notable transparency throughout the entire buying process, and I never felt pressured at any time during the many hours I spent looking at cars at the dealership. It is clear they are used to going the extra mile for their customers every time. The sales person who helped me was quite professional, had genuinely great interpersonal skills, and was very knowledgeable with the vehicles I looked at and the sales process. An outstanding experience overall and if you are familiar with the nice areas around Arlington Heights, this dealership exemplified those values and higher living kind of feel. I went to check out a car I was very interested in... left a deposit so that I could have my mechanic take a look at it. when I started the car it seemed awfully loud so I asked the salesman (who knew I was taking it to the mechanic) is it supposed to be that loud? he confidently replied that it was a sports model so yes. My mechanc however told me the car was so heavily modified with intake/exhaust chip etc. that he would be concerned about who owned it previously. I expressed my concerns and asked about other vehicles in my price range. salesman took me out in another car (an suv this time) it was even louder going straight and turning left... asked the salesman about this suspecting in the back of my mind that in fact it was a wheel bearing going... he must have thought i was an idiot cause he told me that it was in fact the off road tires (they werent nobby off road tires) so I tell him I'm not interested and ask about whether they can track down another of the first vehicles without all the mods... no but If i will pay more they will take it back to stock... i say ill have to think about it... and I had to leave for work... I call the salesman to tell him no and to ask about getting my deposit back... he says he is with a customer can he call me back... I'm polite and say of course... he never has I have since called 9 times and gone there once trying to get my money back... no luck! So I have decided to file a BB claim... I am actually really upset by all of this as the reason I was buying from them was the fact that a friend worked for the dealership so if this is how they treat friends then I would hate to see how they treat a guy off the street.

I live 1.5 hours from dealer so I wanted info and asked if the vehicle had a third row and DVD player because those were a must and I didnt want to waste time. They said it had a DVD player and third row and was immaculate. I got their and the truck was a rust bucket with no thrid row or DVD. They lured me there trying to sell me a more expensive car. Their positive reviews on here are a scam just like their sales people. They list them themselves. Look at yelp for the true story. All of their used car sales people are the steriotypical slime you see in movies.

I was dreading the ordeal of buying a car and in fact had walked away from another dealer in the area. This all changed from the moment I contacted Arlington Heights Ford. I contacted them online - they responded so quickly I thought "that can't be the car dealer already" but it was. I made an appointment and went in the next day. From the first moment I walked in I could not have been treated better - and 3 hours later I drove my new car home. Bob Jakubowski handled the sale and John Rodriquez handled the financing. Both VERY knowledgeable and made suggestions - never a hard sell. I have been in customer service for over 25 years and I know 5-star service when I see it. Everywhere I looked around the dealership (and it was very busy on a rainy Saturday afternoon) I saw happy, smiling customers. I can't say enough good things about Arlington Heights Ford. Give them a try - you will not be disappointed! Great selection, knowledgeable, friendly staff and very good prices.

I priced around and ahford had the best price. I asked for a Carfax and they give Auto check. Thinking they where the same I accepted and was told No Accidents. After 1 month and looking for a better price on INS, state farm tells me about a accident reported. I goto the dealer about this and they wanted to see the report because Auto Check still does not show any. I show them and I asked them to show me the carfax report and I had to almost force them to buy the report and after they did they basically tell me too bad so sad with out even trying to work something out.The best they can do it trade it in. No customer service.Carfax shows the air bags did not deploy so that is good I think.Ask for both before buying.

Steve also followed up with me to make sure I had access to him if I had any concerns or questions about the Raptor. Big Dave was easy to work with and knowledgable with the transaction paperwork. I gave a 3 Star rating for the 'work done' for the preparation of the truck prior to picking it up. First time I looked at it, it was pretty clean except for the following areas: the bed rail had a long white scuff that needed a Porter approximately 10 minutes to remove. The wheel wells were splattered with dirty water that had not been either washed or properly dried when cleaned. This could be seen just by standing next to the truck and without bending down. The interior still had some plastic wrap stuck in the area of the driver's power adjustments that I had to remove myself. I also needed to remove some clear protective film and a dealer build sticker from the inside once I got the truck home. For a truck of this caliber and at that price range, I felt it should have been spotless and without any delivery packaging still attached prior to letting me take it home. More attention to detail from the porters is definitely warranted when prepping it. Overall, it was a pleasant buying experience with the folks at Arlington Heights Ford and would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.

We bought our first car the night before we were married. While I have bought many cars before arlington height ford I never felt the need or wanted to go back. At Arlington Heights Ford I am always glad we chose them the first time and we past dealership to get there but would never consider stopping. It does not matter if you need service or a new car they treat you like you are the most important person in the world. Based on conversations with a friend she went bought a car and is now on the 2nd purchase,she agrees and wishes she found AH ford sooner. My husband and I are ready for the next purchase and would not even think about going anywhere else.

We drove and 1 1/2 to this dealership.when we arrived we were greeted right away. there was a great vibe from the second we walked in. the car we purchased looked better in person than on line. everybody was extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish. I recommend you see Michael rodriguez for your salesman. He made everything seem painless which is how it should be. absouletly no pressure at all. they gave us top dollar for our trade and the HHR we purchased was a great deal. we didnt have to haggle at all. the sales manager Tony was extremely helpful and friendly. They all went above and beyond our expectations!!!

I went in to purchase a 2008 Ford Escape after having called in to inquire about them. After hearing a price and a car that I thought was good, I drive out - 46 miles, one way - to go see it. I meet the salesman, Vic, and his manager, Martin, and we see the car, go for a test drive. We reach a deal, everything works out great, and I drive out again the next morning.This time, he shows me an entirely different car, says that he messed up, that he got the VIN numbers wrong, and that the car was the same, except it was now missing many of the features that made the other car a good deal, such as moonroof. The guy literally wanted me to buy a car I've never seen before, right then and there. When I asked what happened to the other car, he said that would have been $2,000 more than the price we agreed on. Basically, he was trying to pull my tail. While its true people might make mistakes, an honest person would have called to say that he did before he made the mistake, not after (as he just did) to say "let's work something out." Work what out? Your issues with being honest salesmen.Searched the internet, this dealership has huge problems with trustworthiness and credibility. I wish I had read those reviews before I drove in yesterday. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

I recently purchased a car from Arlington Heights Ford and the car buying experience was excellent!!! In my opinion, the staff at this Dealership demonstrates a commitment to a smooth, organized, and courteous car buying experience. To start I began my research online and located a vehicle for sale at this dealership. I submitted an inquiry and received an almost immediate response from Cassie Smith, the dealerships Internet Sales Coordinator. Cassie described the vehicle and scheduled an appointment for a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership for my test drive, I was greeted by Cassie who explained that she coordinates the dealerships internet sales inquiries and appointments, but then assigns the customer to a sales person. She then introduced me to my salesman, Steve Ursin. Steve had everything ready for me, there was no time wasted. He had the keys ready for the car and stated he would bring the car to the showroom entrance for the test drive . Steve was great!! He was honest and up front and made the car buying experience at Arlington Heights Ford a true pleasure. Steve presented the quotes regarding my trade-in and car purchase price, as two separate numbers....unlike the all too often common practice of scribbling combined numbers on a piece of scratch paper in order to not completely reveal either actual number. Based on my experience, the staff at Arlington Heights Ford validate what is displayed and written on their printed material throughout the Dealership - #1 In What Matters Most!... Customer Satisfaction!! I've already told my family and friends about this dealership and plan to be back when I am ready to trade my wife's car in. More than worth the trip from Orland Park.

My boyfriend and I went to go look at a Range Rover that we had seen on Autotrader. We really had no intentions of buying a vehicle that day. When we got there we were approached very quickly to be able to look inside the car and take it for a test drive. We took it for a test drive and loved it. After we were done looking the car over, we went inside to talk numbers with John Rodriguez. John was very helpful in explaining our options to us. John and Tom Booko were able to get the price of the Range Rover down but were not willing to take in a trade in (a 2000 Malibu with 185,000 miles on it). They didn't want it because it did have some rust on it and they didn't think it would sell. After letting them know that we really wanted at least $1,000 for the Malibu, Tom made some phone calls. He called the local "parts man/ junk yard" to see what they would pay him for the Malibu. He finally got the man up to $1,000 and agreed to take the Malibu as a trade-in without making a profit on it. Tom also offered to fix the back taillight because there was moisture in it. My boyfriend and I were really happy with everything that had happened. We were happy with the price of the car and the price we received for the Malibu. We were happy customers until on the way home the suspension went out on the left side of the Range Rover. The Range Rover now was leaning to one side. The motor of the headlight windshield wiper also went out. We quickly called the dealership and they told us to drive it that Sunday to see if it corrects itself and if not bring it in on Monday. On Monday I brought in the car and they found out the bladder on the air suspension had a small hole in it which was causing the car to be lower on that side. Tom assured me that he would take care of the three problems, air suspension, headlight motor, and the taillight. He gave me a 2010 Ford Edge to drive for a few days while it was getting fixed. Two days later they called me to let me know that the Range Rover was ready. When I went to pick it up we swapped keys and shook hands and I was on my way home. This dealership stands by their word and really makes their customers happy. I will definitely be back when I am ready to buy another car!!

Bad, bad customer service. Went there yesterday with my mom to check on buying new Ford Escape. Had a feeling that the guy is totally ignoring us. While we were looking at the car he was just standing there, looking around like we came here to loose his precious time. I have asked him for cheaper version of the car said that might have some on the back and did not even offer to show it! When finally asked to do it took him forever to take the keys. After looking at this car we told him that we do not really like it. He just turned around saying that he will be back in a minute. Next thing I saw was him driving some car to the service area. Really?! When asked if he can give us a deal on more expensive version as we were given very good deal at Toyota, said - why would I give you a deal, Ford is better... Again - Really?! Well-my mom from being sure that Ford is the car for her (was driving one for a while) turned to not even considering visiting different Ford dealer. Good job mister salesmen. Ford just lost customer.

The car we purchased was in excellent condition and we received full documentation of its service and history. The price was negotiated fairly and with no "drama". It was cleaned and filled with $25 of gas before we left (the tank was low during the test drive). The customer service was friendly, funny, and low pressure.

Great place to do business. My cousin and I went looking for a used Ford Edge. They had just what we wanted. The dealership is neat and clean, and all of the people there were very friendly and nice. I will recommend Arlington Heights Ford, and will shop there again.

Great deal on a used car for my son, and with service after the sale. The car my son purchased had a great price advertised on the internet, which we did not think they would be able to improve upon, but they did! When we asked for certain items to be taken care of before we took the car home, they did that, too... And the car has been great...we could not be happier and we recommend them all the time.

I purchased a 2010 Taurus sho loaded from this dealership and within 1000 miles I started having problems with the transmission where the car would not move and then jerk forward. I took the vehicle to the dealership and they had their transmission tech take it for a ride. The service director never wrote up a ticket for documentation and the tech took it for a 5 minute drive and said there was nothing wrong with the car and it was still in it's "learning stage". He never connected it to the diagnostic computer to check for any problems. Then I began having issues with the outside temperature display on the navigation unit. It was displaying 104 when the temperature was really 80. Jerry Hood tells me that there is no fix for it yet and he will document the issue with Ford. He did however show me that other Sho's did the same thing. Then last week the transmission fails again. This time leaving me in a busy intersection in Schaumburg in rush hour traffic. After 10 minutes of waiting the car slowly starts to move. I call Jerry and he tells me..."bring the car in NEXT WEEK as they are repaving the street in front of our store. W.T.F....I have a transmission issue knuckle head....how about im sending a tow truck for you. Needless to say I traded the vehicle in at another dealership and bought a Acura and low and behold I see this TAurus SHO back at the dealership for sale as a used car the very next day. I even told my salesman about the issue I had and told them I couldnt believe they were selling this car without repairing it. Be extra careful here people. This dealership should not be in business. Tell as many people as you can about these guys so we dont get screwed on cars...Ive told 100's already.
