My experience with Armen was absolutely amazing! I’d been shopping for a car for quite some time but I didn’t like the idea of feeling pressured into something. Well Troy was very patient with me and went the extra mile to explain everything to me in detail in addition to being very personable and this all helped me to make my decision. I really liked the fact that Troy took the time out his schedule after my purchase to call and see how I was enjoying my new Equinox and reassuring me if I had any questions or concerns to feel free to give him a call. I had the pleasure of helping my son purchase a vehicle. Troy was our sales representative and he was very helpful, gave informative information about our vehicle, he has a pleasant disposition, and was very patient. He answered all of our questions and then some. I must say that the experience was rather pleasant, and we didn’t feel pressured about our decision. Troy was the excellent salesperson who helped me understand just what I was buying and made it incredibly easy to go through the sales process. I would've picked 5 stars and a 10But my car wasn't completely serviced even though I had an appointment with every concern typed in on the appointment log at the dealership. The heat stays on even when it's turned off and my touch screen stayed black for 24 hours even though the music was still playing. Those issues weren't addressed and so I feel my car wasn't serviced completely

My experience overall was great - my sales person, Jenepher Mitchelll, was amazing. She took the time to find out what I wanted and then located that car for me - she didn't try to steer me towards something else that was on the lot or more local (that happened at other places). She was also patient when explaining all the tech to me - it took a few tries for me to get it . The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is a felt rushed through the paperwork - the gentleman rattled off so much information my head was spinning , so I didn't know what questions to ask until the next day when I had already signed everything.

I needed the car quickly, so even though car was not ready, Me and Kyle saw it, started it up and HE pointed out a couple of items(minor- small nick and seat that needed re-stitching) that needed to be fixed. He put these items in writing and said I could bring up at my convenience and Armen would provide me a loaner during the repair.Kyle explained how their certification worked and told me the worn tires would likely have to be replaced, they did, 4 new ones!They delivered as promised! VERY pleasant experience.PS I replied n/a to quality of repairs, since I will be returning the loaner tomorrow.Also, their was a little glitch on the application and it took a bit longer to complete the paperwork than normal.

I had an oil consumption problem on my car. The process at Armen was flawless! I called Chip, made the appointment asked for an SUV loaner car and got it! I got my car back and everything was great. A week later my check engine light ended up coming on. I called Chip he got me in right away and gave me another loaner. I was told it would be ready mid week but it was done way quicker. When Chip called I explained I had a family emergency and was unable to come get my car. He then offered to drive my car to my house and pick up the loaner, and that's what he did! I would definitely recommend Armen!

The Armen Chevrolet Service personnel were extremely courteous. Repairs were completed in a timely fashion on the 2006 Equinox. Shuttle service was not needed this time, but it is nice to know it is available, just in case.

We looked at a car on the website, made an appointment for Saturday morning. This was the third Saturday in a row we'd gone to dealerships hoping to purchase a Traverse. We met with Joe Klinger. We could tell this was going to be a positive experience. He listened to what we said we wanted to do with our trade in, what our payment expectations were and which car we were interested in purchasing. He never tried to steer us to any other vehicle, he said I'm confident we can do what you want. We told him our last two experiences were a total waste of Saturdays and we didn't want to endure that one more time. He looked at our vehicle, did his paperwork, talked to his staff, and before you knew it, came back and said you're approved for your vehicle. The best part of this whole experience is that you're dealing with an honest individual who wants to put you in the vehicle you want to purchase, and you know it. We love our new vehicle and look forward to many years of business with Armen Chevrolet. Joe Klinger is the best!

Although I didn't have an appointment, the service tech was very polite when mentioning that I should make an appointment next time. Since it was the tire, he offered to fit it in and see what it was. There was an issue and it was completed within about an hour and a half which was quicker than I expected without an appointment. I had an accident in which a driver backed into the front of my car. I chose to have the repair work done at Armen because I heard the body shop did excellent work. I was surprised at how quickly the work was completed (I thought it would take a lot longer). My car looks wonderful - you'd never know it was hit.The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous.

I was told to get there early upon my 8am appointment in which I did. I waited a hour before your shop opened up ,but only waited 25 minutes for the service to complete my oil change and tire rotation.

Car was seen immediately - and once the problem diagnosed, arranged for a rental car so I was covered for the time it took to repair. Having a less than flexible job, this coverage and car rental was very much appreciated. Barry was great at keeping me well informed as to what was going on. My only criticism - which has nothing to do w Armen is that my 2007 Acadia seems to constantly have its share of repairs....including a new transmission at only 6 years old. I thought I could expect more of a GM car.

I came in on a Saturday for an oil and filter change as well as maintenance. I also asked Chip to have the mechanic check the tires which were found to be extremely low last week. Chip is always professional, personal and came to the waiting area to get me so I could meet with the mechanic. The mechanic showed me 3 damaged tires due to pot holes (bubbled) and took the time to explain how this happened and recommended new tires. Although it was late in the day, Chip was able to get 4 new tires and the mechanic mounted/installed them followed by an alignment. They all worked til the job was completed which was after 4 pm. Thank you to Chip and the Mechanic(sorry but I forgot his name) for finding a serious problem, fixing it with new tires and took the time to explain everything! You both saved my life and I sincerely appreciate all you continue to do for me and other customers! Thanks so much!

Was disappointed that I could not get my 4th free oil change due to mileage. Not the fault of the service people. If the car only needs an oil change about every 7,000 miles, then why offer 4 in 24,000 miles instead of 28,000? Then after service was complete, I found out it was $52 because it needs synthetic oil.Otherwise, service was good. Quickly done and mostly friendly.

Had a bad Turbo Charger. They got me in the next day. Had diagnosed the problem within 1.50 hrs. ( I did not have an appointment and it was busy ) Had to leave car. They had a rental there for me, and paid for it. Great service as usual. Kudos to Barry for getting it all together!

Kyle worked with my budget and requests to get me my dream truck. I didn't feel pressured or swindled. It was ideal. I've been raving to everyone about my experience with and highly recommend him. Great service. I had a recall repair done at Armen. I called, asked for a Saturday appointment. Advised it was first come first serve and I could drop off my car Friday night... I put my keys in the lock box. Next day I called at 2 for a status. Advised to pick up after 4. I had a spare key so they locked my keys in the car. I picked it up at my convenience. Very accommodating. I assume you could do the same with a CC on file for a none recall repair. Highly recommended.

I have been bringing my Trailblazer to Armen for service since I bought it in October 2003. It now has almost 200,000 miles on it, and given that I've spent close to $10,000 in maintenance and repairs over the last 2 years, I'm now going to sell the car and purchase something else. I've had excellent service for over 10 years starting with Henry before he sadly passed away and then with Steve. I was very well taken care of and always felt comfortable and trusted the service I received. While the prices were higher than I could've found elsewhere, I felt confident that I was getting the best quality produces and excellent service. I won't be purchasing another Chevrolet vehicle, but I'll certainly continue to recommend the service department because of the excellent service I received from the time I arrived at the garage to checking out and paying. The work is always great. No complaint there. What I do have an issue with is you ask people to make appointments, but the appointments are totally pointless. People just show up and they can get in before you, so why waste my time? I specifically made a 7:30pm appointment because I was told my car would be done within the hour. I showed up at 7:15 and because there were already 8 cars in front of me I had to beg the person at the desk to try to work on my car asap as I had to be at work by 9. Thankfully he got it done BY 9 so I was only a half hour late to work, but I was still a half hour late. Either take the people who schedule an appointment FIRST or don't bother with appointments.

Initially came in person to the service office to ask about the procedure for the recall on my Chevy cobalt. All of my information was given and was told that I would receive a call when the part was in to set an appointment. I asked how long it might take and the gentleman replied, "I have no clue". A month passed with no call so decided to follow up.Turns out they had no record of my information and was probably thrown in the trash after I left. Mistakes happen. However, over the course of another month my vin number has been misplaced several times, and have been told at least 5 times on different occasions that they had to check something and would call me back. Not one call back, even after leaving messages with management. Still driving a car that has been deemed unsafe by GM. Seems as though everyone at this branch would like to keep loosing my information until I disappear. Not one to complain and very forgiving of mistakes but this is a joke when it comes to customer service.

The the repair was perfect, reasonably priced and they delivered the car to my house. Do not hesitate if you are considering using the collision center at Armen.

I always have a good experience at the service location. This time however two things had happened. 1. They charged me for the tire rotation2. My front driver side tire pressure sensor was not working after the rotation.After reporting the issue they apologized and will recredit my card for the amount. They also will fix the tire pressure sensor as well. There was no hassling or excuses. The manager was nice enough to call and apologize once again and was very professional in his handling of the situation. I was impressed and find this very refreshing. My previous ratings still hold true and I plan to continue bringing my car to the Armen service center.

Was interested in a 2012 Tahoe LTZ I saw online. Very low mileage and clean looking. Called and spoke with Rick Cherry to see if they still had the vehicle since I was coming up from Delaware. He took my number and said he would check to see if it was still available. About 10 minutes later got a call from Joe Klinger letting me know it was still available. The Tahoe looked as good in person as it did online. Joe was very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. There was no pressure to buy and the deal was made with no runaround. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. After sitting with Kyle and he asking me about 20 different question's I narrowed my choice to an Equinox. Kyle showed me some used and went over Chevrolet certified program. I didn't even know that there was such a program. Due to the internet notification they knew what we wanted and had everything prepared as if we were special guest at a ball. Kyle was very patient, accommodating and knowledgeable regarding the car buying process. The people there went out of their way to accommodate any problems I had during my car repair, including complementary shuttle service. When I asked a question or didn't understand something they explained it patiently until I did. The facility was well organized, clean, and brightly lit. The bill was well presented and listed in detail exactly what labor, parts, and waste removal cost what amount of money. The staff also helped me find any discounts that were applicable to my repair. I have stopped considering going somewhere else for my car service. If I had to complain about something it would be that the customer service reps were not always at their station when needed, but this was a minor inconvenience at best.

Kyle, my salesperson was the greatest. He knew I was looking and when the day came I would need a car right away. I called Thursday afternoon. He had the perfect car. We talked and communicated over phone, e-mail and fax. Friday morning I went in and signed the papers. I even needed insurance and Kyle helped there as well. He suggested pinstriping which really makes the car look amazing. Last but not least Kyle offered to take my car in for me when it needs servicing as I don't live near the dealer. Would use this dealer and salesman for next car for sure.

Without a doubt some of the best service that I have received from a dealership in the 9+ cars I have purchased. If you want good customer service go to Armen for that and beyond. It is a clean facility and the people there are outstanding. I went to Armen to purchase a secondary vehicle and they had just what I wanted and made sure I was beyond satisfied. They even came and picked me up the second day when I needed a ride to the dealership (25+ mile away) to pick up my new car. I was treated as a very valued customer and they did everything to go beyond my needs. Even when I was asked for a beverage if they didn't have it they went and got it for me and came out of their own pocket. My salesman "Andrew" was excellent and a very good peoples person which made me feel valued and "Hector" also went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I never felt pushed or obligated like I have at all the other dealers I have purchased from and everything possible was done to make the transition easy, affordable and not time consuming. If you want it in terms of excellent service then they can provide it for you. I have never felt this good about purchasing a vehicle before or confident like Armen made me feel when purchasing a used vehicle. I most definitely would recommend this dealer to my family, friends, co-workers and anyone else when asked about good customer Service. Thank you Armen for making my day!

I had a great experience purchasing my certified 2009 Chevy Avalanche at this dealership. I had been looking for months for an extra clean, low mile, Avalanche and I found one through Cars.com at this dealership. Being from MA, I was skeptical of purchasing a vehicle on pictures alone and how the process would work If I decided to fly down and look at this vehicle. I emailed and spoke with Joe Klinger, the internet sales manager, numerous times over the course of a couple weeks. He made the entire process painless. He emailed me as many pictures as I asked for as well as answered any questions I had. I decided to make the trip and Joe even picked me up at the airport. The vehicle was absolutely spotless when I arrived and after agreeing to purchase it, I was on the road within 2 hours. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from this dealership. All of the staff I met were friendly and informative and made sure I understood my car's situation and what was going on ,in advance .Making appointment ,fixing ,and check out all were timely and on time .It was not just one time ,I always take my car there and I am very pleased with their service .I have been in Philadelphia for 4 years ,the first year i took my car to other Chevy dealer but i was not very happy with that ,but for 3 years in row whenever i had even small problem or big ,I took my car there and always a perfect job done on my car and i am very pleased with their service .This Saturday I took my car there for inspection certificate .I made appointment the same day and got my car inspected fully and they were very punctual .I really appreciate them and recommend Amen to all Chevy holders !

There are many dealerships you can purchase from. My problem is not with sales - it's with the service dept.You would think a new car owner would be treated with a little more honor.Barry was not friendly at all.When I asked about my VIP Card (that was given to me when I purchased my vehicle) he basically told me why it wasn't good towards anything.Barry was very negative & lacked good customer service skills.I would not recommend the service dept or go back...if I can help it!

Fairly painless experience. Had to get rid of my old car and while I was able to start that process was unable to complete trade on date of purchase. I was however, able to acquire the car I wanted. 2013 Chevy Cruze Eco from Andrew who was very nice throughout the process. Friendly person, most everyone was friendly and said hello. I drive 1.5 hours a day to work, and it's much more relaxing ride these days.

Your website is great, many details and photos of every car. We live about an hour from Armen but found this great Buick Lacrosse with low miles on your Internet site. I wasn't anxious to make the drive but my husband pursued the car and made a deal with Joe Klinger through emails which we couldn't refuse. All this was done without leaving our home. Once we arrived at the dealership it was just a matter of if I liked the car. The car is wonderful. It looks and runs as if it is brand new. Joe was great to work with. There was no pressure at all. Because we couldn't drive to the dealership until the weekend he suggested placing a no obligation refundable down payment on the car which was a great idea. I think it would have been gone had we not done that. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I have worked with many dealerships and this is one of the best. I highly recommend it.

Ardmore is not real close to where we live, so we wanted to get as much information on a 2010 Buick LaCrosse CXL as we could before we stopped in. For about a week we were in almost daily contact with Joe Klinger via email. Joe always answered our questions promptly, and even more importantly, he answered ACCURATELY. Before I visited the Dealer, I knew about every detail of the LaCrosse, and exactly what it was going to cost me (to the penny). When we did finally visit, there were NO SURPRISES. There was the formality of the test drive, then Joe went over some details pertaining to On-Star, Bluetooth, and programming the remote garage door opener. A short while later, we were taking the car home with us. We have never had a better experience relative to buying a brand new looking used car. Note that I rated the "facilities" as good rather than excellant. The dealer did not waste a lot of money on elaborate offices and frilly stuff. For me personally, good is probably a better rating than excellent. Everything was more than adequate. What more could you ask for? .

I went here because they are in a very convenient location. I have a Buick, and the Buick/Cadillac dealer is over 30mins away. I brought my Buick to Armen for service before, just routine maintenance, this time something was wrong, check engine light and steering issues. My car is under GMC lease, so they provided a free rental for the 1.5 days it took to do the 4 things I needed done. I am happy with the repairs, car drives much better now.The parking attendant damaged my vehicle, scrapped it badly on the front, so it has to go to the Armen body shop. They agreed to fix it for no charge, and the body shop rep I spoke to was very very nice. Overall, they could have given me a hard time, but luckly, like a rental car, I walked around my vehicle to check everything before I left the lot, and noticed the damage. Had I drove away, I would have been stuck with it most likely. My brother drove away his Lexus from a Lexus dealer in MD, he didn't notice until the next day, they refused to pay for it, because he didn't notice it before leaving. Remember that if you can.I'm experienced with car buying and repair, dealerships are good or bad, Chevrolet in general has not been good; either in Virginia Beach or St. Louis, etc. It's just that the Chevrolet brand is tarnished with bad sales practices and bad vehicles over a long period of time.With Buick and Cadillac, you get treated well, with Chevrolet, not so much, simply due to the profitability of the brand.I'll let them fix the damage, and see how well they do. They are not a preferred body shop for my insurance, but that means very little with so many places around. I'll just see how they do with the work they promised.

Ever since my 2011 9-5 Aero was totalled last year by a reckless driver, I have been perusing the internet for another, or another Saab similiarly equipped. I found a vehicle pretty closely equipped at Armen Chevrolet Saab. I inquired about this vehicle via online chat, and almost immediately, I recevied a response from Ed Mongelluzzo. I had numerous questions about this vehicle and Ed went out of his way to answer them all. For several weeks Ed continued to provide assistance in answering all my questions. Unfortunately, I was not able to make a deal with the dealership on the car, however, the service and assistance Ed provided to a potential new customer was exemplary. He went above and beyond for me. Ed is a valuable asset to Armen and they are very fortunate to have him on their team.

My husband and I had been searching for a used Honda CRV since the day after Labor Day when my previous car was totaled. After searching everywhere with no success, my husband went to Cars.com where he found the perfect 2011 Honda CRV for me at Armen Chevrolet Saab. He sent an email to the dealership and Joe Klinger immediately called to schedule and appt. The dealership is 2 hours away from our home but let me just say, Joe certainly made it worth my while!! He is one of the nicest, patient and most honest salesman that I have ever met. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. He made the whole process easy and pleasurable. I am loving my CRV!! It is practically a brand new car!!! I never write reviews but I felt like I just had to write one this time.

Prior to taking my 2009 Cobalt in for warranty work I researched my issue on the Internet and found possible causes from several websites including GM's Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) # 04-03-08-006D. The Service Advisor arranged a test drive with a mechanic. During the test drive I mentioned that the dealership is probably well aware of the issue since it is listed on several websites and in the TSB. The mechanics exact words were "The Internet is a fantasy.". I continued the conversation stating that the issue appears to be yet another GM design flaw using a plastic gear matched to a metal worm gear for the electric steering assist system causing excessive backlash as the plastic gear wears. The mechanic stated that there is no plastic gear in the steering system which contradicts what is in the TSB. It was obvious that the mechanic did not want to hear from me and treated me with disrespect for even thinking that I knew something about the issue with my Cobalt. When I returned to pick up my Cobalt I left my Internet research, including the TSB and the link to a YouTube video of a curious mechanic who disassembled the steering system to show the plastic gear. The Service Advisor's response was "Everyone thinks they are a doctor or a mechanic.". I then told the Service Advisor that I am a mechanic. I'm 54 years old. I've been working on cars since I was 13. I learned about my cars by reading GM's factory service manuals. I am more then an avid backyard mechanic. I lived through GM's plastic covered camshaft timing gear in their '68 Bonneville, GM morning sickness in their late 80's power steering rack, Turbo Hydromatic transmission bang in their '99 Buick Century and Regal and their dropping rear windows in the same year Buicks. Was my Cobalt fixed to my statisfaction? Yes, the dealer replaced the entire steering column that has the plastic gear. My 3 year factory warranty expires in 2 days. Will I return to the dealer to take advantage of service specials and for other repairs? Only if I'm in the mood to be belittled that day. My last service visit was back in July 2011 and that was a pleasant experience. Perhaps Armen should check into what changed since then. Unfortunately I cannot explain it myself as my normal Service Advisor John is no longer with the dearship.

I have been looking to trade in my smaller SUV for a larger one. I saw one online and emailed the dealer for more information. Joe Klinger called me first thing the next day and we made an appointment. As soon as I entered the showroom, all staff said,"Hello" and Joe met me right away. From that point on I was gently guided to purchasing my new (used) car. The finance department put me in my price range, and I ended up leaving with my new car. Joe was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend seeing him (Joe Klinger) if you want a car.

My husband and I were in the market for a smaller hatchback car. We came upon the Chevy Sonic at Armen and we loved it! We were helped out by Adrienne and Kyle. We actually had a lot of fun trying out the car and driving it around. However, we wanted a car with different features, so they ordered us one from across the state. The entire process was no pressure, we are really pleased with the terms of the loan, and we are really happy with our car. We also ordered a roof rack to go on the car. Once this part came in, the service department gave us an appointment for the next day and had the rack on the car in under an hour. We have been contacted to ensure we are happy with our purchase, and I have to say that we are really, really happy with the entire experience. We love our new little car!

I bought a used Honda truck from Armen. Less than three weeks later the parking brake broke. I took the truck to a local Honda dealer and was told it broke because it was over tightened and that this rarely happens. I called Armen and told them I wanted them to pay for the repair an they told me no. I even bought an extended warranty but the parking brake was not covered. I was finally told they would pay for some of it but I would have to bring it to Armen. This is a 45 minute drive for me. I still told them I would not pay anything for the repair since I only had the truck for less than three weeks. Armen claims they do an extensive check on their used cars but how they did not discover this is beyond me. I brought the truck to them on a Saturday but the repair was not finished until 6 days later on Thursday at 5:30 pm. I still do not know why it took 6 days to repair. When I was called by the manager, Todd, I was told I had to pay $100 as a deductible. When I questioned this and said no I was told Armen did more than it needed to with my problem. I was also told Armen did not have to give me a loaner car either. Keep in mind it took them 6 days to repair the car and I live 45 minutes away. I have been to many dealerships and almost all of them give a loaner or courtesy car to their customers. I guess Armen is not that kind of dealership. Then the manager tried to imply that it was my fault that the parking brake failed. He asserted the brake was pushed too hard. I have owned about ten vehicles in my life and this has never happened before. I also am only 5'7" and weigh 150 pounds. This accusation is absolutely ridiculous. After I still disagreed with any charge, I was still told I was treated well by Armen and they went above and beyond their responsibility. So after 6 days of waiting without my truck, 3 hours wasted driving back and forth, and $100 paid Armen considers this great customer service. Please spare yourself this frustration and go to another dealership.

I bought a used Honda truck from Armen. Less than three weeks later, the emergency brake needed to be replaced. I originally brought the truck to a dealer closer to my house since it was a Honda dealership and it was only 10-15 minutes away. When I asked the Honda dealership why an emergency brake would fail, I was told it was over tightened. I asked if this was normal for this part to fail and the Honda technician said no. I called Armen and told them I wanted them to cover the repair since it was less than 1 month that I had the truck. At first, they said they would not cover anything. Then they said they would replace it but I would have to pay for some of it, which I said no. They insisted that I bring the truck to them which is 45 minutes from my house. I brought the truck to them on a Saturday, it took until Thursday at 5:30 pm for them to have it ready. Why it takes 6 days to replace something is beyond my guess. When Armen called me and told me it was ready they said I had to pay a $100 deductible. I questioned this and was told Armen did not have to do anything for me at all because it was a used car (the truck cost $26,000). I did also buy an extended warranty for something like this but apparently it did not cover an emergency brake. Then the manager told me he did not have to give me a loaner car at all either. I have been to many dealerships and almost every one gives you a loaner when your car is serviced at their dealership. I guess Armen is not one of those dealerships and you just have to either walk or rent a car while they take 6 days to fix it. I would recommend this dealership with a caveat. Armen is the only dealership we have encountered that requires a certified check for the down payment. Also, Armen is the only dealership that does not provide the full Onstar package for a year. Once the customer satisfaction survey is completed, the level of service is not quite as accommodating.

After a poor experience at another dealership, I am so glad we stopped by Armen instead of heading home. Although they were about to close for the day, the salesperson and sales manager stayed late to show us a car in which we were interested, let us take a test drive, and talk to us about whether the vehicle was right for us. They provided a very favorable price on the car we wanted, were generous with the amount offered on our trade, and talked to several banks to obtain the best financing for us. The whole process was smooth simple and my wife has been thrilled with the car. When I'm ready for my next vehicle, I will definitely look here first.
