Another great experience with Asheville Ford. I just purchased a 21 F-150 and my salesman Van Blankenship was amazing! At no time during this process was there any pressure to buy ,finance or buy ext. warranty. Of course these things were offered, as they should be, but no pressure. I ending up purchasing a truck that was still in Detroit and decided to wait till mid Sept. to take ownership. Van said " they will try their best to have it earlier'", and they delivered on that too. Got my truck one week later. The finance manger, Sharla McCormick, was amazing too. She was quick and thorough and again offered other features to buy, but no pressure. I had a great time buying a new truck and most folks do not say that. This was my best experience at a dealership period. Why I decided to go to Asheville Ford is past experience with their service department. I had a 07 F-150 that need new spark plug and that year spark plugs were made of ceramic and tended to break off while you took them out. I call they got me in the next day and they even let me use the spark plugs I had bought. The service guy said "that it $75 for everyone they broke off". I thought for sure that they would break off half of them. Later that day I went to pick the truck up and none of them had broke off. It would have been really easy for them to have to have said they broke a couple off, but no they did the right thing. That honesty won them a client for life.

Been to the dealer three times to get a repair completed. The last time I waited six weeks for an appointment so I could get a loaner car. They suggested keeping my truck a few days for diagnosis etc. Hence the loaner. The morning of the repair I call to confirm a loaner is available. Grant lets me know he doesn't have any loaners available. I've waited six weeks for this! I contact Ford corporate who tells me they have authorized a rental for me and I will hear from the dealership. A week later I reach out to the dealership to find out when they will be doing the repair. Grant gets me on the phone and let's me know they will not be getting me a rental car and perhaps I should go somewhere else for service. They are a Ford dealer! I'm driving a new Ford. Come to find out, Grant is upset that I gave them a negative review from Ford corporate. I took my truck there three times for a repair that was never repaired. I explained this to Grant. He was having none of it. Told me to go to another dealership. I will let you make your own decisions about Asheville Ford moving forward.

This is one of the worst car buying experiences. My daughter purchased a 2021 Ford Ranger. We are having trouble getting the title work for it. I called and left a voicemail for someone who did not return my call. I tried to call and talk to a Sales Manager. Again, I was transferred while I was talking and sent to the same extension I had already left a voicemail for. I hung up and called right back and talked to Annette. She was very rude and would not transfer me to anyone. She put me on hold and left me there until I hung up 10 minutes later. I would like to think that my young daughter has not been taken advantage of, but I am getting that strong feeling. If this resolves, I will be sure to update my review. Until then, the dealership has put us in a terrible position and with all of the options out there, I would definitely purchase elsewhere.

I don't even recommend giving them a 1 star! I took my mustang to the service department for a check engine light. To make a long story short, I have been back 3 times trying to take care of the same problem that they were supposed to fix the first time. This last time I went the service manager put on my ticket to drive the car even though he thought it was a head gasket going out but that I needed to drive it until the light came back on again. REALLY??? Well to say the least it came back on again and I just had a bad feeling about this company so I took my car to another shop just to check to see what the engine light would read. Well of course it was the same as when I took it the first time, cylinder 2 misfire! I wanted a second opinion so I took it to another Ford dealership who came to find out that none of the parts that was on my invoice was replaced. BTW I do have them in hand! I just picked my car up from the new dealership and I am fully happy with my experience. My car is driving so much better and they gave me even a better deal for doing what Asheville Ford didn't!!!! Maybe it was because I was a woman but guess what I am not stupid! I worked hard for my mustang and I will not have anyone just take money from me!

Love this car. When I was considering trading cars, I had not even considered a Ford, much less a Fusion. I received a call from the dealership because of research I had done on KBB, and invited me to come by and speak to a manager. I was pleasantly surprised with the home town feeling and the welcome I received. I dealt with JB and Greg, and they listened to what I was looking for, my budget constraints and more than delivered. All my needs were met, they did not try to push anything extra beyond what I asked for and made the transaction very painless. I have told a multitude of people about the great experience I had purchasing my be Fusion and would recommend these guys highly. I have visited the quick lube service center twice now, and have been very pleased with this as well. Will continue to have my new Ford serviced at the dealership. Overall, my experience with Asheville Ford has been amazing and I would highly recommend if you are in the market for a vehicle.

My wife and I came into Ashville Ford with a broken fan blade that broke when an animal got into the engine compartment. I explained the problem and the service department looked at it and said they could fix it if they had the part. To make a long story short......they has a part and got us in and out within 1 hour. This was on a Friday afternoon and the bay was packed but because if our situation they made room and fixed our problem.

Wednesday morning I am being told the parts are there and work has begun, then no call backs until late in the day and suddenly the parts won't even arrive until Friday or maybe Saturday. Given the sudden change and need to get my vehicle repaired in a timely fashion, I chose an alternate service provider and was then charged over $500 to retrieve my vehicle, including a restocking fee for parts which had not even been delivered at the time. I would not go back again, and would recommend you get any commitments from them in writing.

I received the best deal on my 2016 Explorer here, I had shopped around. Everyone was courteous and very helpful. Then a limb fell out of a tree and dented my NEW hood. I took it to ABRA across the street, it was new again in 3 days, paint and parts involved. I went to the Quic Lane to get oil change and tires rotated, they were exceptional also. their sales person are as nice as can be while trying to sell you something telling you how great a product is till you buy then it is just a used car that is all you can make of it. Or at least that was what I was told. Also the salesperson kept telling me all the extras that he had done for me then he would say don't say anything and then brag about how good he was at selling so be sure and give him a good review. Had issue with the car on the next day after purchase but was promptly told there was nothing they would do

I have blood sugar issues. I was told my car was next and would go in within 10 mins. but it was 45 min. and I think because it was THAT PERSON'S lunch break.

I have been using Ford Quick Lane after purchasing my Ford 2007 Expedition in 2010. Everyone I have been involved with at Quick Lane has been great and everyone has explained the issues that need to be addressed. My last visit involved Liz and I did not get the mechanic name (sorry). Liz was excellent her knowledge of what was needed helped me make the best decisions. The Mechanic did a thorough job, and I know that his involvement with the care of my car makes me safe. Liz explained the material that was noted on my print out - that has been done each time. A big thing I would like to point out, Quick Lane is always busy when I am there however each staff person that I have encountered has always been patient with each person. I have felt that they have my best interest not only for my car but for me. What I thought was my check engine light had come on driving to work Tuesday morning. So I drove to Asheville Ford, they checked me in and shuttled me to work, and I wasn't even late to work. Called, told me it wasn't the check engine light, just the routine maintenance light. They preformed the required service ,the shuttle picked me up after work, took me back to the garage, where I picked up my car. EXCELLENT service, no hassles.

I went in just looking since I had about a year left on my Explorer lease, and came out happy as could be with a new lease on a 2017 Escape. Asheville Ford had a model that was EXACTLY what I was looking to get when my lease was up, and they made it work for me now. Sharla knew everything there was to know about that car and was able to answer all my questions. She spent her entire day with me, and then an hour the next day when I went back to pick it up (my choice) on practicing the features. Jason made sure the deal could happen and Brian was fast and efficient in getting all the paperwork ready. My fact-finding trip turned into a very unexpected and fantastic surprise. Went to Asheville Ford on a whim - just to see what the 2017 Escapes looked like. I had a 2015 leased Explorer that doesn't fit in my garage without having to pull in the side mirror, and knew I was going to get rid of it when the lease was up. I also knew it might be possible to get out of the lease early. What to my wondering eyes should appear, but the EXACT model in the EXACT color that I had been pricing on line. There she sat, just waiting for me to take a closer look. Sharla came out to assist, and I told her I was just looking as I had some time remaining on my lease, but she knew I was pretty interested right from the start. We looked at it carefully. Sharla answered every question I asked her, clearly knowing a lot about the vehicle , and then she went and got the keys. We took it on a great test drive, and it lived up to every expectation I had. I was pretty certain this was what I wanted, but knew there was time because I was already in a lease. We decided to crunch some numbers to see what the outcome would be if I terminated the lease early. After some back and forth, Jason, the negotiator came on the scene. He, too knew that I was not necessarily going to trade in, but he also knew that i REALLY liked that Escape. After my saying I just couldn't make it work with those numbers and being mostly content to wait until my lease was up, he asked me what I needed for it to work. I told him what it would take. Jason met those needs, and I very happily signed the paperwork to downsize to my fully loaded Escape and rid myself of the garage eating Explorer. I didn't have any $$$ on me, so I said I'd come back the next day and pick it up. They offered that I could take it home for the night, but I was uncomfortable doing so. I went back the next day, and the car was sitting there waiting for me. Sharla met me, called me by name, and spent about an hour going over the features of the new Escape. I was very grateful for the time she spent with me, because even though most everything was similar, there were some rather significant differences on where buttons are located, and how new features operate. She even insisted that I practice the assisted parking feature with her in there. I was extremely skeptical on letting the car park itself, but it did just fine. Not sure I'll have the nerve to do that again. She also explained about the service, the Quick Lane and let me know they do have Nitro Fill (according to Google nobody in the area has it).Sharla followed up with me today to see how everything was going, and I told her that I was so excited about everything. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and, even though I know they wanted my Explorer, and they are all about making sales, I felt respected and confident that had I made the decision to wait to change vehicles until my Explorer lease expired, that they would've respected my wishes and kept me informed of the inventory on their lot. Never once did I feel pressured, even with the back and forth that went on.I'm happy that I found Asheville Ford, that Sharla came out to greet me, and that Jason was willing to work with me. Brian did the paperwork quickly and efficiently. I'm extremely happy with my experience at Asheville Ford. Thank you to all of you who helped make it possible.

The oil change and tire rotation went fine. I have still been unable to find ANYONE at ford that can tell me why my 7-pin trailer connector on my F-150 does not work properly.... Neither the service tech nor a truck salesman had any clue at all - very sad. I have an appt in a week to try to fix the problem, but I have my doubts. I like the truck and my mustang, but you made a big mistake moving from downtown. You have far too many vehicle scattered all over the place, it is hard to park, and the service bay entrance is too close to the lot entrance. The team across the street seem to be OK.

We were on vacation and also attending a wedding that evening when my low tire pressure light came on for the second time during this trip. I found the Asheville Ford dealership and shop. We had appointments scheduled all day on Saturday and were in a bind to try and get the tires replaced quickly. The associate staff, can't recall his name even looked up comparable tires from other locations and we decided on the set I got based on his thorough review of my needs. We were at one of our appointments when he called to say we needed to replace our brakes as well. We were able to get that done during this busy day as well!. For the first time I had a chance to sit in the waiting room and watch the Tec. work on my vehicle and found that all the. Found out that everything that is checked on the service report that I received was actually done. "That is a great to have seen. Plus the Service desk person explained everything to me. That my tires are half worn but still safe. Breaks are little worn but still within the safe limits. (Great Job to all involved) That's why I go back for all service Bob

The staff is always friendly, but the last couple times I did come in for my husbands oil change, the ground effects on his car, they didn't put back on properly and their are popped out, tried popping them back in, but it doesn't budge, so when I was their, the last time before I had my recent oil change done, I told them to please make sure they put the ground effects back in, they stated they would tell the technician, but never got done, this is my only complaint, if your wondering ground effect, its on the ford fiesta, st....

I felt like I was treated very professionally and that both Jacob and Chris were very helpful, patient and respectful to me. Overall their service was excellent. I felt that my vehicle could have been better detailed for delivery. I still have unanswered questions about the red dots on my tires. Also a day after I purchased the vehicle I found a chunk was missing from the black plastic trim on the rear window with no damage to the metal on vehicle or the glass that the plastic trim protects. I am positive nothing happened whole the vehicle was in my possession but I can't prove it. My theory is that the damage was done at the in transit to the dealership or at the dealership but was not detected because the chunk was still loosely attached and came off after I left. Now I am expected to pay $700+ for the repair because you have to replace the rear window to repair a piece of plastic. I really feel this is poor engineering by Ford. I feel that I received an excellent deal from your dealership and was very pleased with Jacob's and Chris's help. Sincerely Ken O'Connor

I came in to look at a new Ford Mustang Gt. I was promptly greeted by Shawn Geter. Shawn did an absolute fantastic job helping me throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable on his products, features of the car I was looking at, and I could tell he loved what he did. He was extremely helpful and patient with me and my Fiance throughout the whole process, and answered every question I had. I did not intend on buying a car that day, but due to how great Shawn was at his job, and how he was not at all pushy about selling me a car, I decided I didn't want to buy from anyone else. I ended up purchasing a 2016 Mustang GT 400A premium, and I couldn't be happier. I'll be back to Asheville Ford to buy my Fiance another car when the time comes, and we will be buying from Shawn again.

I had a rear right blinker light go out. I rolled my window down and used the standard arm signals when I had to turn but no one knew what I was doing, so they gave me their best finger signal telling me so. I made an appointment with Liz who informed me it may take an hour because their were some people before me. It took fifteen minutes and their was no charge.I love them there and Liz was great. Keep an eye on her, she is a great asset!

Everyone was very nice and more than helpful. They will let you know where you stand in line with the other customers so you can have a good idea how long until your vehicle starts its service. There could be no wait also and your vehicle will be taken directly into the bay to start its service. Very knowledgeable. Will answer accurately everything about your vehicle or any concerns you may have. Great experience! More than satisfied. I brought my 2015 Ford F-150 in for its first oil change and tire rotation. Service was very fast and I left without spending a dime. I don't know exactly why but my services were free of charge. It does not get better than that.

SO EASY to buy at Asheville Ford. Jenna had my email response for an eQuote in less than 30 minutes. Three emails later I was in the showroom during my lunch break. My sales rep Mark is a real value to Asheville Ford with his years (40?) of being in the car business. His straight talk on what other products to purchase had me asking Jeremy in Finance & Insurance about them. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable without being high pressure. The repair shop is excellent. They're very friendly helpful and knowledgeable people there. Unfortunately, the Ford company hamstrings them in their ability to actually fix problems with the fiesta clutch. I finally entered the circle of hell that convinces Ford to replace the clutch and the car is driving great now. I hope it stays that way.Still waiting on the part for the door. Will swap out the review for a five once that is done.

I was in the market for a newer and more gas efficient vehicle, but was still sporty and big enough to fit my newborn son and family. While looking at a few choices, Nate walked up and started talking to us about what we were looking for and our price range. I told him some key details and he found a certified pre-owned vehicle with very low mileage that fulfilled all of my needs and that was also within my price range. When I went in for a routine oil change, I was not expecting to have to get my wheels aligned or for that matter, buy two used tires. Jonathan ( I think that's how his name is spelled) was extremely nice and delicate when he broke the news to me that my tires were below state inspection level. Although that fact was not a surprise, it's never fun when you're a grad student who has to spend money that you weren't expecting to spend that day, much less on tires. At one point, I think I was tearing up and instead of shrugging me off and walking away, Jonathan was kind enough to give me a second to get myself together, let me ask what my options were, and we discussed what needed to happen so I could be safe in my car. I have two new (used) tires, my alignment has made for a much less shaky ride, and my gas mileage is much better than the 35 mpg's I was getting before. I would recommend Asheville Lincoln Ford to anyone and I will be going back! Thanks for making me feel like it wasn't the end of the world!

Kept my truck for four days, called and said that nothing was wrong with it and then when I show up to pick it up, low and behold the dash light and speaker are doing the same thing. Showed it to the guy that I dropped it off with and all he says is "Oh okay": then suggests I bring it back later. Guys out there probably look for oil filters inside the tires.

Took my 2014 F-150 out there to have a dash light and messed up speaker looked at. Geniuses kept it for three days and call me to tell me nothing is wrong with it. When I came back to get it the light was still flashing and I walked the guy outside and showed it to him, of which the only response I got was "Oh okay yeah." Don't know what kind of morons are running that operation, or where they learned about working on cars outside of Hotwheels when they were 5.

Over the years, I had come to feel dealer service was overpriced with average customer service. My recent two trips to Asheville Ford have certainly changed my opinion! My truck F-150 was due a major service, I wanted the work done right so I brought it to Asheville Ford. The service advisors were very patient and thorough as they explained my options. Liz was very helpful!I found out she was relatively new and it was nice to see how her co-worker were supportive her without minimizing her. The work was done very well, the pricing was surprising reasonable. I was very impressed with the quality and value! Everyone was so pleasant to work with from the phone receptionist to the service advisor, as well as the mechanic who explained what he found.The courtesy van and drivers were a great value add as well. After getting a tail light replaced at the quick service at Asheville Ford,my husband & I decided that their service was so great that we needed to look into leasing our new Escape from them. She was very warm and friendly, also very knowledgeable about the Escape, and made sure she knew every option that I was looking for. The whole experience was comfortable & relaxing! Also, Ryan (finance) was happy to explain the different options available to lease this vehicle. Lastly, Jeremy wrapped up our sale, by again, explaining the paperwork fluently and with ease. We have moved from Michigan, where my husband has worked for Ford for many years as an executive in the finance department in Dearborn. I called to get a quote on all new tires for my Ford C-Max Energi (hey this is a great car why haven't you guys been blowing away the Prius???). I spoke with Liz - she assisted me through the process of selection and pricing - basically sealing the deal! I had gotten 2 other quotes and was comfortable with the guidance Liz gave me and also the pricing! I made an appt. for later in the day.When I arrived Liz had my paperwork ready to go and while there I also got an oil change and a system flush. The time I spent there was less than I thought. I went over and he claimed my car had been under water and they would not repair it under warranty. The car had never been under water so I called Ford Customer Service. They said they would not force their dealers to perform warranty work. What kind of warranty is that? I took the car to my mechanic it was a wiring harness that went around the searing column. He also said there was not notice of flooding. I will never buy a Ford again or go to Asheville Ford.

We spent a week from the first visit to Ford, looking at other vehicles to compare what was available. Ford was the only dealership that followed up on our visit, asking what they could do for us and were very intent on helping us to buy a car. We really appreciate the very personal attention. The Ford Escape had every detail and feature we were looking for in a car - the other brands were not able to provide that. I cannot image making the very big decision of buying a car any more accommodating than Asheville Ford, Bill and Neal specifically, did for us. We have been driving the 2016 Escape for a week now and could not be any more pleased and confident in our purchase. I actually have never owned a Ford or an American car in over 30 years of driving - now I will definitely be recommending the vehicle and dealership to others. Thanks Ford!

I bought a 2015 Focus st. I've had the car for about 4 months now and have already put close to 8,000 miles on it because I travel a lot back and fourth to work. The car has been very reliable, fun and comfortable to drive. I also average around 32mpg which I couldn't be happier with. I recently took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change and was very happy with the service. I just handed them my keys, told them what I wanted done and my car was ready to go In no time at all. The staff is also super helpful and friendly. I'm very impressed with the overall service I've received from Asheville Ford and Lincoln.

It was extremely helpful to have a play room for our children. The only reservation we have about the experience was that we were at the dealership for about 3 hours before we could get out of the door. Was a recall issue that I was still waiting to be notified on, for my 2013 Ford Fiesta. Which became a critical issue when my rear passenger door flew open while I was driving, and then would not relatch. Thank God no one was in the back seat human or animal, and I was on the back road and not the freeway doing 65.Asheville Ford listen to my issue and asked no questions, just took care of me. Replaced all 4 door latches and made me feel safe again. Also arranged for a rental car for me while the repair was being made. Being in Customer Service myself, I always expect as good as I give, and I sure received it this time!

I have a MKC and love it. Needed first oil change and loved that I could go on Sunday when not so busy. The men were very cheerful and helpful. I also had tires rotated and a couple of scratches. One from friendly neighbors dog and one I thing from grocery cart. The gentleman apologized for not being able to get the cart one out but said the detail men footing week could do better job. When I left I looked at them. Dog scratch was gone and if I didn't know where the other was, I would not have seen it. Was very happy. Nice guys to.

My car was left on October 9 th and was picked a week later on October 16 th. my backup camera was failing to operate some of the time, became more frequent the week that I took it to Asheville Ford. After picking it up I was told they had a hard time getting it to malfunction. So updated the software. That same day I had the camera malfunction with a totally black and then a statement that said, "camera is unavailable contact your dealership". I did and was told to see how it was through the week end.hardly drove it but happened twice on Saturday. Once on Sunday. Today I had an appointment to have a dent removed so won't have it back until Wednesday. I understand the more bells and whistles the more problems. One of the main reasons I bought the Lincoln after having a Cadillac SRX. I never had a problem with it and will probably go back to it. The only reason I looked at the Lincoln was the exspense on tire and have different sizes on the front than on the back. Thank you.

I was in Durham, NC at the Duke medical facility. When we went to the parking garage to start the car it wouldn't. Lincoln road service gave us a "hot shot" & we were soon on our way. Then we stopped at Clemmons,NC for lunch & when we came out, again the car would not start. Lincoln road side came again. I called Asheville Lincoln & told them our saga. Arrived about 4:30 they installed a new battery, car only 15 months old, washed it good & we were on our way home to Maggie Valley. Lots of problems but good service for my MKS. This visit was, once again, to repair the driver's side mirror on my Ford F-150. I misjudged my clearance backing out of the garage and caught the mirror on the garage door frame. The folks at Ford ordered the part, which arrived overnight. They repaired the mirror the next morning. My wait time was about 1 hour. I am a happy customer!

Brian also initiated numerous follow-up communications after vehicle delivery to assure that I was completely satisfied with the vehicles.My experience with the Quick Lane staff for routine maintenance has also been very positive. They are knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. Turnaround time for oil changes has been less than forty-five minutes.A shout out also goes to Brandee Ponder. I have a 2005 Ford Escape Hybrid. I had it in for a recall on the coolant pump. It just so happen that they had one in stock in the Parts Dept. Had they not, it could have been several days before it would have been repaired. However it was repaired and picked up the next day. They were prompt in getting it repaired. I am concerned that they don't have or offer a rental car for a repair that could take more than several days.

I receive a letter in the mail from ford, they wanted to put a updated program 15b22 in my 2012 ford focus. I went online the night before to place the appointment. I took my 2012 focus to the dealership at 11:30 a.m. They took my car in and in with 1 hour, they were finished with it. The staff was friendly and they were on their toes to get the customer's cars back to them.

I really can't say enough good things about the people at this dealership. My parents, who are in their 70's, were traveling on vacation when a warning light came on in their Lincoln. My Dad called roadside assistance and was provided the address to this dealerships. The dealership was notified my parents were on their way. When they arrived at the dealership Sharla was waiting for them with a car to drive. The people at the dealership also helped them move their luggage into the car, showed them how to run the car, helped them find a hotel, loaded the hotel info and the dealership info into the gps. The next morning my Dad received a call from the dealership letting him know that their car was fixed and ready to go. Not only was it ready to go, they had washed it, cleaned it and there was no charge.

Our sales person was Spencer and he made the entire experience more like a friendly get together than a car buying experience. I would also like to mention Megan Goff, who was my initial contact with Ashville Ford. Megan was very friendly and very helpful in setting up our initial visit. I damaged the driver's side mirror backing out of the garage. I drove the truck to Ford on a Friday afternoon. Preston Brigman examined the mirror and estimated the repair. Ford had the exact mirror in stock and held it for me. I was there at 7:30 Monday morning. The job was completed, and I was on my way by 9:30. The estimate was on the mark, and the job was performed efficiently.

Four days after having the PTU shaft seal replaced, A large plume of smoke started to come from beneath the car. Returning to the dealership I was told that the seal had 'failed'. It was replaced promptly and I have not seen any more stains in the driveway. I have, however detected the smell of burning oil while stopping in traffic. I am hoping that's just residual fluid burning away.

I brought my 2014 focus hb into the fastlane for my first maintence on March 13. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. After leaving the fastlane I heard a raddling sound in the front of my car where the tires are located. I brought the car back on March 14 and told the men what I was hearing and if they could figure out was wrong; because I did not hear that sound since the tires had been rotated. After a time of waiting the tech brought in my tire and wheel into the waiting area and had showed me what the problem was. The wheel had been bent, it looked like with a crow bar, and someone had marked the area with a permanent marker. After getting the tire back on the car I drove across the street directly to the Service department and talked to someone about the problem. The Servivce department had took my car into the shop and seen the problem. A service tech had approached me and stated that he had ordered a new wheel for me and that it would be in the next week and I would receive a call. I have yet to receive a call that my wheel is in and today is March 25. It has been over 10 days now. Over all everyone was friendly. Just disappointed that this situation has happened. And would just like an update on where the wheel is for my car and when they can fix it.

My older Ford Explorer died on a Saturday. I met Christine Bentley at church. She was talking with someone and told them she worked at Asheville Ford. They knew of my situation and called me over to meet Christine. Christine gave me her card and told me that if there was anyway that she could help me find a car she would be glad to do so. I call Christine the next day. Christine Bentley was truly their to meet the customer's needs. She did everything she could to accomodate me. I was thinking that I would get the car on Monday and actually was able to get the car on Saturday which saved me 2 days of rental fees on a car I was having to rent. She was ready when I got to the dealership to help me through the process of purchasing my car. I have already found a problem with the ambient lighting in the Explorer and Christine was very accomodating in scheduling me an appointment. She was very helpful in showing me the different features on the car. I enjoyed my experience with Asheville Ford and it was because of Christine. I appreciated the fact that she was not pushy and I didn't have to shake hands with her manager and then this other manager and so on and so on. I didn't have to deal with the typical "Pushy" sales person. If that had been the case, I would not have bought the car. It was a very comfortable experience.

When I sit there waiting on my car, I see the same respect and courtesy given to the other customers. If they keep this up, they should always get high scores. Take care of the employees first (this is for you upper management), treat THEM with respect and courtesy and find the time to say, "job well done" and in turn, they will take that positive attitude and pay it forward to the customers, which in turn, brings high scores for reviews. Such a simple task is it not?

I live in Sunset, S.C. in The Reserve at Lake Keowee. I am 35 miles from Greenville, S.C. but it takes me a little over an hour to get to the Ford/Lincoln dealership in Greenville. When I decided to purchase my third Navigator, I went to the Greenville dealership first. I was not pleased with their customer service at all. so I went to the dealership in Anderson, S.C.. They did not sell Lincoln products, but told me that their dealership in Asheville did, and gave me the general sales manager's name and phone number. I called him and he had his Lincoln Navigator specialist, Sharla McCormick call me. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and customer-oriented. She told me what she had in stock and what she could do for me over the phone. I drove up to Asheville, which is only 15 minutes further from my house, and bought the car from Sharla. The waiting area and kids play area is so nice when one has a small child or is spending time waiting for a service. We bought our car right after it was listed so I understand that you all not had time for its routine service or detail. Bill was helpful in taking care of scheduling those things as well as an ac valve leak that my wife noticed during the test drive, that required freon to be recharged. One thing that would have been nice would be if you all had the keyless entry door code for the vehicle when we came to buy it. Bill once again made sure that the code was reset and we had it before our service was complete. He was extremely helpful and friendly during every step of our purchase and follow up service/detail appointment.

I bought a new Mustang in November 2013. I realized within 2 weeks that I didn't need the extended warranties and maintenance plans that I purchased. I was told when I bought this vehicle, that I could cancel them within 30 days. After repeated visits, phone calls and much aggravation, I had to cancel the plans myself. One was refunded to Asheville Ford and they still haven't refunded me or applied it to my loan. I am confident that they will not do it. (Dishonesty). 2 employees were very rude to me when I was attempting to get these warranties cancelled. I purchased my first and last car from Asheville Ford. My wife said why didn't you go to Ken Wilson Ford, at least he puts his name on the dealership sign. Based on my experience, I could never recommend Asheville Ford to anyone.

My in-laws found a small truck on the lot on a Wednesday afternoon and purchased it. My father in law is 91 years old and my mother in law is 79 and has difficulty getting in and out of vehicles from a previous bout with cancer and broken hip. After taking the truck home and sleeping on their decision, they made the decision to take the truck back to the dealership. They took the truck back the very next morning and told the manager that they had changed their mind and would like to return the truck. It had been less than 24 hours. They were told that they had made an adult decision that they would have to live with and to get off the premises.Would NEVER go back to this dealership and will tell everyone we know to BEWARE.

Bought 2007 Ford Escape in June now September took it to my mechanic for oil change. Was told transmissions fluid bad, power steering fluid bad, differential fluid exchange bad. Cost for service now over $400.00. On top of that hard shifting automatic when going into 2nd gear. I read Better Businesse review and problems from one customer which was not good. I will never buy another car from this dealership or Ford for that matter. Advice I will be going back to Nissan next car I buy.

I bought a car from this dealership on 9/16/11. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone and would never return. Their financial department is in complete disarray and their customer service is virtually non-existent. During the sale they were misleading about pricing and portrayed a powertrian warranty as part of the sale price. After a day or so I returned to cancel the warranty (which cost just over $2000). I was told by Ryan it would be canceled. A month and a half later I received a bill for my loan that included the amount for the warranty that should have been removed by the dealer. I made over 15 calls and 3 in person visits attempting to contact Ryan to straighten out this issue. No calls were returned by anyone I talked to. During one in person visit I talked to Josh and signed new papers to cancel my warranty; Over a month after my last in person visit the warranty had not been refunded. Finally I filed a complaint with the BBB resulting in a partial refund of my warranty in a check that cleared on 2/14/12. They FAILED to refund the proper amount and ripped me off several hundred dollars. I also paid interest on the warranty amount for 5 months as part of my auto loan. They did not respond to my inquires through the BBB as to why the refund was not complete.

Should've left the dealership right then!Over years, we tried to give them every chance and have taken at least one vehicle there because the mechanics who actually do the work seem competent and try to do a good job. However, management and service advisors have been very difficult. Once, after purchasing a new Escape, I took it in for oil change and to get the fog light adjusted. Somehow, the right fog light was not adjusted properly at factory. Simple mistake - simpe fix, BUT the service advisor had nerve to tell me it did not need to be adjusted, that people just thought lights on SUVs were too bright in general. I had to insist that they check it and, sure enough, they found it needed to be adjusted.In the past few months of 2010, I've gone in for service and had the following troubles at which time I have decided never to go back: At 30,000 mile service I asked for all that manual recommended. A few minutes later, a service advisor came to me in waiting room asking if I wanted nitrogen in tires, new battery, etc. I said no but i DO want all recommended 30,000 mile service. Work done. 3 months later I went back to for oil change. Waiting room had no seating and I was told that computer record showed I had refused part of my 30,000 mile service - fluid flush and that I should do that or my extended warranty would be voided. Very frustrating, but I thought it just a mistake.Came back to have work done in February - transmission cooler leaking fluid. Work completed but then a customer satisfaction "recall" was issued this summer. When I went for regular service again, I tried to get them to file paperwork done for reimbursement for the work done before recall per letter from Ford. Asheville Ford said they could not do it & gave me 800 number for Ford. Called them & was told to call dealer back with reference number because it could be done. Again, per service manager, Asheville Ford refused. Very cattily he said he would pay us that money himself if it would keep our business. Called Ford line back, they again told me it should be done and asked me if I could go to another dealer - MAC EASLER FORD - 45 minutes away. Did that and was treated with respect and kindness. They filed paper work and I received reimbursement check within a week. Will not go back to Asheville Ford until they resolve issues with management. I HIGHLY recommend MAC EASLER Ford, though.

The salesperson was friendly and easy to work with. However, he neglected to point out several important aspects about the price when we discussed financing. The Finance person was extremely rude. He was difficult to work with on every topic discussed, especially anything involving price. Greg was very confrontational and downright insulting.
