I was newly welcomed to the Audi family coming from Mercedes and the customer service was phenomenal. I highly recommend working with Dave Minicuci as he is a class act. Tell him Kelly F. sent you and he'll be sure to take tremendous care of you. I was presented my keys in a sleek red box... it's the new Tiffany & Co. of cars, everyone wants to show off the red box! I am currently enjoying my Q5 and am the happiest I could be... that says a lot about the service and product to be able to walk away with zero buyers remorse and complete satisfaction!

From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted by David Minicuci, who was very low pressure, took his time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and shared his knowledge about the vehicle and the Audi brand in general. After test driving an A4, I was thoroughly impressed by the whole experience. Dave M as well as the Finance Manager, David Raetz, were both incredibly fair and professional through the buying process, and were a pleasure to work with. I am thrilled with my new A4 and my experience at Langan, and look forward to my first service experience hopefully being as exceptional as my experience to this point.

We've been purchasing from Langan for many years. The sales staff and service staff are a pleasure to work with. In particular, Scott Lewis is the sales person who has assisted us with many of our purchases. He is extremely professional, courteous, and very respectful. Scott is our "go to person" when it's time for a new Audi. We give Scott our bottom line and he makes it happen. In the service department, Patrick demonstrates the same type of professionalism, respect, and courteousness. We highly recommend Langan (now Albany Audi) for Audi purchases.

I have leased five A4's from Langan Audi (now Audi Albany) and I've been extremely satisfied all 5 times. The cars are perfect! The handling, comfort and stability in snow couldn't be better! And they are beautiful too! Sales and service are superlative. Knowledge base in both departments along with customer courtesy is something I have never encountered at any other auto dealership. Scott Lewis worked with me to get my perfect match this time. He is friendly, smart, and easy to talk to Now, If only manual transmissions were more available I would be in heaven!

I can't begin to summarize Mike's expertise and knowledge of the Audi vehicles and products, He is second to none!!!!!!!!!! This was exactly how car buying should be. I worked with Talas Rogers as my Sales Associate. I came in and Talas had exactly what I was looking for, which is saying something since I was looking for a manual transmission within a certain price range. He gave me a VERY fair price and played no games with extra fees. It was truly a great buying experience.

I always thought it would be nice to have an Audi because of their reputation (well engineered), and I like the styling. Initially I did some online shopping for a used Audi, and had one targeted (in my price range), but I wanted to do some hands on comparisons, and see one up close (test drive) beforehand. Mike Lardizabal introduced himself to me, and to my first experience of an Audi. I believe Mike is a real Audi expert, and loves these vehicles! He answered any question I had easily (and with great pride), because of his intimate knowledge Audi's. He did not pressure me about anything, but promoted the great features of the car, including a focus on the safety engineering, performance, and service. He brought out a beautiful 2013 A4, for a test drive. We experienced a variety road types/conditions (highway, side roads, etc.). During this ride I determined that I must have this car! The purchase was smooth and basically effortless. Mike and the dealership took care of all the legal details. Mike continues to make himself available even after the purchase.

I purchased a Q5 TDI from Mike Lardizabal at Langan Audi. The Premium Plus Q5 was a factory order to get a trailer hitch with side assist. The TDI has wonderful torque at low rpm for towing. Mike was a great help in the selection and ordering process. His brand and product knowledge is unsurpassed. He kept me well informed on build progress. It's a pleasure to do business there.

I had a wonderful experience with Langan Audi East. I purchased an A4, and let me say the car is a pleasure to drive.This was my third purchase with them and as usual I was impressed with all aspects of the experience. I want to thank Talas Rogers for his patience and his attention to detail in helping me get the car with exactly what I was looking for. We just purchased an AudiQ5 from Langan Audi East. The entire process was most agreeable. Our salesman, Talas Rogers, was extremely friendly,knowledgeable, and efficient. Rick Woldring, the General Manager, understood and met our needs in the purchase of the car. We encountered courteous and efficient representatives throughtout the buying process. This was by far the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. I bought an Audi A4 and the product speaks for it's self however, the customer service is second to none. Talas Rogers was the sales associate that helped me and not only was he very pleasant but he also made the buying experience completely stress free. He did what he to make sure I was able to purchase the car I wanted. They have an awesome crew at Langan. I will definitely be back to purchase again.

Talas was great from the first call he made after my inquire online. I came in and test drove the A4 he didn't oressure me to do numbers and I told him I was actually going to check out another car at Roberts auto and he told me that paul the owner was a great guy and would take good care of me. I decided that langan had a better choice of cars so I knew that night I'd be calling talas to come Back in but before I got home I had a email thanking me for my time and opportunity. Now I've bought a lot of cars but I will say his tentativeness should be showed more In the auto industry and specially in high end cars. I was looking to schedule a pick up for a Thursday but it was his day off and I didn't want him working on my day off but he insisted he would have no problem rescheduling his plans for me (wow:) I ended up asking if I could pick it up that night instead of his day off and he said he will make sure everything is ready and he would make it work even though he had another delivery at the same time. I came in and he had someone waiting to help me and Abas was very helpful with the paperwork and showing me some of the tech stuff even though I wasn't really planning on having help but I'm glad I did. They had a small issuer not finding the cat but it turned up and everything went smooth. Talas had let me know he was new with langan and all I have to say if langan had 5 of this wuality of sales person this dealership would be above and beyond any other. I will say this was my first experience that I actaually didn't dread. Thank you talas

Tallas my salesperson spent time listening too what I was looking for in replacing the G37 I was returning in less than a few days. He helped me understand each Audi I was interested in and then I took a test drive. i quickly felt the power and engineering in the Audi 5 . Communications from Tallas the next day Impressed me as to the level of service I received. I returned to the dealership the next day and test drive I've the A 6. I put chas d one and am very pleased with the entire experience. Tallas and Langan know how to treat customers. I highly recommend both Talles and Langan Audi for your next purchase

I bought an A8 from Langan. They did a great job. Every one there was friendly and helpful from the initial contact to taking delivery of my car. Sales person,Talas was very helpful and took his time showing the product line. Finance manager was great providing different financing options. The entire transaction was pleasurable.

I tried to deal with Langan when purchasing a new Audi. They tried to push one they had on the lot that did not have the options I wanted. They were not willing to order the car I wanted. Because of this I decided to buy elsewhere and was offered much more for my trade in. Strike one. I took my car to them for maintenance a few times because they are the closest Audi dealer around. One time they scratched my car and denied doing it. After some dispute I got them to agree to fix it. The first attempt to fix the scratch was not done correctly. I showed the service manager how terrible the repair looked, and after more dispute, he agreed it was not done right. The second time they did not do anything to fix the scratch and just gave me the car back. After bringing this to their attention again they refused to fix the scratch. One comment was made by a service guy there, "maybe you should have bought the car from us", as if that is the service I should expect because I didn't buy it from them. Strike two. Since the scratch, I brought my car there to get a few small issues fixed related to Technical Service Bulletins, which they refused to perform. Apparently it is at the discretion of the dealer to fix problems related to TSB's. I read online that others had their dealers fix the same issues according to the TSB's at no cost. Langan told me I would have to pay for the repairs out of my own pocket. Strike three. Overall my experience with Langan has been frustrating and a waste of time. One would expect that if you pay a premium for a vehicle it should come with the same level of service in return. This is not true of Langan. Their sales and service struck out and I will never go back. I encourage you to shop elsewhere.
