I was very pleased with my experience at Audi Brookline. The new showroom is gorgeous too! They took my car in, did a full assessment, luckily there were only minor repairs needed, and I was out after just 2 hours. The free coffee, WiFi and comfortable (physically distanced chairs) showroom made me not mind being there. Great job Audi Brookline.

This is a follow up after a recent service experience in May 2021. During my prepaid service I was told I would soon need a new battery and alignment now. The battery and installation cost would be over $550. Having just purchased the highest reviewed (and higher spec) marine battery for $200, I inquired of the service manager why the difference. He insisted that he needed to charge over an hour labor and that only an Audi battery would suffice. He further insisted that my local astute repair station would not have the software to change a battery. He insisted this even though Mass has right to repair and local repair stations have access to Audi software, which mine does. My invoice states $268 labor, $235 parts, and $37.77 miscellaneous for one battery. I note, that like all Herb Chambers dealers I have had service at, NOWHERE is the hourly labor rate or total hours stated, only the labor charge. Why deny customers the hourly labor rate on the invoice? He also insisted that only Audi can do alignment and that Sullivan Tire ( which provides lifetime alignment on the same tires Audi sells , but less expensive) does only one of several adjustments required. Both my service station guy ( much cheaper) and the manager at Sullivan Tire Newton hotly debate the assertions the Audi manager made. When I inquired about those discrepancies, the service manager (not departed Gabe) became defensive and heatedly accused me of calling him a “liar.” In addition, although Audi kept our used battery, which when one has no trade in battery usually costs $25 extra because the lead has value, I was charged $37.77 for unspecified “miscellaneous charges,” nowhere specified on the invoice.

I leased a vehicle from Jonathan at Brookline Audi several months ago. From the moment I met Jonathan, I knew that I was in good hands. He made the leasing process seamless and was even able to get me a loaner vehicle at the last minute on a Friday afternoon. Jonathan made the purchase easy, super transparent and completely hassle free. Almost everything was done over the phone or email. So by the time I got to the dealer, the car was ready and waiting. I didn't even spend 30 minutes there. Well worth the drive. Came up from Rhode Island and instead of going to the local Inskip dealership, went to Brookline Audi. If anyone else reads this, drive the extra miles to work with Jonathan and get everything done super quick. Its worth it.

I had to bring my q5 in to have the brakes replaced. I usually don't write reviews but I just had to express how amazing the service was. I specially worked with David Davidian, he accommodated my scheduled and answered every question I had and made my experience flawless. Having your car serviced can sure be an inconvenience but NOT when you have David as your go to guy to help you every step of the way. Highly recommend Audi of Brookline and be sure to ask for David!

I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service I received from Jonathan Williams, Audi Brand Specialist and Darin Czuchra Pre Owned Manager at Audi of Brookline. I have interfaced with countless sales representatives from multiple dealerships in the past and without a doubt, Jonathan and Darin rank as some of the best I have worked with. There was no pressure to purchase, they answered all of my questions and concerns, worked with me on my trade in and the price of the CPO S5. When it came time for delivery of my car, there was an issue with it. They quickly outfitted me in a loaner and kept me informed as to the issue with my car and what repairs the service technician was performing. I also want to mention that Kayla DiPaolo, Finance Manager went out of her way to secure the lowest finance rate for me on my purchase. Because my experience was so exceptional, I have already referred co-workers and family and friends who are interested in a new or certified pre-owned Audi to contact Jonathan and Darin. I love my new Audi! Thanks to everyone at Audi of Brookline, MA. From the moment we walked through the door, our Salesman Scott was professional and very knowledgeable about the Q5 as well as helpful guiding us through the leasing process. Had a great experience here. Knew about what I needed to get. Got in a car to test drive within 5 minutes of being there. All questions answered. Rock bottom price delivered right away for lease, very satisfied, didn't even have to negotiate. Car is beautiful. Jason Crede was fantastic, took care of all the set up details before I arrived. Miguel in financing helped tremendously taking me through options, setting up business lease. All the other salesmen were also attentive at all times. Would go back again for sure.

Dont be fooled by the humble exterior... this dealer is a hidden diamond in Brookline!! I wasn't even thinking of buying a vehicle when I drove by this dealer. I saw a cute car and stopped in. Devin greeted me with a genuine smile. He showed me the car and answered all my questions. When it was time to work out a deal with the help of Anthony and Miguel (management and finance) I walked out of there feeling care for and educated. Not to mention I walked out with the car of my dreams and a great deal. Although, I am a female, I was treated with respect and courtesy. I am very pleased and will come back soon! Thank you!

I was on the hunt for a particular pre-owned model/year Mercedes SUV. My search found two vehicles up in Boston, MA but I live in Raleigh, NC. I didn't let the geographic distance deter my interest in these vehicles and made inquiries with both dealers. Of the 2 dealerships I dealt with, the Audi Brookline Team was most helpful and accommodating. I initially dealt with Bethany Juneau who handles the online inquiries. Since I was not in state, she was kind enough to set up a virtual walk around of the vehicle via Facetime with salesman Scott Pann. Scott did a thorough job of walking me through the vehicle for almost an hour that included starting the vehicle, turning on the exterior/interior lights, showing me the engine bay, etc., etc.. I found out that Scott was as picky as me and he made it a point to identify any aesthetic issues as well as answer any/all of my questions. He assured me that all of the pre-owned vehicles go through a safety inspection process before they are offered for sale. After Scott's virtual tour, I had to fly up to the dealership to actually test drive the vehicle. Once I figured out that I wanted the SUV, I dealt with Miguel Rosario the Finance guy who was a pleasure to deal with. To make a long story short, "I came, I saw and I bought" lol. All in all my out of state purchase experience with Audi Brookline was great and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a pre-owned or new vehicle. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE??? Purchased a 2011 Cadillac SRX in September 2015 and was told we had a 60 day warranty! Was never told that repairs would be at the dealerships discretion!!!! Front end clunking noise and was told that we would be allowed one chance to see if it fixed the problem and that was it!! Guess what, the one repair we was allowed fixed part of the problem! Now just left with a light knocking sound, guess we'll be fixing that ourselves!!! Had a problem losing interior sounds and was limited on how much they would allow to fix that also!! Really disappointed with the quality of service after the sale at such a reputable dealership!!!

did the worst thing possible, impulse bought a 2015 CPO all road, am I happy so far yupdid the initial walk in and met a young sales guy Ryan, very helpful and answered all my questions. He finding my want/need of a CPO 2015 intro'd me to the used vehicle manager (Darin) and we talked about the car on the lot. Gathered my senses and left for the weekend. came back and secured the deal at my interest rate (there was a special on the interest rate from Audi ) Kayla worked thru the numbers and all set to go. will be picking up the car with the wife even after they offed to drop off to my house

Worked with Chris Garvin in sales, Mike Espey on negotiation and Kayla on the paperwork. Ultimately bought a 2017 Q7 Prestige. They were friendly, not pretentious like some luxury brand dealers, and extremely knowledgeable. Chris was amazing. From the first day I met him he immediately focused on what I wanted (specific color and optons). He didn't try to sell me something else. He setup a great test drive and knew everything about this just released, brand new model. We initially couldn't come to the right numbers to make the sale, but he was so cordial and good about it. I walked that day but the sales manager, Mike and I ultimately made a deal over a short time that worked for both of us. As with any car purchase, negotiation was the biggest challenge but it was a professional, non-condescending process. On delivery, Mike spent a few hours with me going over the setup and features of the car and creating my new Audi services account for the Care and Connect support features. He made sure I completely understood how to handle this incredibly advanced Q7. I highly recommend Chris Garvin and Audi Brookline. And the new Q7 is one incredible vehicle. Very pleased.

Our initial contact with Audi Brookline was by phone with Dave McBride. He was extremely helpful. He located the only 2016 Audi Q5 hybrids on lots in the country. Several calls to other dealerships were very unhelpful, trying to push us toward vehicles I was not interested in.Once in the showroom we were assisted by Ryan Beattie. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We did not feel pressured during the sale. He helped locate and transport the vehicle. He went out of his way to help us locate and mount winter tires/wheels. He was easy to communicate with both by phone and email. Also, he was very honest and always took the time to find the answer to our questions. I would highly recommend him!

I registered for Audi's Goodwill Package for diesel A3 TDI owners in November and bought a brand new A4 sedan in mid December as the "goodwill package" was "in the mail." Because I traded in the A3 TDI to Audi, Audi will not honor the Goodwill Package. Audi of Brookline was helpless in this. It's hard to know how hard they tried. Any goodwill Audi was trying to create has turned sour!

Bethany has been so helpful to me. For several months she has tried to locate a vehicle for me, nationwide, that fits all of the requirements which I desire. It was especially hard to locate the color that I wanted, and she finally found a car that might do in a neighboring Audi dealership. Ralph has taken care of me for the past 16 years. I get a new car every 3 years and he makes it totally client centered- delivered car to me with full tank I'd gas and had me wait in warm showroom when he had it inspected. Most important to me I trust Ralph. When he presents me with numbers and a bottom line figure I know it is honest

I was in the market to buy a new or CPO Audi and visited over four different Massachusetts dealerships. Herb Chambers was by far the best to work with. Their friendly, no pressure, knowledgeable staff were fantastic. We ended up buying a car from them with help from Rob and Ryan. Ryan was very helpful after the purchase as well answering many calls and emails I had about my new vehicle and gave an excellent presentation. We had a great experience with Audi Brookline and with Ryan Beattie our salesperson. We never felt pressured at all, and we ended up with a 2015 Q3 that we are extremely happy with. Ryan was a huge help (and I might add very patient with us as he answered our many, many questions), clearly very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and help steer us into our awesome new car. I knew Brookline Audi when it was Volkswagen Brookline, from whom I bought several VW's On my recent visit to Brookline Audi I was welcomed back by Chris Garvin, who made the experience of buying a new S4 a very pleasant one. Chris' knowledge of the brand, his concern for the customer, and efficient handling of the details were all outstanding. I recommend Audi Brookline, Chris Garvin, and Miguel Rosario very highly.

I previously dealt with two other Audi dealerships before contacting Audi Brookline. The two other Audi dealerships fit the bill of the stereotypes associated with the car buying experience: high pressure sales tactics, lack of transparency, and lies. One dealership told me that Audi doesn't negotiate price and the General Manager at the other dealership backed out of a deal after I kept asking questions which they never answered in the first place. Given the frustrating experience at the other two dealerships I was ready to stay with BMW but Audi Brookline was able to lure me away. I sent an email to Audi Brookline asking about an A7 they had in stock. Within a few minutes, David McBride, the Internet Manager, responded to my inquiry with all the information that I had asked for. He even ran a couple of financing scenarios for me as well and this was at 9pm. David never gave me the typical email response "let's setup a time when you can come down to the dealership to look at the car and discuss pricing". David gave me the best pricing upfront and provided me all the information through email. All the past 4 cars that I have purchased were from dealerships that weren't afraid to provide me pricing through email. The following day I went to look at the car. I met David and was also greeted by Mike Espey who is the Sales Manager, Mike reviewed the proposal with me and I agreed to the numbers. Kayla DiPaolo was my assigned sales person/brand specialist and she did an amazing job teaching me about the car and getting me setup with all the tech features of the car. Even after the sale, she came through for me since I noticed the cargo net that was supposed to come with the car was missing. I emailed her and the cargo net was delivered the next day. Kayla is great! I also dealt with Miguel in Finance who was took the time to explain all the numbers to me. I signed the paperwork and agreed to meet with their DMV runner the next day to take delivery of the car. I had the pleasure to meet John, their DMV runner, who is one of the nicest person you could meet. The DMV was exceptionally slow that day but the conversations with John made the time fly by. The entire experience at Audi Brookline was hassle free, no games from the initial email to post sale, and dare I say pleasurable. Audi corporate should send the other Audi dealerships here for training.

Form the first phone Conversation with Devian McEvoy to leaving Brookline Audi with our 2011 Cadillac SRX was the experience that purchasing a vehicle should be! We was greeted the minute we entered the dealership by Oksana Anderson who was welcoming and pleasant. We asked her to take for our test "ride" as we were not familiar with the area. She promptly started the process for the trade and sale. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the staff and experience. It was well worth the 400 mile trip to purchase the vehicle that we had been looking for! Would definitely recommend Brookline Audi.

The recent purchase of our 2011 Cadillac SRX at Audi of Brookline was a positive experience from my first phone conversation with Devian McEvoy. When we arrived for our appointment we were welcomed the minute we entered the showroom by Oksana Anderson. She was very friendly and easy to talk to, professional and knowledgeable . The whole process went so smoothly. We have even had a call from Devian and Oksana to see how much we are loving our SRX! I was welcomed when I first walked into the Audi Brookline showroom. I wasn't sure which car I was going to get, Ryan Beattie was very patient and answered all my questions. Ryan explained all the vehicle details and optional packages to make sure they are what I want. He always respond to all my calls even on his day off. He continues his after sale follow-up. First experience buying a car! Ryan Beattie helped me through the process and it was a positive experience! I really didn't know what I was looking for, just wanted an all wheel drive. First we looked at a BMW and Audi A4 but wasn't sold on any. Ryan was extremely informative and professional and lead me to a beautiful A5 that was an amazing price. It was everything I ever wanted in a car and Ryan nailed it! Ryan answered every question I had and I was extremely nervous when it came to the paperwork but he made the process and experience a good one! I worked with Ryan Beattie to buy a used Acura and the whole process was a breeze. He knew what I was looking for in a car (relatively low mileage, under $10k, reliable and compact) and when he saw a trade come in that fit the criteria he contacted me immediately. I was able to stop by the next day for a test drive and he was very knowledgable on the car even though it wasn't an Audi, which was an added bonus. We were able to negotiate a reasonable price and I brought it home with me the next day! I was looking for a SUV with a 3rd row and initially was looking at the Acura MDX. I called into Audi Brookline and spoke to Internet Manager Dave McBride. He was a pleasure from the start, knew his product and gave us suggestions, even spent the time to go over the entire inventory and let us know what was available when nothing we liked was at his location. He set up what he called a "VIP something" and we were contacted with information about the cars we were interested in. Dave followed up with me and my wife throughout our entire shopping experience. We had to put a hold on our search for now, but when we start looking again, we will be contacting Dave immediately and you should too.

I have just leased a Q5 and the car is amazing. However, what brings me to write this review was the buying experience. As a foreigner, I needed to find a dealer which had those programs for expatriates. I heard that Herbchambers might have one and I visited Audi Brookline to gather more information. I was received by Ryan Beattie, a Brand Specialist who made everything possible to assure I could have my Audi. Since the first contact til the closing of the deal, Ryan was always there and very concerned on making me feel a special client. I brought my A6 into Audi Brookline for it's 45k mile service, and I was looking for a newer model. Max in the service department is a true gentleman and asset to the dealership. Helpful, concise and accommodating, he was able to fit my car into his very busy shop. The technician, Paul, took the time to introduce himself, explain what was needed and how long it would take. While there, I struck up a conversation with Scott M in sales. He offered to allow me to drive an S5 and we began comparing notes on our past automotive histories. Once we returned to the dealership, I asked about the possibility of ordering an A5 with very specific specifications. Scott introduced me to Gabe, his manager, and over the course of the next 45 minutes, the 3 of us were able to find the exact car I wanted in a dealership in New York. Together, they were able to offer me a FANTASTIC price on the new car, had the car shipped up from New York and delivered to me the dream car! I had been to other 5 other Audi dealerships while car shopping, but was always told..."this is all we have in stock, there are no cars that match what you want..." and was given a "take it or leave it" attitude. Scott M and Gabe went way above and beyond the lip service and took the time, made the effort and allowed me to experience one of life's guilty pleasures... an amazing overall auto buying pleasure!

I brought my A6 in for service (Great job Max and Paul!) and had the pleasure to meet Scott MacDonald, while admiring the R8 on the showroom floor. Conversation led to a "test drive" in an S5, which led to us going over ownership chances (limited budget, not possible). We did come up with a specific check list for A5 ownership, (new or used) during which I had the pleasure to meet Gabe Despres (GM). Over coffee, and as Scott was beating up his laptop, the three of us worked out the financial details to make ownership affordable. While searching the order banks and national inventory, Scott was able to locate the EXACT car (recent port arrival) I had spec'ed out. We shook hands on a deal (a hand shake still means something to me!) and my NEW "The way I want it" S-LINE A5 was delivered 4 days later! I must add that I had been to 5 other Audi dealers and had been blown off with "...this is all we have in stock..." attitude. I can't praise Audi Brookline enough, along with SCOTT and GABE for going the extra mile to ensure that I was a more than satisfied customer! A fantastic overall, pleasurable experience for an admitted "difficult to please" customer! I will be bringing all my service requirements and future sales business to HERE!

My husband and I were interested in a q5 and went to various dealers looking. A friend of ours referred us to Gabe Despres, the General Manager. My husband called him and within and hour he emailed my husband 3 different options that he had. Gabe was so friendly and patient with us as we were not sure what we wanted. We made our way over there and were pleasantly surprised when we walked in with the customer service. Gabe made us feel very comfortable, like we were the most important people there. I just bought my second Audi in two months from these folks. Never in my wildest imagination did I ever think i would have two gorgeous Audis sitting in my driveway. Audi Brookline made this happen. In the latest transaction, Audi Brookline significantly marked down the price of the A6 I wanted. They also gave me by far the most for my trade, and I know because I had taken it to several different dealerships beforehand. Once the deal was made, Audi Brookline went out of its way to make sure the car was delivered on time with all the paperwork taken care of. It's a used car, but it looks brand new like it just came out of the showroom. I really cannot recommend these folks enough. They understand that these cars represent significant investments and they help you every step of the way.Thanks so much!

We met Kayla and Gabe when we went to look at a pre-owned car. Both were very friendly and helpful, no high pressure sales pitch which was really appreciated! There was some delay with the paperwork, but Kayla was extremely responsive and kept us updated. A loaner car was provided and my new car delivered to me when everything was ready. The customer service provided by Kayla was really outstanding!

Gabe and Amie worked tirelessly to ensure that they found the car I wanted in the price range we had agreed upon. I was admittedly a bit demanding. I was checking the availablility of a used 2009 AUDI A6 AVANT and was fortunate to have Dave McBride return my inquiry, unfortunately the car was just sold. I explained to Dave what I was looking for and requested to for him to keep me posted on Audi or BMW 5 series wagons. It is a COMPLETELY different experience from the Audi dealership it was a couple months ago. Herb Chambers prices are fixed, but reasonable, so if you do your research and you know what you want to buy, it is an easy transaction. The customer service is phenomenal, and I really had fun with both the sales people and the manager. I worked with Mike Berube who did not try to rip me off or make me feel as if I was being taken advantage of because I was a "female buying a car." I traded in my leased Q5 for a slightly used Audi A4, and I not only got a great deal, but they made sure I was happy. I came back several days later and pointed out small scratches that I had not noticed at first, and they immediately gave me a loaner car and fixed everything until it was perfect. This is the "new" Audi of Brookline. You don't need to go anywhere else.

I went into Audi Brookline figuring that it would be my first stop, and then I would shop around and compare. Instead, to my pleasant surprise, it turned out to be my one and only stop. As on the first day, when I returned the next day, everyone at the dealership from Oksana, my salesperson, to Tony, the general manager, and everyone else I met including Greg, Miguel, Ralph, Mike, Chris, and Paul were so accommodating, helpful, and efficient, that there was no need for me to shop anywhere else. My experience with the service group was great. We worked with Ken Meltzer, who was very nice and did a great job explaining what repairs were needed and why. He was very responsive. Everything was handled quickly and at what I thought was a reasonable price.

I was feeling confused and overwhelmed by many of the features on my new Audi 3, particularly the MMI Touch system. Original salesperson's explanation had not been very helpful. While I had not purchased my car at Brookline Audi, the showroom was close to where I lived. I took a chance and called their sales manager, hoping that someone there would be able to answer my questions. I was fortunate that the sales manager agreed to this idea and put me in touch with an Audi ELITE Brand Specialist, Amie Le. Amie was wonderful and sat in my car, on different occasions, clearly answering my questions and explaining the features about which I was unclear. Amie was a most knowledgeable, patient and clear communicator. A great teacher! I was thrilled with the services provided by Brookline Audi and would highly recommend their dealership. I would be happy to purchase a future car from them. Thanks so much Amie. I may be back!

I am very satisfied with not only the quality of work but the service experience from beginning to end! Ask for Ken M.! He is the best service adviser I have ever had and the reason why I continue to purchase all of my cars from Brookline Audi.

I had a great experience shopping at Audi Brookline. Went to other dealerships, but Greg and Mike were so helpful and made everything so easy, I felt comfortable buying a car there.

After being a Cadillac owner for years, I decided to try Audi and I was thrilled with the customer service at Audi of Brookline, in Brookline, Ma. I was a little unsure about what I wanted but my sales person Kayla was very informative and easy to work with as well. Mike Espey, the General Sales Manager was extremely thorough and a pleasure to work with. I was delighted to meet Tony Bruno as well, who welcomed me to the Audi family. I cannot thank them enough for a wonderful experience.
