My husband was an automobile dealer for years. I can truly state this was the best experience we have had buying a car.The entire staff was wonderful. Everyone greeted us, gave us food and drink, saw to it that we were comfortable and all we very professional.

Really enjoyed working with Bob. He was extremely supportive in trouble shooting a problem that I had. He made sure that I was completely happy with the car that I purchased. He took the time to explain all the operations of the vehicle, with great patience. I would buy another car from Bob.

Bob listened and was attentive, but gave me the space to shop and test drive along with the friend I had in tow. He noticed what I liked and located a vehicle after I left the showroom. We followed up electronically and by phone to finalize the lease. Bob was really great to work with.

Frank and I had a wonderful experience at Cape Cod Audi. Robert Donovan was very attentive and listened to every detail we wanted in our new car. We were up front about not bogging us down with a huge sales pitch. He answered all questions and if he didn't have one he researched for us. He made buying our Q3 easy. He even arranged for us to get the car the same day. Robert was a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to working with this Audi dealership.

Thoroughly professional and Jenna took time to show me how to change my clock in the car. I love waiting for my car when it is being serviced by this dealership. The waiting area is clean and welcoming. The high top tables and chairs are a great place to sit and working on things while I wait.

I dealt with Mark Leone when I was thinking about trading in my 2011 Q5 and buying a new Q5. He took the time to ask me questions about my driving habits and what I would be looking for in a tech package and he nailed it. After reviewing my wants he presented me with the number and I was unfortunately not going to be able to make it worth my while so I then decided to just stay with my car. I have a work vehicle so my Q5 is just for fun. Kind of hard to justify the $ if the numbers don't work for me. I said my goodbyes over the phone and that was it. Well Mark once again went the extra mile and found me a Q5 that was above and beyond what I wanted at the price point I was looking for. It was a 2015 Q5 demo that had the warranty I wanted and the NAV that I was hoping to get with under 8K miles on it. He sent the info and pics to me in a text and I was in. After a quick call with a few questions I was sold and couldn't be happier. I live on Nantucket so all of this was done over the phone and when I got to the mainland Mark picked me up drove me over and had everything lined up for me. I was in and out in an hour including the inspection and the simplicity of the whole thing was awesome. Talk about taking care of a client! Mark did a great job for me and for Audi and has won you guys a client for as long as I own my Audi. Thank you very much for all your help Mark! Nicely done.

Mark had been the salesman for friends of mine who bought a Q3 in the fall of 2015. He was very patient with me as I went back several times while I was looking at a variety of cars, answering all my questions and making himself available to my schedule. When Mark was not available, Cyndy Warner went with my husband for a test-drive so we were always covered. He was very easy to work with and it was because of Mark plus the excellence of the Q5 that I purchased the car.

Purchasing our Q7 from Allen Parsons was a seamless process. Allen was very accommodating and answered all our questions and concerns. It was fun to buy a car since there was no added pressure which is a nice change from buying some of our other vehicles ! Allen Parsons is an excellent salesperson. Very personable and knowledgeable about our car along with other options available. He promptly returned our calls and guided us through the financing process. All of this was taken care of in one afternoon as we picked up our car next day. Showed us how to operate the car and followed up with a call a few days later to see if we had any questions and to ask how we liked our new wheels. Subsequently, Allen sent us a very nice card thanking us for our business !

Though I was 10+ minutes early for my appointment time, Jorel was waiting for me in the service bay, with a smile on and an immediate can-do helpful attitude. I was able to get the first appointment time that worked for me and my schedule. Jorel was and has always been great. I called and asked for the first appointment the following Friday and he quickly told me that is fine and that he'd have a rental for me. Perfect!

My email request was answered promptly by Lori. Went in the next day to preview cars. I was purchasing a pre-owned car but was treated like I was purchasing high end. The approach was low pressure and the salesperson (Allen) was thorough. He even called another one of their dealerships to see if they had something for me. I ended up deciding on a car, had to go away for a few days and wanted to do the paperwork on my way back to Martha's Vineyard. Allen arranged it, and Chris (GM) stayed after the dealership had closed to accommodate me. Then, they arranged to have it brought to the boat for me! Allen even called me a week later just to make sure I was satisfied with my car and the service! The experience was seamless and painless and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks again!

Bought an Audi A3 Quattro in glacier white metallic on 1/22/16. The A3 was not available in that color on lot in Hyannis but Bob Higgins found one for me. He was very thorough and patient going over inventory available. Bob Higgins was very understanding and agreeable. Was a very pleasant transaction experience. Would definitely recommend Audi in Hyannis to my friends. Christopher Laham, general manager, and Bob Higgins, client advisor, were very professional in this buying process. Continued such professionalism when I returned to their facility after I purchased my Audi.

I commented on how nice the dealership was and was informed by Bob that you will be moving to a new facility in a few months. When I came down to pick up the Q5 I drove past the new digs and it looks spectacular... looking forward to spending time there while my car gets serviced. Bob was a pleasure to deal with... knew about the Q5 options and let us drive all the models we wanted to consider... no pressure to buy that day and was able to answer all my wife's questions. I can't remember a buying experience ( not just involving cars ) that I enjoyed more. The Q5 is the 6th Audi I have bought since 1990 ( 200, 2-A4's, A6 and an Allroad ). While I clearly enjoyed all those vehicles, none of the purchase experiences came close to matching my experience at Audi Cape Cod. I'm looking forward to getting the car serviced there because my expectations are that the quality of service they offer isn't limited to the sales group.

I purchased my previous Audi in December 2004 - it was an Audi A4 wagon; I loved that car and clearly I'm someone that can drive a car to the last leg -- that one even had some leg left. But it was time for sure. Mark was a perfect sales/customer advocate partner for me -- no pressure; very good listener; and such a nice person. I left after the test drive (and, I drove the all road and a Q3) letting him know I really wanted the all road but wanted to keep the price down. I was going to look (and did) for a 2014/2015 all road with low miles and in perfect condition. I found one at another dealer (horrible experience) and left. Mark called the next day to say he had an idea - get me a new all road with fewer bells + whistles (which were not important to me). He listened well and I wanted to buy a car from HIM. Super great experience.

I have purchased 5 Audis in the past 8 years at 5 different dealers. 2 out of the first 4 dealers I previously dealt with received a 5 star review. Audi of Cape Cod deserve a 6! Audi CC received on trade a rare Avant that we had to have. I sent an e-mail and was quickly connected with Bob Higgins. Bob has to be the most helpful and attentive person I have ever met. He promptly provided me with the information I needed, we arranged a time to view the car the next day and it was as he described. The price was absolutely fair, as was their value for our trade. The cars title was in the mail so the initial papers were signed without any money down as Bob didn't think it was fair to take money until the dealership was 100% sure the title was clean and the car passed a thorough inspection. Bob communicated with my family during the whole process between the initial purchase and the title arriving, letting us know the service the car was going to receive and arranging for the car to be insured and ready to go when we came back 2 weeks later. Due to Bob's attentiveness, Matt in finance was able to have all of the documents ready when we arrived and the total process of picking up the car was painless and the paperwork part took less than 10 minutes. Bob and his colleagues then helped us set the car up (navi, bluetooth, seat memory etc.). The car is excellent and we couldn't be happier. Audi of CC was honest, fair, friendly and easy to work with. We have purchased Audis from 2 competitors closer to our home and while those experiences were quite good, Audi CC easily topped their service and value. If you are willing to make the drive out to Hyannis Audi of Cape Cod is likely the best Audi Dealership you can find in the region.
