Had my Audi picked up for factory recall of computer.I was left with a loaner (2017 A4). Did not need the loaner but felt secure that if needed I was not stranded.Audi brought back that afternoon all washed.Cannot say enough good things about the dealership.Thank you

Sal and the team always take car of me and my Audi and make it a good experience. This service was my 55K service and he informed earlier this year that it was a big one and covered a lot and would be rather expensive. I appreciated that so that I wasn't surprised by the time the invoice came.And as usual I was provided with a loaner which is always appreciated.Thank you all for what you do for me and my Audi!

Sal did his usual fantastic job. Oil was changed and the vehicle was checked over by the mechanics. Sal gave me a report of problems noted, tires were rotated and balanced and an alignment was completed on the front end. While the battery was showing signs of wear and usage, I decided that it could wait for a short time for replacement. The time taken was as expected, short enough to wait, so I did so in the lounge where refreshments were readily available. Sal kept me informed on the progress, and the vehicle was returned after being washed.

All good but the F&I girl was so busy selling me a warranty...which she tried to close 4 times...that she overlooked the insurance binder. She had the salesman follow up three days later, looking for a binder that had been emailed to the dealer the day the car was purchased.Lots of commissions in those warranties....so sell, sell, sell!Cheers

a warning light came on indicating that my tail-light was not working. Called Sal and he immediately made room for me and I dropped off the car. later that day, Sal called to let me know that the board had melted and there was another problem that needed to be addressed. I was startled by the amount of the repair, but my previous experiences with Sal allowed me to trust the amount of the charge. I strongly stated my disappointment with Audi based the cost to repair, but obviously agreed to the repair.I received a call back from Sal 15 minutes later and he let me know that Audi helped with the parts and the Dealership provided extra consideration for the labor. My wife is in the process of selecting a new SUV/Crossover vehicle and it looks like our confidence in Sale and Ft Myers Audi have us leaning towards the Q5. we will definitely purchase an extended warranty on the new vehicle. I wished I would have purchases one on my TT when it was still under warranty. It would have been a reasonable price. Lesson learned...but greatly appreciate how I am treated by Sal and his team at Ft Myers Audi!

The location is user friendly and the facilities are fabulous. The people I was in contact with were all very knowledgeable and helpful. the sales rep we worked with was not "high pressure" but was attentive and went to great lengths to make our experience comfortable. We had to fly back from Ohio to retrieve the car and Joshua picked us up at the airport some 35 miles away and delivered us to our car. Very helpful!

Chris was my point of contact in the service department. He was very courtesy. He offered to do a little leg work for me to help with cost since I had a lot to be done at one time. When I called for an appointment they were able to give me the day and time I requested. Chris Mattia met me when I arrived and made note of the items I wanted done. After the car was inspected Dan Peach reviewed everything with me and advised me of things that should be done, and what the expense was for every item. We agreed on what to do with an item left for further repair. My wife drives the car normally and she is very happy with how it feels. I never thought that I could possibly say this about buying a new car, but I had a terrific experience purchasing my new Audi Q5 from this dealership. Josh Escobar was exceptionally knowledgeable and was very careful to honor my request for the specific vehicle and the technology I was interested in. Ken, his immediate supervisor, was focused on seeing to it that the entire experience met my needs and his delightful (and appropriate) sense of humor brought a great positivity to the experience. In terms of finalizing the purchase, Erika Fleming, was the icing on the cake. She explained financing and extended warranty options in a way that showed that she really cares that the customer understands what each option means. My entire experience at this dealership was 10+++++ and I would have no hesitation recommending them!

We ordered our new Audi Q7 last fall, knowing it would be delivered in early 2017. I felt that we could have been better informed about the actual delivery date - status updates on a regular basis. We had software issues with the car and I understand that this problem was not unique. Barry was great and I think our problem has been resolved. The car has been back to service twice - both times we were delivered a loaner.

While on vacation,my check engine light came on, so i called Fort Myers Audi. They got me a next day appt.. My 9 yr old A4 needed multiple pieces parts so they gave me a free loaner ,so i could get on with my vacation, and the next day delivered my now fixed car to me . Sorry but being a skeptic i then called a good friend of mine who is a retired certified porsche mech.read him my receipt over the phone ,( which was $2200.00.) He said that sounded fair and that they didn't take advantage of my situation . . . told me to quit whining . Sorry for misjudging these guys, they were great , especially the service manager , Chris.

If you are looking for an Audi this is the place to visit. First class from start to finish. Many dealerships have a nice sales process but when you come in for service it all changes....not here !! I stopped by without an appointment to ask a few questions about some minor issues and they were more than obliging. We were greeted immediately and our service advisor noticed the very minor problem before I could even ask. The car was fixed immediately, my questions were answered honestly and we were done and on our way home within 90 minutes !! Thank you Audi of Ft. Myers.

I bought an RS 4 from Fort Myers Audi in 2006. It now has 31,000 miles on it and has been serviced by this dealer since new, except for a brief period when I had it in Canada. The service has always been beyond reproach. I also bring another Audi from Canada each winter. Fort Myers Audi has always provided great service whenever needed.

FT Myers Audi has a Service Tech schedule an appt with you to come to your house and explain all the technology and gadgets on the vehicle after you have had it a few weeks.. Great job... the Tech called, set an appt, called me the day of to say he was coming, arrived on time and went over any questions I had concerning the vehicle. Its a great service because after driving for a week or so I did have a few questions.. he also helped me program my garage door opener.

The Service Department at the Ft. Myers Dealership is great! They are very attentive and helpful. They always have a vehicle waiting for me to use, as I live almost 2 hours away. They find me the best discount out of what I have been offered and apply it to my total, saving me as much as possible. And, they always clean my car, which is not as easy as it sounds; I use my car for work & travel a lot!! Chris is the person I've dealt with the last 2 visits; he is a nice, respectful guy and he's always informed and prepared.

I bought a new Audi at my home dealership (Audi of Tampa) last year for my wife's 50th birthday. I like her car so much that I wanted one. Unfortunately, I had just purchased another brand in the last few months and could not make the numbers work due to the sharp depreciation of this newly purchased other brand. I had unsuccessfully tried to trade my car at several Audi dealerships around the state. This week, I happened to be driving up I-75 through Ft. Myers and saw Audi Fort Myers' brand new building and on a whim, decided to stop in. They had the exact car that I was looking for. James Frost, my Brand Specialist, worked patiently with my circumstances and together with the collaborative efforts of the Sales, Finance, and General Managers - who were all professional and courteous - made it work for me.Within three hours of my impromptu stop, I was back on I-75 in my new Audi, which by the way, is outstanding!The Dealership's facility is brand new and beautiful but more importantly, the professionals that I found there were a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend Audi Fort Myers to anyone looking to put the four-rings in their garage.
