I don't understand the negative reviews about Audi Lynbrook. From the moment you walk into the beautiful facility, you are greeted by people with a smile and a willingness to assist you.Eric made the sales process very simple and easy. I was well informed along the way. Extremely easy dealership to work with. Coldit was very pleasant and knowledgeable about all the features of my car and easily explained how everything worked.I highly recommend Audi Lynbrook.

My audi experience at the lynbrook location has always been excellent. Coldit Thompson is the best, he is not pushy which all customers hate. The facility is always very clean and the staff is very helpful and informative. Coldit actually sold me my 2014 A4 and my boyfriend and 2014 A5 we are very happy with our purchases.

At all cost avoid this dealership, from sales and finance, everybody lies. They sell you extended warranty and they submit another paperwork to the warranty company. Causing you losing money and time. Don't trust anybody.

Purchasing a vehicle is a very stressful thing to do. Josh Haynes was extremely helpful in the process. He kept me updated on when my vehicle was arriving (they had to find one for me that had everything that I wanted) and he helped me choose the options that would be most useful to me. I believe customer service is extremely important. He assured me that this is is something Audi Lynbrook takes pride in. Definitely ask for Josh- extremely helpful and nice. He will keep you updated every step of the way and will follow up just a few days after to make sure everything is great!

We leased a Q3 last month and we were extremely satisfied with all aspects of the process. Chris Weis went out of his way to get the right car (color/features etc.) for us. He drove out of state to get the car my husband and I were looking for and delivered to us at Lynbrook within a couple days to meet a requested tight deadline. He was also able to give us a good deal financially that made possible for us to go for the lease. He spent an enormous amount of time going over all the details and answered several detailed questions my husband had on all the features. Chris was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful .A pleasure to work with.

Met Jason when I entered the audi lynbrook dealership. Had come in for a specific car and just wanted to talk numbers. I was ready to make the deal that day. Had a 2016 C300 w- 5,900 miles and was looking to trade it in. Waited for my offer, and got an astounding 29k offer. The car is clearly worth 38k. When I let them know that I had another offer from another dealership they said they would match. My alternate offer was 38k. They said no problem... But when it came down to it they refused to give me the number we agreed on! I left and went to helms bros and got a CLS550, brand new and got my trade values at 39k. Deal with Kelvin and John over at helms.don't waste your time at audi. Disgusting and dishonest! Jason has called me back several times to try and justify the value they offered but the numbers don't add up. They don't add up. Scammer. Beware!

On Monday August 29, I went to take delivery of a pre owned 2015 Audi A3. The finance person I spoke I honestly will tell you that she didn't have any knowledge of how to answer my questions. I don't understand how a person with a fico score of 737 end up with an interest rate of 5.4% on a pre owned car. before coming in on Monday I contacted the finance manager Eric on Wednesday, that was working on my deal and assured me that the interests rate would be at 3.4, and they sneak a $675 dealer fee after I said that I would not be paying for it , Where have you ever hear a delivery fee for a pre owned car. Will file a complaint with the BBB and the state attorney generals office.

Just showed up they are telling me the car got sold!!! And all they are saying is "im sorry " well Audi of Lynbrook sorry doenst fix your horrible service!!!! I have been leasing Audi cars for years, May 2016 I bought my first pre owned vehicle. Peter Matarazzo the Pre Owned Manager went out of his way to not only help me find the perfect car for me, but did not run and hide when I came back with a minor issue. He made sure I left happy. Christina Hellemeyer probably the best Audi Service Consultant the Corporation has is always so easy to deal with she is helpful and never makes me stress.I think she also knows more about the cars then the mechanics in the back! I am not rich I work hard for my money and make my car payments like a regular person but Lynbrook Audi and the staff they have chosen treat me exactly the same way as the billionaire that gets driven up in his limo and then leaves with the most expensive car on the lot. Took my Audi 2014 q7 for battery issues to the dealer and service.Service was done and dealer claimed battery was charged so my problem is rectified.Seems like battery problem was not fixed had to bring in my car once more to get the battery issue rectified.Audi lynbrook crashed my car in the procedure of getting my battery problem rectified.I was unaware of the car crash by the dealer called many times phone was unanswered,finally decided to go to dealer after couple of days,service advisor informed me the dealer crashed my car.They took responsibility and assured me they will get it fixed.After 2 weeks I receive my car.Battery issue is still there after 2 weeks of waiting.I was looking to trade in my car to get something newer and the new paint clearly shows.Regardless of the fact it doesn't show in the car fax but dealers during trade in scrutinize your vehicle to give you the lowest they can and they can tell there was fresh paint done.Really upset.Advisor tells me the car is like new now it was bought new not used.Avoid at all possible costs!!Horrible experience!!

A beautiful and inviting experience from start to finish. I was driving by and saw a couple of cars that caught my eye from the street. I pulled my car into the service area where they valet parked my car I was greeted right away by there warm staff. They introduced me to the PreOwned Manager Peter. We discussed my needs and wants. Then an Audi Specialist went over the features, test drive and trade evalution. There cars were the lowest prices around. The dealership is new with big screen TVs and a friendly staff. I drove home with a Certified Audi the same day. Soooo happy Highly reccomend Peter & his staff at Audi Lynbrook.

I bought used car from them not long ago . Pre own vehicle means nothing to them . They gave me the car with bad brakes . This dealer is a big rip off . They dime you and nickle you . The day I went to sign the paper . They charged me almost $1000.00 for bogus fees . And on the top of that they force you to buy a warranty from them . Big big big mistake I would never buy car from them .

The Q5 I'd been looking fore became available - a perfect fit to replace my 2009. Got there at 9:30AM and met Andri Cruz and Sandra Bedoya, who made it all happen. The deal was just right for me. Dropped my car off for engine light and my insurance company finally approved after a week of waiting now that they have approval and the part they are still keeping my car for another week. I've been without my car for about 2 weeks and they said they aren't sure if i'll get it on Monday or Tuesday. The service is not all that great but the staff isn't bad.

I bought a 2016 Audi five months ago at another dealership. Unfortunately, I had an accident that totaled the car. I knew just what I wanted in terms of model, color and options. The original dealer was unable to get me the car in a timely manner, they wanted more for the car and they weren't willing to negotiate. Lynbrook found the car I wanted and gave a deal I was very happy with. I've recommended them to all my Audi owning friends.

I have been have my Q7 serviced here and im not sure if itsme but it seems like every three weeks to a month something goes on this truck back in march 2015 my airbag light came on took it in for service they recommended that i change me battery $400, they said i needed carbon to cleanedout of the engine did it It ws leaking oil from the seal on the oil filter housing did it at the end it cost me about $4000.00, the lets say about may 2015 the cr started overheating, took it in they say its the wterpump and some sensor one week later they called me oh the car is ready $1300.00 . One week later the car is overheating again had to haved flatbedded to LYNBROOK AUDI, Two weeks later I got it back after the said it was three different faulty waterpumps, ok mostrecrntly the check engine light comes on i took it in they say its a fuel sensor sk lastnight im driving the car starts to hesitate on the LIE check engine light comes on.Lets see what thry say now, So my point is now im starting to think either i got a lemon or i beig taken for a ride

Cant say enough about Marcus Montgomery and Tom Capkunoski. Their professionalism and no nonsense approach was really welcoming. Brought my certified ore owner Q5 in for mandatory audi care service. I was told this service would be about 2 1/2 hours. 6 hours later i had to call to find iut status if the simole oil change. Basically it took all day.they have a valer service to return your car to you with Audi care. Do not use!!!! This is where i get a call that tje backed up and crashed ifnoring the back ip sensors they blare warnings and back ip camera.So for a 2 1/2 hour mandorty oil chamge i am without my new car for 3 days and countingAudi is great atlantic auto group not so much.Buy elsewhere.

I honestly do not have the words to properly articulate how bad my experience was with this dealership. I purchased a supposed Certified Pre-Owned AUDI Q5. The car was presented dirty inside and out and when i complained they said it was detailed last night. All the Bird Poo all over the car and inside not vacuumed or dusted was just an over night occurrence??? My husband shared his concerns about the tire tread and they literally laughed in our face advising the Certified Inspection 300 Check is very detailed the tires are within this. However the day after picking the vehicle up the Engine Malfunction light comes on and we have to have a new piece fitted in the engine, plus the fluids topped up as they were not at the right level AND two tires need to be replaced!!!However AUDI Lynbrook will not replace them they stand by their inaccurate report. How should I have any comfort level with this car? In my whole like I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior I would not buy a bicycle from them let alone a car again. I wish we had walked out of the dealership that day rather than purchase the car. Also to further add we made an appointment on the day to pick up the car it took 5 hours in total. The whole experience start to finish was a nightmare. It is my biggest regret.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this place. My ignition module was broken so I called to make an appointment. The woman on the phone told me to just to come in and they will repair it while I waited. I got there and the employees had no idea what I was talking about, being able to do it while I waited. I explained to the man helping me that I needed my car at the end of the day, whether if it was fixed or not. I never received a call and was not able to get my car back that day. The next day, I called them, and they said it would be ready at 1pm. I arrived at 1pm and waited about 20 minutes for help. After being called upon the man helping me, while very nice, was doing about 10 different things at once. All I wanted to do was pay and leave, instead he tried to sell me on more things that were broken with my car, some of which I knew for a fact were not. All while being interrupted every 30 seconds, by various co-workers, about a million different things. After about 20 more minutes I asked the man what I owed for the work that was done. While he was off helping someone else again, I left the cash that I owed on the counter, got in my car and drove away. After less than a week the same problem came back with my car. Now I have to do the same process all over again. When I say same process, I mean that word for word. The woman on the phone said they could do it while I waited, the men at the shop said they could not. I said I needed my car by the end of the day, they said no problem and no matter what, this time they would call. They did not call and I wasn't able to get my car back, again! The next day I was told that the module is completely broken and that it will be $900 to replace. Of course since its an Audi part I have no other options other than to pay it. I arrive at Audi and wait to be helped. Now the man sits down and goes over the bill with me. The part was $230 and the rest was labor. How can there be $670 of labor on a $230 part?!?!? Of course there is nothing I can really do other than argue with them, pay the money and take my car. While driving home I realize that the original money I paid the week before wasn't taken off my bill. I was told that that money was to diagnose the car and if I did the work it would be deducted from the bill. I call and leave a message for the man that helped me and of course have not heard back. I live a mile away from this service location and will drive an hour if I have to, to never deal with this place again. Absolutely awful in every imaginable way!!

Don't believe the negative reviews on here! I can't understand them. When this dealership was Anchor Audi, it was a mess, but when Justin Haynes took over with Atlantic it because THE BEST Audi dealership on Long Island and probably the ti-state area. I've purchased Audi's all over the Tri-State area and this place is hands down, the best in every way! Justin and his staff are simply amazing, I cannot write enough how on top of their game they are and how good they are at delivering a superb customer experience. We went in one night and met Eric Outcault, who has sold me Audi's in the past. Eric is the consummate professional, and took a great deal of time out to show my fiancee the Audi Q5, explain all its features, and explain why it is the best mid size luxury SUV on the market. Making the deal with the easiest I've ever dealt with (and thats saying a lot after buying about 10 cars in the last 4 years). There was no BS back and forth haggling, they gave me the price I wanted with the terms I wanted with no nonsense. It was the first time in my life that I didn't have to play back and forth with the sales consultant and the sales manager. Their first price was want I wanted and was a great deal---so no HAGGLING at this dealership! Delivery went perfectly. Eric took about 45 minutes to show my fiancee all the features of her new Q5, and was on his hands an knees wiping away excess dirt near the wheels to make it perfect for her. Eric followed up several times after my fiancee took the car home to make sure she understood all the features and evaluate her experience as a customer of Audi of Lynbrook.There are a lot of Audi dealers on Long Island, and from my experience all the rest are scam artists (with the exception of Atlantic Audi) ready to rip you off and not spend the time needed to buy a $50K+ car. You are a fool is you go anywhere else but this dealership to buy a new or used Audi, trust me. The rest of the dealers out there are terrible, I can tell your horror stories about all of them. Audi of Lynbrook has their stuff together and will deliver an amazing, tactful, and pleasant sales experience without a doubt. I promise it!

Pleasant environment with professional and knowledgeable individuals who took the time to work with me patiently and intelligently. I recently switched from a Lexus to and Audi. I leased my new car from Adnan Baig at Audi Lynbrook. Adnan was very knowledgable and professional. My experience was great from start to finish. I ordered my car and Adnan kept me up to date on the status during the entire process. He even called me to let me know my lease would cost less than I had anticipated. When my car was ready for delivery, Adnan spent over an hour with me going over all its options. He followed up with me in the weeks following to see if I had any questions. I love my new Audi A3. I have always leased cars and my experience at Audi Lynbrook and with Adnan is the best by far.

I had to wait for 30 mins before anyone approached me, the car salesman was rude and belligerent, he dismissed what I told him I was looking for, he was too busy trying to tell me what he thought was best for you, in all my years In dealing with salesmen this was by far my worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to any friends or family. I decided to leave because while I was waiting in the sun for him to show me another car, he went back inside to sit, I'm glad I left and went to Biener Audi where I was treated with respect the way customers should be, the salesman was polite and now I'm ready to buy my first Audi,

Working with our new car sales person Sofia, was without a doubt, the most positive buying experience we have ever had. Above all, we found Sofia to be completely honest and trustworthy. This fact can not be overstated considering the huge financial commitment of present day new vehicles. I have been seeing ads for Audi of Lynbrook touting the fact that they were under new management. I was in the market for a new car, so I decided to try them out. I was most impressed with my sales person....Matt Montano. He wasn't your typical cliche car salesman. He gave me the facts and let me decide for myself. If there was a rare instance where he didn't know something, he didn't try to wing it. He was quick to tell me that he would get the answer to my question and get right back to me. I appreciated that. Friendly sales staff as well. Everyone made sure to ask me if I needed anything. You really felt that the whole sales staff wanted to make sure I left there happy.

When I picked the car up, he took his time in showing me how all the mechanisms of the car worked, from synching my phone to bluetooth to raising and lowering the convertible top. Sofia was thoughtful and considerate, and explained in great detail the various features of several different models. When we selected the Q5, Sofia carefully explained all the options, enabling us to lease a vehicle that is a good fit for our needs. Since the purchase, we are very pleased with the performance of the Q5, especially during the winter weather prevalent now. The car is responsive, handles extremely well, and is a pleasure to drive. Safety features such as the rearview parking camera and blind spot sensor in the side mirrors are very helpful.

Everyone at service are just horrible with customers and manners. After Meksut Ago cursed me out on the phone and refused to give me a loaner they told me I would get my car back the next day to only get my car back a week later. I went back to pick up my car to still having the same problem I brought it in with. They are terribly rude and just made my experience a living xxxx. I do NOT recommend Audi of Lynbrook to anyone! They have made fun of me to each other in front of other customers, and have treated me highly unprofessionally over the phone and in person. Another time I was told that my car was NOT a CPO like I thought and was told I bought. And told that I didn't have tire and wheel warrantee when I was 100% I did. I then waited about 20minutes out in the cold for my car because I was told they were finishing giving my car a car wash to then having the guy speeding with MY car in the parking lot to then see and find that it was not even washed. I had dealer papers all over my dashboard and a plastic wheel cover behind my wheel which they didn't clean before handing me back my car. I wish I had something nice to say for such a high end, and well known car dealer but I have nothing nice to say about Audi Lynbrook other then the fact that my family and I will never waste our time and money at Audi Lynbrook!

Within a span of two months I was in need of a 2nd commuter car. After looking through all the reviews and Ads out there I finally settled on an Audi. I test drove other cars with All Wheel Drive (Infiniti's, Lexus & Merdedes) and though I was biased driving an A6 when I travel, hands down Audi had me hooked. This is what brought me to Audi Lynbrook. I had found the A4 I wanted (Quattro 2.0, Leather Interior, S-Line, etc) and it was Eric Outcalt (Audi Brand Specialist) & Mustafa Azizi (Finance Manager) that made for an amazingly easy buying experience. From the minute I stepped through the door I was greeted by a professional & friendly staff. I was introduced to Eric and from the test drive to them handing me the keys to my A4 the entire process went very smoothly. While my application & paperwork was being finalized I was able to do other things on my laptop all the while Eric and the Audi Lynbrook staff made sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything. Even as we were about to drive away with my new car Eric informed me of an issue with the car and that they would fix it once the part arrived goes to show they thoroughly examine the cars before driven off the lot. I was able to come back another day and within 30 minutes as promised my issue was very quickly resolved. Even after leaving the called and emailed to follow up and see how I was enjoying my new car...let's just say my wife has never seen the smile leave my face each and every time I drive my A4. I highly recommend Audi Lynbrook to all my family and friends for their car needs & when our lease is up on our SUV...we plan on getting a Q7 from Audi Lynbrook. They now have a customer for life so please keep up all the great work!!

The girl that booked us in for the service Tanisha was very rude and I nearly went somewhere else as the whole reason we brought an Audi was because of the level of care and customer service. However, the gentleman who took care of us when we brought the car in was great. I'm sorry I have forgotten his name. His customer service was fantastic and he was very attentive. The work performed at the Audi Lynbrook service center for scheduled maintenance was not performed correctly. This resulted in motor oil leaking out of the engine onto my driveway, forming a significant sized puddle of oil. The car had to be returned to the dealer the next day to fix the issue causing the leak. This leak could have caused significant damage to my car's engine if it had not been detected. (Someone at Audi should rethink the decision to eliminate the oil dip stick in favor of an electronic method of measuring the oil level, which failed to provide any information in this situation.) Upon returning the vehicle to the Audi Lynbrook service center the next morning, the customer service rep at took the car immediately and had the repair made.

Overall, I would recommend this dealership and in particular Sophia, my sales associate. She was extremely helpful and friendly. The dealership was a clean and pleasant environment to shop for a vehicle in. I only have one gripe about my experience. That is concerning the finance department. The gentleman was very friendly and up front about everything. However, I am a very informed consumer and am familiar with all financial aspects of a lease deal. There was way too much confusion over what finance rate I was getting and was the number a money factor or APR. This caused confusion about the final monthly payment. I don't believe this to be intentional, but rather a lack of knowledge of these details. The sales manager did acknowledge the error and make up for it with other incentives after the lease was already signed. In the end I was happy and I do recommend the dealership.

Could not explain administrative fees or transportation fees. Was told every dealer charges them. put a deposit om car and continued to shop around. All the other dealeres did not charge these fees not sure if they were built into the price of the car. Numerous calls to the sales manager were not returned. And then conviently he was gone for the day. The only way someone called me back was when I said I was looking at another dealer and was thinking about canceling this car.

I saw a great deal online for the 2013 audi Q5, fully loaded, and was put in touch with Jenn. Since we live over an hour and a half away, and had already looked at Q5s, we put together our sales conditions over the phone to make sure we didnt drive out for nothing. Jenn took numerous calls from us, and followed up with all our questions, making us confident about going there.Once we reached there, Jenn went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. We loved and bought the car, and she took care of everything. We asked for some touch up paint and a number plate screw after one seemed on be missing on getting home, and she has been very diligent about following up to make sure she ships it to us.The only part I didnt like about the process, was when the manager (forget his name) started hard balling us on our car's trade in value. We were asking for the appraised value (which another Audi had already promised to us), but he wouldn't close the deal because he valued the car at about 200$ less, We started walking out cos I was losing my patience, when he finally closed the deal.

Mustafa Azizi was deceptive and rude. I found a used vehicle on their website (2011 with ~26k miles), called and asked about any flaws, he shared only a small fraction of the major issues. After assuring me the interior was 'in great condition, barely used', we agree on a price, I put a deposit down over the phone and decided to travel ~500miles to buy it. Once I arrive, he pulls up the car and the interior shows excessive wear. Leather torn on door panel in several spots. Driver seat and center console full of gouges. 8" chunk torn out of the driver door weatherstripping. Black carpet was stained white with bleach that had spilled throughout the rear. Exterior bumper panels don't even match the color of the rest of the body. The photos that I had been given prior to leaving home were carefully aimed to exclude the obvious, glaring flaws above. He has the audacity to tell me how 'smooth it runs' while the engine squeaks and rattles next to us. I calmly explain my discontent with his deception. He begrudgingly refunds my deposit and walks away without explanation, apology, or offer to help me return home. I wasted over $1,200 on travel and hotels, based on his blatant misrepresentation of this car. Avoid this dealership at all cost.

I just bought my Audi 2 months ago and had a great experience on the sales side. Mustafa was fantastic and i was extremely happy with the professionalism and service. I was offered very competitive pricing and a very low interest rate for my auto loan. On Sunday I hit the worlds largest pothole in the Bronx and my tire went flat immediately. Audi roadside assistance helped me get my car back to Long Island and at no charge. I had to get the car towed because for some reason my car was missing the piece to unlock the bolts off of my rims. Mustafa worked with me though the process and once the car was delivered to Peter he called me right away and resolved my situation by replacing the tire at no cost and making sure the rim and alignment were in good shape. I can definitely tell you that with the help of these 2 professionals my situation went from a potential stressful headache to a complete relief and satisfaction of the team that im working with and service provided.Thanks to both of you for a great job

I first met Barry when my wife and I leased an Audi A6 Avante statioin wagon. Although it's been many years since I had the opportunity to deal with Barry he has always stayed in touch. I actually reached out to him 3.5 years ago when I was purchasing a Q5 for my home in Denver tp ensure I was getting a competitive deal. Barry is informative, patient and a pleasure to work with. Many car dealers seem to place pressure on the customer to close a deal. My most recent experience was when I leased a Lexus RX350 for my wife last year. I never felt so pressured and uncomfortable. However Barry is the antithesis of that. He worked with me. Was honest whether I liked the answer or not and did everything to ensure my experience was comfortable. I don't know the other folks at the showroom but I would highly recommend calling Barry if you are in the market for an Audi.

I went to Audi Lynbrook based on a recommendation from a family member. My lease was ending on my VW and I wanted to get a more luxurious car. After test driving many other cars, I finally went to Audi and was surprised at how willing they were to work out a deal with me to lease a new A4. Not only did I get a fully loaded car at a great price, but they had a hard to find color combination in stock and ready for delivery in 2 days. The salesperson I used (Barry) was willing to work through the numbers on multiple cars without hesitation and was readily available for questions over the phone. On this sales visit I had the pleasure of meeting with Sofia Diana. It was a great experience working with her, she was very personable and attentive to all my requests. She had me test drive the car and also found me a car that matched my color and feature preferences the first day I came in. Next I met with Justin who was able to instantly price the monthly payment within my budget. He was also able to trade in my previous Audi and expedite delivery of my new one within two days. We were able to complete the sales process on my first visit within a couple of hours. They saved me a lot of time and travel from having to shop around. I had a wonderful experience at Audi Lynbrook. I went to look at the new Audi A3. I found the car to be exactly what I wanted. My sales person, Sofia Diana, could not have been more accommodating. We went for a test drive, negotiated price and set up delivery all in about 2 hours. I picked up my car in two days. Sofia explained as much about the car as I could absorb in one sitting and we set up an appointment to come back and learn more. I am enjoying my new "ride". I have received follow up texts and phone call from Sofia to make sure I was doing well. All in all my experience has been excellent.I look forward to driving my new car for years to come. I was hesitant going in for my first Audi service, I thought of all the negatives such as waiting for hours, paying an outrageous amount of money and being around rude staff. That was not the case. Mr. Ago welcomed me in with his smile and sense of humor and was patient in explaining the procedure of my oil change, inspection and updates. There was no courtesy vehicle available for my 1 and a half hour wait but mr. Chakraborty drove me to my destination and back, no questions asked. Once i returned at the service station I was offered a snack and was soon spoken to by Mr. Ago who said my car was ready to with a complimentary wash! No complications, no issues and actually quite a positive experience. I will definitely be going back Lynbrook service.

The service I have received at the Service Division has always been consistently excellent for this car, a 2011 cabriolet and the 2004 cabriolet before that one. Clearly they have upgraded their customer friendly accommodations. Everyone from the young man who accepted my car (did not catch his name) to the manager (did not catch his name) who answered my service contract query, to Chris who provided the loaner, and then Meksut who reviewed the service with me and was available to answer any questions I had. Mr. Ago greeted me in a pleasant manner and answered all told me that in addition to my NYS inspection there would be a few updates done on my 2013 Q5. He also answered my question about the Clean Diesel A6 and raved about how great it was. After he wetted my appetite for this vehicle I spoke with " Sandy " . While she told it would be in the high 50's I realized that I didn't really want to spend this much for a car but at least it's on my wish list because of her and maybe if they add a diesel engine to the A4 sometime in the future I'll be sure to come back to Audi of Lynbrook. Before I knew it my car was ready and everything was in order. I will have to return in about 3 months for the 15,000 mile maintenance and am excited that I will get the great treatment that I got this time.

We have been visiting the Service Dept. at Audi of Lynbrook (formerly known as Anchor Audi) since 2010 when we leased a new A4. We were so impressed with the sale and service of this vehicle that we decided to purchase a new Q7 in 2011. At the time, we felt so strongly about the excellent follow up Service Dept. that we actually wrote to the general manager of the dealership and informed him that the Q7 purchase was directly related to the quality of the Service Dept. Over the years, our experiences with the Service Dept. have only been extremely positive. Appointments are always available and are flexible. Loaner vehicles are also very important to our family. If an Audi loaner is not available, the Service personnel will immediately arrange for a dealership provided rental vehicle from Enterprise rental located 1 block from the Service Dept. Of course the sale of a new vehicle is extremely important, however, we believe the follow up service and attention from the Audi Service Dept. actually exceeds the importance of the one time sale interaction.

I had a great experience we were just looking for a second car and that same day we went to audi we decided what car we wanted. The dealer told us to come back when we were able to next and he would have the car for us to test drive. we came back test drove the car and fell in love we purchased the car the same day. I would say the only frustration we had is the bank check, Joe told us to bring a bank check we thought that meant a regular check, he really meant a certified check from the bank itself. So then we had to go to the bank to get cash. It was a little much to count but it worked out we walked out happy with our brand new car.

When it comes to high-end cars, one usually comes into a dealership knowing exactly what they want. This was the case with myself and Audi Lynbrook: I came to the dealer knowing exactly what I wanted, and wanted to get it in the easiest and quickest way possible. Audi Lynbrook did this and so much more...I am an extremely busy person, and Joe C. at Audi Lynbrook went SO FAR above and beyond my expectations that I could not be happier. He personally took care of informing the insurance company of the car being added along with all required information, and even conferenced me in when he needed authorization to add the car (most dealers would do this and inform you to call your carrier to review and approve, something that delays the car delivery by a day or more at least). On top of this, he took care of all DMV needs with nothing more from me than a "YES, please get it done!". Delivery was also a very pleasant surprise...in addition to delivering an immaculate new Audi Q7 truck, they even programmed my favorite stations into the sattelite radio and paired my bluetooth phone with the car, all while explaining the (good) surprises I was in for with the vehicle's technology. Of course this is something that is very easy to do yourself, but taking the time to do this EXTREMELY important feature was an example of the NEXT-LEVEL of customer service that Audi Lynbrook is all about. Because of this level of service, I drove home feeling that the entire task of getting a car was COMPLETE.It's easy to love Audi, but Audi Lynbrook makes it easy to GET an Audi...they are a great dealership that went to great length to make the process of getting an Audi truly remarkable. I highly recommend Audi Lynbrook.

I was cheated by Saheed for the trade in price. I was going to walk away for the price he offered. I told him I would trade in my car for $30,000. He's final offer for trade in price was $29000 for my 2011 Q5 and the milage on the car was 8950. I agree to the trade in price for lease a A6 2014 model at the listed price $53,000. On the lease agreement, he inflated the gross price to $64,000 for the reason that Q5's loan balance and the Audi wouid pay off it.On the lease agreement the trade in value was $15000. I trusted your dealership and did not go over each number with Tom and signedthe agreement. I came back and read the least agreement and found the mistake for the trade in value. 2nd date I made an appointment to see Saheed to correct the mistake. He denied the trade in value and insisted the equity for the car was$15000.I will report to the State Atterney General for this situation. I thought it would require me getting a loaner but the rep told be it would be no more than an hour. They were done 15 minutes ahead of time and told me they were going to wash the car. Was extremely pleased with the service and time it took. I am one who hates waiting so was happy that it did not take a minute more than an hour

I'm very happy with this dealership. I had previously gone to another unnamed dealership in Great Neck for the same problem, and they fed some me garbage about it being something that wasn't covered by the warranty and that it would cost me $1500 to fix. That, just off a sound. They didn't even open the car up to check to make sure it was the problem. Audi of Lynbrook took the car apart, found the actual problem, fixed it and got it covered under warranty. Meksut kept me updated on when it was ready and what was done. Much better service than the dealer in Great Neck.The only reason I didn't give the dealership a perfect score was because of the loaner situation. I had an appointment and they had no loaners. I had to go back the next day to drop my car off and get one. The loaner guy I dealt was was also very unfriendly, and the A4 loaner was way too small for a man of my size. My BMW dealer used to give me 5 and 7 series cars, so squeezing into a little A4 wasn't a good experience.

I was fortunate to meet Sofia Diana at Audi Lynbrook while shopping for a 2014 A5. Sofia took the time to explain the features of the A5 and comparative analysis versus other competitor models. Even though I took a test drive earlier at another dealership, I was pleased to test drive the A5 again, but in another neighborhood. After long deliberation and great patience by Sofia, I decided to move forward with leasing the A5.Sofia went above and beyond by picking me up from my home Saturday morning to get my A5. She also went over the features and helped set-up my phone to the blue tooth system. She also made an excellent recommendation for the long term care of the A5 and for my peace of mind. I would highly recommend Sofia Diana for a new Audi or other vehicle in the Atlantic Auto group.I love my A5 and had an excellent experience at Lynbrook Audi.

My entire transaction was done on the phone and the information I requested was provided promptly. I provided George Gross with my auto requirements and he followed up. I found my car (A6 Avant) on cars.com, and contacted the dealer through that site. I am in NC and the car was in NY. I was pretty wary of the whole idea of buying a used car, especially one I couldn't easily go see myself. Mustafa helped me through the whole process, answering all my questions and alleviated my concerns. He was very helpful when I had a third party inspector come look at the vehicle. And again when I went up to take delivery of the car, he picked me up himself at JFK. Mustafa was excellent to deal with, answered all my questions in a very timely manner, and was very helpful! I can confidently recommend him to anyone looking to buy a used car!

Switched out early from a 42 month lease on a Q7 to a new Q7. Barry was great the first time around and has consistently followed up to see how our experience has been so we were very happy to go back and work with him again. Although ownership has changed our experience this time was just as good. We are very happy with the value on the deal and the level of service from everyone at Lynbrook Audi. I would imagine we will love this Q7 just as much and be back in three years for our next vehicle.

The delareship uses deceptive and dishonest practices to add fees to purchase. I was directed to Lynbrook Audi to complete my end of lease purchase of an Audi Q5. My leasing contract clearly stated the buyout price, applicable taxes, a $350 purchase option fee, and official gov't fees.Expecting to be treated with honesty. the dealership processed all the paperwork and had me sign a bunch of papers. When I got home and reviewed all the documents in detail, I noticed that the dealreship charged me $1000 for the purchase option fee, instead of the $350 in my contract, I contacted the dealership and was told that this is their fee and they could not do anything about it. Had I known about this before hand I would not be writing this message. To attempt to please me they offered me two oil changes. What a joke.I will not do any business with Audi Lynbrook or their parent company, the Atlantic Auto Group. I will also tell everyone I know about their deceptive practices. Anchor Audi, where I initially leased the vehicle, was aquired by Audi Lynbrook. They are not the same. At Anchor Audi, I was treated honestly.

The drivers door window on our 2013 A5 cabriolet stopped working in a mid open position. I called the service department in the middle of the day explaining that this car was not garaged and they said bring it right in. The service advisor not only took the car in immediately but had it repaired by closing. They also found the time to solve an annoying rattle. Amazing service and very accomidating. I bought my Audi A4 from this dealer over thirteen years ago, and had it serviced here every year. I have always been very satisfied with the help provided by the service consultants, and with the quality of the workmanship on the servicing and the repairs carried out. I have sometimes been a little surprised at the costs of spare parts and labor - but I accept that this is a fair cost for the very high quality repairs provided. The only area where I am not totally satisfied is in the electronic warning lights and displays (some of which have misbehaved repeatedly): these complaints apply to the original manufacture, and have probably been improved in more recent models.The most telling comment about the Audi service center was made by my wife who said: "When you come back from having the Audi serviced, you are happy! This is strikingly different to your neutral reaction to the servicing of all our previous cars!"

Meksut Ago was my service rep this past Saturday and has been many times before. He has never failed to answer a single one of my questions I have had about my certified warranty and maintenance package. The service and the employees at Anchor Audi are so great I would never consider having my vehicle serviced by anyone else.They are truly customer centric. Special kudos to Meksut Ago and Roxanne Rillera, but it does not stop there! There are a lot of good automobiles on the market, but the level of service from Anchor Audi would be hard to find elsewhere. I have been driving Audi vehicles (from Anchor Audi) for 12 years and cannot foresee buying any other brand from any other dealer.

Too long of a wait with many customers in the waiting area. My car was not tagged with a service number until like 20 minutes from when I spoke to the service consultant. The dealership should have dedicated personnel to tag the vehicles coming in for service and fill out the initial paperwork before it even reaches the service consultant. Other Audi dealerships do it this way to avoid the longer wait. There is also no complimentary snacks or food offered like other places. Just hot drinks. Other than these points, the service and friendliness of the staff was fine.

The employees that I dealt with were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was provided an estimate when I made the appointment and that was the price that I paid. I added brake pads because I thought I heard a grinding noise but the technician said the pads were not cutting into the rotors but the pads needed to be replaced. Work was done and seems to have corrected the problem. a J plug was replaced and system was flushed and new antifreeze put in the system. only complaint I have is being charged for additional coolant since I was I also paid for a complete coolant service done at the same time. Also IN FEb 2013 I had the same problem no heat and coolant leaking after 5 day they finally replace almost the whole heating system plus a timing belt since the engine was apart,it would have been a good idea to replace the J plug at this time since this is a common defect and could have done at this time and saved me four hundred dollars in labor. Your service advisor didn't hesitate to recommend the timing belt or replacing wiper blades a 15.00 j plug at the time would have been a good idea !!! PLeaSE CHECK MY LAST THREE BILLS FROM NOV. 2013 TO JAN 15 2014 A TOTAL OF 14 MONTHS ATOTAL OF 56.HUNDRED DOLLERS AND LET ME KNOW IF YOU THINK EVERYTHING WAS DONE CORRECTLY ??? Pricing is off the charts for computer related programming or message clearing. $325 for a key is plain silly but I guess if you buy a luxury brand you pay for it throughout ownership. I switched from another Audi dealer that I used for 12 years because I was becoming increasingly displeased with their customer service. I figured I'd try Audi Lynbrook because it was just as convenient a location, simply in another direction. I can honestly say that they provided exceptional service. Their attention to detail and customer service was exceptional. My last experience at the other dealer left me feeling like a "number" with the service advisor paying little attention to my requests and desires. Audi Lynbrook was on the opposite end of the spectrum. They took the time to explain each issue and the options available to me. They promptly provided estimates and worked with me to determine what should be addressed urgently versus what could wait based on what I could afford at the time. I will definitely return there the next time I need service or when it comes time to replace my Audi. I couldn't be happier.

The experience with Barry was FANTASTIC! He was patient, informative and allowed to test drive the car regardless of the fact that I had mentioned to him that I may be interested in going to other dealers to check other cars and prices. I fell in love with the driving experience of the Audi and decided right then that it was the car I wanted to drive and Lease. The Lease process was also very easy with Barry and he was very patient with me, I kept on changing my mind about the color of the car and with was right there for me, waiting for me to decide without rushing me, or any pressure. Barry also spent enough time with me teaching me how to use the car inside and out. I'm still not familiar with all the buttons and commands but he said to return any time I needed to, He also followed up with a call the very next day to inquire about my new experience and satisfaction with the new Audi.

Went to my car to get ready for work, then noticed a small pool of green liquid under the front driver's side. Thought it was maybe a coolant, radiator, or oil leak, so I decided to make a call to Audi of Lynbrook, and they were able to take me in immediately. Once I got there, they were courteous, and even showed me that the green stuff on the floor from the morning was just a sloppy top-off job from the previous service at a different dealership. Barry was very helpful in choosing the right car and features. He spend a great deal of time reviewing the particulars of all option available. He worked with me to get a lease rate I could be happy with, no easy task. When the car was delivered, Barry spent over an hour going over and reviewing the working of the car (navigation, radio, adjustments, mechanicals) . He clearly knows the cars inside and out. Barry made it very clear that her was always available for questions and to facilitate service. He made a follow up call to check on how we were enjoying the car.While I have had the car for less than a week, I can certainly say the level of attention and service so far is far beyond anything I have ever experienced .

Very unprofessional. They sold me damaged vehicle (scratched door) as brand new, they never fully fixed the damage. The brake fluid was leaking inside of the vehicle and it took them 4 months to fix it. In the end they returned the car to me with toxic brake fluid spilled inside. My husband had leased an A6 from Barry years ago, and since then Barry has called my husband every year to wish him a happy birthday. So when my Honda lease was up we went to see Barry for a new vehicle. We didnt call first and had just missed Barry but decided to look around the showroom anyway. Everyone on the floor was very nice, we were greeted professionally by the receptionist, and when we told the salesmen we were just browsing until we could see Barry they let us look without pressure. That was very nice. We really liked the Q7 and called Barry for an appointment the next day. He showed us the vehicle, and worked with us on the terms, and the best thing of all, Anchor took my Atlantic Honda return and made my last payment because they are under the same ownership! I have never had such an easy time rolling into a new lease when changing brands. Barry took care of all the paperwork and the next day I had the car, he spent about an hour showing me how to use all the cool technology in the Q7 which I appreciated, and he said goodbye with a hug. I feel like I've got family at Anchor Audi, my experience was amazing overall. I looked at the vehicle on Wednesday, signed the papers on Thursday, and drove it home on Friday. Awesome.

My husband and I consider ourselves fortunate that Barry Cohen was our sales person. We were not knowledgeable about the characteristics of Audi cars but Barry presented many reasons why we should consider all the qualities of the Audi and why it would be a great car for us to own. I made an appt on a monday with Jazz to have my car serviced and i needed a loaner car. i was told the next available loaner was available on Friday so I made the appt for 12:20 pm Friday. When I got to the service center today, there was no loaner available to me and I could not wait an hour and a half for them to do the work. I had to drive back to Bellmore and come back later on in the day. I wasted lots of time and miles traveling back and forth to Lynbrook unnecessarily. I hope next time I make an appt and I am told a loaner car will be available to me, it is and notes are properly put into the computer system.

The overall experience was good, the staff is very nice. But I'm a little annoyed that when my car was returned my sunglasses were missing.Also, since I've had my vehicle my glove compartment has been broken .I tinted my windows throughout Audi, the window has tiny holes, returned the car to Audi which was fixed, but the same problem has happened.Audi service is good, but not excellent .

In fact over the past 11 years I have purchased 4 Audis from Anchor and 4 Volkswagons from Donaldson. Two years ago I had a very bad experience with your Audi dealership in Babalon. I now understand that Anchor Audi is now owned by Atlantic Auto Group. The people, especially Joe Cerniglia, made sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of my new Audi. To start with I got a better price from Lynbrook Audi than was available to me locally in Danbury CT, then they delivered the new car to my home and then went over all the features. When I had a problem with the dealer installed backup warning system, they came and got the car, left me with a loaner, and then fixed it within 1 day and returned it. I have never witnessed better service behind a purchase.

I droped off my car for service on friday at 4pm, I was not given a loaner car. I was told that the car would be ready for pickup saturday. I was forced to call the service center saturday afternoon because I never recieve a call regarding my car. I was tod the car was not ready and hopefully it will be ready on Monday. On monday again I waws not called regarding my car so I called in the afternoon. I was told the car was ready. When I got there the car was not ready it still needed to be washed. I had to wait 20 min for them to wash my car. A simple service took this service center three days to complete. I will no longer be using this service center. I would rather drive out of my way to greatneck and get my car serivced.

Windshield wiper motor had died, this dealer was able to get me an appointment the next day (since it would be raining) and within 1 day was able to have the motor in stock and replaced. They also handled my 15k service since I was close enough to have it done and offered me pick up/drop off service to the train station which was a huge help!

I had the privledge of working with Justin Haynes, the General Manager, and Mustafa Azizi for the potential purchase of a preowned Audi. Although I did not wind up purchasing a vehicle from them as I was just browsing, the experience was a pleasure. Justin has transformed Audi of Lynbrook (formerly Anchor Audi - the absolute worst Audi dealership on Long Island) into a well oiled, well run machine. He is heavily involved in the operation and has put together a knowledgable, friendly, and HONEST staff--something Anchor Audi certainly never had. He is doing a superb job at running the new dealership. Justin introduced me to Mustafa, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Mustafa showed me three Audis that peeked my interest on their website. Before I arrived, he had them cleaned and ready to go, so there would be no waiting. He was extremely knowledgeable about each of the cars I drove and answered all my questions with precision. Most importantly, Mustafa was very honest about each car, making sure I saw all defects and damage to each car before driving it. He disclosed the history and service records of each car without me even asking. The entire experience was enjoyable and easy. During negotiations, Mustafa offered fair prices for each of the options I was looking at. As I was not ready to buy at that time, Mustafa did not pressure me into buying a car right then and there as he know that none of the cars really fit what I was looking for.In sum, Ill certainly be back to Audi of Lynbrook when Im ready to buy a new or preowned Audi. As a black man, I have never stepped into a luxury car dealer and not have received that weird vibe from the staff. Not until I walked into Anchor Audi about 6 years ago. The staff at Anchor Audi (Audi Lynbrook) are always professional, courteous and friendly. I have never had a problem scheduling an appt for my car and they have always been able to provide me with a loaner. They have always been able to diagnose any problem and made all repairs. Anchor has been servicing my vehicles for the past 5/6 years and I am on my second Audi. For all those reasons, I would never bring it to anyone else for service or repairs. In fact, there is another Audi dealer a lot closer than Anchor is... 20 mile difference round trip. I chose to remain loyal to the people who know me best and the people who has always been taking great care of me and my Audi's. Sometimes I feel like I'm looking for a reason to bring my car in, that how great the environment is in there. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AUDI LYNBROOK... formally known as ANCHOR AUDI!!!!! This is my third vehicle serviced here and my second purchase here. Went from an S5 Cabriolet to an S6. My salesperson was Michael Molite. The deal could not have been smoother. It was also extremely disconcerting how rude attitudes of employees became when I stated I was going to get a second opinion as I am a graduate student who cannot afford to overpay. It was as if the help stopped at that point. Compared to the service recieved in Minnesota at a Audi service center this was a disappointing experience.

Working with Andri was a pleasure!! I knew exactly what I wanted within my budget and Andri made it happen. Since I am not local, we communicated by phone, text and even kept in touch after normal business hours. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was just as we agreed in color, style, options and price. A quick financial negotiation and the deal was done. Once agaiin I had a very positive experience while visiting your service department. Although there are two AUDI service departments closer to my home none comes close to the professionalism and helpfulness of Anchor. When I called to discuss my trunk lock I was helped immediately, when I arrived at the service center I was attended to immediately and was given a loner car. I was called and updated as needed and my car was ready and cleaned when I arrived. Coldit and Justin are very nice and most important patience with me and my wife. This was my first new car and I was somewhat unrealistic regarding what I was going to pay for a car. They are a group of very professional individuals who have always been concerned with the service that is delivered to me as an Audi owner. The work has always been completed in a timely fashion and I have always been offered a loaner car if I needed one. Along with having an Audi A4 we also have a Chevy Suburban which has served us well with all the college drop offs and pick-ups. This Spring my last child will graduate college and I will be looking to downsize from the Suburban. I have my eye on the Audi All Road and aside from the fact that I love the way it looks, I will get another Audi BECAUSE of the service.

Went to Audi because I wanted to purchase a 2011 Audi A4. I put a deposit down on the car, which they held for a week. John kept in touch which me the whole week to follow up and find out the status on whether or not I was going to purchase the car. I went back with my wife to the dealership with us only having 2 more days to hold the car. Both John and Jeff told us to come back the next day and speak to the head of finance Joe D. When we came back the next day, Joe D got us a better deal then we anticipated to begin with. The price we got on our Audi was amazing I'm not sure how he was able to work his magic that day, but he did. Overall a very positive experience. They never turned us away and were more than willing to work with us in every way possible. After spending a week with the guys there, it was like we knew each other for years. Really nice people who go above and beyond for their customers. I'm going to recommend them to everyone we know!

I love Audi Lynbrook for service. This particular time was a great experience. I had some oil consumption issues and a random engine light.Mr. Ago provided me with a nice loaner car. Turned out that I needed a new Turbo module under warranty. Problem was that I was going on vacation the next day. Mr. Ago worked with me and the loaner and was very accommodating. He was friendly and made me feel like me and my time was of great importance and I am greatful for that.Picked up the car and dropped off the loaner and so far everything looks great. Any problems with theoil and I was told to just come on back for another part of a test.Thanks!

Meksut went out of his way to make sure all of my car needs were taken care of. I happen to come in on a Wednesday morning for service, and not realizing I did not have my license to get a loaner car, he offered to have someone drive me to back to Queens. I declined the offer since I had to be at work rather quickly, but Meksut made sure that he would be able to service my car the following day on Thursday and made sure I was given a loaner for the day.

Mustafa was an attentive and personable sales man. He took me out on numerous test drives and talked me through the positives and negatives of each car. I originally came in from Manhattan to look at this used BMW that you had on the lot. I found the listing via web search through car gurus and ebay. (I think Mustafa actually is in charge of posting everything or running your web listings and ebay.)I liked BMW but wasn't thrilled. Mustafa listened to my critique and then helped pointed me towards a couple of different options he thought I might prefer. Subsequently, I ended up purchasing the first car he suggested to me, a great, certified 2010 Audi A6 that had everything that attracted me to the BMW and compensated for the factors that fell short for me.The only criticism I have is not of Mustafa but of his co-worker (or boss?) Joe (last name Dimissi?), the finance manager. At the end of my second visit to Lynbrook from the city, Mustafa and I sat down to negotiate a price. We were literally within $400 of a deal when Joe got involved. Joe's demeanor was instantly antagonistic, accusatory, and aggressive. He basically started yelling at me and my wife and insinuated that we were trying to pull something. Joe then insisted that Mustafa print out two pricing sheets that he claimed proved the car I was purchasing is really only for sale at $4,000 OVER THE LISTED ONLINE PRICE! The second sheet was what he would now sell it to me for ($1000 under the price Mustafa and I were at) but NOT CERTIFIED. I would like to point out there that this car was/is listed as a pre-owned certified and that Mustafa and I had been discussing the item along those lines. I informed Joe that I had not been discussing an uncertified vehicle and wasn't going to buy one. He then again insinuated how my wife and I were trying to pull something and grumbled something about $4000 marked up price. I said I'm sorry you feel that way, shook Mustafa's hand and left. Deal over. Done. I went back to NYC (ps i do not have a car, so traveling back and forth required borrowing friend's car and taking the train).A few days later, as a result of the relationship that Mustafa had built with me (and only because of this) as well as his correspondences over email and text that I considered bringing my business back to Audi Lynbrook. Again he was attentive, understanding, and informative. As a result, he and I negotiated a deal on the Audi... on one condition, that I be able to come in, sign papers, and pick up my new car as long as Joe was NOT PRESENT. Without Mustafa's work and persistence, this sale would not have happened. Mustafa picked me up from the train station (on my now third visit), took me through the car explaining everything, and guided me through the paperwork in a wonderfully expedited process. I'm thrilled with the car, and would send somebody back to you guys, but honestly only to Mustafa. If he were to leave and Joe were to remain, I would warn friends away.That all being said, thanks to Mustafa for persevering. I'm thrilled with the car.

We are interested in Audi Q5. We have go in for a test drive. Joseph cerniglia is the salesperson that greet us. We finish the test drive and we get the trade in value of our car. We also ask for the best deal that lynbrook Audi could offer on the car. We want to shop around and talk it over before we make the decision. We tell Joe " We will come back if we are ready to purchase". He flip out as soon as he hear that. He said"if u are not ready to purchase, you should say so in beginning. Don't waste my time and make me look bad in front of my manager, since we don't test drive on Sunday." He them walk away. I have number of car purchase experience. This is by far the worst. Totally unprofessional. I am so disappointed with Audi. They should hold the highest standard of customer service, due to Audi brand. It turn out to be a total opposite.

But i was not as satisfied as i would have been and schould have been and have been in the past, not unhappy with meksut, im sure he did all and everything he was supposed to..but the.service repare men or who ever checks out the car to see what is needed and if there are any problems for what needs to be done i was unhappy with. for one my car had the sevice light on telling about the tire air pressure, and it was not fixed.i forgot to tell them about it, but since i took my car for service it schould of been taken care of and looked at either way. so the air pressure was very low so low to the point where i had to stop and put air my self in the tire, but i dont no how much to put or how to remove the tired pressure light. also my side assist is not working but they failed to tell me about it . ask if id like it fixed or something. I expected more, lots more from audi.. im dissapointed and considering taking my car to audi manhattan in the future.

Service advisor (Meksut) was extremely pleasant to deal with. Communication was informative regarding updates and I couldn't help but notice his tone, very "zen-like." Made the overall experience less tense. I was provided a loaner despite the short time my car was kept for service. That's definitely a first because I have always had to schedule ahead of time for loaners at other places. Audi Lynbrook does have a great selection of staff working there. I have yet to encounter a bad experience with this location. Look forward to my return. Thanks guys, keep up the awesome work!

Withonly 3 month left on my lease I needed new brake pads. I explained this to the service rep indicating I thought this was not right that I should have to pay for new brake pads with only 3 months on the lease. after a discussion with Joe Maruca I was given a reduced price which I thought was fair.

2 issues - I sent an email to schedule service & never heard back-had to call in to schedule.Received call at 12:20 stating car was done - showed up 45 minutes later & car had not been washed - had to wait 35 minutes even after stating wash was not necessary.

Took my 2010 Audi S4 in for loud rattling noises in passenger side in B-pillar.They applied a T.S.B for it but found that not only did it not fix the problem but it actually got worse.Upon getting my car back the carbon fiber dash trim(passenger side)got mysterioulsy been cracked somehow.After bringing the car back to this place I test drove with 2 techs who confirmed the noises were still there and the "service manager" tells me that this is "normal" for this car and would not do anything further.-really??? Also,for like the 4th time,they scratched my car with their POS car wash they have even after I told them to NOT WASH THE CAR before write-up-AMAZING.Car had to be sent out to a body shop for buffing out the 8-10" scratches on the rear panels.Brought it to Audi of Huntington and they replaced my seat belt assembly on passenger side which finally fixed the issue.SO DISAPPOINTED in this dealer as I used to get great service as I went here plenty of times for service and/or WARRANTY repairs but will no longer go here.Too bad......

Just took delivery of a 2008 Audi a4 Quattro Avant. I worked with Chris Werner and Benny in finance. I live in Illinois and found the car on Cars.com. It is no small leap of faith to buy a used car sight unseen but this was the exact car I wanted and they had it. Chris was very helpful from the beginning. He made me feel comfortable and honestly answered the questions I asked even if the answers were not necessarily the ones I wanted to hear. I flew into NY on Friday night. Chris was nice enough to come to my hotel to pick me up and drive me to the dealership. The car was exactly as described. We went for a test drive and it performed as expected. When we got back to the dealership, I sat down with Benny and five minutes later I was back in the car getting a rundown of features from Chris. Half an hour later I was on the road back to IL. Car was great all the way home. A great experience all around.

I appreciate Joe not using the "car salesman" tricks, because Audi buyers don't need it. If you want an honest deal and someone that you can trust, I think you should speak to Joe. The sales personnel have always been extremely fair with me and the ownership is exceptional. Besides the sales division, I fell extremely confident each time I visit the Service area. All personnel are knowledgeable and eager to help with any questions that I might have. Joe Maruca who was the Service manager for several years always greeted me and asked if all is OK. I understand that Mr. Maruca is now a VP within the organization. His competent replacement, Mike Dolce, has taken up where Joe left off. The best part of buying a car from Anchor Audi started in the showroom Geno was just so easy to talk to and I never felt any pressure. It was such a difference from other Audi dealers I visited previously where I couldn't wait to leave the pressure of the salesperson and the different people he brought out to try and make a deal. Geno spent as much time as I needed to talk and ask questions. After we purchased the car I have called on Geno for advice and questions about the operation of the car. He had been nothing but accomodating and caring. The service has been excellent. I usually have had Kevin as my consultant in service. Everything they promise is done and the best part is how smoothly things go. From the loaner car early in the morning to having the work done on time and professionally completed is something I don't take for granted. I love my S4 and can see myself being a repeat customer at Anchor Audi as well as a referral source for them.

They only care about customers with warranty!I got ripped off for a ac checkup.They charged me twice for same service.And their checkup was wrong it seems they drove my car around the parking lot.They told me I needed a whole new ac system when all it was a hose that had a leak!!!!

I bought three new vehicles within the past 6 years, needless to say, I've been to quite a few dealerships but nothing came close to the experience I had with Anchor Audi.Mr. Paul Lanese and the rest of the team of Anchor Audi are all very knowledgeable in their line of work and they do it with a passion. They are very professional yet remain to be friendly and approachable, sincere when they present themselves and show genuine concern on their customers' needs. Pauls recommendations for my vehicle of choice were fair, and free from self-interest or bias. (Do not let his appearance mislead you, he may look a bit sly but he's a just person.) I put down a deposit for a 2012 Q5 (2.0) Premium Plus (w/o NAV) that wasn't due to arrive until July, because my trim choice wasnt readily available. My original plan was to get a vehicle without Navigation system but I later changed my mind, and asked Paul the very next day to see if he would be able to locate a vehicle with the trim level I need, plus a Navigation. He could have used his time to better assist other potential customers, given the fact that my deal with him was sealed and I already signed the papers and placed a deposit for the vehicle that had a July arrival. However, that was certainly not the case with him, Paul and the sales manager Chris went extra miles to locate an available vehicle for me. (Keep in mind the 2012 Q5 2.0 version is very hard to find now, due to the 2013 models being only a few months away) During the wait, I received phone call follow ups from Paul on a daily basis, keeping me informed on the progress. About a week later, the vehicle with the trim I wanted was located and available for me to pick up. Paul also spent time to guide me through the vehicle's functions and its MMI system to make sure I fully understand their importance before sending me on the road.Fast forward to a week later, I had questions on some of the mechanical aspects of the vehicle(vehicle had nothing wrong) so I inquired with their service dept. in person, I only had to wait for a few minutes and was then immediately taken care of. Anchor Audi is really exceptional on both pre-sales and post-sales, I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking into getting a new Audi.Paul, I will definitely have my friends look for you when they are ready.Thank you, Anchor Audi, for the hassle free purchase experience.-Arden

I originally bought my Audi A4 with the sports package at a competitor dealership but found their service to be unacceptable. I was also surprised that after making the purchase, this dealership had no follow-up or further interest in me as a customer. We've been buying Audis from Anchor for the last 12 yrs (we've purchased 9 so far!) and I was very surprised when I read some of the negative reviews; we've had only positive experiences, both from their sales team but especially from the service team. One of the reasons we continue to return to Anchor is because of the excellent, friendly service we always receive, despite the service team having changed personnel several times in the last 12+ yrs. The only constant in the service dept has been Joe Maruca, service director, and he deserves a large share of the credit. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them or recommend their service dept!

Joe Maruca and Christina Hellemeyer have been extraordinarily helpful in dealing with my car's repair needs. The car was always ready when promised it would be ready. The courtesy loaner car was always a classy Audi: what a temptation to trade my car for the classier version!The people skills of Joe and Christina are remarkably outstanding. Let me mention that before buying this Audi, I had owned a Lemans (really a Lemon!), Oldsmobile, Cutlass Supreme, Cadillac Seville, Alfa Romeo Spider, Mercedes Benz SLK 200 compressor, Mercedes Benz SLK 320, and then the best of all, The Audi! Needless to say, all my future cars will be an Audi at Anchor Audi.The few times I had problems, I was told by Joe to bring it in immediately and I did. He worked with me for about a week while I was searching for the best car for me. He was very responsive to my emails but never pressured me. We purchased a preowned 2011 A6 from this dealership. I cannot imagine how many customers how stormed out of the dealership or been victimized by his ferocious, yet obvious lies. We caught Sanjeev, the pre-owned manager, in at least a dozen blatant lies in all aspects of the transaction: deciding on a vehicle, negotiating the deal, and delivering the car. One lie in particular occurred 3 minutes after stepping into the dealership. He told us one of the A6s we were interested in was in the service getting a new bumper because of a scratch, and paraded on how great Anchor is for doing something like that. We drove over to the service department to see for ourselves where we found a contractor PAINTING the bumper in a desolate corner of the parking lot. We asked the contractor if he was replacing the bumper, to which he said no. When arriving back at the dealership, we asked Sanjeev why he lied to us, to which he replied, "Oh we would never replace a bumper on a used car!" Hmmmm....Despite Sanjeev's behavior, the dealership had t he car we wanted at the price we wanted, so we trusted the antics would end and bought the car. I had obtained the Carfax on the 2011 before we arrived and knew it was previously a commercially registered vehicle. I asked both Sanjeev (the Sales Manager) and Cindy (Salesperson) what that meant. The answer we received went something like this: "Oh it just means that Anchor owned the car and it was used by a member of Anchor Audi management as a perk vehicle. He was the sole driver of the vehicle and the only reason it is for sale is because a newer model (I think an A8 was mentioned) came in, and the manager was going to drive that instead." The story seemed plausible as I know my brother-in-law, who is a manager at Carmax, gets a "new" car every so often to drive as a perk. I asked if the vehicle was ever a loaner or courtesy car. Sanjeev told me no, it was just used by this one manager and the lucky bastard got an A8 instead. Both my husband and myself asked at least 5 more times during the course of negotiation, financing, and delivery if that car was a loaner car. Every time, we were told no, it was the managers car. I took their word for it and put my faith in Anchor Audi. I certainly didn't want a loaner car, which is probably one step above owning a used rental car. Break-in period, careful driving, and pampering the vehicle are not usually associated with loaner car or rental.Upon taking delivery, Sanjeev was even less interested in our business, failing to even acknowledge our presence, which was probably better anyway. The car was delivered in unacceptable condition. Numerous items that we asked Sanjeev to be addressed were flat our ignored when we first viewed the car. There was gum on the seat, parts of the interior missing, and the MMI system still had the previous owners information stored. A few days later, after taking delivery of the car, I was leaving work on a cold frosty evening. The rear window has some frost (maybe fog even) on the lower portion. I turn the rear defroster on. While pulling out of my parking spot, the mundane florescent lights from the parking lot shine into the rear window. I look in my rearview mirror before making a left turn, and see the words "Anchor Audi Courtesy Vehicle" etched in the frost in reverse.I stop the car and get out to see if maybe I'm just seeing things. Nope. Clear as day, etched into the frost are the remains of the sticker letters used to depict that car as a loaner car. You would think that the dealership would be smart or savy enough to at least attempt to cover the evidence after telling a ferocious and elaborate lie about a car just to make a sale!!! Boy did someone drop the ball at Anchor Audi. Not only was the car delivered in questionable condition (I still don't think it was fully detailed or inspected prior to delivery), but they made the silly mistake of forgetting to clean the rear window enough in the event that fog or frost would make the outline of the stickers visible. I guess nobody at Anchor Audi has ever written something on a mirror with their finger, only to see it again and again every time the shower steams up the bathroom.My husband and I are utterly disgusted over the lies we were told in order to make a sale. Sure, they didn't have to disclose anything. Sure there is nothing in writing saying this wasn't a loaner car. Is this really how Anchor Audi treats their customers? Yes! Lie to them to make a quick buck? Yes! Remember this story about their deception and lies if you decide to buy from them.UPDATE: After a day of back and forth with the dealership, they agreed to take the car back and refund my money. Just FYI, at one point I offered to upgrade to a 2012 model if they took the car back. The dealership comes back and tells me they could get me into a 2012 model for only $4xx a month. Wow, I thought. Continued to read the email...with only $15,000 down ON A LEASE! Ummm, do you think I was born yesterday!?!?! So we gave the car back and cut the ties. Since we were left with only one car (we traded the old one in, which they bought from us), they came to pick up the car at my house and delivered me a check. It looks like they have put the car back up for sale at the same price, despite the blemished Carfax. Guess we learned our lesson on this one.

I have read the previous ratings on this dealership. Not sure how anyone can say anything negative about them. The owner Len has been nothing but accommodating when I had a service issue, Joe in service is also very accommodating.Whenever my car is in need of service, Kevin, who is so pleasant, brings me a loaner that is clean and new inside and out. I do not live nearby so this is key for me. I never have to step foot in their service area.For these reasons alone, I will definitely be leasing another car from Anchor Audi.

JOHN LIMA is a liar, and has serious anger management issues. When me and my girlfriend brought her Audi TT for a broken timing belt that should be covered under warranty. Our first issue was getting service at all. We stood there patiently without any acknowledgment of our existence. Finally i said hi can you help us, and the manger said , no "that's what the service reps are here for", then I replied, "well I thought you worked here", sincerely sorry thinking he didn't work there only to find out condescendingly that he was the manager. Finally John acknowledged us. After him saying our car was not bought there, i took me going out to the car and giving him the original recepit for him to believe us. After that me and my girlfriend had to turn on the charm and "butter him up" to feel like we would receive legitimate service. We left with him telling us that he was going to "try" his best to get us a new engine. After $200 worth of diagnostics he called me to tell us that he would need $500 more to tell us if it was covered under warranty. I told him I would think about it and wanted to get a second opinion. I called Anchor Audi a few days later to tell him, and he took a personal day. I called the next day, and he was furious that i did not want to get the extra work done because I could not afford it. He said i have one day to get the car out or we would incur "colossal" storage fees of $75 dollars a day, including weekends. When i called back to check on this "storage fee" the girl responded dumbfounded "storage fee?". Then she put me on hold to check, so I believe he made that up. When i called him back to ask for another day, I maintained my composure and was very polite, he on the other hand was not. He became very rude, and it became very apparent that he was not here to serve the customers. Overall a terrible experience, completely unprofessional and rude. There are other great Audi dealerships on Long Island, and any of those would be a better choice, because JOHN LIMA does not work there.

I bought a used Toyota RAV 4 through ebay from this dealership. To say they stretched the truth would be kind. The ad on ebaystated the car tires "still have plenty of tread". When I asked the salesman (Sanjeev) specifically about the tires, he told me theywere good. I paid $13,500 (not including tax & tags which I paid in NJ), a two weeks after the purchase, I had to put in a newbattery because there was no life on it, replace an air filter (which I didn't find unreasonable) and eventually buy 4 tires because the tires were so low. The dealership like to say they passed NJ inspection, but you only need a "2" which is what they were out ofa possible "9". If I bought the car from an individual owner or a corner car dealership lot for a few thousand dollars, I would haveanticipated the possibility that the car might need work. Buying it from an Audi dealership, I expected much more. I also expected them to stand behind the sale. What I was told was "What did you expect...you bought a used car. If we put tires on every usedcar we sold, we wouldn't be in business." I was also told that after presenting very detailed measurements from a local dealershipabout the unsafe condition of the tires, Anchor Audi told me that the local dealership was simply trying to sell tires. I drove backto NY ( 120 miles one way) to give Anchor Audi an opportunity to right this wrong. They refused to put the car up on the rack toverify or disprove the tire calculations. I was told I bought a car "as is" and they presented paperwork to that effect; however, thepaperwork that I signed had no such statement on it. They simply sold the concept that in NY there were Lemon Laws that wouldguarantee all of these areas listed on the reverse of the paperwork I signed. Of course, none of it covered the falsehoods that I was exposed to. Also, I specifically was looking for a car good in snow, etc. The salesman told me to simply push the button on the dashboard in heavy rain or light snow, etc. to get the traction needed for the bad weather. Since I had an Explorer 15 years thatwent into 4 wheel drive that way, I was left with the impression that that put the car in 4 w drive. The button is for an alternator ...whatever that does, it has nothing to do with safety in bad weather. I would never, ever, ever do business with this company!!!

Had my 2004 S4 serviced due to a check engine light and occasional oil light. Service department tried two times to fix the oil leak with no success. While charging me and my warranty company both times for their incompetence. On top of the poor service they left my once brand new looking engine compartment like some kind of grease monkey was let loose in there for a few days. Then as they tried to shmooze me with a free car wash they acid washed my wheels and wrecked the finish,which took them three attempts to correct until I had my own refinisher repair at their expense. All in all the service writers and managers where very nice its just that they dont have any good techs working on their team. Maybe they should retrain their staff, I mean its not like these guys are making chump change ($95.00 HR) service fee.

This is by far the orst delaership to deal with. I puchased a brand new 2008 Audi A4 convertible that was a lemon and they could not repair. The dealership wanted nothing to do with me and told me I had to deal with Audi directly. The sales manager and the business manger were horrible and did not help in anyway. Dealing with Audi directly also was a nightmare it ttok months to get my money back and 7 months to get the NY state sales tax. The only good employee in this organization is Joe the service manager.I continue to tell everyone I know not to deal with the dealership.

I had a minor accident and Chris of Anchor suggested that I bring my car to Five Star Collison (partnership with Anchor Audi) to get the work done. I have been using Bierner and have not be too happy with their work. Turns out getting hit by the other person was the least painful part of this ordeal. The folks at Five Star took twice as long as the estimate to get my car fixed. When I finally picked up the car, I noticed that my arm rest has been broken by them when they were "detailing" the car. Took them another two weeks to repair that. I found minor scratches with the interior but am living with it because I am afraid they will do more "detailing" if I bring it back to be fixed.

I have had a generally good experience at this dealership. The new service facility has adequate parking. They've given me loaner cars after my warranty expired. They're courteous and friendly, although a lot depends on the service advisor that you get. On one occasion, they did replace brake rotors on the wrong end of the car. No one noticed and I drove home that day and found the problem when I looked under the car. I have to say, though, that when I called the service manager, he asked me to bring the car right in and they replaced the additional rotors at no charge. It was a stupid mistake and, fortunately, it didn't compromise the safety of the car. But I was pleased to see that the dealership was willing and eager to make things right, even though it was inconvenient for me to bring the car in again. I also found the sales experience to be good here. The salesman was willing to work with me on price. I'd probably buy another vehicle here.

The sales staff will promise you the moon, even when you have a service problem, but there is never any follow up. The problem with the manufacturer is that Audi dishonors warranty claims which other premium car manufacturers (BMW and Mercedes) will cover in a heartbeat without any hassle, and Anchor's service people will not go to bat for you. One of my main nuisance complaints with Anchor is that they provide loaner rentals from Enterprise, and even if you have an A8, you end up in some smelly old POS with crank windows. Disgracefully cheap. Bottom line, you can do much better than spend you hard earned money here.

A month after my warranty had expired, my 2000 Audi A6 was broken into. The only real damage to the car beside the passenger side window was for some strange reason the front ash tray. You would think this would be easy to replace or perhaps Audi as a courtesy would replace it as a good will gesture. Well neither one was done. Upon bringing the car to Audi I soon found out that Audio would not help me out due to the fact that the warranty had expired and that when I inquired as to how much it would cost to replace it, John Lima told me it would cost me $350.<br><br>Upon hearing this I called Audi customer service to complain, they called John, and he proceeded to fabricate a lie stating that the ash tray had broken because I was shoving all sorts of stuff in it.<br><br>To make a long story short. I'll probably never purchase another Audi and I will definitely never go back to Anchor Audi of Lynbrook.<br><br>Good luck if you decide to use them. As for Beiner Audi in Great Neck, they might not be perfect but they try to do the right thing by you.

Brought my A8 for service on a number of occations. People were friendly. Problems did occur when they needed my car a four days. Did not get straight answer so I decided to go to shop. Was horrified to see thay got into an accident w/my car. They said it just happend but the car was dirty and the dirt was not disturbed, si I was sceptical w/their truthfulenss.:) They did have everything repairs and even paid for my car rental. I still have the brakepad indicator light on which they had tried to repair three time w/i a two month period. They chearged me each time for what they siad was a fix. I showed them on my invoice that the warrenty states 90 or 4k miles which ever comes first. John L. did not accomodate me in anyway by saying this does not pertain to electrical part. I said why does what you are saying not written? Could not answer me. I thought I gave them enough chances to do right by me. I continue to go else where for servicing.
