We received notice of a recall on our 2015 Audi Q3 so we contacted Yvonne Yulan, who always takes excellent care of us. She immediately responded and confirmed our requested appointment. This dealership was recommended to me by a friend who had leased a car from here last year. As soon as I entered the dealership, I was introduced to Sam who was very helpful and patiently explained all the features of the 2017 A4. He was able to answer all my questions and also made it a point to get back to me every time he did not know an answer to my question.He proactively communicated with me giving me regular status updates on the delivery of my car and ensured that he was able to find the right car (a rare combination) at the right price.Ont he day of delivery, the process was extremely smooth and I was in and out in 45 mins. The car was all prepped and ready and once again Sam explained all the features patiently before I drove off with the car.I would definitely recommend Audi Meadowlands to anyone who would be interested in buying an Audi.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted immediately and within minutes I was talking with Stephen about my interest in an Audi A3. After taking a thorough test drive and being walked through all of the features available, we were ready to talk price. Audi Meadowlands was open to my pricing needs and helped me walk away with a price I couldn't be happier with. The entire process was smooth from beginning to end. On the day of delivery, I did not have to wait at all to hop in to my new car and was given another highly detailed tour through all of the available features. Stephen continued to follow-up in the days following my pickup to make sure I was highly satisfied with the car. I definitely am and would recommend Stephen and Audi Meadowlands to anybody interested in an Audi.

A very friendly sales person introduced himself and we proceeded with our transaction.within 1 hour we had a fair price for our trade-in and a good discount off the sticker price. no sales gimmicks, no hard sells. we told him what we wanted and he delivered. This was my second time taking my Audi in for recommended service. Service center makes it a pleasurable experience. Valet takes your car, check-in is quick, loaner is made available if needed, there are computer workstations & Wi-Fi to make the time go fast, and snacks & coffee are provided. The estimate was 1.5 hours and that was exactly what it took. Car is returned not only serviced but washed and cleaned inside ! Highly recommend this service center.

I went to this dealer based on a coworkers recommendation. He referred me to Edwin. However, Edwin was on vacation... However, Edwin sent me to James. James was terrific. Very friendly. Straightforward. Knowledgable. And fast. I leased a 2016 SQ5 for a tremendous price... Other dealers weren't even close to what they offered. I was out of there in about 2 hours. I didn't get any of the "typical" dealer tactics. Can't wait to do it again in 3 years. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I love my Audi so far.

I could not have been more satisfied with the service department at Audi Meadowlands! I leased my Q5 from Town Audi and always thought that the customer service was mediocre at best. At the recommendation of a former Town employee (and friend) I brought my Q5 in for service at Audi Meadowlands and I don't think that I could have made a better choice. I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday afternoon for its 25,000 mile service and it was done the next day! I asked my service adviser (Yvonne Yulan) if it was possible to see if there was an MMI update because the system was running slow and she said that they would take care of it (I had complained about this at my last two services at Town Audi and I was told that they wouldn't do an update unless I'd like to pay for it!) Not only did they update the system, they ended up replacing some components of the Navigation module under warranty that weren't functioning properly, something that Town Audi never found and apparently overlooked. My mother picked up the car Saturday afternoon and it was washed, vacuumed and ready to go. Yvonne couldn't have been any more friendly and courteous and I will certainly be bringing this vehicle here for service for the duration of the lease and will definitely be checking in with the new car department for my next vehicle.

They treat you like family here unlike so many other dealerships we have been to. We had a terrible experience at the Manhattan Audi after spending two whole days with them! But our entire experience at Meadowlands was seamless and we were in and out with a car within a couple hours. I am not the kind of person who will go to 20 dealerships and spend nine months to find a car. I want quick service, a good price and great relationships. That is exactly what we got here. Terry gave us the best deal we could possible get and gave us his undivided attention the minute we were in the door. He is an absolute gem of a person. It was such a pleasure doing business with him. After our purchase he spent almost 30 mins explaining the car's features and making sure we had all the information we needed. We have never gotten so much attention after the sale. It was refreshing to find a dealership that really values its customers. The finance department was also absolutely thorough and explained all our lease terms etc to our is a lot of detail until we were well informed. There were no sales gimmicks and we felt comfortable with the insurance choices we were given. No pressure tactics and we were treated like human beings! We are very grateful to Meadowlands for a stress-free purchase!They have a customer for life!!

I brought in my convertible to get the convertible hydraulics repaired and the repair shop made a gash in the soft top and claims they are not responsible for any damages done. What a joke!!! Basically they can damage your entire car and claim no responsibility! I will never use them again!

My sales rep Steve Seigal loves talking about cars, (me too!!), and was incredibly knowledgeable about all cars, NOT just Audis. He took great interest in what I felt was important in a car, and tailored it to what he recommended I get. It was the first car buying experience where I did not feel like all they wanted was my money. Even the financial person did not try to sell me a bunch of useless add ons. Everyone at this dealership is low key, and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I cannot say enough good things, except, if you are getting an Audi, DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! You would only be wasting your time, money and you won't be treated as well.

I'll start off by saying (no offence) that I hate car dealers. With that said, these guys made the whole experience truly painless (and I'll take them off the list of dealers that I hate). Everyone was respectful, polite, and there was none of the unnecessary "well, I checked with my manager and I can't offer you what I originally promised" that seems to be prevalent elsewhere. I got what I was promised, they kept me informed at every step, and even "fixed" a problem that had nothing to do with them directly (issue with transferring my myAudi service to the new vehicle). They handled every pieces of the transaction and made it a really easy experience. Kudos to Alex and everyone at Audi Meadowlands.

Owned BMW and Honda previously and learned that buying a car can be painful depends on the dealer you work with. Did my research online and went to Audi Meadowlands since they called me back in 5 minutes when I expressed interest on website. Met Terry and man he's just experienced, honest and straightforward. Test drove the 15' model first and Terry answered all my questions with patience. We then went through all the details but then I decided to order a 16' model. Normally the salesperson may get pushy at this point since it's the year end for 15 model and they'd love to get rid of inventory, but Terry just made all the efforts to deliver what a customer wants. We put in the order but the 16' model I like became unavailable and expected delivery is 3 months far, Terry searched and followed up for a week and I got my new car delivered within a month since we ordered and before my birthday! All in all Terry is just the best salesperson I ever met and the team in Audi Meadowlands got me in and out with the new car in 30 minutes since they got everything set in advance! Nice and easy shopping experience and I'd definitely recommend Terry and the awesome team in Audi Meadowlands!

This transaction was handled mostly by email. The pricing was attractive and everything was confirmed by email and documented as promised. Then we saw the SUV and decided on larger wheels which are a more expensive option. When we decided to switch vehicles it went seamlessly--no attempt was made to fudge on the agreed price for the first vehicle and the replacement was priced with the same margins. John gave my wife a very thorough course on the vehicle on delivery and she came away feeling like she was pretty well versed on all the technology. Overall it was a very pleasant transaction. They dd not waste our time or play around the edges with any aspect of the deal. .

They do it with ease, by offering you great value, a no nonsense approach, and good old-fashioned, best in class, customer service.In 2012 Edwin Mercedes was my salesperson and he and the team at Audi Meadowlands won my business with a beautiful Q5 Premium Plus at a lease price over $100 less per month than my local Audi dealer, 30 minutes down the road. In the 3 years I owned the car Edwin and the service department were there for me when two minor challenges of my own doing presented, and they went the extra mile for me when they didnt really have to.Fast forward 3 years later to May of 2015, and the dealership calls me in to get out of my lease 4 months early to take advantage of some great pricing and some owner loyalty offers. Edwin is now the Sales Manager, and Marilyn Tedesco is my salesperson. I walk into the dealership and Im greeted like an old friend or a family member, and I walk out with a car with a sticker price $5,000 higher than the vehicle I brought in and my payments are LESS! On top of that, they found the car in the color combination we wanted, 400 miles away near Buffalo, NY and had the car trailered in for us at no extra charge. Oh and did I mention, just like the car I leased from them in 2012, my new car came with a FULL TANK OF GAS!!My wife and I love this dealership, and never get the feeling were being sold. The staff is genuine and they all care about the customers. A few words about Marilyn Tedesco, and Alex Kyriakou: First off, dont be fooled by this young woman who looks like she just graduated college. Shes a car business veteran, and long time employee of Benzel Busch who knows more about cars than half the sales guys Ive met at other dealerships. Sweet, helpful, and a total pleasure to deal with, shes older and wiser than she looks and if youre lucky enough to work with her, grab the opportunity, you wont be disappointed.Today, we met Alex Kyriakou who was covering for Marilyn who could not be at the dealership when we were picking up our car. He took care of all the paperwork, including speaking with my insurance company to add the new Q5 and deleting the old Q5 from my policy, ending my old lease, and showing us a few new features on the new vehicle. He helped us sync both my cell phone and my wifes cell phone with the Bluetooth and Audi MMI system, and showed us how to work the new and improved Navigation. He even programming my home address and the dealerships address to get us started. Annie in the finance department made easy work of the paperwork and after about half a dozen autographs had us on our way. Quick, easy, and simple as it should be. Benzel Bush and Audi Meadowlands are a Class Act, and Im thrilled to now call myself a repeat customer.

I dropped my brand new S7 with 6000 miles for the following:1- squeaky brakes2- undercarriage rattling as i go over bumps slowly 3- misalignment(i received it back 2 weeks prior and bought a new tire so it was to be perfectly aligned)4- a stain on teh hood i needed removedcar came back and was told they couldn't find the rattling, the brakes still squeak as all audis do that, and if i wanted alignment it was $ 199! i paid $ 80 for the stain to be removed.btw- this is my 5th audi, never has any of them had squeaky brakes!then i left and got a phone call saying there is damage on the loaner and they are charging me $ 300, never again! Second Audi acquired from this dealer and this experience was just as fantastic as past. James Erlikh is very knowledgeable about cars and helped to finalize order. James and Edwin, my sales person 3 1/2 years ago, worked together to provide me with a very good and fair deal for both of us. James also searched and found the exact vehicle that I wanted and they were able to get it from another dealer so I didn't have to wait the 3 months for delivery.Alex did a great job in delivering my car and walking through the changes. Even their finance person was very nice to deal with. Only dealer that I have been to, twice now, that was a pleasant experience versus feeling you got taken a bit. Big difference from other Audi nearby dealer who quoted me a number higher than that on Audi's website, didn't give me Audi loyalty credit, wouldn't provide specific deal information, only let me test drive the vehicle 2 miles and not on highways, and tried to sell only their inventory telling me at least 3 months to get the car set up the way I wanted. I couldn't wait to get out of this dealership it was such a bad experience overall.

I had a target in mind when I started looking for my Audi, so when I found the one at Audi Meadowlands CPO/Service Center, I was sold before I even got to the location. The receptionist was very friendly upon my arrival and sent me in the direction of the floor sales manager... Not quite sure what this guy's deal was.. might have been having a bad day, but wasn't real nice to me. (maybe because I'm only 25 and look very young, a salesman at a luxury car dealer didn't take me seriously) either way, he looked around the room for a bit sent me right to Jason, who ironically was also the youngest salesman on the floor. This guy rocked! not only did he take me seriously from the second I sat down, he was with me every step of the way from my test drive to every single question I had over the phone and in e-mail. Needless to say, I purchased my car less than 2 weeks after meeting for the first time and I could not be happier. A.) because I got exactly what I was looking for with the car, and B.) the most deserving employee got that sales commission. Thanks again Jason!

We've just purchased a certified used Q5 and have shopped around at audi dealers, a lot! Our experience at Meadowlands was excellent. Jason Flores was our immediate point of contact, and was brilliant, both in person and on the phone, and was quick and clear with all communication. All staff we came in contact with were very friendly and knowledgable, and we felt very well looked after. My only criticism would be that it's not clear on their website that used cars are at a slightly different store location from the new, but it really is a very small criticism on what was otherwise an outstanding experience. As the lease on my wife's current Audi Q5 was coming to an end, I quickly began to look into replacement options. I had engaged several dealerships ranging from BMW, Jeep, VW and Audi. Speaking specifically about Audi and the Benzel Busch dealership, I knew I already had in mind the vehicle that we wanted to replace it with, which was another Q5. So, I contacted the sales rep that helped me with my two previous Audi leases and worked with her to arrive at a mutually acceptable deal. The process was very easy going and I never felt pressured or harassed in any fashion. I quickly realzed that Marilyn Tedesco was giving me a fair price on the new car and thus I provided a deposit to have the vehicle held for delivery. When my wife and I arrived onsite at BB, we were quickly greeted and treated with respect and courtesy. Both Marilyn and the Financial Advisor were professional in the approach and they both made the transaction easy and effortless from start to finish.In conclusion, I feel that Benzel Busch, and more specifically, our sales rep Marilyn Tedesco, provided the 'complete customer experience'.I will continue to purchase and/or lease all of my vehicles with BB Audi - Thank you for all of your help!

To say I had a great experience purchasing my Audi is an understatement. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and immediately introduced to our newest best friend, Steve Seigal. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable about the product/brand and took the time to educate us and not just 'sell'. He patiently addressed all questions/concerns and made us feel like we were having a casual conversation; no pressure to make a decision. Ultimately, the purchase occurred almost a month after our first visit and Steve was in contact with us through it all. I'm very big on customer service and treatment we received during this whole process was well beyond my expectations. Everyone I encountered, Steve,Vanessa, Tim was extremely friendly and obviously well equipped with industry acumen. I recently purchased a new 2015 Audi Q5 with the help of Steve Seigal. I thought that was the car I wanted, but was willing to explore other options, and Steve was extremely helpful showing me different cars that would fit my needs. The Q5 was the best fit. The test drive was great - and with Steve's encouragement, I got to really see the benefits of Quattro, whipping it around sharp turns. I was also considering the BMW X3 and the VW Touareg, and the Q5 was the clear winner. Steve was able to give me a great price, not far off from invoice, and the financing was cheap and easy. Once I had decided which car, I was a bit worried how long it would take to get it, because the 2015s were just starting to get shipped in. Steve diligently worked in finding the right car for me, with all the options I wanted, and got it from the other dealership in MA quickly, in under two weeks. The biggest delay was just the car being held at port, obviously beyond his control. I was impressed with Steve's professionalism, enthusiasm and refusal to overpromise/under-deliver. The next time I am in the market for a car, I will definitely be going back to Audi Meadowlands.

As a young boy I remember that insurance salesman with the plaid jacket in my parents livingroom, and how many times he hounded them to sign. At 59, I still envision that image each time I walk into a dealership. Fast talking, make the sale types make me want to shop online. That was not my experience with Steve Seigal! Just had 25000 mile service on 2012 A4 B8 Audi at Audi Meadowlands and left very satisfied. Basically an oil change, but close to same price as independent. Reminded me of ignition coil pack campaign and replace all 4 n/c. Even found and fixed passenger side interior squeak/creak from hood buffer with felt tape. Uses Kendall GT-1 synthetic 5w-40 European spec. Good service writers (Alex Mercedes new his stuff) and mechanics as well. Nice environment will go back

Now, let me completely dismantle that notion, with our experience.One phone conversation with Steve Seigal, sent us on a seven mile trek from Manhattan to Benzel Busch/Audi Meadowlands. I have been going to the Audi Meadowlands' service center for the last 3 years and have visited their service center about a dozen times. I have owned other vehicles and used the service centers of 2 Lexus dealerships, 1 Mercedes dealership, 1 Porsche dealership and 1 other Audi dealership. None of these dealerships provided me with the same level of customer service as Audi Meadowlands has over the years. They always have clean and new Audi loaner vehicles available free of charge. And while their facility isn't exactly located in the best neighborhood, it is always clean and well stocked with a variety of refreshments.But more importantly, is the service you get from Audi Meadowlands. I am very particular about my car and can be a demanding customer, yet this dealership truly believes in treating their customers right and doing right by the customer. They go above and beyond and have exceeded my expectations on many occasions. Most recently, I have had a reoccurring issue with my vehicle that is a tricky to fix. And while I have had to make several trips to get the problem corrected permanently, I never dreaded dropping my car off for service or feeling inconvenienced. The reason for this is mostly due to my service advisor, Candida Diaz. I cannot say enough positive things about Candida. She has been my service advisor over the years and is truly exceptional. Candida always remembers me and my vehicle's history, is organized and efficient, has a sincere commitment to customer service, treats you like a VIP, is knowledgeable about Audi vehicles, communicates my concerns well to the technicians to make sure they address my concerns with the vehicle, and can speak to the technical aspects of Audi vehicles unlike many service advisors. Candida has a very positive attitude and is such a pleasure to deal with. She's a true asset to the dealership and I only trust her with my car. I would never consider bringing my vehicle for service to any other Audi dealership.

I chose Audi of Meadowlands through word of mouth. The praise I had heard before shopping there certainly proved to be accurate. The staff managed to be approachable but at the same time weren't suffocating and were extremely patient. I had been to other Audi dealerships where some of their brand specialists were incredibly intrusive, to the point where they would call multiple times per day to try to gain my business. This was not the case with Audi of Meadowlands and for that I am extremely thankful. Their staff was friendly, appropriate, knowledgeable, and patient with me. This was my first experience leasing a vehicle and they made me feel very comfortable, which is what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this dealership without hesitation and I am looking forward to doing business with them for many years to come.

Steve was outstanding from the time we went in to meet him until we pulled off the lot with our new car. We explained that we had just stopped by on our way to the BMW dealership because we were buying the X5. We hadn't test drove the Q5 so thought we would stop to check it out first. Meeting Steve was great because he made the experience fun and enjoyable. During the process of the car being ordered and delivered, Steve kept us in the loop on where it was and how far along they were in making it, etc. He had explained that he would provide us with updates along the way and he did just that. He was fair in pricing and was patient with us we made our decisions about the details we wanted in the car. It was a great experience and Steve would be someone I recommend going to see. We are excited about our fantastic new car!! Steve was awesome!!!

On Tuesday, January 7 at 5 pm I had gotten in my car to start my 50+mile drive home from work. My car started shuttering every time I pressed the accelerator pedal. I called Blanca Simpson at the Audi Meadowlands Service center, told her my problem and asked if she could help me. Blanca was extremely helpful and even went as far to state what she thought the problem was over the phone. The service department usually would close by the time that I got there at 6pm, but Blanca told me to come in anyway and said she would help me out. Blanca had the service technician Mkie Lanzellota bring my car in, looked at it and sure enough Blanca was correct that the issue was a bad ignition coil. Mike and Blanca suggested that I change all 8 of them so that I wouldn't be back in the next few weeks with another bad coil. Mike and Blanca stayed until 7:30 that night to make sure my car was taken care of. I drove out with my car fixed and a great customer service experience. Please tell Blanca and Mike that I am grateful for going above and beyond and their great customer service!Thanks again!

It was our first time buying a car and we were helped with great respect by Steve Seigal. He guided us step by step on our new Q7! We had to purchase a vechile by the end of the year, and he was able to get exactly what we wanted 3 days before the new year. He then demonstrated an ability to work within his organization to quickly create a very appealing opportunity. Perhaps most importantly, I gained a level of trust in Stephen that is not commonly found within the industry. You find so many people that will take time out of their day to complain about the issues they may have experienced, however will not use the same energy to discuss or acknowledge dedicated individuals. Well I can safely say that I have and will do both when required. Allow me a brief introduction, I am at the tail end of my Audi 2010 Q5 lease- in which I will return sometime this week to pick up my new 2014 Audi Q5. The reason its very important for me to share this information is because my experience with Audi especially service and now sales with the new 2014 Q5 has been nothing short of remarkable. Past experience with service each and every time was commendable. I felt like I belonged to the Audi family. I have to praise Blanca Simpson for her OUTSTANDING customer service during the 3.5 years I have had my car. She is very knowledgeable about the service and overall company. She is the epitome of EXCELLENT customer service. She has always kept me in the loop of what updates were required, , the progress of service, followed through with follow up calls, just a very, extremely very sweet and tentative individual. She is one of the reasons, Ive entered into another lease agreement. I cant thank her enough for her EXCEPTIONAL service and if there is a customer service award she should be the first recipient. Over the past 18 years I have leased vehicles with various companies and hands down Audi is the best!!!!! My experience in the beginning (prior to Blanca Simpson) was nowhere near what it is when she took over my account. It was a rocky start but a remarkable finish. I look forward to more great service experiences with my new 2014 Q5. Due to the great service experience, it led me to inquiring about entering into another lease agreement (in which I have done successfully). I was introduce to Edwin Mercedes another great individual. I went into the dealership with everything on my mind that was essential to entering into another agreement (i.e. vehicle, color, payment, extras, etc.) for him to transition my thoughts into reality was impeccable. He was extremely accommodating and went that extra mile to get what I wanted. He took his time and went over different options available to me. I felt very important for him to really cater to my needs and he did it with compassionate professionalism. He too provided exceptional customer service. I've been looking for an Audi A4 to take my family on roadtrips and run errands around the city. We were ready to purchase at any moment, but found our experiences at the Brooklyn and Manhattan Audi dealerships miserable. Technically, I felt the co-worker did their job on site, but when it came time to follow through, they never did. Even after they said that they will most certainly call us, we never received a call or an email. We checked the junk/spam folders and found nothing. The whole experience can be summed up as 'snobby'.So we went online and looked for the best rated Audi dealership, which was Audi Meadowlands. The dealership was very pleasant. There was a nice open friendly vibe from everyone. It felt genuine.We got Steve Seigal as our sales person and he was extremely friendly and helpful. He understood what we wanted from our A4 and never pressured us into unnecessary upgrades, but when we had questions, he always provided helpful information for us to make easy decisions. Everyone from Steve to the financial manager was extremely patient, helpful, and friendly. Even after driving off the lot, Steve kept in touch to help answer any questions and concerns.I highly recommend this dealership and will most certainly be bringing my Audi here for all maintenances.

I had the pleasure of working with Steve Seigel on purchasing my new Audi. To be perfectly honest, we just moved to the New York area from Toronto where we had built a long term relationship with our local dealer. As soon we we walked into the Audi Meadowlands dealer and met Steve, it was like we already had that relationship. I can't say enough good things. You can tell that he not only loves the cars that he sells, but he works with pride. The latter is most important. I know that for the upcoming years of owning this car, I will be taken care of. And that is something I will always pay a premium for. He has made sure that everything I needed was seamless and effortless. Truth is he isn't a salesman, he's a brand/client specialist; and earns that title. In fact the entire staff at the dealership have always been courteous and professional. "No" just doesn't exist here, so bring your expectations and your requirements and be assured you will be taken care of. After purchasing the car we spent a good 45 minutes to hour going over the features and me getting a tutorial on how everything works; which was helpful given this was my first Audi. All in all, I can't recommend this dealership enough; especially if Steve is helping you out.

These folks go out of their way to provide an exceptional service experience. They do whatever they can to make the service experience convenient from the call to schedule the appointment to picking up the car. They always provide the option of a loaner car or to wait. The loaner cars are terrific because most (seem to) have at least Navigation which is so convenient. The cares are also clean. This particular visit I had some questions about how my A5 works, specifically, the gear box ratio. Yvonne immediately went in to the service area who came back with Pablo, who took the time to go for a ride with me in the car and to answer all of my questions. I used to absolutely HATE having to have my car serviced but those days are over!

He had selling, matching and making the rights advises for my cars (Audi A6 2011, Audi Q7 2012, Audi Q7 2013 and Audi S6 2013).20 of my closest friends bought their Audi`s from Edwin Mercedes, they are trust him and had been upgrading their cars due to the excellent costumer service from him. I am 2 hours from Audi meadowlands and I drive all the way there just to deal with the best salesperson any car enthusiastic could ask for.

And Steve is right up there with the best of them. The ease with which he dealt with the sale of my A5 and the leasing of my new A6 was spectacular. And he's also just a great guy, and easy to work with. And the Audi Meadowlands dealership in general, was just as terriffic.The new car experience is not always entirely pleasant. Steve and Audi Meadowlands does make it entirely that way. It was nice to see someone who really loves what he does, and is great at it. For those looking for the great car that the Audi is, my advice would be to go to only Steve Seigal at Audi Meadowlands in Secaucus, NJ. You will not be disappointed.

My tire pressure monitor told me I was low on air. After filling the tire with air I got the same error message the following day.This led me to find a nail in my tire and the service department was able to fix it right away with no appointment.I had to get to the hospital to pick up my wife after surgery and the last thing I needed was a flat tire or to drive on the donut.Audi Meadlowands had the tire in stock and squeezed me in. I was back on the road in no time and was thrilled they were able to be there in my time of need.

This is the second purchase from Audi Meadowlands and more importantly with Steve Seigal. Steve is unbelievably knowledgable and passionate about cars and really guided me in getting the right car. I purchased the 2014 Audi Q5 TDI and Steve had called me in advance letting me know this new vehicle had arrived. I bought a 2007 Audi A4 Avant and had a few issues soon after o bought it from a local dealership. Because this place didnt specialize in AUDIs I was told to contact Blanca Simpson from AUDI Meadowlands Service department. Blanca returned my call right away and started the process to get my car fixed. The warranty that I had purchase did not cover any of the issues that the car had, but I was given a great deal and must importantly a nice loaner to have during the time of repair. Blanca was very nice and understanding of my situation, she worked hard to get me a good deal and was very patience during the process. At the end I was very satisfied with the service and customer care that I also requested for an oil change and express my new loyalty with this dealership. The moment I walked in I felt like a Million bucks the guys at the door are where very nice and the staff is very kind and professional. Next car I buy will definitely be from Audi Meadowlands, because I know that there service is excellent and very reliable. Thank you Blanca for everything!!!!

I took my car in for the second time due to oil consumption the first time they did a fix I was told if the light comes on to bring it back right away. I called got a service appointment the next day and was called the same day and told that Audi approved the replacement of the pistons in my car and it would not be ready for a few days if I needed a loaner car the dealer would provide one for me at anytime. I was very pleased how the situation was handle and I hope this solves my oil consumption issue.

I have purchased many cars in my time, and out of them I have to say that yesterdays experience at Audi Meadowlands was without question the best experience buying a car I've ever had. My salesperson was Nelson; personable, knowledgeable and completely professional. He directed me to a car he thought would fulfill my needs and hit the nail on the head! We took a test drive and explained all the ins and outs of the car. He was extremely patient and really took the time to help me understand the options the car had and how to use them. I really loved everything about the car- but also knew that if we didn't negotiate a fair price I would walk out of the place. Buying a car is RARELY an enjoyable experience for me. It's actually filled with stress and I usually walk out feeling as though I have been swindled, or that they tried to take advantage. This time was different. I traded in my car and we negotiated a deal and although I probably could have made more money selling my car on my own- the trade in is MUCH less of a hassle than dealing with strangers at my door. When we crunched numbers in the end I got a great deal on a car I love. I am giving Meadowlands Audi 5 stars on everything I experienced in my buying experience but obviously have not used their Service Dept yet. If they are able to provide the same courtesy and professionalism that Nelson and Sales Manager Mike gave me I will certainly be a Meadowlands Audi customer for life.

My Experience with Joe Arvatz was terrible.In summary, what he was trying to do is give me a good deal on the New Vehicle, but rip me off on the trade in.I was in the market for an AUDI Q7 and everything was good until the negotiation for my trade in. I told him that I have already gotten a quote from another dealer and I am looking for a number close to it, his response being a typical terrible salesman is "yeah you can go trade your car over there but buy the new car here". I was not even that piss, and was still willing to purchase so I decided to give him another shot and negotiate the price down even more. Keep in mind that trading in my car else where means I have to pay more tax on the new vehicle roughly 1300 and deal with the trouble of going through two dealerships. Since he was reluctant to negotiate any further, instead of wasting my time I just got up and left. With that said and done, I drove 20 minutes to DCH Millburn Audi and made a deposit on a brand new AUDI Q7.Just a tip, For anyone buying a new car, if the sales can't look you in the eye and give you a number(either looking side to side or looking down at a piece of paper), They are either a inexperienced sales or bad liar. Remember that money is in your pocket, its the sales job to give the illusion of confidence and that they are in control, not forget that the scariest thing for a car salesman is hearing you say "no" straight up to them.

I drove a bit out of my way to come to this dealership off of a friend's recommendation with high expectations. I met with Joe to discuss a lease of a 2013 Audi A6 who exceeded those expectations. Everything was done up front and in the open. He found a car that fit exactly what I was looking for and what I was looking to pay without any hassle or attempts to put me into something I was not looking for. We communicated back and forth over the course of a week while waiting for the car to be delivered and the communication was prompt, helpful, and engaging. Once the car arrived I was given a quick tutorial on how to operate the controls in a user-friendly fashion. This was my first lease here and my first Audi.I had by far the best experience I have ever had leasing a vehicle here and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my next vehicle. I highly recommend both Meadowlands Audi and Joseph Arvatz to anyone looking to buy an Audi!

This review is based on my personal experience with Audi Meadowlands Service Dept at 4700 Westside Ave. North Bergen, NJ. On 4/12/2013 I brought in my '07 A6 3.2 Avant for HVAC issue which was fixed. The next day, I noticed there was damage to a panel on driver side following which I immediately e-mailed the Service Advisor with photos asking for an explanation. For 4 weeks, my subsequent follow-up e-mails were ignored until 5/8/13 when the SA e-mailed me, not to accept responsibility for the damage but to indicate her Service Mgr advised I bring the vehicle in "to see what we can do".On 5/16/2013 I set up a 5:30pm appointment to drop off my '13 A6 2.0 Sedan (leased from their sales dealership at 425 Rt 3 East Secaucus, NJ.) for collision repairs (some unknown party hit my vehicle in my parking garage) with a request for a loaner car. On presenting my paperwork (cost estimates, etc from my auto insurer), the SA said they only gave out loaner cars for service/warranty work (which in my opinion was factually incorrect based on my prior visits). Given that I had set up the appointment earlier in the day with specific details and a request for a loaner vehicle - for which the assigned SA didn't have the courtesy to let me know in advance of this 'policy' - I asked to speak with her (service) manager; this was unsuccessful as he had 'left for the day' according to the SA; all this time, not one of the 'managers' at their desks or standing around offered to assist. In summary, she nonchalantly told me there was nothing she could do; I should speak with my insurer to provide me a rental! At this point, I collected my paperwork+keys and left. I think a business that demonstrates such flagrant disregard (even disrespect) to its customers either [1] does not understand that it costs far more to acquire a new customer than to keep an existing one satisfied or [2] just doesn't care. Either way, it is their loss.

Nelson took great care of me! I found the car I was looking for and called Nelson to make sure it would be as great in person as it looked on the computer. I flew in from Chicago to pick it up and Nelson took care of everything for me, he even went above and beyond what I was asking for and offered to fix some paint work on the hood of the car that I couldn't see in the photos. I flew in and drove home a very happy customer. This was a great car buying experience from end to end!

I visited this dealership to have a tire coveted under my wheel and tire policy because I got a nail. Everyone was very friendly and candida was great to work with. They had my tire replaced within a half hour after the insurance company ok'd the replacement, and I was out of there in no time. Will definitely continue to use Meadowlands for service!

Edwin and Jeremy were both extremely knowledgeable about the cars and extremely friendly and made the experience of buying my car very easy and pleasurable which is a very different experience from some of my past car purchases. I also felt that Edwin and Jeremy were very honest and patient and helpful. This was my second car purchase at audi meadowlands with Stephen Seigal. My first purchase was in June 2013. It was an excellent experience and great working with Steve. He is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately my new car was flooded and declared a total loss due to Hurricane Sandy. I knew two things when i found out about the loss. First was that i would be replacing my car with the same one, and second that i would be going back to Steve. I called him a few days after the storm and he got right to work finding me a replacement. As with the previous deal, everything was smooth and quick. He took care of everything and kept me informed throughout the deal. I cant say anything bad about him and will absolutely be recommending him to family and friends.

Ricky also spent a good deal of time trying to improve the connection with my iphone 5 and while everything was not completely resolved, I do know that every effort was made to do so.

I now drive a luxury car and for the first time have experienced luxury service!I thought the guys at the Audi Meadowlands sales department were spectacular to work with until I met the people at their service department, and now Im hard pressed to tell you who I think is better. I think its a tie.EVERYONE at Audi Meadowlands has been totally amazing to deal with. From a previous post on this site you can see that Edwin and Jeremy in the sales department took care of me like family, and moved heaven and earth to earn my business and win my loyalty, which they did.It is clear to me that Candida Diaz and Bill Vandenberg in the service department share the same values as the folks in the sales department. Equally clear to me is the management team at this dealership understands how customers should be treated and they obviously empower the staff to do just that.Two things you need to know about the Audi Meadowlands service department:1)The service department is in another building maybe 10 minutes away from the main dealership showroom. When I purchased my Q5 I didnt give this a moments concern. Now having needed service for a broken windshield I can tell you it is no big deal at all. The service department is beautiful. They have valet service and a big clean inviting space that for me was the nicest service department Ive have had the pleasure to take advantage of.2) The service department ROCKS!!! My wife was in the wrong place at the wrong time driving on Route 287 and a rock hit and cracked our windshield. As you can imagine the thought of spending hundreds of dollars on a new windshield for a brand new car was less than thrilling to me. I called my salesman Edwin and asked him if he could help me get a better price on the repair since circumstances required me to do so without the benefit of an insurance claim.Edwin called me back and said he put in a good word for me and I should get in touch with Candida Diaz. When Candida and I spoke she told me after speaking with Edwin, and consulting with Mr. Vandenberg, the dealership would pick up the cost of the windshield and asked if I would just cover labor. Stunned, I asked her to repeat herself and then I asked her how was this possible? Her answer: You asked us to help and this is something we were able to do for you. I called Edwin back right away, thanked him, and asked him how soon I can buy another car from him?The service department did not have to do this. We broke the glass. What they did for me today was beyond AMAZING. Who does this kind of thing? This is my first purchase from Benzel Busch and Im still blown away every time I deal with them. Candida was a pleasure to deal with. The service itself was first rate. I got a freshly washed, clean loaner car, and pleasant valets took my car away. My Q5 returned to me repaired, washed and vacuumed. My inspection sticker was glued back in the new glass and they even re-installed the Velcro in the new windshield to accept my EZ Pass. WHO DOES THAT? The attention to detail of my service and the assistance I got with the cost of the repair has me practically speechless. Im sure donated windshields are not the norm but however they made it happen, my family and I are very grateful.Ive told anyone who will listen to me, if youre looking for an Audi and dont buy from these guys youre crazy. I cant wait to go back and see them for my oil change!

Through web channels and some good fortune, I met Brian Kim of Audi Meadowlands. His attentive manner and all around decency from first call to negotiating to delivery made for a pleasant experience. Brian was prompt and patient and made certain to answer any and all queries I had had throughout the duration of the transaction. One vignette had me frantically calling him after-hours to ask about a trunk key issue to which he solved within half a minute (one cannot open one's Q& trunk with with the valet button switched on with one's valet car key - who knew!). Brian made me feel comfortable throughout the entire purchase process and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a hold of an Audi vehicle.

The sales man changed his tone from being very friendly and polite to rude as soon as I put a down payment on the vehicle. The lady working in the finance department had a big time attitude.This dealership has very poor customer service, no place to sit while waiting for the sales person to come talk to you. They need to learn to respect us customers, because they get their paychecks cause people like us get vehicles from there. This will be my first and last purchase from this dealership.

hi, I am from Chicago and saw an ad online for a 2010 Audi Q5. the price was right and I negotiated with Nelson over the phone. I had everything setup when I flew into NJ and I drove away with the car the same day. Nelson was great and I would recommend him to you. Just make sure you lay out all your expectations very clearly with him so there is no room for miscommunication. That way you can protect yourself from last minute surprises. Nelson is friendly and gets the job done.

I contacted this dealer on a Saturday morning and asked if a specific used vehicle was on the lot and available for a test drive. I explained that I was coming from 70 miles away and wanted to be sure the vehicle was there. I spoke to two people and was told they had the vehicle. When I arrived my wife and I spoke to Michael Rafferty and Richard Kim. They both said sorry but the vehicle was at their detail shop. I explained that I had called and was told the vehicle was there and we'd come a long way. They were apologetic and just kept asking who I spoke to. They implied that I hadn't been told the car was here. I offered to let them see my phone and the call I made to which they replied, "oh that's just a general dealer number." Rafferty offered to call the detail shop and see if they could bring it over, which they couldn't so he asked us to follow Kim to the detail shop for a test drive. He said it's "15 minutes from here." We get in the car and followed Kim like idiot. We then embarked on a 46 minute journey through every side street in Jersey. About halfway through the trip Kim pulls over and comes back and apologizes and says he's avoiding the highway route because he doesn't have easy pass! Are you kidding me? I would have paid the tolls myself if it meant we actually got there in 15 minutes. Anyhow we get there after 46 minutes (I timed it). At this point I'm not sure the car even exists. The detail shop manager was very nice and walks us to the vehicle which was in a garage under repair with 7 vehicles blocking it in. The detail shop guy had no idea we were there to test drive it. Kim says nothing so I ask the detail shop guy if I can drive it. To his credit he didn't hesitate and started moving cars. After another 20 minutes the car was out and we started a test drive. I get in the car and go to pull out and guess what? The gas light is on and there's no indication how far we have to empty. So our test drive was all of a mile. I had my 6 month pregnant wife with me and by this point we're ready to leave. Kim then asked us to return to the dealership to work on deal!?!?

Everyone at Audi Meadowlands was an absolute PLEASURE to deal with.My car was ordered on January 9th, 2012 and was promised to me the first week in April. On Monday April 2nd, the car was at the dealership prepped and ready for me to pickup with a full tank of gas.Jeremy and Edwin were incredible to deal with. I got a great price, and was instantly taken with their approach and can-do attitude. I had been to another Audi dealership closer to my home, who told me demand was high, supply was low, this was the price and if I did not act fast, they would run out of my model. Fast forward 24 hours later, and a conversation with Jeremy offered me many cars, many choices, and a price and delivery date that worked for my needs.Out of habit, I usually buy a car close to my home. Audi Meadowlands is close to where I work and had I not given them a try, I don't think I would be driving a brand new Audi Q5 today. This dealership made me feel like earning my business was important to them. The "other guys" gave me the typical high pressure take it or leave it attitude most car dealers are famous for.If you want to deal with pleasant, honest people who will work with you, and treat you like family, these are the guys you want to be dealing with. Annie in the business office made quick and easy work of the paperwork and even came in early to help me get the car and work around my schedule.I can not say enough good things about my experience at Audi Meadowlands.

This is the first online review that I have ever written. I am so happy to have this opportunity to share my experience with Audi Meadowlands (Secaucus, NJ). I frequently rely on internet reviews myself and I sincerely hope that if you do choose to do business with this dealership that you are treated as well as I have been treated by these kind, considerate and fair individuals.My wife and I went into Audi Meadowlands interested in purchasing a new 2012 Q7. These vehicles are in short supply and we would have had to order one and wait two to three months for it to be built and shipped. We were willing to wait and we were choosing our configuration when we decided to pause the process so we could go home and think about the decision to buy this expensive vehicle. Our sales person (Steve Seigal) was wonderful at every step of the way. He did not at all pressure us to stay in the dealership and complete the deal. He understood our hesitation and supported it. He said that he did not want us to act impulsively and then have regrets. We appreciated his low pressure and empathetic style as we had been in other dealerships where we did unfortunately experience inappropriate pressure to buy cars on the spot. Those dealerships will never see us again.I returned to the dealership a few days later with the news that we wanted to try to find a Certified Pre-Owned Q7 because we preferred not to wait three months for the car and because we wanted to try to save some money. Steve quickly located a vehicle that exactly satisfied all of our requirements in Audi Meadolands' own CPO Division. I have to be honest and say that some of my wonderful experience is attributable to Good Luck as this CPO 2011 Q7 was in amazing condition, had only 7900 miles, and was configured as if we had ordered it ourselves. We, of course, quickly chose to purchase this beautiful SUV.I said that this SUV was in great shape, and it was, but it did have a few very minor cosmetic/maintenance issues as it had already been in service for almost a year. I should say that I am a new car buyer at heart. I don't like to pay the premium for new cars anymore than anyone else does but I am someone who takes pride in and enjoys the tangible benefits of a well kept and maintained vehicle and I am generally more comfortable when a car is in my care from the beginning. Recognizing my concerns and this aspect of my personality, Mike (CPO Manager) and Peter (Service Manager) both, in my opinion, went above and beyond what would have been required to make me an extremely satisfied customer. They offered accommodations before I could even ask for them and performed service that I was willing to pay for at No Charge. The bottom line is . . . I was impressed and I feel very comfortable recommending this dealership.When Steve delivered the car to us he took the time to thoroughly go through the many high-tech features in the vehicle even though it was raining and I told him that it was not necessary. (Yes, I always read the manuals and learn things that I would surely otherwise never know. I highly recommend doing so.) Steve, Mike and Peter were great and did a wonderful job representing this dealership. The Q7 is simply amazing. The only problem we have is that my wife is growing concerned, as she has several times found me standing at the window, staring at this beautiful SUV in the driveway. I think the best way I can conclude this review/recommendation is to honestly tell you that I have never before allowed a dealership to advertise on a vehicle that I purchased. I would refuse to take delivery of a car if a dealer did not remove all logos that they routinely stick on the back of vehicle. This is the first time that I have decided to leave the logo on to thank and acknowledge Audi Meadowlands for its Excellence. I will certainly not hesitate to buy another car from this dealership and I will look forward to the opportunity to do business with these exceptional people again.

I visited Audi of Meadowlands after doing an online search and found a vehicle at this location. Upon arriving, my father and I were greeted immediately by a friendly and professional staff. I had been in contact with the salesman, Steven Seagel, who was more than willing to go over any and all questions in which we had. After going on a test drive, I was very happy with the vehicle as well as the condition it was in. There were minor scratches n dings on the vehicle, which Steven had arranged to get fixed that same week. We picked up the car the following week, and I was very pleased with the repairs which were done on the car. Overall, this was a great experience. This was the first car I have ever purchased and I will definitely return and recommend Audi of Meadowlands to any of my friends. The sales team, in particular Steve Seagel, were very accommodating, knowledgable, and friendly. Again, very happy with the service I received at this location.

My son was looking to lease an Audi and asked me to help him get a good deal. I called a couple of Audi dealers and got no where. At one dealer the salesman didn't know the difference between an Audi4 and an Audi5. Then I called Audi Meadowlands and spoke to, Brian Kim,a salesman there. It was the most pleasant experience I ever had dealing with a car salesman. I told Brian what we were looking for [an Audi5] including the color and options and wouldn't settle for anything less. Brian told me he didn't have that in stock but he would reach out to try and get us one. Brian called the next morning and told me he found one but it would take a couple of days to get it in. I asked him what his best deal was before we went any further. I also told him I had a trade in and what I wanted for it. He said if the car was in good shape and it was worth what I wanted then we could make a deal right then and there but he still had to have it appraised; I agreed and we made the deal. I brought my car in and he looked it over and gave me what we agreed on over the phone. We did some paperwork while we were there and he told us the car would be there the next day. When we went to pick up the car Brian went over the car in detail and even set up the bluetooth for us. He was so professional and knowledgable that he made the whole experience so painless and pleasant. Then we went to the finance department and delt with Annie Hagenbush. She was just as professional and knowledgable in her own right; another pleasant experience. If anyone is looking to purchase an Audi I strongly recommend Brian Kim.

I had a 2002 A4 that I loved, but I had been planning to get a CPO this year. Then I went and had a minor accident that did a fairly significant amount of damage to my 2002 A4. I decided to take it to Audi Meadowlands for an estimate, since I knew the shop and trusted them. The staff there helped make a bad situation into a very easy and enjoyable experience! Everyone I dealt with was knowledgable, helpful and friendly. They presented all of my options, help guide me through what I needed to do, and ultimately, had the perfect CPO sitting there for me. Gary put together a deal that I couldn't walk away from. I had already done my homework, but he didn't know that before presenting the numbers. So I knew the numbers were as good as could be. I crashed my car Mon, took it to them Tues afternoon. Gary showed me the car, I test drove it, he presented the numbers and I pretty much decided to buy. But, we decided to wait to see what the insurance adjuster had to say. We didn't want to influence them in anyway knowing I wasn't fixing the car. On Fri, Rob met the adjuster and did a great job! He knew I was buying that car and that insurance check was going to straight to me. Sat, I signed the papers and drove away with my "new" (for me) 2009 A4. And I LOVE it!Thanks Rob, Gary, Blanca and EVERYONE at Audi Meadowlands Service Center!An important note .. The reason I had taken my car there instead of a "body" shop is because I had already been dealing with them servicing my car. The staff there gets most of the credit for my purchase of another Audi A4. Of course, the car itself gets some credit to. But one big reason I was so happy with the entire experience was because I wanted to stay with Audi Meadowlands.I'd highly recommend Audi Meadowlands for both sales and service.

I purchased my Audi A8 back in February, and since purchasing I have been blown away by how amazing the service at Audi Meadowlands is. I've owned Porsches, I've owned BMWs and a host of American cars. One particular service rep, Blanca Simpson, stands out as she has gone above and beyond the call of duty. She's friendly, responsive and I never feel like she's trying to up-sell me something I do not need. The Meadowlands Audi dealership makes me feel appreciated by doing the little things. Each time I've gone in for service whether it be warranty service or a tune-up, the car is completed in the time I'm told it will be, the car is freshly cleaned, and they keep me constantly updated as to progress. Blanca manages my expectations. Lastly, the challenge I had in the past with other dealerships was that Enterprise Rent-a-car handled the loaner vehicles. When dropping off my car at the Dodge dealership, I was presented with a Toyota Yaris. That's pathetic. What that dealership didn't consider was that if they offered the latest version of the same car I had for a loaner, or even one at a higher price point, it was essentially acting as a test drive for me to see if I liked the car and motivate me to perhaps purchase that car. Having an Audi loaner motivated me to talk about the Q5, the A4 turbo, the newest A8 to my friends, colleagues and family both about both the service from Meadowlands and also the high quality and feature set of those vehicles. Blanca Simpson always makes sure a loaner is available for me the moment I arrive and I'm out the door a few moments after arrival. Dodge gave me a Yaris to test drive for a week which is both poor taste and bad business.I hold Meadowlands in the highest regard and will continue to be a faithful Audi customer because of the service I receive.

Right in the middle of running my errands, my Audi A6 2.7T began to sputter and the check engine light came on. Here we go again with faulty ignition coils!!! I thought I was heading for a total loss of a day at a dealership service department. How wrong I was!!!Let me tell you, the service department at Audi of Meadowlands had me in and out with keys in hand within 2 hours without an appointment.This service department was incredible. It was clean, very spacious, fully stocked beverage station and computer internet access (not just Wifi on your device). I've been to service departments were they stick you in a small room with a samll TV, a vending machine and a drip coffee machine. Not here. I could have easily spent the whole day there.Now let me get to the Service Advisor. Her name is Blanca Simpson. One of the most professional, knowledgeable and polite persons I have ever met in the car service department. I would like to thank her for my painless experience.I would also like to thank the service mechanic that worked on my car. I believe his name is Pablo. My car was worked on very quickly and returned to me in the same exact way I left it. There were no fingerprints, no smudges and my steering wheel, seat and floor mats were not dirty. Even the station on my radio and the volume were unchanged.Thanks again Audi of Meadowlands for the extrodinary service.

Gary Covello was a magnificent antidote to the hard-nosed, arrogant manager, Mike, whose desk was nearby and should be in a different business. By contrast, Gary was gracious. thoughtful, attentive, caring, and ever ready to do what was needed both to make the sale on terms that worked for both sides and to harmonize and enhance the energies of the purchase experience for my wife and me. For example, what is also keenly appreciated is that Gary's positive attitudes and helpful disposition persisted after the papers were signed and the funds transferred by being very helpful in securing the return of some inadvertently forgotten items left in our former car. While the experience in obtaining the car was very good, the experience in returning a lease was perhaps one of the reasons that I decided not to continue with the dealership. I fully expected that there would be some inconvenience in retuning the car, I did not however expect the extreme rudeness by the individual at Audi. When I had advised that while I loved the car it simply did not meet my needs, and was looking for an SUV he replied well good luck getting one of ours, we only have one on the lot. I told him that while I really liked Audi I did not like the styling or options that came in the SUV's, so it would not be likly that would purchase the Q5 or Q7.. His comment to that: "What ever, go buy someplace else". Riverside/ Meadowlands believes that this is how to keep customers I have a word of advice. It does not matter how good the product is if the service is bad.

Ive purchased several new cars over the past years, but this by far was the best experience Ive had at a dealer. From the first communications via e-mail, to delivery everything was handled professionally and as you would expect from a premium brand. Dean Griffin was up front about all aspects of the transaction, and Sam Ahn made sure any concerns were taken care of. The car was super clean when I picked it up, and the delivery process in the F&I office was painless. Dean walked us through the many features in the car, and off we went. No buyers remorse after, no questioning if we really got a good deal, really an easy transaction at a great dealership.

My son and I were looking for a used pre-certified Audi and this dealership had exactly what he wanted. The first time we were there, the salesman was pleasant for the most part and we took the car for a test drive. When we got down to finances, he kept referring to his manager, so I just went and spoke with the manager. (It was somewhat late and this salesman kept eating something from his desk drawer - very rude.) I would have preferred a more private area to speak in as the manager's desk was in the middle of the room with all the salesmen's desks. We did not come to terms on this first visit. I made a subsequent visit during which I spoke again only with the manager, Mike, who really made an effort and we did reach an agreement so I put a deposit on the car. The day we went to pick the car up had been bad weather, bad traffic, and I got lost because this dealership is rather difficult to find so I arrived a bit later than our appointment. The salesman, again, was rude and I mentioned this to the manager. We left to see the finance people in the Secaucus office - the woman there was extremely nice - she had stayed late to help us. There was a small discrepancy in the price and she immediately fixed it. All in all, I would recommend this dealership for a pre-certified Audi, especially the manager and the finance office. Perhaps a different salesman might have made it a little more pleasant.

Audi Meadowlands made the process of buying a car easy. I was worried about getting snowed by jargon etc. But everything was clear and above board.They participate in the Consumer Reports Build and Buy program. They honored the price from that service. Questions were answered rapidly in an email exchange with manager Sam Ahn that had all my questions answered in about an hour total. There were about nine emails in that time. I was at the dealership three hours later for a test drive.Marilyn Tedesco the salesperson who thoroughly went through the car with my in the lot and on the test drive was very personable. No pushiness or constant upselling. She went over numbers and explained everything clearly. She found the car I wanted and promised to have it delivered in two days. I made a deposit and had a signed purchase order for the price I got online.Two days later she picked me up from the train station and drove me to the dealership to pick up my car.Everyone there was genuine, just good people selling cars. They didn't act like they were doing you a favor but also weren't overly gushing.The back office final signing was pleasant. No hard sell on financing etc. Competitive matching rates on financing were offered but I already had my cash sorted out and that was respected. I did spend a bit more money back there but I had already planned on buying the Tire and Wheel Insurance and the pre-paid servicing. I was given the price that I had seen other people had gotten on the internet. As I live in Manhattan I checked with most of the luxury car dealerships before going to Jersey and none were as mellow and friendly as Audi Meadowlands. No one was nasty in Manhattan, just not as nice.

Long distance purchase of a used vehicle (New Jersey to Indiana) from online sales representative, Gary Covello. Discovered vehicle through eBay Motors and the dealership completed rest of the transaction by phone to avoid additional fees. Gary accurately described the vehicle condition. Notified me of scratches on the rear bumper and slight curb rash. The dealership did a decent job covering paint imperfections and Gary was flexible on pricing. He included the price of the inspection into the final price - added bonus. An oversight in spotting hail damage along the hood and roof of the car was handled promptly. Mostly compensated for the damages ($600 of $900 bill) which seemed fair. They recommended a reliable and fully-insured transport service that delivered the vehicle within 5 business days. Despite surprise hail damage, the dealership handled the situation maturely. Recommended.

I was contemplating between leasing a BMW and an AUDI and decided to test drive both. I went to BMW and did a test drive and wanted to compare it to Audi before I made a decision. I met with Marilyn and she was so helpful and patient. There was no comparison from the BMW sales person to Marilyn. I was so pleased with the Audi A5 Coupe that I signed that day for the one left in the lot. Although I absolutely love my Audi, Marilyn's assistance made me feel so comfortable in asking questions and answered all of my concerns. I will definitely go back to her when my lease comes up. It was one of the best buying experiences we've ever had with a dealer. The staff was very friendly and straightforward. We didn't get any of that cheap salesman talk. We came in at around 3pm and by 4pm we bought ourselves a car. The BMW 325 Ci that we bought was exactly as described in the ad and the price was pretty good. The price we got for our trade-in was pretty fair as well. From the negotiation to the time we signed the paperwork you can feel that they really would like to earn your business. Overall, it was a great buying experience and will definitely buy from this dealer again as well as recommend to our friends & family.

Browsing E-Bay for a car to purchase, came across Audi Meadowlands inventory. Saw that they had a car that I had been looking for. Called and spoke to Gary, he negotiated the price with me, very friendly and prompt to return my phone calls. Easy to work with, when I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a lot attendant and he parked my car for me. Went in, met with Gary, signed the paperwork and left with the car. Car was in great condition, just as stated on their listing. Car drives great, friendly staff, highly recommended!

I want to take the time to say how pleased I was with the service I received at this dealer. Adam Tayel I was dealing with was very helpful and very personable. Adam helped me in finding the car that best fit my needs. The service I received was excellent. I would definitely come back for another car and tell my friends how great the service was. I am very happy with my car and the price was the best i found around . If it was not for Adam I am not sure that I would have wound up getting my vehicle. I first visited the dealership to look for used cars. I met up with Adam and he was very cordial and helpful in closing the deal for the used car that I ended up buying from this dealer. The entire transaction was extremely smooth and they were very helpful in every way.They replaced the batteries and they also had new tyres put on. After I bought the car, there were a couple of issues and they fixed those issue for me at no additional cost since they had provided a 3 month warranty. Extremely happy with the deal and that made me bring in 2 more customers who bought Used cars from them. They too are really happy.I would surely recommend anyone to go this dealer and would not have any complaints.I would specially like to appreciate the efforts taken by Adam Tayel in making sure that we as customers are happy. If you are thinking about getting an Audi then go here and go directly to Derek-he is the best. I had started my search for a new car in January 2010 and my search ended in January 2011 with Derek at Audi Meadowlands. I had been everywhere-BMW, Infiniti, Saab, Toyota, Cadillac, and Chrysler, but Audi was by far the best and this was especially because of Derek. I dread the whole car buying process, but Derek made everything great and easy. I went in on a Thursday night and had my new Audi three nights later. He was the most professional and just overall the best Salesman I have ever had and I am 34 years old and very picky about everything. I work in Customer Support as well so I am extra judgmental about service, etc. and I can't say enough good things about him and my experience at this dealership. I am not a computer person and I don't do reviews, but I know how important they are for all of you considering buying a car, so I am doing this for you and Derek more than deserves this great review as well. I had an Infiniti for 10 years and by day one of driving my new Audi and all the great things that come equipped with it I had forgotten all about my old Infiniti and moved on to love my new car-an Audi A4. Go here and go directly to Derek-you will not be disappointed.

I really appreciated the level of professionalism of this dealership. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and just seemed liked they really enjoyed their jobs. My salesman, Dean, was extremely knowledgeable about the A4 and able to answer any and all questions I had about the car. I found this to be very helpful and certainly part of the reason I ended up getting the Audi and really made the purchase enjoyable for me and my wife. We love the car and she's already expressed to me how excited she is for her 5 series lease to be up this fall so she can get the new A7. I have no doubt we will be back in Secaucus talking to Dean in September.

I recently purchased a certified Audi A4 from Audi Meadowlands. I found the dealership on Autotrader and was attracted to the great price on an A4 they had for sale. I decided to call and see if the the vehicle was available and spoke with Angel Perez. He was great on the phone and answered all the questions I had about the vehicle. I made an appointment with him and went to see the vehicle. Their showroom didn't look very big from outside. I was surprised to see a nicely sized indoor showroom upon entering that show cased their selection of Audi vehicles. The car I wanted was inside and Angel grabbed the keys and showed me the vehicle. The vehicle looked great and was free from any dings, dents or scratches. I also noticed the 4 brand new tires as I walked around the car. Angel told me that all of his vehicles are completely certified once they are on the showroom floor and that the car was ready to drive home. He pulled the car out and we went for a ride. The car drove great and I was ready to buy my next vehicle. Now it was time to negotiate the price of the vehicle.As we sat at Angel's desk, I immediately asked him what his best price was. He explained his internet price was very aggressive and that he didn't have much room on the price. He told me that the certification warranty was included in the internet price and we didn't have to pay any extra fees to have the car certified. I appreciated this because I did visit a different Audi showroom were they told me it would cost an extra $2000 to certify the vehicle. His manager Mike Rafferty was sitting across from his desk and came over and helped us finalize a fair price for the vehicle. I was happy with the price and was happy with the interest rate given to me for the financing. The thing I liked most about the whole transaction was how straight forward it was. I went to the dealership because the price they advertised was great. I did my homework and knew that the deal was great compared to other dealers. I really liked the fact that nothing ever changed about the deal and they didn't play any games with me. The car was 100% certified and in perfect condition. I didn't have to negotiate for anything to be fixed on the vehicle before I took it home. I also wasn't subjected to any pressure during negotiations and never had to speak to 10 different managers to get the deal done. They gave me a great car at a great price and made a normally painful experience virtually pain free. Thanks guys for a great experience at your dealership. I will be definitely telling anyone that asks me where I picked up my new car to go and check you out.

I bought a Lexus used car and as promised they have changed tires and did the oil change and basic check I believe. I purchased a 2007 Audi S4 that was purportedly "certified." It was not. The checklist I was given revealed that several repairs had not been compelted. The the dealership sent me another checklist, with certain items now magically checked off. There is no question that the second checklist is a complete forgery, as it was created several weeks after the car left the dealership's custody. The dealership refuses to make good on it. I have asked that the vehicle be recertified, and they will do so, but only if I sign a legal release, which I am not going to do.

I was searching Northern Jersey for a used german coupe, Audi A5/S5, BMW 328/335, etc. Audi Meadowlands had 2 nice looking S5's and one A5 but priced quite high. They had a 2008 BMW 335xi coupe that was priced okay until you looked into it. They originally priced it similar to a BMW Certified Car's price of $33,500 with low mileage then lowered it to $28K. If the car was clean and had no problems it would've been a good deal. They obviously do not take care of their used cars or maybe that's how Audi treats a used BMW?? 4 major things wrong:1. Driver's side interior metal strip (wood and metal options can be had) was totally destroyed. The entire ~2-3 foot length of it was dinged, scratched, and chewed up pretty bad. Either the dealership did it while they had it for the 2 months they couldn't sell it or the owner damaged it somehow. Audi Meadowlands refused to fix/replace it.2. As a luxury car dealer they couldn't or wouldn't show me the past service history of this ~40K mile car. When asked for it Adam and his manager kept saying it's fine, it's fine. We fixed it up and replaced the tires (which turned out not to be true when Mike read us the service they performed later). Why would you even accept this trade in without a service record? Especially when it's not listed on the Carfax? He kept saying, "some people don't report service to carfax because carfax charges them money when they report service info." Sound dubious to me.3. Adam claimed the car was loaded and true it was... so where was the Ipod/Mp3/USB Adapter Cables??? So the car is loaded with entertainment features but didn't have any connectors for it? Did they not get it from the owner or did someone else take the connectors for themselves? (even Adam admitted someone at the dealership took nice license plate/plate brackets off traded in vehicle before... so perhaps someone in service snagged the connectors for personal use or sale online?)4. The engine had a bit of a ticking/clicking sound and was abnormally noisier than the other 335's and 328's I've driven and been around (I've test drove ~3 335xi's before and my friends have 335's, X3's and 328's). I figured I could just take it to a proper BMW dealer and have them check it out and set it right later since it was still on warranty/service plan. It turns out the problem probably originated with the dealer or perhaps the car was never serviced. When I test drove the car there were finger nail clippings around the center shift stick area. Pretty disgusting. When asked about it Adam asked his manager if he had been using the car and Mike said, "yeah". Turns out the manager and maybe even others had been joyriding and beating the crap out of the BMW 335xi for 2 months! The miles they advertised was ~40,500. When I test drove the car it was almost 42,000 miles! It was even worst, after I negotiated a price later on that night I noticed that the Carfax had the vehicle listed at 39,500 miles when they first started selling it on 11/03/2010. When I test drove the car it was 12/30/2010 and it had very close to 42,000 miles on it. So in less than 2 months they piled on about 2,500 miles on the bimmer! This also meant the vehicle only had about 8,000 miles left before the original warranty and maintenance plan ran out. Thanks for eating up the car's miles guys. They were obviously joyriding, enjoying it, clipping their nails in it, and abusing the car until they could offload it! Shame on them."mchoi02" was correct in his review. Adam is very friendly and has high energy but his boss being "stern" was an understatement. His boss ignored every negative remark about the vehicle like it was nothing (example the chewed up side panel and joyriding miles) and during the post drive talk he decided his time was better spent grabbing a drink and watching the football game across the office. He seemed angry and didn't care if they sold the car or not. His negotiation of going down $200 was pretty annoying like he didn't care at all. Perhaps he didn't want to lose his joyriding vehicle? This could have been a good cop bad cop setup who knows. It seemed like it because after we agreed on a price and trade in, the next day the service went all to hell. I went to my bank in the AM to get my loan which they said could not be finalized that day on 12/31. I called Adam and said can you match my bank's finance rate? He told me to just come down and he get me financing. I told him I don't want to come all the way down just for you to give me 4.9-6%. Can you match 3.39% or better? I filled out the application and faxed it to him around 10:30-11am. He said it'll take 15 minutes. 30 minutes pass, an hour passes, no call back. I called him back and he said Mike is doing it now, give him 5 minutes. 30 minutes pass no response. I called him back and said if you couldn't do it soon I have my charity event I have to attend in the afternoon. No confirmed rate means I won't buy the car. In addition he kept my driver's license the night before, great! I couldn't drive myself anywhere that day! I had to finally call Benzel Busch speak to the operator and explain that I needed to speak with the owner or the GM because they are ignoring me and wouldn't return my driver's license. Adam was ignoring my calls and Mike was just shaking me off. About 3-4 hours after the initial finance application Adam finally calls me back. I told him where he could drop off my license and that no I do not want the car anymore. I heard him saying to Mike, "Don't send it, don't send it to the bank. He doesn't want it" real loud so I can hear it too. What was he trying to make me feel bad? All it proved was how unprofessional they are. So 15 minutes to get me a rate was what a gross understatement? 4 hours later they didn't even send the application into the bank yet!! I've had dealers offer me 2.9% on the spot and they couldn't even give me a lousy answer. So really what they wanted to do was get me down there after I agreed to buy the car so they could charge me 4.9 to 6% what a typical used car salesman move. At that point I decided that this dealership definitely wasn't for me now or in the future. They play games there, Adam is saleman friendly but only during the sale, Mike is pretty much a jerk (no other word describes him as perfectly without going into profanity, plus he beats the crap out of nice cars that aren't even his, pretty sure there's a level of hell for people like him), they abuse their used cars for personal use, leave it dirty, don't make sure it has everthing it should have, play financing games, and definitely do not care about you once you buy a car just as "Audilove" commented on. I wouldn't be surprised if Adam kept my license on purpose just so I would drive back and he could give me more pressure to buy the car after I drove there again. It's really a shame. My uncle has owned Audi's before and raved about them. I've driven them and really only Audi and BMW make real performance luxury cars especially in the entry level arena. Benzel Busch Audi Meadowlands is definitely not a ethical or professional place. If you are buying Audi checkout Paul Miller Audi in Parsippany and ask for "Peter". He didn't balk or go all "salesy" when he saw a young professional walking in. It's too bad too for Benzel Busch Audi Meadowlands, if it all went great once I paid off my debt and loans I would've definitely come back to them for my dream car, the Audi S5. Disappointing for a high class brand and as other reviewers have said, really not a good representation of Audi. I'll get my entry level coupe somewhere else and in the future a fabulous BMW M3 or M5 instead of the S5. Better to save yourself the trip there, the headaches afterwards, and go somwhere else for you vehicle needs.

I visited serveral Audi dealers in the north jersey region in search for a pre-owned Q7. Audi Meadlands appears to have higher quality vehicles. It could be because their inventory is in an indoor showroom and kept detailed clean. Most vehicles in other dealers showed great in pictures but look 'used' in person.Also, the sales rep I worked with was great. Adam was very friendly and attentive. He seem to go the extra step to win your business. His manager, Mike Rafferty was stern but professional and effective.Finalizing on a net price could have been smoother. But that shortcoming was made up when they both exceeded my expectation on follow-ups before and after the car was delivered.I would recommend this sales team.
