Excellent experience. Fast service, fast purchase, friendly personnel and knowledgable. I would recommend to friends and neighbors. The facility was clean and uplifting. If the experience with car is good, i would consider doing another lease.

I worked with Paul (sales), Andrew (finance) and Phil (Sales Manager) all three were very respectful of my time and listened to what I was looking for. the dealership was no pressure and a very efficient sales process (about an hour). They used iPads to showcase services and features, collect info, and save time during the sale. I also felt the deal we worked out was very fair and was a Win-Win. I was impressed with all three and their service levels.

Paul assisted me with my purchase and was fantastic. He went above and beyond and has maintained contact since my purchase a year ago. He helped me buy with confidence, and made sure to take the time to show me the bells and whistles on my A4. I have and will continue to refer people to that location. Audi North Shore sets the benchmark for what other dealers aspire to be.

I came to Audi still in love with my old car and not wanting to part with it. But I was so impressed with the Audi Allroad and all it had to offer, that I soon became excited about becoming an Audi owner. the entire purchase profit was streamlined and efficient, and the staff that helped us were fabulous. I am very happy with my Audi North Shore experience.

I made an appointment to purchase my 2nd Brand new Audi. I returned to my salesman's I purchased my first Audi from. He was so rude and insulting. Low balled me on my trade in so low. I thought why am I purchasing a vehicle that depreciates to less than 1/2 in 3 years??? When I said I'm not playing a number game give the best deal. He got almost hostile. I asked for my keys ( the GM still had those) He accused me of taking food out of his family's mouth. a few days later I met a great salesman's at Milwaukee Audi. Gave me a great deal on my trade in and a great deal on my Brand new Audi Q5. Since my purchase at Milwaukee Audi I have been to there twice for service. My Salesman Sam takes a few minutes to stop and chat with me. I wish I would have bought my first Audi from Sam.

I came into Audi North Shore last week not really sure what I wanted in a car, I just knew I was looking for a new SUV. This is where Steve Pass enters into my solution. He was not only the best salesman I've ever dealt with but after checking my ID, it turns out we're actually neighbors. Steve took the time to show me all the options available and explain how everything works etc. In the end I ended up choosing the 2015 Audi Q5. I couldn't be happier with my choice. I'm glad I came in and would recommend anyone in the market for a new car stop in and check out Audi North Shore. Everything and everyone was exceptional. Definately not your "typical" car dealership, I experienced no waiting time and was treated extremely well. Thanks again Steve and also to Andy over in finance.

I just purchased an Audi A3 from Steve Pass. After years of driving a big family station wagon, I have "graduated" to a zippy little car that is quiet and unassuming on the outside but feels and looks like a sportscar on the inside - just what I wanted! Steve Pass was a pleasure to work with. He was a gentleman in all ways and very knowledgeable regarding Audis. Manager Ryan Montgomery also did a great job. If I had to do it all over again, I would buy the same car from Steve Pass. It was a great experience overall. By the way, I have never taken the time to write a review until now. Steve Pass and Audi North Shore are worth taking the time to do so. Steve, thank you!!

Brought car in for alignment. After rotation, car rode horribly. Noisy, vibration. Took it back to balance the wheels--charged $140! Car still rides rough, noisy. Contacted dealer with problem and after 5 days--NO RESPONSE. This is not what I would expect from an Audi dealer. First and LAST Audi I will ever buy!

Got bounced around to two of their internet guys, who did not know what they had in inventory. Finally made an appointment, showed up and no one was ready for me, and then was told the car was sold days ago.. Very disappointing experience.

I must say that this dealership is the best I have ever worked with. I am a 66 year old and have bought and leased many high end vehicles. The salesman Paul Sklba was always helpful and responsive. They fixed a problem on my new Audi that I had taken delivery In Germany at the Audii factory. The General Manager, John Jones and Paul went above and beyond the expected response just to make me happy. I will be back for my next new car. Overall very professional, very knowledgable and extremely customer focused.

Looking for a new or very slightly used '13 Lexus ES and noted one on your site. Exactly what I was looking for as described by the dealer posting the ad and pricing was decent. Exchanged emails with Jonathon Lucas who was very pleasant and responsive. Set up an appointment to inspect the car last Saturday and made the 200 mile round trip. The car was pristine as Jonathon had confirmed BUT it was posted as having the "Ultra Luxury Package" and "Ambient Lighting" which are included in this package. No Panomara roof, no ambient lighting and none of the other items in this package. I inquired about this car being misrepresented and Jonathon advised he did not write these ads and I totally understand that he sells Audi's and I don't blame him at all but someone took some significant editorial liberties in posting this ad. I suspect the original window sticker was available which would have clearly indicated the options. To "puff up" such an ad is not what I would consider the right thing to do....irresponsible even. So I wasted a good part of a dayand spent about $40 on fuel all because of this questionable ad.

Audi North Shore is the only dealership where I'd buy an Audi. Quality service and integrity make your experience an absolute pleasure ! Steve Pass in sales is a great partner in the buying process and never loses touch with you after the sale. Andy in finance is also a pleasure to work with. Of course, the Audi speaks for itself! My purchase of a new Audi A8L TDI at this store was nothing less than exceptional. Steve Pass is an very thorough and exceptionally informed Audi brand specialist. The General Manager, John Jones, is very hands on with the customer and truly works to provide an exceptional experience. Andy Schmidt, the Business Director, makes the paperwork process simple and flawless. In summary, I have never had a better purchase experience and I would highly recommend Audi North Shore.

I also appreciated that, unlike a dealer who sold me my last car and who would only talk to my husband, Steve talked to me. This has been the most pleasant experience I've had in buying a new car. Paul Sklba is an excellent salesman, very knowledgeable about Audi's of all types, and very personalble. I first met him several months before I had intended to purchase a car and visited Audi Northshore multiple times before I purchased our Audi. On all occasions, he was very accomodating and helpful. I had reservations about the purchase of a car with such advanced electronics, computer devices, etc. but he patiently taught me how to use the various "gadgets". I still have a way to go, but think I will be very pleased with this car. Paul called me to see if I liked it after driving it home, which is unusual for a salesman. It's like a dentist calling you at night to see if you need help with pain - not too many do that. You are lucky to have him.

I was extremely impressed with Audi NorthShore and Paul Sklba. I went in comparing the Audi A6 with another vehicle and he showed me the car without being pushy and understanding that I was still looking. Once I decided I wanted the Audi, Paul and his General Manager worked to find me the car exactly as I wanted. I never expected to get the color and features I wanted, but they found it. The car was about a month away but Paul kept me continually updated. Once receiving the car he walked me through everything and offered to come to my house to answer any questions I might have the following week. Audi NorthShore's customer service was impressive. They listened, helped and informed without being aggressive.

steve Pass is an excellent, personal, and knowledgeable salesman. It was a true pleasure to work with him, and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone! This is my first Audi, the A5. In addition to fantastic looks, the handling and performance are incredible. The voice-activated Navigation System is very easy to use.I have owed Mercedes, BMW, and Lexus in the past, and not one compares to the Audi. I'm VERY happy with this purchase.

I bought my 2010 Acura TL Tech SH-AWD sedan from NS Audi back in August and was very happy with the experience. I never felt rushed to get my transaction completed. I never felt like they treated me differently not buying an Audi. The people I dealt with were very nice and just made me feel like an important customer. I flew in the night before to pick up my vehicle and they came and gave me a ride from the hotel to their dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership for new or used vehicles.

Several things wrong with car in the first few weeks and gm would not return my call after 3 voicemails and email from him asking how my experience was, Had his finance guy call me. Car. Only had 25k miles on it and cop, bought 2 Audie in the last 3 years and will never buy from them again.

I bought a used car here that only had 3000 miles on it and was represented as nearly new. It was however in rough condition for such a new car including scratches, wheel damage, etc. Problems could have been avoided had the dealer disclosed the damage in advance or simply had it fixed. They chose the low road instead and did neither. After tarveling 800 miles to pick up the car, they had me over a barrel and they knew it. The bill to correct everything was almost $600. I would have thought their reputation was worth more than that. The facilty is quite nice. Check and then recheck everything before signing anything with these folks.
