Even before visiting the dealership, my buying experience was great. Katie Friberg,who is a customer experience manager, was nothing but phenomenal in providing me with the answers to all my questions and requests via chat and email. Other dealerships could learn a thing or two from Katie on how a true internet department should operate. Top notch Katie!!!!Upon contacting Katie to inform her we were coming, she informed me to ask for Nick Majka. When arriving we were greeted by Nick who already had the car waiting for us to test drive. We requested a couple other vehicles to test drive and Nick was nothing but accommodating. Throughout the whole buying process, Nick was great. From the initial phase of determining which vehicle we wanted, to the process of getting us the price we wanted, to the final phase of going over every option and setting up our vehicle preferences, Nick was amazing. Its a pleasure to deal with a salesman who knows the product he is selling in and out. Great job Nick!!!The business manager Lorena Lieser was extremely helpful in explaining our lease options and made the process quick and easy. Its nice to deal with a business manager who takes care of business, but is not all "business".Great dealership, great staff, beautiful facility and a pleasure to do business with.

5-stars all around to the entire group at Audi Orland Park. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and had a trade-in and a new car leased in what felt like minutes. Jeff, Richie and Lorena all took great care of me, and I will definitely be back to see them when I need the next car.

My visit was pleasant and made for a purchase of which I have no regrets. I was a little hesitant due to the fact that I previously gave up an Audi for a BMW. The fact that their staff went through such hard work to ensure my happiness with a great deal while maintaining a down-to-earth attitude that even made my guest comfortable, and she hates dealerships, proved that I made the right decision with my visit to this dealership.

I had spent some time researching my next auto purchase and decided that an Audi SQ5 met all of my current needs. I chose my local Audi dealer. Wendy greeted me upon my arrival. I chose the model that appealed to me, a dark blue with a black leather interior with carbon accents. Price and trade-in value took a few minutes. And then it was back to school. While the car was being readied for delivery, teacher Wendy revealed the mysteries of the center stack. After 3 cups of coffee and a few butter cookies. I left with my new SUV. I was happy with my purchase and there was no buyer's remorse the next morning.

The dealership ambience is relaxing and exceptionally clean. Exemplary customer service from start to finished. This was our first Audi purchase. Jenn Dickey, Customer Experience Coordinator was very resourceful responded promptly to our phone and email messages. She even assisted me on her day off. The Audi Specialist Richie Moffett is very knowledgeable about the Audi brand and the vehicles distinctive features/functions. We told him what we wanted in a car; he listened and delivered; very attentive to our needs......We test drove two cars and he pointed out the uniqueness of each one; which aided us in selected the perfect car "A6". We traveled pretty far to get to this dealer, but it was definitely worth it. They not only had the best selection of cars that we were interested in, they were also the friendliest dealer we have ever dealt with. We felt no pressure and very at ease from the moment we walked in. Cheryl was fantastic in her approach and very personable. I had a great experience with Audi in Orland Park. I first came with my sister who was interested in test driving the Audi A3. At the time, I was not thinking about buying an Audi as I had my eyes set on a different vehicle. Cheryl was my sister's sales consultant and she was very informative and helpful throughout the process. Due to that positive experience, I came back to the Dealership a month later to inquire about a few different vehicles and Cheryl was once again very helpful throughout the process. One week later, I purchased an Audi A5 and love it so far. Mitch the sales manager and Jesse in Finance were also great to deal with, as well as one of the porters who was very enthusiastic about Audi vehicles. It was a great experience all around.

Everyone at this Audi dealership was very friendly and helpful. This was our second Audi A6 purchase at this location and we are glad we did our transaction here. Richie Moffett was our salesperson and he was wonderful. He is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the product. We never felt any pressure to buy. He also gave us a very thorough introduction to the interior workings of the car and a hands-on demo of all the special features. We told him he should be a teacher! He has the patience and knowledge of such a professional. We also had a good experience in finance with Jenn or Gina ( we're sorry we don't remember her name, because she was very friendly and professional). Thank you everyone and we love our new Audi!

Had the oil changed in my TT. I checked it before leaving the dealership. It was half way between add and full. When I pointed this out, I was told that is the way it is done, so as to not get the high oil level light. Looks like I should believe that the German engineers are too stupid to know where to put the full level hashmark on the dipstick. I have an other reason in mind.

We were able to get a quote far below any other dealership as their best deal to start negotiations and the sales people were super nice and attentive to our needs. The vehicle was ready for us when we got to the dealership and all we had to do was sign. Easy. Great experience.

I had a 2001 Audi A4 and even though I bought it elsewhere and it was old and beat up, IA Orland Park Service team always treated me well like I was one of their own. They never hesitated to give me a loaner to drive and took professional care of the car.I had two other makes of cars after the A4 was scrapped, and I was so spoiled with Audi that no other cars compare. I had to come back! I was in 10 minutes before close on a Friday and driving off with a brand new Q5 the next day. Wendy didn't mess around with any haggling and gave a fair price right away. She even took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle, nav system, radio, and buttons galore. I'm so happy to be back with Audi!

Terrific car buying experience with Wendy Spano in the Certified Sales. Wendy was very professional and extremely helpful in going over finer details during the Test Drive of Audi A4. Wendy went above and beyond to offer the best opportunity in terms of pricing and value. She was very transparent and responsive during the entire process. The best part of the experience is they are extremely quick and you won't waste your time unlike other Dealerships. Wendy also demonstrated all the Car features and was very courteous to my family when we came to buy the car.My experience with Larry in the Finance department was simply outstanding. Larry offered me all the available packages, answered all my questions, and left it to me to decide. No pressure to buy a product. The best thing was the whole finance process was stress free and completed in under 10 minutes. Aud of Orland Park deserves a 5-star rating.

I bought a used 2007 Audi Q7 from International Imports in Tinley Park on August 24 2015. Six days after the purchase the car needed major repairs. I call the dealer ship and told Cheryl Doman salesperson who sold me the car what had happened. On the 1st of September I took the car in for repairs. The repair costs total $1200 so far. They promise that their used cars will drive for a long time, this is not the case. I paid $17,908 for a car that lasted 6 days. After talking to the business manager and Jeff Bass the general manager both of them said there is nothing they can or will do. International Imports are hiding behind the "as is" law and selling crappy vehicles to the public.

Upon contacting the dealership about a particular model, Jacqueline, the internet rep, informed us about all the incentive/rebates, relative to all of the models - most of which we were unaware. We made other calls to several dealerships and none of them shared such valuable information! We decided to purchase an A 6. Jacqueline's extensive knowledge and efficiency in finding the right car and helping us through the negotiations along with David, the sales manager, over the phone/internet were remarkable. Adam, the Audi Brand Specialist, soon telephoned us and informed us that he would be taking care of the rest of the buying process when we arrived at the dealership; what a grand young man! Whilst there, we felt like royalty the entire time. Adam has such a gracious manner that we felt as if we were members of his family. He is absolutely aces; make sure that you ask specifically for him when you stop in. You will have the buying experience of a lifetime, as well as meeting a genuinely remarkable individual! Larry, in finance, made the paperwork go so easy and lightning quick that we barely had time to sit down; what a guy! Once again we had a fantastic experience working with Jesse at Audi of Orland Park. I decided to switch from a Q3 to an A3 and it was as simple as calling Jesse, letting him know which A3 I wanted, and driving down from school to pick the car up. Every aspect of my experience was top notch. Everyone at this dealership is friendly and professional. They take their job seriously, but are down to Earth and don't oversell. Let's face it, buying cars is time consuming and if you are like me, it can be a daunting task. I am a researcher when it comes to buying cars and did my due diligence before hand. I didn't need to. From the moment I walked into the showroom the sales team at Audi of Orland Park made me feel like I came to the right place to make my purchase. The 2015 Audi Q-3 fit my needs and the lease payments fit my budget. The paperwork was done very quickly and the staff made me comfortable as Wendy went over the books and warranty before the Q-3 was ready. Dealt with Harry for an oil consumption test due to a recall on my 2009 audi a4, Process was very smooth, especially considering my car was out of warranty. I initially got in contact with Liz whom i was able to negotiate pricing on a new vehicle without hassle using TrueCar certificates which is a new and efficient way to negotiate with no hassle. You get what you asked for was pretty much it. Then Richie ended up the sales specialist i worked with for the remainder of the process. He went above and beyond as in he personally went all the way to springfield to pick up the particular car i wanted with little notice and we were able to conclude the deal. I dont think i ever purchased a car so easily in my entire life. I ended up trading in my 2011 Q5 for a new 2015 A3 and i couldnt be happier.

My wife & I shopped for a new car for me to purchase for about 3-4yrs. When Audi released the 2015 A3 I still wasn't 100% sure that this was the vehicle for me because I wanted to wait and see what the 2015 Q3 had to offer. I had specific requests that I wanted the dealership to be able to fulfill in regards to the interior color of my vehicle, my monthly payment, and because of the work that I do, the discounts that I'd be afforded as an Audi customer! No dealership or sales associate even attempted to be reasonable with these requests until I went to Audi of Orland Park & met with Nick Majka! Nick was a pleasure to work with, met all of my requests and even remained mannerable when we had a slight misunderstanding about what the term "panoramic sunroof" actually meant! I actually had no intentions of making a purchase when I first visited Audi of Orland, but after my wife and I sat down and spoke w/ Nick, we test drove a 2015 Q3 then test drove and compared it w/ a 2015 A3, we decided the A3 was the car for me! Nine days later I drove my brand new (special ordered) 2015 Audi A3 off of their lot! I'd recommend anyone far and wide searching for an Audi new or used to come do business w/ Audi of Orland! Not only Nick but all the sales associates my wife and I dealt w/ were very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant, which is a stark contrast to a couple other Audi dealerships I've visited! I am on my 4th new Audi with this same dealership...chose the A7 this time around and could not be happier! My lease was coming due and I was approached by Liz who then put me in touch with Wendy Spano. It took me all of 2 hours to know what I was going to do. Within days, I was driving home with my new A7. Wendy could not have made the process any easier. She was patient while I kept changing the parameters which I really appreciate. Jesse was great. We negotiated the entire deal via email ahead of time. I am a busy professional, and I was not interested in spending hours on end at a dealership negotiating price, trade, financing, etc. I let Jesse know I was looking for a hassle free experience, and he delivered. After agreeing upon purchase price (which was a fantastic deal, I shopped around considerably), he offered me a fair price for my trade, and arranged financing at a great rate. I literally spent less than an hour at the dealership completing the purchase, including a test drive! Larry in finance was very nice as well. Offered me some extras, one of which I wanted, the others I did not. He was not at all pushy, and did not try the hard sell on the extra stuff. Great experience overall. Took my Audi in for an oil change, was quoted $229.95. I said OK and gave my 10% discount coupon which I printed from their web site.Service took about just an hour which is what I was told. BUT when the bill came guess what?He said the price of the oil change went up so I gave you a few more dollars of, well yes you should. When I got home I recalculated the original price with tax, and without the discount. If you are following this the price increase with my 10% come out to the same price without the discount on the original quote. NEVER AGAIN will they get my business. As much as I hate driving downtown, looks Fletcher Jones might be worth it.(read their reviews)

Working with International Autos / Audi of Orland Park was really a joy from start to finish. Quick background: I'm an extremely annoying/difficult customer. With any "major" purchase, I usually have about 1,000 questions to ask - and I'm completely indecisive. I started my dealings with Audi of Orland Park through the website - Jacqueline Nowack got back to me right away. I had emailed a few dealers, but Jacqueline was, BY FAR, the most responsive and most helpful. I flip-flopped between new, used, buy, lease - I even asked about a few different models. Jacqueline answered absolutely every single question and went above and beyond in finding me exactly the car that I wanted. I'm sure I must have annoyed her with my constant emails, but she answered every request in a friendly and informative matter.When I went to pick up my car, Wendy Spano was the person who delivered it. This woman knows everything there is to know about these cars. She made sure we took a look at the car to make sure everything was in order, and then sat in it with us for a good 30-40 minutes just walking us through everything - from basic features, to the more complicated computer system. She also gave us great tips on how to use everything day-to-day. When we were finished, she handed me her card and told me to call her if I had any questions. This is not one of those places where they take your money and send you out the door as soon as possible - they really want to make sure you're happy.I drove 40 miles to get to this dealership because of the service I got before even meeting anyone in person. I will never bring my vehicle in for service to this dealership again. This is the 2+ times they have provided poor service and tried to over charge me. This is also the second time I have decided to remove my car and not let them repair due to not honoring an extended warranty and over charging me on the parts and labor. I will not buy a vehicle from this dealership again. I also will never speak highly or recommend this dealership to anyone. I called about availability of a used Audi late Saturday afternoon. Jesse immediately confirmed availability and had it cleaned prior to my arrival at the dealership 30 minutes later. Following a quick test drive that confirmed the CPO vehicle was as advertised, we very quickly settled on a fair purchase price. Paperwork was completed quickly and the car was officially prepped for me to drive it away. From setting foot on the dealership to driving away in my new Audi was about an hour and a half. As I had flown in to Chicago and had a rental car, Jesse followed me to the car rental place for me to return the car then brought me back to the dealership (twice since I locked my phone in the rental). I recently purchased an Audi Q5 from International Auto and couldnt have asked for a more pleasant experience from the moment I walked in the door. My sales specialist, Kacy Hale, was so great to work with. He was informative, honest and beyond helpful when explaining the various options and upgrades. I ended up ordering my 2014 Q5 since the exact one I wanted wasnt available. Kacy kept me updated with the cars tracking information and happily informed me when it arrived earlier than expected.I also worked with Scott Farness in the Finance Department. I am definitely not a numbers person, and Scott was so friendly and easy to work with, explaining all the financing options, APR rates, etc. He was knowledgeable, speedy and made the paper work and transfers a seamless process. If youre looking to purchase an Audi, Id highly recommend going to International Auto (Audi of Orland Park) and asking for Kacy Hale (sales) and Scott Farness (Finance).

I have just purchased my second Audi from Audi Orland Park. The experience began with reminders from the Internet specialist that my lease was coming to an end. Liz outlined options available to me and walked me through my decision to purchase/lease another A-4. Because my desired car was unavailable stateside, we had to have one custom ordered. There was lag time between the date the lease ended and delivery of the new vehicle. Manager David Leamer offered a courtesy car for the interim. Picking up the new car, completing the paperwork and learning about the new electronics was very efficient due to the competence of the sales and finance staff members, Wendy and Larry. I was welcomed and was referred to by name. The special greeting by Manager Leamer who took the time to chat was a nice gesture. It's been a pleasure to work with the dealership staff and well worth the 40+ mile drive from the Northwest Chicago suburbs.

Went here to look at a few used cars I saw online. Met Jesse and he was more than helpful pulling up the entire inventory online and narrow down my options. He heard what I was looking for and addressed my needs. He was not pushy as the first time there we just didn't have the time to sit and talk. I came back on Memorial Day and purchased the car. I had offers from other dealers based on needs, but went back to Audi to meet with Jesse based solely on his willingness to address my needs rather than be a salesman.

This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. We inquired about an Audi A4 through the website. Liz Braun helped set up an appointment for us with Wendy Spano. Wendy is very knowledgeable about Audi products. She was able to answer every question we had and explain all the A4 features. We came to the dealership prepared. We had a written offer for our trade-in, preapproved financing and a payment in mind. Larry Durnil was able to meet or beat those offers and find a payment that suited us. Kacy made it easy for me to make my final decision and Larry got me the best rate possible. Went to 3 other Audi dealers and at one i felt i was being lied to and also got a final price on a car that they did not have in stock and approved me for a loan on a car that did not exist on their lot, the second did not want to deal on the price and the third wanted to sell me a used car actually they pushed me to really get a used car so they can make more money. My wife and I were looking to trade in our A4 on a new Q5. Audi of Orland Park and BIll gave us a great value on our trade along with a great price on our new car. Bill worked with us for over a month as we decided on a car and were in and out of town, checking in, but never badgering. When the time came, BIll went out of his way to find the car with the specifics that we wanted, and to do it in a timely manner. He even emailed me and found a car that fit our criteria on his day off. After the sale he spent time going over details of the car and showing us how to use many of the options. He also encouraged us to call, email, or stop by anytime we had any other questions about the car. Manni is the best salesperson I've dealt with in the Chicagoland area. He's one of the few that's a real "car guy" who knows his stuff forward and backward. Not just from a sales standpoint, but from all angles. Friendly, helpful, no pressure, great to deal with, I consider him "family", he's that good of a salesperson. We compared vehicles, decided on the one we wanted and he helped us get into the vehicle at a price we were comfortable paying. We've bought two used and one new vehicle from him and couldn't be happier. Excellent experience at International Auto's Audi dealership and Manni is a terrific guy to deal with. Wendy Spano was outstanding. From the moment I contacted the dealership via the internet, she followed up promptly and set an appointment for my wife and I to test drive multiple Audi's. Wendy then went to wrok to find the exact car we wanted with the options. From there our negotiations began and they were pleasant and we cam up with a price that works for us. Sales Manager David was also extremely helpful on the day we picked up the car as was the Finance Manager, Lin. I took my Audi to Audi of Orland Park to have the check engine light and low idle issue checked-out in December of 2012 and was told a broken check valve was the problem which I had repaired. Then the beginning of March not even three months later I started having the same problems. Again, I was told that multiple codes were found but was advised that the sparks plugs is likely the problem and recommended I change the spark plugs and have the fuel injectors serviced which would cost somewhere between $600-$700, but here's the catcher he goes on to say that he could guarantee that this would resolve the problems I was having with the car. Therefore, I declined to have the vehicle serviced and took it to another repair shop that service Audi's for a second opinion. Come to find out that they NEVER really repaired the vehicle properly and NEVER cleared the codes so the codes list just kept growing making it impossible to pin-point which codes were really causing the problems I was experiencing with the vehicle in order diagnosis and repair the vehicle properly. All along they were band-aiding the car doing meaningless repairs and charging me ridiculous prices to do so. This dealership is a scam and a rip-off and I'll never go there again or recommend you or anyone else go there.....Although I really enjoyed driving my Audi my experience with the dealership service dept. has made me decide to never buy another Audi again!

I purchased a 2012 R8 5.2. It was my fifth car purchased from the International Autos organization, but the 1st from this location. It was probably the most enjoyable car purchase I have made. I live about 3 hours away so much of the purchase was conducted over the phone/email. Cassandra was excellent to work with. She delivered quick, easy, and fair pricing on both the new car and my trade-in (sight unseen). I am a relatively younger buyer of high-end cars (often wearing jeans) and I always appreciate not being stereotyped by sales reps. That would have been easy to do on such a high-end vehicle, but nothing of this nature occurred whatsoever. Finally, delivery was a piece of cake as well. We met about -way and finalized the transaction in a few simple minutes. I would highly recommend both Audi of Orland Park and Cassandra.

My wife and I bought a Certified 2011 Premium Plus Q5 yesterday, 03/21/12. We bought it from Audi Westmont, Westmont,Il. Their prices were good and the trade in value was good. And we did not need to negotiate because we had done our homework. Juan Andino was our sales person. He is very knowledgeable and very good to work with as were all the people we met at Audi Westmont. We started our search for a Q5 at Audi Orland Park. Our sales person there was Kacy Hale. Kacy is as knowledgeable about his product and inventory as any person I've ever met, and I have traded a lot of vehicles in my 48 years of driving. He is also a very nice, easy going, pleasant person to work with. We really wanted to do business with him. However, the manager/appraiser, Bob Mckinnon is the opposite of Kacy Hale. And that is really unfortunate for Kacy because his manager is killing deals for him with uncompetitve pricing and low ball appraisals for your trade in. We tried twice to buy with two different trades but the difference was so significant we could not. Maybe they are selling all the cars they want to at Audi Orland Park but they obviously could be selling a lot more. The poor rating we have given this dealer has everything to do with the manager and nothing to do with Kacy Hale. If you go to Audi Orland Park, I recommend you ask for Kacy. He will treat you with respect and all the product knowledge you will need.

I lived 5 hours away and did the majority of the transacting via email and over the phone in which she was readily available and I could expect returned messages within the day. Ms.Thibodeau did an outstanding job given the nature of this acqusition. She had to go above and beyond the routine acquisition process since the vehicle owner did not wish to visit the dealership. Through much effort, Ms. Thibodeau was able to provide the purchase papers to me for signature by the owner. The length of time for this entire transaction was inordinate as well. Ms. Thibodeau was in constant contact with me throughout this process without being intrusive. She was exteremely professional at all times. Ms. Thibodeau effectivley "flexed" her sales appraoch to the customer in this case which was key in this purchase. Without her ability to adjust to the customer, I would have purchased the vehicle elsewhere. She brings professionalism to the dealership with a sincere friendliness not often dispalyed by her peers.

Not having too many Audi dealers where I live, I had to look in a tri-state area. I did an Internet search after test driving a Q5 at my local dealer because, unfortunately, the Audi I was looking at was still owned by Audi USA and not the dealer. I knew I wanted a particular Q5... color, just the right amount of features, 2.0T, etc. I narrowed down my search and opted to drive to Tinley/Orland Park (a 6-hour round-trip) What a GREAT decision. Not only was the price the lowest I found in the three state area, the service was great. Since I went through the Internet, Cassandra was my saleswoman (she deals with Internet sales). Before signing off on the paperwork, I walked through with Cassandra as she discussed the Q5's features: from the "service mode" of the wipers to opening the gas tank. Talk about helpful.On the other side of the coin was Paul in finance. I had preplanned and arrived with a check in hand (after talking with Cassandra on the phone the day before she relayed to me "out the door price" that I mentioned earlier). Paul had asked what my APR was and from that he offered an even better rate. My preplanned rate was already pretty exceptional.I'll stop the accolades there - hopefully you get the gist. I had an exceptional experience with this dealer, and will recommend them to anyone I know in the southern Michigan, northern Indiana, or Chicagoland region. UPDATE: Even being a timezone away, after driving the car for a while, I had questions that come with experiencing the car that usually don't get asked on Day 1. I've called the folks at the dealership and my calls and emails get responded to quickly. Just another reason I give these guys and gals and thumbs up.

I didn't think that modern day dealerships ran like this. I know you hear the stories but this place reinforced that "salesman" mentality. I brought my Audi in for service having it towed there. I had to deal with Gerald as my service writer and it seemed like it was his first day. I had to repeat myself several times and several calls to straighten out my repairs. Gerald didn't know any automotive vocabulary. It was a fight just to get him to add an extra oil filter to my ticket. He kept on pricing an oil change. So my car wasn't fixed when I picked it up a week later. It was blowing straight oil and white smoke out of the exhaust. The car had the exact mileage that I dropped it off with TO THE MILE. I guess they have a short test drive loop. So I was told my Gerald the next day that they didn't accept my warranty and that if I didn't pick up my car that night he would be charging $50 a day storage fees. They defended the position that they had fixed my car and that the engine itself had this oil leak. What I had was a blown turbo oil seal and it was dumping raw oil into the exhaust! This was even a covered component! So I had another private shop of my friends repair my car for real. Never been so pissed in my life!! Gerald needs to go back to the Hallmark store in the mall and leave cars alone. This dealership also has several poor ratings and open conflicts on the Illinois better business bureau for repairs!

He took time and really explained the vehicle. When we told him what we were looking for, he told me they would need to locate one. We talked about price, and he told me these are HOT and they will go for at least sticker price, and that they do not budge from that. Wanting the car, we thought we would try and purchase one. With no call back from Joe, I called several times, Joe's response was either I am with a customer or, I got the dealer trade guy working on now, I will call you back. Several weeks have gone by and no return call, no car, so we stopped in at the BMW dealer down the street, they had what we were looking for, were knowledegable, that we switched from wanting the Audi to purchasing a BMW. Their Loss!

Purchased car 18 months ago from same salesman (Bill) and Manager Joe was the best. My wife was very comfortable with prior manager so we returned for my S5. We were sad to hear Joe was gone. Bill introduced us to Jim and he was a joker. Couldn't even answer basic questions... We told Bill of our dislike of Jim. He sent us to Continental Audi were we purchased my new S5...

Ater sitting around for at least an hour never getting an accurate answer to our quetions, we were ready to buy, but not from this dealer. The whole dealership seemed to have a sort of frat house mentality that was really unappealing. We took our business elsewher that day.
