We recently purchased an Audi Q5 from Audi of Wallingford. We loved the car, but the thing that sold us on it was the pleasant sales experience we had with Jharel Ferriera. He was knowledgeable, quick to respond to our questions and extremely patient as we made our decision. I don't think of car shopping as a pleasant experience, but he made that happen!

All around, the dealership dealt fairly with us in terms of price and trade-in of our car. We went in on a Tuesday and had our new car by Wed morning (mostly because we needed to get a bank check and find the title to our trade-in). The whole transaction was handled efficiently. The salesman was very informative during the test drive and we have since been offered plenty of additional help.

I visited Audi of Wallingford for the first time and purchased a Q5. I was very impressed with the staff I interacted with: Jharel Ferriera and Josh Gomes. Both were well informed, very helpful and respectful. Although one should assume this is standard, I have not always found this to be the case in visiting comparable dealerships in the area. These gentlemen went out of their way to make the purchasing process as efficient yet comprehensive as possible. My time was valued, it was a refreshing experience.

Audi of Wallingford is not the closest Audi dealer to my neighborhood. However, driving to to Wallingford was worth the ride. Jharel was great to work with on the sales floor, and Josh and Steve were also helpful and transparent throughout the process. Having driving my last A6 for 8 years, I spent quite a bit of time looking at other makes. In the end, I ended up with another A6 and had the chance to work with great people in the process. I highly recommend taking a ride to Wallingford if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Randy Lao is a new sales specialist at Audi of Wallingford. He was most courteous and helpful. He wanted to make sure I got the car I was interested in and the accessories as well. Randy called when the car arrived at their dealership. I was given instructions.. A week later Randy followed up with a phone call and we set up a date for additional instructions to help me learn additional information about my car. I asked if I could follow-up with for another session if I needed one. He said anytime.I am very pleased with how Randy handled the sale.

I've brought my car there with problems that the service manager has seen, yet he won't write the issue on the ticket and is a flat-out liar on several occasions.I have told everyone I know and I'm doing all I can to save other people from this dump of a dealer.When I purchased my new car from them, they told me the car would have features that didn't come in the car. When you buy a Tech.Pkg. they have no idea what is comes with, they just make stuff up to get you to buy the car.The dealer manager is like a game-show host where the contestant never wins. BEWARE of this place. If you live near Hartford, go to Hoffman, if in the south of the state go to Fairfield, DON'T go to Watertown either because its owned by the same joker.Every time you go there, you'll notice that there's a totally different staff because of the high turnover. Mike is the only loser who stays in the Wallingford dump most likely because nobody else will hire him.

Got a great deal on our new A3. Jharel was very friendly and knowledgeable and really helped with pricing the car. He was really patient when explaining all the features and offered to help us if we had any questions before we left. He then followed up with an email asking if we needed any help! Awesome sales person.I really want to give high marks on the rest of the experience but I cannot.We arrived at 9:30 am but did not leave until 12:45. 3+ hours to pick up a vehicle is a bit long.Some of time was waiting on finalizing the contract with Josh (who I assumed was busy with other clients).The car was not ready to be delivered because part of the car's electronics were still set to demo mode. I felt sorry for Jharel because he had to take the car to the service dept and get it rectified.My experience finalizing the sale with Josh was the least pleasant. This is the part where you are encouraged to purchase $5,000+ of additional services for my brand new Audi. To this day, I still have buyer's remorse on purchasing AudiCare. I was told that I would be saving 40% off of maintenance if I bought it. After doing I did the math afterwards it looks like I will be paying 40% more for maintenance! Of course it is totally my fault for not doing my homework ahead of time but I still feel like I got hosed.

Ron at Audi of Wallingford was aware of our long history as Audi owners. He carefully reviewed the 2016 and 2017 model lineup to make us aware of the potential savings by purchasing a year end model vs. the significant technologic advantages some newer models possess. We drove many different models and narrowed our choices. We would replace our old A6 with a new A6 but we wanted a new driving experience with more bells and whistles! When a beautiful 2017 A6 arrived on the floor with the Competition package and driver assistance tech, he remembered our interests, had the car prepped and called us.....a perfect match.Ron and Josh ushered us through the purchase paperwork, arranged for our transfer of insurance, and carefully reviewed the cars features, linked all our tech gear and made us very comfortable with our purchase.Varsity service!

I was loath to trade in my Mercedes Benz cabriolet. Ten years later, I am now driving an A 7 after having bought and traded in an A 4 and three A 5 cabriolets with this dealership. Audi delivers a wonderful car that is comfortable, reliable, safe and stylish. It is because of the car and the dealership that I truly would not think of changing either. Roseanne Vece, the manager, takes personal interest in finding her customers the right car to meet their needs. The sales people have detailed knowledge of each model, as they should, and they make certain that when you drive off of their lot, your questions are answered thoroughly. I was driving a BMW convertible that I really loved but it was getting on in years and I needed an upgrade. My husband suggested the Audi. I was searching on-line for an Audi and I came across a Moonlight Blue Mettalic Audi A5 Cabriolet and fell in love! I had no idea Steve Gilligan was the General Manager at Audi of Wallingford. I had bought a car from Steve years ago. We arrived at the dealership and I have never experienced such a warm and friendly atmosphere! Only the best of the best work there! What a team of people work at Audi of Wallingford. We had been looking for cars at other dealership but you can't beat the professional, friendly staff at Audi of Wallingford. This is my third Audi purchase at Audi of Wallingford. Ron Ayoub was outstanding to work with and has extensive knowledge of the Audi line. He is patient, thorough and always willing to go the extra mile in the service he provides - 150% I also worked with Steve Gilligan, the general manager. Steve proved over and over that he's willing to do whatever it takes to get things done. We had 2 Audi's being serviced at this dealership. The service department counter staff is incompetent, unethical and rude. After a few bad experiences we escalated our concerns to the service manager who does not understand customer service at all. He said they would pick up the car from my home and fix all the unresolved issues but they never even bothered to show up as planned or call. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!!

After considering other car manufacturers, I returned to Audi of Wallingford to test drive the 2016 models. I immediately knew that I would once again be purchasing an Audi. The new 2016 A6 proved to be the best riding vehicle among the options that I had considered. Also, Ron Ayoub proved to be a "Master" Audi Brand Specialist with a wide and deep breath of knowledge. His patience and professionalism proved to be second to none. He was extremely patient with all of my inquiries in addition to being extremely informative. I purchased a certified pre-owed RS5 form Audi of Wallingford on 1/2/16. Coming from 100 miles away on the south shore on Long Island, it is important to get an honest and accurate description of the car your interested in, as well as provide the same for the car your planning to trade in. I dealt directly with Josh Gomes throughout the entire process and he was extremely accurate in describing the RS5 and up front about the expectation on the trade. That's the first part, but the real test is when you show up. When I arrived and saw the car, it was exactly as described. Josh was patient and knowledgeable in going over the car with me (especially as a repeat BMW owner and first time Audi buyer). After the test drive and the determination that I was happy with the car, we moved on to discuss the numbers. Everything pre-discussed over the phone was honored. We worked out a deal that was fair on both sides and there was no hidden BS. 3 days later I picked up my first Audi. Couldn't be happier with the experience and especially the new car. Thank you Josh and the rest of the team for being up front, honest, and committed to honering the conditions of a long distance deal!

Jack Camarda was wonderful to work with over the past five weeks. From the moment I walked in, Audi of Wallingford and Jack helped me surprise my husband. Jack aka "Professor" was easy to connect with in person, via email and over the phone. I was searching vigorously for a Daytona Grey Pearl Audi RS7 for my mom. We could not find any in the local area so I expanded my search and came across this perfect car that would suit her. Ron's customer service was fantastic and he immediately sent me photos of the Daytona Grey Pearl RS7 which was in the showroom. We loved it and Ron worked a great deal for us. We went the following Saturday morning to pick it up. I was greeted by Ron and went over all of the details about the car which was very informational. When it comes to customer service Ron is an A+. He knows Audi's inside out. He is very tech savvy and explained additional items I did not know about. Coming from driving an RS5 a RS7 is quite different and Ron illustrated them to me. We bought our first Audi from Audi of Wallingford in 2001. We purchased a second one in 2007 and a third Audi in 2011, the last two we still have. You don't buy 3 autos from the same dealer unless you are beyond satisfied. The dealership and the service department, headed up by Mike Coughlin, is exemplary.To continue would sound like I am a part owner but believe me, I am not. I am just a completely satisfied customer and strongly urge anyone who is looking for a car to go to Audi of Wallingford and you will never regret it.

I was drawn to get an Audi in July 2014. Having eyeballed them for years, I finally came in. My first impression was the sleekness and professionalism of not only the Audi/Porsche facility, but the Audi clientele. Steve Gilligan made my day. He was very professional, efficient and easy to talk with. I felt very comfortable with him as well as anyone else who said hello. My first 5K service was just as equally telling. Pulling into the car port, checking in with the service clientele and the attention to detail of what was to be done was transparent in their communication. The careful handling of my quattro was impeccable. At my next service of 12/12/15, the professionalism is still apparent Seth was very accommodating informing me with any question I had. While waiting, in speaking with Jack and Mitch, I was made aware of how deep their knowledge was with the Audi inside and out. Having shared their views and personal stories of life with me, such as becoming certified Audi specialists, makes me appreciate even more where my quattro came from. Yes that's right. I have never had an issue at Audi of Wallingford. Jeff Albert has always been beyond professional and sees that my car is done correctly, the first time. He updates as the car is worked on, is friendly, and makes a point to have full customer satisfaction! I don't worry when I drive knowing that the techs, especially Sal Valenzuela, have taken care of my car. I started with a lease on an A4 in 2008, then custom ordered my 2011 A5 which was a lease, then a purchase since I loved the car so much! Jim Anderson took care of me each time and every time I go there for service he takes the time to come over, say hello, etc. Mike and Seth at the service desk have greeted me promptly and courteously every time. (And with the exception of tire swaps and one removal of a nail - I've only needed regular maintenance. Very reliable cars!) They have always taken me in at the time that works for me and work is done is a timely fashion. I think the dealership is clean, up to date, inside and out. I appreciate the Wi-fi, treats and coffee that are always fully stocked. I am sticking with this dealership and encourage others to give it a try and see for themselves.

My Audi A4 had oil consumption problems. After reviewing several websites regarding customers with similar issues at other dealers, I was worried I would have difficulty getting my dealer to address the issue. I was pleasantly surprised that after failing the oil consumption test, my service writer, Michael Coughlin, advised that my car required replacement of the pistons and the rings for the engine. I was provided a loaner vehicle and kept informed throughout the entire process. Additionally, while replacing the necessary engine parts, I was advised that I would soon need front brakes and that my right wheel bearing needed replacement. I was so thankful to have a dealer and service center that is thorough and puts their customers first. Michael was professional and exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much Audi of Wallingford!!!

Had a tire blowout on my A7 the Tuesday night preceding Thanksgiving Day. Mike and the team changed out all 4 tires and performed all other needed servicing the next day so that I was up and running by Wednesday night. At 75, I've bought a number of cars over the years. In this instance I was replacing a 2000 Audi S4 and used the internet to search for both new and used Audies and BMWs, with manual transmission, along with a side track to Mercedes and Infinities.I visited a number of dealerships in the last month and arrived at Audi of Wallingford after spotting a2012 Audi S4, manual transmission, with 27,000 miles and Audi Certified. I gave Jack about an hours notice that I was coming in to check out the new TT which had just come in, and before I got there he briefed himself on every aspect of this totally new model. He is a cut above all the other car salespeople I have dealt with because he knows cars, not just the ones he's selling but also the competition, he is articulate and funny, and he was interested in understanding what I was looking for. The test drive with him was a great experience and allowed me to test and experience the car. His follow up after the sales call was excellent.

My husband and I set out to test drive vehicles with 3 makes in mind, Volvo, Audi, and Infinity. I had owned Volvo's in the past, but switched to a mini van after having children. I was looking for something safe, reliable, and fuel efficient, but also fun to drive. We stopped at a Volvo dealer and they were "short handed" and couldn't help for at least an hour. We left and went to Audi of Wallingford. Josh met us with a smile and after speaking with us, for just a few minutes, he recommended we drive the Q7, diesel. He is very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions, and provide us with a plethora of information. We took delivery of the vehicle that same day without ever going to the other dealers. They gave me a great deal on my Q7 as well as a generous trade-in value and finance rate. I could not be happier with my new vehicle or with my experience with Josh at Audi of Wallingford.

Just purchased my 4th Audi from this dealership, this time a 2016 S-3. My first Audi was a TT when it was first launched many many years ago. TT was followed by an A-4 wagon/estate, then a S-4, and now S-3, perhaps reflecting different stages of my life so far! Ron Ayoub was very patient and explained everything well. Stephen Gilligan is probably the most pleasant manager of any auto dealership I've ever encountered. And kudos to Jeff Albert, who has been there all these years, and who has dealt with services of all my Audi's from the very beginning!I would also like to mention Roseanne Vece, who has also been there from my very first Audi, she's just great!

For almost 16 years now I have known and done business with Steve and his "family" and even though we don't see them as often as we'd like to they are more than sales or dealership employees, they are our friends.This time we traded our A3 (previously ordered from Steve and Ron) for a Q5 TDI that we love. It turned into a last minute thing and they stayed late to get everything done and gave us a great deal at the same time. For my Audi and Porsche needs there is no other place in the state where I can get treated like this. This is my first Audi. I had many questions in regards to the vehicle. I liked the A4 but loved the S4 and wanted to make it work. I was referred to Ron Ayoub from a friend. Ron was an excellent person to work with on my new S4. He was passionate about the car (he owns one) and very intelligent with the products within the car. I usually take my time buying a new car but Ron found a way to make the price I wanted to pay work and it only took one visit to purchase the car. He is very easy to work with and i would recommend him.The dealership was friendly, helpful and most of all wants their customers to have a great experience. Their parts dept is top notch as well. I wanted to make sure I had a part for the trunk and it was in the car by the time I picked the car up.

My negotiation with salesman via telephone was not honored when I drove 100 miles to sign the contract. The General Manager Stephen Gilligan, over my objection, shredded the contract after I signed it. This was witnessed by salesman Robert Orris and General Sales Manager Roseanne Vece. My negotiated price included tax and registration and the contract was written to add the sales tax on top of our 'out the door, tax and registration included' negotiated price. I had proof of voicemail on my cell phone but none of the individuals mentioned above would listen to it despite my pleas. The General Manager shredded all paperwork and offered me $250 for my inconvenience. I would like to know who at Audi USA would like to hear my story? Risking the reputation of a high end car dealership and the Audi brand for $3,000? He shredded all paperwork and left the office. Huh?

After test driving many cars over many months I decided on an Audi and after visiting a few Audi dealers I decided on Audi of Wallingford. It was a very good decision. All the people I dealt with at Audi of Wallingford, from William Morales, the salesman, to Roseanne, the sales manager, to Victoria, the finance manager, were gracious, knowledgeable and helpful. William answered all of my questions, was gracious with my repeated visits with more questions and test drives and suggested that I test drive different versions of the same model, all of which helped me make a good final decision on the particular vehicle. Roseanne was fair and reasonable in working with me on the pricing for the vehicle as well as my trade-in, and Roseanne did a great job in obtaining the particular vehicle I wanted from another dealer out of state before the end of the year. In financing the vehicle, Victoria clearly explained the whole closing process before I even decided upon the vehicle or the dealership. On closing the lease for the particular vehicle Victoria worked with me through a number of different scenarios, went through the pros and cons of various add-ons and arranged favorable financing. My experience at Audi of Wallingford was very positive because of the quality of the people I did business with.

I recently purchased a 2015 Audi S3 from Audi of Wallingford.From the moment I stepped foot in the showroom and was greeted by Burt, I felt very comfortable. I do purchase a couple cars a year and you usually can tell in the first 10 minutes what type of dealership you just walked into.We couldn't come to terms with my trade in, which I sold elsewhere, but in the process Steve the GM explained the market on my car and later explained how I could have reconfigured a few options that would cut my lease figures to my benefit. I chose to have them pursue my exact choice which they were able to locate out of state. They were even gracious enough to provide me a loaner between my sold vehicle and the new arrival which Roseanne arranged in about 10 minutes after my phone call to see if one was available.Victoria was the last person in the process that I dealt with in finance which was also painless. This was a very professional atmosphere, no pressure ,never hurried. I normally shop a few dealerships but just felt from the beginning that this was a place that I could make a deal with. My wife and I recently purchased a new 2015 A6 from Audi of Wallingford. Greg Zmarlicki was our salesmen. Though Greg is young, his product knowledge was exceptional and he really worked hard to fit us in the right car. At no point did we ever feel we were being upsold or pressured. Whenever he didn't know an answer, he went and found out instead of guessing. We have purchased about 8 new cars in our lifetimes - Greg was the best salesman we ever had - no kidding. Everyone else at the dealership from Roseanne Vece to Victoria Warner to others in sales were also great. This was a huge contrast to other recent, less positive experiences we have had with luxury car dealers in the city of Hartford. I would highly recommend both Greg and Audi of Wallingford to anyone - you won't be disappointed.

I test drove several models of Audi as well as Mercedes and BMW. The Audi certainly delivered more car for the dollar and these individuals each delivered more service, professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness than any other dealership I visited. Audi of Wallingford tries hard to earn your business and it's not just a slogan, these people really mean it. But Audi of Wallingford take the prize for the worst place I've ever been.I'm writing to save other people from the crap they pull there. From the untrained salesmen who tell you things that aren't true to the management that lies to your face and the crappy service department that can never find the problem that you bring the car in for even when the dash tells them whats wrong! They're all dunces.Remember... there's a reason there are so many bad reviews on here. Don't take the chance that you might be an exception. They're crooks!

I have been going to Audi of Wallingford for 8 years and am on my second Audi. I drive 50k+ miles a year, so needless to say the level of care I receive from a service department is imperative. Mike goes out of his way to ensure I am taken care of as a client, provides timely updates and takes the time to explain each job/repair to ensure I understand. Recently, I had a large repair that needed to be completed and was just over my warranty. The Service Manager, Ray, took the time to listen to my feedback and needs. He then acted as the voice for me and partnered with Audi of America to ensure I was happy as a client. I walked out of Wallingford Audi with much gratitude for the team. I work over several states and can choose many Audi Service Dealerships, I have had service completed over the years at 4 in the New England area. I choose Audi of Wallingford for the way they care about and take care of their clients. Purchasing an Audi and the Audi life cycle is an experience, you need to ensure you have the right people for best experience and longest life of your car. If you don't care about your vehicle, quality of service it will receive and manner in which you are treated as a customer, then by all mean take it to Audi of Wallingford. My car needed just an oil change and diagnostic for trunk malfunction and it was kept overnight at the dealership without anyone calling me with an update.I called day before and told service tech ( Mike ) I was going to drop off car using "early bird " service. I drop off car with info for required service. Mike called me to confirm service needed and obtain additional info, said he would call back during day with update ( he never did ). I called at about 3 pm and was told he was with another customer, left him a detailed voicemail. ( still no call ). I called again at 5:35 and was told service center is closed for the day. I did spoke with their service manager ( Ray ), who apologized and assured me that he would get all the details and call me first thing next day ( he never called ). Mike called me on day 2 as if it was day 1 ( just business usual, kept my car overnight without an explanation ), say they were working on changing oil and my trunk needed a new latch and solenoid, parts and labor cost to repair $440. I declined trunk repair work. ( It turned out my problem was cause by a "pinch wire"/ no power to latch, repair cost elsewhere $0 ). They also charged me a diagnostic fee of $120 which they never did.I drove my car home after picking it up on day 2 ( thank goodness it was about 5-10 miles), it was smoking and smelled, open hood to discover engine coolant spilled because container was not sealed. I will NEVER take my car to Audi of Wallingford again.

I helped a friend purchase a 2011 CPO A4 from Audi of Wallingford. The car was more expensive than the BMW, Volvo, or Mercedes that we looked at, but it fit us the best. We made an offer and our salesman Grandell responded with what was his lowest price (he explained why). Overall I was pleased with the simplicity of the negotiation. The price we arrived at was fair.When it came time to finalize the deal we discovered that part of the CPO package was not made clear to us. The sales team was initially resistant to compensating us but eventually agreed to give us some free future detailing services to make up for the lost value. This seemed like a reasonable solution given their minimal profit. Victoria also deeply discounted the GAP coverage that she offered us to further make up for the misunderstanding. She was very patient and answered almost all of our questions in a clear, concise manner. This is particularly valuable when dealing with contracts.While I wish this deal had been smoother I am glad that I hung in. We are very happy with our new (CPO) A4

I had a 2013 A5 and now was in need of a SUV so I went to this dealership and worked with Raj Upadhyay he was wonderful to work with, very personable. Not the kind of salesman who made you feel like you were a number he needed to add to his monthly. He was very professional but also was willing to go the extra step to help you in anyway to get the car you want. I knew the service department was great as I have worked with Mike Coughlin a few times when I had a problem and he also was wonderful ! Service department is the best!

My 2013 Audi's parking brake would not disengage when I attempted to head back home in Massachusetts Sunday evening after a weekend visit with my family in Wallingford. I called this nearby dealership on Monday morning. Mike Coughlin was extremely polite and professional as he advised me on the steps I needed to take to resolve the situation. As the situation had not changed - my brakes were still locked - I called Audi's Roadside Assistance. Soon after, the tow truck arrived and took my car to this dealership. Mike was expecting me: the service staff checked out my car; and since the needed part would not arrive until the next day, I was provided with a rental car until my vehicle was repaired. Mike and his staff were very helpful and friendly. Mike kept me informed of the status of my car, was accommodating, and followed up the next day to make sure all was well. I would recommend Audi of Wallingford - and Mike - for all service needs.

Bought a brand new B8 A4 Audi 2009 from these guys. The sunroof had massive noise issues. I complained about this both at the 5000 and 15000 mile services and both times they said this was just normal. Turns out there was a service bulletin about the sunroof defect. This means that I could have gotten this replaced under warranty but they neglected to tell me about until it was too late. Having these guys run the warranty out on me and not fixing this is an easy way to get me to buy another brand car for the next go around!

Michael Coughlin was my Audi angel this week. I am the original owner of a 2003 A4 that now has 162K miles and my CEL went on just days before I was scheduled to drive my car on a family vacation. Mike was able to get me in and out of service in time for the trip which I know was a squeeze. Mike followed up the next day to ensure all was well with my car and I had told him that my car was running beautifully. However, during my trip about 100 miles from home a dash light came on so my first instinct was to pull over and call Mike since he has proven to be very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I needed an estimate on repairs and an oil change. Mike Coughlin was very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. The estimate given was reasonable and they were willing to work with me as much as they could on the price via available coupons and purpose of the repairs. Not to mention they were speedy in diagnosing the issue and how to resolve it so I wasn't killed in labor costs, which is always nice. Mike updated me as they were working on my car and even took pictures of the parts that require repair. He kindly provided me an estimate and explained it thoroughly to me as well as provided a follow up email to me about what transpired during the appointment, necessary repairs, and the estimate again. It was nice to not have what feels like a heart attack over an estimate for once! The oil change went great. It's always nice to have a complimentary car wash as well :)

My wife and I were driving our A7 from Boston to NY a few weeks ago and ran over a pot hole on Route 91. We ended up with a huge bubble in our tire. Unfortunately this winter has claimed 3 tires on this car !!! We limped into Audi Wallingford very upset as we had an important event that night in NY. Mike was amazingly sympathetic and immediately found that they had a tire in stock ( which was great as we have rare 20 inch rims with all season tires on them). He got the car in right away and we were off in less than an hour start to finish. He also worked with our dealer in Boston to get our tire insurance account and made the arrangements to have them cover this whole thing. All in all he was amazing especially given he knew were would not be a repeat customer given where we live.Great job Mike !!!

Will not only has a passion for sales but he excels due to his love for luxury vehicles, specifically the Audi Brand. He is versed well in all vehicles that came up in conversation. He knows the inventory very well and which cars and features appeal to which clients. He is courteous, great follow up, and dedicated. I worked with Will on multiple occasions regarding a used S4, unfortunately I did not end up purchasing it because red is too flashy for a 333 HP car and I ended up purchasing privately. Everyone we interacted with at Audi of Wallingford was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They did not try to sell us anything we did not want and listened to our every concern and question. Before this experience, I had never bought a car without feeling that there was someone trying to take advantage of me in some way. William Morales gave me a 2015 Audi A3 brochure sometime in February of this year. After considering a Ford Fusion; Mercedes CLA250; Kia Optima; Chevy Impala; and a couple of Lexus models I decided on the A3. I was contemplating waiting for the release of the 2015 VW Golf TDI; my car at the time was a 2011 Golf TDI which was developing some non warranty issues so I decided not to wait. Audi of Wallingford received a supply of 2015 A3s to be utilized as service loaners and were not available for test drives. Audi of Fairfield also received some A3s but allowed prospective buyers to test drive them. I understand that Audi frowned upon this but I used the opportunity to try out the vehicle and was glad I did as I was disappointed in the car. I switched to the A4 and drove that also in Fairfield. Wallingford gave me an A4 demo for a few hours to try out and I was very pleased. Having intentions to lease one I shopped around and found the best pricing from a Mass dealer but for the 10.00/mo savings at the time I did not wish to go out of state. Having found a private buyer for my car the details of the transaction changed as there was no longer a trade involved. Bottom line when all was considered I leased the vehicle from Will Morales of Wallingford. The general manager, Steven Gilligan, got involved with the transaction. After applying a 500.00 deposit to secure the vehicle I was contacted by the Mass dealer whose deal got better and would have resulted in approximately a 35.00/mo lower payment with the same cash at signing. Obviously, it was too late as I had committed to the Wallingford transaction. I brought this to the attention of the sales manager also. I should have been given the same terms as the Mass dealer so I am clearly not pleased knowing that I overpaid. Will was helpful, pleasant, and seemingly honest. I will recommend him but will also suggest to a prospective buyer to take the lowest price regardless of where the dealer may be.

I have been contemplating for a few days on whether or not to write this review as I am the last person to complain about anything. However, due to the type of treatment I received, I do think I should bring the situation to people's attention so that it does not happen to anyone else.I live in NJ and bought a certified pre-owned Audi S6 from your dealership in August 2013 with approximately 20,000 miles on it. Within a couple of months, I started getting a "check engine light" diagnostic. I took the car to a NJ Audi dealership by me and they said that a couple of oxygen sensors had gone bad and need to be replaced. They kept the car for about 7 days and after I got it back, there were no issues for a couple of months. Then, once again, I started getting the "check engine light" diagnostic. I took it back to the NJ Audi dealership and they replaced another oxygen sensor, after keeping the car for a few days. After the second time, the light would intermittently keep coming on and then after a few days would go off. Since this problem began very shortly after I bought the car and wouldn't go away, I called the Audi of Wallingford dealership in December and spoke to Ray Angle to let him know what was happening and what could be done about it. He said that he would need to send someone to pick the car up and drive it from New Jersey to Connecticut so that he could check it at the dealership. However, since it was the holidays, he did not have anyone available to drive the car over and said that he would call me after the holidays and arrange for a pick up. I did not hear back from Ray after the holidays and so I called him up to find out when my car could be picked up. He said that Michael Coughlin would get in touch with me to arrange for the pickup. I also had a series of other issues with the car that I wanted Ray to fix and which I had e-mailed to Ray and multiple times to Michael. I had also asked Michael to do the service on the car since the service indicator had come on. Finally, based on driver availability and the weather, my car was picked up on Tuesday, February 25th. Since I was giving up a V10 S6, I expected to get a comparable loaner. Instead, I got a 2.0 liter 4 cylinder hatchback. In addition, the car had not even been cleaned from the inside. It was dirty with mud on the floor mats (front and back) and there was a dirty rag on the floor by the front passenger seat. This was my first bad experience.My understanding was that the car would be ready by Friday, February 28th. However, I did not hear back from Michael so I sent him an e-mail asking him when the car would be ready. He replied back that he was waiting for the oxygen sensors to be delivered and the car would not be ready on Friday. I asked him if the car would be ready by Wednesday, March, 5th since I was traveling the Thursday through Sunday. He said that he would be out all of next week (March 2nd to the 7th) and that someone else would get back to me to let me know if the car was ready on Wednesday. I did not hear back from anyone. This was my second bad experience. I called Mike on March 10th to find out what was happening with the car. He said it was still not ready. Since it had already been 12 days (counting Saturdays and excluding Sundays) since my car had been picked up I said that I needed the car back as soon as possible. His answer was that he was still waiting for the sensors, did not know when it would be ready, and that he needed to test drive the car and make sure that the light was not coming on. When I called again on Thursday, March 13th, he said the car was still not ready and might need to be kept over the weekend to be test driven. At that point, it was almost 15 days since my car was at the dealership getting fixed. Michael got testy when I insisted that the car be returned to me by Friday, March 14th and said that he would call me back. When I did not receive a call from Michael on Friday morning, I called Ray Angle. He said that the car was being driven back to NJ. The driver arrived with my car at around 9.30 - 10.00 am. When I saw my car, I noticed that it had not been washed. When I opened the driver side door, I noticed that the interior was dirty and had not been cleaned. My car was filthy. There were also some small scratches that I had not noticed before. When I mentioned that to the driver, he said that my car should not have been returned in that condition. He also said that I should have been given a better loaner. This was my third bad experience.My car was kept in your shop for 16 days (counting Saturdays and excluding Sundays). During that time, the only thing that was fixed was the "check engine light". All the other issues that I had noted were deemed "cannot be duplicated" or "not covered by warranty". The service that was provided was poor based on the type of loaner, the cleanliness of the loaner, the number of days taken to fix one problem and the condition that my car was returned in. A few hundred miles were put on the car to drive it back and forth between NJ and CT and also to test drive it. I believe that it was a complete waste of time sending my car over to your dealership. I would suggest talking to Ray and Michael and letting them know how poor the service was that was provided.Hope others do not have to go through what I went through. You have definitely lost one future customer.

Met with Raj and was comparing an Audi A6 with either a Nissan Maxima or Infiniti Q50. Raj told me the A6 would sell itself and he would give the best service and experience I ever had buying a car. After challenging him every step of the way to prove him wrong....turned out I was wrong and he was everything he said he was. Car sold itself and he was best in the business. Switched to the Audi after driving Maxima's since 1996. Thanks Raj.

William Morales was extremely welcoming and friendly. He was not pushy at all and took the time to understand what type of vehicle and price point I was interested in. Within a couple of hours, I had the perfect vehicle for me and within a week I was able to drive off the lot, but not before he spent significant time going through every operational function and feature my car had. I have only had my car five days and I could not be happier with the overall Audi experience I received at Audi of Wallingford. I look forward to the coming years with my Q5 and continuing to receive the service and friendliness when I come there for maintenance!

I had a great experience all around at Audi of Wallingford. They were very friendly and informative and willing to make me a great deal, which was not the case at another Audi dealership closer to my home. The main salesperson that I dealt with, William Morales, was very eager to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. After I had originally agreed to purchase a car that was en route to the U. S., I indicated an unease with the car that I was buying because it wasn't exactly what I wanted. He was very supportive of my decision to wait and order a car from the factory so that I would get the car with the features that I most wanted. And Roseanne Vece, the general sales manager, was on board with my decision as well. A special shout out to Ron Ayoub, whose expertise in getting my phone connected to my car via bluetooth and setting up my Audi Connect, was a lifesaver on delivery day. Also. thank you to Jennifer, the business manager, whose last name unfortunately escapes me, who was ably efficient and amiable in my processing the paperwork for my purchase. All in all I had an A-plus experience and will gladly steer friends to this dealership in the future.

I just wanted to share my recent experience with the Audi of Wallingford dealership. I am in sales and on the road. I was in need of a new car and went to this dealership and worked with Jim Anderson who went out of his way to find me the car I wanted. While he was finding me the car he arranged for a loaner. It was the busiest time of the year and I could not afford to be off the road. He got the car in record time and then he actually walked me through every aspect of the car. There were several new features and some old I did not know how to use. It was a real pleasure working with someone who was willing to take the time with you even after you have bought the car. Jim was also willing to walk me through setting up my garage door opener. I feel I will always get fair and reliable service here.Roseanne was also a great help. I have purchased 3 Audi's from this dealership. All performance versions. They currently service my RS4 and R8 GT. They are very courteous and yet quite professional. I have always received a quality loaner if required. They start the work on time, finish it when promised, and the price has never exceeded the estimate. On occasion, the price has been less than quoted. They provide meaningful discounts on service work and parts and have always ensured my cars were clean, undamaged, and the work performed professionally. I am a very fussy owner with more than typical mechanical knowledge and would recommend with confidence this dealership. Everyone from the techs in the shop, who have personally debriefed my on the work they have performed, up through executive level management has been available for any comments, concerns and I have never left the dealership with anything less than complete satisfaction.

Although the warranty on the tires I purchased from Audi Wallingford had expired, the guys at this dealership replaced my faulty tire on the house. They disagreed with the tire manufacturer's policy regarding the issue, so they simply did what they thought was right.I purchased my Audi Q5 at this dealership, and have only taken the car to them for any and all service. These guys ROCK!

I was in the market for a new or slightly used vehicle to replace a 2010 Acura TSX (6 Speed Manual). Always prefer the manual transmissions, which remain an increasingly difficult find. Few Audi dealerships have the diversity of inventory found at Audi of Wallingford, despite the overall inventory size being what I would describe 'mid range'. From the minute I arrived to review both the new and Certified inventory, Burt Kelman was at the door, hand outstretched. He, and everyone at the dealership conducted themselves effectively, and as important, efficiently throughout the process of identifying the most appropriate Audi based on my needs and preferences, the test drive (where all questions were handled with ease), the negotiations, including the trade, and perhaps most importantly, the paperwork.I would not hesitate to recommend Burt as a knowledgeable, experienced salesperson (despite a relatively short tenure with Audi vehicles, his career in sales clearly comes through in his effectiveness). As he said, and delivered on, the only pressure at the dealership is in the 'tires'. I felt that way through the entire process.I also found the dealership size to be a strong positive. It was busy, but not crowded. There is ample space to meet and talk without feeling cramped. The dealership is clean, well laid out, and another positive is that the inventory is easily accessible from the showroom. Simply grab some keys, and take a quick walk to see first hand the vehicle in question.I have not yet experienced the service department, so cannot comment.In summary, a very positive experience with Burt Kelman and the entire team at Audi of Wallingford. I would not hesitate to recommend this team, and will certainly be back when it is time for another vehicle.

I had been shopping for a new car for over a year, hating every moment of it. When I first walked into Audi of Wallingford I was greeted by Richard Crane who was friendly, caring and put me at ease. He led me through a process of asking me questions that helped me discover for myself what was most important in a new car and the features that would best suit my lifestyle. He was never pushy but always patient, supportive and authentically excited for me to get the car of my dreams. He actively listened to my wants, needs and hesitations meeting them with truth and gentleness. I never felt like I was being "sold to" and his customer service was impeccable.When I visited other dealerships I felt like they had their own agenda and would rather tell me what I wanted never even asking me what features would best meet my lifestyle needs - not at Audi of Wallingford. The dealership itself is beautiful, clean and located conviently off the highway. Every person I encountered there was friendly, interested, and supportive without the whole sales pitch that you usually get. I am always treated like a human being with respect and care - not like a customer. They worked with me on the pricing and financing with patience. I got great deal on a really nice car, one that I never thought I could have and they gave me more than anyone else offered for my old car. Even after the sale was complete, Richard Crane exceeded my expectations - giving me a second delivery - taking me step by step through voice recognition training, personal settings and special features in my car to make sure that I was comfortable and that I understood all the features availble in my new Audi SQ5. When I returned to the dealership to put on the winter tires, Richard took time away from his work day to come over and make sure that I was still happy with the car, ask about my family - details he remembered because he cares and listens, and offering to answer any questions I might have. He stayed with me the whole time while I checked into service to make sure that I was taken care of.The service center is just as awesome as the sales process. I was never rushed, they answered all my questions with respect and even gave me a beautiful loaner car that was comparable to my new car to dive for the day at no extra cost. When I got in the loaner car the radio, seat settings and temperature were set exactly as it was in my car when I dropped it off. They are even storing my spring tires for me at no charge. The quality of work is the best, it was done quickly and the whole process was easy.Overall, Audi of Wallingford treats their clients with respect, care, and excellent customer support. I have never experienced better customer service anywhere ever. Their attention to detail is incredible. I would highly recommend Richard Crane and Audi of Wallingford to anyone who wants excellent customer service and an inspired shopping experience. I have purchased 4 new Audis from this dealership. When I was looking for a new car, like most people, I was skeptical of the "game" of the buy. But after talking with the Manager Roseanne Vece, I believed in the integrity, knowledge and empathy that I had not found in another car dealership. I love cars and appreciate how Roseanne and Jim Anderson anticipated what I was looking for and used their extensive expertise to help make possible what I required in a vehicle. I truly cannot imagine going to a different dealership because of the relationship that we have forged. I trust this dealership as I also rely on the service that is provided by people like Mike Coughlin. When I bring my car to be serviced, what is needed is taken care of expediently and carefully. Even when I have driven into a pothole and am pressed for time to get back on the road, this dealership is there for its clients in a respectful and reassuring way. Just under two weeks ago, I decided to trade in my 2003 Saab 9-3 after 8 years of reliable Swedish performance. It was my birthday celebration weekend and I was headed to Mohegan Sun for a relaxing visit with friends. Sadly, my car showed "gearbox malfunction" that morning and I made an impetuous decision to buy a car. Prior to that day, I had researched the Audi as I believed it was most comparable to what I had been driving. Thus, I headed to Audi of Wallingford to make my dream a reality. I was greeted and welcomed by two pleasant gentlemen as I searched for the young man I spoke with earlier by phone. I was immediately introduced to Raj who offered me a beverage and a bagel as he finished prepping for my appointment (the tow truck arrived earlier than I expected). Raj was absolutely amazing. He was unbelievably knowledgeable, patient, and listened to my needs. He was thorough and took the time to explain the ins and outs of the vehicle. Given the time we spent together laughing and joking, I truly feel as though I met a new friend through this experience. Likewise, the general sales manager, Roseanne, was truly a gem. She understood my needs and concerns and met every expectation. Purchasing my Audi A4 was such an awesome experience, I wish I could return today to buy another one just to relive it. In the meantime, I am in pure bliss. I never thought I could fall in love with a car the way I absolutely love my Audi. The dealership provided a loaner for the duration of the repair.Every time I bring my car in for service, I'm always greeted with a smile. Mike was very accommodating when scheduling the service appointment. Upon arriving at the dealership we noticed it was very clean. All staff members we saw were professionally dressed and very friendly We purchased the Audi in Massachusetts and visited another Audi dealership in Connecticut before making our purchase. This was our first visit to Audi of Wallingford for service. We will be going to them for all of our future service visits and will definitely purchase from them in the future.

I called several Audi dealerships looking to have my car serviced immediately, since there were some alarms going off for tire pressure, fluids, exterior lights, and oil change, but none would accept me into their garage without three days notice. When I called Audi of Wallingford, they not only took me in for service right away, but gave me a beautiful courtesy car for the day since I needed to go straight to work. The service was completed beyond my expectations and the employees were extremely friendly.

They are always prompt and courteous. I'm regularly offered a loaner car to accommodate my hectic schedule. If I have any issues - Mike is wonderful at explaining what work needs to be done on my car. My needs are taken care of with ease and efficiency. I've also had the opportunity to 'wait' for my car. Love the complimentary snack bar and free wifi..... not to mention very clean and modern bathrooms! Highly recommend this dealership!!!

I went to the dealership to look at a CPO Audi A5 Cabriolet as I had been really wanting a convertible and absolutely love Audi's. I went in and was promptly greeted and spoke to Roseanne the sales manager who remembered me from buying my 2005 A4 8 years ago. I started working with John, did a test drive and started looking into numbers. After some discussion we all thought it wasn't going to work due to the balance owed and value of the trade in but they said they'd talk to the general manager and see what they could do. Later that evening I got a voicemail from Roseanne saying they could give more for my trade to get me where I wanted price wise. It was a great experience and upon delivery of the car it was completely details and looked brand new. I was provided all the certified pre owned paper work, assessment results, original sticker, original books, etc. My experience was great in 2005 and great again now and I will certainly be purchasing future cars there in the future. Highly recommend!

I have been buying cars from Audi of Wallingford for 10+ years now. I have bought them for me, for my family and for my business. In all I have had 10 purchases. Each and every one was as easy and hassle free as you would want. I'm not big on the typical car sales approach with all of the pressure and the dog and pony so that it is one of the reasons why I will continue to drive over 30 miles to buy a car from AoW. That along with very fair pricing, great service and some of the most down to earth sales folks I have ever encountered. Steve Gilligan, the GM, has always gone out of his way to make sure that I am happy with the car and satisfied with the complete customer experience.

Lou being fairly new to the dealership was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were intersted in, if he wasn't sure of a question we asked he didn't B/S his way through it, he got us the answer. Roseanne was very pleasent to deal with and explained evrything in detail pricing etc, and gave us many options to choose from. I went in to the Audi of Wallingford Dealership to test drive a used BMW on Thursday evening 8/16 at 7:30 pm. The test drive went great and I put a deposit down. I got a call Friday morning first thing that the financing was approved and I picked up my vehicle on Saturday. The experience was seamless and very easy. I have not purchased a car since 2005-this was so fast and convenient. I will recommend this to family and friends.

I have purchased cars from this dealership for nearly 15 years. I find the prices reasonable, service excellent and they go out of their way to fix any problems I might have. The general manager, Steve Gilligan, and sales rep, Ron Ayoub, go "all out" to insure that I am happy with my purchase. I have tried other dealerships in the area but none can compare. I have recommended this dealership to many friends who have bought cars and are as satisfied as I am.

I had a very positive experience with the dealership. Roseanne ( manager ) and Tom Gallagher ( financing ) were exemplary in ways of professionalism and customer satisfaction. I have never had this kind of experience purchasing a vehicle ( I have purchased approx. 15 new cars in my lifetime)...This is a dealership that will bend over backwards to make the client, not the sale. I will give them top priority when I purchase my next car.

The service department at Audi of Wallingford is truly outstanding. The staff are professional, accommodating and courteous, often going above and beyond to ensure that the customer has the best experience possible. As a nurse, my shifts often fluctuate and Michale was able to work around my schedule, in terms of date/time, providing me with a loaner, and updating me as to when my car will be ready for pick-up. Michale is friendly, personable, and goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is satisfied. Overall, I can not say enough about my experience thus far at Audi of Wallingford. Their dedication to customer service does not go unnoticed.

I have purchased six Audi A6 from Audi of Wallingford . I am extremely please with the sales department (Roseanne is great) and the service department and staff is excellence. They all exhibit outstanding customer service and are very helpful. I work in the hospital so my hours vary the service department allows me to drop off my car the night before and a loaner vehicle is always provided, this is a big plus for me. The service department always calls to let me know my car is ready for pick up and goes over all work done on the vehicle. When I pick up my vehicle from the service department my car is always clean and the service is of the highest quality. I feel Audi offers a superior product. I would highly recommend this dealership to people. Sales and service has been the best.

It doesn't get any better than Audi of Wallingford!! I've leased two cars (one which I custom ordered!!) from the help of Jim Anderson. He's always so polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Any time the cars have been due for service, I call, get the data/time I need, and I am treated with the utmost respect. The work done is always done correctly and the car always comes back sparkling clean. Jeff and the other gentlemen who promptly greet you as you enter the service area always listen to any concerns and then take the time to explain what service was done to the car. All service has always been completed in a timely fashion. I don't just feel like a number when I go there and appreciate the extra efforts they all show to ensure total customer satisfaction. I drive my A5 knowing that it's covered and just enjoy driving!!! Thank you!

I was 3000mi from home in my 2 week old A7 and in need of service. Mark got me in quickly and kept me apprised along the way. I needed a part from Germany which came in well ahead of expectations. While I am a non-recurring customer at this dealership and was concerned that that could impact how I was treated, that was never the case. The responsiveness was top notch and I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle here for service again.

My wife and I were looking for a used Audi TTS and found the perfect vehicle at Audi of Wallingford. We requested a test drive via the internet; we received prompt responses regarding our request. The "used" TTS was picture perfect and sitting on the showroom floor with new cars when we arrived. Roseanne spent a few moments getting to know us and then turned us loose on our test drive. She was very informative and left the buying decision up to us, no hard sell. We exchanged a few personal car buying stories, filled out the paperwork, received a grand tour of their facility and went home knowing we made the right decision buying a car from this dealership. We returned on the following Saturday to pick up our car; we were greeted by Nicole, who then walked us through all of the features of the car and how they operate. Tom took over and took us through our final paperwork process; he was as just as polite and helpful as Nicole and Roseanne. We are now the proud owners of a great 2012 Audi TTS, will be back to Audi of Wallingford for our service and we highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great cars, great people and great service!

I was in the market for a used luxury sports car and fell in love with the 2012 Preowned S4 at their lot... no regrets after buying it!Ralph and the rest of the team in Wallingford were extremely friendly and knowledgable, especially compared to other dealers I have been to. I have dealt with many dealerships for years- Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Jaguar, Bmw, Buick Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, Honda, Toyota, Cadillac, Chrysler and Dodge, and Subaru; and now Audi. Porsche Audi of Walingford is the absolute worst of them all. If ever there was a dealer to lie up to the cliche' lousy dealership experience, it is them. I purchased Two new Audi's, and have been there for ALL of the service on these vehicles, not just the warranty work (which has been often, and extensive) and literally, every single time they are oh so rude. Offensively so- as if I am inconveniencing them by even calling, much less making a service appointment. They have tried multiple times to charge for warranty work. Every "courtesy" loaner I've gotten (about 12 now) has been filthy inside and out- I remember one being clean on the outside one time. Every time they fix something- I am lied to lie about pricing, and what needs to be done; and pretend to not know what they did last time, even though they just got my information, confirmed my information, and are looking at it on the screen in front of them! Did I mention rude? I'd change dealers, but it means driving an hour in the wrong direction. This is my last new Audi. I sold the other one, have one left, and am not ever looking back. I love the Audi vehicles, however it is just not worth the stress and aggravation. spend $140,000 something on cars and you'd think you would receive at least decent service. I spent $12,000 on a new Dodge Neon when I was a kid, and the service was excellent. This is not worth my time. Should you be local to them, and not have the time to drive to a different Audi dealer- then buy a Mercedes, BMW, Cadillac, Acura, Lincoln, Etc- but save your energy, time, and money and avoid AUDI of Wallingford.

I recently was in the process of purchasing my 6th Audi from another Audi Dealer located in Eastern CT but just was not ever given that 'Great" deal as a repeat customer should receive. I drove to the Wallingford Audi Dealership prior to taking delivery there and was greeted by staff as if I was a long-time customer. I was first introduced to the dealership by a sales associate Dante? who was courteous and enthusiastic. Dante had significant product knowledge and transferred me to the right people to make my deal work. I was able to work directly with the SM Rosanne Vece and GM Stephen Gilligan who were able to negotiate a deal on a new A6 without any haggling that was better that I was offered elsewhere. I drove off in my New 2012 A6 within a couple of hours. The purchase and delivery experience was better that I have ever before experienced with my 5 previous Audi's. I will have to see if the reviews on poor service experiences overshadow my purchase experience.

I Buought in my 2002 Audi A6 for some work.They called to let me know that the car needed breaks. I have a good freind in town that will do my breaks for much less then a dealer.After I droped off the car he called me to ask why I brought it in for breaks. There was nothing wrong with them. I will no longer be deling with Wallingford Audi.
