I really like taking my Audi here for service (used to use another Audi location) This facility is very modern, spacious, plenty of room to sit and work or relax while you are waiting for your your car to be ready. This facility is immaculately clean. There is a nice self-service coffee bar. They also have some really good retail merchandise if you want to shop for clothing, bags, sunglasses, etc.

I scheduled my 25,000 mile service visit, as well as a software update/recall - the staff greeted me immediately, I felt welcome and well cared for. I waited for my car and was extremely comfortable in the waiting area - comfortable seating, coffee, drinks, snacks, etc. Jessica, my service rep for the day, kept me apprised of what was going on and my car was ready when promised. Overall, an excellent experience. Audi Wilmington is great!

Took Allroad in for 35k maintenance and recall. They said front brake pads were getting low and recommended new front pads and rotors which they took care of while I waited. Dealer prices are always steep, but you get genuine Audi parts and they gave me a 10% discount on the brake job.

From the first day I stepped into the Dealership I was greeted with professionalism and friendliness. Visiting your facility helps me to understand why we are willing to pay premium prices for luxury. It feels so good to be treated like a special person in this world where disrespect is so normative. It also helps that you have a superior product. I have driven many luxury cars and my Q5 is without doubt the best I have driven in many respects. Most other cars I have drivenrequire so much more care, which is expensive and time consuming. My Q5 is trustworthy, care free and a joy to drive. The sound system is wonderful and when I do come for routine service the personnel are always kind, professional, and authentic.

Called to report an issue. Jeremy in Service suggested road side service to get the car to Audi of Wilm. We live downstate in Fenwick so getting the car to Wilm would have been difficult. The Service department not only tended to the issue very quickly but Jermey arranged to have my wife's car delivered to Dover to make it a bit easier for us to pick up. I visited here just looking to test drive a couple cars since I was looking to lease in a few months. I was paired with someone who seemed very unprofessional and possibly drunk (no joke). I had already had an appointment at Audi West Chester a few days later, so I just left dissatisfied not even wanting to be paired with someone new there. Still I continue to get phone calls every day and emails trying to get me to come back after I already said I am not interested. I visited Audi West Chester a few days later and fell in love with the dealership and it's employees. No rush, calm environment, knowledgeable staff, and I'm picking up my A6 soon. Save your time and effort and go there instead! (Better rates too!)

When the vehicle service has been completed, she goes over the report with you, making sure that you understand exactly what was done in every area and what problems may occur in the future. For example, the brakes on my Audi may need to be replaced before the next major service is done.

Steve Gray is best in Audi sales, anywhere! I just had a great experience re-leasing a Q5, and he worked with me to get the car I wanted, at the price that worked for me. I worked with Steve back in 2013 with our first Q5 lease, and I cannot imagine working with anyone else. He is incredibly knowledgable, helpful, honest and I trust him. The lease was very smooth, and Steve had everything arranged and ready to go - a very stress-free and pleasant experience. My parents have also recently worked with Steve and will be returning to him again to lease a new A4 later this year (they've bought/leased 5 or 6 Audis at Winner over the last few decades). As a family we wouldn't work with anyone else. Tommy was also very helpful and worked closely with Steve so that together they could find the lease pricing and terms that worked best for me.

I hit a pothole on Wednesday night , destroy my front right tire. I called the dealership first thing on Thursday morning. I compared three other Audi dealers, I was very surprised how much of a difference in the price each dealership was. Audi Wilmington had a great selection, and Mark Satterly was great to work with , He got me a fair price for the exact car I wanted . We did all of our dealings over the phone, until I came to the dealership to claim my Audi, Mark, had all the paper work ready, and it was a very smooth transaction.. I walked in to test drive the 2017 Audi Q7 in February and was met by Tyler Bye. Tyler truly knows the meaning of 5 Start Customer service, he was attentive and allowed the vehicle to sell itself. Needless to say I was sold from the test drive and placed a custom order in the coming days. From the time that I made the order to the day I purchased and was delivered the vehicle Tyler stayed in contact and followed through on all deliverables. If I ever had any questions during the experience Tyler would respond in a timely manner. When it came time to purchase the vehicle and crunch the numbers I met with Hadi Davoudi and it was a pleasure. He was able to communicate with the Banks and get my desired rate. Overall this was an amazing experience with a dealership that obviously puts the needs of their customers first. Who knows, my wife will be due for a new car in 2 years and I personally will direct her to Audi of Wilmington for her next purchase.

We were on our way from Avon, NC to Montreal, Canada and received warning of a tire leak on our Audi S4. The car was fully loaded and getting stuck in the Memorial bridge environment with 500 miles to go would have been a very unpleasant experience. We managed to get to Audi Wilmington just 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday and Jessica from the service department found a solution to allow us to get back on the road, after removing the 3 inch screw creating the leak. Jessica and Audi Wilmington provided unparalleled service and we want to thank them for saving our trip back home. I found the car on www.cars.com and made contact via email. The Audi Brand Specialist was great over the phone and very responsive to email. They priced the car aggressively to start, so we got to the final sale price quickly. I flew in from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia to pick up the car. The dealer sent an Audi Brand Specialist to pick me up at the airport and take me to the dealership. He was very friendly, and of course the ride was nice (a 2016 A6). I was in an out pretty quick. The Finance Manager didn't push the "extras" too hard and the Audi Brand Specialist I worked with was great at showing me the car before I left the dealership.Overall, this Audi dealership was great to work with, and I would highly recommend them to other Audi car enthusiasts...

I had some worry some noises in my power steering during the very cold weather. I called Audi and got an appointment the next day. Chris in service greeted me warmly and he had a service technician go to work on the mystery noise immediately. In less than an hour Chis returned my Audi sparkling clean and running fine. They checked my whole steering system and just had to top up the fluid which was a little low. Sure it was a miner problem , but they treated it just like everything they do...with great care and great service.

My husband bought anAudi second hand from this dealership in Wilmington DE. The car was lovely , the people on the day he chose it were very helpful to sell the car of course its priority. which I could not say the same on the day of picking the car up. We had to wait more than 2 hours to get paperwork done when it should of been done prior to a guess to ease the process, and my husband did not had free time on his hands to waist! Staff looked not very helpful and considered at all. I had to go back home and to be called from my husband to find out that I had to go back to the dealership to give him check book because there was a problem with his card and they didn't know how to do manual transaction. However they knew very well that we are paying the car off in full and any issues regarding the transaction should of been addressed prior to us. As an a VP my husband has extremely heavy work schedule with conference calls back to back through out the whole day. And this wait was not acceptable to me . I was not happy going back and forth being stressed considering that we also have 21 months old baby, that I had to wake up and bring with me . However after all the ups and downs we had , we hope that the car is worth all these troubles after all it is Germane made ( the best cars to us). I can't say personally that I was satisfied with your customer service. This for my standards of professionalism it's unexceptable . They were clearly not interested mainly because the car was second hand. But this should not matter because the company name stands behind it regardless first or second hand. Your mane represents this car. Your professionalism and outstanding customer service represents this car. So you should off being professional enough to see it through as priority, and make out experience unforgettable. Because my husband was so excited and happy with his choice until the pick up day. I prefer to cross shop my deals and like to save as much as I can. I also like to trade cars on a regular basis and go thru the process frequently. Audi of Wilmington gets my business every time. The staff is professional and they are there before and after the sale. I would recommend Audi of Wilmington to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Very knowledgeable no pressure sales staff and a General Manger that has done every aspect of the dealership from service to sales. The Service Department after the sale is outstanding as well. I am involved and informed every step of the way and do not have to chase anyone for answers. I've bought many Audi's from them over the years and can't recommend them enough. I find the negative reviews here very unlikely based on my 9+ years of going there. They truly give high end customer service and the staff doesn't change year after year like other dealers I go to. Don't be fooled by other dealers trying to bait you in with over the top pricing gimmicks. These guys at Wilmington are ALL Audi die hards! I went to this location to test drive a vehicle. The salesman was very unprofessional. He didn't even tell me about the features of the car. He was unfriendly and was making jabs throughout. Once the test drive was over, the salesman said he had something to do and wouldn't be able to discuss numbers with me. I told him I was aggressive on buying a vehicle and needed one asap. He said he would call with the information. I never received a call. I ended up taking my business to Audi wynnewood and got an amazing deal. My Father saw a pre-owned 2012 S4 on the floor when he brought his car in, and from the beginning Tom (the GM) and Stephen McKeehan (sales rep) were super helpful. Stephen emailed back and forth with me, keeping me in the loop on everything and was very helpful. When I went to pick up the car he sat with me to go through how all the electronics worked (I came from a very simplistic car with limited electronics). His knowledge of the car was great and very appreciated. In addition the Business Manager Mel was great as well. He was super nice, helpful, and very customer oriented. We worked a deal on a brand new A6 for almost the same payment as I have now which was great. I loved the wheels on my old A6 so they switched the wheels to my new A6. The whole dealership pitched in great teamwork.

I've been shopping for a new car for many months now, during this process of numerous test drives at several dealerships Anthony Williams at Audi Wilmington has provided one of the best experiences. He knows the brand well and is knowledgeable about the individual model lines. It is also clear that Anthony understands that a test drive is an opportunity for the customer to explore the vehicle, not for the salesperson to recite every line from the Monroney. For the test drive he provided a loop with a decent mix of back roads and main routes that helped convey the dynamics of the car. During the drive he was very relaxed, quick to answer questions with an informed response, and provided easy conversation, but very importantly he did not attempt to fill every quiet moment with random comments. The salesman, Anthony, at Audi Wilmington gave an excellent presentation of an A3 Quattro that I bought for my daughter. He answered my questions, found out answers to questions he could not answer, and involved the service manager and finance manager. I was impressed with Anthony's use of the social internet and use of face time with my daughter who lives in Boston. Anthony used FaceTime to show my daughter the choice of cars, taking the time to give my daughter a tour of the two cars that would best fit her needs. I had started the process of looking for a new car as the lease on my Infiniti was coming due. I had looked at the Audi A4 3 years ago, and decided to make a change this time. On my first visit I was met by Anthony, a young enthusiastic salesperson - but not overwhelming! Many salespeople swarm and pump for information and/or give information that is really not needed or wanted. He did not do this and was very well informed as to the Audi vehicles. There were no 2015 vehicles on the lot at that time that I was interested in and Anthony told me that he would keep me informed when some arrived. He was able to do that without constant emails or telephone calls. The car finally arrived that I had decided upon - Anthony, as well as everyone at the dealership made the process of "delivering" the car fun and special. I highly recommend Anthony as well as the Audi Wilmington dealership !

While car shopping with my cousin for a Q5, I made a spur of the moment decision to testdrive a new A4 (my own car was an 8 year old A4--nothing wrong with it) and was so impressed with the new version that I decided to inquire about buying the car. I dealt with Mark S. who was informative, patient, but certainly not pushy. I also dealt with Tommy M. on finalizing the terms of the deal--he actually gave me more than I was asking for with the result of sealing the deal. When I picked up the car, it was all ready--Mark S. had even completed all the settings for me in the navigation and other systems. He then spent two hours going over all the features with me. Again, extremely patient. Now that I"ve had the car a week, I have more questions about some of the operating features and Mark was very responsive in setting up another appointment to teach me more about how to get the most from the car. I had my previous Audi in for service numerous times over the past 8 years. Service is very responsive and very quick. They schedule only what they can handle so that waiting time is very minimal. Even with that, when I've had an emergency (or at least a strange indicator light come on) they have taken care of me immediately, even without an appointment. This is an excellent dealership--easy to deal with, with great "after-buy" service.

The purchase of the car was great. Every time I call for service the girl is out to lunch or on another call. I wish we could schedule on line. I bought windshield wipers they cost $50 and the service dept handed them to me- hardly top notch. I had a serious tire issue and the first service person I talked to couldn't tell me if it was covered. I called back but the service person was out to lunch so I would have to call back again. Finally I called a third time and was able to schedule service for a fairly serious repair.

I went to Audi Wilmington on a Saturday and spoke with a salesman and took a short test drive in a Q5. I wanted another color Q5 and was told that one was coming in. After almost two weeks I haven't heard anything so I went back in and spoke with Stephen about the situation and he advised me that the vehicle would be in the next week and said he would call when it gets in. Early the next week Stephen called and told me the car was available and when could I come in and take a look at the car. My son and I came in on a Saturday to look for a new SUV our BMW was just to small for what we needed we were introduced to Steve by the receptionist. We told him what we were looking for and he directed us to the Q5 which was the perfect size. We test drove the Q5 and we loved it especially my son. We didn't buy it on Saturday and the car was sold luckily they had the exact same one coming in a few weeks, So we had everything arranged so when I came in on Saturday morning everything was ready and I didn't have to wait for anything. Steve went over all of the features on the Q5 and good thing my son was there to help absorb all of the neat things the Q5 has. Steve even set my presets for my radio and Sat radio which was very appreciated. Also during all the paperwork they forgot to give me my temp. registration card and within 2 hours Steve called then drove to my house to drop it off. Great customer service.

My husband and I saw a used TT on their website and took a look at the car on a Sunday. We made a offer on Monday which was accepted and we drove up from Maryland the same day to hopefully bring the TT home with us which we did. When we got there Stephen greeted us and showed us the car which was indoors since it was raining which was nice. I came in on Tuesday with a friend looking at a S5 and was greeted by Stephen out on the lot we talked for a few minutes and narrowed down what I wanted and he showed me the car in the showroom upstairs. We then went out on a test drive and we loved the car but wanted to drive the manual version. I scheduled a appointment for the next day and Stephen had the car out front with a paper saying reserved for me which was pretty cool. I test drove the manual S5 then we proceeded to work on numbers for a lease. They worked with me on my trade as well as getting me to around what I wanted to pay. I saw a two cars that I liked but one wasn't at the dealership when I came in to look at them. I put a deposit down on one of the cars while waiting to see the other one. The salesmen Steve and Dennis were very understanding working around my schedule and made sure the vehicles were both there two weeks later when I had time to stop in. After my Nissan Armada died on me in State College with 120,000, I was looking for a new SUV. Got online and checked out reviews. Also had a friend's son, Corey, who knows all about cars, do some research. Q5 was his recommendation along with Consumer Reports and I liked the way the car looked. Went to a PA dealer and test drove the Q5. I really liked it and the dealer was very nice. But, he could not locate a Q5 with the colors I was looking for. He was also very difficult to reach both online and by phone. Shana from Audi Wilmington had been in touch with me via email. She was persistant and said they had the car I was looking for. Turned out the car had just been sold and they then searched to find me another. Found it in Long Island. The salesman I worked with was Steve and he was very truthful, friendly and down to earth. He even drove to Long Island to pick up my car. I am now driving my new Audi Q5 and it handles beautifully. Even my 18 year old approves of it totally. My experience at Audi Wilmington was efficient, kind and painless. I look forward to many years of traveling in my Q5 and know the good people of Audi Wilmington will take good care of us. My husband and I were considering a Q5 and called this dealership for some lease pricing and to see if their online stock was up to date for CPOs. The sales guy couldn't answer any of my questions about the car and kept putting me on hold (I could have forgiven that if he was just a "new" employee). When he finally came back he wouldn't give me any specific pricing because "Audi dealerships don't operate that way". When I pressed harder, he gave me an inflated range of payment pricing that he clearly pulled out of thin air (over $150 more per month than other dealerships for the exact options). When I asked why the significant difference and to make sure he was quoting me the correct car he actually sighed at me and said, "You aren't a current audi owner are you". I understand that sales persons can't make a commission off me unless I come into the dealership, but dodging my questions and making me feel like Audi Wilmington is some elite club that only speaks to members when they come into the showroom is not the way to entice me to come in. Called YBH and within 5 minutes I had a realistic quote from a sales person who didn't sound annoyed to be taking my call. In comparison to nearby dealerships, Wilmington's prices are inflated and they have a snob attitude towards customers (we had heard this from many people prior to experiencing it ourselves). They need to wake up and realize they're not the only Audi dealership in the area and that the savvy shopper is going to do their homework before blindly showing up to the lot.

I purchased a 2014 Q5 on January 7, 2014 and traded in a 2010 Volvo in good condition. Til this day, Friday, February 21, 2014, I have NOT received my tags on the vehicle. I last spoke to Cheryl on February 6, 2014 that stated my paperwork was not sent in and there was a mix up thinking she was waiting for my traded-in vehicle to get approved for tags for me, when I stated that I had traded in that vehicle and purchased another. She then apologized and said it was a mix up in the paperwork and I should have my tags within a week. After speaking to the DMV today, my paperwork has not been submitted and it will be 60 days soon. I was also told that the dealership had thirty days to file my paperwork and they have not. When I tried calling, they keep stating no one is available to speak with me and giving me the run around. I now have to have the DMV do an investigation just to get my tags. This dealership is terrible and EXTREMELY unprofessional... especially MARK. I wish I had never leased a vehicle from them and would caution anyone that does.

I was coming up on my lease of a BMW335 and looked at the audi S5 vs bmw 435. I had to work hard to find a 435 to drive and did, but my final drive was the S5. My decision was made after that test drive. The Audi sale rep located a car that fit my needs instead of ordering and everything went smooth from there. I got to test my car in the rent snow storm and it performed outstandingly. Thanks guys Joe

Go to the OTHER dealerships in PA, NJ or MD! The sales staff were inattentive and wasteful of my time. When it came time to deal with the financing department, the guy was completely unprofessional when presented with the fact that other dealerships where giving better rates His behaviour and attitude was unbelievable! Other Audi dealerships in PA and NJ give better rates and customer service. They are more respectful of the person, not the money to be made. Looking at the other reviews on the internet, I wish I hadn't wasted my time. However, if you need to test drive a car multiple times, go here even if you are going to buy elsewhere: Parking is great and you won't feel guilty not buying from them!

We were in the market for a used GMC Acadia. We contacted numerous tri-state area dealers who were selling used Acadias. We located a clean 2011 SL model with low mileage at Audi Wilmington. Rick Bourke was our Sales Consultant. Rick was very courteous, professional and was not overbearing. Rick was very good following up and returning calls. We arranged for the sale of our trade before going to buy a new car. The dealer agreed to handle the courtesy trade at the time of sale, delivering our trade to the buyer the next day. We took delivery of the new car and left happy, but the next day learned from the buyer that the dealer refused to turn over the trade to the buyer as agreed, choosing to keep the car for resale on their lot without our consent or knowledge. . As a person of my word, I had to deal with an angry buyer for something that should not have happened. I was also offended, When I called the dealer, I was told the sales manager was busy, unavailable and have been unable to reach him in the several days since. In 30 years of car buying, I have never seen such behavior, and while it does not affect my finances whatsoever, I feel the matter was handled very poorly. We thought our salesman Jim was excellent, yet once the sale manager got involved, this is what happened. I wish I could say better things about my experience, and had planned to, but this is not something that can be overlooked.

My experience at the dealership was overall average. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. My average rating was due to the fact that I didn't feel that the person approving or actually making the deal was flexible. He wasn't willing to give me 24 hrs., even with a down payment to make a decision on the purchase. It felt like do you want the vehicle or not. This vehicle was being stored at a location a distance away from the dealership, something that I found out after my arrival. If I was pressed for time, this could have been a problem, since I had already traveled 1/2 hour. I would be very reluctant to go back to this dealership or give them a favorable endorsement to anyone who was looking to purchase a vehicle. Although the environment felt comfortable, I sense their style of selling is to say to the buyer, if you're not here to buy, have a nice day!

I had a wonderful experience at the Wilmington Audi Dealership. I reside and for the most part work in NJ but on a weekly basis travel to DE for work. I decided to take my car to Wilmington Audi for it 105, 000 mile service since it was close to work and i was not pleased with my service experience at my local NJ Audi Dealership. I have to say the total experience working with Wilmington Audi was night and day in comparison to my local dealership. There was such attention to the customer experience from the minute you drive your vehicle into the service bay until you are escorted to your freshly washed car. The front desk was friendly and courteous, the waiting area was fully stocked with beverages while I waited for the shuttle to take me to work, the shuttle ride was simple and smooth, they kept me in the loop and provided me an in-depth profile of what was going on with my car and picked me up promptly from work to pick up my car. I could not be more pleased with the work and service at Wilmington Audi.

I have a TT and have been taking my car to this dealership for a few years now. I've always enjoyed the personal service and attention, but this week was wonderful. I woke up to a flat tire and happen to live close to the dealership. I slowly drove my car over and told them what happened. Not having an appointment, obviously, they worked me in immediately and had my car ready within two hours. Their attention to service and availability saved me from the additional money I would've had to pay for towing, and I will never use another dealer.

I am a two year owner of an A4 which I purchased from this dealership. This Audi is the 17th brand new car that I have purchased in my lifetime. Included in these past purchases were an RX7, Maxima, and recently, two, 325i BMWs. With all of past my new car purchases, I have never experienced the type of personal attention and quality that I have received from this service department, and in particular, Mr. Chris Oakes. The Friday before Christmas, I woke up to flat tire. I pumped air into it and made my way to a breakfast Rotary meeting, and then afterwards to this dealership. I pulled into the service bay and proceeded to the counter where I was proactively greeted by Mr. Oakes. He told me that he would take care of it right away. When I have been told in the past by other dealers that they would take care of it right away, I take that as meaning that I should settle in for a spell. However, that was not the case with this visit. I was in and out of the service area within 20 minutes with my problem totally resolved. I was able to get to work without any impact to my busy, before-the-holiday schedule. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am for this type of attention. It is rare. This is not the first time that I had this experience. On another occasion, my oil light came on, and I stopped into this dealership to buy a quart of oil. Mr. Oakes did not sell me a quart of oil, but rather had oil added to my car at no charge, within 10 minutes.I have had nothing but great experiences over the past two years. While a dealerships service department has never before been a factor in my decision to buy my next car, it will be this time around.For the record, I had not ever met Mr. Oakes before my experience at Audi Wilmington.

Needed Wilmington Audi to help me with a car that had just been purchased used from another dealer. The response was phenomenal. They not only helped with getting the vehicle towed, they were able to fit it into a busy schedule and complete the repairs the same day. The issue involved an oil leak that left a mess. Wilmington Audi returned the car in spotless shape. Also took the time to perform a courtesy check on numerous systems and had a printout for all areas checked. This being my first Audi, Chris then took the time to familiarize me with some of the finer points of the car; I hadn't even purchased the car from them. I've obviously had a positive experience with Wilmington Audi and look forward to having my S4 serviced by them in the future.

I have bought or leased more than a dozen vehicles, and my experience at Winner was one of the best of them all. I could write paragraphs about this, but the bottom line is that I purchased a great car for a fair price from straightforward, nice people. I felt all of us wanted to get to "yes," all of us were respectful of each others' time and knowledge, and the transaction could not have been smoother or faster. I have now owned 6 Audis, each of which I have purchased from Audi Wilmington (Winner Audi). I have had all my Audis serviced at the dealership. This extends over a period of 15 years or so. In every case, I have been treated fairly and professionally but, even more, I have been treated as a valued customer and someone whose future business is worth maintaining. My most recent service experience is a case in point. I was offered the opportunity to have my scheduled service for my A7 done promptly and at my convenience. I was told that, if I chose to wait, it could be completed in an hour and one half. It was done on schedule and I was on my way. This may seem unimportant, but Audi Wilmington valued my time and my business. This means a lot.

I was interested in the Audi 4 series, the BMW and Mercedes for almost a year. An ad for financing on my primary Banks website prompted me to start to look at cars more seriously. I received numerous calls from several dealerships; also I was looking at some of Audis competition, mainly BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, and Cadillac. All of the calls I received were from out of state dealerships. When possible I like to spend money locally, so I looked to see if there was any local dealerships, and I found several .I drove up unannounced and walked into the Wilmington Audi dealership on a busy Saturday and was greeted by Mike Reeger. I had a ton of questions, he had answers. Drove two cars that day, but was more interested in the S4 over the A4. Mike stuck to my agenda not his. The next weekend Mike let me take the S4 home for the weekend to see if it would meet my needs, no pressure to take the more popular and less expensive A4. Had an issue with the car late Friday night, nothing to do with the car purely an operator issue, Mike answered my phone call and even offered to have Audi Assist come out and help me, but we figured it out. Brought my test drive car back, and bought an S4 from Mike. No pressure to buy the car on the lot, Mike offered to order me one to meet my needs, but ended up finding an S4 in transit that is quite honestly perfect. For all the BMW, Mercedes people out there, I understand what you have but if you want to drive a better car for a better price with better sales service, I urge you to go talk to Mike at Wilmington Audi. Even after the sale Mike has been there to answer my stupid technical questions. I love the Audi Brand, love the dealership, but more importantly love the way Mike treated me and my family. BMW, Mercedes guys need to step up, but I am pretty sure they cant touch the Audi. This website asks why I give the above ratings, it is simple great customer service, great product, and great delivery. I have dealt with tons of car guys through my years, and I have never written anything about them, but I felt compelled to write Brian Pritchard, the Sales Manager of Wilmington Audi, a letter to let him know of the experience I had with Mike and his dealership. When we have to buy another car, I will go see Mike, and you should too. Great Experience.

I was told to come in for an appointment on a sunday. I called before going to confirm if "Brian" was available. The dealership is over an hour away from my house. The sales woman was very friendly and helpful. I had my checkbook in hand and was ready to negotiate and finalize a deal but was told that the sales manager was busy doing inventory for the next few hours. He was in his office which was clearly visible and didn't even have the courtesy to introduce himself and explain as to why he couldn't meet me. I was told that they would get back to me and if I could come back the following Tuesday as Monday was a holiday.Though they had me at the dealership, I have never seen this type of unprofessionalism by a sales manager. As a result of my experience, I have decided to buy another BMW. I would expect better professionalism even at a Dodge or Ford dealership which is where this sales manager probably belongs.

I searched the web for the car I wanted in 2010 and found the exact one at Audi Wilmington. Its a TT Quattro Roadster 3.2. It has been extremely well serviced by them ever since. The dealership is clean and comfortable; the people are warm and friendly, and the service technicians are excellent. They know my name and car and I feel as though Im stopping by for a visit with friends. Whenever I have an immediate problem or need, they are always willing to squeeze me in. My car was running rough and the check engine light came on. It was a problem with the timing chain and I needed to get to work. I was going on a 3-day trip and rather than have a loaner parked at the airport for 3 days they drove me to Philly airport and said to call to be picked up when I got back. Well, I got back in the middle of the blizzard in Dec of 2010. No, problem-I had to wait a while, but I was picked up and driven back to the dealership-no excuses-no problem (at least for me). Once there I was given a loaner to use until my car was finished. The timing chain was repaired and I have had no further issues with it or for that matter, any of the work they performed. These folks seem as interested in keeping my car at optimun performance and reliability as I am. Until now I have never found a dealer I ever wanted to see again after my warrantee was up. I guess if you live long enough, anything is possible. This dealership is truly a WINNER.

I recently purchased a CPO 2009 A8 L. I worked with Brian Ferrell and Ryan Moore on the purchase of my vehicle. Brian, Used Car Manager, worked with my on the trade-in and was extremely fair on the amount given for the trade-in. He matched what another dealer in the market was willing to give me for my vehicle. In regards to the A8, he worked with me on a price that I felt very comfortable with. I had an amount that I wanted to finance and he was able to meet my goal. When it came time for delivery of the car, he had all of the documents prepared and I the delivery was completed in under an hour. Ryan, Sales Associates, worked with me on the specifics of the vehicle. He took me out for the test drive and explained all of the features and benefit of the Audi A8. At time of delivery, Ryan worked with me on how the various systems worked within the vehicle from climate control, setting the phone, setting the memory seats and the audio system which absolutely rocks. I have been going to Winner Audi since I first purchased my RS 4 (June 06 when it was made available to the US). The Winner team embraced me and the car and I have been treated like family since. I was amazed at how familiar they were with such a new car/platform and my car has been running strong for 93K miles. I have had no problems at all, by far the best car I have purchased. It is rock solid, not even a little rattle to date. The tech team are a great bunch of guys and work great together. The two that have worked on my car have been Billy and Scotty and they treat my car as if its their own. Joe and Tommy are great in keeping me informed/updated with any services and when I wait they are great company. I have recommended these guys to all my RS 4 brethren in the NE and now most of them have become loyal Winner (including some from nyc!)

I recently moved from NJ to MD so this was my first experience with this dealer. I needed the 55k maint on my A4 and this dealer was the only one in my area. As I did not purchase my Audi there I did not know what to expect in terms of customer service. To say the least I was pleasantly surprised. I was treated like I have been going there for twenty years. Cheryl and Chris were awesome!!! Both were very knowledgeable and made sure all my Needs were met. They set me up with a wonderful loaner car and even accepted a coupon from my NJ dealership. On a scale of one to ten I would rate this dealer with tens across the board. But Cheryl and Chris get elevens in my opinion.

On February 13 I was rushing to get to a 5:30 pm meeting in Philadelphia. When I started my car it was running rough. At 4 pm I called the dealer in a panic; Cheryl took my call and immediately offered to have the service department fit me in in case there was any danger of my driving the car. When I arrived at the Service Department, everyone seemed aware of my problem; the service manager took my keys in between helpoing several other customers. Chris, one of the service technicians, who was also busy filling out paper work, asked me if I was being helped. When I started to describe my car problem, who said, "Oh right, you are the one that called. As we begain talking it became clear that I may not have captured all the issues so he took me out to talk to Joey, the technician who was working on my car to make sure he understood all the points I was trying to cover. That turned out to be very important.And I was so impressed taht the whole service department knew about my car problems. I just loved how well the department was running, how helpful they were to me and to observe how well they worked a a team. They cheerfully fit me in at the end of a busy day when. Not only was I an unscheduled customer at a time when most of the customers were coming in to pick up their cars and discuss in detail the repair work, I felt like I was the most important customer there.While I was waiting I realized they were treating every customer just like they were treating me! I found that quite incredible and worth taking the time to make sure this Dearler's service department was recognized for great service. And what was amazing, is that there was a very stressed out customer who was really behaving unpleasanlty. Neither Chris nor Joe F. or Cheryl missed a beat in manitaining a friendly, hefulful manner in dealing with all of us, difficult customer included. My family has been a customer with Winner for over 15 years and have bought several cars. We chose them initially because of the car and the convenince of the location of the service department. In these tough economic times, unbeknowst to Winner, I was toying with the idea of changing to an independent mechanic with the assumption that I would save money. That idea evaporated when I realized how important it is for me to have great customer service, excellent technicians and dto feel safe knowing there are still "old fashion" car mechanics who truly value their customers and go out of their way to make sure their car problems are solved. It was a great experience. Imagine the world if every single one of us worked that way!As it turned out, my car needed a number of repairs and was scehduled for service the following week.Now fast forward to a week ago when I stopped by to pick up the car. When I got there, the Sevice Manager, Joe, and a Service representative, Dina, greated me looking devasted -- they said my car did not run properly when they were driving it to the front of the lot in preparation for my picking up. So, they did additionaly checking and determined that the car needed a new timing chain and they were going to replace it for free and provide me with a loaner while the work was completed. Because my car had been well cared for (wiht the service I received through the same dealership) and had low milage they were not comfortable charging me.I had just spent almost $2,000 on a variety of work that needed to be done on my 7 year old car. This newest problem was likely to be at least what I had already spent or more. Not only was that the right decision on the part of Winner Audi, and a generous one, I never had to ask for any financial relief. I. They came to that conclusion before I even had a chance to question the situation. It is important to note that I would not have necessarily known to seek that as a solution as my first reponse. The great news is that I did not need to know that,they came to that conclusion on their own. Again, I was so thrilled to be working with a service department that was honest and stood proudly behind their work.I am so happy to feel secure in knowing that this Service department is honest and reliable and also provides great customer service.

Joe the shuttle driver is great to deal with and gets me where I need to go as quick as possible and I get to learn new shortcuts! Because of my ongoing experience with service I will be buying my next Audi at Wilmington.

I have just moved to the area a few months ago, and always depended on VW and Audi dealerships to do my standard maintenance on my A4. I work near Smith VW so I had them to my oil change in November. They were a little more expensive than my VW dealership back home, and I found the staff cold, not bad, just unpersonable, but they did the work in a reasonable time. This time I tried Audi of Wilmington, and it was like night and day. The building was comfortable and inviting, the staff was much more friendly than Smith, and the young man who did my oil change, Joey, found a coolant leak and some dangerous suspension wear that Smith VW completely missed! Joey even showed me on the car what was wrong and was upfront about what needed to me fixed and when. Alissa was quick about pricing me up and even arranged for a shuttle to take me home. I feel they went the extra mile to make sure my car was right and I as a customer, was well-cared for. That what I expect when I come to a dealership. If I just wanted a quick oil change I'd go to jiffy-lube. These guys are doing it right!

Great doesn't say enough about my recent visit to Wilmington Audi. Exceptional, fantastic and extraordinary better describe it. My service rep Chris made me feel like I was the only and most important client of his day. In thirty five years of caring for my cars I have never had a better experience at a dearlership. Since I had purchased my A6 used from a private party, I did not expect to get the level of service I received at Wilmington Audi. They treated me as though I was a life long customer of theirs. Not only was Chris great, but while waiting for my car, the service director Joe, spoke with me and found out I was not really familiar with all the features of the car and took the time to go through the car with me as if I had just purchased it from him. Thanks to Chris and Joe, I will be a lifetime customer and look forward to getting my next Audi from them.

Attention to detail, friendliness, workmanship and general ambience in the building are all much better quality than typical, not only auto-related but compared to most retail operations of any kind.We consider Wilmington Audi to be in a class of its own, and could not imagine better treatment than we have gotten there. In our opinion, doing business at Wilmington Audi is as close to ideal as it gets. It is our sincere belief that in Heaven, all cars are Audis, and they are all serviced by Wilmington Audi.

After talking with the sales rep that contacted me about a car that I was intrested in she assured me that the car would be there for me to look at on a certain day. I drove to the dealership with the intentions of purchasing the car that day only to find out that the sales rep to who called and emailed me several hours before my arrival did not inform me that the car I was intrested in was sold the night before. If this is the tactic that this audi dealer uses to bait in potential buyers, I opt to go to the lexus dealer down the street and give them my buisness. I wasted time and money going to a dealership only to be on a wild goose chase because of a incompetent sales rep!

Go to another Audi dealer, Wilmington Audi is not costumer friendly. Disliked: Service, Incredibly slow servicing. They said they couldn't even begin to look at my car a week., They don't have loaners available unless notified Weeks in advance., Customer representative and manager did nothing to make me happy, only have excuses to why they were not to blame. I prefer the One in Conshohocken PA, they attempted to service my car that very day and provided me a comparable Audi loaner

I have owned two Audi's, including a 2010 S4 - and Tommy has been there for me every step of the way. I travel over 40 miles because I know Tommy will treat my car as if it were his own. I highly recommend this dealership for the sole purpose of working with Tommy - he always works out the best pricing and takes the time to talk to me about the latest Audi news and new vehicle models. Don't let his young looks fool you - he has more Audi knowledge than any other sales or service representative. Regardless, Sales, Service, Tuning - Tommy is the guy to talk to.

This dealership is OK, not great, just OK. They are the only audi dealership in Delaware, so you can imagine what to expect. Monica was good with follow ups but the lease quote I received from the sales manager was not competitive.

Brought my 2010 R8 V10 in for routine service and it was by far the best service experience I've ever had at an Audi Dealership. This was the first time I used this dealership and simply stated I was overly impressed. The owner even prepared my coffee for me at the Audi Quattro coffee bar!I could get use to that type of service!!

I just purchased my 3rd A8L from Audi of Wilmington (part of the Winner Auto Group)last weekend and was treated to yet another wonderful buying experience. The dealership facilities are First Class and so are the people that work there. The car has a lot of high tech features and my sales rep understood all of them and, more importantly, took the time to explain all of them to me. The Owner of the dealership even stopped by to assist in delivering my new car. Made me feel like part of the Winner family. The final sales terms were even more favorable to me then what they quoted me when I ordered the car 3 months ago. All-in-all a fabulous experience that matches the quality of the car I bought.My prior Audi's rarely needed service but when they did I had a great experience. Prompt and reliable service, always had a loaner available, service people couldn't be nicer or more helpful. You almost look forward to getting your car serviced. I once got a flat tire from a huge pothole 3 miles from the dealership. Managed to limp in (at 5 mph) and they changed my tire in 5 minutes--felt like a NASCAR pit stop. The ruined tire was covered by a dealership supplied warranty and I got a new one for free in 2 days. Sweet!

After a lengthly search online any many leads sent to many dealers I was happy to come across Winner Audi. The online consultant, Monica was courteous and helpful and did not rush me at all. Once I had narrowed it down...and I put them through the ringer, I met Brian to go over several vehicles. Once again, they were very accommodating wile I drove several vehicles. The pricing was upfront and fair and the delivery when quickly. They even came to my house a week later to go over all of the bells and whistles to make sure I was acclimated to the car my new A6! Patrick the big boss seem very concerned that his people did their job but he didn't need to, they were great! I would buy a car anywhere else.

Well I cannot report that I would like to go back. This Audi dealership is the only one in all of Delaware and I guess they do not feel committed to a warm and welcoming atmosphere as they know people will eventually end up at their place unless one wants to drive further. The expensive hourly rate is no surprise as it has to support the pretty assistants in high heels that looked like they just came out of an expensive night club. My general concern with dealerships is that I want someone who takes care of my vehicle who knows me and the car. With larger shops you usually will not get that kinds of service but are a number and cash cow to them. There is a very good independent Audi Shop in Wilmington. Give him a try! He works by German quality standards on your car not because it is a job but because he is convinced of those work ethics. I will not write the name here. Google will find it.

This was a horrible experience that I hope no one has to go through. After calling to confirm 3 times that the car I was intersested in was on location, I drove 2h to see it only to find that I was the victim of a bait and switch. None of the sales managers took responsibility for the tactic and the GM, while on premises, did not attempt to make things right. Sadly, the sales managers there do not seem to have an interest in professionalism or credibility. My advise, don't spend money with the bad guys. Find a good dealership with good sales people and invest your time and money there. I can only imagine the nightmares I would have had if I bought the car from them and had an issue!

I took my car there to be repaired due to a shortage to the engine causing my car to lose power while driving down a busy highway. They charged my $300.00 to repair an air tube of some sort and swore to me it fixed the problem. Well, after leaving there my car ran worse then it ever had. I took it back and they told me they didn't believe me and that I was just trying to get something for free. After the test drive they realized I wasn't a liar! They also told me it would cost me $220.00 to have it fixed and they would do it for my for $180.00. I told them were crazy and should have fixed the problem right the first time for $300.00. That's like taking your car in to have the oil changed and they change the tire and charge you for their screw up! Not to mention this is the third time my car has been to this dealership with this problem! They specifically told my boyfriend that the pipe needed to replaced anyway so it didn't matter. He told them that's not what we asked to have fixed! It's sad, I was friends with the service manager and he didn't even mail me back! And on top of that call me a liar? What happen to the customer service people deserve? I guess they don't have to care and therefore don't! I hate this dealership!

I have a long history with Winner, I have purchaced and had service from them for years. After being burned numerous times I had been brought back by a high quality manager with Winner a few times. Each time Winner has lost this manager due to John Hynansky's poor decisions to foster profit driven customer service decisions.I was a ford, and Nissan customer in the past. I started buying Audis in 96 and when Winner set up their new location in wilmington they hit an all time service low. The last straw was quoting $200 service and being told to call if it was more. they then called and i said no. The fixed it anyway at cost of 3800. The refused to honor any calls or questions about it. I went in and after a verbal request to see a manager, they said take the car and we will call you. WInner cant offer a good deal on a car or be fair with service. I have been a YBH Audi customer ever since.
