Just a really pleasant, honest, no-pressure-style dealing with Denis. He went an extra mile to make sure there was a better alternative model available (in this case a better A/C system in a very similar, Smart car). Highly recommended Employee.W.N. new San Francisco family.

I returned to Palo Alto Audi to buy a second Certified Used Audi. Luan, the salesman who helped me, was most knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He helped me select a Q3 whch suits my needs and taste. He also provided excellent follow-up when an item on the car turned out to need a replacement and repair. Compliments also to the service consultant, Justin, who took care of verifying the problem, and having the necessary part ordered and replaced. He was careful to make sure all was done correctly.

Brakes started shuddering/vibrating on my 2014 A6 around 10K miles, so I figure I'll deal with it when I go in for my 15K service. The dealership confirms there's vibration and tells me:"All of your brake components look brand new with expected minimal wear, but we did notice the vibration unrelated to any wear. Unfortunately, since you brought the vehicle in after the 12K warranty limit, we're not going to resolve the brake defect. Would you like a brake service for $1200?""We don't fix wear and tear components.""But you just said the brakes have no wear on them. They're brand new still.""Yes, but the problem came up after the 12K warranty period.""But this is clearly not a wear and tear issue and the brakes are defective.""Sorry, we can't help. Do you want to pay to fix the defect yourself?"Audi USA isn't much better. Telling me to take it up with the dealer. Great customer service on a $70K vehicle.

I was recommended to speak with Marty Russo by another employee who was off that day. Upon arrival, I asked the front desk for Mr. Russo, and I was promptly connected with him at the adjacent lounging area. The slightly positive experience ended there, as Mr. Russo short of introducing himself asked me what I needed: "What do you need?" I explained I would like to test drive 2 different models back to back. This apparently made him irritated, and he told me to "have a seat and wait for a sales rep."I sat there at the lounge, and I see Mr. Russo return to his desk in a glass office. 30 minutes passed, and no one showed up. All this while, Mr. Russo was in his glass office, chatting with colleagues, and leisurely using his computer. The front desk receptionist took notice of me waiting, and asked if I'm being helped. I told her Mr. Russo was helping me and that he told me to wait for a sales rep. She went to check with Mr. Russo, and guess what, he had not done anything. The front desk receptionist was kind to run around the building to find a sales rep, and I was very soon helped by a sales rep.All this while, Marty Russo was sitting in his office chatting with colleagues, and leisurely using his computer. A busy guy!

I'm extremely disappointed with my overall experience with buying a used '11 Audi Wagon from this dealership. I've been holding off writing this review, hoping they redeem themselves in some way, but sadly, it just gets worse and worse. My husband and I saw the car we wanted online at the dealership and walked in knowing we would buy it: a quick, easy sale for them. It was December 21st. Even knowing exactly what we wanted, it was hard to get service; even on a rainy day before Christmas when the lot was empty. The "quick" sale took almost 8 hours with a lot of waiting around and unenthusiastic employees. We didn't take the car right away because there was still some refurbishing that they needed to do, which they said would take a few days. So we signed the paperwork, left our trade in, and had a rental car. They called a few days later, they said the car was ready and they forgot to have us sign some paperwork, and asked if we could come back in. We cut a vacation short, drove 2 hours, and when we arrived the car was NOT ready, they just wanted more signatures. When we finally got the car, it was not the advertised car we had anticipated. According to the web ad, it was supposed to have upgraded features like heated seats, fancy wheels, etc. It did not. We took it anyway and asked for money back, or an extended warranty, or at least the better wheels, but instead they said they would give us floor mats and an extra key (because they only gave us one to begin with--which isn't right to only get one key when you buy a car, in my opinion). Fine--so months later, still no floor mats or extra key as promised. My husband e-mailed, called....and they responded, but no action. Finally, I called the manager, had to "get tough" (which is really not in my nature to complain and be that demanding person), and he shipped them to us right away because: low and behold: our mats and key had been in a closet for months and no one bothered to give them to us, even though we had pestered them about it! The manager said he had no clue about our situation and he would set things right. So he shipped off the stuff and.....never called me back to talk about ALL the other issues we had had: poor customer service, false advertising, non-responsive employees, etc. To top it off: they sent us the key and we have to drive all the way back to have it programmed for it to even lock/unlock the car and they "can't fit us in" until March 30th! So our appointment to FINALLY have a 2nd key is OVER FOUR MONTHS after we purchased the car. Seriously? Poor communication and overall very little regard for customer satisfaction. This couldn't have been a slower, more frustrating process to buy a car and get a key for it.

If you are coming to this dealership for a service - run away. I do not have buying experience here, but I do have service experience. If you come for something more complex than oil change, they will ask you to keep your car overnight. They do not call you when they promise. If you call, they never pick up a phone. They even do not keep their words - Eric Dunbar, service adviser, said my car will be ready by 4:30 PM and he'll cal so I can pick up my car. He never called. Later all his excuses were like a kids babble. Lady, who, thanks her for taking care of picking up my late call, said he left, as well as all others did, and my car is not ready. Next day that Eric Dunbar said he'll call me at 10 AM. He never did. After I called asking for a GM or supervisor, I was transferred to.. know who? Yes , Eric Dunbar. He said he was really busy preparing my paperwork. Huh.. Since yesterday, right? By the way, it took 4 days to fix engine light (3 hours work as per their paper I got) and replace tires (1 hour). 4 days, you see, Carl? ))Their service is lousy as their service advisers. Their only goal is to get as much as possible money out of your pocket. They all trained for that: Greg Kendall, Eric Dunbar.. I did not try their lady service adviser, but doubt there will be a difference.. What is they after, of course, not customer satisfaction, but get as much as possible money. It is not a customer service, it is a customer offending facility.I will never come back to them, and be warned if you are coming there - you will loose money, time and your mood for sureAfter some guy bought that business, it became nightmare. Before, like in 2010, it was just very nice and friendly dealership. Now, probably thanks to their GM, it is as bad as no one around.Do not go there. Find another place.

Are you thinking about buying an Audi here? Thinking about having an Audi serviced? Please think carefully. I brought my A4 in to Palo Alto Audi for what they initially diagnosed as a transmission leak. They fixed the issue and performed other maintenance on it, including new brakes, filters, etc. I picked up the car ($3,000 later) and discovered that it was making a funny noise when I drove over 35MPH. I brought it back to Audi for diagnostics and also approved the 10,000 mile service on it. Almost a week later, they called to tell me the car needs a new transmission ($7,800) because of a loose bearing, which isn't serviceable. I also owed them $1,100 more for the diagnostics and the cost of the 10,000 mile service because they had done that in the midst of finishing the diagnostics. So I will have paid around $4,000 for maintenance on a car that will be scrapped with no resale value, or I can spend $12,000 at Audi to repair a car worth $8,000. Here is the clencher, when I complained to the service rep, Charme, about having a transmission fail in an Audi with only 64,000 miles she said that wasn't unusual and I should have bought the extended warranty for transmissions and engines. She said a woman came in recently with a $100,000 Audi that had only 50,000 miles on it and it needed a new engine. She said this is "fairly common" and not to "feel bad." I told her that solidified my decision to buy a Toyota. She agreed that "Toyotas run forever." She then explained that Audis are in "a different category." Oh, I was mistaken; I didn't realize that luxury cars have a reputation for being expensive pieces of junk. I thought luxury meant quality, not just wasting your money. I ultimately spoke with the customer service manager, Joanna, and she advised the service director would call me back that day. I never received a call, and when I called back I was informed that he was gone for the day, but he would definitely call or email me the following day. At that point I called Auidi headquarters who tried to follow up with the dealership as well, but you'd have a better chance reaching the White House. Neither Audi headquarters nor I have yet to receive a call back from Palo Alto Audi. In sum, don't waste your money on an Audi unless you like throwing away money. Save your money and buy a Toyota. That advice came directly from the Palo Alto Audi dealership. Also, do not get your car serviced here unless you like throwing away money and poor customer service. Thank you, Palo Alto Audi, for being honest about your crappy cars and crappy service.

Should you commit to spending $95,000 for a used Porsche, sight unseen, when you live 400 miles away from the dealership? If you are purchasing from Manny Alcaine, Internet Manager at Audi Palo Alto, the answer is a resounding YES!Some would consider it a great leap of faith to buy a one way airline ticket to pick up a used vehicle which you have neither seen nor driven. However, Manny's exceptional communication through the weeks of negotiation and planning, combined with the commitment to satisfaction from GM Jason Mattia and Audi Palo Alto, put all concerns justifiably to rest. The pristine condition of the vehicle exceeded their description. Their efforts toward all facets of the process were courteous, professional, extremely efficient, and greatly appreciated!.I would like to add that this is a completely objective review, with no compensation or reward of any kind offered for its inclusion.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. After waiting 8 years to buy this car I had the worst experience you could ever imagine - from the top down, unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. After a month of going back and forth due the fact that I was lied to about the car I was buying, their answer was to have me return the car and cancel the sale. So I did - after detaining my experience to Audi corporate (who was appalled) and I took my business to Audi Burlingame. They gave me a FAR better deal, their facilities were amazing and their staff fantastic. What a HUGE difference. I will now be driving 30min out of my way to take my car for service in order to avoid this place. Whatever you do don't buy from these people.

Purchased a certified car. From the time my wife and I went in to getting the car delivered the experience was very good. No pressure or salesy pitch. We were showed exactly what we were looking for for the budget we had in mind. They went a great length to explaining the workings of the car. When it came to trade in an old vehicle, they weren't the best people. They did not want to pay the trade-in values and gave reasons on why they will not be able to do it. In the end it did not influence the purchase decision for us.

Not realistic with used cars. They want more than full book and don't want to deal. Assume that "do you wanna see what we can do for you" is code for... The price is the price and the tax is the tax.

My previous car was totaled about three weeks ago and so I found myself in need of a new car. I spent a couple weeks researching my options and settled on an Audi A4. I was a little nervous on my way to the dealership, but I quickly learned I had nothing to be worried about. Once I got there, I was introduced to Michael Low. Michael was friendly, knowledgable, and eager to help. He provided exceptional customer service throughout my time at the dealership, but he especially impressed me with his commitment to a positive experience for me. This included:- arranging for the service department to remove the window tinting from my new vehicle while I finalized paperwork inside, free of charge- took the car to the gas station and filled up the tank while I was on the phone with my insurance company- gave me a tour of the interior and taught me how to use all the dashboard functionality- brought me over to the service department to personally introduce me to the people who would be working on my car when I was ready to bring it in for servicingI am THRILLED with my Audi and would recommend this dealership 1000x over!

Although they are in the middle on a construction project, I was really impressed with how nice and friendly everyone was. They excused the mess, and showed me their plans for the new building. Their prices were great, and they really made it easy to buy a car from them. I wasn't 100% ready to buy a car the day I went it, but they kept me informed and a couple of weeks later when I finally made a decision, it was a super easy process. Would suggest giving them a try if your looking for a new Audi. Thanks Audi Palo Alto. I love my New S3. Fast, Fun and a great deal. Coco

My wife and I were looking to purchase a new A3 sedan. We rarely buy a new vehicle, and take the investment very seriously. We have driven our current vehicle for about 14 years.Safety, fuel economy, quality, and comfort are the usual high priority factors. We spent weeks and months researching the right kind of vehicle, and learning about available models, engines, drivetrains, exterior and interior. We drove to Audi Palo Alto to see what their in-stock vehicles were like.Ruel De Guzman welcomed us and helped us to check out an A3. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, patient and unpressuring. We worked on our car search and decision process for a long time, on and off, i.e. it was an effort that stretched for additional weeks.Once we were more confident about the best engine, drivetrain, interior, exterior colors and basic packages that made sense, there was a vehicle showing up in the inventory from Audi Palo Alto and I clicked on it through the dealer website.Daniel Scheffler responded to us directly and we met him on a Saturday at the dealership.Daniel let us drive the particular car that we were asking about, and we liked it.We decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle, and Dan went through all of theattributes of this car with us, and checked the pricing to make sure that it met all expectations. He was professional, friendly, and was terrific in explaining the entire buying process to us, and in answering every possible question.Gino Maynetto then took us through the process of finance setup. He was terrific, it was pleasant and not at all painful.Gino also explained the various add-on options, such as extra service and protection features; from which we only chose some very basic ones.Once all of that was settled and signed, our new vehicle was brought to us by Ruel De Guzman. It had been fully detailed, and looked fantastic.Ruel proceeded to take us through essentially training and orientation of all existing features and operating details of the A3. He spent a very, very long time with us, inside and outside of the car, showing us how everything works and watching us try it out.Ruel is quite an expert on the features and operation of these vehicles. He is very good at explaining these things, and is extremely friendly and adept with this process. He also suggested we contact him any time, in case of any questions or anything else later on.It was late and dark when we finished covering all of the options and features in our A3, but he said not to worry that we kept him there late. Our buying experience at Audi Palo Alto was a pleasure, from start to finish, thanks to Daniel, Gino, and Ruel. You have a very nice professional team.

Worked with some great people at Audi Palo Alto. I was always provided up to date information about the car I ordered and was even given expedited delivery, which was greatly appreciated. As a driver new to Audi cars, I was given great advice and education to help acclimate me with my new ride. Also, subtle, but it's much appreciated that I was treated more as person than just a customer when working through the numbers to close the deal. Top notch customer service!

Before visiting Audi of Palo Alto, I visited a Lexus dealer, a Mercedes dealer and another local Audi dealer, Audi of Palo Alto won my business. The folks at Audi of Palo Alto were not only very helpful and knowledgeable, they were very patient and worked to construct a deal that really worked me. These folks are not the stereotypical "car salesman" the sales process was very collaborative and low key.I'm 65 years old and I've purchased quite a few cars, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

These guys are fantastic! I had a hard time getting my vehicle serviced at a nearby facility and these guys were able to get me in on a Friday! Everywhere I went within the dealership-- their staff opened doors for me (chivalry is not dead) and asked if I needed anything-- which made me feel very welcomed. The complimentary pastries in the waiting area were delicious as well. Thanks guys!

We just purchased an Audi Q7. Daniel Radcliffe was my contact person from edmunds.com referral. He was professional throughout the process, and made sure we were comfortable navigating all vehicles option before we drove off the lot. Dealership is under reconstruction and they are in a tent and very busy so be prepared to wait if you are going to buy.

Feb 19,2015 I became a happy car buyer at Audi Palo AltoI was able to get an awesome deal on my new 2013 VW Jetta. Originally I was in contact w/ Daniel Radcliffe whom I read about on Yelp. I set up an appointment with him to see the vehicle. We arrived a bit early, although Daniel already had everything ready for us. Since my kids are in full time sports I didn't have all day to sit in a dealership waiting. Thank God Daniel was able to prepare all of the paperwork in advance to reduce the wait time for the finance department. I was in & out of the dealership w/ my new vehicle in about an hour : ) Sadly I haven't had the best luck at dealerships in the past considering I am a single women. This changed once I met Daniel. He was very trustworthy and helpful. If you are looking for a hassle free & low pressure salesman contact Daniel R. Thanks Audi Palo Alto for the great service.

DON'T GET YOUR CAR SERVICED AT AUDI PALO ALTO!! I took my 2002 Audi A6 3.0L here and had one of the worst times of my life. My car had quite a few issues - 1) Both head lights were out2) CV boot was ripped3) Front shocks were worn out4) Control arm bushings were torn5) Prop shaft seal was leaking6) Power steering fluid leak7) Wiper blades needed replacementI asked the service guys to fix (1) and (2). A few days later I went to get my car back.G: We didn't get time to perform the complimentary hand car wash and vacuum ($25.00 value). Are you okay with taking your car without the car wash done? Or, if you can wait for 10 to 20 mins, we can get it done.Me: That's fine. I have to get back to work.I became skeptical immediately, thinking what other repair work they failed to perform on my car.Me: I have a few Audi service coupons. Could you see if any of them could be used?G: Sure.I had 4 coupons that I received by mail (two mails each containing 2 coupons)(a) Complimentary Vehicle Service Inspection.(b) Save 10% on Audi Service, Parts or Accessories.(c) $79.95 Synthetic Oil & Filter Change Special.(d) Save 15% on Audi Service, Parts or Accessories.G: The best option would be to use the 15% discount.Me: Okay.I handed over the mail that contained the (c) and (d) coupons. G secretly detached both coupons and returned the empty mail back. He swiped my card and charged me $1229.26 (after applying the 15% discount).Me: Where's the other coupon?G: Oh! It is here with me. I forgot by accident. Then they brought my car, left the door open with the ignition on, hoping that I would get in and drive away. I checked the headlights. Left headlight was still out. I informed G about this and he got one of the technicians out to check on it right where the car was parked. The technician pops the hood open and inspects. After 10 minutes, I was beginning to get impatient, because I had to get back to work.Technician: It was working just fine this morning. I checked 10 times this morning and the headlights lit up all 10 times.G: Take the car in, make sure it works. The technician took the car back inside the workshop. G left his desk and went inside the workshop as well. I was waiting outside for quite some time. Then, I spoke to one of the other service guys and arranged a ride back to my office. After some time, I got a call from G saying that the ballast needed replacement and would cost me $1060.00. I was furious. They had charged me $195.00 for the initial diagnosis which was incorrect! If they had done the diagnosis correct and told me exactly what was wrong, I could have declined the repair and performed the required fix later or myself!Me: No need to fix it. I am thinking of trading the car in and buying another car.G: Sure, let me know how you want to proceed with it and when you are ready we could either trade it in or make the required fixes. In a few days, I leased a 2015 Audi A6 3.0L from Audi Palo Alto. Turned out I couldn't gain anything by trading my old car in. So, I though I would get the required fixes done (at a different auto repair shop) to my old car and sell it. I got back to Audi Palo Alto to get my old car back.G: Here's a copy of your invoice and we are bringing your car right now.Me: Hi, you remember you didn't have time to wash my car last time. Did you get a chance to wash my car?G: Even if we had washed it, by now it would have become dirty again.Me: !!!G's boss (just happened to be standing nearby): That's fine, we will get it washed right away in 10 mins.Me: Okay.Fifteen to twenty minutes later (after a few different people reassuring me that my car was next in line or that it is being washed), someone drove my car out near the service driveway. I checked my lights again. Left headlight was out. I checked the high beams, fog lights and indicator lights. Left indicator light was blinking twice as fast, which was a new issue. When I brought in my car, this issue was not present. I had two blindspot mirrors, each attached to a side mirror. They were gone! I went inside their service office.Me: The left indicator light is blinking twice as fast. This wasn't so before. And my blindspot mirrors have gone missing!G's boss: It was like that when you brought it in.Me: No, it was not like that.G's boss: We don't give any guarantees for anything adhesive-based that is added to the exterior of the car.Me: I had washed my car many times before and this has never happened.G's boss: As I said, we are not liable for this. It could have happened any time anywhere.Me: Those mirrors were there when I brought the car in. So, it must have gone missing somewhere here.G's boss: There weren't any blindspot mirrors when you brought it in.Me: YES, THEY WERE THERE.G's boss: NO, THEY WEREN'TMe: YES, THEY WERE THERE.G's boss: NO, THEY WEREN'TMe: YES, THEY WERE THERE.G's boss: NO, THEY WEREN'TMe: YES, THEY WERE THERE. AND, WHAT ABOUT THE LEFT INDICATOR BLINKING TWICE AS FAST? THAT IS A NEW ISSUE. YOU ARE RETURNING THE CAR IN A WORSE CONDITION THAN HOW IT WAS WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN.G's boss: I WILL NOT BE PAYING TO FIX THAT CAR. IT IS AN OLD CAR. AND IT HAS GOT TOO MANY MILES ON IT.Me: SO WHAT? WHERE'S GREG, LET ME TALK TO HIM.G's boss: IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT HE SAYS. I'M THE BOSS HERE. WHAT I SAY IS WHAT HAPPENS.Me: AND WHAT ABOUT MISSING COMPONENTS IN THE CAR? HOW CAN COMPONENTS GO MISSING?G's boss: AS I SAID BEFORE, WE DO NOT GIVE ANY GUARANTEES FOR ADHESIVE-BASED ANYTHING THAT IS APPLIED TO THE EXTERIOR. IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOU CAN BUY THOSE MIRRORS YOURSELF AND BRING ME THE RECEIPT. THE MAX I COULD DO IS REFUND YOU THE MONEY. BUT, I WILL NOT BE PAYING MORE THAN 10 DOLLARS FOR THOSE.Me: IT IS NOT JUST ABOUT PAYING. SOMEONE MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. THEY WERE THERE WHEN I BROUGHT MY CAR IN AND NOW THEY ARE NOT. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE THAT I DID IT.G's boss: IT COULD HAVE HAPPENED ANYWHERE. WE DIDN'T DO IT.Me: SO, ARE YOU SAYING THAT I DID IT?G's boss: I DON'T KNOW.Me: AND WHAT ABOUT THE LEFT INDICATOR?G's boss: IT IS AN OLD CAR AND IT HAS TOO MANY MILES ON IT. THINGS GO WRONG. I WILL NOT BE PAYING OUT OF MY POCKET TO FIX THAT CAR.Me: I PAID A THOUSAND BUCKS! WHERE'S THIS GUY (G)?G's boss: I'M HIS BOSS. HE REPORTS TO ME.Me: AND WHO'S YOUR BOSS.G's boss: I DON'T HAVE ONE.Me: YOU MUST BE REPORTING TO SOMEONE.G's boss; NO, I DON'T.Me: YOU OWN THIS PLACE? ISN'T THIS A REGISTERED AUDI DEALERSHIP? YOU MUST BE HAVING A HEAD SOMEWHERE.G's boss: YES, THEY WORK FROM A DIFFERENT LOCATION. THIS PLACE IS OWNED BY A DIFFERENT GROUP.Me: WHICH GROUP? WHAT IS THE NAME?G's boss: KUNI AUTOMOTIVES. WHY DO YOU ASK?Me: BECAUSE I'M GOING TO COMPLAIN.G's boss: SURE, GO COMPLAIN.Me: YES, I WILL. AND YOU ARE SAYING THAT YOU WILL REIMBURSE ME FOR THE BLINDSPOT MIRRORS?G's boss: SURE, BUT NOT MORE THAN 10 BUCKS.I took the keys and drove my car back home. I drove around my new car for a few days. I decided to learn all the cool features present in my new car. Turned out the sales guy had leased me the car without a manual! I spoke to the sales guy and asked him to procure a 2015 Audi A6 manual for me.Next day, I call up a different mechanic. He asked me to bring my old car in. I tried to start my car. My car didn't start! Battery had drained out. So, I got it towed. The mechanic said, "There's nothing wrong with the light. The wire was disconnected. We changed the battery and plugged in the wire and it worked just fine" (instantly saved $1060.00!).Me: Could you raise my car on the power lift and show me the underside of the car? I got my car diagnosed at a different place and they informed me of a leak and other issues.Mechanic: Sure, give me some time. Our shop is full. I will need to find out which car to lower and make way.Me: Okay. After some time. I got to look at the underside of my car and guess what. NO CV BOOT REPAIR WAS DONE BY AUDI PALO ALTO!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL DID I PAY THEM $509 FOR???A few days later...I hadn't picked up my 2015 Audi Manual till then. So, I drove to Audi Palo Alto. It was a Saturday and the service department was closed. So, I took my anger out on the sales guys, picked up my car manual and drove back home.

I took my car for a scheduled service when the service light turned on. Greg, the customer service technician was very pleasant and professional, he explained to me what the service includes and asked me if it was OK for them to wash the car afterwards. The car was ready when promised. I am very pleased with this dealership.

i watched their video on their website about how they would come to your work and bring it back to you fully serviced before lunch. i was very skeptical about the time frame and the quality of the repairs, cause i had never heard of this dealership. i gave them a call and spoke with a friendly receptionist and within 20 minutes a man was at my work asking for me and my keys. these guys really came through i didnt think i would have my car back by lunch be they did, and the repairs were fantastic. very satisfied, going to tell my wife about it.

I had been researching S4 and S5's on the net and found Audi Palo Alto had some great online deals and a large inventory. Upon visiting the lot and test driving both types, I made my decision. Michael Low provided a no pressure, full overview of my options making it easy to drive a car home. Being new to Audi, he took the time to go over the features of my car making it easy to know the purchase I made was right and at the right dealer. Thanks Michael!

I wanted a particular Audi, equipped a certain way. David Stevens handled the process with skill, aplomb and attention to detail and follow up. He kept me informed on the car's progress and gave the best briefing on using the car I've ever had at any dealership. And Lauren got through the paperwork when I picked the car up in record time, with the gentlest up selling I've experienced when buying a car. The only criticism of the experience: it's difficult to find a place to park at the dealership. They told me they're fixing that with a new showroom.

Assuming there are no major issues with the used Denali I purchased, I give Audi Palo Alto high marks. Michael Low in particular provided exceptional service. He was fast, accurate, very helpful and friendly. He made it a pleasure to do business with your team. I was very impressed. Other staff were really down to earth, professional, approachable and fun. I would be very comfortable buying another vehicle here, new or used. Great experience! Thanks again,Mike

Our experience was excellent buying Audi Q5. The Sales Associate, Gino was a real pro! His knowledge about Audi from the vehicles to how it's built was extremely indepth and helpful since this is our first Audi. The Audi sales team exceeded our expectations with no pressure and maintained their professionalism. What a wonderful car buying experience and we would not hestiate to refer Audi of Palo Alto to any of our family and friends. Kudos to the management team and staff.

some serious damage done to one of my cars, had taken it to these guys not really expecting much but a normal dealership experience. None the less I actually had a fun time, the staff is great and seemed like they were always in a good mood and happy to help you. Was surprised by how quickly my car had been serviced and was even more surprised by how well the service was preformed. Not usually a person who wants to deal with dealerships but this one was fun and not bad haha. Thanks again!

Recently leased a Q5 from Audi Palo Alto. Great experience! I knew what I wanted before I arrived and had the pleasure of working with Frank and David (mostly David). We checked out the car I was looking for and David explained everything with as much detail as I was looking for. He really knew the Audi product and his tips for getting familiar with such a fantastic car were very helpful. David wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted and there was no sales pressure whatsoever.Once we agreed on price the lease documents were explained very clearly. The experience was efficient and very friendly. Everybody I talked to went out of their way to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I'll be back here for my next Audi

Walked in to check out the color of a vehicle listed on their website (S5 Cab). One of their sales associates (Gino) was extremely helpful and my interaction with him was more like what you would expect between friends and not a sales rep and a potential customer. I ended up buying a car from him and it was a great experience overall. In fact, this was my first car buying experience where I did not feel like I am at a car dealership (more like hanging out with a friend who gives you tips on how to buy a great car). A+

I worked with Ruel Deguzman and had a wonderful experience - super friendly, super professional with a great level of knowledge of Audis in general and the car I was buying (Q5) in particular. Concluded test drives and conversations in about an hour and was super happy. Look for him when you go in.HOWEVER, my whole experience was spoiled by a 4 hour wait to get into the finance office to sign my paperwork etc - particularly galling as I was paying by check and didn't need financing beyond the risk of my check not clearing. Such a waste of a huge swathe of my day. In Audi Palo Alto's defense, they were super apologetic about this and are getting extra capacity in that department so this situation may not last long - but I would check before you go in if you are pressed for time.

I was looking for a used black A3 for a while now, searching all over the internet for the perfect car. One day on my way to work i stumbled upon the new Audi dealership, i decided to check it out. The service and staff was extremely friendly. Very efficient on my time schedule, they never kept me waiting longer than 2 minutes. After about 45 minutes of talking to a nice young man about cars, i find myself driving out of the dealership in the car of my dreams! Thank you Audi Palo Alto! I will definitely be recommending your business to others. Thanks again guys!

We recently purchased a 2007 BMW from the Palo Alto Audi dealership. We had a very pleasant experience, thanks to Frank Spagnola, Internet Sales Manager 408-592-1318 Mobile. I was in contact with Frank before I drove from Sacramento to purchase the car, and the car was just as clean as he promised. Frank and Chris Mohr, Finance Manager, were extremely professional and friendly, and explained to us in details all the documents we have signed, and without any of the used car salesman pressure you'll get anywhere else. We were in an out in about half an hour. A few days after our purchase, Frank called us to ask how do we like the car and offered assistant we may need. I highly recommend this dealership if you are interested in purchasing a car.

Shopped on line for a used car, and found a used AudiWhen I actually started researching Audi I was really surprised with their quality and performance. I ended up finding a used Audi at the Palo Alto dealer (New I guess) They showed me everything, and I finally settled on a New A5 What a great car Fit and finish was very good, and the styling was superior to anything else on the market. I got ready to battle the dealer.Rolled up my sleeves, and prepared to deal. 10 Mins later I had a really fair deal, and a really easy purchase. I did take a little while to get all the paperwork done, but considering how busy they were, It was cool. Really nice people, and seems to actually care. Would recommend, and hope their service department is as good as my sales experience.

Great service. I bought an 2001 Audi A4 1.8t from them... Sales was okay but the Service department is great.

Every scheduled maintenance I called to make an appointment for I was told I could just drop off the car and they always returned the car to me when anticipated.

Most recently the battery was failing on the day before new year's eve (my car occasionally wouldn't start) and they told me to just drop it off in the morning. I dropped it off and they replaced the battery and had the car back to me the same day! They also offered me a loaner (I didn't need one).

Great Service!!!

stay away from this garage. As they may be good salesmen, their service people are totally incompetent. We used to have our car serviced there until they failed to let us know of a very simple problem. Turns out a few months later it costed us 7K ( for a 3 yo car) to have it repaired. As a consolation price they offered a 300 dollars discount. What an insult!

Well, we are sued them!. We may not get much out of them, but at leat i hope it serves as a lesson to future customers.

Up until buying my Audi A4 in September of 2003, I had been dealing with horrible dealers at Marin Acura. I lost most of my faith in dealers up to this point.

Then, I met Desmond at Carlsen Audi. Very friendly and informative, Desmond did an admirable job of giving me information on the A4 instead of trying to pressure me to buy it. He did a great job of explaining its features while being polite and considerate. Although he couldn't get the price I wanted on my trade-in initially, he found it a week alter by calling various dealerships and auction houses throughout the state and nearby states. Very thorough and very nice.

Since then, he has taken care of my car at every service and helped facilitate service appointments so that it runs smoothly for me.

Highly recommended! I plan to buy another Audi from them when it comes time.

Went there when I wanted to buy the '04 S4. They let me test drive a demo and it was great. Salesperson was very nice. They just didn't have the color/option combo I wanted, so unfortunately I had to go elsewhere to get the car. They could have ordered me one, but I had to buy right away b/c I needed a car.

My bro bought an S4 there in '01 and it was a very pleasurable experience.
