I brought my A4 in for its first service at Audi South Austin and Lauren the service manager was so nice and helpful, and got me set up with Christina. Christina was very attentive to my needs and helped keep me informed. When I came to pick up, Christina was not available so Brittany stepped in to help out. She was super helpful and friendly. The entire service staff at Audi South Austin was amazing. I will be coming here for all my service needs from now on!

Experience with South Austin Audi has not been very good with servicing. What you expect from a luxury car franchise is at least a quick & immediate response to the "emergency" repair needs. All of a sudden, my car's (Audi Q7, 2018) AC stopped working late last week. Called Audi service and the response from them is very poor to say the least. I called them on Friday, they don't have a spot to check for the problem till next Wednesday. And after checking, they will know "how many weeks" they will be keeping the car to fix the problem. This really shows there being a big difference in the promises being made for the world class service at the time of sale Vs what happens when there is a real need. And we are talking about Audi! This is not some superficial fix for which I can live with for couple of days. Texas summer is not something I can withstand with small kids in car without AC. It would have been much better if Audi gives loaner for such situations (as again promised at the time of sale). The response I got when asked about loaner: "you would need to wait for at-least 3 weeks if you need a loaner". This is not Audi by any means! I have had very good experience in the past with same company at different place.

Geo was great to work with. He came recommended from a friend of ours that has bought multiple cars from him. He was very knowledgeable about the Q7, worked to get me into a car on my timeline and gave me a great deal. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy. Luke was also great in finance. Best experience ever!! Jose from Sales and Chris from Financing were great to work with. Jose was very helpful and informative and assisted with all the questions we had. Chris on the other hand helped us with getting the best rates possible. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase and are so glad that we chose this dealership. I bought my q5 here a few weeks back and all I can say is my experience was amazing. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. Jose asked the right questions and got me into the perfect car. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Ask for Jose if you go in, he’ll find a way to get you a car that checks all the boxes. Also, the treatment doesn’t stop after you buy your car. Carlos is the tech guy that helps you learn all the gadgets your car has. He is extremely helpful and continues to help me weeks after buying my car. So happy with this place!
