The experience was a breath of fresh air. Ease of getting into and out of the facility despite a remodeling taking place was not a problem, the individual who greeted me, took my information and who TALKED WITH me and not at me was very kind, informative, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The service was excellent. Even though there was remodeling work taking place at the dealership, it was not apparent or visible to the customer as the dealership had EVERYTHING arranged so that NOTHING was left to chance and that customer convenience was their goal.

Working with Naseem at Westmont Audi was an absolute pleasure. He's highly knowledgeable about the aesthetics as well as the engineering of the vehicles and he made the process very natural, not pushy or sales-y. I will definitely return to work with Naseem when it's time for a new Audi.

Nearly perfect, waited about 15 minutes to get checked in, they were busy no big deal, had paint shield installed on the front of my A8 and gave me a loaner while they worked on it, brought the vehicle in on Wednesday early afternoon was told tomorrow the installer had two vehicles to install film too, about four hours per car, so I thought maybe Thursday night but when I didn't hear from them I called and was told my car would be first thing Friday morning, no biggy, I was supplied transportation, didn't hear from them so I called around noon on Friday and was told they would call me back, my service guy was off so someone else took his spot and couldn't confirm so he called me right back, bottom line I got my vehicle back Friday night, looked great, installer did an excellent job.Yes I would recommend them

Love Naseem my sales guyBut brought the car in 2 weeks later for a parking brake malfunction button waited 3 hours oly to find out the work hadn't been done yet and they believed the problem was from the seat belt. Also I was still under a 60 day warranty which they said didn't apply to this problem. Won't be servicing my car at westmont Audi

I surprisingly had a very good dealership experience mainly due to Julia Peacock and her customer service. If you are in the market for a used or new Audi, I would not go or speak to anyone else but Julia at Audi Westmont. She was quick to respond to emails and had the car ready to be shown upon arrival. While the process to purchase a car is long, Julia went out of her way to answer any questions that we had. The rest of the staff was friendly as well including a gentlemen in service that prepped the car and swapped over my plates.

This is the worst dealership experience that I have ever had! I first drop off my car in the morning and things seem all fine until I get into my loaner car, I adjust my exterior mirrors and go to adjust the rear view mirror and it comes off of the windshield and into my hand. I step inside the service area and tell the service writer available and they ask me to wait for them to fix it when I clearly told them that I have a time crunch and need to get going. After standing around for about 10 minutes I get placed back into the same loaner car and drive off hesitantly. After a few hours, I get a call that my car is ready and that one of the issues that I requested fixed would be covered by the dealership because of the loaner inconvenience. When I pick up my car and drive off I went through my RO and found that the requested repair is not fixed because it was "normal operation". I get normal Operation but why lie to your customer and say that the car is fixed when it CLEARLY is not. I will never buy another Audi product as long as I live. I have had 36 cars since I was 16 (25 now) and purchase a new car about every 6 months and Audi will never be another one.

I have had my Audi A3 for a year now, and every time I go to Audi Westmont I am always welcomed with the friendliest staff. They all know me by name, which makes going into the dealership so much easier. My salesman, Juan, always sets up my appointments for me, and answers all my questions or concerns. Justin, is the nicest Service Consultant I've worked with. For example, I brought my car in for an oil change recently, and was not able to bring back the loaner I was given until a couple days later, and he was like not a problem we'll see you when it's convenient for you. At Audi Westmont the staff is all about the customer which is why I chose to buy my car from there in the first place. They always make sure the customer is satisfied. I tell everyone how much I love Audi Westmont, because of the great customer service experience I've had, and would recommend this dealership to family and friends, definitely because of the great customer service by Juan and Justin. I had the worst experience EVER at this dealership - I cannot believe their sales rep wasted all of my and my family's time when everything was discussed over phone days in advance. I am an employee of VW/Audi and we get a discount and I had told this rep that I had the Audi Employee Certificate just 2-3 days before I came into the dealership. Finally after making arrangements ....my wife and I took time off work - even asked my parents to join us there...we all go to this dealership, checkout the car and fill out the credit app and show him my employee certificate and he says sorry we are not obligated to accept that and claims I never mentioned anything about it on the phone when I absolutely did mention it on the phone to him!! I will NEVER go back to this dealership - absolutely no regard for customer's time and no respect for customers. Maybe this dealership should have a requirement for their sales reps to pass the hearing test before they put them on the job - honestly I just had a bad feeling about their sales rep from the first phone call - he was constantly being pushy and trying to pressure me come in and buying the car as if the car was the best car ever. Funniest part - he compared it to Tesla and said Tesla puts cheap parts in their car. My advice - skip this dealer and goto other Audi dealers who actually appreciate your business. I am part of the Audi family and this is how they treated me...imagine how they treat other people! Totally unprofessional! Avoid this dealer at all costs!

Had a great experience with Art Rodriguez and Audi Westmont. I found a cluster of cars online that met my requirements, and drove in from 150 miles out to test them all. I landed on Art and Audi Westmont at my second stop, and decided to end my search there. When I called in to check on some basic information, they were prompt and transparent,. When I arrived, they jumped on the service without any pressure. Pricing was fair and transparent, and the paperwork process was as smooth as it can be. Some waiting on paperwork because it was a busy day, but Art and the finance team were professional and attentive.

Audi Westmont succeeded where an unnamed Audi dealer in the Northwest suburbs failed. Those familiar with the oil consumption issue, I went through part 1 with the first dealer, and when it failed was told it passed, and part 2 was unnecessary. As it kept happening, I was told its "normal" consumption. I went to Westmont. Since part 1 was already done elsewhere, they received special permission to do part 1 again without charge. Once it failed, brought it back for part 2, which was performed. Going on 3 days now, no further issues. I do not feel the other dealer wanted to bother.

We traded our vehicle and purchased a 2015 Audi Q3. It was one of the service loaners and was just like new. The dealership was busy when we arrived for our appointment, but they got the car pulled right up for us and allowed us to take it for a test drive immediately. A fair price was offered for our trade, and financing was easily arranged, so we were out with our "new" Audi in a relatively short period of time. Very responsive to our questions after the sale.

I was allowed to take a very long test drive. My salesman Matthew Bogdan told me, "drive it like it's meant to be driven" and we hit every curve in the area. After the test drive I was allowed to leave with no pressure. I returned to buy the vehicle a week later and they made it easy.

Fred D. is an outstanding salesman. I enjoyed the whole process, start to finish. I have looked at many different cars and many different dealerships; I finally found this one through an internet search.I really get into the details of a car's performance -- e.g. discussing the differences between turbochargers, superchargers, and aspirated engines. Fred knew all the details across the various Audi models, years, and packages. (I believe he has been in the business for over two decades, and perhaps with Audi that long.) He spent a lot of time with me discussing his inventory, including future cars coming available. We ultimately found a very fair deal on a certified pre-owned car, and Fred helped us appreciate why that particular model was good value. In a day where too many salespeople say "gosh, you should buy that car, it would look good in you," Fred's approach to letting the car sell itself, supported by his strong knowledge of the car, and his ability to figure out my needs, was refreshing. My wife and I strongly recommend Fred, and Scott K. in the finance department was great with the documentation and finalizing the deal. And Fred's manager Mike was also super helpful.By the way, this dealership has a 72-hour return period, which helped seal the deal. We kept the car, but I appreciated the ability to return it if it did not work out.

I had previously come from buying cars that were from dealers who only wanted to sell me one car. I have found the dealership that wants to sell me multiple cars for the rest of my life and that is exactly what I am going to do. From the time I entered Audi Westmont, Matt Bogdan treated like gold (even though I was only buying a 2012), my wait time was bare minimum, and was always treated with the upmost respect. Matt went above and beyond his necessary requirements to sell this car, and restored my trust in the car buying industry. Not only is the car I bought from Audi Westmont the best car I have owned yet, but the people I bought it from where the best yet. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and will definitely being going back for my next car. I cannot express enough how enjoyable this experience was for me.

Juan was easy to work with and even sent me pictures of the vehicle since it was a new trade and none were available on the website. We drove 5 hours to purchase the car and appreciated the professionalism of the entire staff. Juan was very good in explaining the technology of the car to a new Audi owner. Greg Palys was very straight forward and easy to deal with - I would recommend purchasing a car at Audi Westmont. I was looking to purchase a Lexus GX and thought I had a deal completed until the dealer started playing games so I drove across the street to the Audi dealer and told them what I wanted and we were able to complete the deal for a new Q7 before the test drive was over. I got a great price for a great car without the typical car buying head ache.

Great buying experience! Amazing customer service, just purchased a vehicle from Naseem. I walked in to look at a vehicle, took it for a test drive and loved it. I decided to see if I qualified knowing I didn't have much of a credit history but they were great at finding the best possible way to make It work and get me driving my car the same day! No one there was pushy like other dealerships, the entire staff was very friendly and professional!

Stay away. I was going to buy the car from them but they weren't interested in negotiating and wanted me to order the car then test drive it. I went to another dealer who was able to beat them by 3,000 (no kidding). What made it worse is that I returned to them for service thinking that their sales department might be bad but service could be ok. I was wrong. They told me to wait for 2 hour refusing to give me a loaner but the car ended up taking 6 hours and then they drove me home without a car. I tried to complain to the GM but he started yelling at me saying that he watched footage of the car and it wasn't 6 hours but 5.5 hours. I called Audi and told them that I don't appreciate paying 87,000 for a car and then being treated this way but their customer care basically said there is nothing they could do except file a claim. They need the dealership. I am never buying an Audi again EVER.

I was in town for a meeting when I found the car of my dreams online. Edward responded to my email and called first thing in the morning. I stopped by for a test drive between meetings and returned at the end of the day to finalize. They pulled together a dream team to not only get me into my new car, but drive my lease to another dealership down the road. I was heading to Cincinnati in my new car by 9pm. I've purchased my 2nd A6 at Audi Westmont. My first was a used car, the second was new. I live in Naperville, but I purchased my 2nd vehicle at Audi Westmont because the experience on the first car was spectacular. The car is great, the service has been just wonderful, and the staff first class. This week, I came in for 25,000 mile service and I needed a ride from the train to pickup my car. Audi staff was great and had a car waiting when I arrived, my car was waiting, and I was out in 1 minute. Another exceptional service visit to Audi Westmont.

Audi of Westmont and especially William Calderon are hands down the best dealership and employee we have ever dealt with. Before we went to purchase my 2007 BMW 335xi from them my parents and I had gone to about 6 or 7 other dealerships to view the same vehicle. When we went to those places it felt like they were trying to force into buying the car rather than listening to our thoughts and concerns. All these other dealerships seemed to belittle us and showed the absolute worst respect I have every seen. That all changed though when we went to Audi of Westmont who gave us their time of day on the 4th of July to see the BMW! Throughout the whole process William Calderon stayed with us explaining everything about the car's history even while the store was past closing hours on the 4th of July! Suffice to say if you want a great experience buying a car don't look any further than Audi of Westmont and ask for William Calderon

I came to Audi Westmont from out of town after reviewing a number of potential vehicles in the Chicago-land area online. From the moment I requested more information on the vehicle, Mitch Massaro made himself available to answer any and all questions I might have. When I informed Mitch that I would be coming into town on Friday (his day off) to look at the selected vehicles, he told me he'd make himself available. He ultimately put in a full day as he waited for me to check out a few cars at other dealerships and come back to make my eventual purchase. Mitch even took the time to sit with me in the car after the purchase to show me all of the features of the car and how to use them. Our salesman was the same team member as before, who was so respectful of our time and treated us as educated consumers, fielding all questions that we had. The price of our trade-in was more than reasonable and the price of the car remained the same, no hidden fees or up-charges. They even made the delivery of the vehicle fun and expertly went over all the new features. Westmont Audi's service is phenomenal!! The services provided by the Westmont Audi dealer are always great throughout the years. I bought my Audi from this location 11 years ago. The buying process was really a pleasant one. Then my car was mostly serviced here for the last 11 years. They took good care of the car and took good care of me. We have other luxury cars. The staffs at those dealers are great but the quality of work performed on our cars is always a question mark. I also had my Audi serviced in other places, e.g., NJ and Seattle WA a couple of times in the past 11 years. No one could match the service and the care they (the Westmont Audi dealer) have been given to me and my car so far. I especially appreciate Mr. Blake Farm's kindly helps on maintaining my car in the good running conditions. After 11 years, my car is still running in the near-perfect conditions (even though age does have a little impact on the car).

After viewing the car on the internet, I came in to Audi of Westmont to look at a used. low-mileage 2012 Chevy Sonic. Adam, my salesman, greeted me promptly and professionally. I did not have to wait. We examined the entire vehicle carefully, both externally and under the hood. There was no pressure to buy, and Adam accompanied me on an extended road test to demonstrate the capacity of the six-speed turbo manual transmission. He spent several hours with me to make sure all my questions were answered. The dealership negotiated a very fair price for my trade-in, and I purchased that day. I am now happily driving my "new" Sonic. This is a great dealership that I highly recommend.

I had the greatest experience ever at this dealership. This was my first large purchase and the experience I had with Sinine. She couldn't have been better. She was very caring and super sweet. She walked me through everything and made my entire experience smooth and easy. She wasn't like your typical car saleswoman. She stayed within my budget and didn't pressure me to go above my budget. We were looking for an all wheel drive convertible and Audi fit the bill with the A5. Cars.com made the find even easier with all of the same models in the area and selecting one with options we want became a snap with all dealers inventories listed. I think all Audi dealerships are exceptional. Westmont was great. Our salesman, Fred asnwered any questions and setting up a test drive and purchasing was made very easy. No B S. In and out within an hour or so. Our trade in was fair, and deal transparent. OUr sale rep knew the line very well, and we're driving!

Juan Andino was great to work with. I found the car on cars.com and called the dealer to get more info. Juan was quick to get me more photos of the car disclosing any scratches/imperfections. He was very honest and just a pleasant, kind person. I flew to Chicago from Minneapolis so I was taking a chance if the car was not as explained by Juan. I was not disappointed with the car and it turned out to be a great and worth while trip. I would definitely recommend Juan to any of my friends so I would recommend him to you as well.

I am truely dedicated to Laurel Audi of Westmont! Back in 2005 I purchased my first Audi, it was at Laurel Audi in Tinley Park. I live in the northwest suburbs so Tinley is a bit of a hike for me. I needed some maintenance work on my A4 and Tinley told me that i can bring my Audi to their sister dealership in Westmont. Over a spand of 10yrs, I built a trustful relationship with Blake Farmer in their service department. It had finally come time for a new A4. I mean a certified pre-owned Audi. Since I had so much trust in Blake, I had him refer me to Mike Morgan. The experience I had and will continue to have with Mr. Mike Morgan is the best. Of course I understand that salesmen need to make their commission but I never felt that way with Mike, I truely believe that his goal was to make the customer happy. I set qan appt w/ Mike to have my husband test drive the vehicle ( I didn't need to, I know exactly how great they handle & how quick they are, even going from my old 6cyl to the newer 4cyl Turbo, Awesome!) . My husband loved the car but I did not love the beige something interior & it was a premium pkg that was missing some features. My husband probably would have purchased that car but I was not sold on it, I believe Mike could sense that. So we said we would think about it & get back to him. Well, Mike called me the next day to see how I felt about the A4 & he also had a Blk A4 premium plus coming in, that he thinks I will love. Since either it was not there yet or not ready to show, I couldn't even look at it & little does he know he basically sold it to me over the phone. He answered all my questions, was extreamly patient, gave me so much information, Helped me compare the white one we test drove to the blk one I had not even seen, expained new car warrenty, CPO warrenty, extended warrenty, so much information I was going in circles. I was that confused, the 2 cars balanced each other out as far as miles, color, interior, wheels, features, price,it was nuts. He was so honest & nice through it all, I ran out of questions and built this complete trust in him. When the Blk A4 arrived, I took it for a little spin and next thing I know, papers were being signed & yes Mike found me my perfect car! Also, I was extreamly happy that I would be able to continue the trust and honesty in their service department with Blake. The next morning in my garage, I started to nit pick my beautiful black panther . It's used, it's not going to be perfect but I want it to be. There were a couple minor scratches on the body & hood, no big deal, the rest of the car was perfect and I have the CPO warrenty, what else could I want. Anyone one else would probably be ok with it, especially since Audi of Westmont did not owe me anything. That form you sign when you sign your contract, that one that states wether or not the dealership owes you anything or vice versa. Well, I called Mike told him I realize they are not responsible for it, I signed the form stating that they would not "owe" me for anything & I didn't expect anything to come out of it BUT it was an eye sore for me. So once again, Mike exceeded my expectations. He spoke with his manager and all they wanted was to keep me happy and in love with my Audi. I brought it in and they took care of everything I asked for, even though they did not have to. Years ago I made the commitment to drive an Audi for the rest of my life, I am that passionate about the car and now I can also say that I make that same commitment to Laurel Audi of Westmont. Since the renovation, the dealership is gorgeous, the service is exceptional, the salesmen are great, Mike Morgan is the best and I will always recommend him to everyone, I could not ask for a more perfect experience. I purchased sq5 certified pre owned. I had stopped in at Westmont Audi a few times over a 2 year period just thinking about a purchase. Bob Clark there approached me both times (was not high pressure, just a person that showed respect to a person walking in to let them know he was present to answer questions). He was very knowledgeable and helpful both times. The times I stopped in were a year apart and he didn't remember me from year before but displayed the same characteristics. Anyway, he didn't push me whatsoever and actually listened to me. He brought in Sebby from Certified Pre Owned when he realized that I saw what I wanted. Sebby was extremely knowledgeable on the tech side of the vehicle and was more than willing to help spend the necessary time with me the day I bought it and other times I have been there since. Highly recommend Bob and Sebby to anyone in the market. I am in sales and the service industry and can appreciate a relationship driven sales person vs the one off quick sales type. I will be back for more down the road and will recommend these two.

I had a great experience purchasing a 2006 Acura TL from Audi Westmont. They were very accommodating and willing to meet my needs. The salesman, Naseem, was extremely pleasant, very helpful, and was far from being pushy. He didn't give the impression that he just wanted to make a sale. After we initially ran the numbers and got the figures back from the financial institution, he called me the day I was to pick up the car (before I arrived) to let me know that he found a way to get me a much lower interest rate despite the recent blemishes on my credit. Since I wasn't trading my current car in, I asked if someone could pick me up from my place so I wouldn't have to leave either of the cars. They had an employee come to my place to pick me up after I got off from work so that I could get my new car without having to make those arrangements myself. I had a great experience working with Audi Westmont; they were very pleasant, professional, and accommodating.

It was for a pre-owned Porsche -- phone communication only. I could find nothing to quibble about, not even the price. However, the photo was confusing as it was a cabriolet hidden beneath a very nice hard top. I did consider it but finally deferred as I was shopping for a coup. Yes, I would do business with this dealer. Every technical effort was made to assure me of the reliability of the car in question.

I worked with William Calderon to purchase a used VW GTI. I initiated the search through the cars.com app. He promptly contacted me to schedule an appointment (and rescheduled when I got stuck at work). I didn't feel pressured to buy, although there was one other couple who were interested in the same car. We were in the market for a new car and and had reached out to Naseem in Sales. He was recommended by a friend who had recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2014 A6. Naseem was very courteous and helped my wife and I narrow down the pre-owned certified inventory per our specifications, and arranged the test drive. The quality of the engineering, driving comfort and creature comforts of the car spoke for itself but Naseem made the experience all the more enjoyable. Mitch Massaro was our sales executive and he did a great job in working with us. The car was for my wife who recently lost her LS 460 that she loved due to an accident. Consequently, we looked at just about every sedan and did test drives with A6 gas, A6 diesel and A7 not to mention a lot of questions on all of the them across multiple trips to the dealership. Mitch was very patient with us, had exceptional product knowledge across the Audi offerings and worked with my wife who was the decision maker. Upfront competitive pricing. Did most of the initial correspondence over the internet with Katlin who was prompt and easy to deal with. Interior could have been detailed better when delivered but I'm extremely picky. Mike Giorgi and Greg Palys were the salesmen I dealt with and it was a smooth and speedy process when we went to pick up the car. Would buy from this dealership again.

William Calderon really went above and beyond to make me a happy costumer and I will definitely be returning to this dealership when it's time to buy another Audi. William was very professional and delivered on all of my needs. I was not able to find a car that I liked in the lot so we special order one. William made the whole process very smooth and we were able to negotiate a fair price. While waiting for my Audi, William email me with monthly updates and when the car arrived, he took time out of his day to show me all of the features in great detail. Not only was he up front and honest, but his attention to detail in doing everything he could to make the process easy was commendable. I have always dreaded the process of purchasing a new vehicle and the past experiences of high pressure methods that had to be dealt with during the purchasing process. Audi Westmont was the only Audi Dealership within 100 miles (88) that had the make, model, miles, and color of vehicle we were looking for.. We found our 2014 Q7 through cars.com and with us living so far away, it took multiple contacts, and sales associates to complete the deal. Art R and Fred were great to work with and they made the complicated process smooth and painless. Art R has reached out to us twice since taking possession of the Q7 ensuring that we are happy with the vehicle and do not have any questions. I hope this level of customer service is the same within the service department. I will consider purchasing our next vehicle at the Westmont dealership.

Last week, I visited Laurel Audi to service my 2011 A4 and while I waited for the service to be completed, I saw the 2014 A4s and couldn't resist. I met Jeff Nemcher in sales and my experience was excellent. He was not only extremely professional throughout the sales process but also diligent in following up to be sure I was completely satisfied. My new car had a very small dent which he assured me could be fixed quickly...and 2 days later the repairs were done and I could not tell where that dent used to be. Audi Westmont is the only place to shop for an audi. I highly recommend this dealership!

This is the only Audi Dealership willing to do business within the Chicagoland area. I live in Downtown Chicago, but work in Lake Forest. Westmont the opposite location from where I am, but that doesn't matter. I can drive 35, 50 or 1000 miles to close a deal with Audi Westmont. Naseem C. and Mike G. are true business men. First of all, adding a little background to this review. I previously worked in the auto business in various positions for over 14 years and have seen the best and the worst of a few different dealerships. When I became interested in the S4, I contacted Steve Kneifel. I too was an out of state buyer and was a little leary of the drive. After probably over a hundred e-mails, all answered timely and professionaly by Steve, I made the trip. This being the 12th car I've boughten through a dealership, I've had some buying experience. When I arrived, I was not disappointed, in fact, elated! The entire staff was welcoming and pleasant, even in my gruby work clothes. Steve made the entire buying process and experience actually enjoyable...that's right, enjoyable. Who can say that the car buying experience is enjoyable? I can that's for sure. First time ever! Absolutely horrible experience. Came in looking for a certified pre-owned and was given several good options. Drew was great about getting information to me over time, but issues arose once price conversations began. I started with an initial offer that was fair based on competitor pricing. Drew immediately insulted me by telling me that I had no idea how pricing worked, told me to do my homework, and that I probably couldn't afford the car. I justified my position with research, but opened the door to a middle ground, and Drew responded with an offer for a lesson in how "the car business works." Before I could respond, he told me not to bother coming in again; he would be busy "making money". I've never been fired by a car dealership before! I'm glad I found the car at another dealer and that Audi Westmont wasn't my only option, business must be good for them to treat people so poorly!

Went in with my husband to look at an used Audi TT. Up until going in, the staff was very responsive and friendly. We were working with Rick but the day we were able to come in we ended up working with Naseem. Everything seemed well up until they went to run our credit. Now we went in later in the evening, so they said they would run it the next day and get back to us. The next day, both Rick and Naseem were off so I had to pretty much wait again hoping that things went through. Today, (2 days later) I call and they tell me that someone else put a deposit on the car and there is nothing they can do. I'm highly upset because they ran our credit unnecessarily, which will now make our credit look bad when I go to another dealer! Besides that, Naseem was very unapologetic about the whole ordeal. Pretty much telling us, well you would have had to put down more than you wanted so we sold the car. Horrible attitude, I am not recommending this dealer to anyone.

Being a woman I was prepared for the sales staff to talk down to me. This is the third car I've bought on my own and encountered that treatment on the first car I bought so of course I was expecting a little bit of a hassle. To my delight Greg Palys treated me with respect and never made me feel that I was taking too much of his time, Mike Morgan was also quite helpful and Nick Fricano who gave me an orientation on the "gadgets" in the car (Navigation System, Telephone, etc.) was very accomodating. Every one of them said to call them with any additonal questions (which I'm sure I'll have,) I love the car, the sales people and of course Nick. I would not hesitate to recommend Audi Westmont to anyone looking for an Audi.

We actually went to the dealership to purchase a replacement car for our Volvo that needed costly repairs. My husband chose the Q5 to which gave him "zip" for his city travels. I fell in love with the Q7 during the test drive and wound up purchasing it for myself a few days later trading in my "Mommie Minivan". From the momet of walking in the dealership, the staff was welcoming and accomodating to our vehicle and family needs. They made the entire process the simpliest automible purchase that we have ever experienced. They were professional and upfront with every aspect of the transaction. The took the time to teach us about our vehicles before sending us off to navigate them and have even reached out to make sure that all is going well reinforcing the idea that they are still ever present to answer any questions or concerns that we have. I know that honest car dealer sounds oxymoronic but it happens to be true for Audi Westmont. From the internet inquiry until I drove away with my Q5 they consistently kept their word. And they anticipated questions and issues in a no-pressure environment. Maybe it was just my salesman (Edward Riedmaier) but I didn't get that impression. Highly recommend. (They could use an improved waiting and delivery area).

I was looking to downsize from an Acura MDX to a smaller SUV, but still wanted all the amenities. Audi had not been on my radar but at the 11th hour someone recommended the Q5. Audi Westmont is close to my house, so I went there. I was able to test drive a Q5 with a salesman who really knew a lot about the car. Took my husband back the next day to see it. They happened to have a color/engine combo I liked, so we put a deposit on it and came back several days later to do the paperwork. We got a better trade-in price from the Acura dealer on our 2010 MDX, so didn't have a trade-in. The people there are very nice, including the car specialist who gave me his cell phone number! I would recommend them.

I had to purchase a car very quickly at the end of 2013. My concern was trying to find the right car at a fair price with little research. Westmont Audi help me research various Audi models across the Midwest in a week and a half. I decided to purchase a used Audi A7 with low mileage because I put 25,000 miles/yr on my car. They found several and made a deal on one just traded in to their dealership which beat the price and condition of comparable cars. The trade in value of my existing A8L with a lot of miles was very generous too. I found them straightforward and honest. Normally buying a car is a hassle and takes a lot of time but this experience went extremely well.

I just purchased Audi Q7 form Audi of Westmont and Art Rodriguez was superb. Excellent service, professionalism and no pressure from Art, just help and support I asked for. I believe negotiation and final price was fair for both sides Quality of costumer service at Westmont Audi is way different and much higher than the other dealerships I visited while looking form my Q7. Art Rodriguez is the person I will be coming back for my next car.

I recently purchased an Audi SQ5 from Audi of Westmont. My sales representative, Greg Palys, was superb and made the transaction seamless. I visited 4 Audi dealerships through the Chicagoland area and none of the dealerships was anywhere close to Audi of Westmont. I had a terrible experience with Fletcher Jones Audi and was close to purchasing a Range Rover. Greg and the Audi team definitely changed my mine through excellent customer service. Everything from the trade-in to the final purchase was a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone and will be happy to be a repeat customer in the future!

A great place to purchase an auto. Just bought a used Mercedes C300 from there. The salesperson Sinine was a really nice, both professional and personable while at the same time quite helpful as a auto specialist. Their service overal was great and well structured. A fun place to visit making the overall sales experience super. I would definately go there again if I want to purchase another vehicle.

Overall excellent experience. I bought a trade in, but I was treated like someone who was buying a brand new car. They give all their used cars a 60 day warranty. I had to take the car back in for a minor noise and the repairs were handled well and I got a complimentary loaner car. The only thing that I could mildly complain about was the financing department's result, but it was all good. They were not forcing things on me that I had said no to. I am happy that I went there.

I could not believe the experience I've just had at this Audi dealership. The sale person was rude, condescending and extremely disrespectful during the 15 minutes negotiation. Outraged, but didn't want to make a scene, I put on a smile, thanked for his time, shook his hand and walked out in disbelieve. Example of the unprofessionalism: Salesman: "The price you offer is ridiculous, not worth discussing. If you want cheap car, let me find you a cheap car..." (Threw his offer paper into the trash bin, then opened up his browser, typed something in. Apparently looking for a cheap car to sell to me) Me: "I'm not looking for cheap car. I'm trying to see what you can do for me with the price of the car we're discussing and with my trade-in value". Salesman: "You're not looking for a cheap car? So how did you come up with that ridiculous price? Did you even think before you opened your mouth rattling off that ridiculous price?" Salesman (continued): "Can't do anything about your trading value either. For your information, as soon as I bought your car, I have to IMMEDIATELY put it on auction. Can't have it sitting in our lot. It degrades the prestige of the our business. People coming here to by 80K cars, if they had to walk by that car in the parking lot, they will say 'what kind of dealership is this?'" Me: "Well, I see better prices on automotive web sites" Salesman: "Edmunds.com is where you should go to get real pricing" Me: "As you can see here, for a car with the exact year, model and options, Edmunds Fair Market Price is $2K cheaper than what you're offering" Salesman: "Does Edmunds have a car to sell to you? Can they sell you a car? Huh, do they have a car like this to sell to you? Huh? Can you buy a car from them?" Not sure how much of it was used car salesman tactic and how much was just personality, and not sure if they are profiling as another reviewer has said. Regardless of the reason or tactic, it's a disgrace to the Audi brand. None of my friends own an Audi so I don't know if this experience is typical at Audi dealerships, but a few who own BMWs rave about the great and professional treatment they received at their dealerships (during the sale process and subsequently when they brought their cars in for service). Audi makes great cars, but if their dealerships are so unprofessional, Audi is not a brand worth buying. I have contacted the Audi corporation and Autonation.com (the dealer's parent company) to report the incident. They both said they were sorry to hear about the incident and promised to have managers contact me on a weekday next week to discuss. I'll update this review after the discussion. Until then, beware of Audi Westmont.

We have purchased a new 2012 Audi Q5 . Sales team sold us a package " appearance package" for $400. During a sale we have asked if we can use this service once per year for outside buff and the answer was "YES".After a year I had asked if we could get our car buffed - the answer was "yes" but I would need to pay for it.Called AUDI USA - open claim with them.Called Audi Westmont - not luck......Working right now with BBB- May be we can get luck at BBB.I even asked Audi of Weastmont to get our money back.

I had been looking at a number of different brands for a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. The process from having identified this particular vehicle to purchase took around 2 weeks. I met Greg Palys on my initial visit to the Audi Westmont dealership and worked with him over many visits, phone calls and test drives. Greg knew the vehicle and was able to point out the vehicle's features and functions. I had many questions and requests and Greg was able to work with me to gain a comfort factor with the brand and vehicle. While Greg's job is to sell cars, he allowed me to step through my buying process to determine that this was the right vehicle, deal and dealership without being pushy and driven by his or the dealerships needs. The team supporting Greg, from trade-in appraisal to finance, were all friendly, professional and courteous. Greg has been in touch with me after the vehicle purchase to make sure that things are good and to answer any questions as I continue to learn the nuances of this vehicle. So far, so good.

I walked into the dealership and was met with a warm face and welcome. Zach listened to my hopes, wishes and fantasies and directed me to what I wanted. We discussed what I wanted and didn't deviate from that. Financing was a surprise to me. It took only a few minutes. I was there for a total of about 1.5h and most of that time was spent being introduced to my new Audi. I would definitely recommend Westmont Audi and use them again.

Mitch was excellent to work with. From the moment we arrived to the day I drove off the lot with my Audi, Mitch answered many questions and made our purchasing experience fairly seamless. The first night I arrived home, I had to call him to help close the wind screen. His demonstration at the dealership looked so easy, but once at home was a little tricky. He talked me through it and the screen will most likely never be used again! I would highly recommend the Westmont Audi dealership to friends and have them ask for Mitch.

Mitch had excellent knowledge of his cars. He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. He worked to get us the best possible price for both our trade in and new A6. He also went way out of his way to find us the color, interior, and features that we wanted. I would recommend asking for him if you are at all interested in an Audi. Hopefully we will be able to work with him again soon.

I did a lot of research prior to going into the dealership, but scheduling a test drive was easy to do online. After test driving I felt like Greg did a good job assessing my thoughts and gave me plenty of space without being overbearing in his sales pitch. He later followed up several times, remembered personal details and was very friendly each time. Going through financing was also great and most was taken care of when I came to sign the next day. I was very pleased with my car buying experience at Westmont Audi. Buying a car should be fun, and it was!

I gave Mitch a terrific rating because it was a terrific buying experience. The man knows everything about cars. He was personable, knowledgeable and respectful. Given all that I'd probably have rated the experience a 4. But I think Mitch (with an important assist from Tim) rose to the level of 5 because we got a great deal on a car we love, and we had a lot of fun.

Zach did an excellent job of earning my business! He was responsive to me over the phone and treated me as well as if I were a customer that had walked into the showroom in person. His positive attitude and offer to assist me in driving my newly purchased vehicle home encouraged me to make the 150+ mile drive to purchase the vehicle from him. I received a fair deal from the beginning and chose not to negotiate further due to the effort he had already put in.I will HIGHLY recommend him to my friends and family!

This is the third Audi I have owned and second I have purchased from Westmont Audi, and have had an excellent experience both times. The sales team of Art Rodriguez and Greg Palys did a great job. I came to Westmont Audi because of service issues I had with a previous Audi dealer. The service rep Blake Farmer and the service staff at Westmont are far superior to any dealer I have been to in the past. Westmont Audi is the only place I will take my vehicle for service. My overall experience of sales and service has made me repeat customer.

My purchase experience at Audi Westmont was outstanding due to Mike's commitment to customer service and attention to detail. I can recommend Audi of Westmont without reservation. In addition, everyone in management from Ozzie (GM), Dan (New car sales manager) and John (Finance) are honest, forthright, and fair. There was a discrepancy in the numbers of our sales agreement that they brought to my attention, but they ended up taking the small loss on their end...which pleasantly surprised me.

After meeting Art Rodriguez, learning about the dealer and the Audi build difference I had decided to order the 2013 RS5. I already felt like Art new more about Audi and the quality of what I was ordering than the last few dealers I had shopped at. He took his time going over how Westmont Audi would keep me informed about the cars progress from ordering all the way to the delivery. In fact Art emailed me every two weeks!. First I got the chance to build the car on paper and approve the order, then when Audi started to assemble the car in Germany I was notified. Again when the RS5 was be exported from Germany to Port in Houston and again while it was in transit to Illinois. I felt that Art cared about me knowing the status of my car. When it was delivered Art contacted me to arrange me coming to the dealer to pick it up...and the week in advance he emailed me several finance options to review. I showed up an hour early but Art saw me in the parking lot and assisted me in the dealer and right to the detail room where my new RS5 was waiting. We walked around the car and he showed me the basics of what I ordered never once rushing me. When I was ready he handed me a nice fabric bag to get the last few things out of my trade and did the preliminary paper work to speed up financing. While he was doing the details of the trade in he gave me the key to the RS5 and told me to take it out for a ride and when I come back we can get to the finance dept...never rushing me. After I got back from he best ride ever we were in and out of finance in 10-15 minutes. Art then walked me through the Audi dealer explaining where to go for service, how to arrange it with him in advance if I wanted and what happens when I bring the car in. After the tour we walked out to the car and spent 30 minutes setting the interior up to my comforts, the Bluetooth, satellite, phone, and going over each function of the car. Art was great and sat with me until I had full understanding of the buttons. I'm a techy guy but Art wanted to make sure everything was set up before I left. And he made me feel like I was his most important customer. This is the second Audi we have purchased from Audi-Westmont. The sales staff knows the product and works with you to match you and a car. Mitch was tremendous in setting up the new car (Blue tooth, phone, wifi, etc.) and spent time explaining operations.Previous experience with service was excellent.Overall, a well-run and professional dealership. We would definitely go back.

I just bought a used 2012 A6, to replace my 2008 A6. The sales person was excellent - very knowledgeable of all the features, changes from year to year, what goes into the price of the car, etc. After the sale, one of the staff spent over an hour showing me how to work the new features. And after that, the salesman helped me transfer my satellite radio subscription from the old car to the new. Audi of Westmont made the whole process easy. I have taken my Audi to this dealer for years for service, and their service reps are all very competent. A few months ago I hit a pothole and damaged the wheel and tire, and the service rep researched my coverages, determined I had wheel and tire coverage, and got me the new wheel and tire by the end of the same day. I am totally satisfied with Audi of Westmont.

I just bought an A5 Convertible from Audi Westmont. The car is wonderful. Ken Moy was the salesman and he did a great job of scouring the area for inventory. He and others at Audi Westmont were always friendly but never put on any pressure to buy. Lexi provided us with a very thorough tutorial on how to use the various electronic controls in the car. That is important because it is a sophisticated car. The paperwork was all prepared when we arrived to get the car, and the whole process went very smoothly. We are very happy with Audi Westmont and our new car.

Great customer service, very helpful and patient. Only complaint is that the car porter's left a sticky liquid in the front cup holders that I had to clean myself and they left all of their cleaning supplies/dealer stickers in the back seat! Don't think I should have had to pay a car detail fee when they left it a mess. Overall though, they got my APR where I needed it and the cost of my car was spot on.

Worked with Gregory and Ozzie in our purchase of a used Saab at Audi Westmont. Gregory is a very great salesperson to work with, he had the car fully inspected and fixed before showing to us. We have tested drive the car 2-3 times, the whole buying experience is great.

Dealing with Audi of Westmont for a certified pre-owned Audi purchase was a very pleasant experience. Salesperson Josh Asbill was very knowledgable about the product, professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. He and his Sales Manager were up front about pricing during negotiations and I feel that at the end of the day I got a fair deal on both the CPO and my trade-in. Within this transaction I also dealt with the General Manager, Finance Manager, Delivery Specialist, and Parts personnel and each person was friendly and good to work with. My overall experience at Audi of Westmont was very positive, and I have already recommended the dealer and Salesperson Josh Asbill to a neighbor. This has been the best overall experience I have had with a dealership.

The process was well organized, the car was prepared perfectly and I was in and out in a couple of hours. A week later I noticed a blemish on the front left wheel, where the finish was damaged and has peeled of. Probably during the the transport process. I called Mitch about it. He was very responsive and scheduled for me to drop the car to be taken care off free of charge. This is the type of customer experience one expects from a premium brand like Audi. Well done Westmont.

Very good experience. IM 26 years old and bought a 2012 Aud A6i with 15,000 about 2 weeks ago. I didnt get any bad looks because of my age seeing how i was the youngest customer there. I've been to a VW dealership and there horrible, yes they own Audi and have a large selection but this Westmont dealership was truly awesome. They gave a Audi experiences in buying a car like no other. They made it very comfortable and the GM kept coming to apologize for the long wait i dealt with on the previous day before (Saturdays evening, very busy). The reason why i gave this 4 stars because of theres some scuff marks on the seat and paint but its still a great car. Josh was a transfer employee from Oklahoma hes a great guy, didnt know the facility that well but knew the cars in great detailed. Jason is a little more better in sales and is really good on the details of any Audi. But i will have to give credit for Josh, he really went out his way for anything, he was very helpful and took alot of initiative

Negotiated a fair price via the Internet and then over the phone with Ed Riedmaier. He was very helpful and answered all my questions prior to traveling 4 hours to take a look at the vehicle. Vehicle was in excellent shape except for the frontwheels which had some major scuff marks on them. Ed agreed to have these wheels fixed at no charge. Kelly in the financial department was most helpful and very friendly. She made entire financing process with Audi Financial a very easy and pleasant one. I do highly recommend her when getting your car financed. Definitely upscale dealership with cars in their showroom that I can only dream about. However, they were not snobby in any wayand very down to Earth. If you are a doctor or a regular Joe you are treated with the same fairness and courtesy. If I win the lottery I will buy the most beautiful $250,000 Audi R8 Spyder sitting on their showroom floor.

I found an awesome car I loved and unfortunately it was sold to someone else. Ozzie Haleem and Tim Trosclair found me the exact same car with lower mileage and made sure it was to my liking and did not charge me a penny over the amount of the other car.I will buy all my future cars from them. This place truly knows the value running a good business and holding the customer priority over making a quick profit. Even after the car drove off the lot Tim made sure to follow up with me and make sure I was happy, He even sent me a brand new grille so that the car would look brand new. I recently purchased a used 2011 VW GTI from Drew Malone at Westmont Audi, and I can honestly say it was the easiest and lowest stress car buying experience I've had. I had exhaustively researched used GTI prices throughout the Midwest; when I saw the GTI for sale at Westmont, I emailed with an aggressive offer. Drew soon called me, and we quickly came to terms on a more than fair price. When I drove down from Wisconsin to pick up the car, I was completely committed to the purchase, but Drew still took his time (on his usual day off) to go through everything in an unhurried fashion. He made it clear that if anything was less than satisfactory, I could back out of the purchase without ill will. I love my new (to me) GTI and can wholeheartedly recommend seeing out Drew Malone if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I recently purchased a certified 2012 A6. Greg and used car manager Tim were easy to work with and gave me a fair trade in for my older model A6. There was a misunderstanding with heated seats but the dealership promptly arranged for a fix which works fine. Nice to do business with a dealership which takes their customer satisfaction seriously. I'll be back in shortly for the 15K mile service and expect to be well taken are of...again.

Drew gets high marks for features / functions / customer service. As far as transparency regarding service questions, quality of CPO inspection, answering maintenance questions, they were average. The answers are the standard used car answers to make sure they don't lose the sale. My price was fair but not great. Negotiate the Audi Care. Buying process took too long. Overall, they had the car I wanted at a fair price. Would have preferred them giving me the real insight of the car as they knew I was buying the car - no reason for so many 'non-answers'.

I had been looking for a new car for while, comparing lots of luxury mid-size SUV's. I had always liked the Q5 but was a little intimiated by it. Drew took the time to explain all the features on the car and made me feel comfortable buying it. Even after I had it for a few weeks, I took advantage of their Second Delivery program where Drew walked me thru all the features one more time. That really helped me to love this car! We found a great used 2012 model with only 7,000 miles on it, and again, after agreeing on a great price, purchased it a day later. After a test drive, I sat down with the salesman who was friendly and very straightforward and honest. He gave me a generous amount for my trade-in, and then gave me an unbelievable price on the Infiniti. No haggling or tactics. Just an amazing deal--I couldn't say no. Blake Farmer is always responsive, reliable and friendly. He is knowledgable and very engaging. He promptly calls me with updates on my car with any service or repair issues that arise during the work and calls promptly when the work is complete and the car is available for pick up. The dealership always has a clean loaner vehcile available for me to use while my car is in service. While Blake stands out, everyone at Westmont Audi is energetic and highly customer oriented. The dealership facility is clean in the service bay, new and comfortable showroom.

When I discovered a low oil light on my rental A3, I found the nearest BP station and tried to find an oil that might work.I called Audi America and the agent there was most helpful but we couldn't determine if the oil I had in hand would work, so I asked for the closest dealership and found the Westmont Audi 2miles away. My partner has an Audi A6 so it was nice to find such a helpful man James in this dealership. He immediately assisted me so I could take my daughter to her appointment at the hospital for a test. When I walked into Laurel Audi of Westmont back in August 2012, the first thing that I told Drew was that I am a pain in the butt customer, and that I would be taking my time with deciding what my new car would be. Drew was BEYOND patient with me. I was looking for the exact CPO car within my price range / option range, but unfortunately never found one. The way that Drew treated me was amazing, at no point in working with him, did I feel like he was a typical car salesman. I must have looked at multiple CPO cars, and he kept telling me that if this wasn't the exact car I wanted, that I should hold off until the right one came along. I was shocked! Most salesmen try to pressure you into a car that is not the perfect fit for you with famous lines like "This one won't last", or "A deal like this doesn't come around often". In fact, never once did Drew use any line on me. He was very knowledgeable about these cars, you could tell that he is passionate about these cars. Finally, after 6 months of dealing with me, Drew was able to get me into a new 2013 A4, which I ordered on Saturday 1/5. I met the GM, Ozzie, who was more than accomodating to answer my questions and concerns. I absolutely see no reason to go to any other Audi dealership if you are in the Chicagoland area, this group takes and exceeds the highest customer expectations.

This was my first Audi experience and Westmont Audi exceeded my expectations. In fact, I flew in from another state to purchase my CPO vehicle. It was a pleasure working with Drew (sales) and his management and finance teams as they made my overall experience a great one. Specifically, Drew was prompt, honest and upfront with all of my questions and concerns. The management and finance team expedited the process (for me) as I was on a very tight schedule and this proved to be a key reason for my decision to purchase the vehicle at Westmont. In anticipation of my arrival, the Audi team had my car prepped and ready (on a busy Saturday no less) and the finance manager had papers in hand for a quick and seamless closing process. Overall, I was very happy with my experience.

Mitch was an excellent sals manager. He collaborated with the Mercedes Benz dealership next door to execute a sale of a used audi a6 that they had just taken in trade. When the car did not pass the certification process due to replacement tires and wheels that had been placed on the car, Mitch worked with us to provide an extra year of warranty to make up for inability to certify the car. It was a pleasure to work with Mitch.

My husband had gone to an Audi event at the Autobahn Country Club. He had gotten to drive all of Audi's high end performance cars and came home raving about them. He's been looking at New Grand Sport Corvettes before going to this event, but after going to this, I saw how excited he was about the Audi brand. So, I did some searching and found a Beautiful CPO S5 in Ibis white with Red interior at Audi Westmont. It was time for a road trip to Westmont to see the car.Upon arriving at the dealership, Naseem came out to greet us and was Very Professional, but friendly. He listened to us and patiently answered all of the questions that we had. I also liked that he didn't pressure us in any way, and just let us think and talk about the car. He even gave us his personal cell number to call if we had any questions.Naseem has been Very helpful by always being there to answer our questions. He also found out for us, that our new car had extra Audi care service on it. This was Great news for us. In my opinion, we couldn't have gotten a better sales person.

I sent an offer on Wednesday night, and got the reply early on Thursday morning, which was earlier than I expected. Mitch understood the content of that offer and clearly explained what he could do for me. We made the deal on Friday morning. I made the decision in such three days, which I think was relative short in a car purchase process. It is not only because I like the car, also because Mitch provided an excellent service! To be honest, I tried to find something about the car or the service that I could criticize on so that I could probably get a lower price. But I couldn't find any negative things in the process. I personally don't like to go back and forth in a purchase process, but most of time I have to because I don't feel comfortable with some dealers. The experience in Audi Westmont allowed me to avoid such kind of situation and to make the deal so quickly, I think Mitch helped a lot. Overall, Mitch did a good job and really helped me out.

John Tinault addressed my internet inquiry promptly, setting himself a part from the other dealers in the area. Understanding of my work schedule, he worked with me through e-mail, and did not pressure for a phone call or store visit. John answered all of my additional questions promptly and thoroughly throughout the entire process, even when it was a set deal that we would be in that night to purchase. John definitely saw this sale through to the end and beyond. And with that made it feel as if we were not in fact making a purchase of a vehicle but joining in the Audi family. Even though it was late at night, John still went through the car with us in detail, and even offered to be available with any questions we might have in the following days. Not once did he act as though he was being put out by staying hours after close. It was quite a different experience for us in purchasing a car. so this was round two for me in terms of purchasing an Audi. My first experience, which was but four months ago, had taught me that there are still honest and trustworthy salesman left in this world, and that Drew Malone was one of them. This time around, my purchase experience was almost too good to be true! As expected, I was treated with utmost regard for my time and interest. At this dealership, the people I have come across have always been professional yet friendly, and have left no question unanswered. I understand that car dealers specialize in making money off of customers, but what business is expected not to? The Bottom line is, when you walk out of there feeling that there was complete fairness in the entire dealing process, and that your move to purchase the car leaves you with a permanent internal smile, then you know that your desired result has been achieved. Drew and Tom have made this a reality for me two times in a row.

Crazy continuous detail upgrades! Blacked out plate bolts, windo sticker lamination, preload MMI, and more. Mitch is insanely good. He just kept perceiving who I was and what I valued then delivering more details. He was so in touch that he suggested tint. I actually already had an appointment. I was glad to see there were no dealer stickers on the back as well. That saved me the 20 minutes at home.

I found a certified used car on the Audi CPO site, and then spoke to Mitch a few times over the phone asking questions. He was always very helpful and straightforward. I explained my intent to travel into town and look at this and another vehicle and he was always very courteous and professional.Most importantly though, he was completely honest about everything - unlike other dealerships I've dealt with.While I wouldn't have minded haggling the price down some more, it was a very competitive price for the model of vehicle and miles on it.The car was exactly as he had said it was, and I couldn't be happier.

Just wanted to let anyone interested know that the Service Department at Laurel Audi of Westmont has always been terrific. I came in this last week, without an appointment, because my 2010 Q5's service light was coming on. James Faulhaber took care of me personally and noticed that the oil plug was missing. James not only took care of my immediate problem, but also ordered the oil plug and had it delivered the very next day at no charge. Thanks James!

My husband and I recently purchased an A4 from Audi Westmont. Drew Malone was our salesperson. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience, largely due to the excellent customer service that Drew provided. We have been purchasing new cars for the past 35 years and without question, this recent experience was our most positive. We normally purchase a car after much preparation and just two or three visits to dealerships but in this case, we visited this particular showroom at least five times before ordering the car. Drew was extremely patient during our deliberations, never pressuring us to make a quick decision, which had been more typical of many of our prior experiences at other dealerships. He also seemed genuinely interested in making sure that we made a thoughtful and well-informed decision. I was also impressed with the way that the price of the car was negotiated between the sales manager and us, quickly and efficiently. Finally, Drew was very thorough when he explained the numerous features of the car. He stayed with us very late even though we knew that he was supposed to leave one hour earlier. He even offered to come to our home as needed to review any of the features. Again, we never felt pressured but rather felt that we were his major concern. We highly recommend Audi Westmont and Drew Malone.

They admitted to the mistake, but told me too bad and they would not pay me the $590 owed. I purchased a $93k automobile. This is the worst service ever. DO NOT SHOP HERE. We were looking for a certified pre-owned Audie Q5. Of the 4 possibilities available at Audi Westmont, we were able to buy the perfect one for our tastes. Our sales person was Juan Andino who we learned has been with Audi Westmont for eleven years. Juan is very personable and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions, was not in a hurry, and we felt he cared that we get the right vehicle for our needs. We had not planned on trading our 2006 Murano because other dealers had given us such poor trade-in value but Tim Trosclair appraised it and gave us a very fair value which gave us significant sales tax advantage as well. Jason Bulthuis, Finance Manager, handled the paperwork details very professionally and cordially. All in all this perhaps the most satisfying experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We highly recommend these people and Audi Westmont. We live near Champaign in east central Illinois. It's a two and a half hour drive from our home to Westmont. This was our first visit to Audi Westmont and I'm sure it won't be our last.

I recently found a 2011 Audi TT that I was interested in at Audi of Westmont on Cars.com. I used the online form from the listing to ask a few questions about the car and got a prompt response from Ed Riedmaier. Ed was extremely helpful answering all of my questions by email or phone. After a couple of weeks talking back and forth we reached an agreement on price and I flew up from Alabama to pick up my new to me TT. The whole experience at the dealership was efficient and professional. They had all of the paperwork done and me on the road in about two hours.

I recently purchased a 2007 Audi S6 from Audi of Westmont. The overall experience was really great! I worked primarily with Ed Riedmaier and his trusty side kick Drew. They were both very knowledgeable and aimed at providing complete and positive service in the sales experience. My hat off to Ed for his patience with me and professionalism. I tend to be extremely particular and my car buying takes between 6 and 12 months. I first test drove an S6 6 months ago and determined that this would be a good car for me, then took 5 months to figure what options I wanted on it and wait for another to come available. Ed was subtly available to answer my questions and keep me in the knowledge of what I wanted but he never felt pushy or intrusive. He simply was pacient and helped manage my buying process. I would be happy to work with Ed or Drew in the future and i think that their attitudes are most likely representative of the general professional and positive buying experience of this Audi dealer.

The transaction was very smooth and there were no problems or complication. The price was great too, no dealer in the Chicago area could match the price. When we had to wait for the registration to be completed, we were offered complimentery lunch at a nearby restaurant.Even though it was a busy Saturday, Ed took the time to show us every detail of our new car. I just wanted to take a brief moment to write this review because it is very hard to find good customer service. My wife and I walked into your dealership not knowing what type of vehicle we wanted. Your salesmen John Tinault approached us and asked if we needed any help, at first I was very hesitant to say yes because he looks so young and I figured he did not have any experience but I was wrong. Every question we had he knew the answer. We told him what our budget was and he never tried to to sell us something that we could not afford. I have two kids which will both be driving in the next few years, and I can guarantee that I will contact John when the time comes to purchase them vehicles. My boyfriend and I were interested in a CPO S5 we found online. We called in to inquire about it and were introduced to Drew. After answering a few questions we decided to come in and take a look. Drew was great to work with, knowledgable and professional. The car was amazing so we had figure out a way to buy it. The price on the car was very reasonable, no need to haggle much there, but we needed a good deal on our trade for the deal to make sense. We spent about 15 to 20 minutes total negotiating with the sales manager via Drew and ultimately got a good deal on a car we love. We happened to come at a fairly busy time and had to wait 30 to 45 minutes to see the finance manager once the deal was hammered out, but once we sat down with him that process went quickly and smoothly as well. Drew has followed up with us a couple of times to make sure everything is well and to see if we have come up with any questions - a first for us. The car was perfect, staff was great, and we left happy.

I just moved in the Chicago area and was in the market for a new car for my commute to and from work. Over the past couple of weeks, I had looked at a number of cars (and dealers) in the area - BMW, Mercedes, etc. but I didn't like the cars or the attention I had received from the salespersons during my visits. I liked Audis too so late one evening, I walked in to Laurel Audi of Westmont after reviewing their inventory online. I was promptly greeted by Drew Malone who was very patient in showing me the A6 and A7 vehicles. However, I was not too thrilled by those until my eye fell on the Q7. The dealership was about to close for the day, but Drew was very patient and arranged a test drive for me. I loved the car - and Drew was very knowledgeable and a car enthusiast. He did not give me the standard car salesman BS and never forced me to make any decisions.I was so impressed by the service I had received at Laurel Audi and specifically Drew Malone, that I decided to lease the car the next day. I picked up the car later that week and Drew had it ready all spic-and-span in their green room. He went through the entire car setup, features, voice training, everything from front to back over the course of an hour or more - I was thoroughly impressed! He stayed way past closing time and was very patient. Over the next few days, Drew reached out to me via email and telephone and made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and if I had any questions/concerns with the vehicle of the service I had received. Most salespersons would tend to forget about you once you have completed the sale, but Drew is not like that - this is very refreshing!If you are in the market for a new or used car, go to Laurel Audi and demand for Drew Malone - he is really not the typical car salesman you come across elsewhere, he knows his stuff, and you wouldn't be disappointed at all! Also, I am loving the Q7.

I was searching for an A6 when I strolled into the dealership and I was promptly greeted by Drew Malone who was a young, but extremely friendly salesman who also knew the product very well. He was very helpful throughout the entire sales process and really made me feel comfortable when I decided the purchase the preowned A6 4.2. He was very honest about the price and was able to relate with the customer better than any other salesman I have ever dealt with. Drew also has phenomenal post purchase followup and even offered to come to my house or place of business if I did not have time to stop by the dealership with questions about the navigation system and other parts of the car. I am very happy with my purchase, and I plan on working with Drew when I purchase my next Audi in the future. We bought a 2012 A5 convertible at Laurel Audi-Westmont after looking at similar other makes. We found the salesperson, John Tinault, and the dealership to be very professional and willing to spend the time needed to answer all our questions. Negotiations went very smoothly, using cost plus a margin to reach a very good price. John then spent all the time it took to go through the things to know about the car before we left.John has followed up to see if there are any questions and has been very helpful. The A5 is a fantastic fun and road car. Great ride and good mileage.

The service at Laurel Audi of Westmont was excellent. Lexi Delmonaco was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful without being over-bearing or making me feel pressured to buy. The selection of vehicles was the best of any dealership that I had found, and the price I paid for my vehicle was very, very reasonable as compared with other dealerships. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to people, and, even though it is a bit farther from where I live, I will certainly be bringing my car here if I ever need service.

Found the dealership through the Audi website when looking for certified pre-owned vehicles. Identified some vehicles I was interested in and requested more information. Received email and phone follow up from the salesperson. Even though I was from outside of his general sales area, he was happy to spend time answering my questions. We got close enough to make it worth my while to drive to the dealership. He spent all day with me, showed me a number of vehicles, showed excellent knowledge of the vehicles and competition. Was fair if not overly generous on negotiation the price, but I think it was very competitive to begin with. Was able to secure financing and complete the sale all in one day. The sales manager was friendly, competent, and helpful in walking us through the paperwork.

From the moment we set foot on the parking lot here, we felt comfortable. Arriving at 630pm on a Monday with a baby isn't a great setup, but Ed took us serious. We went on an hour test drive allowing both my wife and myself chances to drive. They also let us instal the child seat in the back of the car which made for a very complete test drive experience. I liked the way Ed and the rest of the crew talked to us like real people even though we were looking at an used car and not spending 60k that night. Ed even gave us a quick crash course on the car, car fax, and paperwork and even installed the license plates himself since all the porters had left. Not bad have stayed on a Monday night until 10pm!! Ed has been in contact after the purchase too. He was able to get in contact with the car's previous owners and get information about a phone adapter as well as produce the valet key that was missing. This was a great change of pace from other dealers I have dealt with. Even another Audi dealership told me to pick up my car in 24 hours or face storage fees when I had it in for service. Westmont seemed like a breath of fresh air after dealing with that with my other car. Sum up in one phrase...very painless! Thanks guys

As soon as I stepped foot in the door of Audi Westmont I was approached and guided to where I needed to be. Then as they paged Mitch they offered me a beverage. After waiting about a minute another employee asked who I was waiting on and paged once more. I was so impressed by the attention I received. Mitch was thorough in explaining every detail without being the least bit pushy. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Audi Westmont is truly a class operation that I would recommend to anyone shopping for a car.

First of all Q7 is amazing, we were on look out for a q7 n we were greeted by Drew. He is very experienced for a young salesperson. I don't think anybody has experienced any salesperson who comes to you house to help you out, I have never seen or heard anything like that. Mostly everybody is trying to just sell off a car, but drew helped us out throughout the process on his day off too. Q7 is a huge vehicle and he gave us a very through info about the Q7. He was with us until 9:30 still happy to answer any question n helping us out. He is in contact even after hours, on his day off too. He is very very patient and always trying to make the process very comfortable . He is not those chatty kind of salesperson, but straight n gives you all the facts, he has a great follow up Even AFTER purchase. If you are on a lookout for an Audi I will recommend you see DREW Malone at westmont.

Bought my Audi Q5 at Laurel Audi of Westmont having moved from abroad to Chicago. Haven't thus been at the dealer before but definitively made the right choice. Edward Riedmaier and Dan Yusko really made this a great experience for me. Finding it hard to schedule an appointment to pick up the car during working hours Ed has gone a long way and stayed with me until 9pm to making sure I get a proper introduction to the car and its features before riding it home. A great relive saving hours of going through the manuals. This was really a great service!...and the beautiful showroom is a must see by its own.

I started off my search with a pre-owned Audi R8 V8 that I had saw on auto trader. I was greeted by Drew as I was looking at the R8. The first thing I noticed about him was that he was honest and didn't give me any fluff that I normally receive when shopping for a car. Next, I noticed that he was a huge car enthusiast and really stood behind the Audi brand which went a long way for me since I was coming from a Porsche. After a brief chat, we decided on a figure and set a time for delivery. Due to circumstances, I was unable to make it to the appointment but Drew was very patient and maintained contact even after work hours (in a non annoying way). He gave me time to re-think the purchase, size up my options, and ultimately pull the trigger on a new Audi R8 V10 (upgrade from the V8).It was because of Drew's consistency, honesty, and passion for Audi automobiles that brought me back to Audi of Westmont instead of purchasing a car from a different Audi dealer. First of all, let me just say... Drew is the best car salesman EVER!!! Seriously, he is not just in the business for selling cars, but he is a TRUE car enthusiast and not only knows the Audi brand well, but also other brand offerings, just the same. He asks key questions and listens carefully to what your needs are then works his hardest to meet them! Even when complications arose to sour the deal, he always maintained a positive and sincere attitude, and pushed through the negativity to ensure a positive outcome. Examples of his dedication were maintaining contact with me on his off days, and staying hours after the dealership closed to make sure that I understood all the nuances of my S5 (great car!). He also followed up with me on several occasions after the purchase to make sure that I was still happy with my decision and to see if there was anything else he could do to make my experience better. In all the numerous experiences I've had with car and motorcycle dealerships, in various states... Drew is the BEST... hands down!

Worked with Drew, he's younger and eager to work with the customer and listen to the needs of the customer. His ambition and excitiment is what a good sales man needs to have. In the beginning I couldnt find the right car as well as the right sales man but this dealership has both cars and sales men for every type of person. The general manager is very nice but tried to pull a typical sales move of trying to acquire more money once terms were signed claiming that my age had to do with my credit but I held my ground and told him simply that I'm in sales as well and yes I'm young and that I have no money left also I mentioned since you already ran my credit and terms were agreed that his argument didnt make sense. I myself being in sales though understood he was just trying to get more money upfront and that's what a good sales man will do. The entire time the general manager was professional about the issue and in the end everything worked out. I would recommend this dealership as well as Drew Malone for your next Audi. Enjoy the ride!

After shopping around to various dealerships in the Chicago area (Audi Exchange, Fletcher Jones, Continental, and Schaumburg Audi) I was very pleased to meet Mitch Massaro and Dan Yusko at Laurel Audi. They listened to my needs and helped me get the best deal possible on my Q5 3.2 All the other dealership seemed to give me really rude attitudes because they did not have the car. Mitch took the time to show me the vehicle properly and go over all the exciting features that it has. I would totally reccomend Mitch Massaro and Laurel Audi if you are looking to be treated with respect and integrity. I will be coming here from now on to get all my Audi vehicles. These people sold me a car that was damaged. I actually specifically asked them about any underlying body work prior to purchase and they assured me that none had been done. I received the car with clear evidence of poor quality body work and a broken MMI. The dealer here in TX said they would not have certified my car. Laurel Audi refuses to answer any emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

If honesty would be an option for a rating, on a scale of 1-5, 5 being highest, I'd go with a -1. I needed a car and the deal seemed to good to be true and one day after driving the car I purchased, my questions came back with the truth vs. their lies. The dealership sent a "friendly" email to follow up with me and to see if I had any questions, I replied with my concerns and have yet to hear from them. They fit the stereotypes of all car sales and make them come true. I sell for a living and am appalled that they sell the way they sell - it's not about service and matching the consumer with the right fit for their needs. For them it's about dumping what they can as quickly as possible. The experience is gross to think about.

This was the first dealership I worked with and they had a great price on a base A6. When I arrived to test drive the first thing I noticed was the SMELL. Brian had to go to Jason, so I opened my laptop and started working, and when he came back he tried to sell me on the "value".....it didn't work. I then met Ozzie the GM who told me to "buy the car", I let him know I thought the price was out of line, and he was pleasant but said it was the right price. Brian went back to Jason again and said there were a "couple of hundred dollars" they could discount, but that was it. I left and asked him to call if the price came down.He politely kept in touch, and about 3 weeks later the car was priced under 24K, but when I got back to him the next day it was sold (and that was fine by me).Decent guys, but I will not return for service (very small waiting area, and Continental Audi has a much nicer shop), and would not buy a car here either. Do not go to this dealership for service! I took my 2007 Audi A4 in for the 35k mile maintenance with the service package I purchased, but they still missed items that I told them about. I even paid for a tire rotation which they failed to do. (I have proof of this due to a marked tire that was in the same place as before giving them my car.) There was also a belt noise when the care was in idle that was not taken care of which should have been included in the maintenance package or atleast the manufacturers warranty but again they did not fix. When I called to try and rectify the situation, Gail insisted that the tech rotated the tires and that they didn't hear anything when the car was in idle. It even took 5 hours to hear back from them after leaving a vm, what kind of customer service is that?

This dealer sold me a Certified Pre-owned 2008 vehicle and it was not actually certified. Audi of America will not authorize the certification and they say they cannot do anything for me. I have owned 5 Audi's since the year 2000 and I bought three of them from Laurel Audi. Nice way to treat your loyal customers. As of 2/2009 I am in the process of filing a lawsuit and a major TV channel in Chicago is investigating for me. DON'T TRUST THEM or Audi of America. You have been warned!

This vehicle was sold to me with one key only - not even an emergency door key. I was told by the Sales Manager that the previous owner had been contacted and was bringing the second key to the dealer. The key would then be sent to me. This has not happened despite repeated assurances that something could be worked out from both the sales mgr as well as the salesman who sold me the car. I have called every week this year to find out the status only to be directed to voicemail. Neither gentleman has returned any of my calls.This is my first experience with an Audi. This vehicle appeared to be priced fairly and was cleaned up nicely, however, it turns out on top of only having one key, it also has an oil leak and 4 tires in various stages of dry rot. I currently own a BMW Z4 (the A4 is for winter driving) and have owned a Lexus. I have never experienced such inadequate follow-up by a car dealer. I have been reading various online discussion boards and most of them express disappointment with Laurel Audi of Westmont. I would love to share a positive Laurel story but as of now, I have nothing positive to say.

I scheduled for an oil change online. When i came into the service garage it took 5-10 minutes for someone to greet and assist us. When I came in another customer came behind, an older gentleman in a newer Audi. Finally the service manager Ed Skibinski helped me. He informed me of all the previous work that had been done to my car by the previous owner, but that was the only good that came of it. They had told me it would take 30-45 minutes. I was shown into the waiting room and not to long after I was given new by an ad visor that my car would need some work to be done. He then told me the price as If I were unable to afford it and walked away. In total time I waited 1hr and a half. It was not untill i decided this was taking to long and I was going to check on my car, I saw my car sitting outside and talked to the cashier and I was told she had no paperwork. I walked into the service garage and my advisor had told me my car was done and the paper work was also done. After talking with the cashier again there was no actual paperwork and they could also not re-print any of it. I had paid for the services and headed home and a few minutes after I had gotten home I got a call from their service desk that I was apparently a "no show" and asked if I wanted to reschedule. This was an overall terrible experience.
