My experience with Kiley was great.. it didn’t take long to get me approved. He had the car washed and put fuel in it. He was very straight forward and to the point with me about what was needed to start the process. I loved that he asked for my opinion and gave me a choice. He was very thorough and had things ready by the time I came to sign the paper work! I told him I will be back and I will send some friends his way. Thank you Kiley for helping reduce my stress level. Now I need one more car; I’ll see you soon!

had a great experience. found the car i wanted online. went by and car was super clean. looked better in person than even the pictures online. JT was great and they got me out of there in under 2 hours from arrival to driving it off the lot. very professional

I'm writing this on behalf of my fiance. You all are only getting any stars because of Xavier (he's awesome). My fiance purchased an SUV from them approximately 2+ weeks ago. They agreed to allow him to make a split payment because it was $5000. He paid almost half the same day. He was asked to go back a week later and sign a new contract because they left some fees off the first contract, red flag #1. As they are going through the new contract he notices that they added $375 to his down payment. She states that is for them to register the vehicle, red flag #2. How do you forget the registration fee. Also his monthly payments went up. The biggest issue is they want to charge him $375 (with the down payment) for registration when his contract includes $199 registration fee and money for the taxes. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE AUTO GALLERY.

Terrible service. I have automatic payment. And today 3/14/16 has been the 8th time in 2 years that they have NOT taken a payment out of my bank account. My credit score has dropped almost 100 points since i have been paying on my truck. Do not buy a vehicle from there.

A friend of mine bought a car from them . He said what a mistake this was . No sooner did he purchase the vehicle with no warranty . He had major engine leaks . oil leaks all over the drive way . He tried taking it back to them to fix it or cancell the contract . But they wouldn't do it .

Mike did a great job to start the buying process. A lot of shady business practices took place throughout the day. It turned into a waste of a day without a car because of poor communication. There was a price in place for a car and another salesperson called another couple into the location willing to pay more so they sold it to them while I had an offer in place. I would highly recommend using other dealers.
