Bought a used (8 years old) car that looked Ok during the quick inspection. The price was not low at all, just normal market amount. After a few months later the pleasant 'new car smell' disappeared and the interior started to smell like urine. I guess they applied something to hide it so they could sell the car. Then I noticed the constant oil leak - paddle on my garage floor and the need to top off the oil every month. Later I found out that both turbos where damaged and could have failed any moment, the repair cost would be almost the same as the entire car value. I don't even mention such trivia as misshaped wheels that caused constant shaking while driving and the need to pump air every day. Air conditioner stopped working after a few months. Eventually I had to get rid of it and get a normal car - the trade in value was just enough to cover recycling costs.

Purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer from Auto Star and worked with Vitaly (who is amazing by the way) he stayed open late for us on one of the nicest Fridays and let us test drive vehicles even after hours. He went over all the paperwork with us and opened on Saturday so we could come pick it up. Vitaly was very honest and has great customer service. He did not try to hassle us or screw us out of any money. His prices are very competitive and I am obsessed with my new car. We drove about an hour one way to work with Auto Star and would do it again. 10/10 for Auto Star and Vitaly.

I have purchased many vehicles from private parties and dealerships in my 53 years and would like to say this is a very well run business. Honest, polite and friendly. The service and attention I received from the mechanics right up to the owner was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Very rude salesperson. I would never recommend this dealer. I felt very insulted. They don't treat you like a customer. Worst experience i ever had.
