I recently had to purchase a car on my own for the first time and I was dreading the process. I had heard commercials on the radio advertising Auto Lenders and I also had a few friends suggest that I go there to look for a vehicle. Auto Lenders sales associate Bill Shoemaker helped me find just the right car. Bill was so helpful and low key and there was no pressure. The whole process was so easy and stress free that I went back to Auto Lenders a few months later and had Bill sell me another car for my daughter. My daughter and I are very happy with our Auto Lenders purchases and we both highly recommend Bill Shoemaker to assist you with your selection and purchase of your next car.

Salesman David Beaton was friendly, knowledgeable, and made my car buying experience surprisingly pleasant. There was no pressure, and it only took 2 hours between walking in the door and driving off with my new car, and that includes arranging insurance and financing! We found a vehicle that we were interested in on Auto Lenders online, but it was far from our home. Not a problem, Auto Lenders had the vehicle driven to their Toms River site the next morning. We went to Auto Lenders to look at the vehicle and met David Beaton, sales and leasing consultant. Dave was very accommodating and was not pushy. He answered all of our questions and got us the best deal on the vehicle we wanted. We were given the car fax for the vehicle as well. We learned they also warranty the engines in the cars they sell for life!! (as long as you see them every 4 months for them to inspect the engine). We feel that he went above and beyond to make a deal we were happy with. The next day I emailed Dave and asked if he would do me a favor. I had a sticker on my trade in that I wanted him to take a picture of so I could get the same sticker for my new car. With in a few hours I received the picture. I would definitely deal with them again. I highly recommend Auto Lenders and if you go to the Toms River site ask for David Beaton, you won't be sorry.

This was our first visit to Auto Lenders. Our salesman, Jay [Perez], was courteous and knowledgeable. He didn't "haunt" us when we took several vehicles for test drives, but he was available to answer any questions, and there was no pressure to buy. When we did select a vehicle, the purchase went smoothly. Just an aside, there was a small blemish in the paint on the trunk, their service department took care of the matter quickly.

Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had! Amazing customer service! The salesmen were super friendly and down to earth. Not your typical "Shark" car salesmen. Auto Lenders had a great variety of cars on location. In addition, if there was a car I saw online that I was interested in, but was at another location, the salesman transferred the car to my preferred location to test drive. I had completed my research on the Internet and had talked to my local mechanic to get his input about Auto Lenders in Toms River. When I visited the showroom, David Beaton greeted me and we talked about my needs. When he looked at the inventory he found they had already sold the vehicle I was interested to buy (Honda Pilot). David was able to locate another one at their Lakewood branch and I was able to drive it back to TR that very day. I took it to my mechanic who test drove it and recommended a couple of maintenance repairs. They agreed to the repairs and we settled on my trade-in. While I did not expect it, we signed off on the paperwork that same day and I drove home a satisfied customer of Auto Lenders. A week later all the repairs were completed and I have not had any problems with my 2011 Honda Pilot.

I had some already pre-determined specifics with me when I entered Auto Lenders and happily my salesman David Beaton understood I wasn't there to haggle. I needed a vehicle that would allow me to tow a boat but I was staying away from a full size pickup truck for economic and ergonomic reasons. I also had a cap on the size of the monthly payment I was budgeting for this purchase since I already have 1 new car payment in progress. We had spent some time with other SUV type vehicles and finally ended up with a Jeep Liberty which I am really happy with. Its comfortable to drive and it can easily tow a boat and the price was just where I wanted it to be. Overall a satisfying experience and I will be going back to Auto Lender for my next vehicle purchase.

I really enjoyed the no nonsense approach to car buying. No back and forth, I have to check with my sales manager stuff. The price is as listed, and the salesman works to fit you into the vehicle you want. No t your typical sales people because they get paid anyway, which clearly presents itself in their approach. When I first found the car I was looking for, a mercedes c300, on the autolenders website it was in Voorhees nj. i'm located in toms river nj, so i called late one evening to inquire about the vehicle possibly being brought up to test drive, they said it was no problem at all, the very next day it was in toms river for me to take for a ride, i fell in love with the car, and also with auto lenders... the sales guy Michael Fantozzi was a pleasure to deal with, and totally related how a 'normal' car buying experience is stressful and pressured, i did not experience any of that at autolenders, I had nothing but a great experience, everyone was friendly laid back, and it felt like I was just dealing with a regular person, not a high pressure sale. Mike was able to explain all the features of the car to me and really gave me time to look it over take it for a drive and check it entirely out. After I decided it was definitely the car for me and i wanted to take it, he talked to his general sales manager Chastin Savage, and got me a great simple car loan at an amazing rate, Chastin even came out to shake my hand and look me in the eye to thank me for choosing autolenders (not the typical guy behind the scenes at other car dealers). Once all the paperwork was complete I grabbed a cup of coffee and sat down with the Finance manager Jesse Vukas and he went over every detail of the finance agreement with me making sure I knew what I was signing, it was really a great overall experience and I would recommend anyone in the market for a car to check out autolenders first, and make sure you look up mike fantozzi, he was a great guy to deal with!

Had Anthony Cipriano as my sales person at the Lakewood location, easy to work with, great overall experience. We needed to be at a certain price and they made it happen with our trade in, etc. Was not pushy at all, and I would recommend to anyone to use Auto Lenders. Only issue that we realized the next day when driving through snowy weather was that the car was out of windshield washer fluid. While obviously not a big deal or expense, you would think they would have checked this before selling the car. But overall thats not a big deal and had little to do with the whole experience. We will be back.

I would and continue to recommend Auto Lenders especially Toms River to all my family, friends and strangers! Eric Buser was my salesman and he was by far enjoyable to work with. Made the process not only easy but fun as well! Kept me laughing and processed everything the way I wanted it and what I appreciated the most he worked the deal to my best benefit. If the numbers didn't look right, he was upfront and honest about the entire process. I also had the pleasure of meeting Brian D'zio, Finance Manager, who also was a pleasure and explained everything to me simply enough for me to understand. I didn't feel taken advantage of like I did at a previous dealership. I also had the pleasure of meeting Lou Deservio, General Manager and Chastin Savage, desk manager. They all were warm and fun to work with keeping me laughing the entire time. The other salesmen were also very helpful as I walked by made sure I had a chair to sit in, or help at all times. I love this dealership, specifically Toms River location, but the company itself is a joy and comforting to buy such an important investment. I've also had oil changes and service done here in the past and never an issue! Plus what you see is what you get! No price haggling. Love that!

In May, 2014 was my first purchase with Auto Lenders. I purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot. And I consider myself very lucky to have Jesse as my salesman. Jesse did a Phenomenal job helping me through the process, explaining details on the Pilot and going through all the paper work for this vehicle. Jesse also managed to get the car payment to fit my budget amount. I have contacted Jesse a few times since then with questions and he has always answered my questions quickly and treated me as if I was a good friend he has known for years. Through it all Jesse has been a true professional, and very courteous. I would definitely recommend Jesse to a relative or friend. I was also impressed with the service department. My brakes squeaked shortly after my purchase. The service department was very professional and paid for a loner car for one day just so I can get to work that day. Since they would need my car for a few hours. And the repair was fixed with no charge since I brought in back in the allotted time frame if anything went wrong. And when they told me if anything goes wrong with it big or small during that time frame they will fix it, Auto Lenders meant it. When I purchase another car Auto Lenders will be first on my list

A little over six years ago, I bought a car from AutoLenders. The car I wanted was at another store. They were more than happy to bring it to Toms River so I could take it for a test drive. 6+ years and 162,000 miles later, it was time to update my wheels. I found the car I wanted online and, again, it was at another store. Again, they brought it to Toms River for me. I was already pretty sure I wanted it, so I did the loan application online. When I showed up at the dealership, the car was ready for me to take it out. I showed up at 4:15 PM and drove away at 5:30 in my new car - including transferring all the stuff from my old car. David Beaton was my sales rep. He really made the purchasing experience simple. He even helped me remove the Sirius Radio antenna from my old car - including snaking the wire out from the back of the car to the dashboard. When I'm ready to buy another car, I'll look at AutoLenders first, and will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

"Can't go wrong!" Easy and painless buying experience. We did our homework online, picked a price range we were comfortable with and went to the lot. Greeted by a salesman (Matt) but he wasn't pushy. Gave us our space, was there to answer any of our questions and provided keys for test drives on 3 vehicles. Went home to talk about our choice and came back in a few days to make our purchase. I have been in the market for a new car for a few weeks and came across a nice 2012 Ford Fusion SEL in One of Autolenders southern dealers. I requested some info on it and the offered to move the car to Toms River for me to look at it no questions asked. I went over the car with our salesman Jesse Vukas and my wife and I have never had a more pleasant and stress free buying experience. We took for a test drive with freedom to take wherever we wanted to have it looked at whether a friend or mechanic and throughout the buying experience there was no pressure at all. I had a budget in mind and he did everything he could to keep the car within my budget. This is my second car I have purchased from autolenders and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I recommend anyone looking for a good used car with low mileage to go to autolenders and if you want a stress free buying experience I would strongly recommmend talking to Jesse. I am sure the rest of the salesman are the same but I have only worked with Jesse and would do it again if I was looking for another car.

This is the third time we had purchased a pre-owned car from AutoLenders. No hassles and a pleasant experience each time. David was great; he made the decision making process very easy without the stress that goes along with buying any big tag item. The hardest part was choosing a car that my wife and I would both agree on. The lot is filed with all makes and models of clean cars, trucks and SUVs with low mileage which makes one stop shopping the best way to find a quality used car. We were in the market for an SUV to replace our aging Jeep Grand Cherokee. We purchased a RAV4 which originally wasnt on my preferred list, mainly because I thought it was too small. However I was quite amazed to see the amount of room there was inside and much to my surprise this RAV4 included third row seating. I highly recommend AutoLenders for anyone looking to purchase a good clean pre-owned low mileage car at a sensible price. I am very satisfied with our purchase and have in the past recommended AutoLenders to my family and colleagues and will continue to do so.

David is a wonderful salesman! He didn't have the Jeep with the specs i wanted on the lot, but within a couple of days he was able to bring in one from his other locations.It was exactly what i wanted!!! David listened to my needs and wants. He also made suggestions about the best way to finance my new car. He put no pressure on me, he looked out out for me too. Then I went into the finance dept, sat down with Jason and signed the paperwork. David had explained to me in detail the charges etc. and as I signed the paperwork Jason did so as well. I felt very at ease with the whole buying experience! I have brought a few cars in the past and always had butterflies in my stomach!! After I had the car for a couple of weeks I noticed a crack in the rubber under the front grill. Dana and John in the service dept checked it out. It was decided that more than likely someone before me tried a quick fix and glued the pieces together. Dana and John were honest about what they believed happened and got it replaced the right way. I truly appreciate their great work ethic!!!! AutoLenders is awesome!!! Quality clean cars, highly knowledgable sales staff and a service staff with high standards!!!!!

It is difficult to articulate the quality of service I received from the entire Auto Lenders team. I had been searching for this particular vehicle for several months and to this point had visited COUNTLESS dealerships throughout NJ. It was not until I was able to connect with Dave at the Toms River location that I received the level of service one would expect when purchasing a new vehicle. Dave listened to my story, and didn't make me feel like my requests were unreasonable in any way. He made me feel as though he was as equally invested in finding me the "right car" as I was. Everyone was straight forward and unlike EVERY other dealership I visited, I didn't feel pressured nor did I feel as though I was being "raked over the coals". Despite working with multiple clients at once, I never felt as though I wasn't being attended to. The entire process was seamless and took approximately 2.5hrs from test drive to driving home. My husband and I were looking for a newer SUV/Crossover to replace our older Pickup and Explorer. After countless hours of research on safety and cargo room we decided on a 2010 Mazda CX9. I visited the Toms River store and met Michael Fantozzi and so began my experience with Autolenders I test drove a few vehicles including 2 different models; even though the cargo room was not up to my standards the safety ratings were quite decent. That evening I accompanied my husband to the dealership and he test drove the mazda CX9 AWD and was pleased with the vehicle so we decided to see what the offer would be on our trade and the overall price of the vehicle, At first the deal did not meet our mutual decision and having plenty of time to look for other SUV's we went home and began a new search. The next day I received a phone call from Autolenders corporate office in Voorhees about my needs and was told they had another vehicle with 10,000 less mileage more options and at the same price. I told my husband about the vehicle and decided to test drive that vehicle which we ultimately purchased. I recently purchased a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe from Auto Lenders in Toms River. This has got to stand out as one of my best car buying experiences and a shining example of customer service at its best. I initially didnt have a specific vehicle in mind, other than the fact that it had to be an SUV with a good carrying capacity without being too large. I was open to different makes and models. My salesperson was Jay Perez. I felt like Jay was there to help me through the entire process car-buying process, not just sell me a car. From beginning to end, he treated me in a personalized, comfortable manner. He was extremely accommodating, answering all my questions and staying in touch throughout the entire process. I was able to test drive four different vehicles (some of them twice). Two vehicles (including the Santa Fe) had to be brought in from other locations. Jay showed more patience with me than I think I would have shown with myself. The entire staff at Auto Lenders was fantastic, from Jay and Lou the General Manager, to the folks who processed all the paperwork and financials. Originally, Auto Lenders was praised by our son, so when we decided to buy a used car, we went online. Afer givng information re: what we were looking for and contact info, Dave Beaton frm auto Lenders in Toms River called us. I must say, he had the patience of a saint and persistance as well. It took over two months before we actually go tothe dealership for a vairety of reasons, but he kept in touch weekly so when we finally go out to do it, we went there first. Never got anywhere else. The inventory was extensive, and we had a chance to compare makes and models on site. Dave was helpful in suggesting comparable makes and models that might fit the bill. Amusingly we ended up with a Ford Fusion after initially expressing interest in a Hyundai or a Jetta. Jay Perez was very helpful to me and my husband when we showed up looking for a used car. I really wanted an SUV, so Jay helped us by showing me used SUV's that fit my criteria. I drove several before I settled on one. When we started the credit process and I couldn't get the car I wanted, Jay convinced me to try an older model which I was adamantly against. But he insisted I drive it, and now I am so glad that I got this one instead of the other one! The salesman and managers I dealt with (and the service dept. since) have all been very friendly and courteous. They offered us Coffee and even offered to buy us pizza as it was dinner time :)

Overall I would rate the Toms River Auto Lenders head and shoulders above the rest of the car dealers I have ever dealt with. They were professional, compassionate, and they were not pressuring. While looking around at different vehicles, Bryan provided me with all the information needed which made very easy to buy. I was just trying to get info on a used Ford Flex. Turned out Auto Lenders had one. Went in to see it, not intending to buy one. The price and quality of the car were excellent, I could not let it go. So I bought it. Very happy with the car and Auto Lenders service. The remote start would not work. Took a while for them to find the broken wire, but they were diligent and found it.

Prices aren't marked up that much over retail so you know the dealership isn't getting over on you with prices. Would recommend anyone

My parents have gotten their past three cars from Auto lenders of toms river so naturally when it was time to replace my totaled car they searched Auto lenders inventory. We found a car I was interested in test driving however it was in Lakewood. Within minutes after submitting our request to have it set up in Toms river I received a phone call saying it wouldn't be a problem they will have it ready for me at my location of choice n desired time and day! When time came it was already being heated up running for my test drive! The guys there are so nice and don't put any pressure on you. I purchased a new Jeep Liberty from Westbury Jeep about 8 months ago. It is my second purchase, the first being a Grand Cherokee. I have purchased many vehicles from other dealerships including Mercedes and BMW. After shopping and purchasing a car at Auto Lenders last week I will never feel that way again. Whenever I am in the market for a used vehicle I will first turn to Auto Lenders. There is no haggling. The sales people are extremely friendly and helpful. There are no packs of vultures waiting to pounce on you as soon as you pull into their lot. My salesman, Jason Jason Scudieri was extremely helpful. He helped me find a car and made the whole process painless. He and the rest of the staff answered all my questions. I drove off the lot with my new used car that same day. I forgot to take my plates off of my trade in and Jason was kind enough to take them off and put them aside for me along with a few personal belongings that I left in the car. The finance manager Dave was also very helpful. All in all it was a very positive experience and I will recommend them to all my friends.

I stopped at Auto Lenders in Toms River on Monday night inquiring about a car we saw online as my car was totalled due to Sandy. I spoke with Jesse Vukas & explained that I was interested in a certain vehicle that the website said was at the TR location. I also told him that my husband was recuperating from a heart procedure & could only come to the Dealership if we were serious about purchasing a car. He located the car at another location, brought it to TR by 11:30am Tuesday and called to tell me it was in TR. We went to look & test drive it. We purchased the 2012 Nissan Maxima. I left my husband in Jesse's care as he said they would drive him home if necessary. Everything was completed within a couple of hours & my husband took the car home. No muss, no fuss, no pressure, no negotiating games and most importantly, my husband did not get stressed out. A very positive experience & Jesse did everything he could to make the process easier on us.

Not happy with auto lenders at all. Purchased a used Dodge Journey from them less than a year ago and it has had to go back to them for repairs sevral times for the same things. Needed brakes twice since we got the car and both times i was told that it needed rotors and had to argue with the service manager about the warantee. About a month ago it started making a noise when you would turn the wheel to the right. I was told that the serpentine belt needed to be replaced and the noise would go away. I PAID them to replace the serpentine belt and the noise remains. Now to make it worse I just brought the car to firestone for an oil change (because Auto Lenders is closed on saturday, my only day off) and they told me that the serpentine belt was not only installed improperly but its not even the right belt and was routed around the wrong way. The belt is fraying and is ready to break at any moment. My wife is the primary driver of the car and it upsets me that her and my young children could have been stranded somewhere because of this shotty workmanship. My wife works full time and we cant keep taking the time to keep bringing this car back to be fixed. The last time they didnt want to give me a loaner car while they fixed their bad repair and when they did they made it very difficult with tons of paperwork. I have learned one thing in all of this. Dont buy a used vehicle from Auto Lenders because if you have a problem with the vehicle their incompetant staff will fail miserably.

I just purchased a used Jeep Liberty for my daughter from Auto Lenders in Toms River, NJ. This was the first time I had ever been there. I was very impressed and delighted with the courteous service from my salesman, Eric Buser. He was knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. Dave, in finance, was also great to deal with as well. Well, 4/13 had a great, crazy easy, experience working with Eric on both trading in our existing vehicle & purchasing a beautiful replacement vehicle (Nissan Armada) that they brought up to Toms River for me from Voorhees. However, note that I could not answer the repair portion, because we found a strange noise going on in the engine and the truck had to be immediately scheduled for repair on the date of puchase...not cool. Truck has been to Pine Belt Nissan (still under factory warranty) had a part replaced,returned to AutoLenders, John at Auto Lenders STILL noticed a noise & sent it BACK to Pine Belt! Pine Belt replaced ANOTHER part. But this time Pine Belt noticed that there was still a noise WHICH they are STILL researching at Nissan. HOWEVER, Eric was aware when we scheduled for the truck to be repaired, and ensured we had a pretty darn cool loaner! Always has a smile, very accessible & definitely jumped through some hoops for us on the puchase! Let's see how our repairs go now...it's been 3 days (in fairness to AL, that's on Pine Belt, though!)

Over the Christmas holiday my father and I came buy Auto Lenders in Toms River just by driving on Rt. 37. We had the pleasure of meeting Dan Campbell when we entered the store. Immediately I saw the car of my dreams a Cadillac CTS. Dan was knowledgeable about this vehicle and in a no pressure sales talk educated me as to the Auto Lenders philosophy. Prices are clearly visible to customers. There are no hidden fees or terms. Buying a car is easy and hassle free. It was a wonderful expereince to be able to make a decision privately with my father at my side while having the expertise of Dan to assist me in my purchase. He answered all of our questions no matter how trivial with professionalism and courtesy. He kept me informed of the sales process with follow up calls and communicaiton. I have not purchased a car in a VERY long time and I honestly dreaded the experience. My sister and I drove around dealerships on Sundays for months looking at cars. My niece had purchased her new vehicle from AutoLenders in Toms River and she raved about her experience, but frankly I still was not convinced. Then last Wednesday my sister convinced me to actually go inside the dealership and speak to someone. I met Dan Campbell inside and instantly liked him. He was not pushy and answered all my questions without trying to force me into buying a car. When he explained to me how Autolenders works and how many checks and rechecks that vehicles go through before they actually get on the lot there I was very impressed. While he was talking a car caught my eye and amazingly after a test drive I decided it was fate and that was the car I was meant to have...it fit into my budget and we started the process, and I drove home with my new car. It took a bit longer than anticipated with my insurance company and I have to say Dan was extremely patient and very helpful throughout it all. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and Dan in particular was spectacular....thank you Dan.

His approach was so laid back and friendly that I wasn't sure we were actually on a car lot! Gone was the uneasiness that one usually associates with purchasing a vehicle. Chris is the corporate sales manager and was able to provide us with top notch customer service. He got us the best deal, completed all the paperwork right in front of us and secured a delivery time too.So tomorrow, we get our Jeep Cherokee delivered to our home even though it's being prepped in Lakewood. Eric Buser was great, he took him time I didn't feel rushed or pressured. When I found the car I wanted I didn't like the color, so he found me the color of the vehicle I wanted and the bonus was it has lower mileage then the one I was driving. Chris Picconi made the paper work very easy and did not push for additional add ons to drive my car payment up. I will definately be a returning customer

We were at the store several times trying different vehicles and other staff members helped us when Eric was busy or not there. There was never any feeling of a "competition" between members of the sales staff. The staff is so low key it made the car buying experience a pleasure. The prices are extremely competitive, the cars are very clean and have low miles. I don't think I'll buy a car anywhere else. There are not enough stars on this rating to give Autolenders. I just purchased a 2008 Rogue last night and the process was so unbelievably stress free I couldn't believe it. They have a great selection of cars in all price points. The entire staff was so helpful and pleasant which is a breath of fresh air. Anthony Russo was awesome! Such a great guy and truly cares about his customers. He got me into the vehicle that I had my eyes and heart set on and made sure that everything was perfect. Needless to say this was the 3rd car that my family has purchased with Autolenders of Toms River. I just cannot say enough good things about them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a pre-owned car.

Normally I am not the review kind of person. If it takes time I tend to never get there. I felt I had to write something. I had such a great exp there I thought it should be stated in a public forum. Steve was my salesman and Brian handled the finance. Both Steve and Brian were fantastic! There was no pressure, they were very nice, no issues at all! I even had my 5 year old with me and they were fantastic about it and still managed to deliver service way above par. For the past 2 years I have been looking for a new car but left dealerships b/c I literally couldn't stand the sales staff inside the 20 minutes I was there. I came across Auto Lenders on-line and did an on-line application, recieved the come on in call and expected the same type of experience. I was very wrong! Not only was it fantastic but I would have walked out same day had I not needed to get my son some place but I was able to coplete the hey were professional, nice, efficient, even gave me access to go on-line to print the required check printouts as well as called and the insurance company with me providing the safety features while I was on the phone. I tell everyone I know who mentions buying a car to go there! The service center is also fantastic! I had an appointment same day, immediate service once there, car wash, and a replaced tire and all I went for was an oil change! Chris was great and clear on what was what. He had given me my maint schedule while I was there as soon as I u asked and with a smile. Front to back a wonderful place to buy and serivce your car! Christine

This is our second car from Auto Lenders, Eric Buser is always there for us, and works out a great deal. He can have you in your car in a few hours. I won't deal with any other dealership, their personable, friendly, don't make you wait for hours nagging over a deal so if you are smart, deal with Auto Lenders.

I have purchased two cars from these good folks at Auto Lenders, one in Lakewood and one in TR and it's always a pleasant experience. There is very low or no pressure to purchase a car. No pressure to buy all the extra services at the end of the sale, undercoating, warranty, etc. I would recommend Auto Lenders to anyone looking for a great car at a good price but most of all I would recommend Auto Lenders for the no hassle, straight forward sales process.
