Overall a fresh experience! The sales people really knew their ptoducts, procedures and did what they said they would. Finance really helped working within my budget. We love our new pre owned!

I had shopped at several dealerships and also at Carmax. Automax of Marlborough had the car I wanted at a great price. I stopped in and Chris made the buying experience really simple. I drove 3 cars, and settled on an Audi A4. Once I figured out the car, the buy process was quick and simple. There was an issue with the front brakes that I noticed on the way home. I texted Chris and the car went in the next morning and was fixed. No hassles. I will shop here again.

I walked into this dealership without much expectation. I explained to the salesman (Frank) that I if I was going to purchase a vehicle I would like my wife to test drive and a private mechanic to look the vehicle over for me. Frank could not be more accommodating. He even volunteered to deliver the vehicle to the mechanic for me. Upon inspection of the 2012 Nissan Rogue, it was found to have a broken antenna, tires were worn 50-70%, (27k on Rogue) a dent on the roof, and the exhaust shield was loose. I reported this to Frank and Jason (General Manager at Auto Max) and they said they would fix everything on the list and put on 4 new tires if I agreed to purchase. When I picked up the vehicle I was amazed. They fix everything and they made the buying experience actually pleasant. Frank was very accommodating and Jason actually got me a great deal financing the vehicle. I not only recommend stopping in as they have a pretty solid selection of vehicles, but I already know where I will be purchasing my next vehicle (very soon) and future vehicles as well.

Amazing customer service, they worked with the bank to lower our rates and Frank and the manager Bob really bent over to get us the best deal.

In 2010, I bought a 2008 Altima from this dealership. I've seen other bad reviews online, but my experience was good. Got it for a good price. For sentimental reasons, I would have liked to get more for my trade-in, but they upped their offer by $300 and given the very reasonable price for the Altima, it was fair. I think while we were with the salesman another was trying to get the keys, but he didn't give them up, so maybe it depends on who you get and whether they insist on holding the car... I would be mad too if I drove there and had a car bought out from under me. One weird thing - when we went to test drive my car, the battery was dead and they had to jump it. I was sketched out, but my husband convinced me that a battery is no big deal and it could have been a simple issue like someone leaving the interior light on all night. Been driving the car for 2+ years with no issues - knock on wood! I would recommend the dealer to friends BUT given all of the other poor reviews I've seen I would say to be careful. I plan to go back there if they have something that looks good when we buy my husband his next car.

I recently bought an suv from Automax and had exceptional service from both the sales and finance department. We were in a rush to take the car home that same day and they made it happen without any complaints! They were hassle free and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car on a budget with great expectations.

Went in and test drove a car today. Loved the car. We were sitting down with the sales rep. to talk about pricing and financing and other customers came in and test drove AFTER us, came back put a deposit down under our noses. Terrible customer service very shady and sneaky to allow something like this to happen. Sales rep. did not even try to offer another car. Obviously something behind the scenes going on to just let us walk out of their angry. Disgusting!

Going to buy a car. Ready to buy and excited. spent a few hours there looking. Test drove the car, Fair trade in offer. While we sat down to finalize the sale, another salesman takes someone out on a test drive the exact car we were buying. Then then he another salesman sells the car out from under us. Who does this? This is customer service. The worst I have ever dealt with in buying a car. The sales staff are paid per car, and not on commission. The more 'Volume' that they sell', the more money they make. So they don't care as long as they make a sale. No haggle pricing was a joke. I overheard the other salesman give them $500 off the vehicle. Offered nothing else to us. Not even to show us something else. Drove an hour to get there. They just did not care. No parking. I will never recommend this dealer and will discourage others from buying here. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
