From the moment I inquired about my 2013 Dodge Charger SRT8, Robert the sales manager was nothing but nice and respectful. I can say I have never had better treatment while buying a car! I drove from Reno, NV to make a deal and this is the first place I will look for any of my future vehicles. I drove up to the dealership and my car was all ready to go in the showroom and Robert and his staff made my Fiance and I feel very welcome and made us feel like VIPs! We were greeted and told how much they appreciated us making the drive down to do business with them. The environment was friendly and Roberts staff was fantastic and very welcoming and friendly. We were taken care of with superb customer service and very hassle free! I recommend this dealership over bigger dealers as it feels like you are dealing with friends and you will leave feeling great! I cant thank them enough for such great service! Thank you Automobile Consulting Services!!!

My husband and I were shopping for our son and looking for a very specific car, 2004-2008 Mitsubishi EVO. Anyone that has shopped for one of these can appreciate the difficulty in finding one in great condition, low mileage and reasonably prived. While doing our daily vehicle shopping one day at the end of January there it was, our gem, just what we were looking for on ACS's website. I immediately called the number on the ad and Robert promptly answered the phone. He said that they already had someone that was at his financial trying to get a loan on the car. I asked him some questions about the car, he was very pleasant, straight forward and easy to talk to. After asking my questions I asked if it was possible for him to call me if something should happen with the first customers financing and they are unable to purchase it because we would love to buy it. He said he sure could!! He called me the following day about noon to let me know that his customer was still waiting for an answer and he needed to let him go through that process to see if he was going to be able to buy the car or not and asked if I was still interested. I so appreciated him calling to give me the update and keep me in the loop as well as him giving his other customer the time he needed to try and work it out because I would have wanted the same done for me if I was in his shoes. Robert contacted me early that evening to let me know that the gentleman was unable to purchase the car and we were next in line!!! I said we will take it!!! Robert sent me an email with all the items he needed to complete our documents and since we would be coming from out of town he included information about how most people from out of town get to the dealership. The following day I received an email from Robert with a picture of our car all washed and polished, full tank of gas, parked on the showroom floor with a HUGE red bow on it!!! I said...now this guy knows how to do customer service!! Robert was very easy to contact by phone and responded to my emails quickly. We are car people, we typically purchase vehicles every other year. We don't keep our cars long so we have LOTS of experience purchasing vehicles and this buying experience was hands down the absolute BEST buying experience we have ever had. When we decide to buy our next car I will definitely be looking at ACS's website and contacting Robert to see if they got what I'm looking for. Thank you Robert for the great buying experience!!

If you are in the market for a pre-owned "like new" condition vehicle at a fair no hassle - no haggle price - then I highly recommend the team at Automotive Consulting Services. Robert is a very fair and straight forward. NO games! The entire process was so easy - an experience I haven't had at a car dealership in the past 15+ years! This is probably the most impressive buying experience we have had...period. You will not be disappointed. Robert was ready to answer all concerns and questions without any hesitation. The paperwork took less than 15 minutes and we were on our way! Great experience!!!

Buying a vehicle can be stressful and adding in the fact that I was leaving my job after 11 1/2 years which had provided a company car that entire time - let's say I was really stressed. I explained to Sharon what I thought I wanted and why. She helped me look at all my options and what I thought I wanted didn't have the options I desired - however a Dodge Caravan did. It was also cheaper then what I was first looking at. Instead of pushing me into something like the dealerships wanted to she asked questions and had me look at everything. She emailed and texted with me with my busy schedule. Once my vehicle arrived she stated late so I could get it. I highly recommend Automotive Consulting Services and Sharon!

I recently purchased a remarkably well maintained used Toyota Tundra from Robert and his staff. From the moment I first called to the time I took delivery I was treated with a professional demeanor and courtesy not usually associated with car dealerships. I am an out of state buyer and the transaction was completed entirely over the phone and via email. All communications were clear and concise, every call and email was promptly returned and the vehicle exceeded my expectations by far. Robert took his time to work with several lenders to help me secure the best financing rate available and made sure the deal fit my budget and needs. What a amazing and the best experience buying a automobile we've ever had!! Walked in to LOOK at a Ram truck and four days later drove off with the Ram for us and a Hyundai for our daughter. Robert NEVER pressured us into anything ,in fact he walked our daughter through purchase of her first car,Would we buy from them again? You bet!! Would we recommended them to others? Absolutely!!!

We walked in to look at a ram truck, and walked out with a ram for us and a Hyundai for our daughter.There was never any pressure. In fact John walked our daughter through her first car buying experience. with ease. She could never be any happier and so are we. Would we buy another car from them, you bet..would we recommend someone else to them, ABSOLUTELY !! It was an easy process, hassle free. from shopping around the lot, trade -in, and purchase. We were able to get financing for not only us but an easy great deal for our daughters first time purchase even with little credit history.

I had the same car for nearly 14 years when I contacted Sharon-with Automobile Consulting Services, LLC. Sharon has previously found several cars for members of my family. As soon as I told her what I was looking for, she started plugging away to get me the best deal possible. When my 2005 Hyundai Tucson rolled in their lot (a car they sold brand new that same year), she emailed me right away to see if I was interested. She said the car was in immaculate condition-she was NOT lying and I couldn't have been happier. When I went to pick up my "new to me" baby- it was parked inside the dealership looking brand new with a care package with all kinds of nice goodies inside. Without hesitation I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. If you want a new or used car- they will get you the best possible deal and you'll be happy like me :)

Robert and Sharon worked so hard, and all day for that matter, to get me into a newer car. They never pushed me into anything like other car dealers tend to do. When they say "No Hassle" they really mean it!!! I will continue to use them for all of my familys vehicle needs!!! I've been a customer of Automobile Consulting Services for over a decade now - I've bought new, used and leased. In my experience they will find whatever you want and at a very fair price. I've also obtained financing through them - they are not interlocked with a lender but will shop to get you the best deal. The customer is king - the service is friendly and the process is very efficient. My best recommendation is that I keep coming back!

Searched all over the country until I stumbled upon the RAM I bought from Robert at ACS. Being from SJ, CA it was a good distance to travel out just to look at the vehicle. So Robert and I must have spoken at least 50 times on the phone and about 100 emails for me to finally purchase a plane ticket and fly out there. They were all very courteous and professional and got me in an out really fast, on the road so I could drive the truck home. I'm very happy with my purchase and would do it again.

You know the feeling! The one when you know you have about 12 seconds after stepping out of your car until the car dealership wolves set upon you! Well you will NOT have that experience at ACS! This is hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had! Sharon is amazing and is so knowledgeable about cars. She puts you at ease, she is a straight talker and she tells it like it is! She doesn't try to sell you something you don't want/need and she takes time with you. I honestly almost made the mistake of not following up on a friend's recommendation of Sharon and her business, and had I not called Sharon I would have kicked myself. After my experience there I have told all of my friends. I do not hesitate for a second to recommend Sharon and Automotive Consulting Services to ANYONE! Even if you are from out of the area I recommend driving to buy a car from Sharon.....you won't be disappointed!

I will never buy a vehicle elsewhere as this is the friendliest no hassle car buying I have ever had. This is the 3rd vehicle purchased from them. Sharon, Robert and John work very hard to get you the best financing available.And service after the sale is the best.If you buy somewhere else you paid too much.
