If you are in really want an Acura and quality customer service this is not the place to go. The vehicles are fine if you like Acura. The sales associates make customer service claims that can not be provided. Go to another dealership even if it is a drive.

I really appreciate the great customer service my husband was given when he was in AutoNation Acura due to our 2014 Acura TL breaking down due to a clogged MAF. The clogged MAF was due to Sterling Acura of Austin not putting my air filter back in my vehicle after a routine oil change. They were understanding and attentive. We were on vacation when this occurred. Thank you for assisting for an error made by another Acura dealerships service department.

Sales consultants are quick to push you to fill out a credit application, which can often be detrimental for your credit. The business manager, while running some numbers for me, took personal phone calls in front of me as he worked on the computer (unprofessional). Sales consultant gave me some attitude about me refusing to allow them to do a credit pull before we agreed on a negotiable price. On the day I returned with my checkbook in hand to make a final offer (ready to buy on the spot), the business manager (same as above) was off and asked me to come back two days later (they had other business managers available, one of whom was the used car sales manager, who ended up covering for the new vehicle manager; he was impressive with his service and customer-friendly ways). I sensed a perceived arrogance from the new car business manager, who tried to convince me to come back days later and asked me is I would compromise on color of the car because the color I wanted was hard to find. The sales consultant did follow up with me after the purchase. I got a good deal and cannot deny it, but their customer service needs improvement.

All around 5 star service from the GM, Brian Wilson to our salesman, Collin. I would highly recommend this dealership. They make you feel welcome and you can tell they appreciate your business. Traded in our car for an RDX at this dealership. My wife's 2015 Acura TLX had some electrical problems after being repaired by a body shop after an accident. She took here car into AutoNation Acura Gulf Freeway to ask them to correct the problem. She was helped by Mark Meadows in the Service Dept. Mark went out of his way to insure my wife they would find and correct the problem, and when the repairs took longer than expected he gave her a loaner car to drive. Mark updated her every step of the way in the process and kept her well-informed about everything that was going on with her vehicle. I work out of town, and I will always be appreciative of how Mark treated my wife in such a courteous and profesional manner. We will continue to purchase Acura vehicles, and will always use and recommend AutoNation Acura Gulf Freeway!!

It took us several months to decide which vehicle would meet our needs. Roger Rodems never applied any pressure and answered all of questions. With the impending arrival of my first grandchild, I wanted something newer & nicer than what I was driving. Heard good things about Acura, so I made the drive to AutoNation Acura on the recommendation of a family friend. Didn't have a salesperson in mind, but was pleasantly greeted by Roger Rodems. The entire process was awesome! The longest part of the process was me being indecisive on what color vehicle I wanted. Roger was patient with me and went over all the features with me. He quickly appraised my VW while I filled out the credit application, then after signing the paperwork he helped me program all the features. I love my Acura, love the dealership even though it's not the closet one to my home in Pearland, oh and Roger is nice too...LOL!

I had the most excellent experience purchasing my new Acura. As soon as you want into the door the receptionist is so inviting and professional. My salesman Alvaniel Dormer was nice and professional and did not hesitate to show me every vehicle that I wanted. Financing was awesome as well and tried their best to give me a great deal. Overall my experience from 1-10 was a 20. In the future I will not go nowhere else to purchase my vehicle.

We got to the dealership at 10:30 a.m. and did not leave until 4:30 p.m. We had selected the car and "add ons" within an hour. The rest of the time was just waiting. In all that time, we were offered only a bottle of water and a health bar.. There had been a theft on the lot so everyone was "involved" with that; no one was completing purchasing process. The next day when they called us to come in and get "add ons" put on, we again had a long wait- no reason known. We have traded with this dealership every three years or so since 1988. We like the people and will continue to use them but this experience was not positive.

I know most people think of buying a car and the first thing that comes to mind is a guy that looks like Danny Devito wearing a plaid suit and ready to take as much money from you as possible. That is NOT what it is like at AutoNation Acura. I came in and wasn't sure what I wanted in a car but I was greeted by Dustin Daughenbaugh and found exactly what I wanted. He wasn't pushy or impatient and he actually listened to what I told him and found what I didn't know I wanted. Once we found the perfect car, he went to get the best price from Jeremy, the sales manager. It was easy and better than I thought it would be. Then I got to meet the finance manager Albert. He didn't just rush me out of his office so he get another customer but he explained all of the protections and warranties that will keep my car running and looking like new for a long time. I am going to recommend AutoNation Acura, Dustin, Jeremy and Albert to everyone that I think is looking for a car. They have definitely made a happy customer for life! Thank you all so much for the ease of business and the refreshing honesty that seems to be missing for some. You guys are amazing and I can't wait to come in for another Acura in the future.

I just bought an Acura MDX from AutoNation Gulf Freeway, and the experience was positive. It's never fun to do the negotiating and paperwork, but their staff was excellent. Their Certified Used Cars are priced very low. The NADA and Kelly Blue Book both agreed that the price AutoNation gave me was way below the cars worth. It made it hard for me to negotiate, because the price was already so low. I couldn't use any of the popular websites to argue the price down, because the price was already lower. My salesman, Joe Quinonez, was very helpful, and gave me a great lesson on all of the computer equipment on the dash - Nav, Audio, Bluetooth, Rear-view cameras, everything! I'll definitely go back here for my next vehicle.

Great service from Dustin. I loved my TSX and wanted a newer one but they had stopped making them so Brad found me a gently used one. Dustin then made sure I had everything I wanted and needed with my "new" vehicle and was extremely helpful. I would buy another vehicle from Dustin in a heartbeat.

If you actually read reviews like I do before you shop places well than just let me tell you what. John D. is hands down the best of them all there at AutoNation Acura in League city he was very nice and just a good person. He is one of those guys that even when just talking on the phone makes you smile. he has very good manners and very polite young man. he said he was only 22 when I found that out I was blown away he acts like a responsible professional business man and I will send anybody I know that is looking for a car there to buy from him. the price was great, I tried to see if they where going to play games and give me a high price by researching the market before hand.... I WAS SHOCKED.. he came out with a very reasonable offer and we closed the deal right there, no games or nonsense. if you are in the market than go there and ask for john dienst.

When researching cars I actually had been to another Acura dealership in November 2014. It was horrible!! I was so turned off by the experience I didn't start looking again until March 2015. I went and met with Dustin Daughenbaugh and instantly felt an honest person. He showed me numbers and research. Dustin also stayed late to accomodate my work schedule. I was sold on the dealership and Acura! The day I picked up my car it was raining so Dustin let me come back and get my car washed and showroom clean for free!

I was pre-approved for a certain amount by my credit union. Talked to salesperson and we agreed on the price. Salesman was great, friendly, everything you could ask for. I informed him of my pre-approval and let him make copies of the certificate for them to fax all the information to my credit union. 3 weeks later no paperwork from my credit union in regards to my first payment. After calling around it turns out the dealership did not use my credit union, it was the last day of the month so instead they pulled my credit score with various other finance companies in order to get the sale through. Which in turn lowered my credit score by more than 50 points from all the companies pulling it to get it financed. Talked to the GM and he refused to help or even find out what or why that happened, instead just had a copy of the agreement and looked at me with a blank look and said "this is what you signed" and sat there with his arms crossed. Never bothered to ask his finance officer or salesman what happen. so now that i go back to my credit union to get it refinanced, my payments are higher due to my credit shooting down from Acura having it pulled so many times. really disappointing that my first vehicle purchase in over 12 years had to be like this.

John Dienst helped facilitate the process and got us to the financing department pretty easily. He helped advocate for what we wanted every step of the way. There was even a small issue with some minor scratches on the car we initially chose but Johnand the Autonation management easily replaced the car with another that met our needs. I guess my only complaints were the financing process being a bit slow and someone had written the words LOL on our paper work which seemed a bit unprofessional. All in all, when I buy an Acura again, I would go back to Autonation in League City. If anyone visit is the dealership I recommend getting assistance from John Dienst

The sale consultant that helped us was Dustin Daughenbaugh and Holly both had excellent service, I would recommend AutoNation Acura Gulf Freeway South in Texas and both of them to anyone who needs a new or pre-owned car. They both immediately sent me a Carfax and pictures of the car I was interested in. I found my black car M35X on a Saturday night at 6:45pm and brought the car Tuesday morning! I must admit that after I corresponded with Jeremy via e-mail, I figured that I would get to the dealership and it'd be a waste of time... I figured the details would 'change.' Jeremy was a straight shooter and everything he said over e-mail was truthful and honest. That is MUCH appreciated. Once in the dealership Morris took excellent care of us, as well! Imhad 24 hours to buy a car before transferring to Northern Texas from Clear Lake met Morris, test drove one car. Lexus RX300 and decoded immediately to buy. Negotiated price no problem bit paying cash/cashier sheik too forever to get paperwork done. Had to go back next day to do paperwork,and the. Account managers reluctantly did for me after waiting for original account manager 90 minutes. Great sales staff. Not so sure about financial/accounting. 24 hours after driving off the lot a check engine light came on I checked O Reilly Autoparts and they said maybe vacuum house loose or gas cap. Replaced gas cap,cut still on. I will see AutoNTion Accurate Valentine weekend so see if they can find why light it on I HIGHLY Recommend Morris Tuck, a Christian and 1st class salesman.

We were very pleased with the customer service provided by both Morris and the financial guy (who was also super). Morris quickly assessed our needs, showed vehicle features, allowed us to do some test drives, and made several helpful (and non-pushy) follow up calls. He went above and beyond by picking us up at our home and bringing us to the dealer when we made the decision to purchase, as we'd already sold our second car, the one we were replacing with this purchase. Morris was especially good in illustrating the features of the vehicle, giving me a basic understanding of (some) of the things the auto can do. We bought the tech packaged vehicle, so it will take quite awhile before I can say I understand most of what the vehicle can do. And, we are quite satisfied with our choice of vehicle. Our MDX is a certified pre-owned, and it was in great condition. We love the space in the vehicle, the safety features of blind spot, collision, and cameras are great -- as we tend to keep our cars a long time, this is our first vehicle with those safety features and we're very impressed by what they add to the driving experience. We got a superb financing deal on the purchase -- beat our good credit union quote by a LOT...the actual purchase was painless and quick!We had some accessories added to the vehicle after purchase. When the accessories came in we returned the vehicle to the service department for installation. When I expressed some concern that the visit was taking longer than I'd anticipated, the manager put an additional person on the job and it was done within minutes. I appreciated that service "boost" greatly. The service staff was both personable and professional. They installation was done well.For us, purchasing a car is not that much fun. I cant say enough about the positives associated with this car buying experience. This is the 12th car I have purchased in my life and by far the best experience I have had. I began with the quality of their on-line adds and ended as I pulled off the lot on my way to Chicago. I was so impressed with this dealership and trusted their staff so much that I made a commitment to purchase this car sight unseen. I flew all the way from Tokyo to pick up the vehicle and then proceeded to drive it from Houston to Chicago. When I arrived at the dealer the staff and vehicle were as advertised. Overall, it was generally a good experience. Initially when we were thinking of leasing a car, I felt like they we were brought in with certain promises only to have them radically change once we arrived and started discussing the lease. NOT a good way to start a business relationship. However, once we decided to buy a used car, everything changed for the better. We got the car we wanted at a fair price and I have nothing but good things to say about our Salesman, Dwayne and our Finance professional, Aaron. Both were extremely helpful, went above and beyond and as a result of their attention to detail and our needs, we will come to them first when we need to buy a car again. I highly recommend buying a new or used vehicle here.

We arrived pretty early on a Saturday morning and met up with the General Manager, Brian Wilson. He got us set up with Morris, who went through a series of questions to find out exactly what we were looking for. We made it very clear what our price range was and Morris was very understanding of that. We test drove several vehicles that met our standars for what we were looking for and immediately fell in love with the pre-owned 2008 Expedition. Had not planned on buying that day, but Justin and the team came up with a good deal and good price on our trade-in, so we cancelled the rest of our car-shopping plans for the day. He was professional and yet friendly and was very attentive to our needs. Although we did not get the color that we liked but we compromised to the only color available and glad we did because we are now loving the graphite color.The buying process was quick and painless, AutoNation staff were friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with.We highly recommend AutoNation and look for John Comyack because he is the best!

Great sales and after sales service by Roger Rodems and team (Hollie, Hallie, Jeremy Pratt, Albert Merrell, Service staff-John, etc.). Just leased an Acura TLX from them despite this dealership being over 60 miles away from my residence. A more proximate dealership did not want my business and Roger worked hard to earn it! I was treated with courtesy and professionalism all the way through; Roger located the car with my specs at the original dealership that did not care about my business, and personally drove there to fetch it! Kudos to management for having empowered employees in this manner. Roger and team deserve to be acknowledged.

I will discribe this as a good deal gone bad. 1. I found the car I was looking for online. Was instantly contacted by the General Manager Brian.2. I was out of town so Holly the internet manager took a $250.00 payment over the phone after explaining to me that the payment was refundable if I decided not to purchase the car. 3. Went in and was treated very well. Worked with Dustin and even put $750.00 more with the $250.00 as a down payment just because.4. As soon as I mentioned changing my mind due to a potential transmission issue on the car the customer service stopped. Imagine that!!5. The new finance manager refunded the $750.00 but would not refund the $250.00. He said he will have to talk to Holly first and call me back later that day. Never received any call. But was hung up on by Dustin. I was lied to once again.6. The old finance manager was no longer working there so when I asked to speak to Holly or Brian neither of them have been available. Dustin explained right before he hung up that he does not handle these issues and will be calling the other customers who want to buy the car. Which I was fine with because it seemed to have a transmition issue. Nothing has been resolved. I think the $250.00 was a good price to pay because if its all about the sell God forbid what id had to deal with if I had to take my car in for service. Highly disappointed and would not recommend to am ememy.Decided to buy from Gillman Acura and they had it together. No back and forth, no lies, professional and knowledgeable.

You will wish you went there for your first car, and go back for the next one while bringing your friends along. My visit to AutoNation began with a few questions I raised to Holly over the phone and her willingness to organize my visit, and arrange for someone to attend to my needs upon the visit. We met Dwayne at the door who escorted us to Hayley who in turn introduced us to Dwayne as our sales rep. The respect they upheld for each other during the visit was awesome. The transactions ran so smooth, that I did not notice how much time I spend with each one of them. Dwayne walked us through each step of the transaction with a lot of patience. He ensured we understood not only the transaction, but also the functionality of the vehicle. I have never had such a high end and extensive education on a car; I just fell in love with the car after Dwayne was done. After months of researching and testing mid-size SUV's to replace my ancient Toyota Highlander, we decided yesterday to visit AutoNation Acura on the Gulf Freeway and were greeted by Morris Tuck. I've been taking my car for oil changes to this location ever since I bought it and I can't say enough good things about this place. First off I never wait forever when getting service done on my car. While in waiting area they have snacks and drinks for us to enjoy while our car is finished. The service reps are really nice and make everything flow smoothly and before they hand me the keys to my car the service manager Jose comes over and goes over checklist of what was done and what needs to be serviced in future. I highly recommend coming here because as a female (many can relate) I want to be out of service dealership as quickly as possible!

The only reason they are not getting one star is that I did get a nice car for a good price. You would think that would be enough to get 5 stars however the customer service I have experienced has been very disappointing resulting in this rating. I purchased a used vehicle and inquired prior to making the deal that they did have a second key to the vehicle and an owners manual. I was assured by the sales agent, John, that they had everything and they kept it in the back with the keys. After agreeing to the price, signing the appropriate paperwork, I then waited over an hour and a half to get in to see the finance manger. There was only one person working in the finance department on a Saturday. We wrapped up at 9:30PM after having been there all day. And on the way out when it was time to get all the keys and manual, John then tells me that he checked and they do not have another key or an owners manual. I was complete frustrated but I had already been there since 4PM. He assured me he would get me both. Since then, I have called, emailed, text and still no key and manual. Everything in new cars is computerized these days. It is difficult to get acquainted using all the features if you don't know how to set them up. It has been 3 weeks and now I am not even getting responses to my calls or texts. It is very disappointing. People have a choice when they buy cars. I could have bought a used Lexus anywhere and after my experience at Acura, in the future I will only go to a dealer recommended by a friend or family member.

Recently I purchased a 2015 Acura RDX. Two members of my immediate family had recently bought Acuras from this dealership, and recommended them to me. I had not previously looked at the Acura RDX and was not sure it was what I wanted. On my first visit to the dealership I was shown, given a demonstration and test drive of the vehicle I was interested in possibly purchasing. The RDX sold itself, no pressure to buy from sales team. After thinking about the vehicle for a couple of days, I returned to dealership and purchased my RDX. I am very happy with my new car, and recommend this dealership. My pervious vehicle was valued correctly and used as a trade in. There was no waiting for the white RDX w/ tech package, they had mine in stock and ready to drive home.

Was referred to Derrick Moss from a woman I met at work who had dealt with him previously and highly recommended him because he is efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and didn't try to get over on her like many salesmen do to women. I was sick and tired of my Cadillac and thought I'd trust her on this and boy I'm so glad I did! At first, I really didn't think I would be able to afford an Acura with my credit, but he was so patient and thorough in explaining the prices and what I could afford to buy. Turned out that I was able to get a brand new 2014 Acura TL with my trade-in! While I waited, he made my feel comfortable and at ease with the whole process and even went out of his way to personally wash the car. He had me in and out in no time with my keys in hand:))A month later, I accidentally scraped the side of my car (yes I was UPSET needless to say) and all I had to do was give him a call about it. I brought my car in and he handled all the details with the repair with no problems at all. He even calls me to follow up and schedule my regular oil changes which is great because I'm terrible about remembering that kind of thing. Derrick gave me a true luxury car experience and I continue to look forward to his professionalism and efficiency!

With no questions asked they had a FREE loaner car waiting when we arrived. The few problems were taken care of in a timely manner. Well I am an internet shopper for over 10 years now which includes the purchase of three vehicles. I contacted the dealership regarding a vehicle advertised on their site. I did receive a call asking about my inquiry and we agreed to have me fill out the credit app online and proceed from there. After completing the form I received a call saying they believed my husband and I would qualify for the purchase of the car...so come on down! Well living more than six hours away I asked for the deal in black and white and well that's kind of where I am... Three weeks of communicating and searching only to have called and emailed the sales person without a response! Thanks for nothing!

Pleasant surprise I must say, I did not intend to buy an Acura when I pulled up into the lot. I had been shopping all morning and had been disappointed by Toyota and Lexus so when we were driving by the Acura lot we decided to pull in and see what they had to offer. I first drove a used car at their lot and based on my comments the sales person (Roger) suggested I give the TL a test drive to see what I thought. I was really surprised by how much I enjoyed it, he completely hit my wish list and gave me the car I had been looking for. I wanted to take a bit of time to consider it but the sales group was so willing to meet all my needs and really give me above and beyond what I could have imagined getting so I couldn't turn it down. I felt that by the time I walked away we had formed a geniune connections. Thanks to everyone there including the finance group (Mike) who was able to beat the financing I had already secured and for working the extra warrantee and security into a deal I couldn't pass up. Definitely cream of the crop in my opinion!!!!

My spouse I experience with Autonation Acura League city was wonderful. First of all they treat you like family, not a number and the entire staff explains everything to you and thereafter they will assist you with whatever decision you make. They are extremely fair with prices, and you get copies of all paper work. The process was not rushed they take their time to get you the best deal, and again they explain everything to you thoroughly. We worked with Holly one of the mgrs, Michael the business mgr, and Dwayne the salesman. These three people are very informative and pleasant, I'm really glad that I gave them a chance, especially after our terrible terrible experience at John Eagle Aura on Katy Freeway. If you want excellent customer service, honesty, and integrity please visit Autonation Acura League. The only reason that I give them 3 stars on the quality of repair is because my brakes still feel funny while driving, but I'm sure if I inform them of this problem they will go the extra mile to take care of their customers because that's what they do. We purchased an Acura MDX and I'm loving it!

This was the best buying experience I have ever experienced! I found a used vehicle that I wanted, but the price was out of reach. I talked to Roger and told him what I could do. He called me back and said he would accept that! I was shocked! We live in Angleton and drove over to Autonation Acura to meet Roger. He had the car pulled up waiting for us with the Carfax and maintenance papers available! He was totally professional and so easy to talk with. He never pressured us about anything. We decided we wanted to purchase it for sure because it was exactly as Roger had described! He made us feel as if we were buying a brand new luxury vehicle.......no different even though we were buying an older model vehicle with high mileage! I am looking forward to my next automobile purchase because I will definitely go back to Autonation Acura and deal with Roger! I plan on telling all of my friends as well to go there! Purchased MDX from Jeremy Pratt. After doing much detailed research re the car it's features,availability, price etc we chose to go w Jeremy. Other dealerships were not as up front and honest. Trying to convince us to compromise on color, features in order to make a sale and get the car off their lot. Additionally they wanted to charge double the price for a few additional accessories. Jeremy was not pushy, he was up front no games and had the car we wanted. Would buy again from him . This truly was the simplest most relaxing car buying experience ever!

Although we went through USAA auto buying service and found several vehicles, once we went to see one of the cars we had picked out and this dealership, we were very happy with our sales person Jeremy and the quality service he gave. The GM randy is the Best problem solver, Sales staff are really the Best there is. Had a little disagreement with the Finance manager but the GM solved in less that 24hrs and I am after all Buying the 2010 Honda EX-l V6 w/Nav for a Good price. Went on 12/3/2013 to buy a used Honda Accord ex, Sales staff are top, very helpful and very nice. I did have my own finance ready and we had to put some money down. I told them I will be back with the cash in the morning DO NOT run my credit and I am NOT interested in there own financing but still the finance Manager run my credit through the board without my knowledge. Very bad Finance Manger I can't believe that people are like that. Lost my business although we love the Car and the sale staf is the Best.

When my husband took me to AutoNation Acura in League City, I had my mind set that I wanted an Audi Q5. However, when we went to the Audi dealership the salesman was not engaging. He appeared to either not be knowledgeable about the car or maybe he just didn't believe in his product. In stark contrast when we got to the Acura lot, we were greeted by Derrick Moss who gave us excellent service - Not only that 1st time but each time we visited. He was professional yet friendly. He was patient as he answered multiple questions and provided us with information and features about the RDX and MDX. He was helpful without being pushy. Dropped by Autonation this morning on my way to work hoping they could check one of the tires on my TL that had continual low pressure. Didn't get the young man's name in the service dept but he was extremely helpful and professional. I didn't have an appointment, but he got me right in. They found a small leak, patched it up, and I was on my way. And they didn't charge me anything! I love this dealership, and I love my Acura!

I found the Acura RDX I wanted on line. Price was agreed upon and I drove 219 miles to this company. The 2011 car was everything as seen on line. Tripp Vail was an amazing young man. I had a little trouble reaching my insurance company but he assured me all would be fine. Mr. Vail's experience was certainly appreciated that day especially since I drove so far to get my car. He was so patient when showing me the overview to the technology package on the car. He knew everything about this car. The finance department , the salesman (Tripp Vail), the people who got the car showroom ready were the best. If searching for a dealership that you walk away feeling you can trust, you should certainly check out Auto Nation Acura in League City, Texas. Great deal for me and I couldn't be happier with my car. I just wish they were closer to my home.

We went in to test drive and get a quote for an Acura RDX. Our salesman approached us with no hassle or pressure to purchase a vehicle. We test drove and loved the car! We negotiated with no hassle and agreed on a price that we were wanting to pay. Tripp our salesman was very knowledgable about all the features of the car. I would definitely refer family and friends to this dealership. It was extremely important to us to not feel pressured into buying a car or feel like Iam not getting a good deal. I could not have asked for a more pleasant car buying experience than the recent one at Auto Nation Acura. I was looking for inexpensive transportation for my step-daughter, and went to the dealership to see a Nissan Altima I had noticed in an on-line ad. Through my clothing had me looking anything but prosperous, and I was just looking for an inexpensive vehicle, everyone was friendly, and respectful.I was quite surprised with the extent of my salesman's, "Tripp Vail, knowledge of the Altima, and I felt well informed before deciding to purchase the vehicle. We just bought our new 2013 Acura MDX from Jeremy Pratt and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I dealt with all 4 dealers in town (and while I liked one other dealer) he was the most responsive and straight forward sales person I dealt with. In the end, although we had a little bit lower price from another dealer, I was more confident buying from him. I knew if there were any issues, he would make it right. He went the extra mile on the price, response, and installation of accessories. I have a coworker who also bought from him and said "it was the easiest car buying experience I have had". I can also say it was easy buying from him and Autonation Acura, i have no doubt we got a good deal and will continue to receive excellent customer service.

Found a 2011 Acura mdx online From Acura gulf freeway. They had a good description on the website. I flew down to purchase and the SUV was exactly as described. Because I had to wire the money it took over night to do. They helped me with accommodation and finding. Some entertainment and transportation for the evening. The next day the money wire was completed and I drove 2500 miles home and had excellent trip. I would and probably will buy from them again. Thanks guys.

I was looking for a particular vehicle Infiniti G35 at the time and the2006 Infiniti FX35 popped out at me ah this is my vehicle. My visit to Service Department of Champion Acura League City was wonderful. I have had my cars serviced here all the time and every time the service was great and wonderful. They have website that you can order service in advance and set appointment time to fit your schedule. You never have to wait here. The place is clean, top-notch dealership with professional people. I bought 2 cars here (a 2010 MDX and a 2010 TSX). My preferred service advisor is Ms. Linh Ngo. She knows her cars and took really good care of her customers. I did not have to explain my problems with the cars. She knows what was going on. On several occasions I got brand-new 2013 loaner car to drive while waiting for my car to be serviced. Even though I work in Galleria area (45 minutes away) I've always tried to take my car here for service. The service really worths the long drive. Ask for Ms. Linh Ngo. She will take care of you and make you feel proud as an Acura owner. JC

I was considering three other brands in the same price range. I contacted the internet manager for appointment. I was shown the different models and I really liked the Acura TL. I told him this is what I want. The salesperson was good. No hassle, no approvals. We agreed on the price and they got the car ready while I was emptying the contents of mine. Probably the fastest purchase I have ever made. Within a matter of 60 minutes,I drove with a new car. The personnel has been very courteous and good.

When we decided to lease a new Acura TL we shopped multiple dealers in person and via the internet. Some dealers never sent anything, some sent something eventually and some responded right away. Of those that responded right away, Jeremy at Champion Acura was hands down the most honest, straight-talking salesperson we dealt with. While others struggled to explain the leases (with responses ranging from "they can be so complicated" to "the way Acura writes their offers is misleading" we weren't sure if we didn't understand things of if THEY didn't understand things!), Jeremy had no problem explaining things in simple terms and answering every question logically and efficiently. So we drove 250 miles to League City, Texas, even getting a one way car rental (which Jeremy helped us return when the rental agency wouldn't come pick us up!) and staying the night in a nice hotel to buy from Champion (that's how good the deal was - we could afford that and still saved a ton of money!) Honestly it almost felt too good and too easy to be true, but it wasn't - everything was fast, and no-nonsense. We got exactly what were were promised over the phone/email and were in and out in less than an hour with the exact car we wanted at a great price. It is the way EVERY car dealer should be (and we've bought ALOT of cars so we've dealt with ALOT of dealers). We I can talk my husband into a new MDX, we will head straight back to Jeremy for sure :)

We bought new Acura TL in Jan. We have no problems and are completely satisfied with the service they provided to get us the new car. But that day when we were at the dealer that night someone hit our old car and we haven't noticed untill we were home that day. Its so worse that the rear bumper had broken. When we called them to complain regarding this they mentioned they have no surveillance cameras outside to track who hit our car. Ofcourse we have got a new good car but also got problems with old one now! Just beware of where you are parking your car!!
