Amazing experience with these guys. So easy to work with and they are not pushy. Worked RODNEY in sales and Eric and John as the sales manager. Rodney is amazing and the coolest salesman. Highly recommend them and they only sell vehicles that have been serviced and completely fixed before selling! Will be back to buy my next vehicle from them. 10 stars ⭐️

There was no hassle car buying . The people I worked with were friendly and not pushy. I went to look at 1 car and it wasn't what I wanted. I did find a car I love and I bought it. They filled the car up with gas did a thorough inspection and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Live out of the area. Knew what I wanted. Wanted to make sure that the deal was ready to be done when I got there if I confirmed that I wanted the car. Reiko (sales) worked with Eric (manager) and James (finance) had everything ready when we arrived. We got there, looked at the car, drove it and SAID OH YES!. Beautiful car. Fell in love with it. Fell in love with the dealership and the three folks we worked with. If you had purchased cars in the past, you have probably had some painful experiences. I know I have. This was so much easier and quicker than standing in line at the Bath and Body Works to pay for your stuff now-a-days. Thank you all for the great service. I'm so happy that when so many other industries are getting worse, you are making your industry stand out. However, I have a feeling that it probably is not the entire industry, but the extremely high standards you all set for yourselves. Highly recommend this dealership and these fine folks. Thank you.

I have not purchased many vehicles in my life and when I have, it was not the most enjoyable process. I found the Auto Nation team to change my opinion. Tyler was very responsive in my original inquiry via Car Gurus. Once we arrived for the test drive he listened to all our questions, including my wife’s. He knows the Acura MDX extremely well. Once our test drive was over, there was no pressure to buy on the spot. Once we decided to make the purchase the finance team we equally pleasant and informative. The experience was very smooth and painless.

I purchased my last new Acura from these guys a few years ago and the dealership has been bought by Autonation since then so I can't comment on the sales department but I have used the service dept a lot and have always been pleased.

Acura service department is excellent. However, the used sales end of the business. They will sell you a car assuring you that it has been "thoroughly gone through mechanically". They may go through it but do not fix anything or even flush the fluids. I should have learned the first time buying a used car from Appleway Subaru but since I had recently purchased a $35K+ car from Acura thought this 2nd used car purchase experience might be better. I know it's buyer beware when purchasing a used car but I spent over $6K and less than a year later the transmission went out. The sales staff, although they "are very sorry" won't do anything to help. Better off buying from craigslist.

We have a long history of car buying with Reiko Kondo Johnson of many Acuras and Hondas. And even though Spokane is full of great car dealers, I could not or would not purchase anywhere else (as I have made the mistake and deeply regretted it down the road). She makes you feel like part of her family at Acura/Honda Spokane Valley-AutoNation and you will become part of her family personally. Nate Doggett was Director of Finance -and there so far for only about two weeks at this particular location at the time. He was not only knowledgeably incredible, but I have a very good feeling, will be a part of that company for many many years to come as he is a huge asset. As his charisma is infectious and he completely eased our buying in what is often considered the 'stressful/not-so-fun part'. Reiko listened to my needs, provide excellent information, was flexible with my schedule, and most importantly gave me time and space to make a decision on my own terms. There was nothing pushing and my needs seemed like the focus. I would strongly recommend Reiko to anyone considering the purchase of an Acura.

I was very impressed with the entire process of the purchase of my Acura. Most dealerships that I have dealt with in the past, I felt pressured to buy a vehicle, this was not the case at Appleway Acura. I felt that the salesperson was very knowledgeable of the car, very friendly, and listened to what I wanted and needed. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying a car.

Appleway Acura and Reiko provided excellent service, answered all of my questions, allowed me to take my time, and then completed the setup and demo of features of my new car. It was a very positive experience and made me feel much better about such an expensive purchase. I love my car and would recommend Reiko and Appleway to anyone.

From my first phone call with Reiko all the way through the entire purchase process of our new 2012 Acura MDX it was absolutely fabulous. Then following the sale the excellent service continues, phone calls, emails and correspondence above and beyond to make sure everything was just right with the purchase. I will definitely recommend Appleway Acura and Reiko and team to all my friends looking for a new vehicle. The service department and John are excellent. We live out of town and travel to or through Spokane sometimes with short notice but John and his service team work us into the schedule.The entire organization has a different feeling than any other we have ever experienced. Friendly, honest down to earth people who really care about you and the sale all the way through and continuing after the sale. Over my many years of buying vehicles I have never experienced anything like it, thank you so much. I look forward to seeing the friendly folks at Appleway everytime I go in for servicing. The friendship and customer service don't end when your purchase is complete with Appleway Acura its just beginning.

After providing us with the best price of any dealership in the state, we made the trip over the mountains to Appleway. We were greeted very warmly and treated like gold. Our vehicle was waiting for us with a large ribbon. The whole staff was friendly and gracious to us.I look forward to buying my next vehicle from them very soon.

Appleway rules. This was my first time buying a car, and everyone was so helpful. I went in not really knowing what I was looking for, or knowing what to expect, but I ended up having a fantastic experience. I will not buy a car through anyone but Seamus Kinsella at Appleway. He's a genuine salesperson who really knows how to best help his customer. I never felt like I was being pressured to spend more money, or pushed toward something that I didn't need. I got a good deal on a great car, and I couldn't be happier.

This is my second new Acura purchase from this company. From the first one to my new 2012 TL they have gone above and beyond my expectations of customer service. The Service department is by far the best also. I drive 35 mile each way just to get my oil changed, they are that good. I am a female and wonder sometime if I am being taken advantage of, but I dont feel that way at Appleway Acura. They even stayed late for me on my new purchase on a Sunday, just to make sure I understood everything!!! I really appreciated that. John in Service, Eric in Sales and Ken in the Sales managment. Qui was very personable,patient, and did not pressure us to buy at all. His knowledge of the used vehicles we drove was good and he put up with 3 days of my bad jokes. Qui's effort in helping us find the vehicle we were looking for was excellent. The manager and finance personal also were very personable and were a pleasure to deal with. Then after I felt I got the deal I wanted they gave me a free tank of gas, that was awesome. This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a used vehicle.

I was interested in looking at a used car, Reiko was my sales person. She is friendly, smart, very helpful. She took me and my dog for a test drive in what ends up being my new car. The sales manager Jerry helped make it possible to get into this vehicle, and Jeannie put the numbers together for my financing. There were some minor things that needed to be fixed and the service department John,Tony, and all the crew made my overall experience really great. I will recommend this company to everyone looking for a new or used auto. Thank you all.

Having purchased many vehicles over the last 40 years, I have dealt with many dealerships as well as private parties. I don't like to waste time and I absolutely hate dealership games. For this purchase, I wanted to buy my wife an absolutely immaculate (ie. looks and drives like brand new) 2004 to 2008 White TL for our 30th Anniversary. Appleway Acura had just received exactly what I wanted. Stephen "Steve" Talbot was my salesman. He knew everything about this car, demonstrated most if not all of its features, compared it to my 2001 TL and answered every question that I had. He knew this car inside and out. We took a test drive around town, on the freeway, over cobblestone like roads everywhere I wanted to go. Steve could not have been more laid back and cordial. I decided that I wanted to purchase this car. I told Steve that I wanted to buy the car and that I was willing to pay a fair price and no more. This was a no BS deal. They offered the car at a price that I considered fair as I said Sold! As I mentioned, I wanted an absolutely like brand new car. This one needed a few minor things to make it all but brand new, and Steve and John the Service Manager worked with me to get those things done quickly and at a fair price. Frankly, this was the most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had, period. In fact, after I surprised my wife with her new car, I took her to the dealership to meet Steve and John. Since we really roll on the miles, we have already been back for our first 3,000 mile service and again, John could not have been more pleasant and helpful.

The sole reason I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Acura was because of Damien Horand. I had absolutely no intention of purchasing a car, however, Damien's approach to me was nonthreatening, without any pressure, and incredibly respectful and smooth. I agreed to drive a 2009 Acura RL. Even though I still had no intentions of purchasing a car for myself, after driving the Acura RL, I knew my sister needed a newer car and this car had everything on it she needed. Damien's style in professional dress, attention to service, answering all my questions and impeccable manners, made it so easy to purchase the car for my sister. Needless to say, she is the envy of everyone!

I have bought 3 Acuras from this dealership and will probably buy in the future from here. I bought a 2009 base TSX and am very happy with it. I contacted Brian and he got back to me right away. He gave me an internet price and I went the next day to make the deal. Very friendly to work with. I wanted a different price but he was willing to work with me on an agreed price I was happy with. Would definitely recommend to others.
