Stephen , my service advisor is excellent. He always remembers me from the last visit and recently reminded me that I didn't need to do an oil change at that time. I only needed to replace a dead battery that was covered under warranty. The AutoNation Technician was excellent, friendly and got the replacement done as quickly as he could. I have had very positive experiences with AutoNation on Sahara, since the very first purchase of the truck, right through until current.

John Wong is professional and knowledgeable when it comes to GMC and Buick vehicles. I had to leave my car at the dealership for 5 days and I was so grateful that he consistently provided me with updates. He was always accessible by phone and made the experience exceptional.

I sent an email of dissatisfaction in regards to my last visit. After little to no communication about my vehicle status and getting it back after 30 days, after requesting an oil change to find out either someone lied about it being completed or it’s just dirty oil and after being told, “fuck you” by the Service Manager, how do you want me rate this? Any other time before this incident was good but not this time.

Fast and friendly. I called with a warranty question, was advised that what I needed was under warranty and they had an opening for me available at 11:30 am same day. I called at 10:45 so that was very quick--only 45 minutes from the time I originally called. I dropped my car off and within a couple of hours I was called and advised it was ready for pickup. Thank you for taking care of this so quickly and efficiently. (Battery replacement on 2019 Encore.)

It was a great experience. Stephen was great, very knowledgeable about the vehicle and so helpful. Don who helped with the financing was also very good. I'm thrilled the vehicle I wanted was on the lot! I love driving my Encore GX. I'm very happy with the whole experience.
