The entire experience was very pleasant, EVERY EMPLOYEE WAS VERY PLEASANT, HAPPY, everyone would say Good Morning, even took the courtesy van, the driver was also very pleasant and professional. The Service advisor explained everything, was very attentive to my needs and concerns. I WILL ALWAYS BRING MY CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. I did not buy my car from you, BUT I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO THE DEALER I PURHCASED IT FROM, after I bought my brand new car and it had an issue with the on star box, and it was in service for 2 weeks, that service department was a disaster, every time I would call the service dept NEVER answered, would have to go in person and TRY to get answers on the status of my new car.

I had conducted a test drive at a dealership in Tampa, Florida and really liked the look and performance of the chevy trax. One of my co-workers referred me to Gus at AutoNation Chevy in Coral Gables, Florida so I decided to contact him go from there. Gus was very help and dedicated in making sure I got the vehicle I wanted. He was very attentive and provided superior customer service. I have already referred two potential customers to Gus and will certainly be sending more his way. It has been an excellent experience thus far and I look forward to a long productive relationship with AutoNation. My Auto actually purchased a New Honda Accord from AutoNation Honda that same week. Super easy and convenient. Did all the negotiating online. Arrived at a price we could agree upon. The vehicle sold before I could get there, but they found another one within 1 hour. I had to arrange transportation from Orlando to Coral Gables for pickup. My sales rep, Manny, was waiting at the airport when I arrived and brought me to the dealership. My vehicle was clean, ready, and full of fuel for the drive. Signatures and Orientation took about 1 hour, and I was back on the road heading home. Love the vehicle, beyond impressed with the service. These guys knocked it out of the park!

My Chevrolet Sonic LT purchased at Maroone Chevrolet Coral Gables new now AutoNation Chevrolet developed a fuel leak.Telephoned the Service Department explained the problem and a tow truck immediately came to pick up the car.Service Department diagnosed the problem then I called myinsurance,paid the deductable on coverage picked up rental car.9 days later after insurance adjuster and parts delivered from Michigan picked up my Chevy Sonic LT.And under the hood the engine looks better than when it was new and has a sheen shine gloss.The car is better than new and the AutoNation made everything easy and convenient.Excellent Service and repairs outstanding.They took care of my problem immediately.

Gus was the one that helped us out. We were referred to him by a co worker and as always I was very hesitant because of my previous experiences buying cars. Gus was patient with us and truly listened to our needs. My car had just been in an accident and was a total loss so I was looking for a car ASAP. We brought our 3 months new born and the bathrooms and diaper changer were the cleanest I have seen in any public restroom. I also am a breast feeding mother and any time I need to feed the baby he let us sit in his office and would just talk to us with out rushing us. It was great experience. He found me a beautiful car even better than I was expecting and at a great price. I didn't feel haggled. Tony the finance guy was very informative and as I was signing all those papers which could make you feel uneasy he took the time to explain to me what each one was. It was a whole day event but they were great. Gus is the best man to get you into the car of your dreams. The establishment is all new with even a little cafeteria inside. When my lease is up I will be back to either lease pr purchase a new one!! Thank you so much!!!

For the first time, this dealership did not have me wait almost half a day until the job was completed... I was impressed, but when I took my vehicle for an oil change at Firestone services the following day, they noticed my valve cover of the engine very dirty and assumed the dealership had never touched and or replaced my valve cover gasket at all... I immediately contacted the Service manager and he took care of my concern and verified that it was changed and apologized for technician not cleaning the motor afterwards and they took care of it the following Saturday morning... Carlos De Jesus, the Autonation service writer, always takes care of us. He makes sure that the work gets done correctly, always makes an effort to provide us some sort of discount if we don't have a coupon and are getting expensive services, and he makes sure that the work is done in a reasonable time. Most importantly though - when a mistake happens at his shop, and they do tend to happen at all shops in Miami, he always goes out of his way to make it right. His treatment of us is really the reason that we keep coming to this service center. If you use this shop you should ask for Mr. Carlos De Jesus.

This is the worst dealership ever. I called for information on a used car the guy that answer the call was very rude and wasn't paying attention to me he sounded distracted. when i finally decided to go and see the car the sales person told me a whole different story abut the car even with the price. Apparently the person that i spoke to, doesn't have any communication with the sales person because he didn't know anything about my conversation with the other guy. Honestly i was so frustrated that i just left. Never going back! This people doesn't know anything about being professional.

They gave us top dollar for our trades and gave us excellent and very competitive pricing on our 2015 Suburban LTZ. No other dealer came close to the price. I got what i think was a good price on the vehicle. I cannot complain about the price, but pretty much everything else. I was promised a spare with the car, which they neglected to include. I called back probably 6-7 times prior to posting this review. They were very kind to promise to send the tire to my local Autonation, but didn't follow-through. I then called back numerous times and was continually referred to my sales associate who would constantly tell me he'd call me back, but never would. I eventually just gave up on it, and bought the tire. Buying the car was the normal experience. It was about 6 hours of sitting and waiting, but they have all their financing done across the street, so i had to walk across the street over and over. I don't know if it was the dude's first day or what. I think their pricing is good if you find the vehicle online, but make sure you get everything the first time, cause they won't care about you after you leave the lot.

Auto Nation Coral Gables is a very well run establishment and the sales person who sold me my car, Arturo Riofrio, was extremely efficient, patient in answering my many questions and courteous throughout the several hours I spent making the purchase. To be honest I had no intention to buy the same day and was planning to shop around afterwards but I became convinced that I was getting a good buy from a reputable dealer and it wasn't worth extra time to do this--mostly due to Arturo. Arturo was the first salesman to contact me and did so by phone after my internet query so he really was on the ball and set up an appointment right away. ( I heard from many others by email. which I didn't see until later. He was smart to take time to make the phone call !)

Let me start out by saying that I took my vehicle in for service to a maroone/ Autonation dealership 1 mile from my house in Cutler Bay, Fl. where I recieved my last oil change. When I went back for my next oil change I alerted the service writer of a burning smell from the engine. when he popped the hood we both noticed a socket wrench up by the windshield left by the last person from this shop who did my oil change 3000 miles ago. He then commented he could not fix the burning smell even though I'm still under warranty. they're a Nissan dealership ( yes I owned one HORRIBLE--- thats another story)It turned out to be a failed oil filter gasket and dripping on muffler --- Easily fixed I'll never go back even though they're only a few blocks from my home. I can not give enough POSITVE feed back about Leonardo Valdivia at Autonation in Coral Gables. Fast and friendly service, A++ for me. Took care of everything as he did when I owned my Chevy Dually years ago. Expert at what he does. Nice to feel the job was done right and a sense safety and security in the work done upon leaving

I just recently leased a new Chevy traverse and I am sooo happy with my new car! It was my first time leasing and I was very nervous, Tony Sigler was great with walking me through the process of how leases work as well as options for coverage and what I can do to protect myself and take care of my new vehicle. He and Alain Joseph spent a big part of their day making sure that we could get the car we wanted at the price we wanted, without any games like we had just experienced else where. They were courtesy, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. I really couldn't be happier, and I will be telling all my friends where to go to get their next car! I gave the facility 3 stars but will explain that it's only b/c temporarily they are under a great deal of construction, and you can actually see the new lot being built and it looks like it will be beautiful! I purchase a used car. I bought an extended warranty after 1 year a sold the car and they were suppose to reimburse me because I never use warranty. Well, GM sent me a check for $98.57. I called Carlos Arauz, he asked me for some papers I sent those and he reply with an email saying that GM were going to send me a check for $520 within 7 to 10 business days. I have not received the check I have been trying to contact Carlos for 3 months now and he does reply to my emails or voice mail. He has not call GM to make the changes so they can refund my money. I contacted with a sales person whose name is Rayniel Hernandez for 3 days. Every time I called him, he told me the car that I am looking for is available. We made an appointment and I went to see the car. I also talked to him just before I visited Auto Nation Coral Gables. When I got there, he was very unconcerned. He sent someone who can barely speak English. When we went to see the car, he told me the car is in maintenance and he tried to show me other cars that are way more expensive and I am not interested to buy. I will never go there again, and I don't recommend anyone to go there.

Terrible customer care. I made an appointment with a sales person named Rayniel Hernandez. He called me for 3 days and told me that the car that I am interested in is available. He called me 1 hour before our appointment and said it is still available. When I got there, he was very disinterested and he sent someone who can barely talk English. I couldn't understand most of the things he told me. When we went to see the car, he told me the car is not available, and he tried to show me other cars that are way more expensive than I wanted. He was constantly asking my budget and how I pay even before, he showed me the car. This place was totally disappointment to me. I don't recommend anyone to go there.

After 10 yrs living in So Fl, and having purchased 7 cars from Maroone/Auto Nation, they have succeeded in ripping me off financially, putting me in a new car (trading in a $45K mint Chev Traverse)...whose features were NOT explained to me before I left dealership, as no one their...at that particular time spoke English. Drove home a junk...Chev Sonic R.S. WITH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON. Following day, 10/17/13 we noticed body damage on car. Blue tooth HAS NEVER WORKED IN THIS CAR DESPITE INNUMERABLE PHONE CALLS TO A.N. AND RETURNING THE CAR TO THEM FOR BODY WORK/CHECK ENGINE LIGHT REMOVAL, AND ATTEMPTED REPAIR OF BLUE TOOTH. FRUSTRATED, I brought this junk car to Homestead Chevrolet 3 times in an effort to get the BT functional, to no avail. Car was serviced early January, and I was told that the BT could NOT be reoaired. After that, because the features of this car WERE NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME, I didn't know that NONE OF THIS JUNK CAR SENSOR LIGHTS WERE NOT FUNCTIONING. Consequently, my right/rear tire was low, I had absolutely NO KNOWLEDGE OR INDICATION OF THIS B/C SENSORS WERE DEFECTIVE, AND I FOUND MYSELF DRIVING A CAR WITH A FLAT TIRE...RIM IN THE GROUND. Immediately called CG AN..& after 11...repeat: 11 phone calls, I finally spoke to the Svc Director. Crying & frightened, Juan advised me to get the car to them asap. Following day, car was brought to them. Instead of assessing the multitude of serious issues with this car, I was told that "they would put me into a new car." Raoul, the GM claimed that he knew I WAITED IN THE SALESROOM AREA FOR 8 SOLID HRS. I was initially shown the new car deal, I was in agreement, however by 4:30 p.m., I was told by a bogus/finance director, whose biz card reads "sales," that they wanted an additional $3,000 in addition to the $3,000 paid while purchasing this junk. Alian Josep...fronting as the Finance Director, then told me he was the General Manager(???) Questioning this, he then told me that Raoul, GM was not in that day, & he had no other superiors to speak to in order to get this transaction completed as originally agreed. Alain treated me in a highly rude, condescending, unprofessional, & abusive manner. I refused, as a woman alone, 10 yr customer of this Dealership, to be treated this way. I went back to the Service Dept 7.5 hrs later to speak with Juan/Dir of Svc, & Mr. Garcia, both of whom treated me with respect. I left with a rental car, and while driving home I left Raoul, GM, a detailed voice mail. He returned my call, and before I could say 1 word, he raised his voice at me, TOTALLY UNFAMILIAR WITH THE FACTS, defending this Alain...never listening to my side of the story. His conduct towards me was: condescending, rude, abrupt, flip, curt & contentious. While a GM of this dealership, told me his phone "had no battery," he hung up on me. I plan to take this matter to GM Customer Care Specialists, and pursue this serious matter, with a multitude of serious issues to the highest level I need to until complete remedial action is taken, and I am driving a new/SAFE...MECHANICALLY SOUND CAR.Please learn from my mistakes and DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE.

I called on a particular car, which they said had just sold, but to leave my Tel. to get back with me if anything changed. A few days later I was texted back by a Yoslendri Gonzalez, who I was told is the Internet manager, to tell me I was in luck Because the customers loan didn't go thru. I told him I couldn't come back until the following day. He said he hoped the car would still be available. The next day was Sunday and he informed me they didn't open till 11am. I texted him at 9:45am to ask if the car was still available, and he told me YES IT WAS AVAILABLE. I got there at 11am only to be told that the prior buyer still had a deposit on it till the following day Monday. I am discovering that this is a common practice with used car dealers, I assume to get the persons to come in and then maybe sell them something else. Needless to say, this is deceptive salesmanship, and I would never do business with a dealer like this again.

What can I say about my experience with AutoNation Chevrolet in Coral Gables other than it was THE BEST car buying experience of my life. Now I have to admit, Nick Gara and his team were persistent in trying to contact me via email and phone when I first reached out via the website that I was looking for a 2014 Chevy Traverse to lease for my growing family. I didn't respond or answer right away, as I wanted to do my own homework and visit other showrooms. But with my limited time to visit and go places and sit for hours in someone's office due to work and family obligations, once I knew the car I wanted and style and bells and whistles, I decided I was going to do ALL of my negotiating over email. Save my time and save theirs. Well guess what - Nick and his team were willing to do business that way and it made ALL the difference. We went back and forth on the price, availability, getting the payments down, etc etc. In the end I made only TWO visits to the dealership. The first was to see what they had in stock. The second was to sign the paperwork and drive home in my new Traverse. Even with my extra incentive certificates that I shared with them from GM to get the price down, they handled it all like pros and reached a price I was comfortable with. I Made an appointment with internet Sales Manager Tony Sigler. When I got there I explained my needs. He was understanding and made all possible suggestions for my scenario. I had been shopping around for a used car and AutoNation Coral Gables had exactly what I was looking for. I received a courtesy call from Ray who told me the car I had asked about was still available and they could work out a deal with me. We agreed to terms that I was happy with. When I arrived on the lot, I was greeted by Jorge Leiva, whom Ray had told I was coming to see the car. I was initially told that the deal we had discussed over the phone might have been in error since the vehicle I was interested in did not fit this terms. Needless to say, I was a bit annoyed but Jorge was determined to make me a happy customer. He spoke to Ray and the General Manager who also came out to speak to me. They were both very nice and wanted to make right whatever misunderstanding had occurred. They made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. Overall, I paid less than I was expecting to and got the exact car I had been looking for. I had done my research before venturing out to the dealership, but buying a car, especially as a female, can be daunting. Jorge treated me with utmost respect and really wanted me to walk out of there with the confidence that I had just purchased a great car at a great price, which I did! I thank him for being persistent and willing to work out the best deal possible because I'm glad I did business with them. Excellent service. I went to this dealer because must of the dealers I went to didn't have someone with fluency in English. I met Juan at autonation and he guided me from top to bottom in the store. We saw many cars and he suggested me a Chevrolet Cruze which I loved when I saw it. We spent a couple of hours deciding which car was the best car for me. I decided to purchase a car for my son as a graduation/birthday gift. I went to AutoNation Chevrolet in Coral Gables and could not have asked for a better experience. I always lease cars every 39 months and this by far has been my best experience thus far. Let me start off by saying that when I arrived I was not attacked as you usually are by sales people. I requested to speak to Israel Diaz, Internet Sales Manager whom my brother had spoken to over the phone and he then paired with with Amelia Castillo Sandoval, Sales Professional. I later also dealt with Nick Gara, E-Commerece Director. I would have to say that all three of them went beyond what my expectations were. My son was specific about what he wanted and they did everything to accomplish his every request. They were able to find the car that my son wanted along with a payment that was comfortable for me. They worked with me until we were able to make a deal that everyone was happy with expecially me and my son. After getting home, I realized the car had a small dent on the passenger side and I called Ms. Sandoval who said no problem bring the car and we will fix it for you. Stating that it was difficult to bring the car in she even offered for me to bring it in the morning and she would drive me to work (I couldn't believe she had offered this since I had already bought the car). I took the car in after hours and on Ms. Sandoval's day off and she actually met me at the dealer to make sure that all went well. I purchased the car a month ago and I am still receiving calls from both Ms. Sandoval and Mr. Gara to see how it is going, to to make sure that my son and I are both still happy with our purchase, and to make sure that all is well. I highly recommend this dealership and the three people that I dealt with. When ever I hear someone mention that they are interested in a Chevrolet this is where I will be sending them. This is one very happy customer.

When I want to buy a car, I do all my research online beforehand. I had found the car that I wanted and requested information from this dealer. They were very responsive from Israel, the internet sales manager, down to Juan, the salesperson who eventually helped me get the car I wanted. I was easily able to make an appointment to see this car, and despite the fact that I went in early and on a different day, they were very accommodating. I explained to Juan that I was short on time, and that I wanted to test drive 3 cars before I made my final decision. The car I originally was interested in (that I found online) ended up being the perfect fit for me. It was sporty, well-maintained, and clean. It was like new even though it was truly 2 years old. With the exception of one individual, the whole team did their best to get me what I wanted and get me out of there quickly. They even found better financing for me than I had already been pre-qualified for. It was amazing! It was truly a great car buying experience, and I really did not enjoy the whole process until now! I visited AutoNation Chevrolet Coral Gables, 4181 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33134 to look at a used Acura on their lot that I saw advertised online. When I got there, the salesman I spoke with was busy with another customer and the Acura was not available anymore. I was ready to walk out the door an continue looking at other vehicles that I was looking for online but Juan Luckert convinced me that we could find something in the AutoNation inventory. We searched together and he listened to all of my concerns and requirements for purchase. We narrowed it down to 5 vehicles. He took me to AutoNation Nissan down the street and we drove a Honda Civic that had never been in an accident, was below book value, was owned only in Florida (I was concerned for corrosion if from up north). I was given a 3 day money back guarantee to return if my mechanic found anything wrong. I was offered many other options like maintenance packages etc. The most important thing you need to know is that Juan was the best part of my experience. He was never like the typical salesman you encounter at a dealership and I had my guard up, for sure. He was a very customer service conscious individual that was there to serve me and answer all of my questions...and I had many... and was not afraid to ask any question that came to mind. I bought a car from them because I was looking for a good price and a few people recommended me to go with autonation. I arrived to the place and I was greeted by a sales representative who led me to the car I wanted. I already knew what I was looking for after a search online. After a drive test I noticed that the AC was not working properly and also the lock of the back door was not working. They ensured me that they inspect everything in the car and that this was just a minor issue that would be fixed in no time. This was on Sunday. I called on Monday to see if everything was fixed and they said that they had to order a part and that It was not going to be ready until Friday. I picked the vehicle on Wednesday and everything seemed in order. Three days later the back door lock was not working again. I took it to the dealer again and they took another two days to fix it. I used the car for a week after that and the battery light on my board went off. I took it to the dealer and they could not fix it. A week after the AC stopped working again. I took it again and they had the car for a week. They said they had to make some major changes. I picked the car and everything seemed normal until a week ago the battery light started going off again. So I have had the car for about a months and it has been back in the dealer for about 2 weeks. Do not ever ever buy a used car from them.

This was the very best experience ever, and I have bought many Mercedes over the years, one BMW 500 series, many Chevy Suburbans, blazers, and one Tahoe. Tony took care of everything. The day of taking home the Sonic, Tony got my Onstar set up (took over an hour). He got me together with the window tinting, the place did a fabulous job. Nick Gara was very helpful talking to my USAA banker to set up the financial arrangements.I would definitely recommend Tony to everyone. I have am 42 and have bought 14 new cars/trucks in my life. I have NEVER had a good experience, until today. This is basically my first review of anything, positive or negative. I felt compelled to write this because I basically did my whole deal online and bought the car I did from the Salesman/dealer that I did based on reviews from real people, not fake ads... Anyway, when I arrived Nick and Tony greeted me like a VIP, even though I was probably buying the least expensive new car they had...And at a great deal, they still treated me like I was buying a Bently, which in Miami is VERY RARE these days. They are straight up, honest, nice guys ( 3 words i would have never paired with a car salesman, lol) Needless to say, In the future I will NEVER buy a car without contacting these guys first, definitely worth the drive.

No hello, Thank you for calling. I had to remind him that this is a business where customer service should be valued. I then called again spoke with the operator who apologized and attempted to fix the problem. Not sure if I want to do business with this dealership....

IRIS THE OFFICE MANAGER AND MARYLANN THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCING, I AM NOT SURE OF HER NAME SPELLING ETC., TWO HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND PLAIN RUDE WOMEN WHO STILL HAVEN'T RESOLVED MY ISSUE AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS OF TRYING TO REACH THEM. IRIS' RESPONSE TO MY ISSUE WITH THE OTHER LADY WAS "OH WELL" REALLY, THAT'S WHAT A CUSTOMER DESERVES AS A RESPONSE!?!?!? i HAVE VISITED THE DEALER 3 DIFFERNT TIMES AND EACH TIME THE RECEPTIONIST AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE TEAM HAVE DIRECTED ME INCORRECTLY. FINALLY I MET THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCING AND SHE GUARANTEED THAT THE ISSUE WOULD BE SOLVED AND 3 DAYS LATER SHE DOES NOT RESPOND TO MY PHONE CALLS OR MESSAGES LEFT. FINALLY, I SPOKE WITH THE OFFICER MANAGER WHO WAS RUDE AND DEFENSIVE. SHE THEN GOT A HOLD OF THE OTHER WOMAN WHOM I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REACH STILL BECAUSE ACCORDING TO HER "SHE'S BEEN TOO BUSY TO ANSWER MY CALL" IRIS WAS ABLE TO RELAY A MESSAGE TO HER BUT AT THE SAME TIME, IRIS WHEN I EXPLAINED THE ISSUE RESPONDED "OH WELL" TO PEOPLE DIRECTING RE-DIRECTING US INCORRECTLY. TILL TODAY, MY ISSUE STILL STANDS AS UNRESOVED AND I NEED TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE BUT IT SEEMS NO ONE AT THIS DEALER CARES!I WISH SOMEONE WOULD HELP ME.

I purchase several cars per year and this has been one of the most exemplary vehicle order, acquisition, financing, and ownership experience I have ever had--and at dealers of any price point, bar none. I am truly impressed by the institutionalized customer service ideals exemplified by this Maroone team--from the sales agent to the new car sales manager to the even the flat bed operator that delivered my car. Truly impressed and unexpected spectacular service. Just when I thought it could not get better, I received a personal call on my cell phone from the general manager (Raul) to ensure I was pleased with my car and to offer his help in any way. I am proud of this team's obvious attention to detail. CONGRATULATIONS on a job well done.

Did not have the Camaro we were told we would see when we made the appontment to visit. Misrepresented the MSRP by +$700 - when we pointed this out, claimed it was for 'towing charges' to bring the car we wanted to the site. Then held the license plate for ransom until we paid more money. A terrible experience.

Carlos Wejebe was an excellent sales associate. He helped us get a great deal on two Chevrolet Cruzes. He was very helpful and accommodating (not to mention, he bought us coffee). Likewise, Tony Bolanos was a fantastic finance director. He helped us out tremendously in the financing of the vehicles. He was very personable and has enough character to run a country.
