Just got home with my CPO '13 Dodge Durango. My experience with my sales guy Alex and the sales managers was amazing!!! I went in wanting a 2014 Dodge Charger trading in my 08 Mitsubishi Lancer... these guys gave me way more money for my trade than anyone els would!! The payments on the charger is exactly where I could afford... but due to the insurance being way to high I didn't get it... I told Alex I didn't wanna leave with out a car... he started to ask me about my self and i told him about me having two little boys and asked me if I have thought of ever getting into an SUV... I told him no... that iv always been a muscle car person (that's all iv ever had before my Lancer) he showed me a Durango with 35k miles explained all the benefits of the vehicle... and he got me to fall in love with it!!!! It take a true car sales person get a muscle car maniac to convert to a mommy car! I also want to give a shout out to the finance manager Corey who was so kind and made sure all the paper work was in place! These guys are truly amazing!!!

Called about bringing in my 2014 Jeep Wrangler for a rattling noise and a leak of some kind. Got told on the phone that I could not get a rental car that I purchased in my warranty until they diagnose the problem to make sure it was covered by my extended warranty. When I bought the car I was told it was a bumper to bumper warranty and their own employee told me on the phone that "ya the finance guys will tell you that to sell a warranty when it really isn't bumper to bumper". So I asked about making an appointment to bring in my vehicle in to be diagnosed and he said they don't do appointments that I just have to drop it off and wait, and that they are running a day behind. So I take my vehicle in on a Tuesday night hoping to get in line to be looked at Wednesday and the lady that helps us says "I don't know who you talked to but we are running 4 days behind". So I am supposed to go at least 4 days with no car?? Well she got it looked at that next day and lets us know it is a oil leak but they don't know from where or why and the ONLY mechanic they have there that can diagnose that problem won't get to it for 2 days. It's an OIL leak there isn't much of anything that leaks oil that wouldn't be covered by a warranty. But still unable to get a rental car. After a call to the manager the lady says ok we can get a rental car you just have to be there by 6 to pick it up. We were told it had all been arranged and the rental car place knew we were coming. Get to the rental car place and nobody had called them at all. The rental car place had only one car available and it was much smaller than the car I bought and paid for but had to take to the shop. Guess I was lucky they had that one car or I would still be without a car. The service department says they will call you and let you know this or that and you never hear from them until you have called over and over. I called the lady on her direct line over and over with no answer or call back. I called directly through the main number and get connected to the service department and she just happened to pick up the phone. That was the only way I got to talk to her. What in the world happened to customer service?? Don't you want to keep customers and get their repeat business?? I can't even bring myself to give them one star on customer service.

Tom Hervey, the GM, is one of the least honest car people I have ever done business with. Not only was he verbally dishonest, but Dodge did not stand by their warranty. I will not ever purchase a Dodge again, and would strongly suggest that regardless of which dealership Tom Hervey works for, it should be avoided at all costs. Because you will be paying all of the costs when something goes wrong. Horrible horrible experience.

Rose and Afton were both knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of this sale, inventory, and trade-in. Would recommend either of these ladies to prospective buyers. I discussed my purchase on the phone prior to making the trip (about an hour for me). Satisfied with the information provided, I made the trip and am extremely satisfied with my purchase. A+ experience. Thanks.

On 8/26 found the exact car I was looking for At Don Davis in Arlington less then 10 miles from my house. That evening on the way to buy My new Charger Scat Pack I stopped in to inquire about a refund was told it would take 3 days and I would see credit to my card. (Shane Manry) Additionally I have left 3 messages for General manager Justin Pacheco and they have not been returned. Just wand my $500 deposit returned, had to dispute charges with Bank of America.

My husband found a vehicle online we were interested in purchasing. I had to go solo with our 3 yr old to look at the car. The facilities are older and tired, but the people were outstanding. I don't need a fancy building when you are giving me a fair price and moving through the process efficiently. Joshua Veach was my sales consultant and I have nothing but praise for him. He was patient and applied no pressure. It's truly appreciated when a sales professional can just give me the walk through on a vehicle and let me make a decision without hovering! So far my family has been VERY pleased with the vehicle we received.

Went on line, saw that AutoNation Jeep in North Richland Hills (suburb of Ft.Worth) had a great inventory of Jeeps and several Renegades in Colorado Red, the very color I was looking for. Arrived at the dealership and spotted two right off one was a Sport and the other a Latitude, Walked into the showroom and was warmly greeted by Bryan Pennington. He invited me into his office and after a brief interview to hear what I was looking for, we went outside. He brought the Latitude over for me to look at. He explained the equipment package that came with the car and answered my questions. He was very knowledgeable. Went for a test drive. He explained the pricing and their deep discounted price since the Jeep was a 2015. I countered one time and we had a deal I got a great deal!!! It pays to do your homework and shop around. Thanks to Bryan and the great team at AutoNation North Richland Hill. - Jim C.

I have bought from several dealerships over the years and I can honestly say this is the most horrible experience yet. It started off bad. I politely asked them not to submit to any more than 3 banks. I expressed this 4 times. They completely ignored my wishes and hit my credit 6 times counting their pull against my credit. Jacob wheeler was my salesman. He was very pushy to the point it was annoying. I could not seem to meet the payment on the Dodge Ram so after several times of them calling me at work and my finding out about the hemi tick I did away with the whole thing. I found a few of the people including my salesman to be very rude because apparently with all the time they spent trying to make the deal upset them. Guess they forgot I was a customer.

Buying our Dodge Ram pickup from Adam Dekkinga at North Richland Hills, Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, AutoNation was an easy, enjoyable, positive experience. The dealership is so clean and bright, and we felt comfortable there. Adam Dekkinga was so helpful, professional and friendly. He really went "above and beyond" for us, helped to guide us in with directions, to program systems on our truck for us, and he even returned our rental car to Enterprise for us so that we could drive off the lot and home in our beautiful new vehicle. Thanks, Adam!

Tania Gonzalez was our salesperson and I've never dealt with a more gracious and thoughtful person. I felt like I was a patient getting tender compassionate care in a hospital. It was an enjoyable experience and they all seemed to be genuinely interested in my satisfaction as a new truck owner. I would recommend Auto Nation and Tania Gonzalez to anyone.

My wife and I had been searching for a low mileage 2014 Durango for a couple of months. I spoke with Jake Wheeler and he researched and returned to me with several options. Over the phone we were able to come to an agreement and price match to another that was for sale locally. I received a vehicle with several upgrades (power seat, luggage rack, 20" rims, dual exhaust, 8" touchscreen) for the price of the base model. 80% of the process was completed over the phone. I would recommend anyone to give Jake Wheeler a call and give him a chance to find the vehicle you need.

Took truck in for issues with starting , did not fully diagnose problem. They also charged me money for a recall check AND IT SAYS ON RECIEPT ' DEALER NOT AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM RECALL REPAIRS FOR NON DEALER-DEALER BRAND VEHICLES '. I bought my truck from the before Auto Nation took over I was charged for this service. WATCH OUT SERVICE WRITERS ARE NOT VERY EXPERIENCED.

My issue is not with how long it took the "Express Service" to be completed. But rather with the nonexistent customer service when arriving and leaving. Upon arrival I had to wait 9 min before anyone even showed up at the express check-in to help me. But of course I had to wait even longer because there where customers ahead of me waiting for the same person. The person that helped me went to a computer, typed, and left. I am just standing there. After a while he returned and I asked if I didn't need to sign something or what? He said - the waiting room is there. Like I said. the oil change was done promptly. Then the fun started. The young lady took my payment. No thank you for shopping at Allen Samuels. No nothing. She put my keys on the counter and started talking to another employee. I took my keys and went to the drive way. No truck. I waited, no truck, I waited, no truck. I went back inside an ask where my truck was. She look dazed - like a deer caught in head lights. "Your truck is at the side of the building" How was I suppose to know that? She does not care one small bit about customers. She is poorly trained which means that management does not care about customers. Tell the customer anything - get their money - and to heck with the customer. It is so sad to see how far customer service has fallen at this dealership. If service is any indication of the standards at Allen Samuel's, I strongly suggest you look else where for your next vehicle purchase. I am sure that the sales staff will say anything, do anything, just out right lie to you to get your purchase. Then you will spend the rest of your purchase life regretting that you dealt with Allen Samuel's Dodge.

Called and made an appointment at noon to see a vehicle at 1:30. Got there to be told that the vehicle had been sent to another location but that I could see a different vehicle. Ummm nooo. I had already spent money on running every kind of report there is to check out this one particular vehicle and got preapproved for that vehicle. They did not offer to have the vehicle brought back to this location or offer to give me the location of the vehicle the sales guy just stood there staring at me. Needless to say I left with no car and no time to each lunch since I went on my lunch break. I think they list the car to get you in there and they never even had the car to begin with. I have sent several email to different people and have heard nothing back. WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My problem: I have a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and when driving over 40 mph it would climb to 6000 rpm and keep going and not shift. So I dropped it off at Allen Samuels in Fort Worth on Sept. 20th. Like I have been told and just like I was told by Curtis the rep who singed in my Jeep it will take three days before it can even be examined. Three days later I am told that my transmission was burned and shredded and it would take another five days to get the transmission rebuild kit as they dont keep the parts in stock. After the transmission was rebuilt the problem was still there so they do some software updates but this does not fix the problem. When day ten is reached I visit the dealership and speak to the mechanic, the service manager and Curtis the rep. The mechanic has no idea what the problem is, the service manager tells me it could take a month to fix it and I have no loaner. The Jeep only has 22,000 miles on it and I am learning that problem vehicles under warranty get a backseat to cash customers at this point. They want to pull out my entire wire harness as they think it is a loose wire to which I say NO. Not until you replace the PCM, TCM or transmission valve body. They keep telling me that they tested fine and those cant be the problem. I now call and engage the Chrysler complaint line. My contact is Maurice and after many lengthy conversations I ask him what POWER does he have? Can he make the dealership replace certain parts BEFORE they start actually taking the Jeep apart? Maurice tells me he has no power and the dealership can do whatever they want as they are privately owned. This experience is made worse as Maurice begins asking me how to get through to them on the phone. I have to explain that they have 10 minute hold times IF they come to the phone and that Curtis recognizes my cell number and simply picks up the phone and hangs it up but I can get through by calling from different phone numbers. Maurice suggests that maybe I can take it to another dealership to which I explain that I have contacted Grapevine Dealership and spoke to the service manage there and he really did not want to work on a vehicle with an existing problem from another dealership. I now get a loaner at this point and the guessing continues. My Jeep never once had any error codes and without error codes todays mechanics have a very hard time fixing things. Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills are almost nonexistent. More days pass and the transmission get taken out again and I am told that a STAR issue has been opened by the dealership and a Master Technician will arrive onsite to repair my Jeep. Am I being lied to by Curtis, of course? Do I know it? Yes I do but my Jeep is now hostage to Chrysler and this dealership. I push to have them replace the TCM and they tell me they did but to no effect. I am also, told that the Master Technician simply wont drive out there and he actually goes to two other sites but will only advise by phone. More days pass and then I am informed that a brand new Mechanic who was just hired will now be assigned to my Jeep. Why would a new employee get assigned to a major problem ticket? Because new mechanics are guaranteed to get paid a set amount (for a few weeks) when they are hired to help get them acclimated to the new job and so they dont lose pay. My Jeep is of no concern and no one really cares if it gets fixed as its a warranty fix and not a CASH problem. Now I am informed that the new mechanic says that my exhaust is plugged up completely in one of the catalytic converters. So he replaces one then the other and the problem is still there. I state again maybe they should be looking at the throttle position sensor, transmission switch solenoids and valve body. Curtis replies they checked out and are note the problem but they want to take my engine apart now because they think there is an air blockage in the engine that is keeping the transmission from shifting. I say NO. I speak to Maurice again at the complaint line where I tell him very clearly so I can have it on record that I will not allow my engine to be taken apart when we are dealing with a transmission. On Day 28, Curtis calls and tells me they fixed the problem by flashing the chips and driving it around hard for a long time. What this dealership did not tell me was that the mechanic took my Jeep out for lunch and had a burger and fries in it. Now hold in my hand a 6 page invoice. My Jeep was 28 days in the shop and I was lied to so many times I lost count. But here is what I learned. Allen Samuels is a crooked dealership so avoid them. They kept my jeep for 28 days and did not wash the thing before giving it back and the thing was filthy. This dealership doesnt use seat protectors or floor mat protectors and I had to place a trash bag on the seat and paper on the floorboard myself. When I got my Jeep back the floorboard paper was soaked with oil from work boots. There was a work boot print on top of my bumper (was the mechanic just jumping up and down on my bumper for fun?) My favorite comment by Curtis the rep was when he told me they were tired of working on it and I should come get it if I lost faith in them. The complaint line for any dealership has no power at all but it is needed for a lemon law legal case. Make sure you document everything and find a Lemon Law Lawyer who knows what to do. Let the Dealership keep the vehicle for 30 days. It doesnt matter if its all at once or several trips. The magic number is 30 days for the same problem. Make sure you tell the dealer that you will give an F on the review and you will write out your entire experience on the top three dealer review sites. Finally, never ever go back to that dealer again and always follow through on your promises like I did here. I did get a recall fixed after asking for the 3rd time because they always tell me they dont have the parts and I did get a free oil change and tire rotation but truth is truth.

I was interested in a used car. When I turned up to drive it on a Saturday noticed a lower price on the car. I asked the Salesperson if this was the correct price and he confirmed YES. I spoke to the internet salesperson on the Monday and expressed my interested only to be advised it was the higher price. When I told them about the lower price on the car (I took a photo of it) he told me they would honor it. I then spoke to the Salesperson and he backed away from the price on the car at the time I drove it claiming it was an error. Disappointing the Companies like this mislead consumers. If they wont honor their displayed price what chance is their for honoring any other promise.

Bought my wife a new Jeep Wrangler today. I worked with Richard Hunter (Internet Director) and Jim Gladhill. Both are first class and made the buying experience a fun and enjoyable experience. The GM, Tom Hervey, also came over to introduce himself. They gave me a smoking deal to top it off. No pressure and no hassles. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Thank you, Allen Samuels!

When I first saw the 3-star rating for this dealership, I didn't think much of it. They have an outstanding inventory of cars with pricing clearly posted online so I thought it would be a fairly straightforward process. Not happening. I brought a printout of the online pricing for a new 2015 Elantra and instantly informed that they weren't making any money on these cars and were just trying to move inventory. Then I was informed that every car has a $1500 "Security" package installed and that the additional dealer add-on price wasn't negotiable. Lastly, I was informed that they are the least expensive Hyundai dealer in DFW (don't forget the +$1500) and that I wouldn't find the same car elsewhere for less. I found the exact same car, color, and package the next day and saved $1300 versus what I would have paid at Allen Samuels Hyundai. You will definitely find the car you want, but be prepared for the game.

I do a lot of research before I step foot into a dealership, so I know what the MSRP with options are and what I should actually pay. The transaction went smoothly. There were no surprises. I got exactly what I expected. The one point I found confusing was the need for an internet manager. We communicated by email. He answered all my questions ahead of time. We set an appointment time. When I arrived, we shook hands and then I was handed over to a "product specialist." That was the extent of our interaction. He didn't do anything special for me that anyone else couldn't have done the same. With that said, I dealt with David through most of the sales transaction. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, down-to-earth, energetic, and just an all-around good guy. I'd recommend skipping the middle man and ask for David directly.

Just bought a 2015 Chrysler 300S from this dealership and I'm very happy with the purchase! Everybody was great, sales, financing, and the director who showed my wife exactly how everything worked on her new car! We knew exactly what we wanted before we went, so the process was quick, professional, and a pleasant experience!

I highly recommend this dealership the next time you are in the market for a new or used quality vehicle. Our Salesman, Adam, was very polite and worked very hard to earn my business. Patrick in the Finance Department was very helpful and an easy person to work with. Also, Diane called me back the next morning to say how much they appreciated my business. This is the first dealership that has ever followed up with me the next day after my purchase. Wow! Excellent and Friendly Service. I will return the next time I need another vehicle.Thank You,Charles W.

They made sure to look into exactly what I was looking for in my vehicle. They kept in touch with me throughout the few weeks that I was looking into buying a new car without pestering me with phone calls and emails. They had just the right amount of contact.

Had appt. With Patrick in internet sales to see a specific truck they had .I was running late, called him an left a message that we would be there in 30 min, He text me back in about 10 min saying see you in a few. I arrived only to find out that the truck had been sold earlier in the day. Had he told me I would have never continued to drive there. A total waste if 2 hours. I will never buy from Allen Samuels or recommend them to anyone.

This dealership is in Texas and had the car that I'm looking for and wouldn't do business with me over the phone. I live in Seattle, have money to put a deposit on the car, have transportation setup and have an inspector setup to come look at it yet the dealership didn't want to bother to hold it for me. This happened last Thursday, January 22nd and as of today...they still have the car!!! We did get a customer service follow up email, I responded and no one has bothered to call or email me back. Don't wanna do business with a company that doesn't need sales! Going somewhere else!

I'm quite surprised with the other reviews because I just got a great deal on an amazing vehicle AND they worked on the price and a few extras! We drove all over the Dallas area looking at various SUVs and minivans, but came back to look at the Chrysler and I'm glad we did! Thank you very much Troy and Jane for your help and service and I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

We bought a 2013 Ford Edge from the Allen Samuels dealership on northeast loop 820. The salesman, who's name I can't recall for the life of me, was a very very nice man. He was very comfortable to be around and he was very helpful. I must say it was probably the best buying experience I've had, and being 73 years old, I've had several. I feel that my wife and I made an excellant buy and a good price for the vehicle that we traded for. Would I recommend this dealership to my friends and family? Heck YES I would.

Their listed prices are misleading to get clicks and people to their lot. Unfortunately they are being dishonest. Any straight up dealer would not lie about their pricing and instead stand by their products quality and value. Unfortunate.

The salesman was very nice, informative and helpful BUT this facility is very dishonest and misleading. They quote though cars.com and other websites very reasonable prices BUT when you get there, the prices are not real and they say "everybody does it" ---- literally thousands above what they advertise on the web sites............the rebates are so remote no one qualifies and are NOT evident on the sites................lost a potential customer for life

We have been on the search for a car and after weeks of looking online, we found that Allen Samuels Hyundai offered NEW cars for under 12,000! I didn't believe it at first, until we looked on their website and saw that yes, indeed, they were deep discounting the new cars. I should have known better! After speaking with a salesperson on the phone, who made sure I knew that they were always upfront and honest with the customers, I was not happy. He said that I could get that price IF I was able to apply all of the discounts they offered. The main thing that bothered me was that I had to scroll through about 4 pages of junk to find the discount page (in which the salesperson told me it was right on his first screen...go figure!) So in order to get the car at the price that was stated, I had to have just graduated college, be in the military, own a Hyundai prior to buying this car, and be able to use the mobility discount (whatever that means!). I am beyond frustrated that places would willingly bait people just to make a dollar. I am thankful that there are Hyundai dealerships closer to my house so I don't have to deal with this one again.

I bought a 2005 Porsche Boxster from them. The process with John was smooth. I drove the car long enough, i had some punch items and they took the car to Porsche dealer to bring an official report that everything is okay. We negotiated on price in a non-friction way and i bought the car. Even though my personal check did not clear somehow, they let me take the car and next day they came to me to pick the check up. I have so far driven 2 weeks and very happy about the car. Nothing was hidden which popped up afterwards. They also give you written 30 days return promise as advertised.

Just a overall great experience! Had inquired over internet for best price. There were the lowest pricing.. Called and spoke with Jeremy Wichman and he broke everything down for me so everything made so much sense! I drove 1.5 hour and passed so many dealerships to get there and WAY WORTH IT!!!

This makes the seventh vehicle we have bought from Allen Samuels. We appreciate the help and effort that Jeremy Rhudy and Tom Titus made to get us in our new vehicle. After driving from Weatherford and spending all that time at their location on a Sunday Afternoon, Allen Samuels really should have a free hotdogs/hamburger, chips and drink stand for their customers.

I am raising my review of Allen Samuels Fort Worth for one reason and one only---Kevin Coder!! He is still working hard to get me the Veloster at close to MY price and I commend him for that!! I hope to come back later and remove the less than normal reviews and give Kevin an excellent review!! Hope that happens because I want the car but I will stick to MY price and the one they quoted very closely no matter what!! I know Kevin will read this sooner or later so Kevin I hope the deal will be sealed soon!!! IF you visit this dealer---ASK to Kevin Coder!!!

I got a LOCKED IN quote from this dealer over the internet since my son lives near them!! The quote was sounded good to me so I had my son take the car he has by for a trade in appraisal!! The Manager not only gave a very low trade in price (according to Blue book and Nada) but he UPPED the price of the new car by over $1100 and told me I was quoted a price on a base model and not the one I wanted!! The EMail they sent is specific and says the price they will sell for and the MSRP of the new car---I even went on their inventory and found the car---It was red so I asked for a dark gray one that was $135 more!! There is NO DOUBT about what I wanted because I told them up front so this manager was either ignoring the EMail or unaware of it!! I have tried to contact this dealer two times concerning this situation but it has been two weeks and NO response yet!! I even tole the original sales person to get me a CASH price without a trade in but no response!! I just want a decent explanation for this mess from this dealer but have been unsuccessful so far!!

I called about a 2007 Honda Accord this dealership had on their used car lot, it was the EXACT vehicle that I had been looking for forever. I called about the car as soon as I saw it listed on their website, and they told me it was still available and, if I was planning on financing the car, to submit a credit application, which I immediately did. They obviously knew I was interested in purchasing the car based on our phone conversation, and there was never any mention of anything I needed to do to ensure they held the car for me (a deposit, or anything else.) While waiting for the credit approval to come back, i received an email from them saying the car had been sold to someone else. Their "excuse" was that its first come first serve when selling cars. Well, please explain how I was not FIRST when I was the first one to inquire about it while it was still for sale. The sad truth is that this dealership, probably like most, considers a customer physically standing there that they can make a sale to immediately, much more valuable than someone who expressed genuine interest in the same vehicle FIRST, but doesn't happen to live RIGHT NEXT DOOR and had to call about it. This was the EXACT car that I had been looking for for a few months, and they had no reservations whatsoever about selling it right out from under me. Thanks guys.

We had a decent experience buying a Hyundai Genesis from this dealer, but our experience with the service department has been poor. I've brought the car in on three occasions, and I've yet to receive a successful repair. (I guess the door handle replacement was successful, but the other things they were fixing were not). My other complaint about the service department is the very poor quality waiting area. There is no place to sit or work quietly. Just a beat up cubicle. There is some coffee and vending machines, but that's about it. If they had wifi, it wasn't advertised. It is unlikely I'll purchase a Hyundai again.

After having a great experience at Allen Samuel's NEW car lot, my mother and I decided to drive over to their pre-owned lot to see what they had. As we parked our car, I noticed a salesman waiting patiently for our business by the door, like any other dealership would have. He waved at us and it was clear he would be our salesman - that is, until another salesman bolted out of the door and LITERALLY ran over to our car before we could even park it. We thought it was very inconsiderate for him to steal his co-worker's customer like that, but decided not to be rude and work with this guy regardless. Big mistake. I didn't get his name, but he had a very thick accent - it sounded Italian to me, but I am unsure. He was very persistent in showing us every single car we passed, whether it suited our clearly expressed interests or not. Keep in mind, it was 110 degrees outside and we were all sweating profusely. The inventory left much to be desired - the only car that was the model I wanted was three years old, had 30K miles, and had very basic interior for ONLY A THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS than a BRAND NEW ONE WITH LEATHER. Absolutely ridiculous. Plus, this salesman clearly knew nothing about cars. My mother knew more about car sales than he did, and he couldn't answer any of our questions. We very politely told the salesman that we would keep looking around the area for what we wanted and we would come back if we couldn't find anything. He ignored that and insisted that we come inside so he could run my credit. Again, we politely told him no, that we didn't want to waste his time since we knew that we would rather have a new car for that kind of money. He instantly became very defensive and began to argue with my mother, saying that you could NEVER find a car like that at a better deal and completely lied to us by saying that a new car of the model I wanted was thousands of dollars more expensive than what we both knew was true. He kept asking "Why would you want a new car when this car is just as good?" Again, we said No thank you, thank you for your time and he ROLLED HIS EYES and threw his hands up, said "Okay, whatever" and walked back inside. We couldn't get out of that parking lot faster. What a horrible, unpleasant salesman. It's a shame that one terrible, petulant child of an employee ruined our experience at that dealership forever.

I bought my Elantra a few days ago. It is my first Hyundai in over 20 years and I am quite pleased. The dealership was very nice, big building, nice group of people I dealt with. I enjoyed doing business with them. I wish Hyundai would offer a manual transmission with a better package; sun roof, aluminum wheels, better seat fabric, better radio. Selling a sport car does not mean cheap; there is a market for efficient, european style cars, small engines, good accesories. It is a niche that not one manufacturer is willing to accomodate; I for one, would buy it. I love my Elantra, is quick, responsive, efficient, good handling, great looks !!!

We came to allen Samuels for a used car and they were completely willing to work with us. We've seen shysters and all and this place has none that we've met. Excellent experience, great finance manager, funny Internet sales manager, and nice sales man not at all pushy and very down to earth.
