If you need a new or used car, see George Pennington at AutoNation in Spring. He's the best. He made the car buying experience enjoyable. The only headache....was the long time it took to get through 'the financing part.' 3-1/2 hours seems a bit long. So, don't believe the finance guy when he says 15-20 minutes! That's my ONLY complaint about AutoNation.

Jimmy Gonzalez - I would give a good rating for him, but the rest....well, read on.33 Days to change a Head Rest. 3 trips and days off work to get a head rest removed and replace. UNACCEPTABLE.Needless to say, my opinion of the services that I have be subjected to are very poor, except for the updates that were provided to me while I waited in the waiting room for the service to my 2014 Town and Country Van by Jimmy Gonzalez. Let me explain. On July 15th, I drove the van into the service department and was told, after someone stood in the lane and looked at the head rest of the van, that I would need to make an appointment to get this fixed. I did but the appointment was not until August 5th. When I left, it dawned on me that no one took any part numbers or other, so I then called back and asked and was told that the appoint on August 5th was so they can take pictures and send forth a claim on this. I stated then, that I was off work already and could come back to have the pictures taken for a claim, but was told that this is not how they work. So for the next 22 days, I would have to drive with a defective head rest in the passenger seat, which is not a very comfortable thing for the passengers, as it jutted out into their heads. Not scoring many points here.I then made two other calls, one to Tomball Chrysler and one to DeMontrond asking if the instructions that I had received were accurate and whether this was normal, and sadly, both dealerships stated the same thing about AutoNation, that when AutoNation took over, the quality of customer care and service went down. So far, this is exactly what I have been experiencing. I brought my van in on August 5th, to get a picture (I guess) taken, so this can be sent forth in as a claim, and over the next 10 days, I received, No Updates, No Status' and No Calls to let me know that I was not forgotten. I sent an email to Jimmy Gonzalez and to the Manager, Mr. Hagan, and then received a phone call from Jimmy stating that the part had arrived on Friday. So now on Tuesday, I was making arrangements to make my 3rd trip to Autonation. When I got there on August 18, they had a loner car for me, so I could get to work and then they would call me when the car was ready. I received a call before lunch, so I took the car back and then waited 20 minutes for them to FIND my van. 33 Days to change a Head Rest. Very disappointing. Will not go back here again, no matter what. Not worth it at all. There are many other dealerships that actually care about their customers and do not make them jump through so many hoops that cost customers so much time.

I found a dodge at Spring Autonation. I live in FW 3 hrs away. I negotiated with the salesman Jorge Longoria via online and text. He was able to sell me the car for an amazing cash deal. I was so excited. The car is immaculate. I drove down and picked it up and am very pleased with my experience. The transaction took 45 min. He even had the car detailed and its oil changed!!!!

I had a different representative and was very kind. He seemed genuinely concerned about the issue with this vehicle because I had brought it in many times for the same problem. What I really appreciated was, he kept me informed. I had a family emergency while my vehicle was being serviced and he assured me that he would get me a vehicle to get home to check on my mom. He kept his word. That has never happened on any of my visits. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, he went over what was found and showed that the work was done. He also pointed out the little things like needing new wiper blades that I hadn't noticed and the tread on my tires that are worn. He made it an overall pleasant visit.

I am really disappointed in Auto Nation. The side mirrors are supposed to automatically fold at a push of a button and the console buttons are broken. We called to get it fixed under the warranty and were told no they would not be fixed because these were issues before we bought the car. After looking at the folder with the Carfax I see that these were issues and AutoNation knew about them and chose not to fix them prior to selling the car and now wont fix them. I have bought three cars there over the past 5 years from AutoNation in Spring, TX and I will not buy another one. The fact that the dealership knew about the issues in advance and chose not to fix them is a very good indication of their attitude towards their customers.

Traded in my 2002 Ram 2500 for new 2016 Ram 2500. I located a vehicle on-line with stock #. Showed up at dealership and within 10 minutes was looking at the truck I selected (over 600 in inventory). 20 minutes later the negotiations were over, they honored the internet price, gave me what I wanted for my vehicle, and I was signing the contract within the hour. It doesn't get better than that. Salesman was great, no surprises with F&I guy, and I've got a great truck I'm very happy with. No hassles, no games, no back-door pricing. I recommend them. Looked at a Ford first with the exact opposite experience. I don't like fuzzy math and "payment" games. Worth a look!

I moved to Texas a little more than a year ago and always wanted a Jeep Wrangler. Went to dealerships closer to home in Kingwood but found that Autonation was far superior in every aspect. First time through I bought a 2015 Wrangler using Nathan Stem who was awesome and one year later returned to get a 2016 using Nathan's referral to Eric Kluna who was incredible. I would recommend Autonation and Eric to anyone in the Houston area that is looking for a Jeep or other autos that they are selling. Could not be happier with all of my experiences

So far I am in love with this vehicle. I went from a Santa Fe SUV to a 2017 Pacifica crossover and I really like all of the features. It is perfect for our family when we take road trips or taking our 2 girls and some extra kiddos to the movies. Dropped off my truck for a recall in the morning. I called later that day to check on the status of the vehicle. The service advisor never returned my call. When someone did answer I was just passed on on to the next person this happened several times. I called to speak to the service manager and he didn't returned my call either. I made a trip to the dealership to learn the status of my vehicle. I talked to the service manager and learned that the service advisor Connie Kendrick was not at the dealership. About 10 hours later I received my truck back. The worst experience that I have dealt with a dealership service department. I learned from other employees that complaints were made in the past on the service advisor Connie Kendrick. Overall, there is no excuse why any other person could not tell me the status of my vehicle. Bad communication or no communication is not good customer service.

Had recall appointment for recall service. Scheduled the appointment one month out because they didn't have anything available until then.. They said they would have all the parts so they could finish in one day possibly two. I told them I had only two days at the most to have the work done. They assured that the parts would be there. Well they only had the parts for every thing except the two crucial repairs. They emailed me every week notifying me of the appointment stating how critical it was for these repairs. When asked they had a litney of excuses. Not happy!

Took my truck in for 3 recalls. I was told it could take up to 2 days. I told them I would need a car because I live over an hour from the dealer. They said they had no cars so I rented a car. They said they performed a 12 point inspection and I needed two new tires. The truck just passed inspection. The head of the penny does not show. I will never buy a car from this dealership nor will I have my truck serviced there anymore.

Let me just start of by saying I hardly ever write reviews of purchases, however my experience here prompted me to take the extra time and write this review. I live almost an hour away from this dealership and started my day at a dealership minutes from my house. After wasting my time there and being insulted on my trade in value, I walked out. I went online and started searching for dealerships and contacted many. Whitney Camden, promptly responded to my email and we started emailing back and forth....questions, concerns, etc. She sent me a link so I could fill in information on my trade vehicle and I completely filled it out including pictures and submitted it. The process stated it could take up to 24 hrs for a valuation which concerned me because I'd hoped to purchase same day. About 2 hours later I received a great offer on my trade (full blue book trade value). The offer came from the sales manager Jose Sandoval, who had to fill in for Whitney as she had some personal business to attend to. He immediately went to work putting the numbers together on paper and sending it over for my review. Was very pleased with this process. After we got to an easy agreement on the numbers he sent me a finance application to complete online. Once it was approved, he sent me an email to let me know so I could head to the dealership. In this email he told me that Willie Byrd would be the salesman assisting me once I arrived at the dealership. Mr. Byrd called me on my way just to introduce himself and let me know he had everything ready for my arrival. I was apprehensive about the dealership changing my trade in values after I'd arrived, assumed that they gave me a high offer just to get me in the doors....well that never happened. They followed through on the valuation provided via email. When I arrived the paperwork was ready. During mine and Mr. Byrd's discussion, he became aware I was a Veteran of the US Armed Forces. He then showed me how using my USAA membership I could save on car purchases and saved me another $1000 on this purchase! It took a while to get into see the finance person as they were busy (near the end of the month and a holiday at that). Once in with the sales guy it was not the high pressure event that I'd encountered in the past.....GAP insurance, extended warranty, etc. I told him what I wanted and got exactly what I wanted and nothing more.....nothing less. Overall very pleased with the entire experience! Would definitely recommend to friends, family, and anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle. Every time I purchase a new vehicle, I dread going to a dealership because of the experiences of past, however after this experience, I know where I'll be going to buy my next vehicle and I know purchasing a vehicle can be fun again! Great job guys!

In May, we had to go have the vehicle serviced due to problems with the transmission,we were able to do an emergency drop off. Our service rep was Kevin Hendricks, he was helpful and knowledgeable about the situation. While the car was in service we were kept inform throughout the process.

Took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a Left Rear Shock replacement - took two days for repair. Drove home and noticed loud rattling noise from left rear - called my service advisor to inform her of the situation. Her attitude and willingness to address my problem was "sorry cant tell you when someone can look at it" - really bad customer service. Go elsewhere for service.

Seen a post for a 2015 Durango on cars.com with no photos but only a price and description due to it recently being traded in. Between the description and the price we had to go and see it. I made a call that they and we were on our way. We literally went "just to look" and ended up leaving with a vehicle. Decision was 100% our own with no manipulive coursing from our salesman at the time. We even asked to be alone a couple of times so we could talk amongst ourselves and he complied graciously with no if's, and's, or but's, basically he didn't try to over sell the vehicle which was greatly appreciated. Everyone was friendly, but they moved very quickly and when I mentioned that I need to take a moment to think about it, they told me that there were a long line of people to sign and if I didn't decide quickly, it would expand my wait time tremendously. Once I got home, I decided that I paid too much for the warranty. When I asked the finance manager to lower the price, he told me that the contract went to the bank. When I asked to cancel it, he told me that I would have to wait until I made my first payment. I told him that the car would have more miles on it by then and the amount of the credit would be diminished. He didn't seem to care very much.

I took my 2015 Ram 2500 in just for an oil change just to check in my truck took 15 minutes, and it took over 2 1/2 hours for it to be complete. The person that signed in after I did, their car was taken back before mine. When I finally seen my truck come out of service they just parked it! Didn't bother to come in to tell me my truck was complete. My truck sat there for 20 minutes, so I went and asked what is the issue, my truck has been ready. The comment I got in return was not even I apologize it was I'm busy & I have to do paperwork. It doesn't take that long for paperwork...another 20 minutes went by before I got my truck. They should at least keep their customers updated on the status of their vehicle..All I can say is the next time I have to take my truck in I will ask for Sally she is always on top of it, polite, and Great at what she does!!!!

After spending the day driving around looking at used cars, I decided to pass through the parking lot of Auto Nation Spring on my way home. I was approached by Alex (or Alexis as his co-workers call him) and he asked what was I looking for. I informed him that I was looking for an older model "cheap" car that was good on gas mileage. He named a few vehicles and asked me to go with him to their trade in lot. He patiently took me around and even pointed out a couple of cars that he would not recommend for me, as they had mechanical issues and didn't pass inspection. Then he took me to a Mazda 5 Mini Mini Van that was immaculate. I agreed to drive it, even though it wasn't really what I was looking for. However, the mini van was taken very good care of. I decided to go through the process without hours of haggle over the price. He was able to get me a really decent deal and didn't mind going back to the sales manager a couple of times. I wasn't able to take it home with me the same day, as it was a new trade in and it needed to go through their 125 point check system. He made certain the mini van was thoroughly checked out for me and had it ready for me on the promised day. Alex was a great salesman and I would highly recommend him for your next visit at AN Spring. I certainly hope that if I ever have to return for any warranty repairs or service, that my next visit will be just as pleasant. Thank you Auto Nation Spring and Alex! UPDATE: I had to return my vehicle to the service department for brakes that were squealing like a freight train. AutoNation had replaced the brakes upon purchase of my vehicle. When I initially test drove the vehicle with the old brakes, there was no squealing. But since replacement, the squealing nose has started. After speaking with the service adviser, she informed me that semi-metallic brakes were installed and the noise would be normal. And then I was told by a sales manager that I would just have to wash my vehicle on a weekly basis to wash off the brake dust to help with the squealing. I may not be a mechanic, but I am no fool! I dropped my vehicle off at the service department on a Thursday evening so it could be looked at the following day. At 5:30 pm on the following day, there was no update on my vehicle and I could only be told it was assigned a technician and nothing had been done as of yet. I must say that the sale to me of my vehicle was near perfect but as for the service department, I do not recommend. I'm glad I got a refund on my 3 year extended warranty, as they force you to use their service department. And I DO NOT want to return to their service department for any kind of repairs to only be treated rudely!

First, let me say that this was my first time dealing with AutoNation CDJR. To be completely honest they offered the same somewhat lackluster experience that all dealers offer these days. I worked three competing dealerships by email and then by phone for about 7 days prior to selecting AutoNation as the ?winner?, they had the exact truck I was after along with the best sales price and trade-in value. The sale went fairly well after some typical give and take, a walk out, some more haggling, and then the deal. All in all it took about 4 hours or so from start to finish, not bad with some kids in tow. My salesman, Adil Razzaq, was on point and did a great job throughout the process?.until after the sale. There were two items on the ?we owe? sheet that we agreed upon prior to the sale and we were very explicit on what those things were: body repair to a factory dent on the LF door and a full set of Weathertech floor mats (PN included). We were told to come back the next week and made an appointment for Thursday, plenty of time to prepare for the dent repair and have the floor mats ordered and in. Two things happened that day, the body shop guy chuckled at the idea that the repair time was possible in the scheduled amount of time and Adil (the Salesman) tried to push some cheap OEM rubber floor mats instead of the Weathertech mats on my wife. I suppose this was mostly due to cost on his part and the fact that I was not there. The body guy, Robert, was a fantastic guy to work with and he even gave us his phone number so that we could work directly with him for the follow up. By no fault of Roberts we had to come back a second time to complete the dent repair and I had to sort out the floor mat debacle with Adil. When I came back the next Tuesday I found that Adil had transferred to another dealership. Left in the waiting room trying to figure out what to do I came across another Robert, this one in the parts department. I explained what was going on, showed all of the documentation, and he happily ordered the correct floor mats and had them shipped to my house. To sum things up: good pricing, good selection, poor sales follow through, two guys named Robert that deserve recognition for having to clean up Adil?s mess. It?s a shame that it took an extra day of my time to set things right, things that should have been squared away from the start with just a little bit of follow through.

Was a good experience,not great so 4 stars.Not salesmans fault at all.Vehicle paperwork was drawn up at 26K,instead of 28K as advertised Internet price.Not my fault either so I think they should have ate that mistake.As we were getting ready to go to finance I noticed paperwork stated 29K.So didn't work any deal at all on price and tried to add an additional grand.I caught that.Not gonna happen.My only negative is that they seem to not want to negotiate on price at all on used vehicles.Next purchase they will actually work a "deal" with me to keep me as a customer.

Bought my 2015 Ram 1500 Lonestar on Saturday 11/21/15 salesman was great... But then 1 day later the light engine came on i called Chrysler and was told the truck had a recall and i would have to take in for svc which i took it for repair on Monday and the salesman still helped getting fast repair svc and a loaner.. The truck was repaired in 1 day.. When i went to pick it up the truck wouldnt start. The svc man came to chk it out while i was waiting svc guy said it was a connector and it was ok to take. Next day the truck was acting up again gave a Svc Transmission msg and wouldnt come back on. Took it back for svc 11/25/15. Get a call 12/3/15 "I have good news we know whats wrong w it, the transmission needs to be replaced and it will hopefully be ready in 1-2wks" .. I was like really thats the good news.. I still dont know why the truck wasnt just replaced if i only had it for a day or 2 .. I was soo excited when i traded in my highlander but then after all this thats been happening its now my biggest mistake..

And set up service for us to come in right away! Like, same day! The work may take a few days &I have the extended warranty, so I get a rental/loaner. Yay, glad I did that! I called the service dept., and while the woman was very nice, I felt like I got the generic answers. And never was I told I would be picked up by enterprise and would deal with them directly... ugh! (this also means I have to put up a credit card of my own to get it) And I was told that there is a $35/day limit so anything over that I would have to pay the difference ~ double Ugh! Look folks! I drive a truck for a reason! I don't want to sit on the ground in a 4 cylinder car with NO ROOM! ~ But my hubby talked to Jorge and he is taking care of EVERYTHING! YAY! While I don't have to have a truck for the few days, I just don't want something tiny. But Jorge is handling it for me! Great customer service, the sales guys are very attentive and don't mind you asking a thousand questions. They didn't try and scam me or not give me what I deserved for my car! Ask for Leroy Johnson! He went above and beyond to get us into our new Jeep Wrangler. My wife had seen a few jeeps driving around the neighborhood and was curious to see how they handled. So we went into the dealership to test drive one. In a matter of seconds we were greeted and shown a couple of different models and then went on a test drive. That was enough for her to know she had to have one. When we returned, Leroy took care of us, and even got us an employee purchase agreement price that I wasn't aware of, saving us a lot of money. I originally went to this dealership for a Jeep Compass I saw online, a red one, but it was on hold for another customer. So I was really bummed and was going to leave. But Larry Chatman promised he could find me another one like that. Well, not only did he find it....he found a better model that suited me. 2015 Jeep Compass High Altitude fully loaded and white with beautiful beige leather interior. I also wasn't sure about the financing. I didn't have alot to put down but he and the financing Mgr pulled a miracle. I received excellent financing and a speedy check out. This review is has to do after the sale. My purchasing experience was one of the best Ive had. My salesman was great he addressed all my issues and helped me in every way possible. He even made sure I got the floor mats and trailer hitch off my trade in, as they were recently purchased. The follow up to the sale is the issue. I really enjoy my new Dodge truck, but there are some things that need to be fixed under warranty. Every time I call to set up an appointment to get these items fixed all I get is the phone shuffle or they are out 4 to 6 weeks. They are kind enough to tell me I can drop it off and leave it, but then I am without transportation. The sad thing is I can call back in 20 minutes and schedule an oil change or tire rotation and balance, you know something they make money on, and they can get to me usually the next day. Im sure if the items that needed to be fixed werent warranty items they would be happy to take care of me since they would be charging me. Where is the real customer service, what happened to standing behind what you sell. The salesman that was taking care of me is no longer there so I dont even have someone to discuss this with and get any help. So now I have a brand new truck with an A/C that is acting up, a headliner that is falling out, an LED light that isnt working, and a transmission that is shifting rough and slipping. I guess my only saving grace is the 5 year bumper to bumper I paid extra for.

I emailed AutoNation about a 2015 dodge ram 2500 diesel. I got a responce the next day and after about a week of negotiating,questions, and information requests we agreed on a price. Every email i sent was responded to within a reasonable amount of time. Never had to wait more than a day for a response to any of my emails. Due to me driving in from out of town, they emailed me a price agreement to assure me the price would not change once i drove 260 miles one way. Once i showed up at AutoNation i had someone waiting for me, and he quickly went and got the truck for me to inspect. They had all finance paperwork ready for me and i spent no more than 15min in the finance office. I spent about 45min total in the dealership, and was back on the road driving home with my new truck. I was very satisfied, and my experience with AutoNation was a very pleasant one. I loved the fact that they did not try nickle and dimeing me for all kinds of extras and bogus charges. At the end of the day the price we agreed on was the price i payed NOT A PENNY MORE!

I recently brought my truck in for repair and was dealing with Kevin in Service. Initially I was skeptical when I brought it in on Saturday and he told me he could not take it in, but to come back in Monday and drop it off. I had him verify that it was still under warranty and he verified that it was and that I would be able to get into a rental for no cost. So I took his advice and brought it back on Monday, and was impressed on how quickly they got me in a rental and back on the road. The very next day Kevin called and gave me the diagnosis and asked if I wanted to proceed. Of course I did, and the following day he called to inform me it was ready. I walked away paying $42 and my truck is running like a champ. All in all this was a very good experience!! Kevin and the team did an outstanding job and the quality of communication far exceeded my expectations.

My experience was average for the purchase process. My issue was with the warranties products that they sold as 4 year coverage (insurance-like) for tire/wheel, windshield. 1000 dollars for what I thought would be peace of mind on the road. The wheel/tire coverage is worthless - as the company that runs it will reject the claims unless it is a sidewall damage to the tire or a unfixable rim. If total/trade/sell your vehicle before the period you pay for is up - you loose the reminder of the coverage. It is up to the dealership to decide whether or not to give you any refund - which they will not. Of course, they never mention that when giving the sales pitch on how great the "coverage" will be. If you do try to get a refund they point to parts of the contract that of course they didn't cover or explain when signing the papers. I know - you must read all parts of the contract - that was on me. It was an expensive lesson - and one I hope someone will benefit from. They have lost a customer in me - and I buy a car every 2 years.

Purchased a new 2015 Ram 2500 lonestar diesel truck in order to pull a 11,000 lb 5th wheel trailer. My previous vehicle ( Toyota tundra truck ) did not have the power to do the job. This is my 1st Dodge ( Ram ) product to ever purchase. I have always stayed away from Dodge in the past but this vehicle is great. It looks great inside and out. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Ignacio "Nacho" Victorica and Will at AutoNation. Nacho did a great job making it a smooth negotiation and transaction, he was extremely accommodating to my wife and I as we had our hands full with our 2 year old daughter, and he quickly walked us through the vehicle demonstration and setup after the sale. Lower your expectations! Terribly disappointed with the level of (lack of) service from this dealer. I love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and the initial purchase transaction was fine, but I ordered some options and I was told it would take one day to have them installed. Then they stalled me with excuses daily, all week long. And when I was told finally that I could pick it up on a Friday night at 9pm, they hadn't even gotten everything done, and the car was filthy. I was told they didn't have time to clean it!? And to top it off, one of the options I paid for was a new cargo tray, which was not delivered. So I requested an IOU which was scribbled on a piece of paper and I was told I would be given a credit. I have been attempting to collect my credit for three weeks and I can't get a soul to return my call... except the salesman, who says he can't do anything about it. He refers me to John Pike, the new car sales manager (who refuses to respond to my calls or emails). Seems a bit ridiculous that I should have to chase them down for a small amount of money they owe me after spending that kind of money on a new vehicle...

James Lowery is a great salesman and he's as honest as the day is long. We've purchased two vehicles from him within a year.I was distressed last week when I came into the dealership on I-45 North to give James a referral only to learn from the salesman who wears the Iraq War Veteran's cap that he'd moved to Oklahoma and was no longer available.We've been pleased with the truck but for two things. We brought it in for the free oil change and the crankcase oil is leaking now. We'll have to bring it in for another look this week.Also, I learned that the alternator and charging system on the Ram trucks is not set up to recharge a drained battery, but rather, to replace the amount of energy used by the truck during operation only. So, if there's a drained battery (an alarm left off with the dash lights on) the truck's battery must the recharged manually once the vehicle is started again or the battery will never be topped off. Strange.

It was the best car buying experience I've had so far. I did my homework and shopped for the lowest online price of the model I wanted, saved the add I was interested in to my phone. Walked in and told the sales rep this is the truck I would like at this price. I explained what I wanted and just as importantly what I didn't want. I explained that I would be trading my car in and what I owed on it. The salesman listened to me and said "yes sir, we'll get that truck brought to the front for you now"From the time I left my driveway to my return time to my driveway was about 1.5 hours. Not to mention that I arrived at the dealer 15 minutes before closing. They all stayed late. Financing was just as smooth, Great Price on my new truck. Got more for my trade in than I thought I would and got a better interest rate than I thought I would too by financing through the manufacturer. Did not have to haggle to get this deal either. No negotiating and trips back and forth with the "let me talk to my mgr" or even worse "what do you want your monthly payment to be?"The next day I took my truck in for some accessories, the salesman drove me home and returned to my house a couple of hours later with all of my added equipment, full tank of gas and clean truck.

Bought my new 2015 Ram 1500. They had the best deal around and gave me what I needed for my trade. It was worth 120 mile drive. Chris was great to work with. The only issue was the wait for the finance guy. The were selling so many vehicles all the finance personnel were backed up. But it was worth the wait. Check these guys out before you buy.

Simply asked what I wanted for my trade and what my budget was for the vehicle I was interested in. Spoke to his manager KEVIN and had me set in no time. Purchased a good quality used car at a reasonable price. Salesman tried to lowball trade by a couple of thousand dollars. Typical sales tactics at that point but we eventually got there. Listed my trade at $3,400 more than they gave for it. Lesson for others, the prices may be fixed on what they are trying to sell you, but there is plenty of room to negotiate your trade. Had to threaten to walk out on the deal to get them to budge and quit playing games.

After getting a good price for my new ram 1500 truck and a over all good experience, I was disappointed when a few minor problems came up with my truck. I called to make an appointment. I called on a Monday and asked to schedule an appointment for Thursday. The service advisor told me that she would try to squeeze me in. She further stated that they were busy and was taking appointments for January 9, 2015 and beyond. After asking if she could take me for January 15 2015, she sounded discussed and said she would put me down for that date. During the conversation the advisor implied that I should fix it myself. Very disappointed on the service after the sell !!!! There service department has a lot to be desire. I live an hour away from the dealership and don't need them to waste my time. If you buy a vehicle from this dealership...... GOOD LUCK AT THE SERVICE DEPT. !!!!!

After buying a new dodge ram at a good price several problems came up. First the salesman agreed to put some extra molding on my vehicle. It took two weeks to come in, another two weeks to set up an appointment. When I arrived the salesman was to busy to wait on me. After 30 to 40 minutes I went to the service dept. The service advisor (not very friendly) told me it would take 5 to 6 hours to put on two pieces of door molding. I refused to wait that long for such a small job. This dealership wasted three hours of my time and gas. Good price on vehicle but service is lacking big time and some bed side manner wouldn't hurt either. I have another story but do not have time now.... Will write later...!!!!!

The experience my wife and I had buying our vehicle here was wonderful. We were in and out in less than three hours. That includes the time we took to look through the lot, drive a few we thought we might buy and then drive away with all the papers signed in our freshly washed truck. Did you read that? LESS than three hours from the time we pulled into the lot until we drove away with our new vehicle. There were no hassles, no salesman trying to throw in extras that we didn't need or want. We told him what we were looking for and he took us to several choices, let us drive them and got the ball rolling when we decided. He was great. Our financing was quick and we didn't watch anyone disappear for hours to decide what they were going to do to us. We will definitely go back for our next car purchase!

Great experience. Liked: The process was transparent. Internet pricing was clear. Sitting with the sales person and sales manager to negotiate final pricing details took five minutes. None of the "let me take this offer to my manager" tactics. Sales person was very personable and not at all pushy. He was also very patient as we test drove and decided between three different vehicles. Could have gone better: We paid cash and it still took a three hours to get through the check out process after we agreed on terms. There was a nice sitting area and the sales person offered snacks and drinks.

I live 30miles from this car lot. I called AutoNation and spoke to salesperson Diego. I asked if the car I was interested in was still on the lot. Diego said, "Yes, that vehicle is still on the lot. What time would you like to come up here?" I told him I would wait until after rush hour, 7pm-7:30pm. He asked me to call when I was on the way and he will get the keys ready and alert his sales manager that I was on the way. I hired a car to take me to AutoNation, and called when I was on the way as instructed, but Diego did not answer. I was fully prepared to purchase the vehicle this evening. When I arrived another salesperson informed me the car had already sold. I had to hire a car to take me back home. I called Diego on my way home. I asked him why he told me the car was still available. He said, "I told you the car was "still on the lot" and it is, I can send you a picture." But is it sold? "Oh, yes it is sold." I will never buy from AutoNation after this experience, nor would I recommend this dealer to friends, family, or anyone else searching for a vehicle.

After doing an internet search and finding the vehicle I wanted I contacted the dealership and worked with Sales Rep Willie Byrd. Having being pre approved through my CU. I was able to negotiate through the dealer a better finance rate. Being shown the truck, I found that a generic picture was being used by the website and that the running boards that where shown in the picture was not included on the sale of the truck, Thus my Good rating, Had that not been I would have rated them excellent. My advise is make sure they understand up front what you are expecting to get on the vehicle. Once that was handled the remainder of the deal went flawlessly. Willie Byrd was very personable as well as knowledgeable and made the experience a very pleasant ordeal. I highly recommend AutoNation and ask for Willie.

Received a safety recall notice. Contacted a dealer close to my home and was told to bring in my car at 7AM and wait until they could do the repair. They said they were not taking appointments, and if I left my car with them, it could take up to four days. Called AutoNation. Talked to service advisor Guy Vincent. He said if I brought it in on Friday at 9 AM and asked for him, I'd be out by 11AM. He walked me to the customer waiting area, checked with me and kept me advised of the repair. I was out by 10:40 AM. A pleasant experience!

I am not sure why there are so many great reviews. I suppose they are willing to work with you on price, but the minute they have you sold the great service stops there. I live about 2.5 hours away from autonation. I visited there and found the PERFECT car. They also went down 1,000$ from their original asking price. I was extremely impressed. I told them I could wire money, or bring a check the following day. They told me that this was a "one day deal only" and I would have to immediately transfer funds. So i transferred them the funds on a Friday. The moment I transferred money they completely stopped contacting me. I called repeatedly and talked to the manager to make sure they got my funds. They kept telling me they would get back to me, but they never would. My bank even had told me that the funds had definitely cleared but the auto dealer for some reason still could not tell me because "the manager that does that is out of office". EVENTUALLY (TWO DAYS LATER) they told me that they had received the funds but they did not want me to come pick up the vehicle yet. It took them FOUR days after I paid them for me to come pick up the car. I am not sure why- I suppose it is because I am a younger girl. AWFUL EXPERIENCE! It was also probably my sales rep leonard carter. He had no idea what was going on half the time and he was impossible to contact. I HIGHLY SUGGEST GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU ARE A YOUNGER GIRL. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT AND GIVE YOU AWFUL SERVICE.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. They had a no haggle discounted price and made a good offer for my trade. They had a huge inventory of the model I was interested in. The only negative was in make ready. My tires had 95 lbs of air and the floor mats were under lock and key by the time I left and had to be shipped to me. They did ship the next day and I received them the following day. It was not that big a deal compared to the overall positive experience. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

In over 30 years of car buying, this was by far the best experience EVER. After visiting 2 other dealerships and getting pressured and the "run around", I called Auto Nation and asked if the price on the internet was the "real" price or was I going to be surprised when I got there. The lady I spoke to said she was very confident it was, but she would double check and get back to me. True to her word, she called back shortly and confirmed that it was. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Joshua who turned out to be an EXCELLENT salesman. He was VERY knowledgeable about the cars he showed us and at NO time did he ever make us feel the least bit pressured. After deciding on the car we wanted, the rest of the process was smooth, painless, and NO pressure. The price I got was MUCH lower than other dealers. One of the biggest factors is Auto Nation DOESN'T install "options" before you buy your car and inflate the price. If you are in the market for a car, I HIGHLY recommend Auto Nation and especially Joshua. It is well worth the drive if you don't live close. I saved $2,000+ by driving 45 minutes.

I don't think I'll go back again. Bad customer service experience. I've had better experience with Fred Haas Toyota, Goodson Honda, and Gillman Acura, and Sterling McCall Nissan. 1. I noticed an issue with the vehicle after purchase. Although they did a good job repairing it, sales person was very defensive the moment I mention the 3 day/150 mile return policy and that I was considering returning it. 2. Finance manager is too busy to call me back just to confirm the lender so that I can add the vehicle to my insurance. I've been calling and leaving a voicemail the last two days. Just unprofessional. It's hard being broke and being in desperate need of a new vehicle, especially with less than stellar credit. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Devonte Brown. He asked what we were looking for and looked high and low to find exactly what was on my "had to have" list. He did not try to put us in a vehicle he knew was out of our price range and did not make us feel like we had to go to Joe Blow's dealership to get financing we could afford. He treated us like we were the best customers he ever had and made us a great deal on a certified preowned 2013 Grand Caravan. He even checked the other dealerships in the area to see if they had anything similar to what we wanted to save us the legwork. He was professional, yet personable and all around easy to deal with. The dealership gave us a much better deal on our trade in than the other places we had looked as well. Devonte even helped us clean out the old van. I was looking on-line looking for a truck and found a 2010 Dodge Ram crew cab for under 20,000 at Auto Nation formerly (Spring Chrysler Jeep & Dodge). So I brought my sister with me who recommended the sales person David Prince to help me out. The only problem was it was a quad cab so I was not that happy with this but it was not his fault that they mess up the internet details. So we look at some other truck and found one that I love but it was over my price and couldnt come to an agreement on the price so I decided to go home and think about it and come back the next day. I check the internet the next day and the price drop down $2,000 so I printed out the add and brought it to Auto Nation and ended up with the 2010 Ram. David was a very polite with me and my sister and did not push me into something I could not afford or want. If youre looking for a new or used vehicle check out Auto Nation ask for David Prince if he not there then there are plenty of other sales people there that wont pressure you.

Great experiences with this dealership. Been searching for a Jeep Wrangler and finally found one we like. Made initial deal on phone, credit check ect before we drove an hour there. After test driving we realized we chose the wrong vehicle (missing options) Our sales man was very accommodating in finding us the right vehicle. There was not a lot of pressure to sell us extras (except for the extended warranty) but even then it was not over whelming. Drove all the way from Waco to check out a special edition Challenger they didn't have in my area. Really did not want to drive that far to be hassled by a salesman but wanted to check out the car in person because the online price was so low. There is a Sales Manager (John Pike) there who sends a bad message to customers and his employees. He chose not let his service speak for its self but attempts to bully the purchaser into things. He attempted to bribe me for the Survey results. This put a very bad taste in my mouth upon meeting him. He threaten and with held a spare tire I negotiate and thus paid for in my deal until I submitted and excellent review for his sales consultant. This same unprofessional manager ( John Pike) raised his voice at me telling me " don't come in here with an attitude" after I told him I was not happy because they did not disclose that my purchased vehicle had been previously driven by someone at the dealership. The vehicle has a damaged fender flair which he claim "just happens all the time". After 3 weeks of waiting the service department has scratch the replacement piece and dented the vehicle. Now they want yo send my "supposed brand new vehicle to a body shop for repairs. This man is saying that I the paying customer has attitude because I question the if the 2014 Grand Cherokee (65K) was previously driven. This person is not to be trusted. He is the Spring Autonation top Sales Manager and he behaves this way in front of his sale personnel. I will post my experience on you tube because I would not any of my fellow military family or anyone to do business with a manager or business that allows customers to be treated in this manner. He thought he was so tough when he raise his voice at me but he will learn that as a paying customer he should have shown some respect. If John Pike is there leave because he will treat you like you owe him something if you by a car from Spring Autonation! Let me save you this headache! Technology is going to get you John Pike. I advise the Owner of the dealership to review your own tapes.

Internet Sales Kim was wonderful in finding the car that I wanted. Was handed off to Toby the salesman who was also great. The only downfall was the financial guy Tony. He was all fine and talking about family until after going back and forth between him and my credit union, my credit union won out on the lowest rate. After that he all but ignored us, only stating that my credit union was lying to us and that he didn't expect to receive the money from them within 3 days and so I should plan on having to bring the car back to them at that time. It was like he was pouting because he didnt get his way. I was very upset. I would recommend the dealership but inform people who Not to get for the financing part of it.

AutoNation Chrysler in Spring has a huge selection of Ram 1500 trucks to choose from. I perused the trucks on a Sunday afternoon and took photos of the ones I was interested in. On Monday evening I met Rob at the dealership and test drove the truck I had decided on. Within two hours I had purchased my new truck and was on my way. The internet pricing cannot be beat plus the $500 add in the Sunday paper closed the deal. Rob was great to work with. He explained all the functions of the truck and took care of all of the details. This was the best car buying experience I have had.

I put sales staff through to mill. I'm picky about my truck. They pulled vehicle after vehicle. They did an outstanding job. Financing went prefect , then check into getting another vehicle for Husband. He walked in found actually what he wanted. BAM ! Done! Financing no problem at all. They found interest rate better than expected. Although it took it seemed all day. Time was about 7 hrs.. There is never a short time when investing in a vehicle. I was attracted to the internet price and discount on a Ram 1500 and found that it was to my advantage to go an see what would happen. I found Chris Westfall to be a good salesman and worked hard to make the deal with me. He is new at the game but did a real good job. I was impressed with Maurice Pinkney a Finance Service Manager. I love the vehicle I drove away with. I arrived immediately after work on a Friday and was out the door with my new wheels three and a half hours later. Due to the late hour, the parts department was closed and unable to supply the missing jack stand. The fuel tank was also left at half capacity. I had an appointment with a Sr. Salesman, but I had to search for him after the test drive to find answers to my questions. As the vehicle was a Ford and he was a Dodge specialist, I found most of my answers on my own, including the acquisition of a jack stand. The tables and chairs around the showroom were not easily identifiable to the area being served. I waited in one area for the salesman that offered TVs and popcorn, then another section with no entertainment for the purchase paperwork to be completed. It was unclear where I stood in the cue or how long I should expect to wait.

Purvis Bowman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted adn he didn't try to rush the buying process. I live quite a ways from AutoNation in Spring TX, so what would make me buy my new 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie from them? My journey began with local dealers and slowly expanded out using the internet. I wanted a style and color combination that seemed hard to find. I contacted dealers in Waco, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston. It seemed they all had either this or that but not all the options I was looking for. Most said come on down, because we can get it for you. My problem was I wanted to go to a location that had the truck. The other dealers might have had 10 or 40 or maybe even 100 trucks to look at, but they did not have what I wanted. Buying a truck is like getting married, you need to make sure you can live with your choice. Upon arrival at AutoNation, I was greeted by Ismail Muhammad, who turned out to be my best experience in a car salesman. I was there for about 5 hours trying to decide on my new truck and he put up with me the whole time. You see the problem was they had over 400 trucks in inventory. If you can think of it they probably have it. The experience was like a toy store for truck buyers. I couldn't make up my mind. The options I wanted where there, but with so many choices, I started the buying process on 3 different trucks before settling on the one that was just right for me. The staff put up with me even though lesser dealerships probably would not have and I thank them for that. The truck was right, the price was right, the people where wonderful and my salesman, Ismail Muhammad, deserves the credit. So would I recommend AutoNation? All my friends already know that if you want a new Dodge car or truck you will not be disappointed.

Just by chance one night we wandered in to test drive the new Durango. Mario Q. helped us and let us drive a couple different vehicles. We bought our car through USAA and luckily this dealership was one that was recommended through their car buying service. Mario stayed involved and we also started working with Larry Chatman. The dealer had the vehicle in stock that satisfied my specifications. After a short test drive we negotiated an acceptable price for the vehicle. The vehicle was sent to be prepared for delivery. The whole process took about 30 minutes. The next morning I delivered a check for the agreed price + TTL and drove the vehicle home. The only negative in the process was the final checkout person tried to sell all sorts of add-on equipment and services. Some made sense and some did not for me. This session took almost as long as the original vehicle review and purchase time of the previous day. A sales person did go over all of the features of the vehicle (and there are many) to at least get me started in the many programming choices for the vehicle. This was very helpful.

The wait during the approval process was really not long - just a few hours. Frank Smario was the contact person provided by my credit union. In response to initial phone contact, he sent a window sticker along with credit union pricing via email for a unit that seemed to fit our criteria. Upon arriving at the dealership Frank showed us the unit and explained all of the features. After driving the vehicle, pricing was finalized and the paperwork filled out. The process was direct and candid, with no "games" that sometimes accompany new car transactions. Frank also worked with the service department to resolve a couple of cosmetic issues following delivery of the vehicle. Overall a good experience.

Great Experience! Made an email inquiry on an advertised vehicle, that was already lowest price in city, negotiated it down another $500. Arrived at dealership expecting "Extras" to be added for vin etching ,etc... The price was the same, vehicle was even tinted and no extra charge. I was taken on a tour and introduced to all the managers and service departments, by then it was time for financing. The finance office got me in and out within 20 minutes and a lower rate than I had secured before arriving at my bank. Could not be happier with the staff at Autonation in Spring, and plan on purchasing here again.
