I love my new 2017 Ford Explorer. I found AutoNation one of the few in the area with 2017 models. Juleon and Zach were the two salesmen that assisted me. They pulled up any auto I requested from their lot. They said I shouldn't have to walk around in the hot August sun. I talked with them several times on the phone. I recommend these young men. They helped me get my Bluetooth and text messenger set up right away. The only annoyance was AutoNation refused my check once I got home, and I had to get a cashier's check made out to them. They should have had a sign up that no checks would be accepted. Otherwise, great experience!

Service writer continuously lied about when truck would be ready. Kept truck from Monday through Friday for tuneup and driveshaft lube. I've never experienced so much dishonesty. After buying three trucks, I'm done with them, and my family and friends will know what happened. Steve Miller was the service writer. He needs to find another line of business where he doesn't feel it necessary to be dishonest. I don't trust anyone here now.

I stopped by on a Friday evening to look at a used F150 I saw online. I was quoted a price with no hidden charges via email and when I arrived at the dealer, the vehicle was ready to go. I was impressed with the quality of the truck and we haggled a little over the value of my trade. The price on the used vehicle was below book. Both the salesman Ryan, and the sales manager Ruben were polite and friendly to deal with. Financing took longer than expected, we had to wait about 45 minutes longer than we were told, but it wasn't a major issue. The new car dealership was clean and nice. The used car office was a little cramped.

Bought truck from autonation ford gulf freeway I'n 2015. Have had all my service done there. Most recent had my oil changed and tires rotated. Went very well I'n and out I'n an hour. Make sure to make an appointment as i think they will honor appointments before walk ins.

I purchased a car back in December 2015 and can honestly say that it was the best car buying experience I have had in a long time, As we approached the front door, we were greeted by our soon to be salesman, Yaseen Faroqui. He was friendly, a great listener, not pushy and very interested in providing us with meeting our requests. He made our concerns and requests, his personal mission to make sure that they were met and still even a month and a half after the purchase, he is still following up to make sure if there is anything else that we need to stay satisfied. I highly recommend Faroqui as a salesman and this particular dealership as the entire staff has excellent customer service and they were very friendly! I leased a Ford F-150 from this location a couple of years ago and signed up for the service agreement. What a mistake! Every time I've taken my truck in for an oil change, I have never left within a three hour time frame. Three hours minimum to change the oil? This is completely unacceptable. Yesterday, I set an appointment for 1:00, but by 4:00 they hadn't even looked at it. Finally, at 4:15 they informed me that they had just pulled it in to the shop. I told them to forget it, as I had to be at work by 6:00. So, I spent approximately three and a half hours there waiting for my oil change and ended up leaving with nothing done to my truck. What a waste of my time and money. I wasn't the only one, either. While I was there waiting for my truck, another gentleman said his vehicle had been there since 7:00 AM and still hadn't been touched! And don't bother calling the service department manager. I've called him multiple times in the past to voice my frustration, but he never returned my calls. Bottom line, I will not do business with a company that treats their customers in this manner.

I tried getting someone on the telephone for a week. I left my name and number, but never got a call back. When I finally got a hold of someone a (week later) and asked for a bottom line price on a new vehicle, I started getting the run around. "Give me 10 minutes and we will call you right back" is what they would tell me, and of course they didn't call . I would have to call them and again they would promise to call me back. If you want to be treated like trash and have your valuable time spent on the telephone playing tag, well then this your dealership.

Well where do I start. Well I walked in there by finding them online and when I got there I got attended to in a timely manner. I then already knew what I wanted so I had to look for it meaning what kind of truck. I'm not too convinced on fords til I drove the one I wanted being a Ford F-150 XLT which had everything in it that I wanted and when I drove it I fell in love with it. My sales lady was nice and courteous but needed to have a little bit more knowledge on the vehicle cause it would be helpful. Understand she was new but knowledge does help. The GM took the time to come help me and that impressed me. She went out of her way to assist me on my price range that I wanted and we made the deal. Even though we stayed there very late to take my vehicle home the staff also stayed til I was satisfied and I liked that. Thanks I love my truck.

Well first off let me say this, Thank you Auto Nation Gulf Freeway!! and all the professional Staff involved in my recent car buying experience, Kevin Serrano,Mario Ibarra and Calvin Cleon a High class sales team. They have in my opinion the best staff in Texas. Never felt the typical car sales pressure, they helped us with patience and answered all our questions and of course they gave us an EXCELLENT deal, they make you feel very comfortable and satisfied. They did not have the exact truck we were looking for at the moment due to that is was not a common package, but immediately they put their hands on it and made it possible the next day!! But in the meantime they kept us informed about the status of the transfer until the truck arrived and sent us a picture of our new truck. Calvin called us and in a manner of minutes we walked out the door happy with a big o'l smile on our faces. As of right now I received follow up emails to make sure I have no questions or concerns about my purchase and with the disponibility to help on anything they can. I highly recommend this guys and do not think twice, just go to Auto Nation Ford... a VIP experience you will never forget.

My car was flooded and had several inches of water. After waiting 13 days, the dealer advised that the car was ready. They took me straight to the cashier and charged $2,000. However, after inspecting and smelling the car, it was obvious that no work had been done. The mechanic left work rags and tools on the floor board. The dealer also said they made a mistake and forgot to charge an additional amount. I picked up the vehicle after a total of 21 days and they charged an additional $1,700. Upon my inspection, they had not cleaned the floor mats. The dealer spent more time adding items to the billing than inspecting the car to ensure that it was repaired and cleaned thoroughly. Advice: 1) Once your vehicle is ready, their process is to take you straight to the cashier. Do not pay or sign any paperwork until you inspect the vehicle. One of the service managers admitted that they do not inspect the cars if they are busy. 2) Speaking to the General Manager brought attention to the issue, but after our initial conversation, the dealer still did not meet the promised deadline and did not provide status updates.

Overall, a very good experience dealing with Auto Nation Ford. I bought a 2015 Edge SEL. The sale took a little longer than I anticipated once I decided to make the purchase. My sales person was Rosa and she was with me during the whole process. Before I left the dealership, she sat with me in the new car and demonstrated the tech features. I would recommend checking them out when you get ready to buy your new Ford product.

I recently purchased a 2009 Toyota Highlander through AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway back in mid February. My purchase, however, was not in person from the dealer lot. Rather, I purchased this vehicle via the internet and multiple phone conversations with Ryan Glen/ Internet Sales Manager. This type of transaction had the potential to be extremely risky given the fact that I live in northwestern Wyoming. The entire sale was based upon my perception of Ryan's honesty and integrity. I am thrilled to say Ryan did not let me down! In fact, even after we discovered an issue with the driver side window not closing properly when it was delivered, Auto Nation Ford and Ryan Glen made good on the repairs by the local Toyota dealer in Billings, MT. This could have been a tragic story for us because what was I going to do, ship the car back for repairs? These guys stepped up to the plate and made things right. The car is great and it was a privilege to work with a car dealer that at least showed me they have integrity! Thanks Ryan!

WOW!! This was pretty easy. Because of past experience with car salesmen, I was not planning to buy a new vehicle. I was holding on to my paid for 2002, but it got wrecked. Mr. Richard Smith changed my impression of car salesmen/persons. He was very kind and thoughtful. First of all he picked me up from my home. Because I was having an issue with my ankle that day, I was not physically able to walk that large lot. He brought the vehicles I was interested in to me(Thank you). He gave me the quoted price with no hassle or pressure. I love my ford escape!! I would recommend him to others. Oh yeah Mr. Richard Smith even bought me an ice cold coke.

As good of an experience as car buying every is. Our sales associate Edgar was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We were so please we referred a friend who also bought a car in the same week. After the purpose we had a minor problem with a windshield wiper not working. It was promptly repaired no questions asked and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes. As good as it gets.The biggest drawback is the boombox in the lobby really needs to go in the trash.

John Wilson is one of the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with; his communication through-out the entire process was great, he was attentive and helpful and eager to assist once we went to the dealership to look and make a decision about which vehicle to purchase. He is an asset to your company. However the finance person, Jerry, I think his name was, did not provide up front information during the financng process. He led us to believe that the financing was being done by Chase Bank, which is the complany I work for. It wasn't until I had to provide the lien holder information that I found out the car was financed thru U S Bank. Imagine my surprise! We, my husband and daughter were with me during the finance stage, heard him say Chase multiple times, and that I received my employee discount also. My understanding is that this guy is no longer with Autonation...which is a good thing. How many other customers could he have done this to. It was late and I guess he was in a hurry to make the deal...he even stated several times thru out the process that "they never lost a deal over the interest rate". Regardless...HONESTY is always best.

My husband had visited this dealership and had priced an 2014 Expedition XLT. I went and looked at the truck a few days later and told the salesman I would think about it and let him know. The XLT did not have all the features that I wanted so it shopped around on their website and found a Limited that I liked. That weekend I went back and told the same salesman that I did not like the XLT model but that they had a Limited that I wanted to look at. It took the salesman about an hour to find the vehicle I wanted to look at. He and my husband drove to their storage lot across the freeway and picked it up and brought it to the dealership. I test drove it and told the dealer I wanted to make a deal. The salesman had my trade appraised and brought me the final price. I told him if he would give me 1,000 more for my trade I would buy the Limited. They met my price and I signed the deal. When we went to the finance manager he talked us into an extended warranty. Which I have never purchased before. After I got home and looked at the warranty information I realized that there was a 100 deductabe that he failed to mention. A couple hours later we drove off with the vehicle and signed paperwork. Two weeks later I get a call that there was an issue with the VIN on my contract and asked if I would come sign a new contract. I get to the dealer that night and the first thing they said was I would have to pay an additional $4,000 because they had wrote up the deal for the XLT and not the Limited. I told them it was there mistake and I was not going to pay the difference. I asked for them to return my trade to me and I would give the their truck back. I was told I would have to pay them $2,000 for the repairs made to my vehicle. Again I refused and was told it was my error because I did not check the VIN when I signed the paperwork. Never in my like has it ever occurred to me to check a VIN when making a car deal. I have always assumed the dealer knows what they were doing when it comes to their paperwork. Even the salesman told them I was dealing on the Limited. After arguing with the manager for several hours I left. The next day I then consulted with a lawyer about my rights and he predicted I would win in court but it could take several months so I went back and tried to deal with The manager again, I even offered them $2,000 difference and he refused. I told them we would fight it out in court and walked out. I was waiting outside for someone to pick me up when the manager came out and sad they would give me my car back at no cost. So we traded cars. It has been three weeks and I am still waiting on my title back. I cannot believe the stress this dealership put me thru for their mistake which they never admitted to.

I began looking for a truck thinking I would have to settle for a small truck. I really wanted a Ford F-150 but I didn't think It would be within my budget given the fact that I didn't want to finance longer than 48 months. I decided to look around online thinking just maybe someone would have a reasonably priced F-150. I was pleasantly surprised with the prices listed on the AutoNation Gulfway website and once I confirmed that the prices were legitimate I made the 3 1/2 hour trip to make the purchase. I was able to get a nice F-150 STX crew cab and managed to stay within budget even after purchasing an 8yr / 125000 service agreement. I'm glad I made the trip and I love the truck.

Saw the vehicle I wanted (2014 Edge 4dr) on their web site and went to check it out. Talked to Mr. Salgado who sold an F-150 to my husband last year. Mr. Salgado was very knowledgeable about the features of the car and the whole process went great and we reached agreement on a price fairly quickly. We did all the paperwork while the car was getting detailed and were out of the dealership in a very short time. Highly recommend the salesman and the dealership. Very satisfied with the car and everthing is going fine so far.

Had bought a Focus in the Beaumont area in May was very pleased with the process at a local dealer but when I went back at the end of August to get a Truck they were unwilling to come even close to the Prices that I had researched online and kept telling me that all the prices on cars.com weren't true (I do understand that I would not qualify for every rebate that was added). So we made the long haul over to Auto Nation and talked with Usaldo. Was very patient, courteous, and for the most part didn't feed me any BS. I have been through the Car buying process and this was by far the least painless one we have had. He gave us a fair price right off the get go, he gave us all the paper work on it and said "i know no one is going to beat this price." We took it to a few other dealers in Houston area and they were right, no one came down enough with out downgrading the truck. Had another dealer work with Usaldo which was a little more "pushy" but ended up with a great deal after some back and forth. Good experience. . . . for car shopping anyways. Good luck all.

Prices were great and Custumer service was good the day I purchase the vehicle. After that they didnt care anymore. I didnt not get tax credit for the vehicle I trade and they will not help. Mr Calvin was verry rude and didnt want to help. They told me that I need it to pay and thats it. I explained to them what the Tittle clerk need to do and they dodnt care. They are buch of hipocrits that all they want is our money. I dont recommend at all specially if you are out of state or military.

Pros: Decent prices. Will treat you good and agree to anything until they get your money, quality of service declines after that and the cons begin. If you can get a salesman who knows what he is doing, such as Will, I think you would have a far better experience than I did. When my problems were brought to a manager that cared about customer satisfaction, they were resolved right away. Cons: Lots of excuses from every employee I spoke with and lots of false promises. Some managers (the recently promoted one, for instance) don't seem to care about customers or helping them. If you choose to buy here, read all of the fine print and make sure you know what you are getting into, but this should apply anywhere. I would NOT recommend my salesperson to anyone looking to buy. I'd highly recommend double checking anything you get from them. They have a blaring radio that's guaranteed to give you a headache and if you ask them to turn it down the next salesperson that walks by turns it back up. (This happened 3 times) My salesperson, Rosa was terrible. I would not recommend dealing with her. It was a never ending nightmare with false promises, me being given a (new) scratched vehicle with missing components (that I paid extra for), and me being told it was fixed every day of the week until I involved a manager, Ezekiel Torres, who actually seemed to care. She even sent me two separate emails asking how I liked the vehicle while it was sitting on their lot being 'fixed'. I was introduced to two other managers, one who was recently promoted whose name I didn't catch that couldn't of cared less about helping me get these problems resolved much less speaking to me and one that wasn't really directly involved in the whole process. After I told the dealership that I didn't want to deal with Rosa anymore they got me working with Will and I wish I could of dealt with him from the start. I don't have enough room to write down all of the issues I had with this dealership and while I appreciate the actions of Mr Torres and Will its beyond not acceptable to have been lied to for a week about nearly everything my salesperson said.

We purchased a 2012 Ford Expedition and couldn't be happier. Jimmy Mac is the man to see if you're looking for a new or used Ford vehicle. I spoke with him on the phone about what I was looking for and when we got there he showed me exactly what I'd asked for. In fact, this location had the largest inventory of Expeditions that I'd seen so far so there were plenty to choose from. He didn't try to sell me on something that I didn't want either. We test drove two and picked the one that we liked and that was it. The price was already much lower than other dealerships. We walked in there with a pre-approved auto loan with my bank at pretty good rate; however, the finance department at AutoNation was able to beat that rate by more than one percent! We did decide to purchase an additional warranty that protects my SUV for up to 144k miles, which is a huge weight off our shoulders just knowing that repairs, towing, and rental cars if I need one are covered.

My husband was considering the purchase of a new truck and since we had great service years ago with AutoNation, he decided to visit the dealership nearest to our home. Enrique was the salesman who very patiently answered questions, located the exact truck my husband was interested in and set up the electronics for us. At no time did we feel rushed or disrespected because of the many questions we asked. If you are an older person who does not want to feel pushed into making a decision before your questions are completely resolved, go to AutoNation and ask for Enrique. The only suggestion I would offer to the company is to increase the size and staffing of the Service Center. As sales increase, it will be customers' satisfaction with subsequent service department experiences that shape their future reactions.

I went to another dealership the day before and was quoted 18% interest on my loan, but I went here and not only did I get 3.5%, they also gave me 3,000.00 more on my trade in than the other place. (ehem... "something"Max) Having the opportunity to use Ford financing on a certified pre-owned really saved me. I got the car and the extended warranty that I wanted for about $100 less a month than the other place. I knew I was looking for a car about a year old, but I had no idea going certified pre-owned and using thier financing could make such a difference. If you haven't tried this route and you're looking for something used, but still practically new, definitely try it!! Ryan was great to work with and the whole process went so smoothly and fast I couldn't believe it. He has also followed up with me after the sale just asking how I'm liking the new car and if I have any more questions. I thought that was a really nice touch. By the way, I got a Focus Titanium hatchback and LOVE it. I'm getting nearly 40 MPG and it's a lot of fun to drive. I would go here again in a heartbeat for my next new car.

Just purchased a 2013 Ford Edge SEL, couldn't be happier, 20% off sticker and great price on my trade in, if in the need of a new car go see James Robinson, he will take care of you. I went in a total of three times and he was always patient, even though I drove multiple cars before deciding. I bought my first car ever from Ryan at AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway. He was the least pushy of all the car salesmen I dealt with (I went to a dozen dealerships around the July 4th weekend). When it came down to the Fusion S, I told Ryan to beat the Russell&Smith price, and he sure did! AutoNation got me the best deal with Financing through Ford, even though Lone Star Ford had told me that as a 'ghost' I wouldn't be able to finance a vehicle anywhere. Ryan even picked me up and drove me to the dealership after I dropped off my rental so that I could take the car off the lot. So far I've been very happy with the purchase- did a 2000 mile road trip to Santa Fe and the car held up fine. Time will tell how the service goes.

I went to this particular location because of referrals from several co-workers who enlightened me about their great experience. I was greeted by the receptionist who made me immediately feel at ease. Willis Guidry then approached me and asked how he could help me. My father was with me and was also interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Willis took us to an office and made us feel like we were the only customers in the building by concentrating his efforts to make sure our every need was fulfilled. His professionalism and demeanor reflect the values of the Ford Motor Company. Attending to two customers (my father and I) can be challenging due to our different taste in vehicles. Willis maintained his composure and never once made us feel like we were bothering him. At the end of the sale we were greeted by the General Manager, Jarrod Johnson. I bought my 2012 Ford Feista at autonation Ford, gulf freeway. 2 years later my passenger rear latch breaks, so I bring it to the dealership, considering it is still under warranty, after keeping it all day, and not calling me, and when I call I get the run around. Eventually I go up there for them to tell me it will be two weeks for a dang part! They bungee cord my door shut and tell me it's safe to drive, but the paper work says it is NOT safe to drive due to the back door possibly opening. Well here it is, 2 WEEKS LATER. all of a sudden they need another 21 days to get the latch. Worst service ever, I stay on hold for 45 minutes at a time, never get who im calling and I've been hung up on. They need to restock on their asst service managers ASAP !!!

I was referred to Autonation by my brother who has bought his Fords there in the past and was told that Usaldo was the man to talk to. I had been to many other dealers beforehand to shop around (like any prudent person would) but I did not get, even close to, the attention and care I received from him. I had a very specific Ford Fusion in mind and a fairly strict budget with which to work with. There were no hidden fees or attempts to up sell, just a man who did a fantastic job of making my car buying experience leaps and bounds ahead of anything I had previously expected. It seems I will never find out the quality of repairs here. I took in my vehicle to get one of the lights fixed believing it would onlu take two days, and now its been a week, amd seems like it will be more! We also believed that EVERYTHING was covered by the 90 day warrenty my vehicle came with, as told by the people who serviced us. Apparently they are confused because we have been sent back and forth between countless people over charging us and what is covered by the given warrenty. I am very upset because I grew very fond of this vehicle and now that I need it I have to haggle with family members to borrow their vehicles. I do not wish to return the vehicle for I am fond of it, but if it comes to it we may have to and take our services elsewhere. We paid a very good sum of money for it and a simple head light malfunction cannot be covered? Quite rediculous.

I loved my experience with this dealership! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like I was the most important client in the room. I originally thought I wanted an SUV, but the sales person assisting me made sure to show me different options. I ended up changing my mind and chosing to go with a Ford Fusion. The new body style is so sleek! I then couldn't decide between two colors with very different interiors...the salesman went to the trouble of re-washing them both and parking them side-by-side to help me make my final decision. After much back and forth, I decided on the 2014 white (tan interior) Ford Fusion. THEN the finance guy couldn't have been more helpful during the billing process. Everyone at this dealership was so friendly, accomodating and professional. I would absolulety go back and refer a friend the next time they are car shopping.

I will start by saying, the dealership will do anything to make money. I purchased a vehicle two weeks ago and when i done so, I also purchased exstendid warranty. Also keep in mind you receive a 60 day Warrenty as well. It's only been 2 weeks and my vehicle is in the shop. Now they have in my paper work that if my vehicle have to stay in te service department for over a night, they will supply me with a rental. My vehicle has now been in the shop for 5 days today and Warrenty has not gave them approval YET to fix my car. (Keep in mind 60 day Warrenty and I only had the car for 2 weeks) I still don't have a rental and they still have not fixed my vehicle. I see legal action will need to be taken up due to the fact that I paid for this service and I'm not recieving it.

I went to Classic Ford here in Galveston to look at the Fiestas, and talked with a representative about the information given by Mr. Ibarra. He looked up the car, talked with his manager, and they told me that the price quoted from Champion was very good and also that there was not another car like it within a 200 mile radius. They encouraged me to continue with AutoNation regarding the sale, and return to Classic Ford if further help is needed. Mr. Ibarra was efficient and patient, assisting me with financing to complete the sale the same evening. He stayed late that night to insure that the car was clean and that I had all the info I needed to safely drive home in the 2014 Fiesta. Of course, I was looking for a car that has manual control of windows, a standard shift, and good mileage. The first gas refill shows 36.99 mpg with in town driving, second fill up, 39.99mpg. Also, I was able to get four standard 60"(l+w+h)pieces of luggage, each weighing 60+ lbs. and one airline carry-on in the trunk! What more could I ask for? Thank you so very much.

When we got out of our car, we were greeted by at least 4-5 people before we even entered the building. Then when we entered the building, we were greeted again by at least 3 more people. I was ready to buy a truck and went online looking for a quote. I received emails back from about 7 places, but only one person contacted me directly. Patrick Renteria emailed me and said he had exactly what I was looking for and that I could come by the same day. I met my husband there and we looked at a beautiful 2013 Ford F150. My husband had a couple of features in mind that we asked Patrick about and he was more than willing to help. We inquired about three trucks and ran numbers on all three. It may have been bothersome but Patrick never showed it. He is a trooper and a true professional. The truck was wonderful but the price had to be just as great. We were able to work out a deal we both could agree on and even added a couple of things from saving money on the price! We found the new love of our lives and purchased it the same night. I would most definitely reccomend AutoNation Ford to anyone who is in the market for a new car, and would return myself for our next purchase. From the begining my salesman who buy the way, his name is Calvin Neal, ask for him, was very nice and attentive. I went in looking for a used 2012 FX4, and came out with a new 2013 zero miles FX4, and i dint feel like a fool afterwards either. This guy knows how to deal, and how to make you as a customer happy. A little back and forth on the negotiations but nothing you wouldnt expect from a dealership. Everything else was a breeze. I asked for a price, Calvin got me there, i asked for a full tank of gas, Calvin got me that, i asked for 2 nice Ford metal keychains, Calvin got me that (and that was after the deal was done), still treated me like i hadn't signed the contract yet. I highly recomend Calvin Neal.

I did my homework on line first. I saw the car that I was interested in , it was too late to call. I showed up the next morning and was able to find the vehicle on my own. A friendly sales person found me and we went for a test drive. That was on a Thursday. I did the paperwork that day. I picked up the car the next day. Done deal. It was not an all day dragged out affair. We are happy with our trade in , we are happy with our new car and we loved our sales person. There is also a good selection at this location.

I communicated via Internet and telephone for the first week of my search. I finally went to the dealership when I found a car that met my criteria. I already knew what to expect, so it was really a matter of settling on the price for my trade and for the car I planned to drive. The price offered for my trade was in line for what I expected. There was a short negotiation for the price of the new car. Once that was done the rest was easy. I spent about 3 hours at the dealership and drove my new car home. The people were friendly, knowledgable, and service oriented. If I had any criticism at all it would be that the cubicles are close together and noisy. It was a little distracting. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience there.

The salespeople were great and very helpful from the first phone call to the emails leading up to my trip all the way to me driving off the lot with the truck I've been looking for and the price I've been wanting. Bought a used diesel truck about six months ago from this dealership, bought the warranty also to make sure I was covered. Well check engine light came on no worries because I have a warranty right? WRONG brought it in and got a phone call saying I needed a trans flush, my radiator was busted, needed new brakes, shocks for the suspension, and more. The best part the sensor wasn't covered under warranty!. Let me give you some background on the truck is has around 100 thousand miles on it and since I bought it I have only driven it maybe once or twice a week to work and back since I have a work vehicle. So didn't put a lot of miles on the thing, o and I just replaced the brakes, and did the transmission flush about a month before I brought it to the dealership. I had a prior bad experience with my old dealership so I checked my truck top to bottom and took pictures before I brought it in for service so I know my radiator wasn't busted plus I would have noticed it leaking in my garage. Looks like they are just trying to make a buck, will never go back!

We were treated with respect, and they took the time explain everything. After a bad experience at this dealer ship, we were amazed that this time we were treated much better and actually were selling us a vehicle and not leasing one. We made sure the sales rep. was informed about this bad experience, and he reassured us that we were buying our vehicle and not leasing. That was a peace of mind. The best car buying experience Ive ever had. Very easy, no haggling, no bs. I worked with a guy named John Wilson. Not only did he answer every question I had about the vehicle, he even spent a great deal of time showing us every single feature and how to operate . Hes a good guy and knows his stuff. Ive been researching to buy this vehicle for about a year. I've read reviews, talked to dealers and compared prices. In April of 2013, we helped our niece buy her first new vehicle. After test driving several other vehicles, we settled on the Ford Escape. She truly did like that vehicle best, but almost as important she felt more comfortable with our sales associate Patrick Renteria. In fact, we too were impressed. We were involved in an accident on Memorial Day Weekend (not our fault) and were forced to buy another vehicle. Without hesitation, we knew we wanted to buy another Expedition and from Patrick. The experience was a positive one. We got the vehicle I wanted, after test driving 3. Patrick was informative, knowledgeable and professional. I will certainly refer family and friends to AutoNation Ford and to be sure and ask for Patrick. The facility, the service, the follow up and even the paperwork signing (Vladimir) were all top notch. 5 stars and two thumbs up.

I've had my 2004 Ford Escape for more than 9 years and with my love for travel I knew it was time for a new vehicle and I wanted a Ford Escape again. It was the last day of the month on May 31st, Friday, and the prior evening I was at Planet Ford trying to trade in my 2010 Ford Fusion for a 2013 Ford fusion to rid of my 18% interest rate that was eating me alive. Planet Ford was not only a rip off on their pricing, they seemed as if they weren't even trying to make me a deal and they promised to work on it the following day and get back to me about it. NOPE never even called. So I had heard some good things and reviews on AutoNation so I inquired about a car I wanted and received a response from Zeke right away. I told him my situation up front with a credit issue, nothing down and my trade being upside down. No problem! Didn't scare AutoNation away! He got me all the paperwork I needed for pre approval and I went down there after work, there he was and the car I picked out. Zeke Cervantez was very professional and informative about the car and easy to talk to. When it came down to the deal and trade it there was some time spent going back and forth as with any good deal and they made it happen. Not only did I walk away with a car that night like I wanted, the Ford Fusion was an SE.... one grade up from an S that apparently Planet Ford couldn't do a deal with me on. The finance manager that I spoke with was fabulous, the paperwork closing the deal with awesome and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I bought a F150 from here and the technical knowledge of the service department and customer service I received regarding addressing any repairs to my vehicle has been UNACCEPTABLE!! As a matter fact, my most recent repair visit at your dealership resulted in your technicians not fixing my vehicle (4 times they tried) and having it returned to me covered in bird droppings. I have voice my compliant regarding your dealership to the Ford regional office in Plano, TX and have seek legal consul to address getting restitution on my 2011 purchase.

I was looking for a used car, I found it through cars.com located one. called Ford Autonation on late thursday (6 PM), make an appointment for friday night (did I mention that they are open until 9 PM?) and next day (saturday) I was driving my car back home... If you go there, look for Richard Smith and Hector they will help/guide you through the whole process... ONLY CON - their finance department is short or there are too many people buying, I don't know, but this process took most of the time waiting.

I was shopping around for a new 2013 Ford Fusion SE. Salesmen John Wilson at Autonation Ford Gulf Fwy, went out of his way to accommodate me. He provided me with the best price over the Internet and was able to locate the exact car I wanted. Called John up and asked to see the car and he went to the Katy store and picked the car up for me. He was well informed with all its features. Had no problem with Finance Department either. The only complaint on the Service side was there was only one Finance person to handle leases and had to wait a long time to finalize the deal.

I am a very conservative buyer. I had been looking for over a year to find the right truck and right deal. I was looking for a truck that is a little hard to find so overall I would say I dealt with 10 dealerships before dealing with AutoNation Gulf Frwy. I live 4 hours for the dealer so my initial contact was email and phone. I was quoted a fair price via email. Made my way to the dealership and they backed up the good deal. Worked with 3 different sales people due to my original saleman being on vacation and they were all straight forward. I will gladly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I contacted Zeke C. who was very attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Within 24 hours or so, he had located just the right vehicle, tagged it for test drive, and emailed me a copy of the window sticker, along with the pricing information information. He assured me that the price would not change once I got to the dealership and he was true to his word. Zeke worked to make sure that I got any additional savings incentives and I could not have been happier. Zeke C. is also very knowledgeable and personable. I also came in contact with the after-market salesperson and the finance manager. Both were very professional, yet friendly. It was definitely not the typical car buying experience. I was very pleased and would not hesitate to return to Auto Nation Ford or highly recommend Zeke Cervantes to a potential new car buyer.

I needed to buy a heavy duty pick-up to pull my travel trailer. Actually, I didn't intend to buy a Ford. I had already looked at Chevrolet and Dodge trucks and was close to making a deal. I just happened to be passing by Auto Nation Ford on the Gulf Freeway and decided to drop in for a look. An F-350 was parked at the entrance and caught my eye. It was already set up with hard points and wiring for a fifth wheel and gooseneck. I knew a friend who had bought there several times before and he put me in contact with the sales manager, Paul, who set me up with a salesman, John. I found out they had two other trucks set up with the same options, but with different colors, and I picked one that was black on black. I took it for a test drive and was very pleased with the power of the truck. I told John and Paul that I wanted my nephew to get my trade in and they worked with me on that and kept their word on the sales price at which he bought that vehicle. So, my entire family was satisfied with the experience and the price was more than competitive with the Chevrolets and Dodges that I had looked at. I am glad that I decided to stop by and check out Auto Nation Ford. By the way, I just towed my trailer over to be serviced and the F-350 towed it without any trouble, whatsoever. It drove like it wasn't even towing a trailer (it is a 35' trailer).

James Robinson helped us find the perfect car. He was very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. And, he was patient with us. The whole process was fairly quick and we went home with the car the same day. We have never encountered a car salesman like James. His customer service was awesome! This was the best experience at a dealership. Mr John Wilson, our sales guy, was very professional, calm and understanding of our needs. Even after the purchase he has been very helpfull. Where other dealers failed, Autonation Ford Gulf Freeway excelled. For example; Planet Ford wouldn't even let us test drive the "Special Vehicle Team" Raptor because it was for "serious buyers", Mr Wilson handed us the keys and even gave us suggestions on a test drive route. We felt at ease with no pressure throughout the process. We ended up buying and are very pleased. Thank you Mr Wilson and Autonation Ford Gulf Freeway. Special thanks to Mr Jarrod the manager. By the way I gave a rating of good to facilities only because of a malfunction in the Men's room at the time. I'm sure it has been repaired.

I received several phone calls from the dealership, including a call from Tania, the General Manager. At no time did we feel pressured into a purchase. I felt that they really wanted to earn our business.There was no other Ford company in the area that could come close to the deal that I received. The Mrs and I were looking to test drive a C-Max hybrid in the Houston area. Evidently this car is an endangered species down here. Champion has it going on! I knew when I called that it was different. I had called several dealerships and waited on calls back. I called Champion, Will Guidry knew everything he had available and had so much knowledge about the cars. When I arrived, he had the keys in hand, met me at the door and information about the vehicle I wanted printed out. He put both vehicles side by side so I could compare. Here is the best part, I left the dealership without the car I wanted because I was not sure about the bench or bucket seats option and which I wanted most, he worked his hardest to get me back. He worked a deal that we both agreed upon over the next couple days. I was back at the dealership, with what we had discussed and everything was right on. I have had other dealerships tell me what I wanted to hear just to get me back in the door... Not Will, not Champion. He is an honest and knowledgeable salesman. He is friendly and made us feel so comfortable. I really enjoyed this experience and recommend Champion and Will Guidry. I love my new vehicle (2013Explorer - Sport) The whole transaction was a pleasure: from the initial first call, selection, price negotiation, finance to delivery..Thank you Champion and Will for changing my opinion about Dealerships. I went to Champion Ford shopping for a used truck and ended up buying a new one. The used car manager, Brian Gage was extremely helpful. He stayed with me through the whole deal and he was very easy to deal with. The used car salesman, Alvin Robertson and the new car salesman, Willis Guidry were very knowledgeable and helpful also. This was the best car buying experience I have had by far. And I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK!!!!

The sale process was very good up front and honest.They gave me the best price without a lot of dealing. I came from Louisiana to make the purchase. There were no supprises when I got to the dealership to complete the purchaseprocess.Everythins was we discusses on the phone and on line. Ryan Glynn was my saleperson very good person not just a saleperson. Very professionel and coustmer focus. To complete the purchase took a bit of time they should provide some Good Old Texas Barbque. When I am ready to make another purchase I will check withe Champion first.

I've seen a bunch of raving reviews for this dealership on the internet, it's all false and probably sales folks trying to get people into this dealership. I've bought two cars from this dealership and had so many issues with them. I took the first one back when i found out that it was wrecked and they lied to me about that not being the case. Their used sales manager Tanya Eubanks is the worst manager i have ever dealt with and is totally unfit for managing a used car dealership.The sales people promise you the world and does not have any control over making good their promises. They have the crappiest customer service department and they only treat you good that one time you go there to buy the car, if something were to go wrong with a vehicle after the 10'th day, you are treated like they don't even know you.BE WARNED, NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP...I

The personnel I worked with at this dealership were intuitive and direct. My time wasn't wasted with unnecessary salesmanship. I told them what I wanted to buy and what I expected for my trade in. Don Barras was Sales, Bryant Sales Manager, and Calvin did the in-house paperwork. Don was knowledgable on the products, able to sync all the electronics gear quickly, review the product features quickly and thoroughly,and we walked away satified with an internet deal. Bryant addressed some concerns I had with the CPO vehicle to my satifaction also. Calvin handled the paperwork and add-ons without pressure while presenting the advantages of his products.We are from out-of-town so time was a consideration as we shopped (and we did shop on the internet and at dealer lots). We bought a new Champion Toyota last year at the adjacent lot. This time, we were looking for a Ford product. I am glad we looked at Champion Ford.

We came into the dealership today just to browse the selection of Ford Explorers that they had out on the lot, and we ran into a man by the name of Peter. He talked us into test driving the car and walked with us through each step of the process in finding the car we desired. In the end we were very satisfied with the service he displayed. Buying a car is a long and tedious process, and I don't like it. The salesmen are too darn pushy. I was surprised when I went to see Mr JC Robinson at Champion. We was laid back yet straight forward and I could appreciate his demeanor. I didn't feel pressed to make a purchase, even after he knew I was considering another dealership. My final choice was Champion Ford. I was pleased with Mr. J.C. and I've been pleased with my followup services as well.

We visited there pretty late on that day, and our salesman Josh Freeborn worked very hard to get us into the car we wanted. He and the finance person actually stayed several hours after closing and we drove home in the car that night. A pleasant experience was had by all! I would definitely say go see Josh if you are looking for a new car!

In the past 25 years J.C. Robinson has been my car salesperson. When I think of buying automobiles other than a Ford, I think of losing the service I have become comfortable with. I tell Mr. Robinson on the phone what I want and when I arrive at the dealership what I want is waiting for me and purchasing deceions are minimized. Mr. Robinson knows his customers. Whenever I utilize the Service department, I can call Mr. Robinson and he will personality check on my vehicle and provide added confidence in the customer service provided. Actually, let me restate that - I was in the market for a truck and was blessed enough to run in to Peter at the Champion Ford dealership. In the past I've had some negative experiences with car buying in other states, so my expectations were fairly low. Peter and Champion greatly exceeded my expectations and restored my faith in car dealerships, and proved that excellent customer service is still something that you can find. I'm not often inclined to write reviews, but when you find a good car dealership and salesmen everybody should know about it because there are a lot of bad ones out there. If you are in the market for a truck or car and in the greater Houston area, or even within a reasonable distance from Houston you owe it to yourself to go to Champion Ford Gulf Freeway and talk to Peter. He will get you the best deal possible, and take care of you no matter what your personal circumstances are. My situation is a little complex and they went above and beyond to make my deal happen, and for the truck I wanted.

I was fortunate enough to come in to the lot and run in to Peter...anyone looking to buy a new Ford come and talk to him. We went through a couple different models, and he was about as easy to work with as you can get. I had gone to a nearby Toyota dealership, and even though I know somebody there the customer service was just not that great. At Champion Ford there were plenty of people around who were friendly, and the general manager even came and helped out with my deal as there were some special circumstances to deal with. They really went above and beyond for my deal which means a lot. Best thing I can say about them is that I will recommend friends and family to come here if they're in the market and that's not something I often do. Yes, I will come back and get another car or truck from them.

I purchased a new car and regret purchasing here. Nobody seems to know what the other is doing. I had extras added to my car. The loaner car interior was full of dog hair, mud and spilt cokes. I pointed it out to the employee and he stated "oh that's fine". What? There are just too many things to list. I was blown away. Spend your time and money somewhere else.

The Ford Trac that I wanted could not be found in Houston; but JC searched and found the vehicle I wanted in Louisiana and had it shipped here. Champion Ford Dealership is excellent in every way and their sales person, Peter Bahnev is the individual to see if you are considering buying a new vehicle. He gave me a wonderful test drive, showed me details concerning the technical working of the sync on the MyFord Touch system. He also gave me the best price on my car of any dealer in the city of Houston. I did not buy the car from Peter because I saw the white Ford Edge Limited with the options I wanted the day after I went to Champion dealership. I should have waited and bought the car from Peter because he got the vehicle I wanted the very next day and the price he gave me was more than $3000 cheaper than the price I paid for the very same vehicle.

Dealer did not honor advertised internet price on vehicle.After going to dealer with a printed out copy of an internet special, dealer first tried to switch me to a different more expensive vehicle. Since the advertised vehicle was on the lot and available I stated that the advertised vehicle was the one i wanted to purchase. After about 20 minutes they returned with a price that was $750 more than the advertised price and explained that I had to have a trade in to get the advertised price. Even though nothing about a trade in was mentioned on their website, other than through a general disclaimer regarding general pricing policy printed in fine small font print at the bottom of page, they stated internet price was only valid with a trade in. No where on the website does it mention that "condition" specifically. They refused to honor the price on that vehicle. After another 20 minutes or so, they stated verbally that they would come down another $250 but would still not honor that the advertised price. After another 20 to 30 minutes the general manager came out and again stated their position that the advertised price was only with a trade in and that their general pricing policy disclaimer supported their refusal to honor the advertised price. The general manager then offered to let me have the advertised price on a different but similar vehicle which i declined.I found the dealer's pricing on their website and the lack of specific information regarding how to qualify for that pricing to be VERY DECEPTIVE. The time spent at the dealer was a total of almost 2-1/2 hours. The fact that they attempted perform the classic "bait and switch" initially to a higher priced model and then at the end attempted to offer the advertised price on a different model a strong indication of their business honesty and ethics (OR RATHER LACK THERE OF)

I went to purchase a used truck that I had seen on the internet. Cricket was excellent and tried to handle all my needs and questions. Her manager was evidently to busy or just didn't want my business. I ended up leaving, and Cricket caught me as I was driving off, to let me know that he had time to run the numbers for me.. too late.. 1 hour later, I bought a truck at Monument Chevrolet (great service there).. I will never go back to Champion Ford and encourage others to shop elsewhere..

I responded to an online ad for a used pickup. We negotiated an acceptable price, including repairing the AC, which blew cool, not cold. The paperwork even explicitly stated "subject to AC repair". As said as they had my check, they reneged on fixing the AC. Crooks, stay away, far away. I was able to get out of the deal, wish I had never wasted my time there.

When I went into champion ford I wasn't really thinking I would end up with a car. I hadn't owned my car very long and my credit wasn't the best. David bardwell searched and searched and searched some more untill we found me a car. I had wanted a mustang since I could drive and he made it happen. We were refered by my parents saying "If you can't get a car from Champion, than you can't get one." This statement seemed to us as over the top, however after our experience today, we can gladly say this is true! We came in thinkning we would be walking out with disappointment dragging behind us but are leaving with a beautiful Ford Edge. The service we received from the beginning of this encounter was the best possible deal. Richard was completely honest with us and striaght forward which is something we value. We dont like being lead on or put in circles. Richard was awesome in all aspects! We would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a car. This was our first experience as a married couple to purchase a car for our growing family and we loved every minute of it.

Not sure how Paul came up with the deal but Mac Haik could not touch it and even admitted it.We had to leave the first time because we had a family event and we were there so they could appraise my trade anyway. When we left, they did not hold us there. It did take them a week to call me back but when they did it was worth the wait. They had better numbers than I asked for. The truck I asked for. They never once tried putting me in a truck I didn't want. They never treated me like I was crazy.
