After 5 messages left to try and get an appointment I called a manager. He was very nice and got me in at the time I needed. my appointment was at 7 I had get there at 615 and was still the 3rd car in line. Took an hour and 45 minutes and was told oil changes are every 10k miles not every 5k like I was told when I bought the car. Also was told my car was coming around from the wash that may be where it was parked but it was not washed so I had to spend another 30 minutes at home washing the car. So overall not a great experience.

I've used them for services I cannot perform myself, VERY satisfied.Laters trip for to take in my 1994 PickUp for new window/door seals.Not the type of thing that you can do yourself, and you only want OEM for this.They had it in and out same day, and now my doors close with the satisfying "thunk" of a new truck, and the cab is much quieter. I should have done this YEARS ago. :-)

We purchased our 2013 Prius from Buena Park Toyota on Sunday. We had an excellent experience. There are no high pressure sales tactics and everyone was professional & friendly. We visited a Toyota dealership in Cerritos and is just was not as organized and professional as the Buena Park store. Also, Buena Park had more of a selection. We were very happy with our experience. Last year we purchased a Prius from the Buena Park dealership. It says something when a customer returns!!!

Was greeted on time at my appointment and quickly and efficiently processed with my paperwork. Waited in their customer waiting area - good comfortable seats, free coffee and donuts and available vending machines in the same area. TV also for casual viewing. Spent comfortable time in the area and was able to receive my car back within the projected time for the job. Paper check out and delivery of my vehicle was very prompt.

I took my 2009 Toyota Highlander in for it's 5000 mile servicing and was confronted with a very courteous and helpful staff. I had an appointment and was greeted by a very friendly and courteous Michael Aguilar. I was able to schedule an appointment on the weekend a night before. When arriving I was the first car in line. Jihoon Song was quick and very friendly! He explained and answered some questions I had . I also chose the transportation shuttle last minute he was able to get me a ride within a couple of minutes after the shuttle had left! Showroom could have some coffee, water, soda for free. Some pre packaged snacks would be good seeing as if you are buying a car you will be there for awhile. Didn't like being in the open with everyone while negotiating purchase price. Showroom was fairly clean, just not overwhelming welcoming.

While on the way to work, my Prius suddenly lost power and displayed warnings to pull over to a safe place. I was able to get off the freeway and had my car towed to Autonation Toyota Buena Park as I was familiar with where it was from my commute to work. Michael assisted me and was great in helping me deal with my situation. After dropping it off, Michael was efficient in keeping me appraised of what was going on, and was able to give me the eventual good news that the repair, which would have been around $4,000, was still under warranty. He was great in getting my car back to me in a good amount of time.

Once again, an appointment for service was not a real appointment. The 5,000 mile/5 month service was just to rotate the tires, check/top-off fluids. They used to have two lines into the service area, one of which was dedicated to people with appointments. Now there is just one line. Cars are taken by arrival time at the dealership, not by appointment time. It took over 90 minutes to do the simple, 10 minute job on my car. If I'd really had an appointment, it could not have possibly taken so long.

So I just graduated from UCLA, and my mom decided to buy me a new car. I looked around online and found that this place had a beautiful blue Prius, but it was almost 8:30pm by the time we drove over, when they close at 9. This is my second time getting the service at Buena Park Autonation, as the first wasn't too friendly. I had always since been going to Irvine for my services as they were superb, but one day I had taken a chance and dropped by here at Buena Park Autonation and there behold one of the service reps had mentioned he'll be right with me. After then on this rep was friendly, smiling, accommodating with all the things I need for my Corolla including new tires on the next visit, what they'll do to my car, and how much longer my warranty for the service was. He told me about the wait, I didn't mind as I was just wondering around the dealership. Then after it was done we chatted some more about general advice on my Toyota on how to get better experience using it. I was satisfied overall, because it was not long, staff in particular this service rep was friendly, and I will definitely try again coming back Thank you. JS!

I've been coming to Toyota of Buena Park since 2007 for services done to my car. Last Saturday I decided to trade my car in for a new one. I made an appointment with Dietrich since he was highly recommended by my service guy Mo. Upon arriving at the dealership, Dietrich listened to what I was looking for in a car. I test drove a 2016 Rav4 SE and a 2015 Rav4 XLE. Since they didn't have the color of the Rav4 I wanted, Dietrich helped in acquiring the one I want. He went above and beyond in getting the car I wanted. I love my Rav4. I will continue going to this Toyota for all my car needs. If you want a patient salesperson who listens, Dietrich is the guy to go to.

Well, once you enter the service entrance you are right away greeted by an Advisor. Mr. Pete Amezola always on hand to greet me "How is my friend"? He will do my papers and will tell me you can have coffee in the waiting room while waiting for your car. He then will come to me once it's done and will advice me to see the cashier. Every time I have my service, he was always on hand, as a matter of fact he will not allow others to help me, only when he is off, which normally is on Mondays.

Everyone who helped me was fantastic! I went in unsure if I could afford the 2016 Tacoma, but the salesman (Mike) was really helpful and truly wanted what was best for me! He helped me get a good lease plan that was within my budget, and I was in the driver's seat in no time! Seriously, Mike did an amazing job (especially because I was very picky as to which one I wanted, and I had been shopping for well over a month), so if you want an honest salesman who is incredibly helpful, go see Mike!

Had to have my dashboard replaced, There was a misunderstanding when I was supposed to bring my car in for the first time (they didn't have my dashboard ready and had scheduled me) but they made up for it :) Toyota dealership in Buena Park set me up with a rental car for a day so I could leave my car during the week. They gave me a complimentary oil change (because they had to reschedule me a second time) and they washed my car :) My car was ready in one day!

I found this car dealer online. I filed out some applications and their seller person, George, called me right away. He was very nice, but he had to call me several times to make sure he negotiated a good price with their old car dealer. They gave me an excellent price for my old car, and good price for a new car. Just happened to be in town visiting and in need of a standard oil change. The experience was great with good customer service, individual contact information provided, and discounts. I even walked away with another oil filter without having to go to the parts department to have on hand for my next service. The oil change was completed in less than an hour which I was surprised considering it being on a Saturday afternoon. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle there again should I be in the local area. Highly recommend.

PROS: Sales staff was excellent....knowledgeable about Internet Pricing, models, availability, incentives, etc. The sales staff worked with me to get me a nice deal and expressed their desire to keep me as a buyer. Obtained a new vehicle for me that was off lot at a sister dealership while I waited.CONS: Long waits for paperwork (was there 4 hours from start to finish of the whole deal) and the arrival of the car that was at a lot only about 20-25 minutes away. And as usual, the irritation of the Finance Dept. in getting through the paperwork and the very tiresome back-and-forth of the selling of an Extended Warranty.

The salesmen showed me the different prices and models that the dealership had to offer. the salesmen took consideration on the car i wanted, once approved for the car i was shown ways to make payment. overall i went home with a new car and no regrets of purchasing a car. This was my first service on our RAV4 at the dealership where we bought it. Both the sales and financing persons were very helpful and thorough. I was notified by mail and by email of the appointment. I extended it for 1 month due to low mileage. I came in early, and the car was taken right away. Service time including car wash was estimated to be 90 minutes. It was done in 1 hour. During that hour I read, watched the news, and enjoyed a delicious fresh donut and coffee. All my questions were answered.

Return customer. Good used car selection. Very impressed by the prompt & courtious sales person (Chris I.). Never did he pressure me. He knows his stuff. Car was impressive, very clean & detailed. No hairs, smell or gum. You dont see that too often in used cars. Test drive was 4 blocks and suggested I drive on freeway, which I declined. Finance was on top of the loan, making an offer in 15 minutes. Documentation lasted 14 minutes and done in 1 hour. Overall, I would reccommend AutoNation Toyota Buena Park. Was very impressed with the personalized selling experience we received from the Fleet Manager , Diserae . We purchased a new Camry from her and she is very good at all the aspects of car sales . She is especially good with customer follow - up . The F & I ( Finance & Insurance ) people explained all the available after market items that were available and their associated cost BUT there was no pressure to purchase anything . We did purchase a Lo Jack security system but I Intended to do that on any new vehicle we purchased . Would most assuredly buy another vehicle from Auto Nation based on our positive experience with this purchase .

Was able to find the car that fit all my needs through autonation which partners with my credit union. Seriously took less than a few days looking for the car I wanted on the internet. I was most impressed with the carfax information provided from the service. Also, Arun Wurms was very helpful and informative. Was not looking to rip me off at all by pressuring me to buy unnecessary add ons like extra warranties. He simply informed me of the extra costs and let me choose. I was reluctant to commit to paying for a transfer fee and possibly not like the car in person. However, the reviews and pictures didn't deceive and what I saw/read online was what I saw in person.

I began my search with just a phone call and I spoke to Roger Desroches. He was so helpful and was very detail to find out what we were looking for. we got the 2014 Sienna exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it. He had it ready when we got there all clean and shinning. All we had to do was to sign the papers and we were off on our new vehicle. I decided to come here because they were the first one to respond to my inquiry online for a new Prius . I got a very good price quote. I was afraid that since I didn't show up until after 2 days to see the car, I might lose the deal. But then,it was still available. They're good in keeping their word . I took the time to ask questions, look around and test drive. Ron stuck with me till I got the right car. Jericho helped me seal the deal and I really enjoyed the experience . I didn't have to haggle for the price since it was already a good deal. And to top it off, zero % financing. Never had that,who can beat that, no one! Now,my wife has it,and she loves it. i recently purchased a new Toyota Van, being a previous Honda owner I did not expect much, to my surprise the Toyota service dept. (Aileen Cavanaugh) helped me out greatly. I had to have window coatings, paint protection done to my van, she explained the procedures and how long it would take to do each one. I purchased new floor mats and a dash cover. I had come back to have the window protection installed and the floor mats were in and she offered to have them installed for me. when they tried to install the mats they found they were the same ones I had in my van. rather than just throwing them in she found me and explained to me the were what I already had and helped me return them and ordered the correct ones. she greats her customers with a big smile and a hello like you are an old friend, they treat you like family at Buena Park Toyota, I would recommend the dealer ship and repair dept. to anyone who is looking for a car or have their car repaired, and I have recommended this dealer ship to my friends already. I already knew I wanted a Scion Xb. I did my initial shopping and comparison online and then contacted AutoNation Toyota Buena Park. I was quoted a fantastic price. I contacted my credit union and was given an equally fantastic financing term because I was making my purchase from AutoNation of Buena Park. With a check in hand from the credit union, I text Shawn and said I was on way to the dealership. When I arrived, my Scion was waiting for me all gassed up and ready to go. I filled out the papers, wrote the check and with key in my hand drove mt new 2014 Scion Xb home. I just got my 2014 Avalon. I waited 2 yrs for it. I actually took my niece in to look at different cars. From looking at cars for her, it went to asking questions about my lease, to looking at cars, to buying my car. My salesman was completely professional and did not make one huff or puff as I thoroughly examined the used Camry I was interested in. I was hesitant to even return to this dealership after my experience with the ineptitude of the service department. I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle through truecar.com, which also gave me a deal well below the MSRP. The salesman, William Lincks, won me over. No pressure at all, and a really great guy. On top of that, this dealership had just changed hands, and they assured me that the service department has been reworked. They brought in a manager from another dealership that has an outstanding service department. I haven't taken a car in for service yet, and not entirely certain that I will, but it is nice to know that they are working to improve things.

Had researched the car earlier. Went down met with Daisy the sales person. She was very helpful to the exacts of what we were looking for and presented the car to our satisfaction. We test drove it and the purchased was confirmed. The buying process was a waiting game as all dealers for some reason have to do the back and forth which I find unnecessary, having said that, Daisy held the fort and was very comforting and worked hard in getting us the deal we wanted. He was very patient, articulate and friendly in explaining me all the features and benefits. Not only had that he given me a very good price as well. I dont like people being pushy while selling cars, but Shawn Ullah was genuine and gave me an authentic scenario about the situation. I liked his honest and sincere approach. We agree on a otd price ...then when he came to the director guy Duke ... they raised the price a bit ( they said cause i don't live in OC ) the taxes is higher ... blahh blah ..... we go back and forth over $ 100 . I was looking for used car. Found on this dealership one that I liked, spoke 1st time to Danny. Really nice guy. Told him I'm coming back in couple days. The day I was coming back, 3 (three!!!) different people were calling me to confirm time I was coming. Does that mean they're interested in selling? I thought so. When I came the real story begins. I was asking for Danny, but noone could explain me why I couldn't talk to him. Then I asked for a guy Felix, one of those who called me. He tried to be nice but the whole experience was very bad. Firstly, the car I wanted wasn't there! Really??? Why were you calling me all day and didn't prepare the car? They sent it to the tent sale. I was told it would take 15 min to bring it, then 20 minutes, after that Felix told me it would take him 15 min there and 15 back. I asked to send someone to bring the car because I wanted to test drive THAT one, but I was suggested to test drive similar! Really??? I had a car for trade-in and they wanted to talk numbers first and were trying to sell other, more expensive cars. Long story short, I spent there almost 3 hours, with no result. They didn't want to lower the price even for $100, saying they're losing money! Yeah right! As for my trade-in, they couldn't even match the quote I got from company "Tradein Solutions". In the end we didn't make a deal because of $400 difference. Several hours later I was leaving another dealership on new car! They were able to match all numbers I wanted.

I came to this dealership hardly having a clue as to what I wanted because I was a first time buyer and completely on my own at the age of 21. Precious was a great help. She showed me a few cars but ultimately almost talked me into a used 2008 Scion TC. I was almost convinced but wanted to go home and talk with my parents about it first. When I came back to the dealership, someone had unfortunately just bought the car I wanted. I had my heart set on a TC so Precious talked me into leasing a brand new 2013 Scion TC. I had no consigner and was a first time buyer and they were still able to make my payments work for me. I walked off that lot with something even better than I originally wanted. Called my salesperson Shawn Hong at 8:45pm - 15 minutes before closing. He was at King Taco with his family. He said he would meet me at the dealership despite ordering his food and will honor my price quote. I didn't even ask but he also gave me an additional discount. The car was inspected after purchase and not all things wrong with the car were listed on the report from the dealer. Also the stereo was not working properly and instead of putting in a new one they put and old one that did work. Repairs cost me almost $1000 to get the car up to good condition.

Buying a car here was as smooth as could be. I requested information on a Tacoma from the internet sales manager, William Lincks, and he responded within 20 minutes with information, prices and some suggestions. There was no pressure, only answers to my questions that made me want to come down and look at this truck. Even when I changed my mind and asked about a differant truck he quickly answered my questions, and quoted a price which I knew was a very good price.The customer service continued after I had filled out the paperwork. I had driven to the dealer on my motorcycle, and needed to get it home along with my truck. William offered to follow me home so I could drop off the motorcycle and then I would drive him back in the truck. I know he had a lot to do that day, taking his time to help me out meant a lot.

HE IS THE MAN TO GO TO at Power Toyota Scion, Buena Park.I first went thru autonation.com, which AutoNation owns Power Toyota. He made driving the 60 miles to check out MY used car worth the effort. Surprisingly, he was genuinely excited about the car I was looking at and did not seem like a sales pitch. He definitely cares, listens to your needs and goes from there. Purchased a black 2012 Camry Se of the showroom lot, excellent car, as well as excellent service. The buying process was quick and everything ran smoothly. Along with a professional sales team, the service team is also friendly and efficient. Would be buy a car here again.

service department doesn't know what the heck they are doing. they'll keep guessing until they get it right. Meanwhile, you're going out of your mind trying to figure out what the heck is wrong with your car.

I got a car from Power Toyota Buena Park I did everything by e-mail, started with a simple quote, they had the best price, sales man call me to schedule a test drive, I told him what I was looking for, no need for me to test drive the car, because I drove that car previosly. They called me to inform that they just have the car in, I when to the dealer, i did't like the two tone seats, They said they have another shipping coming tuesday, We did the paper work in less than 30 minutes, on tuesday the sales man came to pick me up from work and they had the car ready to go.
