Brought in my Toyota Camry for a recall issue( excessive oil consumption) and spark plug replacement. Service was done on time, I was offered a rental car while my car was in their shop for 3 days. So far, I'm happy about this service and I look forward to make necessary repair recommendations.

We had a great experience with AutoNation in Leesburg. Our salesman was knowledgable, considerate of our time and accommodated our schedule. The finance person was also very capable and accommodating. The vehicle was exactly as represented and the price was reasonable. The buying process was mostly painless (I always hate the documentation and dealer fees). All in all, I am very impressed with this dealer and would buy another from them in a heart beat.

We have dealt with Auto Nation and its predecessor Toyota dealership for more than 20 years. During that time, we have bought three vehicles and they have maintained and repaired all of them, plus two Chevys we acquired from a family member. We recently bought a 2017 Prius V-5. Throughout all of these interactions, they have been wonderful! They are efficient and trustworthy and understand even the smallest nuances of customer service. My experience with Autonation superseded by far my expectations. I fully expected a "hard sell" approach when I walked in. This was the first dealer i had visited and intended to visit 3 more at least. Bryant Tate, my sales associate, deserves 5 stars. He was helpful, informative, knowledgable, personable, professional and did not engage in any aggressive sales pitches or put pressure on me. He made my visit and the process of leasing a car easy, and so easy that i didn't have to visit the other dealerships that i had planned to. Big props to Bryant and Autonation and, by the way, I LOVE my new car:)

After booking an appointment I went in for a simple brake check which took an hour and a half. Than the advisor came out with estimates of 1200$ for front rotors and pads and rear drums and pads on a 2007 Yaris including 5 HOURS OF LABOR (the mechanic's lunch break too I'm assuming). All the parts cost no more than 350$, so not sure what ware they thinking with this estimate. And than when I told them I'm not ok with doing the repairs it took another 20-25 min to get my car back. If you are willing to waste your time and hard earned cash go right ahead with these butchers.

We had a Fantastic Experience with our New Mini Van Purchase! I had a great experience shopping for a car at Autonation Toyota Scion Leesburg. I called about seeing a specific used car and they had it waiting for me upon my arrival 45 minutes later. I did not feel pressure to buy that night, but was able to communicate via email with the sales consultant thereafter, which fit best with my needs. When I walked in to purchase the car, everything was ready to go. The only negative I saw was the wait I had for someone in the finance office, but I suppose that's what happens on a Saturday afternoon when many others are also trying to buy a car. Once I was able to meet with the finance office, everything was again smooth. I'd definitely recommend Autonation Leesburg for your car purchase. Gene was a terrific sales consultant to work with.

Buy a car here! Work with Shahzada Robin (knows as "Robin"). He gave top rate customer service and provided best pricing in the Metro DC area. I did all my research on-line so I knew what price I wanted to pay. His sales manager, Tim, was able to give me the best deal (by far!). They got the car I wanted in a couple of days, had it detailed and ready when I picked it up. Robin showed me how to work the navigation and cell hook-up with all the apps. He even drove me to/from the shopping outlets in his own car while they applied the paint/leather protection because the shuttle was not running on Saturday. He followed up after the sale and never took more than a few hours to get back to me when I left messages. Gone are the horrible haggling days of buying a new car. Go see Robin at AutoNation Leesburg for your next car, you won't be disappointed.

I leased a vehicle that had a few small dents in the passenger side and was returning a vehicle that was in great shape. I feel like they tried to take advantage of me and offered a ridiculous payment initially. We did get to a reasonable point, but I felt like I had to argue with them incessantly to get there. I don't know if I'll go back to this dealership in the future.

It was pleasant and comfortable. I came in requesting one car and was steered to another that had been on the lot for three months so it was the car they wanted me to buy. I thought I should get more for my trade, but the said my air bag recall had not been done. Beside never receiving the notice, I drove a Yaris and they did not have the air bags that were installed in the recall. I put 6k down but the time I was pressured into the warranty sale by the Finance person the down payment did not reduce the cost. Had I done the experience again I would not have purchased any of the warranty products as I have had always drove a Toyota and have never need any repairs.

This dealership is a good place to shop for a car. David Finch is very helpful and extremely patient person, he will do his best to make the car buying process as easy as it could be. The sales manger, Dave Catacora is a cool guy and you can negotiate with him and he gave me the car for the price that I wanted. Brian Ham, the finance manager, gave a good interest rate on the loan. This place is kind of small compared to the other dealerships so THEY CARE WITH EVERY CUSTOMER WHO ENTERS THEIR DOOR AND THEY WILL TRY THEIR BEST TO MAKE YOU HAPPY AND BUY THE CAR FROM THEM. I just bought the car two weeks ago and I hope their after sale services are as good as their prices.

I went through the USAA Buying Service and within several hours of submitting the request on line they contacted me by phone and 36 hours later delivered a difficult to find vehicle at a very fair price and trade in. Long story short , I purchased a brand new Scion tc 2014 from AutoNation Leesburg Toyota off cardinal drive. Its a 6-speed manual transmission. No less than a year into the lifespan of the vehicle and the vehicle needed new clutch, new brakes and new tires. It's unbelievable how cheap the parts of these vehicles are. I was told when I purchased the vehicle I had warranty. So when I visit the service center in regards to the clutch issue Im told its wear and tear on my part. Unbelievable as a customer I was in shock. Its a brand new car I shouldnt be having this issue so early into the cars lifespan. They didnt want to replace it, and insisted it was my fault. I had the clutch replaced by a local auto shop. The guy had a look at the clutch that was so called ruined because of wear and tear and he was in shock. It had no wear and tear visible to it. Its just cheap parts on there behalf. To this day I still have the clutch with me and I will pursue this with the attorney general and have a case filed. This is unacceptable service from such a high consumer brand in todays market. I highly recommend you do not purchase from this specific dealer horrible customer service from employees and mangers. And if you can dont even purchase a scion/toyota, very cheap parts installed in these vehicles and no help from brand when needed.

The most important thing was the dealer listened to what I had to say and did not try to change my mind or sell me more than I wanted. Very attentive to details and clear on the process. Pleasant experience. My only complaint is the process took almost 3 hours. To get price resolved, financing arranged, and paperwork processed took much longer than I had planned. I would have preferred them to work it all out and then return later or the next day to sign. Did not enjoy sitting and waiting since I was not taking car home that day anyway. One other fault was that while the dealer was in Virginia, the car was being registered in West Virginia, meaning I will have to have the vehicle re-inspected in West Virginia when I get permanent tags in effect paying for two inspections.

I went to Leesburg Toyota AutoNation to buy a used Toyota and ended up buying a 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport. The salesman Hani was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through each of the vehicles I was interested in and after considering each I decided on a new one with zero pressure from Hani or the sales staff. Brian with the finance department was equally professional and extremely helpful working out a APR I was happy with. Would definitely buy from again!

I was car shopping while visiting in Virginia. Oh I was car shopping on line. I was familiar with the Toyota Corolla and found one on the dealership's website. It quoted a price and discounts and also quoted 5 year 0% interest financing. I was shopping on line on December 30th at about 10 pm. By 9 am New Years Eve I had a monthly payment for leasing and for purchasing the car. New Years Eve was too busy on my schedule to purchase the car so I delayed. By January 5th we closed the deal via fed expressed paper work (since I had returned to PA). On January 8th I returned to Virginia and picked up the car. Spent less than 90 minutes at the dealership including a test drive of the new car. Well done Auto Nation Leesburg Dealership.

I purchased a new Toyota 2015 Prius c during the Toyotathon. This was the first new car I had purchased since 1978. I purchased the vehicle using AutoNations Leesburg website and chat to find the car I ultimately purchased. John Toland, my internet sales rep was very helpful during the entire purchasing process. The first time I actually went to the dealership was to pick up the vehicle and pay for the car. All the paperwork was ready, or at least as ready as it could have been when I got to the dealership.I was pleasantly surprised as I wasn't given a hard sell to purchase options I didn't want, nor did I have to play the "waiting" game to meet with the finance manager. I was inane outing 30 minutes. Leesburg. AutoNation has impressed me with their low stress, easy-going process, not to mention their timely but not invasive follow ups "just to make sure I was still happy with my car". The car buying process has sure seems like it has changed since the last time a bought a car. At least, for me, at AutonNation it has.

My wife and I came on New Years Day looking to buy a new Toyota Sienna. Andrew took us on a test drive and then we negotiated the sale price. Andrew was very friendly and polite through the whole process. I never felt pressured. The bargaining was very cordial. Andrew also helped with the transfer of items from our trade in to the new car which was helpful on a cold day. He also helped put in new floor mats the next day when I had to go back to give a check. He also followed up a few days later to see if everything was ok and if we had any questions that he could help with. Thanks Andrew.

We came into AutoNation seeking to lease a Toyota Camry LE.After some back and forth with the sales team, we found their initial offer very high and were about to leave to visit another dealer with a quote in hand. One of the lease/sales manager approached us and mentioned that he was willing to work with us to make the sale. After I shared my expected price and monthly payment for the vehicle he was able to match it on a 2015 rather than a 2016 Camry. After some time, he realized that leases were not possible on the 2015 vehicle; so instead of taking the offer from the table he matched the same offer on a 2016 model. Now that's what I call customer service! The entire sales team was courteous and very professional.

My son bought a car here, and we liked it so much, two weeks later I traded my car in for one just like my son's, at AutoNation. The sales men were great, helpful, knowledgable, prompt. BUT. Once out the door, this place considers it's customers DEAD. I had a few follow up questions, quick and simple to answer, and NO ONE ever got back to me, not after three emails, four or more calls to various managers. All I ever get is this stupid generic form letter from them urging me to give them a super review on these sites. Huh!

Autonation Toyota in Leesburg is a good place to buy a minivan. They had the lowest price without even haggling. Their sales guys were very down to earth and their finance dept. was very courteous and helpful. The only complaint is that they had coffee and water but no hot chocolate.Everything else was wonderful and they made our car buying experience comfortable.

I was a little worried, buying a car is no small task! But Patrice made me feel right at home, explained everything in detail, I didn't feel pressured. He helped me through the entire process. Then I met with Brian, the financial advisor and I felt he was looking out not just for himself but also for me. I came out feeling like we both made a deal :-)

My husband and I were fairly set on getting a Subaru Outback, but we also really liked a RAV4 we had previously driven, so we decided to stop by the Toyota Leesburg dealership and look around. We were immediately greeted by Nazir and he was an excellent salesman! Nazir was so well informed about the cars he was selling and was able to answer all my questions. He had great recommendations for what we needed and what was unnecessary on our budget and helped us find a something we really loved. We went home to sleep on it, and when we came back the next day ready to talk numbers we were greeted like old friends. Nazir set us up with AJ since he was already with another customer, and AJ helped us pick out the car we wanted, drive it around and then got the car within our price range. Overall, the process was great and all the staff was so kind and helpful.The only negative part of the experience was waiting 3 hours to see a finance person! The dealership only had 2 finance people on staff that day and we had to wait so long. I would just recommend not going shopping Black Friday weekend in the future, but I would, without a doubt, buy my next Toyota from Toyota Leesburg.

Following the sale, he has contacted us several time to make sure all is well and if there are any concerns or questions. customer advisor let me know what needed to be done to the damaged area before they installed the new skid plate. the tech who was going to install the skid plate advised me that the cv boot that the other dealer installed was damaged and grease was leaking out onto the axle. the tech advised me to have them fix the damaged cv boot and then have the skid plate replaced. I am very pleased for the advise that the Toyota dealer recommended to me.

I went in for a wheel alignment as I had just put on a third set of tires on a vehicle with 81,000 miles--they were balanced and rotated as scheduled. The staff were attentive, professional and courteous. Unfortunately I felt a slight pull on the steering wheel so I brought it back in a couple of days later. Brian and Jeff listened to my concerns and didn't just attribute my wariness to road crowning. The steer ahead was slightly off which they fixed.Thanks so much.

My wife and I purchased our second Toyota...this one a 2015 Camry XLE Hybrid, previously a Prius...on July 4th, 2015. I've waited till now to write a review to see how the car performed after a few months and to comment on any further dealer interaction. First, Richard Schulze, our salesman, was excellent. He has a casual and friendly manner, but also a willingness and the ability to make make sure the customer is not just satisfied, but happy. We feel we got a good deal on the Camry, and so far it's been a great car for local and distance driving (42.5 mpg on a recent trip to SC). Thanks to Rich and one of the managers, Bob Thompson, who made sure we were indeed happy with the purchase and the price. Having been to the dealership many times over the last 3 years when purchasing and later servicing my 2011 Prius, I can say that personally, I have always been treated courteously by all who I have dealt with and have always been made to feel like a valued customer. I was not your typical Virginia car buyer. I had been looking for a specific car online; '03 or '04 Mercedes SKL320 . I found this car by accident, having removed all the mileage filters. It was the exact car I had been hoping to find; great shape, low mileage, right color and interior - only 1,000 miles away in Virginia.My stepson lives in the DC area, so I thought what the Hell. I called to see what I could find out about the car. They were Great! From the online Chat, to the salesperson, Paul, that i spoke with. Paul and I had several conversations about the car; was it really as it looked? Good mechanical shape? not photo shopped? After some hesitation, and A couple of days, I said OK, I'm coming to get it!The following week when I arrived I was VERY happy to see that Paul had described the car perfectly, down to the few paint chips on the front end. I still can't believe that I committed to buying a car before physically seeing it, actually meeting the salesperson, or driving it. (They did offer me the option of not closing the sale if not happy with the car) I put my faith in these guys, and they delivered. Everyone I encountered was professional and friendly. He'll tell you all about the car and will be professional. The car we wanted to test drive was for some reason not available when I arrived the first time, so 4 not 5 stars. I test drove a similar model. We talked online and next time I got there, I drove the car we were looking for and they honored the online deal we negotiated 100%+ (including floormats even though I didn't think to ask for them and didn't realize they were an option).Finance guy Tuan had everything set up and printed before I got to his office. Lightning fast and suddenly I'm driving the new car after Ubering to the dealership. Took about an hour all told to pick up the car, but I did mention I was in a hurry.

After I found the car I wanted the salesman made sure I got it at a fantastic price and the financing representative ensured I got a great financing rate. Someone from Autonation has followed up with me multiple times after the sale to make sure everything was OK and to schedule the shipment of the car. I got a price on the internet and, unlike some dealerships, Autonation did not try to renege on it when it came time to actually make the deal. The parts service desk couldn't give me an answer, which wasn't a problem I was told that they would get with me. Well u had to call back a week later and demand to talk to the service manager before I got a simple answer as yes or no.

I found a 07 350Z online and noticed it was a 6 speed, one of the very few in the area that had less than 100K miles. So I went to check it out.Upon arrival I noticed the car had significant swirl marks, also the interior pieces had excessive scratches. So I told Autonation, if I were to purchase this car I would gladly cover the interior cost if they would pay a professional to remove the exterior swirls. Autonation agreed, and I had it put in writing.I took it for a test drive and everything seemed ok, minus a small popping noise from the front passenger side and the radio was not working. I told them I would like the car, we went through the process and I left it with Autonation another day to remove the swirls. Day 2, I come back to pick up the car and it is still covered in swirl marks, so Autonation decided to keep it another day. I come back for the third time and they call their "professional" detailer. He claims it cannot be removed. So I take the car to F3 Auto and they have all the swirls removed within a few hours. Autonation also agreed to replace a TPMS sensor that was broken, they rebuilt it and it broke again with another week or two.A few days later I notice excessive grease dripping on my wheels and spewed all over the wheel wells. So I drive to my buddies in Woodbridge to tear it down, someone had recently removed the wheel bearing assemblies because the nuts still had fresh bare metal showing on the edges. Also, the rear plastic covers had been removed and someone had packed a vacuum type grease into the wheel bearings. They had excessive play, so I had to replace them. The following week I slammed on the brakes and it was pulling heavily to the left, upon inspection in my garage the front right caliper was not budging at all, piston had seized. So I had to rebuild that. Fast forward another month and the rear strut plates are rattling, I dropped them out and someone had cut exhaust gasket to stop the rattling, instead of replacing the bushings.Fast forward to now, I have put 1200 miles on the car and my first set of tires on the rear are gone. I brought it to STS while visiting NJ and they tell me my rear control arms are bent......excuse me? I was skeptical so I brought it out to VA tire and auto in Ashburn when I got back and they told me the same thing. I never mentioned it, just brought it in for an alignment.The thing that gets me is they put a new inspection sticker on when I bought it. This would never have passed a VA Safety inspection. Ever.-Bad Wheel bearings-Strut bushings-Caliper-TPMS light on-Rear control arms bent and alignment (toe specifically) out of whackI would never deal with this place again. And namely, Salesman Bryant Tate.

This is the second Prius I have purchased from this dealership. I wouldn't have been buying a car at all as I loved my 2005 Prius but since I totaled it on the ice I had no choice. The sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. The finance people were the same. I feel I got a good deal on my 2015 Prius. With zero percent interest my payments are in my budget. I would recommend this dealership and this car to anyone. I have been using this service center for the ten years I owned my first Prius and will coninue to do so. I never give 5 stars as there is always room for improvement. Otherwise they would have 5 stars across the board.

Mr. Richard Schulze was an great represenative for Toyota Nation and made the difference for us. All was smooth sailing until the last hour. After the lease agreement was signed we had to wait almost an hour to receive the RAV4. The vehicle needed to be fueled and inspected; I can uderstand waiting on fuel since fueling was off campuse but why would I have to wait for an inspection. Seems this should have been done already. My wife and I were really discouraged and almost decided to walk out on the deal. Finally, the car was delivered. The RAV4 is nice and I know we went with sort of the basic model with Bluetooth, but a couple things that seemed basic we didn't recieve. - No Automatice head lights; really! my plain car I had previously had this feature...and remote lift gate lock. The remote entry for the doors was already present, Toyota couldn't add one more feature on the key exchange for the lift gate. Disappointing...I wish we paid more attention beacuse we may have considered another model or dealer.For financing, we agreeded on the monthly payment and once we went into the office to settle, we were presented addtional incentives for the vehicle that would raise our already agreed upon payment. And, for one option we were looked upon like why wouldn't you purchased this option; if I presnet an answer of no I shouldn't be asked twice or looked upon like I am making a mistake.If it wasn't for Richard Schulze and the facility this would have been an unsatisfactory experience. If I was to return to AutoNation; I would deal with Mr. Schulze.

I was looking for the new Highlander and accidentally ended up calling this dealership to check out a vehicle they had. Initially I wasn't interested but Paul regularly followed up with regular updates and kept me in the loop. I was impressed by his persistent approach which I did not see from other folks. We agreed on a price and even though it took two more weeks to get the car I wanted, they still gave me the car at the agreed price. They did not give me a good deal on my trade in for which I was a little disappointed but I got a new car at a good price. Over all i am very much impressed by their good service.

Called to see a vehicle, told them I was on my way driving and it would take 40 minutes to get there. While en route, another person walked in and asked to test drive the car. They let them test drive it even though they knew we were on our way and driving more than 40 minutes to come see the vehicle. That person bought the vehicle out from under us. As a business, I would never pull out a vehicle, knowing that a customer is on the way to see it (driving almost 40 miles), and then let someone else buy it without first giving the customer who arranged to see it the first right of refusal. Incredibly poor business practice. On top of that, they told me I could test drive it, with the full knowledge they were drawing up the contract with the person who walked in while we were in route. Horrendous and rude! When I was driving the vehicle more than approximately 50mph, there was a very loud thumping sound (to the point the salesman had me pull over as we thought it was a flat tire). He drove the vehicle back and tried to figure out what was wrong when we got there. He said he was going to go inside and see if he could get a mechanic. He came back outside a few minutes later telling us a contract was already been drawn up from the driver that walked in- not only was I upset that we arranged to see the car first, but upon the realization that they were still drawing up a contract for this buyer, even though there was a really loud thumping noise and they had no idea what the cause was. This was a quick and easy decision, not only do they not honor when a customer says they are on the way, but more importantly they were drawing up a contract on a vehicle that appeared to have a significant issue. We bought a vehicle at another dealership today that was more than double the price of the one here, and most importantly, the other dealership treated us with respect, and had outstanding customer service. Your loss AutoNation!

I used USAA and had received the information on the Corolla ECO two weeks prior to my arrival. I had two options for dealerships and chose Autonation. We were greeted by a friendly Sales Associate and requested for the Sales person associated with the USAA buying service. We were provided all the answers and eventually spoke to the GM who closed the deal and provided me a fair trade on my 2011 Ford Fiesta. All said it was a quick and painless process I would drive from Pittsburgh again to purchase another vehicle from autonation!

Had a great experience buying from Dick Bailey. Didn't have a good experience at another Toyota dealership in the area as we were looking for a car they didn't have on the lot and gave Dick a call when we found he did have the car we were looking for (we found it on cars.com). Unfortunately it had been sold a few hrs earlier but he tracked one down in the area and had it brought to his dealership a few days later when we were came by. Buying process went smoothly. Dick is a straight shooter and will get you what you need. Was treated really well by all the staff there. Dealership is really nice, very clean.

As a first time car buyer, I can be completely honest in saying I had absolutely no idea how to start the process of buying a car, but that didn't matter. The care, attention, knowledge, and experience every person had in this facility was beyond comparison, I have not and will not receive any better any better service then the service provided here. Any one cautious or not knowledgable in the car buying process, I'm pleading that you give these guys your business, because you will finally find a place where you can say "this is my dealer, i feel safe at this place"

I went to Leesburg Toyota without an appointment. A very personable and knowledge salesman named Richard Bailey helped us with the test drive, answering questions and completing all the necessary paperwork. His help went over and above his duties as he offered to answers questions after I purchased the car. He said I can call with questions anytime. I must say that my experience at Leesburg Toyota was so much better than anticipated. There was no pushy selling like I experienced at the Lexus dealership.

My family in total owns 6 Toyotas and we have had them serviced at Autonation Leesburg for the past 10 years with an exceptional track record of timeliness, friendliness, quality and commitment to quality. You always feel that they care about you as a customer for the long term. Bryan Dorsey, the service manager, makes sure that his team performs and is always accessible to provide additional support and recommendations . I have been to other dealers when I was travelling and needed urgent service and have never found this type of quality service. We have bought both new and used cars at this dealership and always had a great experience. We recently bought a new 2015 Prius and we were again impressed at how pleasant the purchase experience has been. Patrice Zunon-Kipre was our salesman and he provided all the information we requested and throughout the process was friendly and never "pressured" us to close the deal. We strongly recommend this dealership and we will continue to use them as long as we live in the area.

Found a couple vehicles on Cars.com and was interested, called and spoke with Patrice and scheduled an appointment to meet with them and check out the Vehicles.. When we arrived Patrice was with another client, so we were handed off to Richard. We located the vehicles on the lot; checked them out and took them for a test drive. The sales personnel here are excellent, they are extremely laid back and there is none of the typical BUY NOW! BUY QUICK sales pressure. We talked over the pros and cons of both vehicles, they were more than happy to answer any and all questions we had. Their appraisal of our vehicle was fair and prompt. Dealt with Mike on the appraisal and they did their best to get the deal done. When we green lighted the deal we were handed off to Mike in Financing and he crunched the numbers and got us a phenomenal deal. AutoNation is friendly, professional, laid back, and their vehicles are priced very competatively.. I highly recommend them; by far the easiest, fastest, and most painless car purchase ever!!

Leesburg Toyotanation was recommended by a previous customer and he had nothing but great things to say about them. He said he had purchased several cars and had no complaints whatsoever. At first I was a little leary about getting a 4 cylinder car, but this car has plenty of pickup and is extremely easy to handle. It has lots of extras that I was not expecting in this class of vehicle. The whole process was painless due to the excellent salesman I dealt with. He helped me with a great price and incentives that were available at the time. One of the great things about this dealership was the fact that I did not have to deal with the DMV. They took care of issuing automobile tags right there on the spot. Everyone was so courteous and helpful in showing me how to operate all the accessories and making sure I was comfortable with the operation of the vehicle.

Buying experience excellent, we've purchased both a new Prius and a few days ago, a new Corolla from Leesburg Toyota. Strongly recommend. I used to work in the automobile business: this dealership is the best I've seen. In testing a new car, I left a set of keys in one of the vehicles and then was at a loss as to what had happened to them. This was a big ring, with my house keys, business office keys, the electronic key to the Prius, and a bunch of cards for scanning--stores and libraries. Even had a boat key on it. Very costly to replace. Someone at Leesburg Toyota found the keys, gave them to Bob Thompson, not knowing who they belonged to. Bob did some digging, found we were customers and called us. He had to check a database, in that the customer care scan card had a code that identified us. No other indication. Dealerships are hectic. To take the time to investigate the owner of the keys--I can't say enough about that. Beyond that, the sales people in this dealership are capable, ethical people. Thank you, Bob! Winston Miller

I purchased my wife's 2014.5 Camry after a very reserved apprehension whether to buy it now or later. the clincher? Paul Ferrarese! - because I saw in him patience and excellent demeanor throughout the entire process. He was sincerely concerned to sell but never overeager and pushy. I don't have to be goaded to buy the car. I know the product, having been a fan of Toyota since I learned how to drive 35 years ago. I made my initial inquiry online but was disappointed about every agency, calling incessantly to offer a deal. I really wanted to make the first-brand-new-car-purchase for my wife an experience to remember. Paul made our buying experience really great. The whole team of Autonation Toyota Leesburg were very professional and was behind Paul all the way. I was also given a great trade-in deal which eliminated the need to personally sell my car elsewhere. After a smooth process of the paper works, we came out of the showroom driving a brand new Camry! Wife is so happy with her new car and if she's happy, I am too! Two thumbs up sign to Paul and wish I could put a million likes in all the social networking sites of Autonation Toyota Leesburg. Great experience!

Although it was a busy Holiday weekend, my Sales person (Bryant) and the Sales Manager were very attentive to my transaction. My only concern was that, while they worked hard to find the exact model I wanted at another dealer, that process was slow and uncertain. Since no VIN number was shown on the sales contract I signed I could have been left in a position of being obligated to buy a vehicle that was not exactly what I wanted. It worked out OK, however, when they found an acceptable vehicle. Everything else about the process and customer service was excellent. There were no high-pressure tactics.

I purchased my 2008 Acura MDX form Tommy Stith and he was very professional. This was a 3 hour drive for me but they had the color (Dark Cherry Red) that I really wanted. Being that I could have gone to maybe 100 dealers closer than AutoNation, it was comforting that the service was courteous and professional. It was a 2 day process for me but Tommy and the finance guys Neil Fernandez and Mike were very helpful on working with me to my satisfaction. I referred my sister and her husband to them for a BMW X5 that they had and I will admit that my sister and her hubby did not get the same attention that I did. This was not from Tommy so much as it was from the finance department. They sort of just left them hanging in limbo.

I highly recommend the service department at Toyota Leesburg! I moved here about 3 years ago and have been bringing my 2007 Sienna Limited here for all required maintenance and repairs; so on at least on 10 different occasions. Admir Dzaferagic is the customer care representative I work with and he is excellent! He is friendly, easy to talk to, and consistently tries to apply the best price to my service/repair. Whether it be maintenance or the few repairs I have needed, I am always assisted immediately and have always gotten accurate information on the price and waiting time required. More importantly, my repairs have always been successful, and I never feel pressured to make additional repairs like I do at some service centers that always seem to find something else wrong with your vehicle. The additional benefit of Toyota Leesburg is the pleasantness of all the service staff and brand new waiting room. I will continue to bring my vehicle to this dealership and feel lucky to have built a good relationship with Admir.

Pros:Loved Richard Bailey and his sales manager. They went above and beyond to help me get a fair deal and even helped afterwards with an issue that should be fine once the part comes in. This is the fairest Toyota dealership I have been to in a long time. I traveled over an hour to get to them and it was worth it. They even gave me asking price for my old car. I have been looking for a used Prius and they are hard to find with all the features I wanted. Navi, BT, Etc. HIghly recommend

This is one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! The staff from John our salesman to Pete in finance made it a very smooth transition to being handed my keys. The Toyota Camry we purchased is just an awesome vehicle. We purchased the XLE with leather and Entune. Love it all! The best is the 41 mPG I have experienced on the first tank of gas. I have had car for two weeks and have not filled it up yet......still have 225 mile range. Car is quiet, rides well and handles very nicely. I really have no complaints at all and doubt if I will. Thank Autonation!

We purchased our first Toyota from AutoNation Toyota Leesburg and it could not have been any better! We contacted them through their website while e-shopping for cars. They responded quickly and with the price range we wanted. We went to the showroom and were immediately greeted by Stephen Kemp. We informed him of what we wanted and he got the print out from the internet sales desk and proceeded to show us the exact car we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable and he did not try any high pressure sales techniques or try to push us to a model we were not interested in. I know that car dealers have sales quotas and sales managers try to move certain numbers of particular models. Steve was focused on helping us find the exact car and features we wanted. We purchased a 2014 Avalon and my wife loves the car. Steve was very friendly and humorous throughout the process. My wife and I really appreciated his approach to the entire experience and the management staff was fantastic as well. Bob, one of the managers, even noticed that he could save us some money and he did just that. My wife and I are very impressed with the staff at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg. I will be back in a few years for another new car. We will be a two Toyota family from now on.

I just purchased a new Toyota Highlander from AutoNation Toyota in Leesburg. The sales representative, Brian Battaille, was wonderful...he worked diligently to acquire the exact make/model that I desired and after much persistence was successful in that endeavor. I also had a wonderful experience with Neil Fernandez in their Finance Department. I am in the real estate industry and am particularly aware of interest rates and payment structures. Neil treated me with respect and provided me with a fair market rate on my purchase. THEN...I came back the next day and received a fair trade value for my GMC Acadia which had 150,000 miles on it. Without "naming names" of their competitors, I was offered HALF of what Toyota offered (which was laughable) and would have sold the car myself had it not been for their respectable offer for my vehicle. I shopped many cars and quite a few dealers and am quite pleased that I chose AutoNation Toyota. I highly recommend Brian in Sales and Neil in Finance...great guys and true professionals :-)

I recently purchased a 2015 Highlander. Actually, I contracted for a new 2014 Highlander in June 2014 but Toyota could not deliver. Instead, AutoNation offered me a new 2015 Highlander for the same price. The people at AutoNation were extremely nice and took great care to ensure that I was satisfied despite the delay from Toyota. Patrice Zunon-Kipre was a great help teaching me about the many new gadgets and features on the 2015 Highlander that were quite different from my 2007 Highlander. Strongly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a Toyota.

I had an appointment to buy a 2014 Tundra in Baltimore from a dealer that had the truck I wanted for the price I wanted and Leesburg Toyota stole me away! What was becoming what I believed was going to be a very frustrating process of getting the specific truck I wanted couldn't have been made any easier. They knew I had a killer deal and they didn't have the truck, no one did but that other dealer 100 miles away... apparently it didn't matter to Leesburg Toyota. Nazir in the sales department got with his boss Dave and with a simple email from Dave the sales manager after a long chain of emails with Nazir over several days that said "we'll make the deal, same truck.. same specs", I changed course. Took the afternoon off from work and thought I'll just go by and see if they put it on paper. Honestly, I didn't think they would.. Didn't think they would be able to get that truck either, especially since I made an appointment on that truck somewhere else. Literally on my drive there, I got an email from Nazir that said, "hope your having a wonderful day, this is a wow truck we just got in, looks great in red". Really? No way.. I pulled into the lot and yep, they got it.. beautiful truck, big smile. Now the hard part, right? Nazir brings the paperwork, same numbers! No tricks! Ok, next part, I have a trade in.. not just one but two!!.. Their General Sales Manager (forgive me, forgot his name.. too excited), came to chat and I thought this is where this deal falls apart.. Nope, they matched (the place that buys your car, even if you don't buy their's) trade in prices.. Piece of cake.. They disappointed my disappointment! So the deal is done on paper but I still need to get the legal stuff done. Mike the finance guy beat the credit union terms, so I took the maintenance option. Who can argue with free (not really free, pre-paid) maintenance? Anyway, one little hiccup at the end (don't worry Nazir, you still get all 10's) with a tag bolt and I drove away in the truck I wanted, the way I wanted and at the numbers I wanted. What more could I ask for? What more could anyone ask for? My research was almost entirely online so my experience up to arriving at Leesburg Toyota was electronic. I can say this, it's easy to get caught up in the paranoia of whether you are getting a good deal or not. The anonymous Internet is great, but can't replace the emotional aspects of actually talking to someone face to face and of course... seeing is believing. I really didn't think I would be typing my review of this experience today. I thought I'd still be trying to get a deal.. Thank you Nazir, Dave, Mike and (forgive me, I really wish I could remember his name... great guy) the General Sales Manager at Leesburg Toyota. Ok, this is my first Toyota.. ever and I just bought it so I'll save that review until I've owned it for a little longer. By the way, the picture of the dealership above is completely wrong.. the must have rebuilt or remodeled? Looks completely new, at least the showroom does.

One day I drove up and walked into the service department to get some keys programmed for my Avalon and the person there quickly told me I needed to walk to the Parts department in the other building. I didn't think this was correct, but complied. The person in the Parts department told me I would need to schedule an appointment with the Service department because my keys needed to be programmed...which is what I had originally thought. I made an appointment with the service department and was told that the whole process would take about an hour and a half and decided to wait. At the end of one and a half hours on the dot, the person from the service department gave me my original keys back and told me that their key cutting machine was broken and asked if I would like them to call me when it was fixed. I am not sure why it took so long to figure out that the machine was broken, or why they didn't send someone to the local locksmith to cut the keys for me . I was dissapointed with the level of customer service and lack of respect for my time and will try another local dealer which is frustrating because this place is convenient for me and I currently own three toyotas. that I like to be serviced at the dealer for major repairs.

One of the worst dealers I have ever experienced. The finance department especially worst. You have to bargain a lot because they overcharge you for everything. Once the sale is done, no one ever bothers to respond to your queries/concerns. If you do end up buying there, please avoid Donna Mosely. She is totally incompetent, does not process enough knowledge to help you and is totally rude with you. I think the manager needs to have a careful screening process of his employees esp being in sales.

We have a Scion XA which is has proven to be an incredibly reliable car. We were thinking about either the Scion XD or a Corolla. Nathan Burgette at AutoNation was helpful in giving us the details of both cars. Nate let us test drive both cars. After reviewing the benefits of both vehicles we chose the Corolla and absolutely love it. It's sporty and economical gas wise. Great experience, would so recommend this place and when our daughter needs a car, we will go there. The financing department also provided help in understanding the choices available for warrenties, very helpful.

I did a lot of research online when I decided to trade cars. AutoNation was offering a great deal on a used 2010 Honda Civic, which seemed to be in mint condition. My salesman was Nathan Burgette, and he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I was trading in a much older car and was not pleased with the value it was first given. However, Sales Manager Willie Torres worked with me to make the deal acceptable. Both Nate and Mike Nguyen, the Financial Services Manager, stayed long after the usual Sunday closing time in order to complete the paperwork so that I wouldn't have to make a 40-mile return trip. I am very satisfied with the car I got and the service I received and would certainly recommend this dealership.

We went looking for prices after going to another Toyota dealer. We had left the prior dealer because it was very disorganized and didn't get good service. With jus walking into Autonation Mr. Gonzalez received us with a very friendly attitude. He took the time to listen to us and even considered the trade in price we were looking to get from our old car and basically got the Manager to give us a reasonable price. The sales went smoothly; he treated us as he had personally known us for years or as we were family! Mr. Gonzalez was very service oriented, courteous, and, most importantly, took the time to really listen to us. He remained with us all the time during the sales process until we drove away with our new vehicle, although it meant for him leaving the dealership later on a Sunday! Excellent, in all regards. I am a return customer and specifically asked for Jorge. He is an excellent person and very helpful. Customer service is primary in all his actions. He displays and excellent attitude and is always ready to assist. I consider him truthful and fair in all my dealings with him. I see him as a friend, as opposed to a car dealer salesperson out to make a sale and shall always ask for him in the future.My dealings with Son and Donna were equally professional and friendly, as with Jorge. I cannot say enough for my experience with all of them. I shall return and refer all my friends to them for their auto purchasing needs.As for the price, I feel it was fair. I really didn't haggle because I felt that as a return customer, they would treat me fairly and give me the best deal possible. If TOYOTA would reduce their overall pricing levels, I would have given a 5, but in all honesty, it's a great product, so who am I to complain. The price has nothing to do with Jorge, Son and Donna. I believe they did the best they could while staying within corporate guidelines and profit margins.

I bought a 2014 4Runner last week and it was a very no pressure procedure. My salesman Jorge Gonzalez was very helpful and knowledgeable of his product. Perfect in every way. Our Sales Associate was Bryant Tate and he was very professional and helpful so the whole process was smooth. Since I did not see what I wanted on their web page, we went to the dealership to meet Bryant and see what was available....and left with the perfect car/SUV...had everything that we were looking for in a RAV4 at a very good competitive price, and it was in excellent condition...like new..fully serviced ..it was a RAV4 Limited 2010 with fully loaded features that made it seem like it was a new 2013/2014 model. Just love this SUV. The financing options, interest rates, and buying experience with Bryant Tate as the sales associate was superb. Highly recommend this sales associate and dealership. No pressure, great quality and prices. We also lucked out that the perfect RAV just happened to be at the dealership at the time, as they sell quickly. We had been to different dealerships prior to this one...and found that this one was very competitively priced and had very good customer care service from our sales associate and the RAV4 that we wanted.

The time I spent at Autonation Toytoa Scion Leesburg was nothing less than pleasant. The staff took excellent care of my family. The managers made sure that we were well informed and taken care of. Since they were extremely busy that day, we had to wait over an hour for F&I. During the wait they bought lunch for us; which made our waiting hardly noticeable. Our kids ate pizza while watching TV, no fuzz whatsoever. I was amazed with the patience coming from my little muchkins. They really operate with their goal of making customers happy with their purchase and family oriented services. If you live in the tri-state area, then make the drive out here. These folks will definitely take care of you and your family. So, if you are in the market to buy or lease a new or pre-owned vehicle, then go visit any of the Sales Managers Dave, Kevin, or Paul for great deals and outstanding customer service. Overall, it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a very long time. I guess I am most impressed with my children being entertained for so long without a fuss. Most definitely a very family oriented dealership. I would recommend to all my family, friends, and everyone out there.

I love my 2013 Toyota Highlander! Thank you Nazir and Paul for the quick and smooth purchase process. I submitted an inquiry via the Internet and was contacted by Autonation Leesburg immediately. From the time I submitted the lead to the time I left the store with my brand new SUV, it was exactly 1 hour and 17 minutes. Time is money and these guys have saved me plenty of money by having everything ready for me soon as I approached the dealership. I left work during my lunch time and was able to go back to work right after with my brand new Highlander. I've been driving it everyday, and compare to my husband's Honda Pilot, my Highlander is so much more fuel efficient. We are thinking about selling our Pilot and purchase another Highlander. Kudos for the Highlander and Autonation for an awesome experience.

We were shopping online for a late model used car. We saw a 2006 Honda CR-V with low mileage was at the Leesburg Autonation facility. Through a link on their website, I sent an email on a Sunday afternoon requesting information and in less than 5 minutes I received a call from Brittany, one the sales representatives. I made an appointment with Brittany for the next day so I could see the Honda. She had the Honda ready to go for a test drive. The Honda was flawless inside and out, almost like it was brand new. I was able to do the paperwork that afternoon and purchase the Honda the same day. The purchase process was pretty painless and Brittany made sure that I had a chance to read some of the financial documents while I waited for the used car loan to be processed. I haven't bought a new or used car in almost 4 years, so I was very happy with my car shopping experience at the Leesburg Autonation facility.

I have never had a positive used car experience in 10 years. The purchase was quick and smooth. John Taylor was very informative and honest. The sales manager Paul Son was involved from the start to end and was extremely courteous and helpful. Although it was our first time here, we felt as if we've been coming here all our life with the VIP treatment received. They helped us narrow down to the car that best fit our needs before even stepping foot into the dealership. By the time we got there, everything was done and ready waiting for us just to test drive, menu, and then finance process. I recently purchased a new Toyota Camry 2013. My previous car was Toyota Camry 2007, and it served me very well without any major issues. The experience of buying my very first new car in 2007 was very exciting and pleasant experience because the salesman was very professional. Wanting to stay with the same dealership, I went to look at Camry 2013 there. But being the very last day of the month, I was being pushed very very hard to make a purchase, it made this journey very difficult and unpleasant. After that experience with this dealership, I decided that they would no longer get my business. I searched online for other dealerships that had a car that I desired. The search led me to AutoNation. The AutoNation dealer gave me their best internet price for a new car and was able to seal the deal with a right offer on my trade. My salesperson, Bryant, was very professional, courteous, and personable. He treated me respectfully, showed all the new features making sure I was comfortable with the options. The buying process went very smooth without extra overboard sales-pushing techniques. I had to go an extra mile "literally", but I really feel like I enjoying my vehicle now because I got what I was looking for and an enjoyable experience. Thank you AutoNation! WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! Was lured into the dealership with a promise to meet or beat any best offer. Dealt with JOE ROMEO who quoted me $2000 over what most other dealerships were selling for. He would not budge on the price and when I showed him an actual real quote from another dealer, he suddenly got agitated and thought I was trying to "con" him. He actually ripped up his offer paper and threw it at my face and stormed off. Check their website - there is no way to contact the general manager or anyone else there, which is very surprising compared to all other dealers in the area. Now I know why. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I have gone to this dealer on multiple occasions for service on my 2 new Toyota's. I bought them from DARCARS in MD because they were not able to touch the price, however I live closer to this one. Every time that I have gone to this dealer my experience has left much to be desired. The availability is awful. Trying to make an appointment takes forever and they never have short term availability. Also every time that I have waited for a service like an oil change it has taken longer then expected by at least 45 minutes. I tried to take advantage of the 2 year free maintenance but gave up because for the time I would waste here I just go to Jiffy Lube and pay. This dealership has tried to rip me off at every turn. I worked for years as a mechanic and have a great understanding of service. Besides being very expensive they have tried to sell me services, parts, and tires that I did not need. When I have inquired about these unnecessary services I am meet with a very cocky attitude and no explanation. The way that this dealer does business makes me wonder how they remain open. I can't even imagine the damage they could do to someone who is unsuspecting or does not understand their car well. Hopefully this review will save you some time and money. I have had much better experiences at DARCARS in Frederick MD and Chantilly Toyota in VA.

This place is poor when it comes to the price of repairs. They draw you in with a low advertised price, then the overall rates are inflated about 1.5 times above the mean average for the Northern Virginia area; for example, pricing a timing belt replacement advertised for "starting at $295" at their dealership. If you're driving a Radio Flyer, maybe; the estimate for a 2001 Camry was $495. The service center employees are geared toward the upsell, always the upsell, so prepare yourself for the worst possible description of the condition that brought you in for service. On top of that, one of the service center reps always makes additional recommendations to replace parts even before a mechanic has cracked open the hood: "Well, when doing work like this, I would always recommend replacing the tensioner, the water pump, and all the other parts we need to remove just to get at the timing belt as a precaution, because you never know..." Really? Not even looking at the problem and you're already selling me additional overpriced parts and labor?The people are friendly enough, but your satisfaction is less of a concern than the upsell. With the prices as high as they are here, at least let me feel like you're generally interested in the actual transaction at hand, not necessarily the wallet in my pocket. Steer clear of this place, plenty of other mechanics and shops who don't charge this much and will likely give you just as good service.I'm done with this place.

We bought out Toyota Sienna 2013 Van from this dealership. Our finance manager was Elizabeth Arnold. Apart from car, she managed to sell us extra stuff like toyota extra care, extended maintenance for car and tires etc. She convinced us that Toyota offers 60 days cancellation policy without any charges so It doesn't hurt to buy it now and later on we can cancel it, if we don't want to keep it.After 2 days, I contacted Elizabeth and requested the cancellation of extra care and extended maintenance plan etc. She sent me few forms which I signed and returned the same day.It has been more then 3 months, and we have received any refund on our toyota finance account. We (I and my wife) have been calling her from past 3 months, and haven't heard back. We left numerous voicemails and nobody called back. In fact, I emailed her many times as well and she didn't bother to reply. As a last resort, my wife called dealership again and requested to talk to any other finance manager so we can get this resolved. No one from financing/sales ever picks up the phone. We left numerous voice mails to other people as well but no body called back. Yesterday, I called the dealership again, and I explained the whole situation to operator who redirects the call. She said, Elizabeth is in the office and should take my call but that didn't happen. I called again and told her that I need to speak with General Manager which she wasn't able to locate for me. Later on, she transfered me to the person who showed us the vehicle and asked me to talk to him. I explained the whole situation and he said that's not his job to resolve this. I should talk to Elizabeth or her boss. He can't do anything in that matter.So the overall experience is: this dealership just wants to sell the car and once you become a customer they really don't care about anything. How busy can they be that they can't reply to one email or reply to voicemails inorder to resolve a existing customer's issue. This is very disappointing and they should honor the refund policy that was promised to us.I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. It's better to pay few hundred dollars extra to someone else who can honor their policies and commitments.

We recently bought a new Sienna from AutoNation, with Rich Schulze as our sales rep and Pat Stroup as our financing officer. Rich was great! He knew the cars, gave honest advice in comparing the vehicles and never pressured us. I felt like I was there with a friend looking at cars and not a sales rep. When we finally picked out the model and color, Pat sat down with us and walked us through different financing options, and again did so in such a helpful, and patient manner that we knew he was most concerned in finding the best options for us. Pat was great even when I made mistakes and mis-communicated with my own bank! If you live anywhere in DC, and want to buy a new/used car, then drive out to Leesburg. The service alone makes AutoNation Leesburg the best. Oh yeah, of the 4 dealerships we compared, AutoNation Leesburg also had the best price. Go see Rich and Pat, I've already told two friends who are moving to DC they only need to go out to AutoNation Leesburg. The dealership is in the middle of a facilities upgrade, so its a bit cramped and confusing to find, but definitely still worth it. Once they've opened their new lot, then I"m sure the facilities will be better.

I HATE bringing my car here for service. Waiting room is in the showroom. Music is too loud and doesn't mix well with the tv on. I was the only one in the waiting room when an employee came up and changed the channel to a sports channel and walked away. Waiting room and showroom became crowded...overhearing people's cell phone conversations and upset customers....really not a pleasant experience at all. I wish there was another Toyota dealer in town for service.

Brittany was very FAST. She responded within one hour - ALWAYS. And she was very thorough and patient through a three week process. She listened and responded specifically to my requests. Best - she did not play games and followed through immediately with price, then with out- the - door price when I needed to bring a check down from my bank. No games at all. Did not need to negotiate further since her price beat the heck out of the competition and was better than I was lead to expect from my Consumer Reports buying service. Finally, she helped me by using her own product knowledge, and got me an LE level of trim because it had the cruise control standard and was in fact cheaper than seeking a base trim level and adding cruise. She was very patient as I explored a whole bunch of random options - ultimately I ended up back where I started, with the Corolla. The day I decided to buy, I requested her best effort to get me in the car fast. I got it. Six hours after I sent that message (I was not at the dealer) I drove away in my new Corolla. I was at the dealer two hours, which I had hoped would be faster, but it was to my benefit because we made another change and I got much better financing than I had walked in with.

I just bought a used Toyota Venza this week from Toyota of Leesburg (from Richard Schulz in sales.) He did a great job of making sure all our questions were answered. We took the used car and drove it home. It worked fine during the test drive. But when I got it home, it started making an electrical shorting noise. We brought it back to the dealer and they replaced wiring along with the "offending" overhead DVD player. They even put in a better DVD player! I have been taking my cars to Toyota Leesburg for service for years and years (thanks Diane and Tom!). This is the first time I bought a car from them though. I could not be more pleased with the level of service and concientousness they exhibited. I would DEFINITELY recommend this team to anyone looking to buy a used car and/or get their car serviced. I haven't had this good of buying a new car experience in a long time. This has been an easy feel good not pressured experience. I would recommand Jamul Cooper to be saleman of the Year right along with Dan the Finance Man they make a great team.

I bought a Prius V from Leesburg Toyota last weekend. I visited the weekend before and took a test drive with Patrice. He was good natured and friendly and put me at ease. There was no sales pitch whatsoever. I met a manager after the drive and still no sales pitch. I like that. I went back last weekend with my family and took another test drive with Patrice. Based on the two test drives I'm left with the impression that Toyota's (or at least Patrice's) sales tactic is to simply answer the customer's questions. That's my style. My wife and I consulted and decided to buy the car. The negotiation process was professional and business-like. A bit of a wait to finish the paperwork, but it was after hours on a Sunday and the place was still full of people, so I can't fault that. The person that took care of our paperwork was upbeat and pleasant. Overall, a striaghtforward and positive experience.

This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had buying a new car!! No long waits, no game playing. I worked out a deal on-line with Charlene, drove a few cars. She was SO patient and helpful. We went to buy an SUV and ended up with an Avalon. I LOVE IT!! Charlene knew all the details of the car and is still available to answer questions whenever I want. Also on the trade-in, it was awesome, only took minutes to get a great deal. We're thinking about that SUV now!!EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE also Kudos to Elizabeth in Finance. She was awesome too!!Everyone was friendly, no tension you feel at some Dealerships.I wouldn't buy anywhere else!!

Right from the moment I walked into the office, the folks were friendly and helpful. Though I have already decided on the car to purchase, the process sometimes can be difficult. But not at Leesburge Toyota. From the sales guy to the manager; they all made the process easier and manageable. I bought my Tacoma just over two weeks ago and Jamol Cooper was my salesman. I called ahead to let him know I was coming since I am a repeat customer due to his professionalism. I arrived at the dealership and he had everything prepared beforehand. They valued my trade and Jamol and I worked the numbers. There were no high pressure sales tactics from him or any of that nonsense. The only thing left was to pick the color. They ordered the truck I wanted and had it ready the next day. The paperwork took about an hour! I love my new Taco and I frequently refer friends to Jamol at Leesburg Toyota! I plan to have my truck for a long long time but when my husband is ready for a new vehicle we will definitely be going to see Jamol.

Jorge Gonzalez was recommend to me by a friend (who also had Jorge recommend to him by another friend). I am glad they did recommend him, because Jorge was incredible! As most of us know, car salesmen (and women) get a bad reputation. I have dealt with a few in my limited car buying/leasing experiences and believed this stereotype to unfortunately be true, even though we all know stereotyping is bad. But Jorge went out of his way to ensure I got a great deal. Jorge was extremely friendly when I came in, was very knowledgeable, being able to answer all my questions and address all of my concerns, and genuinely cared more about his customers than any sales person I have ever worked with. I walked out of there with a new car and the feeling that I got a great deal. I will highly recommend to all of my friends to go see Jorge when they want to get a car and when it comes time for me to get another new car, I plan on returning to him. Thank you Jorge!

I told him what type of car I was interested in buying, and I ended up loving and buying the very first car he showed me. This is actually my second experience with Leesburg Toyota in about a year. My fiance bought a Highlander here and Nate was awesome about talking with her about everything rather than me. That went a long way for me. I was in last Saturday because Nate told me they had a Tundra Crewmax Rock Warrior Edition in black which was exactly what I wanted. Getting everything sorted out with price and whatnot was pretty easy. I was also able to get a few of the extras that I wanted and was right where I wanted to be price wise. This was my first time leasing a vehicle, but Elizabeth in the Finance Department explained everything perfectly. I would highly recommend Nate if you were going to buy any vehicle there. I would definitely go back to him for my next vehicle.

So as soon as I walked in I wasn't sure if I going to enjoy having to buy a car, because this would be my first, but Jorge was very helpful explain everything that I needed to know about the car as well as explain what all the papers I needed to sign would mean. After all of the that my dad stopped the paper work because he wanted to switch the truck I got to another one, so instead of saying ok wait until tomorrow or any other different excuse, he got on the phone and stopped all the paper work so that we could sign for the new one. Overall I loved going in there and whenever I'll need a new car I'm going to go directly to him.

Didn't buy a car here, but had one serviced. Disastrous! Car was misdiagnosed as needing a new battery, despite the fact it started up fine. After spending $350 for new battery, the car immediately died on my while driving on route 7! Barely was able to make it back to the dealership -- had to illegally cross median and coast to bottom of hill where Cardinal Park drive is. Ya'd think they'd test the car before handing it back to me in a condition it wasn't safe to drive :-(The actual problem was a bad throttle body -- which they wanted $1400 to fix. Fuggedaboutit --I wasn't about to trust these clowns again, so took it to an independent shop where they fixed it for $1100, including the $900 part from Toyota. Why anyone would take their car to this dealership to be repaired, apart from warranty work, escapes me. Oh, and by the way, the dealership is so poorly managed they have the wrong phone # on their own website!! Yes, try to google their phone number -- you will get a disconnected number. The receptionist explained that it's been several years since that number was active -- can you believe it!! Updating their own website is apparently beyond this bozo outfit. Yikes!!

Recently bought a new FJ Cruiser with Patrick Stroup as our sales rep. He was wonderful to work with. Truly listened to our needs and wants and was gracious throughout the whole process. I drove 45 miles to purchase a 2005 Nissan Altima. During the test drive, I and the salesman noticed a shake in the car while driving as well as while idling. The salesman assured me he'd have the mechanics take a look at it. We go inside and Bryant Tate proceeds to tell me that he was told the mechanics charge them $75 an hour to do any work. I had a 3 day buy back guarantee and thought I would take the chance and purchase the vehicle and have my mechanic check out the car. I drove back 45 miles and had my mechanic (reputable by far) and was charged $72 to be told there were engine problems with the car. This was the red flag I had when I test drove it, although they assured me it had been through all the 13333 point inspection. I took it back 2 days later and just wanted my money back. Bryant Tate insisted on knowing what was wrong with the car. They would not have their mechanic check out the vehicle due to cost and I wasn't willing to tell them what was wrong because I had to pay out of my pocket to find a problem with the engine. Bryant then brought over Kevin, manager, and he proceeded to bully me into telling him what was wrong and then he says "You just didn't like the car, there's nothing wrong with it". I told him I just wanted my money back and he storms off loudly saying "this is stupid why you can't just tell us what is wrong". Very unprofessional and rude. I had the option to bring back the car in 3 days and yet I was bullied and strong armed into telling them what was wrong with THEIR vehicle. I would never trust this dealership. They are rude and unprofessional.

My experience buying my car at Leesburg Toyota was by far the best experience I've had at a car dealership. Everything was handle in a low key and respectful manner. I also highly recommend Nate Burgette, the sales rep with whom I dealt with. He was great. I wanted a Prius v with the five trim in a hard to find color that they did not have in the lot. Nate got it for me quickly and without fuss. Although I regret not doing more research on my trade in's value, i also believe I got a fair deal.. The entire staff I dealt with, from Nate to the sales manager to financing, was wonderful. . The woman handing finance and the various protection packages was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, even though I had my own financing lined up. If you are looking to buy a Toyota in the greater DC area, I recommend making the trip to Leesburg, and asking for Nate.

He answered my questions regarding the vehicle and gave me a fair price and discount for purchasing before the end of the year. I also bought a Prius from the same dealer and salesman. To be straight to the point this dealer was under prepared. 1. They should have already ran my credit prior to me driving a hour and half and paying a total of $40 in tolls. That way I would know what I needed. Whether I needed money down or the deal couldn't be done 2. If you schedule a person for a appointment at a certain time, that's when the paperwork at least should of began even though you already swamped with other customers 3. I didn't get a good vibe from this place they move to slow almost as if they didn't want to sell the car to me. I had my credit union on the phone and Jason Polhil didn't even take the opportunity then to get the needed info from them 4. They cleaned the car up pulled it to the front where It was in clear site, the rear light's brightly light and the exhaust fuming, only for them to check my credit hours after being in the dealer to say no deal and took the keys from me and sent me out the dealer. 5. This had to be the longest drive home in the car I cleaned out and did not expect to be driving home in. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to a any looking for used cars on their lot they are very slow and very uninspiring. I will endorse Lindsay Chevrolet though, if you want a great experience used or new go there. Keith the finance manager is a number's genius and they make customer feel great even if they can't make a deal work

I went to Leesburg Toyota to buy a Corolla, but I ended up buying Camry. I actually ended up paying lesss than what I had anticipated for the Corolla. I am extremely pleased.I spoke with Jorge Gonzalez, he was very helpful, and very professional. He even got my daughter a slice a pizza and a soda. But more than that, he is extremely honest. I had forgotten thirty dollars in ash-tray of my trade-in and Jorge called me the next day to let me know. When I arrived to pick it up he handed it to me in a sealed envelope. I am very pleased and I would definitely recommend Leesburg Toyota for the purchase of your next car.

This was the second time that I purchased a Toyota vehicle from Leesburg Toyota and Richard. Both times Leesburg Toyota and Richard treated me with respect, and Richard Schulze explained to my wife and me about various items and options on the Tacoma truck. I also received a very good deal for my trade-in and for my new vehicle. I would recommend Mr. Schulze and Leesburg Toyota to all of my family and friends for their vehicle needs in the future.

In late September, 2012, we purchased a 2008 Sequoia with approximately 43,000 miles. Examined and drove it once in the evening and came back the next day and negotiated the transaction. Price and trade in value were ultimately agreed with three performance conditions: a) repaint spoiler; b) repaint gouge and crack in paint on left door side; and c) provide a second remote key. Concluded deal, paid and drove away, scheduled to return for performance of conditions. We literally had only turned the corner onto Route 7 when we noticed there was a crack in the front window, coming through to the inside. Called about this 20 minutes later and were assured it would be dealt with. Car placed in driveway, and left on dealer advice that driving might enlarge the crack on the window. Two days later when had to move the car to get out another noticed a substantial amount of oil had leaked out on the concrete. Called dealer who dispatched a tow truck removing vehicle to dealership. Later called and told they had found an oil seal had failed and it was now fixed and there was only a quarter quart of oil that had been leaked so not to worry. Next business day, already scheduled for condition work, came and went and no call. Next day no call. Wednesday, dealer announced condition work done, but no key yet. Went over. Spoiler done perfectly, side door had not been touched, window looked like it had a small piece of brownish crazy glue stuck on the outside (we were told that was all the work dealer intended to do). Key had not been ordered. Next day came back for key, and found one was in stock already. it was programmed. A week later began having issues with the brakes. Obviously failing. Took to another local dealership. They found pads were almost gone and rotors were warped. Also brake line needed flush. They also found an oil change was 4,000 miles overdue. They also found that several bolts were missing and others left loose on the oil pan. During our initial visit and during the negotiations thereafter on this Sequoia much was made of the fact this was a "CERTIFIED" used Toyota vehicle. Obviously, like any dumb customer we had the erroneous impression that the car had been thoroughly checked out and was really good to go (for us that includes taking a cross country relocation within a few months). Boy, were we mistaken! It is evident the car was not right, the dealership didn't do ANY work on the car before putting it up for sale, and when the service department was forced to deal with the issues we presented they did a pretty slip shod job of servicing. We certainly admire the efficient cash cow this bustling large scale dealership is, but would never think of recommending it as a place to buy a used car or obtain service.

I had a very positive experience at Leesburg Toyota. I worked with Nate Burgette who helped me get the exact car I wanted in the color I wanted for even less than the price I requested. Overall, the customer service was excellent. They are a busy dealership, though, so there was a significant wait on the day I happened to go. I'd recommend a weekday over a Saturday if it can fit your schedule. But they were very attentive to my requests throughout the entire buying process and they have a great deal on lifetime service for the car. I would definitely recommend them due to the excellent price they were willing to offer me and the service they provided.

I bought a used car from Leesburg Toyota and even though they said the car was fully functional I found 2 problems with the car the day after I bought it and the one thing they said they fixed - replaced light bulbs - failed the inspection because they were broke, 3 weeks after they said they were fixed. I've rarely had bulbs go in the cars I've owned and after 3 weeks the ones they said they fixed failed. Service afterwards, they don't care, the sale is the only thing that matters to them, I got no help or apology.Stay away!!

This is a terrible place, stay away! I found them to be dishonest, poorly managed and probably lousy technicians. I bought a used car they said the had fully checked out and they fixed some lights. I found 3 problems with the car the day after I bought it and the thing they said they fixed, failed inspection 3 weeks later. The sales manager really didn't care when I called to talk to them, all they care about is the sale. I would not go back to them if they offered my a years worth of free service.

This dealership is bordering on dishonest at least in used cars; but since 3 broken items were missed I don't believe the service is that reliable either. The biggest gotcha was they said they replaced 2 exterior lights on the car. When I had it inspected 3 weeks later those same lights needed replacing. That is highly suspicious. I think I've had to replace 2 headlights in 20+ years owning cars and within 3 weeks I have to replace the 2 they said they replaced. Very suspicious. Terrible after service too, all they seem to care about is making the sale.

The whole process was not the stereo-typical buying-a-new-car experience. Great Experience, both salespersons were professional and attentive. There was no rush or pressure involved. Bought a 2012 Tundra. Honored my more-appraised offer from CarMax vice their own on my trade-in of a Tacoma. The only thing I am concerned with now is having read others' ratings wrt SERVICE DEPARTMENT, I'm questioning what I'll do in the future. Granted, some people, all they do is find a negative - and thus the postings, so maybe I'll just have to see for myself. Prior - I've dealt w/ Ourisman in Chantilly, so there's an alternative.

A couple of my friends recommended buying a Toyota, and when I visited the dealership in Leesburg, I was so happy that I did! Nathan Burgette is a great salesman. He wasn't pushy or aggressive like the other car dealers I have dealt with before. He made me feel extremely comfortable and confident with my purchase. I initially expressed interest through another website, and Jason Polhill contacted me in less than 24 hours. He was very responsive over email and answered all of my questions. When I went in for a test drive, he wasn't pushy at all. He was quite knowledgeable about both vehicles that I was comparing. The price discussions were simple and done over the phone at a later date. Overall, I think it was a great experience. And I'd recommend anyone to check out Leesburg Toyota and talk with Jason or anyone else there. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Now if they could just get their new building project underway...

They just don't get it. Two hours for an oil change when everyone on the planet is vying for oil change and inspection business. Then the runner who brings my car around won't give me the keys. I could understand as a security precaution not turning over keys on the lot but I was standing there with a receipted repair order in my hand. Brilliant.

I came to the dealer on an impulse with a huge target on my back as a result. I presented them with two trade ins (one with a payoff) and demanded a lease in order to keep monthly expense down. Throughout they were low pressure, helpful, and courteous. Kudos to this group, and thank you for not pushing me into more car than I needed or wanted.

I experienced 5 different Car dealerships, I can not begin to tell you how awful an experience it was. Deceitful, BS I had never encountered, You would have thought I was trying to sell nuclear secrets. Some of the practices to get you there and how you were treated were really very under handed. All I wanted to do was trade my Toyota (2003) in, get good value and purchase a new 2012 4Runner.After going to 3 different Toyota dealerships, treated like I was carrying the plague, I decided lets check out something else. We decided to go to Honda of Dulles,we actually had a great experience there with Jeff Callan the sales rep. I test drove the Pilot, did not care for it, explained that to Jeff, I really wanted to stay with my 4Runner, no high pressure, very professional. He explained that they have sister property in Leesburg, a Toyota dealer and they would honor my trade in proposal. I thought , right.......Well I found a different Dealer that could give me the all the extra's I wanted and got great price for the New 2012 4Runner. Apparently after driving my vehicle 30 more miles my 4Runner lost $3,600.00 dollars in value compared to the Trade in value from Honda of Dulles. Needless to say I walked out after the manager told me, maybe I should go to other dealer. Great Manager, loved his attitude, Well I did. I contacted Patrice at Leesburg Toyota went over trade in proposal from their sister property, and went over 4Runner proposal from other Toyota dealership. He told me that they would match both, I told him I was tired of getting jerked around and asked, before I drove out there, if he would honor both. He again stated he would. I then set up meeting with Patrice, thinking here we go again. He assured me that everything would work out. After preliminary information and documents were shared I then met Bob Thompson(Sales Manager) and he reviewed everything from Honda of Dulles and ten minutes later and a couple of questions we were good to go. He actually treated my wife and I like human beings. Bob then signed off on everything including the other dealers great offer. DONE DEAL-When financing came up Jody from accounting(accountant with a sense of humor, imagine that) got involved. We had been pre approved for the car loan at a different lending institution, at a very low interest rate, after two minutes she stated that she could match it and we had a DEAL! I drove my new 2012 Toyota 4Runner home last Night LOVE IT!Mike McNicholas has assembled a great team there at Leesburg Toyota, easy to do business with and you feel like they want to work with you to get deal done. Patrice was kind enough to ease our tension from previous dealerships by singing to my wife "Don't Worry Be Happy"After dealing with the professional team at Leesburg Toyota We were Happy an they got the sale. My problem revolves around a recurring tire balance problem. In 15,000 miles the tires have had to be balanced twice. Once one week after the car was bought. Tires were rotated at recommended intervals. But they keep going out of balance. Why? I don't know.The second time was a week ago. The dealership does not seem to care but will take my money. They say they will call, the following day to explain but they don't. And the car was returned with the hubcaps loose. My complaints are:They cannot balance 4 tires that will hold balance for more than 500 miles.They can't list what they do on the invoice when they do work. Nor can the service adviser follow through on a call back on a more complete description of the work done.What are they hiding?Work description on invoice is lacking in even minimal detail.Service adviser does not know what was done either because she does not have any description of the work done.She can only read the cryptic input on the invoice inserted by the shop repairman.They cannot be trusted to put the hubcaps back on snugly for 4 wheels.They put 2 on that were not snug to rim, as if they were rushed.I worry that the lug nuts were not put on to the correct torque level.They have no standards of quality ensuring that the job is done correctly.I worry about the things that are NOT apparent and visible to me after I pick up the vehicle.I have no trust in the service department at this dealership.The car is good but the shop service is sorely lacking with no desire to improve in the immediate future.

If you are willing to spend extra $$$ and get the worst service in return, this dealer is appropriate for you. They claim "customer satisfaction" as a top priority and try to buy-out their wrongdoing by sending out a gift card to the customer, which is also a lie to only earn time and hoping for the customer to let it go eventually. I give "3" on the Friendliness since they know how to pretend to be friendly enough to get the purchase agreement signed. STAY AWAY!

I have often said I would rather poke myself in the eye with a sharp stick than go to a car dealership!! No offense! But, I have to say this was the most pleasant experience ever in buying a car. Ahu made the process simple and fast. She was extrememly knowledgeable about the car (Prius) and spent time ensuring that I understand the value of the car I was buying. She went further in ensuring that I knew how to operate it and take advantage of it's many features.Ahu is a great salesperson and I would highly recommend her to friends/family in the future. Leesburg Toyota is lucky to have someone like Ahu on their team!!

I fully anticipate to haggle at a car dealership, it's part of the industry, but I expect to receive a quality product in return. This dealership passed the truck (Virginia inspection) we bought with faulty brakes. We had to have them replaced at our own expense in order to get our Maryland inspection. Now I understand that inspection guidelines are different from state to state, but when there is basically no pad left, they shouldn't have passed it at all. Very shady! Strike one. And then... my husband decides he wants his truck to have synthetic oil in it. He was told multiple times that they changed the oil when they put it out for sale to ensure the integrity of the product, blah blah blah. He changed the oil after about 300 miles of driving it and it was soooo black and nasty! I can assure that the dealership DID NOT change the oil as promised! I'm glad he didn't wait 3,000 miles to change it! Strike two. The last straw is that we refinanced the loan with another lender for a better rate and the loan was paid off before the first payment was even due. Naturally, my husband was at the dealership (trying to get reimbursed for the brakes that we had to pay for) and talked to the finance person face to face about cancelling the GAP insurance so we could get that money back. She told him that she would take care of it and that it would take up to 90 days to get the money back. No problem. After 60 days, my husband called Toyota directly to see how long reimbursement would be. After a brief conversation, he finds out that nothing was ever submitted! No wonder we didn't get anything in the mail yet! My husband submitted for reimbursement over the phone with Toyota customer service, and we're still waiting on the check, but I feel more confident that something will actually come this time. I saw nothing but good reviews about this dealership, which is why we felt comfortable driving all the way from Baltimore, MD to buy from them instead of going to a dealership closer to home. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP AND I WILL SPEAK NOTHING BUT ILL ABOUT IT FOREVER. Their practices are shady and downright ILLEGAL. I do not recommend this dealership EVER!**Note that the sales person was courteous, timely and did everything we needed him to do. The finance person (who's name escapes me at the moment) and Used Car Manager were not so helpful, although we finally did get reimbursed for part of the money paid for replacing the brakes.

I had a great buying experience here; got a 2012 Toyota Highlander SE - Bryant was very knowledgeable and helpful. I believe we got a very fair amount towards our trade in, and there were no surprises when it came to the bottom line. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend the Toyota brand and this dealership to anyone!

This dealership refuses to deal and if you walk out they will call you everyday until you tell them off. I had asked one of the sales people to find me a 4x4 green crew max (4 full size doors) trundra and he called me to come back in because he found my truck. The truck he made me drive in for was a ext cab silver 2 wheel drive truck. They do not care about anything other than the "sale". Do not use this dealership.

Jorge was honest, patient and not too "salesy." He let us take our time with our test drive and the decision making process. In the end, even though we live in Fairfax and could have gone to a couple of closer dealerships, we decided to drive the extra distance to buy our new car with Jorge. The price was very competitive with the price reports from Consumer Reports and AAA (AAA price report is free with your membership and it's the exact same one you pay extra with Consumer Reports).Thanks Jorge...and thanks for replacing the batteries on our 2nd car remotes while we waited for the sales process to finish.

My experience with the purchase of our new Sienna was excellent. The major reason for this was Jorge, who went above and beyond to show my wife, kids and I the ins and outs of the Sienna. We all came just before dinner time and Jorge knowing we were probably getting hungry, bought us all a pizza, which really meant alot to my wife and I especially the kids. I would, with a doubt recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a vehicle and point them in the direction of Jorge. I will definatly buy my next toyota from Leesburg Toyota.

I'm using Consumer Reports' buying service, in which you list the make, model and options you want, and the dealership agrees to sell you the car at a specified price. I asked the salesman at Leesburg Toyota THREE TIMES if the options package I asked for was included on the car, and he solemnly assured me THREE TIMES that it was. When I looked at the Consumer Report sheet, two major options were not included. Needless to say I'm reporting them to Consumer Reports and the BBB. I'm 58 years old and have bought a least eight new Toyotas over my life. Never in my life has anyone attempted such an egregious swindle on me. Avoid this place like the plague.

This dealership has no respect for people's time. We had a cash transaction and a price from buying service. After several emails, they did not have the vehicle we wanted but told us to come anyway. then they tried to sell us a diff model. They found one somewhere else and we completed transaction, but it took over 6 hours. The salesman had to go hack to manager so many times I lost count. He could never answer any questions without checking with managers. I hate buying cars but this was by far the worst experience ever.

Via email I asked them to give me a Carfax report on a vehicle. Their reply was something like, "we have that car! But we do have others." The salesman said nothing about the Carfax report so I asked for it again.That's when he said it was sold, YESTERDAY. The email correspondence was done in a 45 minute time span.

We ended up driving each of the 3 Prius models again just so we could enjoy the ride and learn more about the car. Very friendly staff that made it a very smooth and comfortable transaction. NO high pressure sales tactics here!

Avoid this dealership at all cost. They have no regard for your time. They are dishonest and greedy and will say anything to get you in the door. I exchanged several e-mails with them and each time they called me back to confirm that they were willing to sell me a car at the price I was offering. However, once I stepped-in the door they made a complete about face and offered to sell at several thousand more. I immediately walked out, and went to Koons of Tysons and got a much fairer deal.

I wou;dn't say anything bad about this dealer in particular though they didn't cover warranty of bulbs. Well, other dealers don't cover that as well so it is okay. BUT, when you guys go to this dealer, aviod salesman "Nate Burgette". I mean did salesman is the worst. I bought accord here and needed a part to order due to their warranty. ( so it is free) He told me that he will call me next day. Certainly there was no call and even I called him, he didn't call back. So I called after two days, and he was like "oh I will contact honda now." Now it has been four days and still no call. This dude is really irresponsible and really doesn't care what he is doing. His mind is like, I sold the car so I am done. So I don't know about the quality of service on this dealer but if poeple are willing to visit here, you better avoid "NATE BURGETTE".

I bought 2 new cars from this dealer ('10 FJ and '08 Scion xD.Both cars had annoying squeaks or rattles... both were bought to Leesburg Toyota. On both occasions I got the "we cannot reproduce (Scion)" or "that's the way they all sound (FJ)". Orismond toyota in Chantilly, took the time to fix both issues...Leesburg needs to know this. I will send an email to the GM subsequent to this review.

Stay away from this dealeship. They sent me a price quote for a new Sienna as thier "internet price". Well, I went there to buy the car with the email print out, and when they gave me the price sheet, the price was approximatelyh $1300 more than the original quote for the same exact car. Their idea of the internet pricing is just to get you to the door. When you are ready to buy, the story changes. Better try different dealeship. These are theives dressed up in Toyota t-shirts waiting to prey on honest buyers.

Purchased a brand new Highlander, fully loaded. They had to keep it to put in the Sirius and running boards. We got our brand new vehicle back with a sizable dent in the drivers door and grease all over the front floor mat. They did fix both issues after multiple calls. Oh, and prior to delivery they forgot to initialize the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). That was yet another service appointment we had to bring it back for.We've had it in several times for oil changes. Evidentially the kids doing the oil changes haven't worked on the Highlander before because they always forget to reset the annoying 'oil reminder' light. duh? Last time we had it in for an oil change and tire rotation not only did they forget to reset the oil reminder light, but forgot to reset the TPMS stuff. The service department is incompetent at best. So much for the "Factory Trained & Certified Technicians". winning? not! Oh - and they work real hard to get you to "prepay" service when you buy your new vehicle. So they take your money upfront and then you supposedly get your service at a discounted rate. I'll pass.....

This dealer has zero integrity and refuses to stand behind their cars. We bought at 2007 Toyota 4Runner from them and within two months, it started making a loud knocking noise in the engine. We took it to Leesburg twice for service, but they said they couldn't hear it (which is such a lie, it's unbelievable). Their advertised Very Important Vehicle (VIV) program is a joke. Every time we tried to make an appointment we were told they were "booked up" and had to wait at least a day, sometimes several. We finally took it to another area Toyota dealer who was able to hear the knock immediately, and was willing to work with us on trying to identify the problem and fix it. We called Leesburg back to give them an opportunity to redeem themselves, and were essentially ignored and given a litany of excuses as to why it wasn't their fault or responsibility to fix it.We now have an open case with the BBB, and are willing to do what it takes to ensure that this dealer is held accountable. Do yourself a favor and buy from any other area dealer, but not Leesburg. If we hadnt sunk so much money into the car, we would sell it in a heartbeat.

Without going into details I'll suffice it to say that I will be returning to Leesburg Toyota for continued service maintenance and I appreciate the extra effort that was put into making my overall experience a positive one. They called me at the end of the month 30 june and offered me a toyota Rav 4 at x price i went with my family to pick the car and was notified after making me wait for 2 hrs that they were going to give me the car for 3000 more than what i was promised on the phone DO NOT DEAL WITH DAVE I called tysons toyota at 8.45 pm and asked them if they would give the car for my price I drove straight to tysons toyota from leesburg at 9 pm and came home with RAV4 by 12 in the night for the same price i was looking

I brought my 2000 Celica in to the shop for my 90k major maintenance on Saturday. The staff there was fast, efficient and courteous. They got all the work done and I was able to pick it up the same day. Unfortunately I had an issue and had to bring it back the next day. It was no problem at all, the service manager, Tony Nguyen was extremely helpful. They got me fixed up and on my way in no time. Also deserving of a mention was Brad who was a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend this shop to anyone -- Oh, and as a side note, my girlfriend bought her 2007 RAV4 there last summer -- No hassle, no haggle, she got a great deal and couldn't be happier.

I gave them a $500 check as a deposit because they were going to bring a car from another dealership and they specifically said that it is 100% refundable in case I change my mind. They promised to me that they would not cash the check until the day that I was actually going to buy the car. They told me that the car will be in the deanship in 2 days and after one week there was no car. No problem, things happen, but I changed my mind because I wanted the car this year. I cancelled my order and I asked for my check back. They CASHED my check that they told me many times that they will not. To get my money back I had to wait several days.Also be aware for their hidden fees. Their processing fee is $100 more than every other dealership I visited in the area.That said, the sales people were polite.

Terrible service department, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I took my brand new truck there to get a defective part fixed under warranty and they refused to fix it (under warranty). They told me I had to pay them if I wanted to get it fixed. I took my truck to another local dealership and they fixed the part under warranty- no problems at all. I called Toyota Corporate and explained what happened- they appologized and told me that Leesburg Toyota was in the wrong. Leesburg Toyota will try to rip you off by not fixing parts under warranty so they can make more money. Terrible dealership.

The sales department needs some work. They are nice enough but definitely in it just for the sale. Our sales guy never order the "extras" he promised. I had to follow up with the GM. I am recommending this dealership because of it's service department. When we had a problem with our certified used car, we brought into Bryan. It took a few visits to correct the problem. Through the whole experience, Bryan was helpful and courteous. The quality of the work as excellent. This service department is by far the easiest place I've ever been to get work done on any car I've had. They honored the warranty without any questions. They listen and take the necessary time to ultimately give you a car that is as good if not better than new. I live an hour from this dealer but would gladly do the drive if ever I have a problem with our car in the future.
