I was able to work with Mike Workman, he was amazing, and very patient with my demands! He knew all the answers to my crazy questions! Mike had a great attitude and it showed he loves is job! Very Happy Customer! This was our 3rd Prius purchase in Spokane / Coeur d'alene but the first time from Auto Nation in Spokane. I have been thinking about a new Toyota Camry for awhile since all of the snow happened. My car didn't work well in the snow. Then when I opened my email an add came up for Toyota Clearance sale...I sent and email and that was all it took. Derrick got back with me and made an appointment with the exact car I have been thinking about. I went after work about 5:30 and drove the car home by 9pm when they closed. The least amount of time I have ever spent in a dealership when purchasing a new car. Usually you are there all day and totally drained and spent by the time you leave. Great Experience...LOVE MY NEW CAR...handles great in the snow.

Anytime you are moving it is a stressful time in your life, but then trying to buy a car remotely on top of it has the potential to really be a disaster. Luckily for me the car buying part of my relocation was anything but stressful. My salesman Brad Swanson at the AutoNation Spokane Toyota dealership, spent weeks on the hunt for me until we found the perfect car. I told him the type of car and price point I was looking for and he checked the lot everyday sending me options to look at until we found the perfect car. It had come in on a trade that morning and he jumped on it quick making sure it was on my radar. Within 24 hours I was driving it home and I love it! It was a stress free pressure free buying experience.

The salesman, sales manager, and finance manager were great to work with. I told them my terms and what car I wanted and asked if they could make the deal work. After 30 minutes we came to an agreement and I went back to pick up the car the following day. The only hiccup was the computers were down that day and all the paperwork needed to be done by hand, so we were at the dealership for 4 hours waiting.

Best Experience Ever (car buying-wise)This this was, by far, the best experience both my wife and I have ever had getting a vehicle, new or used.We are in our late 60?s and both of us?a while ago, have 20 + years of technical sales (mine includes auto). We have fixed and limited means. We both detest sales as games or a tricks. Our sales person, Wayne Ried, understands sales as customer service. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and addressed all our concerns and misgivings (we haven?t purchased a new car in more years that we will admit to ? and both our 1st houses were under $15K ?) Most importantly, Wayne informed and educated us, because decisions about what car and how it is purchased have major impacts on your life circumstances. We were able to make sound, smart decisions and we left extremely satisfied with more than we imagined was possible for us. We both know Toyota?can?t go wrong. All our mechanics over the years have all said it?s their 1st recommendation. That said?who you get one from and how it?s done, makes a very big difference. We couldn?t do better that this.

Ron Lollis went out of his way to make me feel comfortable from the first moment of introduction. He spent an inordinate amount of time with me - answering my many questions, taking me for a test drive to explain the RAV4 features, introducing me to the people I would be working within the various departments, plus giving me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. There were absolutely no surprises as he eased my way to purchase this car. He has also continued to follow-up with me after purchase to inquire if I have any questions or he can help me further.I feel this is the perfect car for me and this was an amazing experience. I will definitely be referring friends and family to AutoNation Toyota in the future and recommending Ron personally, as well.

Pleasant experience with only complaint being that they were not ready with the paperwork when I arrived to purchase the vehicle and I had to wait an additional 90 minutes to start the paperwork. However, this actually worked in my favor. They had mad a verbal agreement on financing rates without verifying on their end before I traveled 200 miles to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. Once they discovered that my APR rate should have been higher than previously offered verbally, they remained true to their word and made the deal at the lower rate previously agreed upon before consulting the bank.

Great job by the team at AutoNation Spokane Valley. Konlon and Paul did a great job of job of completing the sale in my restricted time limit. They made my dad happy with his new Rav and understood that I have to orchestrate these regular car purchasing trips. I told Paul that I had 90 minutes before the Gonzaga basketball game started and we were out the door with my dad's new car with time to pick up take out to enjoy with the game. Bought a 2012 Prius C from auto nation and my wife is very pleased with the car. Blane Zones had me out of there in a short period of time and he was very professional. My only complaint is that there was just one key and these smart keys are not only expensive and need to be programmed, you cannot get them at the local ace hardware or wherever, like you can a regular computer chip key. Otherwise, everything was fine and will consider them again if looking for another vehicle.

While shopping for a car, I went to Auto Nation in Spokane. Right away I had someone come up to me to help me with the best experience I've had while buying a car. They showed me anything I wanted and gave me quite a few options. I fell in love with a few of the one's I test drove that first day. There was no pressure on getting the one that I wanted. As a matter of fact, I did not buy either of the ones I fell in love with that day, I bought another one I fell in love with a few days later. I bought a 2008 Toyota Corolla. It drives like a dream and I love the great gas mileage. The service I received while getting my car serviced is like no other. I would like to thank John Thornton for giving me the best experience had while buying a car.

The salesman worked hard to find exactly the vehicle I wanted. No hassle negotiations. They gave me a better value on my trade in than expected. The first price offered was good. The financial person was very pleasant. The service manager did everything I needed in switching tires from the old vehicle to the new and removing the winch off the old vehicle. It was a good experience.

Tim Wheeler was a great salesman. He asked what I wanted and why! When we were on the test drive he was showing and telling me about the different features of my Camary. He did not just focus on the features that were important to me but all of the features. When I told him of previous experiences I've had at other dealerships he was respectful and didn't bad mouth them. Then Jeannie helped me fill out my paperwork. She was great to talk to and answered every little question I had without a "really? That's a dumb question" attitude or look on her face. I am looking forward to my experience with the service department. I can only guess it will be just as helpful, friendly and easy as the sales department. It was made very clear to me, at Toyota AutoNation the customers wants and needs truly do come first. Thank you guys!

The buying experience was a new one for me as I did most of the shopping for my new car via email and texting with the sales rep. She was very receptive to my wants and needs. The actual buying experience was a long drawn-out affair with lots of back and forth dealing on price. They finally came down to what I felt was a reasonable price, so it was a win-win situation. The only real drawback was the length of time it took to get to that price and then once the deal was made the time it took to get everything finalized. Since I wasn't financing and didn't have a trade-in it should have been a much simpler, quicker process.

I was looking for an honest, straight car dealership to purchase a new SUV. I went through several before finding Auto Nation Toyota. The sales person, Tina gave me a fair price right from the beginning and they worked hard to find the model and color I wanted. The sales manager also worked very hard to retrieve our vehicle from another dealership as quickly as possible and have it ready for us in just a few days. Very satisfied customer!

I hate buying cars, I'd rather get a root canal, but I have to say this time around it was almost fun. I had a particular car in mind, down to the particulars. John Baxter and Kevin Inui moved heaven and earth to find the vehicle I wanted. From start to finish the process was a breeze! I was truly treated with respect and I liked that they were honest and straight forward with me from the get go. I would highly recommend them and would definitely purchase another vehicle there.

I was searching for the highlander on internet and found one with a very reasonable price tag which I think no other dealership can offer. From the time I called up to the time I walked out with my car I received an exemplary support from Tim Wheeler. He provided a very prompt and timely response to all my queries, prepared me with all the documentations that I would need and ensured that I had a seamless experience at the dealership. It requires lot of coordination to complete everything in a couple of hours and Tim and Jason (finance) were on top of it. Tim has changed my perception about individual handling auto sales.

But, I am happy to report, that we had a great experience ! Went in to look at Highlander model they had in stock. Sales person could tell it wasn't exactly what we wanted and involved other members of staff to find model that fit the bill. Within a matter of a couple hours, we had the color, trim, and package we wanted. This is amazing seeing how hard it is to get a hold of a Highlander, let alone everything we wanted. Sales staff and finance period were all in tune with my family needs and did everything they could to expedite the process. I will be looking to purchase my next vehicle through Auto Nation and its sales staff.

There were few used cars to look at in the area, which was understandable due to the the great reviews in Consumer Report. I'm a retired military vet and father of three grown kids and a soon to be driving teenager. My kids are scattered all over the country...so it's often difficult to be there to provide assistance. But with the advent of technology and an evolved loan process...the geographical distance is no longer a factor when it comes to helping them purchase a car. I can go on line...select a vehicle...and get financing without stepping foot on the car lot. At its bare elements, this process has some inherent risks...and an immediate sense of "buyer beware". I mean...buying a car that I've not personally driven? 10 years ago I would've said "No. Not gonna happen." Even today...In most cases, this would be a bad idea. However...Mike Workman and the team at Auto Nation Toyota in Spokane enhanced that simplistic process into a more comprehensive, fear-eliminating experience that I highly recommend to anyone in a similar situation as I. Before I received any documents to sign, Mike answered all my questions thoroughly. And trust me when I say, as a retired officer, I had a lot of them. Because of Mike's commitment to ensuring I was comfortable with the car and the terms of the sale, my son now has a safe and reliable vehicle. That was a week ago. I've just flown in to visit my son...and when he came to pick me up at the airport in his new car, he was excited to show me all the "bells and whistles". He tossed me the key and we went for a ride. As we were driving a long, he linked my phone to the Bluetooth and showed me all the little extras on the touch pad. Everything that Mike Workman had told me about the 2013 Corolla was spot on. And I was able to do what I'm trying to be best at....just a good dad.

I find what I want on line write them an e-mail and in less than an hour they are back to me. I make the deal I want over the phone they make it happen you can't do better than that. They went over all of the technology with us, sync'd our phones, taught us how to enter locations on the navigation system. How to program in radio stations. Just went over all operations of the car. They were exceptional. Especially Kevin Inui. It was a real pleasure working with the entire staff.

My past experiences with car purchases have made me a high maintenance customer. When I purchase a new car, I expect everything to be perfect. Afterall, its new, right? I dont see why anyone would settle for something less especially if you are planning to make this new vehicle your forever car. You shouldnt have any reservations about it or youll end up trading it in again. There was one point where I went through 3 cars in a matter of 4 months! I settled without being totally in love with the car and became too irritated to keep it. My search is over. I decided on the exact vehicle and model I wanted (with many specific details as to the interior, wheels, and features), and began reaching out to dealerships to see what they can do to make this happen for me. Autonation not only put together my dream car, but also exceeded my monthly payment expectations. Other dealerships I was in contact with couldnt even come close. And when I accidentally scratched my center console within the first few days of having my new car, they were more than happy to help me make it beautiful again. My initial contact was Joey in Sales. He wasnt pushy and was great at keeping in contact with me. My second contact was the General Manager, Dustin. He was very patient. He spent days working on the different finance/lease options in order to help me figure out what would be best for me. I also had a million questions, which he answered clearly and without hesitation. Im a horrible decision maker, but he helped me make this process easy. We worked out a deal and when I showed up to sign the paperwork, everything was all ready to go. Kevin in Sales greeted me, collected my trade-in, and went over the user manuals with me. He became my official go-to person for any further questions I had. Kevin went WAY above and beyond in order to make this process easy for me. Ill be referring all my friends here in Spokane to him for their new car. He was my rock. Bradley, my finance guy, was friendly and listened to what I believed was important and not. After going through the options and taking our time to discuss each one, we decided on a plan that was more than agreeable. This is usually the point where my heart starts racing and I begin to have second thoughts no second thoughts. I was truly excited and couldnt wait to drive home in my new car. Ray in Service was responsible for making my new car my dream car. He organized everything from tint to installing my new sunroof. He also helped me with the annoying scratches I made. That wasnt a happy moment! Then that brings me to the Parts manager, Justin. Unfortunately, the scratches werent repairable so he helped me get the parts needed to make it new again. He even drove to my place of work so he could get a firsthand look at the damage I created in order to ensure the correct parts were ordered. I never would have expected him to do that. Autonation Toyota in Spokane is the way to go if you are looking for a new car. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Im moving to Texas, but if I do ever purchase a new car again Ill probably fly up and drive it home from here. This transaction was seamless, and I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. Thank you!!

Blane Zones, sales, was very responsive and easy to deal with. We knew what vehicle model, color, and interior we wanted and he had it in stock. When we took delivery, he took the time to pair our phones to the hands free system as well as demonstrate all of the features of the vehicle. Regarding the service department, a minor problem with the radio was attended to very quickly. The service advisor immediately gave the problem his full attention, kept us informed of progress, and resolved the problem very quickly. We definitely recommend AutoNation Toyota of Spokane Valley.

The Service Technician listened to what we thought our problem was and then efficiently handled the paperwork and process of getting our vehicle into the shop to be checked out. I came in with my son-in-law to help me with salespeople. We actually had a nice time and enjoyed our experience. The friendliness and courtesy was appreciated and I really like the new facilities at Appleway Toyota. Tim is a salesman that is most helpful and really wants you to understand all the aspects of the 'deal' but also that you learn everything about the new car and all the new gadgets. Since we didn't want to spend all day at the dealership looking at hundreds of cars, he was quick to help us find the right vehicle and get us on our way. Incredible new facility and very customer friendly. Starting with the General Manager to working with my Salesman, Bob Allen, all aspect of taking ownership of our new Rav4 was a very comfortable experience. Test drove a rav4 but did not like the interior. Rookie sells man went to find one that we liked but failed to tell us that it did not have a navagation system in it So while dealing with them we were under the inpression that we were dealing for a fully loaded limited rav4 Come to find out, (the next day when we were reading the manuel) that we were not. Now we understand why we felt the way we did During the dealing process the manager was rude and very cockey We felt like we were been pushed thru a production line We should of walked away but we felt we were getting a good deal on a fully loaded limited

My wife and I were out camping during the week of July 4th, about an hour away from our home, and decided to come back into town to take care of a few things. Since we had some extra time we decided to continue our search for a new vehicle. We had never been to AutoNation (even though it is only about 5 minutes from our home) and decided to visit their Toyota showroom. Once we got to their dealership it did not take us long to find the car we wanted. Both the sales reps that helped us, Drew & Bob, were extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable with the Camry Hybrid we were interested in (never any pressure). We had visited other dealerships (Ford & Nissan) but the whole customer service approach at AutoNation really stood out. Our questions and concerns always seemed a priority to them. When we went on a test drive they encouraged us to drive wherever we wanted and even put more gas in it to extend our drive. We definitely had a budget in mind that was an important factor in our decision process. As we were beginning to work on the purchase price we were introduced to Matt, the sales manager, and Chris, the finance manager. Matt and Chris worked with us personally to see that the car we wanted became a reality and that we didn't have to settle for less. Matt was very generous with his time even though we were one of several people that were finalizing purchases late that night. By the time we left we had worked out a deal on a 2012 (brand new) Camry Hybrid in beautiful Black Metallic. Due to the lateness of the evening and us needing to get back to our campsite, they made arrangements for us to return on July 4th (yes, they were open!), the day we returned from camping to finalize the paperwork. The car was waiting for us, freshly washed and with a full tank of gas (that was not expected - but such a generous extension of their service philosophy) which really made us "happy campers"! Will definitely go back to AutoNation for future new or used car needs - and would seek out their friendly and courteous sales reps, Drew and Bob.

I purchased a 2007 Tacoma from AutoNation. The salesman, Brandon, that I met with was very professional. He let me test drive the truck and showed me all of the features. I decided after a few days that I would buy the truck. I asked him if he was working on Monday at 9:30 in the morning and he said that he was off but he would call his manager and see if he could come in to finish the process with me. He did come in and I found that very professional that he would do that on his day off.

I looked at a 2001 RAV4 with 105K miles on it. I signed the intent to buy contingent on it being checked out for mechanical and safety issues in their shop (my friend works in the service department too). This was on a Sunday but I didn't hear anything from my salesperson Wayne until Thursday and it was an auto generated email saying I had an appointment with him on Friday Late Afternoon I had already spoken with my friend and knew there were issues with the car that would need to be addressed. The biggest two were the transmission and the computer. Reid called me Friday and asked if they fixed everything if I still wanted the vehicle. I told him as long as A, B, C, D were fixed as well as the regular tires were included we were good to go. He was surprised I knew what was wrong with the vehicle so I am not sure what he would have said was wrong with it. He then told me there were no additional tires, only the studs. I reminded him the piece of paper we looked at in the car stated there were tires so I expected there to be all season tires. He said he was meeting with the General Manager to discuss in a few minutes and would call me back. I did not hear from him for five hours and it was to tell me that there had been a recall on the transmission for this year and unfortunately this car didn't utilize it. It was going to cost them $4,000 to repair the vehicle. I asked why it would cost them the money if this was part of a recall and he said it was, because the window of opportunity had closed for that. He went on to tell me that I should be leery of this vehicle on other lots too because there was no way to tell if the transmission had been fixed in this recall or not. (This is the point I was CERTAIN he was lying to me.) I said, Toyota does not keep track of the VIN numbers of vehicles that have utilized replacements involved in a recalls? He said no. He told me the car was worth 2K more than what I had agreed to pay for it with the changes. I told him I was not interested in paying above book value for any car, let alone a car that is 12-13 years old. After we hung up, I did a little research and there was not a recall on the transmission for this vehicle, there was basically an alert to let customers know there is the potential for problems with this part. In lieu of a recall, they issued an extended warranty on the transmission for up to $150,000 miles. Basically, this car was covered (only 105K miles) so they were going to do the mechanical changes for free or be reimbursed then jack up the price and sell to someone else. The cherry on top was the email I received from Wayne this morning (Auto generated again) asking me to come to this site and review my new Rav4 and my experience with this lot. Because, Customer service is the heart of how we do business. From now on, I will only continue to utilize the service department here. They are so fantastic and honest that I bring my non-Toyota vehicles to them.

We purchased a 2013 Rav4 and enjoyed truly exceptional service. The salesman, Jon Carstens, was professional, knowledgeable about the vehicle and competing vehicles, courteous and responsive. He readily answered our numerous questions and, if an answer required research, he either had the information that day or called to say he would have it the next day - which he did. Jon excels at communication and making people comfortable with the buying process. The Finance Manager, Jason Bisquera, was professional, courteous, experienced and quick with his part of the process. Even my husband enjoyed the no-pressure experience. The Rav4 is great and we will talk to AppleWay first when it is time to replace our truck.

I went in to look at a car they had and ending up taking it home and having it for about a week still not knowing what was happening. I went back in to see what was going on and they said i was going in to get a loan but i look at the sales manager and said run it though to get approved he ended up putting it a desk and for getting about. They said they got rid of the guy i went in to sign paperwork and there he was sitting at his desk kicked back and they made me get their gap service thing i ended up 2000$ more then the first loan they said i woundnt get approved for hmm.
