Charlotte and Steve are amazing and go above and beyond in customer service! We have been going here for years buying,selling and trading in multiple vehicles and always an easy and great experience. They treat you like family and build a relationship instead of just being a typical dealership with high pressure sales and drama. We have referred multiple friends and family to them and they also had a great experience. Highly recommended!

I just purchased a 2014 Nissan Armada from AutoTrek. Very low pressure experience. Extremely kind staff. Found out that of of the break pads/rotors that they had fixed before selling needed additional work two weeks later. Incredibly helpful and took care of the problem right away. I would buy from then again in an instant. They go out of their way (especially the GM I worked with) to take care of you.

I had such an amazing experience here. My partner and I got into a hit-and-run accident a few months ago and had been without a car since. I'm a current student and not working, and my partner's insurance got mixed up and was late to pay off the loan, so that showed up on her credit. We were having an impossible time finding a place that would approve a loan. I worked with Amy Strawn specifically and she worked her tail off trying to find a way to help us get a car. She suggested different banks to try and any time something didn't work out she had another suggestion ready to go. She was patient with my really difficult situation and she kept working with me over the course of a week to find something that would work when she could have easily just sold the car to someone else. Amy was available and kept really open communication with me about what she was trying and what she needed from me. She turned what would have been an extreme headache of a situation into something really good, and in the end it worked out and I got the car that was right for us. I couldn't be happier with how hard everyone there was working to help us out, and I would absolutely go back and suggest this place to anyone. I've never felt more like the person cared about me and not just about selling cars. Incredible customer service. Amy went above and beyond what was necessary of her job and I'm so grateful for how things worked out.

Terrible experience. I've bought a Truck and Jeep from them. The quality control and "maintenance safety check" are terrible. My truck had a turn signal light out and the horn didn't work from the second I first got the truck. Had to spend close to $500 fixing it myself. The Jeep had a lift kit and the mechanic told us it was "the best Jeep he'd seen". It had the entire driveshaft snap and a shock completely break free. They either don't know what they're doing or just don't care. DON'T RECOMMEND! BUY ELSEWHERE!

Auto Trek was a wonderful business to work with! Very fast, efficient and gave us a great offer on our Jeep. Bob Hurd was nice, friendly and worked very hard and fast for us, which is something we really appreciate!! We were NOT at the dealership for hours. Their offer was better than any other dealership in town! Would definitely recommend them and work with them again!! Thank you for treating us so well!

Very disappointed in this dealer. We put our faith in Charlotte to find us the perfect truck and when she did, we agreed to purchase it from out of state. The delivery was going to cost $1145 so we asked if we could fly out and pick it up in 3 weeks. She stated that the dealer in Oregon didn't have room to keep it on the lot that long and promised we would have the vehicle in 10 days. Eighteen days later, the vehicle was finally dispatched for pick up from Oregon and we received it four days and $600 later than if we had flown out and picked it up ourselves. She also screwed up our taxes which ended up costing another $2119 and made promises of getting us wholesale prices on anything we needed for our truck. We checked her prices on tinting and they were $100 more than retail

I have paid with cash for several years there fore no credit . I bank with Sooner Credit Union and applied for car loan. Was told I had to go thru Jose at AutoTrek,. I spoke with Jose once told h what I was looking for said he would call me back. He never did. I spoke to person at Sooner Credit Union told them never heard from Jose at AutoTrek They told me Jose told them he has called me several times, and I can't make up my mind what I want. Not true! Too bad Soopers Credit Union will not let you go to someone else as a car dealer.

Being that I have worked in the car sales industry before I write this review from a experienced perspective.... I recently purchased a 03 escalade from AutoTrek, Larry Evans (ex Denver Bronco alumni!) was my sales representative. Professional, low pressure, HONEST, all qualities that were exhibited through the entire process. Also would like mention Steve in finance, excellent terms professional stayed within my budget!I will be a repeat customer.I would recommend to a friend

I purchased my first car through Autotrek. I am very disappointed in the service, and vehicle I received. It was important for me to go through this process on my own as a first time car buyer. I let Jose know that I would definitely be nervous about the process. Jose found my car for me, a 2007 Acura TL. I was in love with it. I took it home, and noticed that the power steering wasn't working. I had my dad an my brothers look at it, and they noticed that the serpentine belt was in very poor condition, an engine mount cap was nearly gone, and the fender looked like it had been repaired in a home shop, granted I did look at the car before I purchased it, and I just didn't pay much attention to it, I had put a huge amount of trust into the dealership, that was my biggest mistake. Jose had also failed to point out any of these flaws before I purchased the car. I took back my car to get the power steering fixed, and sure enough when I got the car back the power steering still did not work correctly. The car had large chips in the windshield as well. Autotrek sent someone out to my house to fill the chips... They never showed up. Dean the owner of Autotrek set me up with a temporary vehicle which was a very nice car, I do appreciate those efforts. Unfortunately when I got the car back there was a crack in the windshield and a small dent in the front bumper. At that point I just wanted my car, and I never wanted to deal with Autotrek again. Since June 2014, I've had to replace my tires, which literally fell apart, I've had to buy a new battery, the cheaply replaced steering column make a whining noise when I turn, and my trunk doesn't open. All of these problems conveniently happened after my 3 month warranty was up. I would not recommend Autotrek to any first time car buyer. It is unfortunate that Eagle Legacy credit union will not allow you to go through any other dealership using the first time car buyer program.
